Welcome to Meditation Mountain and this guided meditation for stress relief and positive thinking.
Find a comfortable seated position either cross-legged on the floor or in a chair with your spine straight and your hands resting on your knees.
close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose feeling the air fill your lungs exhale through your mouth
letting go of any tension in your body as you continue to breathe deeply and slowly bring your awareness to your thoughts notice any negative
or stressful thoughts that may be arising and imagine them as clouds passing by in the sky.
Don't judge them or stress about them.
Just peacefully observe them.
Watch them float around and allow them to softly and quietly and quietly.
Drift away, releasing any attachment you may have to them.
Now bring your attention to your body, starting at the top of your head.
Imagine a warm, soothing light, spreading through your body, relaxing each muscle as it goes.
Feel the tension in your scalp.
Release as the light spreads to your forehead, down to your eyes, your nose and mouth.
Let go of any tension in your neck and shoulders.
Feeling the light spread to your chest.
