Starting point is 00:00:28 Betches Media presents Ha ha laugh funny Mention It All A Bravo by Betches podcast We don't say that But now we said it With me, Dylan Hafer We're going to check me, boo
Starting point is 00:00:42 Hey everyone, welcome back to the mention it all podcast We've made it to the end of the week It is Thursday, Thursday night As this episode will be coming out But I'm recording It's the morning after the VMAs We had some Bravo Labs there
Starting point is 00:00:58 But the VMAs Are at an interesting An interesting point in its lifespan. It was the 40th anniversary of the VMAs, ostensibly a big occasion, something super exciting. They were playing clips from iconic performances throughout the night. But the problem with the VMAs is that when they play all the clips of the iconic performances, it just kind of like puts into perspective that like all the iconic performances are from 20 years ago. And you're like, oh, like, I want to go on YouTube and watch those. The VMAs, we had Jen Fessler and Jackie
Starting point is 00:01:32 Gold Schneider and Rachel Fuda were all there. Jen and Jackie, their two Jersey J's podcast, just got renewed for a second year, I guess. I don't know. I'm like, is it a season? Like, are we doing, are we doing like batch drops of this podcast? I think basically like the default contract that these people get is like one year of a podcast. And then I guess it's gotten picked up for a second year. And also I saw that two T's got like a new new artwork or whatever. So I guess, you know, the two T's podcast network doing great. But Jen and Jackie, that I assume is why they were there. Rachel and John were there too.
Starting point is 00:02:08 But I feel like that tells you what you need to know about the point in culture that the VMAs are occupying at this point. Because having like the second string Jersey housewives there and nobody else, it's like if this was like a fun party, like a hot ticket that people were trying to attend, you know, like Bryn Whitfield would have been on. that carpet. Countess Luann would be there. Like, there would be a lot more desire. Even like, where are like Dolores and Margaret and Melissa? Do they not want to go to the VMAs? Is it, I mean, the VMAs this year also, they were in Long Island, like where the New York Islanders play. Like, nobody's, nobody's trying to go to, what is it, like Elmont, Parker, UBS Arena. I literally don't even know where it is, but it's not in New York City. And it's not some place that people are eager to get to.
Starting point is 00:03:02 But the VMAs overall, I feel like it was a fun show. I mean, Taylor Swift won all the big awards. Congratulations. There were some good performances, but it's just the kind of thing where I'm watching it, and I'm like, this feels like a lot of filler. There's a lot of, they have this thing where, like, there's the main VMAs that are happening inside. And then there was a secondary space that was like the Doritos stage.
Starting point is 00:03:28 and they would play snippets of performances on the Dorito stage coming in and out of commercial breaks. And I'm like, first of all, who are these people? We saw Teddy Swims perform like three different times on the Dorito stage. And it's like, this is not what I come to the VMAs to see. Like, it makes it seem like they couldn't sell enough commercials or something. And they're like, we got to fill this time with something. So I guess you can watch Jesse Murph sing for the third time tonight. But overall, I guess the VMAs are fun. We're going to talk about Real House Stories of Orange County today. But first of all, I just have an update from the Real House of Dubai reunion, which, as I talked about yesterday, not the best reunion we've ever seen.
Starting point is 00:04:11 But I was really surprised to see this morning when I went on Instagram that Caroline Brooks, Caroline Brooks is being the voice of reason in a conversation because she posted asking people to basically stop coming after Talline's husband, I guess, I mean, this is something where sometimes you get the response to something that you didn't know was happening in the first place. Like, I am not aware of a community of rabid Caroline Brooks fans that are turning on Tallinn and Roth and, like, sending hate messages to them. But I'm sure that that that community exists. And I'm sure that they are very passionate about Caroline Brooks and defending her honor. something happened enough to make Caroline Brooks post a pretty lengthy message on her Instagram story and she also shared it on Twitter. And this is just like a short snippet of it because I certainly am not reading the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:05:08 But she just said, I'm not in a good place with his wife, but Roth is like a brother to me. He's my guy. I miss him and I'm sad that he's sad about the whole situation. I've moved past it and he and I are in a better place. I encourage the viewers to move past it and move on. So, I mean, she's essentially doing the, like, you know, telling her fans to calm down and, you know, not be sending hate on her behalf because she has no hate to send. This is just, it's a surprising turn of events just because I feel like it's so out of character based on everything, everything else we know about Caroline Brooks that she, this whole season has seemed like so just like ready to be mad at Tallinn for any little thing. And they're yelling at each other that they're liars and all of this.
Starting point is 00:05:52 the reunion. And so I guess I'm glad that she's trying to, you know, bring the temperature down a little bit. But mostly I, I am just kind of like, are there people in the world that are feeling this strongly about what's happening on the Real Houseways of Dubai season two reunion? I actually, this is like a genuine thing I'm curious about because I would be, I feel like I have watched this whole season of Dubai. I know other people have watched this whole season of Dubai, but I don't feel that passionate about it. And I don't feel like I've spoken to anybody else that feels that passionate about it. So the idea that there are people out there who are really like chomping at the bit to get involved, that's interesting to me. And I'm like, I guess I would
Starting point is 00:06:37 like to hear from somebody who's like super into Dubai because, you know, to each their own and everybody likes different things. And I think the season has been decent. But I'm like, okay, this is, this is something I haven't yet encountered in the in the community. So if you're, I guess if you're like a diehard Dubai fan, slide into the DMs and maybe give me a little context for how you're feeling about Caroline Brooks and Tallene. And if you've personally sent any hate messages to Roth, maybe leave that part out. But I am just wondering kind of like where the conversation is with that show because I know it has its defenders. And I feel like I've kind of been one of them. But yeah, just not something that I was aware of this level.
Starting point is 00:07:20 of passion in the community. There is a lot of passion in the community, though, for for Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. And I was interested to see yesterday. There was a report from the rap that this became Hulu's number one unscripted premiere for the year so far. So I think based on the first like three days or something of streaming that it's been on Hulu. And I guess it's on Disney. I guess Hulu and Disney Plus are like sort of the same thing now. So some people are watching Secret Lives of Mormon Wives on Disney Plus, which just feels like so strange to me. Like I watched Enkanto last night on Disney Plus. And like you can also see, you know, Macy and Michaela talking about whether they're swinging with their husbands. What an interesting
Starting point is 00:08:03 place that Disney Plus is these days. But this show has beaten out the Kardashians as the top unscripted series drop of 2024. And like that's, look, I mean, I'm not watching the Kardashians. anymore. So maybe maybe a lot of people just aren't, aren't keeping up these days. But this show, it's a bigger hit than I expected it to be. And I'm kind of guessing it's a bigger hit than Hulu expected it to be. We haven't officially gotten a season two renewal. I'm assuming that that will come pretty soon because with reality shows like this, they got to get back into filming. It's not like a scripted show where they can take off as long as they want. And whenever the scripts are ready, the actors will just be there. Like, we know there are developments happening. And I,
Starting point is 00:08:48 I'm hopeful. I'm hopeful. I don't have any kind of tea about this, but what I am kind of hoping is that there was some filming that happened kind of on the tail end of this season and that maybe there will be like some some in-between stuff that they've shot, particularly the whole the whole storyline that the end of the season leads up to. This is a spoiler, I guess. So if you haven't watched Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and you want to skip ahead like two minutes, that's fine. But the season ends with Macy calling this woman Jenna who Dakota is alleged to have cheated on Taylor with. It's just like rattling off all these names makes me feel crazy. But it ends with their phone call with her being like, hi, Jenna, it's Macy Neely.
Starting point is 00:09:33 I was wondering if you'd be willing to talk to me. And she's like, oh, hi, Macy. Yes, I'm willing to tell you everything. Cut to black. So I'm like, I presume they filmed the rest of that conversation. I don't know if they filmed then Macy telling, uh, you know. Taylor and or Dakota about what she learned. But I mean, it seems like that doesn't seem like a ball that would be rolling and then you would just kind of stop for six months. So I really am hoping that they've
Starting point is 00:09:58 done some like, you know, finessing of the timeline behind the scenes and that we're going to get like that complete storyline. But I don't know, Secret Lives and Mormon Wives. It's a big hit. And you guys have been liking it too. So I'm hopefully excited to have another season to talk about. And I hope they kick into gear and get that going pretty quick. But we will see. So good, so good. Everything you want for summer is at Nordstrom rack stores now and up to 60% off. Great brands, great prices. That's why you wrap. Girl, winter is so last season. And now Springs got you looking at pictures of tank tops with hungry eyes. Your algorithm is feeding you cutoffs. Done hoping it looks anything like the picture when you tear up on that envelope. It's time for a little in-person spring treat. It's time for a trip to Ross. Work your magic. Let's talk about Real Housewives of Orange County now.
Starting point is 00:11:22 The reason for the season, the reason we're here today. We're still in Sonoma. It's been an interesting sort of format to the season so far where we're, this is the 10th episode of the season. And they have had two short trips. And then we know that they have this trip coming to London later in the season. I feel like the usual kind of housewives formula, is that we get one sort of domestic quicker trip at the beginning of the season and then one bigger trip toward the end. And it's kind of, it's an interesting like variation on that form that
Starting point is 00:12:00 we had those kind of double trips earlier this season to Big Bear and Lakeinta. And then now we have like two nights in Sonoma and then we're going to London. Like I kind of, I kind of like that we're a little bit all over the place. Like I think it's, it's been an exciting 10 episodes. It almost feels like we've packed more in. Like it feels like it could be more than 10 episodes that we've watched so far. But I do feel like this week, as I was, you know, watching the episode and and taking notes and then kind of looking back over everything that I had written down, I feel like we are
Starting point is 00:12:37 sort of running out of runway for a couple of the storylines that we haven't been able to sort of like really crack so far yet this season. Those really being the issues between Shannon and Alexis and the paparazzi gate storyline that kind of refuses to die because Katie refuses to let it die. And that whole thing between her and Heather and then sort of, you know, transitive property, Gina is also involved in that. it feels like we have, I don't want to say beating a dead horse because I don't think the horse is fully dead. But I feel like the horse is beaten enough that it's not getting back up. And so we should probably still just like move on a little bit. But I guess to rewind a little bit,
Starting point is 00:13:26 you know, where we're in Sonoma, you know, Shannon has really had a rough day because she found out about the videos that Alexis and John are alluding to. So she has called them and offered to pay John out the full 75K, but she has asked that they both sign a non-disparagement agreement, and John doesn't want to do it. And this is, God, I feel this is where I actually like do feel bad for Shannon. You know, we've talked about the DUI is her fault. You know, she has to take accountability for stuff, but it's like, this is where it starts to feel like John is just kind of purely trying to torture her a little bit with this, that if he wants his money back, if he feels like he was owed something from her, that's one thing.
Starting point is 00:14:19 You know, I don't necessarily agree with the way that he's gone about trying to, you know, extract that $75,000 from her. Seems like there could be just like, oh, a scosh more compassion in the way that some of this stuff is being handled. But then when Shannon's like, you can have the full amount that you're asking for, in return, can we agree to like not smear each other in the press or talk bad about each other on camera? And he's just not willing to do it. And it's interesting to me because John doesn't seemingly really want to be on camera.
Starting point is 00:14:55 We have not seen him still yet this season aside from that FaceTime conversation with Alexis that he was briefly shown in. He has talked in the past about how Shannon ruined his life by making him into this public figure. So it's strange to me that if Shannon, who is the one who has the star of a reality show and talks about her personal life on that reality show, if she wants to suggest a non-disparagement agreement, it seems like John Jansen would be thrilled by that. because he would say, I wasn't, I wasn't talking bad about her in the press anyway. Shannon's the one that's out there, you know, wearing a microphone all the time and doing interviews and stuff and has talked bad about me in the past. So it seems like it would benefit John to not have Shannon, you know, able to disparage him in the future. But then it seems like maybe the reason that John doesn't want to sign that now is because he,
Starting point is 00:15:52 either he wants Alexis to be out there, you know, saying bad shit about Shannon or Alexis just is insistent that she's going to be out there saying bad shit about Shannon. But it feels like, it feels like John doesn't really want to be the one doing the talking, but that Alexis clearly every episode, we hear her being like, Shannon ruined that man's life, that perfect, beautiful man, Johnny J who's fucking me four times a day. And so, no, I'm not going to stay quiet. And look, if people feel bad for Shannon because there's this video and she has to pay all this money, remember that I'm a victim too, because I love Johnny J.
Starting point is 00:16:36 And she ruined his life. And so that almost ruined mine. But then he made it better. Like, I don't think that John is capable of reigning in Shannon at this point. So maybe he knows that if he's. signs this binding non-disparagement clause that then Alexis is going to run her mouth on camera and then Shannon's going to be in a position where she can like sue them. As I say, constantly, I am not a legal expert. And so I don't technically know how like a non-disparagement
Starting point is 00:17:04 clause really works. But in my mind, I'm like, that could actually create more problems for John if he signs it and then Alexis kind of can't follow the rules. I don't know. Food for thought. But so Heather gets Shannon to come to dinner this first night. And it's so annoying because this whole season so far, after the first lunch that everybody was at where Shannon and Alexis had their big, you know, argument, it feels like we've been spinning our wheels a little bit while each of these women kind of melts down separately. and, you know, we've heard varying things about how Alexis actually wants them to be able to get along and Shannon just wants to be left alone.
Starting point is 00:17:52 And, you know, they've kind of had these separate roller coasters over each other. And it feels like we're not going to ever be able to move on until there is kind of a moment of, can we at least be in the same room together and not have it be a huge issue. And it seemed like this dinner in Sonoma was, like maybe going to be that because Shannon agrees to come. She has sort of caved in and offered John what he wants. But then Alexis finds out that Shannon has heard about the videos. Emily tells her this as they're ready to go to dinner wearing their matching like shaggy
Starting point is 00:18:34 little jackets and updews. They look good. So Emily says that she feels horrible for Shannon because of this video thing. And this is when Alexis is like, well, it's not just her side of the story. It's not just everyone feels bad for her. And Emily is like begging her to have just like a little bit of compassion for Shannon. But meanwhile, Alexis just gets pissed that people are like now pitying Shannon and don't have this same energy for her. And so she skips dinner.
Starting point is 00:19:03 And in the grand scheme of things like do I, is it really that bad that Alexis skipped dinner? Like who cares? But it's so strange to me because Alexis friend. of on this show has to know that every time she willingly sits something out, that's just less screen time that she's getting. That's less attention that she's getting. And if she's not able to kind of, like, Shannon is on this show no matter what. Shannon has been on this show for 10 seasons. She's held in orange the entire time. Her spot, like it or not, is kind of not up for debate at this point. And if she chooses not to film with Alexis, she's going to still have all her solo scenes,
Starting point is 00:19:40 all her storylines intact. If Alexis is like refusing to come to these filming events all of a sudden and doesn't want to have a moment with Shannon or be willing to hear another side of the story, Alexis is kind of going to like walk her way out of this show. And at this point, I would probably be okay with that, but I don't know that she would be. But at the dinner that Alexis has decided to skip, the first thing we see, of course, is Shannon ordering a Belvedere soda on camera once again. I do think this is interesting because, I mean, these women get filmed constantly.
Starting point is 00:20:16 It's probably not that uncommon that somebody's drink order is caught on camera at multiple events in a row. But I do think it's a clear editing choice that they are showing us every time Shannon orders an alcoholic beverage. And I think this is three episodes in a row that we have seen her be like, oh, I'll just have a Belvedere soda. and Tamara picks up on this right away. She's like floored that Shannon, you know, is continuing to drink.
Starting point is 00:20:43 But then she also kind of puts the pieces together that she's like, I think if Shannon, I think Shannon feels like if she doesn't drink, then she's sort of admitting by omission that she thinks she has a problem. So that if she just has a drink, then it's no big deal. And everybody can just have a good time, just have a drink. And again, I don't, I don't love the thinking that like Shannon should or shouldn't be drinking. Like, if she has a drinking problem, that's her business and her like thing to, to come to terms with. And I don't think, I still don't feel like Tamara is really like coming from a place of love in this whole conversation.
Starting point is 00:21:24 But, you know, I'm noticing it. Clearly, the editors are noticing it. And if anybody's going to notice it, we know Tamara is. but this is where she shares that John won't agree to the non-disparagement clause. Alexis isn't coming, but she texts Heather saying that she's not sure why Gina brought up the video. Then Shannon is pissed at Tamara for knowing about the video and getting so close to Alexis anyway. And then Jen and Shannon go to talk in the hallway. And Shannon is like yelling.
Starting point is 00:21:54 It's just, it's a mess. I feel like we can't have one group scene in this season that doesn't end up with somebody leaving the table and like yelling in the hallway. I'm getting a little tired. Shannon in the hallway is like, I will never ever be in the same room with her again. Well, I will be tomorrow because it's the fashion show and I'm not going to go to the fashion show, but then I will never. And it's just like when we're making ultimatums and we're being so extreme with our words, it's like, that's not how a healthy ensemble show continues to function. But then Shannon comes back to the table and she says she just wants one night of not talking about Alexis and John, which I am so
Starting point is 00:22:36 fine with. I'm so fine with. So what does she do? She changes the subject to some random vagina rash that Gina has. And then the scene ends. She's like, everybody's like, yes, great, one night of not talking about Shannon and John. And then that's just the end of the dinner. And this is where I kind of feel like we're sort of starting to bump on the edges of these storylines that we've spent these 10 episodes on is that it's not a great sign when you're like, okay, great, yeah, let's all agree that we're going to have one evening of not talking about Shannon, Alexis, John. What do we have to talk about? Okay, Gina's personal issue.
Starting point is 00:23:23 And then that's it. Like there's no plan B of what they're going to talk about at dinner. And obviously, like, I'm sure production is encouraging them to talk about Alexis and John and all of this. I'm sure that they, you know, they've had a lot of, you know, blow up moments and fights and arguments about it. So it's not like this is, it's not like it hasn't created good moments on the show. But I just think it's, it doesn't say, it doesn't speak to kind of the depth of the season when you're, like, okay, if we're not talking about this thing, what else do we have to talk about? You want to feel like you have storyline, B, C, and D that you can, you know, revert to and that you're going to have,
Starting point is 00:24:06 you know, different things happening. The best group dinners, I always think when they're on trips like this, it's like, I always think of the, um, when Roney was in Cardahania, I think, and there's one group dinner that they have where there is truly so much going on at the table. Like, multiple full conversations. Sonia's like falling out of her chair. There's like two different arguments, people talking across each other. Like you can tell that the editors are like bringing up the audio on different people's mics like in real time. So you can hear different snippets of different conversations and it's chaotic, but it's thrilling. And this, I think the thing with OC right now is that it feels like everybody has two talking points. And then once you've used those talking points,
Starting point is 00:24:53 It's like, okay. Great dinner, guys. See you in the morning. And I just, I would love for them to be a little bit more flexible with the storylines and have just like a little more going on, frankly. Study and play. Come together on a Windows 11 PC. Starting point is 00:26:02 See you this summer. But then the next day, Alexis is feeling so much better and she's going to go to this baking class. The two activities today being like a baking class and what is it called? forest a forest bathing in the woods. Imagine if you got told by production that you had to go to forest bathing instead of like going to make and eat delicious biscuits. I'd be like, can I literally stay in bed? This doesn't sound fun. Forest bathing. They're like, it's like some meditation thing, but then they're just like rolling around in the glass and like Shannon shows up an hour late looking like she just woke up, which, I mean, more power to her.
Starting point is 00:26:51 Like, yes, girl, don't get glam. But I just, I'm like, what is this activity? Meanwhile, Alexis, um, Alexis is going to talk to Heather. And first of all, I don't know if anybody else has noticed. She's carrying this big old black burkin in every single scene. And I'm like, look, a beautiful bag, great bag. I don't have a burkin. but it's just like you can it feels like a crutch at this point then it's like oh yeah see this
Starting point is 00:27:23 burkin johnny jay got it for me and she hasn't said that but i feel like it's implied i just i'm like Alexis put it down you're going to heather's little cabin you don't need like a gigantic purse that we all know is very expensive but she's she's saying that it just it really stinks that we have to worry about like who can be together with who and everybody has to go on two separate activities we have to worry about like who can be around Alexis and who can be around Shannon. This is what frustrates me so much about Alexis this season, is that there just doesn't seem to be any inkling in her brain
Starting point is 00:27:56 that it's like because of you. You are a large part, if not the largest part of the reason, that everybody can't go to the one baking class together and half of these girls have to get shipped off to the forest to take a bath. There's no water. I don't know why it's called bathing. I think that's the thing with Alexis is that it feels like she takes such a strong stance on all the stuff with John that she creates this rift in the group,
Starting point is 00:28:26 but then she can't even understand that she's the reason that then there's a rift in the group. It's like if you're going to bring all the wood to start the fire and you throw the match on, then you can't be like, wait, why is why is the house on fire? This sucks that the house is on fire. It's like, yeah, bitch, you brought the match. Continuously every week. I'm just so frustrated with Alexis and it sucks because I was so excited to have her on this season. And I think that's kind of why. Like, I don't think this season is bad.
Starting point is 00:29:01 I've super been enjoying the season. There's still so much more coming. And even in the scenes from next week, I'm very excited to see Emily and Alexis kind of start to get into it more. I'm excited to see the Emily and Heather dynamics. because I think that they have really interesting kind of arguments sometimes. So there's a lot of stuff. And I mean, the Jen and Ryan, we still haven't even scratched the surface of. But I just feel like with the Alexis thing, it's like every week that she's on the show,
Starting point is 00:29:30 I just am like reminded of how excited I was and then how different and in a bad way it's turned out. And, you know, Gina has to pull her aside and be like, look, just because we support. Shannon doesn't mean that we're against you. And it's like, yes, yeah, because Alexis is constantly being like, well, why are people liking Shannon? This, but you have talked about Johnny Jay? Why are you liking her? Why are you sticking up for her?
Starting point is 00:30:01 And yeah, like, it's not about Alexis. But at the same time, I'm kind of like, okay, but we don't like Alexis that much. It's like if, you know, yeah, we're going to support Shannon. It's not, you know, supporting Shannon isn't the same as hating Alexis. but also like, don't we kind of hit Alexis? I'm waiting for like more people in the group to kind of see the light about Alexis bringing the darkness this season because I think that's the frustrating thing that right now it feels like Tamara is still kind of rallying around Alexis.
Starting point is 00:30:31 Katie is a big fan of Alexis and it just, it feels like we need people to kind of like realize that Alexis is like the main issue in the group right now. I don't know if we're going to get there, but I hope we do. the other storyline that we can't seem to move on from is the the paparazzi gate with Katie and Heather and Gina. And at the at the forest bathing, the one thing that does come out of it is that Katie has decided that she needs to try to talk to Heather once again and apologize again. And, you know, just really make her, really make her see that she's sorry and that actually it was Gina's fault. And Katie tells Jen about this in advance. Jen knows it's a bad idea.
Starting point is 00:31:09 I know it's a bad idea. You know it's a bad idea. There's no, nobody on earth thinks it's a good idea for her to bring this up to Heather again. And lo and behold, the second she does, Heather's like, what? Heather's like, why are we doing this again? Why are we talking about this? She's like, I don't, I don't want to talk about this. And she basically shuts it down right away.
Starting point is 00:31:33 And then Katie's mad because she's like, Heather will let me talk. But then at the fashion show later, Tamara is talking to. Heather. Heather says that Katie brought it up again. And this is where, you know, Tamara closes the loop and is like, well, you know that Katie wants to talk to you more about it. Because actually, Gina was saying that she can't lose the relationship with you because of all of your real estate contacts. So really, Gina's using you. And she's a terrible person and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, and of course, Heather is like, wait, that's fucked up. But then the next day at the vineyard, Gina brings it up. Katie is like, you know, basically like it all comes out that this is what
Starting point is 00:32:17 Gina told Tamara who told Heather that it was this real estate connection thing. Gina is shocked. She's like, that's not true. I literally have never used your real estate connections for anything. I'm not using your business. And Katie's like, well, isn't it like with the with the Altman's? And Gina's like, I don't even work with the Altman's. And I actually, it's funny because all of a sudden they're talking about like brokerages. And I assumed that Heather's real estate connections just meant she knows rich people that are going to buy houses. I thought it was like, oh, she has a friend who might come to you for business, not like, oh, she's going to get you a job. But either way, Heather tells us in the confessional that she believes Gina. And she says that when she had confronted
Starting point is 00:33:03 Gina in the past, that Gina admitted to things that she didn't even ask about. So she was very forthcoming and that when she confronted Katie, she hasn't taken any accountability. And I was actually, I was a little surprised that Heather was so firm on Gina's side because, you know, Heather has had questions about Gina's friendship in the past. Like, they're, they've been friends with an asterisk the whole time Heather has been back on the show, but they have not always gotten along perfectly. And so I expected this, um, this, you know, piece of information about Gina wanting to use her real estate connections.
Starting point is 00:33:41 I expected that to fester a little bit more with Heather. But I was kind of surprised that Heather was kind of just like, I believe, Gina. But Katie, now Katie. Like, Katie is the one, because the entire time that Katie has been on this season, the entire time Heather has known her, she's been nothing but trouble for Heather. So I feel like with Gina, she has like a little bit more banked up goodwill. And she feels like she's never gotten the 100% realness. from from katy and so she's not going to she's not going to give her the benefit of the doubt and gina
Starting point is 00:34:14 to her credit i guess is really going through it you know she's very affected by the Travis stuff she doesn't know if her relationship is going to make it um and so i think Heather also is like you know on some level a compassionate person um the fashion show I didn't really feel the need to get that deep into it I mean Emily is upset that she was forced to bring jeans when everybody else had cute black pants and that is something that we are going to revisit next week But like, okay, the fashion show. I mean, it's like, okay, so Heather, Heather Dubrow wants to make like the perfect black t-shirt. I mean, join the club.
Starting point is 00:34:47 That's like everybody's business concept. It's like, what if, what if we had a black t-shirt, but it was like the best one? What if there was like a blazer? But it was like the perfect blazer. Like that's, I literally think that's like 60% of fashion companies that launch. They're like, we perfected the t-shirt. And it's like, if everybody's perfecting the t-shirt, then we don't need anybody else to come along and perfect the t-shirt. Like the t-shirt is good enough.
