Law of attraction meditation is all about focusing on the type of energy you are putting out into the world. This guided meditation can be your key to manifesting more positive energy into your life t...hrough the law of attraction. Guided meditation and the law of attraction have been closely linked for a very long time. Attracting positive things into your life takes time, effort and focus, not to mention consistent action. However we can help speed this process along through the use of law of attraction meditation. Real results are possible through meditation even if at first you may be skeptical and question if the law of attraction even really works. We can break down the law of attraction into two areas. The first is the more practical side. The mindset component of attracting abundance, love, money, health or whatever you want. Simply by using guided law of attraction meditation on a regular basis we are focusing our minds to look for and seek out the positive things we want in life. We are literally shifting our focus and our conscious mind so that we notice the areas in our life we can already be grateful for and also those areas we can actively improve ourselves and take action on to help create a better life for ourselves. The second is the more spiritual side of attracting what you want into your life. By using powerful manifestation meditations that focus on the law of attraction we are aiming to increase our internal and external vibration and energy thereby attracting whatever we want into our lives. We are literally balls of energy giving off vibrations into the world, shifting that to a more positive vibrational frequency is the key to attracting more positive results. Starting point is 00:00:10 Welcome to Meditation Mountain and this guided meditation focusing on the law of attraction. There is energy all around us, constantly moving and changing and being shared between all of us. This energy is within us. It connects us to the. world around us and to the people in the world everything is connected with this energy and this energy responds to how we think act and feel this meditation will help you understand and use this energy to attract what you want in life by using the large of attraction take this time to get into a comfortable position either sitting or
Starting point is 00:01:49 lying down and close your eyes let yourself relax as you breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth the air enters your nose and fills your lungs, bringing you peace and comfort. Then the air leaves through your mouth, taking with it any and all discomfort and tension in your body. Inhale deeply again and exhale. Continue this deep breathing as you fall into a deep meditative state. Within your subconscious mind thoughts begin to fade from your mind unimportant for the time being if you have any thoughts come in simply let them pass with your breathing ignoring them feel your body relax and sink into the position you are in your muscles
Starting point is 00:04:05 are at complete ease. There is no tension or discomfort anywhere within you. As you keep breathing, notice the energy transfer you are doing. You breathe in and you are helping your body, sending oxygen to your muscles and brain. and you breathe out, you are letting go of thoughts and tension. You are in control of your breathing and of the energy. You are letting in and expelling from your body. Similarly, you are in control of the energy you let in and out with your thoughts,
Starting point is 00:05:22 actions and feelings energy is like a magnet of like attracting like the more kind of energy you have the more you will get take a deep breath in and notice a time when you thought that everything was going terrible for you just one thing after another happening that made you sad and angry breathe out and notice that you remained sad and angry and these things kept happening to you you created mental and physical energy of negativity and the universe responded by sending you back negative experiences. Often we can get stuck in cycles of negativity, where we can't see the light at the end of the tunnel. And nothing seems to be going well.
Starting point is 00:06:56 But the more we think negatively, the more bad things will happen to us. On the other hand, this also works with positivity and good and happy thoughts, actions and feelings. You focus on the positive and you send good energy out into the world. That's when the universe will send back. This is how the law of attraction works. It brings you what you put out into the world. Take another deep breath in through your nose
Starting point is 00:07:58 and evaluate the type of energy you send out into the world. Is it happy? Is it negative? Do you focus on the good things and are thankful for everything that comes? your way or are you always complaining? Breathe out and know that you can easily change your way of thinking to bring in what you want in life.
Starting point is 00:08:50 It's okay to have negative emotions or feel sad or angry about things that happen. But the key is to not. get stuck in those negative emotions or let them take you over or else you will be caught in the cycle of negative energy we cannot be expected to be happy all of the time but keeping a positive outlook on life and searching for the good things and being grateful is the key to not only being happy, but the key to the law of attraction. Take a deep breath in and find all of the negativity you may be holding on to. Things that have bothered you that you haven't let go of.
Starting point is 00:10:22 feelings you keep even though you don't need gather them and decide that you don't want them anymore as you breathe out send all of them away let them be pulled from your body and disappear into the air around you cleanse yourself of negative habits and thoughts and actions and feelings so you may change and grow for the better. Now, take a deep breath in and focus on all of the positive things in your life. You have so many, and it doesn't matter how small. they are everything that you like or that has made you happy and you breathe out give thanks to the universe for bringing these things into your life be grateful you've got to experience them
Starting point is 00:12:29 continue to breathe and shift your energy from negative to positive for a few moments. Take this time now to focus on what you want to attract into your life. It can be anything. A person, a new job, money, and experience, anything that you wish to have. Take a deep breath and think of why you want to want to. this thing. The reason doesn't have to be deep or meaningful, but you must know why you wish you have this in your life. Let it bring you more joy, new experiences, peace, security, love. Find your reasoning for wanting this thing. Think of how you will feel. when you have it. Think of the happiness or peace it will bring you. Now, bring those feelings to light right now. Feel them in your heart as if you already have this thing you want. Let these feelings
Starting point is 00:15:12 fill up your heart and mind so that you begin to embody them by embodying. the energy you want to attract, you make it easier for the universe to send it to you. Like attracts like. Take a few moments to breathe deeply as you really focus on these feelings and you invite them into your being. this meditation remember to send out gratitude for what you have and for everything
Starting point is 00:16:23 that comes your way and to embody positivity of attraction works on the basis of energy attracting energy you are now embodying the energy
Starting point is 00:16:59 you want to attract so you will start to see new and good things coming to you. Happiness and positive energy you send into the world. The more you will get back. With your perspective shifted and your energy magnetized to begin attracting what you want into your life, focus on your breathing again so you can start to wake. Your breath guide you back to your conscious mind.
Starting point is 00:18:11 Your muscles begin to wake up and move. Thoughts start entering your mind again. When you are ready, you may open your eyes and go on with your day, knowing the law of attraction is working for you. Thank you for joining me for this meditation today.
