Being able to visualize and maximize affirmations is key to manifesting what you want into your life. Guided meditations for success, love, wealth, happiness or whatever your dreams may be all help in manifesting these incredible things into your life. Success means different things to different people. The success affirmations in this meditation may resonate with what you want in your life or they may not. Try to remember that what we're doing here isn't just trying to manifest wealth, health or happiness into our lives but actually learning how to manifest as a whole. This is a skill that over time can bring huge value into your life and into the lives of those around you. Don't under play it's importance and you might be able to manifest success into your life sooner than you think. Performing a guided meditation for happiness may seem like a no brainer because we all want happiness in our lives. But meditation for success or performing affirmations for success may not be the first choice for many of you. But don't be fooled into thinking this is a meditation for money or finances only.  As we said above success comes in lots of different forms. What this means is that even though you may start using this meditation, you may decide to write your own success affirmations and recite them to yourself in an unguided session using meditation music alone. Starting point is 00:00:09 Welcome to Meditation Mountain. And thank you for joining me for today's guided meditation practice on success. Let's begin by finding a relaxed, comfortable position. Hands resting wherever they are comfortable and closing your eyes. Begin to notice and relax your physical body. Let yourself settle into a state of calm. Notice the sensations your body experiences. The touch.
Starting point is 00:01:19 The connection with the floor or the chair. Notice any areas of tension or tightness. Gently direct your breath to these areas, creating more space. Just breathe. When you catch yourself, Being distracted by thought or sensation, thank your mind, and slowly bring yourself back to the focus of this practice. Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out. completely letting go
Starting point is 00:02:24 begin to regulate the breath it's faint relaxed but you are present and aware of it relax and let your worries disappear
Starting point is 00:02:55 give yourself permission to feel light. Drop any beliefs you have about yourself or your world by relaxing and softly listening to these words. You are rewiring your subconscious mind. You don't need to remember anything. Just relax. Allow yourself to remain in this state of ease,
Starting point is 00:03:47 a state that is always available for you to tap into. What does it feel like to be abundant? To live abundant. Fondently, focus on the way it feels. In your body, in your mind, fulfilled, at ease. Excited, light. It is not through hard work, good luck, or favoritism that money comes, but in finding vibrational alignment.
Starting point is 00:04:55 Financial abundance is simply the universe's response to consistent thoughts and feelings of abundance. It's time for the generous stream of abundance to flow to you now. Breathe in, breathe out. This will not be difficult to do, and you have already come so far. If you catch yourself, focusing on the lack or absence of your desire, simply release that doubt or feel. feeling of lack, and instead give your attention to all that you can be grateful for. Gratitude turns what we have into more than enough, are already abundant.
Starting point is 00:06:22 Life is working in your favor. When you release, doubt. and resistance. The universe begins to rearrange itself to fulfill your greatest desires. Breathe in. What is your relationship with money? Now that it can be changed, and always, for the better, begin to imagine. Begin to imagine yourself as prosperous, as abundant, and as overflowing with joy as you can. Don't pay attention to the hows.
Starting point is 00:07:38 Focus on your end vision. There is no limit to what you can or cannot have. or do. Make sure to leave some room for unexpected miracles, hand-delivered by the universe itself. When you are able to accomplish the feeling of abundance before the evidence has shown itself, the evidence must come. and will continue to come as long as you maintain the feeling of abundance. Breathe in, breathe out. Anytime you are feeling good, no matter the reason, you are accomplishing the feeling of abundance. Each time you focus upon these words, your resistance becomes smaller.
Starting point is 00:09:14 And your allowance becomes greater. Breathe in, breathe out. Repeat the following affirmations to yourself quietly in your mind, imagining every word is true for you right now. Say these words with sincerity. With love and confidence, I am a magnet for prosperity, abundance, and financial blessings. I am worthy of
Starting point is 00:10:21 financial security. I am successful. I am now financially thriving. I am the master of my abundance. I am completely focused on being financially successful. I am at one with joy, money, Abundance. My true needs are always met. I am happy with my accomplishments. I receive all the abundance of life. I release negative financial energy. I use my money in wise and fun ways. I have a positive attitude towards my personal finances. Now, spend a few moments thanking your body and your mind for taking time out to engage in this practice of financial abundance and success. This ability is yours to be used whenever and wherever you need.
Starting point is 00:14:01 And the more you practice, the easier and more effective this will become. Whenever you are ready, you can begin to slowly bring. your attention back to the room, wiggling your fingers and toes, opening up your eyes, knowing that these calm yet strong feelings will remain with you long after this practice.
