Mention It All - Dancing With The Stars & Dancing Around The Truth (RHOC, RHOM)
Episode Date: September 5, 2025Dylan is back for another Friday episode, and he kicks things off with some thoughts on the cast for the new season of Dancing With The Stars. Sadly, there's no Bravo representation, but one cursed co...uple might make it worth watching. Then, after taking a moment to commemorate Karen Huger's release from jail, he dives into recapping this week's RHOM and RHOC. Back from Spain, the Miami ladies prepare to finish their season on a cruise, while Stephanie rolls out a new personality that everyone will definitely love. Over in OC, Katie's banishment from the group might mark a new direction for the season, but was it the right move? Meanwhile, Gretchen is still stuck in the past, but she and Tamra miiiiight be working it out on the remix. Betches Media presents.
Ha ha, laugh, funny.
Mention It All, a Bravo by Betches podcast.
We don't say that, but now we said it.
With me, Dylan Hafer.
We're going to check me, boo.
Hey, everyone.
Welcome back to the Mention It All podcast.
I am happy to be back for another Friday episode.
I love these weekly catch-ups that we all have.
Well, me and all of you listening.
Today, we have another double housewise recap to get into,
of course Miami and OC both trucking right along with their seasons. I am so excited, though,
in the next few weeks, I guess in the next month or so, to have Salt Lake City and Potomac joining
the fold. It's going to be a fun fall, I think, with these kind of rolling housewives premieres,
and we will have a lot to talk about and get into until the end of the year. A couple of
housekeeping things up top. As you all know, we're on YouTube at Bravo by Betches, all of our Tuesday
episodes. You can watch the full video episodes on YouTube. Coming up, we have some exciting stuff,
coming down the pipeline, including I had one of our secret lives of Mormon wives girlies in the
studio earlier this week, Jen Affleck. She's going to be on in a couple weeks on Tuesday. She's
doing Dancing with the Stars, as you may have seen. She's partnered with the Swifty, the Taylor Swift
dancer, Jan, the new guy, the hot guy. I mean, I guess a lot of them are hot, but I, um, Dancing with the
Stars is an interesting one for me. It was, it was fun to talk to Jen about some of the prep,
and she just had a baby this summer, so that's like a whole, I mean, I can't even imagine.
But yeah, Dancing with the Stars, they announced their cast this week. You know, Jordan Childs,
gymnast, love her. The gymnasts always do a good job. We knew about Alex Earl. We knew about Robert
Irwin, Jen and Whitney from Mormon wives. The person, though, that I am kind of most, like,
toxicly intrigued by on Dancing with the Stars this season, it's Hilaria Baldwin because I just
like, oh, hilarious Baldwin is one of those people where it's like, I, everything I know about
her, I have learned against my will, but at the same time, like, I kind of can't look away.
It's very car crash vibes.
But she has paired the most chaotic evil pairing possible.
They have paired her with Gleb Savchenko.
Now, there were rumors and reports that Gleb was not invited to be on this season of
Dancing with the Stars because last season, he was paired with Brooks Nader, model, girlie,
fellow Tulane alumni.
Hey, I don't know if she graduated.
If she did, congrats, if not, like, congrats also, you're doing great.
But she was paired with Gleb, and then they had this, like, flirtation, relationship, whatever.
And then she has accused him of cheating on her, which is funny because now she has her own reality
show with her sisters, Love Thy Nader, which I personally, like, I haven't watched it.
I don't know if that journey can be for me, but I have heard from a couple of my colleagues
who are also terminally online and terminally watching reality television that Love Thineater
is actually, like, surprisingly good. But on this show, she's talking about how Gleb, like,
did her wrong or whatever. And then at the end of the show, at the end of the episode, it, like,
flashes the card on the screen, you know, like every good documentary has like a, this person was
declined to participate. And it says, Gleb Savchenko denies cheating and all other allegations against him.
So we've got two sides of the story. But it had been reported that Gleb wasn't going to be on
the show this season because there was like backlash to him potentially cheating on Brooks,
which it's like, how real was that relationship to begin with? Sorry, I can't. But Gleb, who is, you know,
I guess has come through the fire and is returning to the ballroom is paired with hilarious.
Now, I just think, like, whoever is in the lab over at Dancing with the Stars cooking up these
partnerships, just a plus kind of work from my I love mess perspective.
Because, like, dancing with the Stars, it's fun, but it can be, like, a little boring.
Like, really?
How much drama is there usually on Dancing with the Stars?
And then you have two of the most like controversial, polarizing, juicy drama-filled people,
Hilaria and Gleb.
That I might have to be seated for.
I don't know.
I don't know.
But like, will they talk about any of it?
Will Hilaria do like a dance where she is like chopping cucumbers?
Because she's like, how you say cucumber?
That would be funny.
I mean, she's going to eat up all of those like Spanish dance.
You know she is.
But this is not a Dancing with the Stars podcast.
This is not a Love Thy Nader podcast.
This is a podcast where we are, you know, on pins and needles for the first look of
Karen Hugar after she gets released from jail.
And we got it earlier this week.
She was released on Tuesday after about, I think, six months in jail.
And I love that the first sighting that we got of Karen, well, first of all, at the
jail, people saw that there was a camera crew.
and also that some sort of like team went in ahead of her release,
and she had her hair and makeup done at the jail.
Now that is what I want from my divas.
Getting your glam done while you're still in the jail building,
so the first glimpse that people get of you outside the jail building,
edges are laid, hair is sitting.
The face is beat.
Karen cannot be coming out of jail
looking like she's spent six months in jail.
She needs her foot on these bitches next.
She needs to reclaim her Grand Dame throne.
And the fact that the Potomac camera crew seemingly
was capturing those first moments,
it just feels right.
Obviously, we have already seen the trailer
for this season that premieres in a little under a month.
She's not going to be in the main cast for this season.
But I think most people, you know,
the speculation was that they would
do some sort of pickup around her release, especially once it got moved up to be, you know,
this soon before the season premieres. And it looks like that's going to come true. And we got just
a quick glimpse of Karen. She rolled down the window in the backseat of this big black
SUV as it was driving past these cameras and just gave a little wave, just a little wave
for the people. Literally like the people's grand dom. Now, of course, you know, she, she deserved to,
know, do her penance for her poor decisions. And, you know, I'm glad that she, you know, was held
accountable. But at the same time, it's like, she's free. She's free. And it feels good. I don't know
what her first kind of like appearance is going to be. I don't know if we're going to get more
from her anytime soon. But congratulations, Karen. Welcome home. I can't wait to have Potomac back.
I really can't. But let's talk about our shows that we have currently on the docket. Miami,
O.C. Spin the wheel. What should we start with? Miami. Okay. Miami, I think this week can be like
a little bit quick. Let's be honest. They're back from Spain. They had a very,
a very topsy, turvey trip to Sevilla. Just like this group feels like they, they can't quite
get it all together on the same page. After this trip, Steph is feeling very alienated.
from, you know, Alexia Marisol.
She feels like she can't do anything right.
Like her personality is just wrong.
She hasn't talked to anyone since the trip.
Gertie calls her.
Gertie on a shattered iPhone, I might add.
Interesting, interesting choice.
She's FaceTiming Steph.
And Steph is just hoping that the cruise is chill.
Because she is, you know, she's heard the feedback.
She's taken the note.
that she can be a little bit bossy, and she is ready to come on the cruise with a brand new personality,
ready to drop, ready to roll out nautical stuff. Now, if I had been doing a drinking game
in this episode where I was doing a shot every time she said, Nautical Steph, I would not be doing
well. And this is, okay, I don't want to harp on the same thing that I've harped on every week with
Stephanie. But I would just say, again, she seems to be on this mission to prove to us that she is
not just one thing. She's not always so serious. She can have fun. She can go with the flow.
And I would just say, I think we've all had a person like this in our life. Nothing says to me less
that I am chill and go with the flow and just like a fun loving gal than self-branding yourself
with a nickname that you're going to remind everyone about every 10 minutes.
And to me, I think that the nautical step thing is actually not doing what she thinks it's doing.
Because she's like, oh my God, Jeddicate, no, who can't?
I don't want to dangle the plane.
It's just nautical stuff.
Nautical stuff is here.
We're going to have a good time.
Hey, it's nautical stuff.
What could go wrong?
It's like, can't just be Stephanie.
Is that okay?
I think she's making, she's trying and I appreciate that she's trying, but I think that she is,
she just is lacking a little bit of that intuition of how certain things are going to be received
and portrayed within the group. There's this scene where she is hanging out with Ms. Anastasia
Beverly Hills herself in the flesh, straight from California. You know, when they met,
they really clicked right away because Anastasia complimented,
how Stephanie runs her Instagram. I'm like, okay, sure. Yeah, that's
promising. And she's like, yeah, of course, we're both very, you know, business women.
And we're boss bitches. So we connected right away. I'm like, again, sounds fun.
But Steph is going to be hosting some sort of Christmas party. And she's presenting everyone
with like, I don't know, a gift basket. And Anastasia, she has a real last name.
It's not Beverly Hills. But like, that's what I'm going with.
respectfully. But so Anastasia Beverly Hills has gotten Steph all of this product that is sold out online, but don't worry, she keeps a special stash. And so all of these ladies aren't going to know what hit them when they get to the Christmas party and there's these, you know, have you heard the gift bag has an $800 value? It's just like, that's not actually what people want out of a friend. People like gifts. I'm not saying that they that they aren't going to be like, ooh, a gift bag. But like, it kind of reminds me of back in the day, scary.
Island. Set the scene. I'm sure you're familiar. When Bethany was bringing like the skinny girl gift
bags to Scary Island and, you know, Kelly and maybe some other people in the group were like,
yeah, it's a little weird. I feel like I'm on some like branded trip for you. And I don't really
want to be like, you know, hawking the skinny girl every day. It feels like Steph is going to use
these Anastasia Beverly Hills amazing gift bags as some sort of leverage to be like,
don't you love me so much, just like she did with the plane.
Now, to give her credit, the Christmas party hasn't happened yet.
So, like, I don't know if that's the way it's going to go.
I'm just trying to, like, be in the strategic mindset a little bit of, like, Stephanie has been
with this group for, let's say, a couple months, not that long.
And it feels like she's kind of falling into some patterns of ways that aren't received well.
And it feels like, again, this like almost over, overcompensation of I'm going to give you guys these amazing presents and you're going to be so thankful, right?
Just like you were for the plane, I could see it going poorly for her.
And I don't think that it's, I think that what these people want is real, real connection or like an alliance that they can use strategically against somebody else in the group.
And I don't know that stuff is doing a great job with that.
I want to touch on this scene with Lisa and Jody because this is really interesting to me.
We haven't seen a ton of Lisa and Jody content since early in the season, like the Milan trip, whatever.
Obviously, Jody got pulled into when they were in Spain because he was sending text messages to Larsa.
But seeing Lisa and Jody at home, it feels like the first glimpse we've gotten in a while.
And Lisa's like teasing Jody about wanting to get married again.
She's like, oh, now that I'm fully divorced, this finger, it just feels a little bit light.
Like, oh, this finger needs something on it.
But I don't want to, you know, not that I want to.
And Jody's just kind of like, uh-huh.
Yep.
And they're in the confessional together.
And Jody is, I think, a little more honest than Lisa.
realizes that he's going to be because he's saying that they are fighting a lot because of all of
these lawsuits and things and that even sometimes it makes them sleep in separate rooms because
they're fighting so bad. And Lisa's like, babe, uh, what are you talking about? This wasn't the
talking point that we prepared. And he's like, yeah, like, we just need things to like settle down a
little bit because it's been a lot. And then he says something that I think is really interesting.
He says that at the beginning, all of the drama in our life was originating from the divorce.
It was all of this stuff that Lenny was like spewing Lisa's way. And I feel like Jody kind of was like,
okay, I signed up to be your rock through this divorce, whatever. But he's saying that now
half of the drama is from the women in this group and from people that are supposed to,
allegedly be Lisa's friends. And so it's like, okay, we have to figure something out here
because it can't just be 100% drama, 100% of the time from people that are supposed to be
like friends of ours. And specifically in the Larsa department, he says that he and Larsa had an
agreement that they wouldn't talk about each other anymore, which like, why do you, why do you need
an agreement like that? But that it was Larsa who initiated that.
having, being on a texting basis in the first place.
Which like, okay, something that bugs me a little bit sometimes is like the way that the like
marriage, men respecting women kind of like politics are rolled out on these shows a little
bit, that it's like, I don't have an issue with Larsa and Jody like sending a text message
between each other. I don't think that's weird. I don't think that's messed up.
I don't think that Lisa needs to be like the conduit between any communication that Larsa and Jody have ever had.
Even if Larsa has texted Jody in the past, it still is not great that he's, you know, berating her and getting involved over text message while they're in Spain together.
Like I feel like he's trying to like, well, she texted me first.
And it's like, right, but like, what did she text you?
Like, how late is Lisa running?
Because she hasn't responded to me.
I would love to see the text because I feel like that literally could be the text.
that Larsa has called Lisa like 42 times while she's waiting for her
and then she just finally texts Jody and is like,
hey, when is Lisa going to get here?
I don't know.
It wouldn't surprise me.
But then we get to the cruise.
We're going on the cruise.
The long-awaited Richard Branson, Virgin Voyage, two nights out of Miami.
And I laughed so hard when I was watching this episode
because I remember last November at Bravo Fan Fest,
in Miami, I remember hearing, oh, the ladies right after this are going on a cruise. I knew that
they had just come back from Spain. I knew that they were getting close to the end of filming.
And I kept hearing, oh, they're going on a cruise right after this. And I'm thinking like,
okay, great. Like, Bravo Fan Fest is today. They'll go home. They'll pack. They'll go on the cruise.
So I'm watching this episode. And I realize, wait, I recognize all the outfits that they're wearing,
because they are showing up on the cruise ship in the same outfits that they were wearing at Bravo Fanfest last year of November.
So when they said they were going straight on the cruise, they literally got in the car at Fanfest and drove to the ship.
I just am like, damn, they really were like, okay, ladies, come on.
Did they have their suitcases in the back at Fan Fest?
Like, that is so crazy to me.
I just have like, wow, I remember Gertie wearing this like leather, this like leather beret with like piercings on the side.
And I was like, oh, are you, are you ready for the cruise?
And she like, oh, man, I guess I guess I'm ready for the cruise.
And ready for the cruise she is, you know, she's kind of coaching Adriana a little bit because
Adriana is feeling insecure about the age stuff that Kiki brought up when they were in Spain.
I thought it was interesting to see the side of Adriana where she clearly has a lot of
a lot of insecurity and complicated feelings about being a woman who is like 60 years old
and feeling like she's like I've been traded in for the younger model two different times.
I feel like society is basically like discarding me.
And that's really, I don't think we talk about this enough on Housewives for the amount of women on these shows that must have
really complicated feelings about this topic. I think it's super interesting. And for Adriana to be so
open and vulnerable about it, I would love, I would love to dig into that a little bit more.
Because there are, there are, I mean, Housewives obviously runs the gamut. We've had women in
their 20s. We've had women in their 60s. But everybody on these shows, to some degree,
must be dealing with that kind of societal pressure. I mean, we see people obviously taking a lot
of anti-aging measures.
But I like that.
And Gertie, you know, she's saying nice things.
And then she's like, girl, let's just get drunk and have a good time.
Like, yeah, sure.
Why not?
But Larsa, you know, Larsa and Lisa feel like they're getting a little bit closer to making
some progress.
Larsa is still mad at Lisa and Jody for alleging that she called the paparazzi to take
those alleged Coke picks of Marcus.
She really says that she didn't.
I guess I believe her.
I don't know.
She feels like she's owed a major apology and that she has already apologized to Lisa.
And Lisa wants them to leave Jody out of it and just make it between her and Larsa, which I'm like, that's a great idea.
Let's let's do that.
And then really the last thing is just, you know, Steph kind of talking more about her personality.
She goes from zero to 100.
And she says that she can take constructive criticism about her delivery, but that she won't
admit she was wrong about what she said in Spain, basically. She's confused about Alexia and Marisol's
decision last minute not to come on the plane to Marbea. And, you know, she just is like, I thought that
after dinner when I was being emotional, that it was a safe space. And Marisol's like, look, I want to like
you, but I don't need to know how much anything costs. Just like, enough. We all have nice things.
We all are, you know, out here in the world. Just like,
to relax for a second. And I think that's great advice. I don't know if I think Stephanie will take it.
I think that Stephanie thinks that she will try to take it. But I just, you know, again, I don't want to
be too hard on Stephanie, but right now she hasn't yet exhibited that she can kind of take the note
and make the change. She's hearing the note, but I don't know if it'll sink in. So that's kind of my,
that's my homework for her.
I think I've given her homework a couple times already,
which we'll see.
We'll see.
I'm very interested to see how their reunion goes to.

Let's talk about OC.
Of course,
we are coming off of a very pivotal episode in the season.
I would say a very polarizing episode in the season.
Some of the reactions to kind of the place that this season is in have,
it's been pretty mixed.
I think a lot of people are frustrated.
frustrated with how much the season has really revolved around these blogger storylines and the way that
Katie has kind of been, you know, ganged up on and essentially excised from this group after
last week's episode. Now, we do get some Katie this week. I wasn't sure if we were just never going to
see her again, you know, a la Denise Richards, or if she was going to come back kind of for one last stand.
it falls somewhere in the middle.
We get a scene with her and Jen
meeting up for coffee
to talk about some stuff
and then we get one scene of her at home
with Matt
to kind of close the loop a little bit.
But no kind of group encounter.
When she's with Jen,
she shows up with a manila folder
of receipts.
And I love that Jen is like,
oh, I literally thought you walked up
with receipts or something. And she's like, oh, I did.
Oh, yeah.
So Jen is like,
what's going on. And Katie, Katie says that she did her research. She did some digging and she looked up
the lie detector people from Emily's house and that the guy is a paid actor and that the girlie,
the girl with the black hair who kind of looks like that girl from NCIS. She says,
they're paid actors. This is what they do. I think it was a setup. And I am a little bit like,
Jen is really at this point kind of over it with Katie.
You know, she comes into the conversation very much like, man, we had a friendship.
We have this deep conversations and you failed the lie detector test.
So kind of like, what the hell, man?
And she is saying that, you know, she feels like she was played or like embarrassed about,
you know, their friendship.
and I too wish that Jen was being like a little bit more even keeled about this.
It feels like she is getting that group pressure to kind of be anti-Kady.
And I know that Katie failed the lie detector test, however legit that was.
But like at the end of the day, like I believe that Gretchen said some of that stuff about naked wasted.
And the fact that Jen is so fully on Gretchen's side, it does feel.
coordinated. And it does feel like Jen is kind of taking the easy way out. You know, Jen and Katie,
they just can't agree on what Gretchen said about naked wasted. So Katie says that basically Jen is
waffling because she doesn't want to get involved. She doesn't want the heat of going against Gretchen.
And she feels like, you know, she and Matt talk about this later, but that it's like Gretchen and
Jen, their main agenda is just ruined Tamara Judge. And so Katie is kind of being tossed aside
because she's not willing to just go with that narrative. It's complicated. It's complicated.
Jen says that she felt like a fucking idiot after the lie detector because, you know, she felt
stupid for, you know, potentially standing up for Katie. She also felt thrown under the bus when
Katie talked about playing that recording for Alexis at Hot Pot. And Jen, I do love this.
Jen says, I'm just sitting here lovingly telling you it's messy around you. That's, yeah,
I'm going to keep that. I'm going to, I might use that sometime in the future. It's,
I'm just lovingly telling you, it's messy around you. So Jen wants accountability from Katie.
Katie is adamant. She won't take accountability for something she didn't do. And that's kind of,
that's kind of the final straw for Jen. She's done with Katie. She's kind of over it. She's out.
And the last time we see Katie, at least for a while, is later at home, she's with Matt and she's
bummed because she hasn't heard from Jen. She feels like Jen is protecting Gretchen. And she says their
hate for Tamara runs deeper than telling the truth. Which, I mean, kind of. For Gretchen, I see that.
For Jen, I think it's a little complicated. But then later in the episode, we see Gretchen and Jen both
potentially starting to make some inroads with Tamara.
So it is, there is more to the story, but it does feel like Katie has sort of been kicked
to the curb, you know, in favor of whatever else they want to do.
Matt, Matt does get into a little bit more his communications with Slade, which I think is very
interesting.
And to me is maybe even more salacious than what Gretchen did or didn't say.
Because he says that they had a 43-minute phone call on one day.
And he's like, what am I doing for 43 minutes?
shooting the shit with Slade. I don't want to talk to that, man. I love that Matt is kind of like,
why would I be talking to Slate? Slade is texting me, 911, saying that Gretchen is going to deny
the naked wasted thing, and they need Katie to hold the line and stay with Gretchen. And I mean,
that's the thing is like, through all of this, however much I think that Katie is an unreliable
narrator, because she's exhibited that she doesn't always tell the truth, this situation, like,
it just feels like she's...
It just feels like something
that would have happened.
And as we know,
Gretchen did say on camera
that she went to the hospital,
which Tamara brings up
at the beach day.
Gretchen says she misspoke.
She's like,
she didn't misspoke.
I love she didn't misspoke.
But anyway,
Katie says that Slade.
Slade is unemployed.
So his only job is to be Gretchen's bitch.
So that's why he's out here
doing the dirty work,
texting, calling the husbands.
And Matt says that Katie and Jen are only out to bury Tamara.
And that's all she wrote for Katie and Matt, at least for now.
One thing I didn't realize this episode, Gina's ex-husband, also Matt.
So forget about Matt Janella.
He's gone now.
Matt, Matt Kirsheniter, he had a heart attack.
I did not know this.
And so watching Gina and Matt's new wife, whose name I can't remember right now,
they have a lovely relationship.
Great co-parents.
I love that for them.
And Gina is telling wife number two, whose name I don't know, is telling her like how grateful
she is because she took Matt to the hospital when he had the heart attack.
And so she saved his life and spared Gina from having to have the conversation with her kids
that their dad had a heart attack and died, which is just like a crazy, a crazy.
a crazy high stakes thing to even have to think about.
And it's so nice.
I mean, Gina has obviously been through some ups and downs
in the time that she has been on this show.
And this season, to see her and Travis back in a good place
in a house that they can fit all those kids,
that there's not like 16 bunk beds in a room.
And then having this relationship with her ex and his wife.
And, you know, obviously this is a, you know,
traumatic thing to go through with his health, but like to come out of it on the other side with
this much gratitude and groundedness, I just think it's really lovely. And I'm so happy. I'm,
I'm happy for Gina that her life has kind of come to this place. Because she hasn't had it easy
a lot of the time. I got a little for clumped during that scene. But Heather is doing her good
deed for the day, bringing Jen and Tamara back together. Honestly, I feel like,
like this is, this is good because when Jen and Tamara met up earlier in the season, it was really
entertaining their conversation, but it just was so obvious from the jump that there wasn't
going to be any kind of closure or positivity around that. And it does feel like in this case,
they kind of needed a moderator in the shape of Heather DeBrow to sort of be like, ladies, ladies, ladies,
what are we really fighting about? You guys have love for each other. And, you know, they can,
They can agree. They had some good times. Tamara apologizes and does say that the situation with Ryan last year was an aha moment for her and kind of made her realize the air of her ways. And Jen, I mean, I'm happy for Jen being honest that she's like, look, it does feel like kind of a pattern that you say the right things like this. And then the next time you're backed up to into a corner, you throw out some allegation or you have some piece of information. And, you know, so I appreciate you saying that. I want to believe you. But.
it's tough for me. And I think that Tamara, again, jury is out on how much this healing journey for her will
stick. But I think that it does seem to me like Tamara at least is when she's saying it a little more
genuine than maybe she would have been in the past again. We'll see. And also, you know,
she's still got a lot to work through with Gretchen. And I will say, Tammy Sue, bringing Joe to these
group events. Bringing Joe De LaRosa, Slade's X, as your plus one is just like, why are we doing this?
I'm sure you guys are wonderful friends. I'm sure you like, you know, playing pickleball together
or, you know, braiding each other's hair, whatever activities you do. But like, bring anybody else.
Bring no one. Just like, because she's like, I don't, she's like, yeah, like, I want to move forward
with you, but you have to stop bringing up things from the past. And it's like, respectfully, bringing
up things from the past. Case in point, Joe De La Rosa, nobody's thought about her for 12 years
until you have showed up with her to two group events this season. Now, I mean, that being said,
I do think Gretchen needs to stop bringing up stuff from the past. When she and, when Tamara and Gretchen
go to talk at the beach and Gretchen's like, I just need to know, do you feel any remorse for
saying that I was cheating on Jeff or saying that Slade was a deadbeat dad or doing all
these things, it's like, oh my God, enough. Enough. I'm not saying that Tamara didn't make mistakes or didn't
do Gretchen wrong all those years ago, but like, you guys have both gotten your licks in over the last
decade and a half. Tamara brings up stuff that Gretchen has done to her, you know, talking about her
daughter, you know, Slade calling her the Michelin man or whatever on stage. All of this, though,
is like so long ago. And so it's kind of.
of like comical that either of them feel like, oh, well, you're keeping us stuck in the past.
It's like, ladies, look in the mirror. It's both of you. And so I, you know, I am supportive of Gretchen
and Tamara, like having a conversation like this, but it just feels like I want, I need them to have
one conversation to go one day without bringing up something about naked wasted or about,
you know, Jeff or about a post about the daughter or the deadbeat dad. Like,
It's just so rooted in stuff from so long ago that it just feels like we are stuck in the mud.
It's a lot.
I mean, Tamara also brings up Slade calling Matt, which Gretchen says, that's a lie.
It's, I mean, I don't believe that they are going to actually be able to come out of this season with any kind of a positive relationship.
But you never know.
Gretchen says actions speak louder than words, and Tamara's not doing well bringing Joe.
I don't disagree.
But anyway, you know, beach volleyball day.
that seems nice. Everybody gets their croissant in a box. Look, Jen is on a budget. The lunch at the
beach picnic is going to be a croissant in a box and you're going to like it. And Heather's daughter
gets into Yale. Tamara's daughter has her first boyfriend and Shannon's daughter, unfortunately did get
broken up with. She's like, yeah, Sophie got her heartbroken. So she's in town. And Heather's like,
good news. And Shannon's like, well, I mean, she's like, but your daughter's in town. Okay. Well,
where do we go from here? Where do we go from here this season? Katie's gone. It does seem though like,
you know, aside from the lie detector test fallout, I don't think we heard Kiki Monique's name
once this episode. We're not really talking about the bloggers anymore. I am cautiously optimistic
that we could be turning over a new leaf in this season. And what better time than the midseason
trailer. Let's do it, ladies, let's find something else to yell about, shall we? Thank you so much
