Hey, everyone, welcome back to the Mentioned-Dol podcast.
I am so thrilled to be joined today by two of our favorite guys.
They are traders players.
They are competitors at heart.
Boston Rob, Dylan Efron.
Welcome to the show.
Thank you for having us.
How are you doing?
It's fun.
It's cold in New York.
Florida and California.
I forgot.
I left Boston and I moved to Florida.
It's a little bit shocking coming back to like six degrees.
You've been in Florida for a long time now, right?
Yeah.
What is it like for you?
reping the Boston identity from afar?
I mean, I'm still from Boston.
I'll always be from Boston.
My family's still there.
I go back probably six times a year.
You guys have both had a crazy year in the past year.
It's about a year ago that Traders was on exactly a year ago.
Dylan, I feel like a lot of people got to know you for the first time on that show.
Rob, you know, I grew up watching you.
I think you grew up watching Rob.
It's been a very, like, interesting year.
to see all the different things that you guys have had going on since we saw you on traders.
What has it been like just kind of finding these new opportunities, figuring out what you want to do?
Fun. It's been fun. I mean, that's like the biggest thing. Like, I've been enjoying, you know?
Yeah. And it goes back to that like, that moment when I was like, do I want to do a reality show?
And I said no for so long. And I was like, why am I saying no? Is it because I'm like,
like I love what I'm doing right now or am I scared of being in the public eye and it goes back to that
decision to like no I think I'm ready let's do it I'm so happy I did because I love my life right now
I'm so grateful for it I feel like traders also is kind of the perfect thing to say yes to because it's so
the audience has so much fun watching and sort of playing along at home and it doesn't feel that
serious even if in the game it's like people are getting murdered and accusations and
lying it's like it's just like it's so silly it's so fun it is and they were so good about like
like it was my first reality show so like i was so green i like you have that dream of like
like i grew up watching survivor i'd be like oh i know how i'd play and like then you show up it's a
different a whole different experience it feels real it's it's it's a lot but they were so good about
just like letting us be ourselves like i even i remember i was in like the final six or something like
that and I still was like I don't they haven't told me I'm doing well like I don't know if I'm doing it's like I was like do
I was like do they hate me or like I was like I have no idea what my edit's going to be and like yeah
I and it was cool to watch it and I'm like oh wow like I had no idea all that was going on like
it was it's such a weird weird show to be a part of what was it like for you having done so many
other shows like how when you go when you do a new something you haven't done before
Or do you try to like strategize about it or overthink it?
So it's wild because like first of all, to answer your question, like I just have it in me.
Like it comes out.
But like for a long time, like I did Survivor for how many years, you know?
And then after winners at war, which was five years ago, I was like, okay, I'm done competing.
They actually call me for like the first and second season of traders.
And I was like, I don't want to do that.
Then they called me for Deal or No Deal Island.
And again, I was like, I don't really want to like.
I feel like I've done all the competition reality stuff.
But finally, they convinced me to try deal and no deal island.
And I had so much fun, like competing again.
So it's like a little bit it's like a drug.
You get a taste of it.
I mean, I've never done drugs, but I can imagine.
Like you want to like, like, like you feel it like and you get a taste of it and you want it back.
Yeah.
So then going to do traders was completely different from me.
Because, like, I knew I was going to have a target on me, like, the way I entered the game, everything.
But I was like, man, I'm just going to make the most of this opportunity.
And I think the most surprising thing to me out of the whole thing was obviously, like, friendship I formed with Dylan.
But other people that, like, were not in the competitive reality universe per se, like Nikki Garcia and Chris Shell and Sierra that I became friends with.
and we still stay in touch all the time.
And that was really cool, you know, like, I think so.
So to me, I had, like, close the door on that chapter.
And then all of a sudden, like, I opened it up a little bit.
And now, you know, it's like, there's more.
I think that's part of what people love so much about watching Traders is that it brings
together those different types of personalities and different, you know, audiences and things.
So it's like having the housewives, having the gamers, having people.
that are sort of random that you wouldn't expect to see in a situation like that, all figuring out
how to navigate this specific game. It's different than, you know, winners at war, it's all
survivor players. And so you expect everybody to come in and have that survivor mentality. They've
won before. The problem is like, like you just said it, like the moniker of the gamers. Yeah.
Like groups them into like this group. Yeah. And like the people that have played these competitive
of games, they want to fight each other.
They have history with each other.
They're going to target each other
where other groups like the housewives
they bond together.
Right. You know, so it's like the gamers
if they want to have a chance on these shows
going forward, they've got to learn to get along.
It's like Jim Jim doesn't want Natalie to win.
No. He was throwing Rob's testimony
under the bus.
Man, Rob, not a great performance for Rob C
on a trader's.
He was fine. He got done dirty
early but he had to figure it out a little bit it's i think it's tough for him it's like his whole his whole life
is like analyzing these games and stuff it's like you got to get him out first you totally i think that
that was that's it like he is the kind of guy that would have cracked the game open as a faithful
yeah it was smart for them to get get him out early like yeah it was just a good murder and
unfortunate for him well that was i remember i think it was the second season when sandra diaz twine
was on it was like she kind of was the most intellectual and
one's ever gotten about, okay, I'm going to the pool balls on the table and this is how the math is
going to work. It's like, people don't realize like the amount of brain power that can go into that.
She was the first one to realize like, it actually doesn't matter if we get a traitor. She's just like in a
numbers game. She's like, all I want to do is get to the end. Yeah. And this is how to do it guys.
And that's how you wouldn't survive for two weeks.
But trying to get other people to understand that and believe that that don't come from that
like background. Right. It's like, okay, so you're a traitor.
Really suspicious.
Totally.
It's, yeah, I mean, I have to imagine when you're there, you also are like so in your head about every possible, you know, combination of what could be happening that you can't really make a, when you're watching at home, it's like, oh, obviously she's lying.
But when you're there, it's like.
It's exhausting.
Yeah, you're thinking 24-7.
I think that really is my biggest takeaway from playing is, I've said it before.
It's confirmation bias.
And when you're playing that game, you latch onto an idea.
like maybe this person's a traitor and then you look for reasons to reinforce that that belief and it's
so true in that game it's like you can overlook so many things that people are doing but if you're
focused on one person you want to reinforce your own theory and I think the key to that game is not doing
that it's listening to people and listening to being open to other people's theories and yeah I was talking to
some of the other day it's like sometimes you'll see somebody have like a really big roundtable moment
and then it's almost like you don't want to do that again at the next.
roundtable you want to kind of be like now somebody else can have their theory and now
somebody else can take their shot I would I would agree with you but like I honestly think like I
watched Colton play this season that's who we were talking about yeah and I honestly think like
being like a quote unquote bad faithful and having your theories wrong all the time is actually
kind of a good strategy because like the traders aren't going to kill you if you're always wrong
and throw in heat on all the faithful.
Well, that's the Michael Rappaport.
So it's actually a good strategy.
I don't know if he's doing it intentionally.
I do not think the Traders would have killed Micro Rappaport.
I think most people in the castle knew he was a faithful.
Oh, they would never kill him.
Especially, I mean, that's one thing too with Traders is you start the season.
There's like 23 people there.
Anybody whose name you remember is going to have a target.
And there's all these people that are sort of lingering for a while until they have their moment.
And so anybody who's kind of getting that heat,
Yeah, you don't want to murder.
Well, yeah, it's the Mark Ballas.
Like, right now he's, we've seen his hair more than we've seen him.
But, like, that's technically a good traitor, or faithful strategy.
It's like, he's in the background.
He's making relationships.
Good faithful strategy is boring television, unfortunately.
Yeah.
You know?
And then someone like Rob, who's, like, who would have expected him to be, like, so good as a trader,
you know, coming from his background, it's like,
he's hiding in plain sight.
Mm-hmm.
So.
It's the people that didn't watch the violent.
It's like they see the pretty face and they're like, I don't know.
He was who I was most excited for because I was like, I really hope they choose him as a trader.
Okay.
I think he would be a great trader and then as a faithful, I think people would be like, I don't know, he's too quiet.
He's too out there.
So I thought he would do better as a traitor than I think.
I think he is smarter than people might give him credit for.
Oh, for sure.
Yeah, he's very smart.
knows what commiserate means. Yeah. And Love Island's a strategy show. Do you watch Love Island?
Yeah, for sure. And like there's a lot of strategy that goes in that.
You got a couple. If you want to stay. You better couple of. You're acting. That is a strategy show.
Oh my gosh. Love. Do you, are you, when it's on, are you like keeping up day to day? It's so many episodes.
There's so many episodes. And I love the fast forward button. I do not watch the challenges.
That is one thing. It's like surviving.
However, the challenges are like so intense, so epic.
Traders, the way they edit them, it's like, you know, these dramatic, like, missions
that you're on.
Love Island, it's like, I don't know, they're pouring milk on each other.
And then everyone gets a turn.
It's like, no, I don't need to see a 20th lap dance today.
It's like, what's, is there a prize?
Who this week?
They're like, what are the prizes like you get to make out again?
Exactly.
With whipped cream and maple syrup, whatever.
I don't know if I could see either of you on Love Island.
It's too much downtime.
Oh.
Listen, I've said it a hundred times.
I was on the original Love Island.
Yeah.
I mean, it is crazy.
I remember watching that season in real time and how exciting it felt.
And also that was the first season that had returning players to Survivor.
And now that's 20 plus...
It must have been like five.
Like 20 plus years in the rear view mirror.
It's crazy to think about how much of your life you've lived in that like survivor universe.
It's like half my life.
Like half my life.
Yeah.
Like I turned 50 this year.
It's 25 years ago that the whole adventure started.
So it's pretty awesome.
Do you still feel, so you're like back in this competition world these last couple years.
Do you still feel at peace with your survivor journey being complete?
Oh, for sure.
Okay.
Yeah.
Look at, I'm forever indebted to Survivor.
Right.
Like it gave me my start and I'm so grateful for, you know, the opportunities meeting my wife.
Like I've said it so many times.
Like I'm the biggest winner of the show has ever seen because my wife and my four kids.
But like, you know, as far as like going back to the island and playing again, like I feel like that chapter is closed.
And somebody else.
Somebody else's turn.
It has been amazing to see the longevity that that franchise has had.
I mean, the excitement right now for the 50th season.
The way, I mean, I have friends in my life.
There's people who have grown up watching it.
And then so many people who have still been finding it and catching up on old seasons, starting the new seasons these last few years, it's like, it's just like indoors in a way that so few shows have been able to.
Yeah.
I also feel like there's like a lot of heat with like the decisions on 50 and like who's getting brought back.
And I know a lot of people are upset.
A lot of people are happy.
And so you can never please everyone.
But I know when that season starts and we see it even if it's two of our favorites.
Like we're going to be excited and we're going to watch.
Like there was, I saw in the promo trailer, it was like Aubrey, who like I watched in, I don't know what season it was a long time ago, but I was like so excited to see her there.
Yeah.
I was like, oh, like I'll watch for her.
Like you just need one person to root for it.
That's a good point.
Yeah.
It's crazy because like, like credit to Jeff Probst.
Like first of all, rock star guy's been crushing it forever.
But like it's an impossible job to choose 20 people out of.
Hundreds?
Yeah.
Like almost 1,000 maybe.
Like 8, 900 people?
Like you got to come up with 20 and it's like no matter what, someone's going to give you a hard time.
No matter what.
You can never please it.
Well, and you don't want it to be, it wouldn't be, it wouldn't work if it was just, oh, let's take the same 20 we had for heroes and villains or for winners.
Second chances, like you have to pull from all of those different buckets.
I honestly think the only solution, the only way to make people happier is if they did more returny seasons.
Because I think that's the key that everybody wants.
But then people complain and they're like, we want.
Yeah.
But if you find good talent, bring them back.
Like the favorite, you have 20, or how many people, 18, a season, 20?
18, 20.
It's like if there's two or three really good ones every season, bring them back.
Like, yeah, they're the ones we want to watch.
So good, so good.

I thought it was so fun to see you on Dancing with the Stars this past year.
Such a change of pace from seeing you on traders, from your YouTube and everything.
What was it like kind of deciding to do that and then switching gears and being,
because you really have to commit to that while you're doing it?
Yeah, it was the quickest no I've ever said in the beginning.
There's no way I'm doing that.
And then that's how life is.
It's like, it was like everyone's like, what show are you doing next?
And everyone was saying Dancing with the Stars.
And I was just like, I cannot see.
Like special forces make sense.
Like that's the stuff I love.
Like I want to go climb a mountain and do this.
And then I'm like going back, it's like, again, to that reason I did traders is like,
I want to be out of my comfort zone.
I want to feel alive.
and that is dancing with the stars was everything that as a teenager I was petrified of being on stage
dancing yeah that was like you know what let's just do this like like why not let's sign up I had
no idea what to expect I feel like that it's a I've heard other people talk about it too that it's like
it's a it could be a once in a lifetime opportunity you might go home first it you might
get injured you might hate it but like you're never gonna it's such a you're
unique experience that it's like, sure, just embrace it.
Yeah, and what's even cooler is that it's like popular.
Like people are watching it.
It's so cool.
For me, it was such a significant experience in my life, but like it also people saw it,
which is so cool.
Like I'm getting approached by people that say they saw me and my dancer, or my sister
dance on stage and it like, you can tell when I'm talking about, I grinned so big
because it was like, it was special to me.
So it's cool that other people saw it too.
Okay, Rob, when are you dancing with the stars?
I mean, I mean...
Get the cha-cha shoes on.
I'll tell you what.
Watching Dylan do it was super inspiring.
I also saw how hard it was.
And like six months ago, a year ago, I would be like absolutely not.
And like, we have other projects we're working on right now.
So, but it's not a no.
It's kind of move to a maybe.
We'll see.
Can they teach rhythm?
I don't know.
I don't know if that could be taught.
Look, they can teach people a lot.
It seems like they have the system down to a T.
But I mean, this kid, he was like seven days a week, like in the studio.
I think that's the thing that I, yeah, well, one, I love diving all into something.
Like, that's what I, when I thrive, when I can focus on one thing.
And maybe that's why I love these types of shows.
but I wasn't a good dancer
So it really is up to you
How much effort you put into it
And right
Like I was so lucky to be paired with Danny
Who would put an overtime with me
Like we're given four hours of
Dancing a day
But like we were doing a lot more than that
Like off camera
So it's like it really was like
If I had a part
If you have a part
If you have the drive and a partner
Like Danny
Like you can
Yeah I was putting everything I had into it
The thing that was
inspiring was seeing how much fun he was having to.
Like, who went out and watched a few times and it was like every time he was like, you know,
really enjoying it.
Yeah, and I think that's also like when you work so hard on something that you're able to sort of like get over that hump of like,
I feel uncomfortable or this is out of my comfort zone and be like, okay, like I actually have.
That's me.
I've worked hard enough that I feel like I can do this.
And so now I get to go show everyone.
Yeah, it's a little breakthroughs because I'd be lying if it wouldn't be like.
It wouldn't be like Saturday.
Like our shows are on Tuesday.
So it would be Saturday and I wouldn't have the routine down.
And I'm like at this point, it's like we finish practicing.
It's 11 and I'm like I'm not going to get it.
Like I'm not going to get this by Tuesday.
I don't know what to do.
And then you wake up the next day, your muscle memory remembers what you did.
And then Sunday you randomly got it.
And then it just randomly.
You make it sound so easy, bro.
No.
Like you talk like this.
I'm like, all right, sign me up.
But like, I know it's not muscle memory.
It is.
It's so bizarre because I'm telling you, I had these moments where I'm like, I can't do this.
Like, I'm sorry, but like, like, jive, for example.
Like, jive was, like, learning how to jive in seven days when you've never done anything like that.
Like, first two days, like, first, I think it was Wednesday.
We, like, barely practiced.
Thursday, I tried.
And I was like, oh, I actually don't understand what this is.
I didn't get a basic jive step till Friday.
And then it's like, I have to learn a whole dance now.
Right out.
Like the step isn't the whole routine.
No, that was like the basic like,
don't do,
dun,
dun,
so then,
so then it's like,
how am I going to learn this?
And it's crazy that,
like,
if you want it bad enough
and you just try hard enough,
you can do it.
It's hard,
but.
It's fun.
So you guys have this show
that you're putting out
everything's a competition
on your YouTube channel.
And it's been really fun watching it
because every episode
you guys are doing
different kind of crazy things.
You're painting.
You're throwing pottery.
You're doing.
like medieval swordsmanship.
It's fun to see you, like sort of what you were saying, like learning something new or trying
something new, but in a different direction where it's like just a good time, like just
something crazy to do.
That's really why we started this.
It's like when we were hanging out, we're always competing.
And I think we also share that passion to learning new things.
So like with this YouTube show, it's like we have the ability to like, we did trapeze
the other day.
And like, it's so funny to see.
So good.
It's so good. But it's so fun because like, you just see how, like, excited we get. Like,
I get up there. I'm 30 feet off the ground and I'm in heaven. I'm like, oh, this is fun.
I do one drop. This adrenaline goes through me. I feel like I'm like rock climbing in Joshua
Tree. I'm like, Rob, I'm going to be here four hours. Like, I feel the most alive. Yeah, we were.
Yeah, we were. I was like, this is the most alive I felt in months. And then I look over at
Rob, Rob's grin in ear to ear
of just being like,
I mean, the look on Dylan's face
when he saw, like, me actually do it.
Like, I wish, like, we had the reverse camera
because, like, I think you were pretty shocked.
I was shocked, but, like,
and then it's so special
because, like, we're so competitive,
but then we're competitive in a weird way.
Like, we want to find the loopholes.
Like, we want to outsmart each other.
Yeah.
We're both rooting for each other at the end of the day.
Like, I was so proud of him for what he,
like, being able to go up there and do that.
And, like, he crushed it.
So it's a weird mix of, like,
we're so competitive, it sometimes gets in the way of our episodes.
But then we also don't really care who wins or loses sometimes.
Right. It's like the point of it is to have fun and then the competition is sort of the like framework around that.
It's weird. It's like, you know, like some people are so excited for their routine.
Like they need their routine. They don't like the unknown. And it's like I feel like me and Dylan, like we both share the same passion of like if I get to go somewhere,
haven't been before or if I get to do something I've never done before to me I get
adrenaline I get excited about that and it's like that like just sense of adventure I
think is what drives this show yeah yeah well because you've done amazing race a
couple times also and I feel like that is the whole show you're going somewhere
you've never heard of before you have to figure out you know like those experiences
I feel like it's obviously it's a competition you want to win there's you know
money on the line but it's
also like when else am I going to get to be in Vietnam on a plane or you know right yeah and I
think like the shit our show like like it can evolve to like all of that yeah it's like literally
unlimited like we put up a post the other day asking people for other ideas we got like 2,000
people like all these different ideas and it's so endless like louis I saw log rolling in there
and I'm like oh that looks so fun like I've always wanted the log roll and we started like
doing it against like other duos too.
So Dylan and I haven't like been competing together against other people.
But like I'll grab like we did an episode that's coming up with Danny and Pasha.
Oh fun.
Yeah.
And I got paired with Danny and he was paired with Pasha and we competed against each other.
Yeah.
And it's not dancing.
Stay tuned.
Stay tuned.
You're never going to believe what we did.
And believe it or not, Danny was like immediately like, yeah, I'll probably be with.
Danny and Danny's like, I'm on Rob's team.
I was like, yeah.
It's like house divided.
Yeah, I was like, all right,
Pasha, let's go.
I love, I mean, it's like, it's so fun though,
because you guys have both, through like what people
have watched you guys on shows and, and doing stuff on TV,
it's like now they want more of that just like doing different things,
trying different things.
I feel like it's almost like living vicariously of like,
I don't know when I'm gonna be log rolling, but like, let's do it.
Let's do it.
Yeah.
I mean, I think it's just like you gotta say yes, right?
Like, a lot of times opportunities come up in people's lives and like you have the opportunity.
Don't say no. Just say yes. Try. You know what's going to happen.
It goes back to even that saying yes to the traders and stuff. Like I'm so happy I said yes.
And I remember when we were done trapeze that day, we're driving home.
And I was just thinking about it. I was like, two o'clock. I was like, do we just did
learn trapeze and did trapeze for like, I think yesterday at two o'clock, I had done nothing but like answer emails.
like a random Thursday morning.
And those days just blur together.
And then like I was just like,
we can really make so much of our life.
You're like, oh, this is like, that was my work day.
Yeah. It was so cool.
They'll be like, wow, I've learned something new.

I wonder for you, because I know that you're like a fan of competition shows and all of that,
and now that you've had the experience of being on Traders and dancing with the Stars and everything,
how has it changed how you watch shows knowing a little bit of like how the sausage gets made.
I know you worked in like TV and film also too.
Yeah.
I think I'm still just a fan at heart.
Like when the in the new season, the Traders, when they announce,
that there's a secret trader.
Like, I was pausing the TV.
I'm, like, looking at the seating arrangement of the roundtable.
I'm like, all right, well, they wouldn't sit two traders next to each other.
So it can't be this person.
Can't be this person.
So I'm still, like, trying to crack the code.
I was so wrong.
I thought it was, like, Mark and someone else.
But, like, I still just love it.
Like, I love...
You're definitely more analyzing.
Yeah, more analyzing now, for sure.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Because I see it even in our show.
Like, like, he was talking about before finding the...
loopholes. I think like even when we talk about traders or whatever's on TV, like, did you see
who did what and was that a good move? Was it not, you know? Right. And yeah, you just pick up
strategy. Like one of the first things that showed up to me in this season was Rob Rausch was like,
he's a traitor, but he's finding someone like more like to take under his wing. And I'm like,
oh, that's such a good strategy as a traitor to have someone that, that's what Danielle was
technically doing to me. Yeah. That's what I did.
to you too, bro.
And here we are.
I just kidding. I'm just kidding.
True.
What is it like, because you're doing the Traders
podcast this season with Bob
the Drag Queen, which is amazing.
A completely different pairing than you two,
but like so fun in a different way.
He's so cool. He's so talented.
And yeah, we definitely don't
agree on everything, that's for sure.
Especially when it comes to the fashion takes.
But, but, you know,
like, we have a good chemistry
together, I think.
and like it's cool to have different perspectives and you know see the game through two different
viewpoints like i think like i think a lot not that bob's not strategic but like i bring that
strategic viewpoint and like he sees like the overall from you know someone that isn't a gamer
per se well i think bob is like such a uh his mind is so sharp in a different way in that like
comedic sense and that like theatricality and like sort of people skills and all of that like
but yeah in a different he has it all like he does like i truly believe that if i wasn't on that
season bob would have won that season he would have figured out a way he just met his matching
the wrong word he said at the wrong time to the wrong person it just happened to be me right
you know he had everyone enamored he's so like it's not he's not smart in a social way like you said
he's just smart and it manifests in comedy because that's probably him just wanting to have fun in life
yeah he is so smart i mean just like the every season of traders like the the casting is just like so
pitch perfect and it's people you wouldn't expect it's people that you know you don't think of
as going together and i think i mean the game is fun and you know all of that but like the the casting
has just been like so excellent and that you know you can't make up for that dina cats yeah yeah
Emmy winning.
It's pretty cool to be on a show that's like sweeping the Emmys.
She cast dancing too, right?
Now it's all looking.
The traitors to dancing pipeline.
I see what's going on.
We've got the Mormon wives.
Who will follow me next?
Who do you think would be from this season?
Who would you put on Dancing with the Stars?
From this season?
There's so many.
Johnny already did it.
it.
Probably Rob.
Yeah, it would probably be Rob.
But I don't know if Rob would do it.
Yeah.
You don't think he would do it?
No, like Love Island people.
Like, I think Nick would do it in a heartbeat.
I think he's put it out there that he would do it.
But I don't see Rob wanting to do it.
Like, Rob, I think what's appealing...
More might be good.
Yeah, Moro would be great.
Rob wants to be like in the forest.
Yeah, I was going to say, and that's what's appealing about Rob is that I don't think
he, like, dancing with the stars, it's what he wants next.
I think he's like, no, I want to be in Alabama with catching snakes next.
Like this is like he's like pops in pops out
Maybe you can do a snake catching episode of
Did he only do it already too?
She did it like a lot of bad
Yeah
Because she she on
When she saw Mark Ballas
She was like I was on dancing at the stars in like 2007
Would Ron do it?
Oh my god
He'd be funny
Little Rap applaud
Probably not
I don't know if he's getting invited
It's tough I mean
I think with that though
It's like you
Like you said when you were doing traitors last
year you didn't know how you were doing or how it would be received it's it's you don't always
know kind of what the right now that that's what's crazy is you don't know until you watch the
episode that it's not like they're giving you screeners like yeah like i yeah they they really don't
know what the edit's going to be until it shows on tv and that's the excitement because you get to
relive it again it's like you already lived the experience once in the castle and then each week
you get to see a new episode and what everyone's going to take away from it's it really is like
you get a relive the experience twice.
And sometimes that's fun and sometimes it's,
you're watching through your fingers.
Yeah, definitely.
Well, everybody should go watch everything as a competition.
Now I'm excited that we have trapeze to look forward to some fun guests.
Yeah, we have a lot of fun guests.
Yeah.
Maybe Rob will put on those dancing shoes in the fall.
We'll see.
We'll see.
Thank you guys so much for being here.
Thanks for having us.
A pleasure.
Thanks everyone for watching.

Feels like every product claims real protein these days.
But real doesn't start on a label.
It starts at the source.
Like real California milk from California farm families,
it's real dairy delivering high quality, complete protein,
with all nine essential amino acids to help build muscle,
give you energy, and keep you satisfied longer.
So keep it real.
Real, look for the seal.
