Let's begin by taking a moment to settle into a comfortable, seated or lying position. Allow your eyes to close gently. Slowly bring your attention to your breath. Simply noticing the rise and fall of your chest and the next. and the natural rhythm of your body. Take a slow, deep breath in. Hold for a moment and exhale slowly. Feel yourself arriving in this present moment.
Starting point is 00:01:38 This time is just for you. Nothing else matters right now. Let's start by imagining a warm, soft light within your chest, right at the center of your being. This light represents your inner strength, your resilience, your capacity to overcome and adapt each breath. See if you can make that light a little brighter, a little warmer. Imagine that each inhale is like fuel, nurturing and strengthening that inner glow, and with each exhale, you're letting go of any doubts, fears, or burdens that no longer.
Starting point is 00:02:56 longer serve you. Now as you breathe in and out, silently repeat these affirmations to yourself. I am strong, am resilient, I control my thoughts and emotions. I am mentally strong. Notice any sensations that arise in your body when you affirm these words. There's a shift, a sense of calm, a gentle confidence settling within you. allow these sensations to grow throughout this meditation, breathing strength into every corner of your mind and body. Now let's go a bit deeper. Picture yourself facing a challenge, a situation that may have caused you stress, worry or doubt in the past. Visualize it before you, but this time imagine yourself approaching it with the light of strength, radiating from within the world.
