Choose the place that feels most joyful and comforting to you.
Notice the details around you.
See the vibrant colors.
Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.
Hear the soothing sounds of nature.
Take a few moments to fully experience this beautiful place.
As you explore this peaceful setting, notice a path before you.
The path is lined with glowing flowers and sparkling light.
Each step you take fills you with greater happiness and ease.
Begin walking along the path.
