Starting point is 00:00:31 Betches Media presents. Ha ha, laugh, funny. Mention It All, a Bravo by Betches podcast. We don't say that, but now we said it. With me, Dylan Hafer. We're going to check me, boo. Hey, everyone. Welcome back to the Mention It All podcast.
Starting point is 00:00:48 I'm Dylan Hafer, and I am so excited to have in the studio today for the first time, but a returning Mention It All guest. Please welcome Real Housewives of Potomac, OG, Ashley Darby. Hello. Hi, I'm so happy to be here. I know. I'm happy to have you here. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:04 You remembered last time you were on this podcast, you were coming to us live from Minnesota. Yes. It was a different time. It was a cuckoo clock in the background. It's a new year. It's a new season. How is life right now in the world of Ashley Darby? It's still evolving, is the best way to put it.
Starting point is 00:01:25 I'm still learning how to be single. I thought I would be more comfortable with it at this point with it having been like, you know, two years now since I left Michael. And I'm still trying to navigate this thing. I don't, yeah. Do you feel like going into this season, does it feel like the pressure is off of you a little bit after last year was so much of, you know, the freshness of the separation?
Starting point is 00:01:50 And obviously your relationship has been under the microscope, you know, for seasons before that. Do you feel like there was a little bit of weight off your shoulders? Absolutely not. If anything, I think people are, because the whole concept. controversy or the question was, am I actually getting a divorce? You know, and by me not pulling the trigger on the divorce, people are still doubting the validity of my claims of divorce. But I really have getting a divorce. Okay. I know. I think I saw a quote from like three days ago that you're like, it's going to happen. It's happening. Going to happen. I'm working on it. Well, I do love seeing you
Starting point is 00:02:24 in the new house. It's nice to see, you know, you're out of the penthouse. Yes. You're at your seaside in the city moment. What is it like to just kind of have that your old. space, you're with the kids, you're really kind of in a new chapter. I mean, we saw you in that penthouse for so many years. And it feels, it almost felt strange in the premiere that it's like, oh, like, we're somewhere else with Ashley. No, it's so crazy. And I never even saw myself leaving that penthouse. I thought I was always going to live there. Even with my kids, I was like, I'm always going to be here. So now to be in my seaside in the city, it's surreal. I was able to design it, the way that I wanted.
Starting point is 00:03:04 And at that time, like, even when I lived in the penthouse, I really liked just like colors, purple and blue and orange, all of that. And then when I was able to design my own house, I wanted to do something more zen, more peaceful, more calming. And I worked with a great interior designer. And she got my vision. And now I love it. I don't like leaving my house.
Starting point is 00:03:22 I am a home body, baby. You're in your meditation era. I am. And I meditate every day. Yeah? I do. Was that something that you, Did somebody introduce you to that?
Starting point is 00:03:34 Or did you kind of discover it on your own, the meditation side of things? I picked up yoga when I separated from Michael the first time. It was really like sort of solace for me to handle what was happening in my life, trying to keep my separation secret and not tell the whole world, still figuring out if I wanted to be with him. So yeah, I went to yoga. And then I did a meditation retreat, actually, in the Appalachian Mountains a few weeks ago with Sard Guru. And it was the most transformative four days of my life.
Starting point is 00:04:00 Yeah. I love that I love watching people on Bravo shows really go on these personal journeys. And I mean, you certainly are an example of that. Just thinking back eight seasons now, there's just so much material and so much that we've seen you go through. And I mean, your kids now, Dean is what, four years old now? Dean is four. Yes. That's crazy. I know. He's four years old. His like, the way that he's becoming more aware and his speech and all of that, it is like, I can't believe that at one time he was inside of my body. But now he's like a little man.
Starting point is 00:04:32 Do you, how is it for you to look back and to think about kind of the, the roller coaster that you've been on? And especially the fact that you and Karen and Robin and Jazeel have been on this crazy journey together the whole time. Do you, are you able to kind of think about the magnitude of that? I was just thinking at BravoCon in 2019 the first time. It was only a couple of you from your cast that were even there. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:04:57 And it was, and now, you know, you're in the big panel room and, you know, at Watch What Happens. You know, like it feels like you guys really have come up in a big way. I know. I mean, I hope no one slept on the girls. We all knew we were going to be something special. And now here we are. There's no more where's Potomac.
Starting point is 00:05:15 That's for sure. And I think about that all the time. Like when Robin called me the other day and we were chatting, I literally hung up the phone. I was like, wow, there was one point in time where Robin couldn't even stand looking at me. She wouldn't even look in my direction. And now she's calling me up to chit-chat, you know? And even with Karen, points where I never thought we would return from that irreparable relationships
Starting point is 00:05:37 to see how literally Giselle Robin and Karen, I've gone through the ringer with all three of them. And now we're in a pretty decent place. Yeah. One thing that I appreciate about your cast. And I thought you guys had one of the best cast panels at BravoCon this year. You did. Well, first of all, Rachel Lindsay, she is. is so good at that. And you can tell that she really loves your show. But I feel like you guys do such a good job of
Starting point is 00:06:04 showing up and everyone feels like they're clocked in and there's going to be shade. There's going to be, you know, back and forth. But also it feels like you're all really in it together in a way for the most. I mean, obviously there are there are times when it gets really dark. But I feel like it just feels like there's always so much energy being put into you guys. And it comes across on the show, too, because you've never really had a season where it was like, eh, like, I don't know, we could skip this one. Yeah, no, everybody definitely shows up. We all really care about this show. And I will say for some of my castmates when we first started, it was a little bit harder for them to be open. I think Karen in particular has really had an evolution. She used to be very guarded, very to herself, kept her cards
Starting point is 00:06:47 close to her chest. But over time, in Giselle, too, now showcasing her love life and everything. we're all just getting more comfortable. Me, myself, I've always been putting everything right out there for everybody to see. And I loved watching that. Like, I've loved watching how we've all leaned into the process of sharing our lives with the world and taking the good and the bad. It's not easy in any capacity, as Robin is experiencing this season. It's not easy to go through.
Starting point is 00:07:12 It's not easy. But it can be very rewarding when you realize people connect with you and they, you know, they resonate with something you said or you inspired them. you know, like this, that's the amazing part. Yeah. In the premiere, the scene where you were at in Giselle's yard, the construction zone. Yes. And it was Cherise and Jazeel and you and having this sit down with Robin, you could really feel that, that, you know, all three of you have been through something in some way similar to Robin's situation. And it felt like a really sort of unique moment of
Starting point is 00:07:49 these three women really care and want the best for their friend. And it's going to be tough love. It's going to be, you know, it's not going to be the most comfortable conversation. But I thought it was amazing that you could see that all three of you were really trying to figure out where she was coming from and kind of get on the same page. And I don't know. What was it like kind of going into that conversation? I have to say that, that was probably one of the most genuine interactions we have had ever. and there was no malice. There was no like gotcha moments. None of us had that intention.
Starting point is 00:08:26 And I'm very proud of the way that we handled it and even more proud of how Robin received it because I was a little apprehensive. Sometimes in the past, some of the things that I've said about Juan have not been well received from Robin, right? But this time she knew, like I meant it. I've had my own hotel room situations that have happened.
Starting point is 00:08:45 You know what I mean? So I've been there. I get it. And it was also informative for us to see how she's navigating it because we have our opinions, but, you know, to hear Robin. Right. And a lot of the, a lot of the stuff that was being talked about happened, you know, after you had taped your reunion last season, there was, you know, she was on Watch What Happens Live. There was the stuff with the podcast. Obviously, you know, Candice had. Candice was very public with her thoughts. But I think for for some of you in the cast, we hadn't really seen you, you know, reacting, dealing with the. the information that had been coming out. I thought it was, I mean,
Starting point is 00:09:21 Cherise, too. Like, I thought that was kind of like the most open. We had seen Charisse in such a long time. Like, it just, I don't know, it felt like something we haven't seen very often. I know. And for Cherise in particular, when she first came on the show,
Starting point is 00:09:35 she was, like, knee deep into it with her ex-husband, who was her husband at that time and she was going through the divorce. And she wasn't able to share a lot, you know? That era of Cherise was someone, she was sad a lot. She was really depressed. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:49 You know, and now we see a different side where she's dating. And she's her, her retrospect when she looks back is so different now, you know, from the, from the person she was then to who she is now. And I love that. We're seeing Shasha in full effect, you know? Yeah. I think, like, when she was coming back on the show more last season, I think some people were kind of like, like, does it make sense for her to still be here?
Starting point is 00:10:14 like what we, you know, we're kind of almost moving backwards. But I think seeing that side of things, it's like she is a part of the DNA of this show going all the way back to the beginning. And obviously she has authentic relationships with so many of you in the group, whether they're positive or less so. But, but yeah, I mean, I think just seeing the four of you in that scene, it was like, oh, this is, this is something real. And yeah, it was, it felt impactful.
Starting point is 00:10:41 Yeah, because we had had like a little power. about it, but we didn't go in-depth. That was the most in-depth we had gone for the discussion. So good, so good, so good. Everything you want for summer is at Nordstrom Rack stores now and up to 60% off. Stock up and save on the brands you love like Vince,
Starting point is 00:11:02 Sam Edelman, frame, and free people. Join the Norty Club to unlock exclusive discounts, shop new arrivals first, and more. Plus, buy online and pick up at your favorite rack store for free. Great brands, great prices. That's why you Girl, winter is so last season.
Starting point is 00:11:22 And now spring's got you looking at pictures of tank tops with hungry eyes. Your algorithm is feeding you cutoffs. You're thirsty for the sun on your shoulders. That perfect hang on the patio sundress. Those sandals you can wear all day and all night. And you've had enough of shopping from your couch. Done hoping it looks anything like the picture when you tear open that envelope. It's time for a little in-person spring treat.
Starting point is 00:11:45 It's time for a trip to Ross. Work your magic. You and Candace have been very much up and down over the years, maybe more down than up if we're zooming out. True. What was your kind of, you know, you're coming back for the new season. I'm sure it's a time of kind of figuring out, you know, how you feel about everybody that's going to be on the show.
Starting point is 00:12:09 What was your approach going in with Candice this year? Well, I didn't really like the things that Candace was saying about Robin. I felt they were very strong. Some of the things she'd even said on Watch What Happens Live. Some of the things I learned that she had said to Andy, just very strong things that weren't warranted. And I didn't like that how she was handling herself. So I was a little bit anxious because I hadn't seen her for months, literally.
Starting point is 00:12:36 So this was going to be the first time that I'd seen her. And I didn't know how we would interact. You know, it was such an up in the air. Like, am I going to be like, what are you doing that? Like come out the gate. or am I going to like pull it back? You know, because one thing we do is we, we address things. And that's one thing I respect about her.
Starting point is 00:12:54 Neither of us shy away from very difficult topics to talk about. I respect that. Yeah. I think, you know, Candice is one of those people where when she came on the show, it was like, okay, this is a new energy in the group. We're finding our footing. I think Candice feels like she's a really important part of the group now. But like you said, it's like she doesn't shy away from.
Starting point is 00:13:17 from major topics. So it can be, I feel like it can be tough to sort of know where you stand with her because you never know what's going to be coming down the pipeline. Yeah. And that's fine too. I think actually everybody is important to the group. And that's one area that I had an issue with her. She didn't necessarily feel that way.
Starting point is 00:13:32 But I do think everybody is an integral part in this group. Cogs in the wheel. I want to ask about Mia. Because she's also on a journey this season. Yes, she is. What was that like kind of navigating? Obviously, I know we're going to see a lot of it unfold this season, but it feels like she's in a very different place than she has been in her past seasons on the show.
Starting point is 00:13:56 And I know that you guys haven't always had the easiest time together. What was what was that like for you kind of experiencing her evolution? Well, what we filmed during the show was very difficult. She was going through a lot. Yeah. And even now in these last few months, it's a different Mia. You know, and I, Mia changes with the wind. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:14:22 And now, you know, she told someone that she's wearing a promise ring now from a gentleman. And I'm like, you're literally not even divorced. Like, you're not, I'm not saying divorce because, you know, I'm a pot calling the kettle. But, um, you're like, hold on. It's been like two months and Mia's already got a boo. Even just within your panel this weekend, it was Mia saying, she's like, oh, I don't know, I'm dating a little. You know, I'm outside. And then 20 minutes later, she's like referencing a man.
Starting point is 00:14:53 Yeah. And wearing a promise ring, and a rock of a promise ring too. You hear me? I'm like, girl, this is an engagement ring. That ain't a promise ring is a little nugget. Okay. No, she got a whole rock. Well, it's like we saw Lisa Hawstein's husband is he's.
Starting point is 00:15:11 engaged to someone else and they're still not divorced yet. It's like we got to we got to figure out this engagement situation. I know. The girlies need to just heal a little bit. You know, as I am single and like really learning who I am, it is really important to take some time for yourself. Now, maybe it's just me and I'm taking a little longer than other people, but I've learned so much about my habits, how I think, what I want my life to look like, you know, like really taking a time to think about that. And that's what I want me to do. I want you to do. I want to do. I want to want Mia to just slow down. And I told her that I said, you're moving too fast.
Starting point is 00:15:45 You're in hardcore survival mode. You need to just exist for a little bit and stop like trying to do, do, do, do, do. Just chew. In the trailer for the season, we see this gold digger conversation come up and she's maybe pretty open about her past with that, like with being with Gordon. What was that? How do you feel about that conversation kind of coming into play? Well, I will say when that comment was delivered to me initially, is very different than what she's saying now.
Starting point is 00:16:19 Because I saw that at BravoCon, she said she did marry Gordon for his money. Right. She said that. She did not say that or anything to that nature when she called me a gold digger. So it's a full circle moment. And I don't really like the fact that Mia is saying that about herself, if I'm honest. Because I know how Mia feels about Gordon. I know how much she loved Gordon.
Starting point is 00:16:39 the thing she's told me, even like last week about her caring for Gordon, is so much bigger than her minimizing money. Like that's not even how Mia operates. Don't get me wrong. My girl does love nice things. Okay. She's got champagne taste for sure. But there's so much more to her.
Starting point is 00:16:56 I don't want her to like just, you know, minimize herself that way. Yeah. Well, it sounds like you were talking about the scene that you did at Giselle's house in the premiere and how it felt like it was one of the most genuine and authentic things. And I'm sure over all of these years of doing the show, it's a tough thing to kind of deal with people sometimes when you don't know if they're being totally authentic and stuff, especially on camera. And it seems like Mia maybe has a little bit of maybe it's tough to tell sometimes. Dylan, you just hit a nail right on the head. It is the hardest thing for me because I want to be there.
Starting point is 00:17:30 Yeah. And I want to show up and I want to support. But sometimes I'm like, what am I really supporting? You know, like, give me. something and give me something that's secure, not that's going to, you know, ripple and go away. Yeah. I mean, it's, it's tough when you're in a group like this and a setting like this. You're always trying to kind of figure out who is, you know, going which way. And if you have those people that you feel like you can depend on, that's, that's gold. I mean, that's, that's the thing you kind of
Starting point is 00:18:00 want the most. And so, you know, it makes sense that you're going to gravitate toward people that you feel like you can really depend on, even if, you know, things go up and down and make shift over time. And that's why people give a lot of grief to Jazele and Robin for their friendship. But having that sort of connection and being able to rely on someone like that is invaluable doing this. And I found, you know, I'm not a green-eyed bandit per se. You know, I am a brown-eyed a betty. But I feel that too with Jazeel especially. She checks on me a lot. We talk like three or four times a week. Robin is also very supportive. So those are two people that I know on camera, off camera, whatever, they really have my back. Do you feel like you have that with Wendy?
Starting point is 00:18:51 I want to have that with Wendy. I think Wendy and I have a respect for each other. I think the world of her. Like I would vote for her to be president tomorrow. Okay. I do. I do. wonder sometimes how Wendy truly feels about me. And I do think that we could be more open with each other. Like in order for our friendship to evolve, we have to be a little more vulnerable. And I'm already very vulnerable. So I'm really speaking about Wendy. Yeah. You know. Well, I think, yeah, I think that's maybe one sort of audience critique of that when that I see Wendy getting is like she can bring the drama sometimes in the group setting. But it doesn't always feel like we're really being let in necessarily in the same way that,
Starting point is 00:19:42 you know, you and some of your other castmates are, are kind of bringing the 360 to the table. And I do respect that to a degree. Her job, you know, she goes up on these hard hitting interviews with like, I've seen her. I don't know if you've seen Wendy in action, but I've seen Wendy in action. And it's hard. And she doesn't. She holds her own. And she's changing the world.
Starting point is 00:20:03 And I respect that. I admire that. I'll always be a fan. And she's a great mom. But yeah, we definitely could get closer for sure. I mean, you invited her to that dinner in Miami when nobody else was going to bring her to the table. Yeah. Because, I mean, that was wrong altogether.
Starting point is 00:20:18 But also, yeah, it's just, it's a respect. There's an underlying respect that I have for her. Totally. Yeah. Study and play. Come together on a Windows 11 PC. Starting point is 00:21:20 See you this summer. I feel like you thrive at BravoCon these last couple years, maybe more than anyone else that I can think of. And there's been some chatter about this year's BravoCon. Everybody had their eye on Captain Jason. They did. And I'm curious if you can clear anything up for us because we saw there's photos with Lala. Adriana has some story about something dates.
Starting point is 00:21:52 Which isn't true. Not true. It is not true. He told me that is not accurate. You know, I was sitting in the front row for that. Watch What Happens Live taping. And it was giving fiction. Yes.
Starting point is 00:22:02 He literally sent me, and, you know, he doesn't want any drama. He doesn't want the mess. And he asked me not to give any mess. So I won't. Okay. But he broke it down for me how it really happened. Okay. Yes.
Starting point is 00:22:14 And that wasn't it. So is there any, how was your connection with Captain Jason, might we say? It was, we're friends. Okay. For the record. Okay. We had a really good time. The final night, Sunday night.
Starting point is 00:22:27 We went out. It was Shana Whitney. Yes. Shana Shay, Whitney Rose. Shep from Southern Charm. Jason. What a crew. We had a time.
Starting point is 00:22:38 Literally to like four in the morning. We were just dancing and dancing and dancing. And Captain Jason and I, we talk a lot about spirituality, you know, about his breathwork, journey, all that stuff. And that's what really gets me. Like, yeah, he's cute and all. So I still have my crush, but we are friends. Okay.
Starting point is 00:22:53 Yes. Like a little Aussie moment, you know. Well, my best friend lives in Australia and she's been trying to get me to come. So, you know, if I go sooner than... You could be on below deck down under next season. Oh, I would love it. I feel like Potomac on a... We need more housewife.
Starting point is 00:23:09 below deck crossover. Agreed. I planted a seat at BravoCon in someone's ear. In a higher-ups ear, I planted that seed. Look, we know all the execs are there. It's the exact right time to be like, I'd like to go on a charter. I said either a charter to Australia or a girls' trip in Australia and put your girl on the cast. Okay.
Starting point is 00:23:29 I do. I hear a lot of girls trip like fan casting out and about. I'm getting tagged and stuff. You are a name that comes up regularly. Yeah. in Ultimate Girls Trip wish lists. Yeah, well, it's on my wish list, too. You know?
Starting point is 00:23:43 Because there are some housewives that are like, uh-uh, I'm not doing that. Like, I heard Erica be like, fuck girls trip. I mean, she's got a whole damn residency in Vegas. Okay, if I were her and pat my post in Vegas, I wouldn't want to go on no girls' trip either, you know? Who would be on your girls' trip wish list if you were in attendance? So I can give three, because how many are there? Like six, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:24:05 That's a lot. You don't have to do six. Oh, let's do three. Okay. Okay. I feel comfortable with three. I definitely have Whitney Rose, learning that she has her husband's astrological sign tattooed on her pubic area, on her koochie, that was priceless. And I'm like, that's my kind of girl.
Starting point is 00:24:20 I would, yeah, does it have to be housewife? No. Okay, Shana, I just, I really vibe with Shana. Yeah, that's my little crew now. And third, I would say, you know who I also had a fun time with at the club was Lisa from Dubai? Yeah. Ooh, we went to the club together on Saturday night and had a time. I feel like she had a good weekend.
Starting point is 00:24:44 Like I think a lot of people like were really into what she was giving, both, you know, the fashion is there. The shade is there. I mean, Choray, that roast. I had to recover from the roast of Sherey. And Sherey's a good sport. You know, she laughs at all, but I know. That was good. And you know, I even, I may even bring Candace on my grocery.
Starting point is 00:25:06 Okay. I feel like Candice, when she's in the right environment, you could have a lot of fun with her. We have so much fun together. Right. We dance. Like, it's a time. Totally. It's more so the tense moments or the serious moments that we go off the rails.
Starting point is 00:25:22 Speaking of that game that they played on Watch What Happens Live with the fun facts on the cards. Oh, yeah. Your fun fact was that you had a flirtatious moment, I think the word was, with Owen Wilson. Uh-huh. And somebody else. when she busted out. Sonia Morgan sort of stole the thunder there, but I need the,
Starting point is 00:25:41 I need the, what was happening. Okay. First of all, can we get into the graphic detail? The sexual preferences that Sonia was divulging about Owen Wilson.
Starting point is 00:25:55 I was like, for me it was one time, but it appears as a repeat thing with them. It's a referring theme. Well, yeah, so she says, that's true. That's true.
Starting point is 00:26:05 So I met him when I was, I think I was like 20 or 21, and I just come back from Miami and I was working in a nightclub. I worked Wednesday through Saturday at this nightclub. And he was in town filming the baseball movie. She's out of my league with Paul Rudd. And they came in, and I had gotten sunburnt so bad. I felt so like, and my skin is starting to peel. Like, I'm telling you, I was not the business. It was not like your, your, like, hottest night.
Starting point is 00:26:32 It was not my hottest night at all, okay? And at that night, I was the greeter when he first came in. This Wednesday night, I was the greeter. And I was like a little starstruck. And he told me I was beautiful at the door. And then he came in for the next four nights, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. He came on the next four nights. He had a residency.
Starting point is 00:26:49 And then, of course, you know, we had to send off together. Of course. Yes. Well, the look on your face when you realized that Sonia was swooping in on that fun fact. Which, I mean, it's fine. I'm not. So there are some things I love. Sonia, that didn't bother me. I didn't like the way Adrian, like, talked about the Captain Jason
Starting point is 00:27:10 situation. That felt like a, like a, trying to one up me. That's why I didn't like that one. But Sonia, it's just so good-natured about things. And so I wasn't, like, mad about it. I was really shocked that we've had sex with the same person. Like, what are the chances that sitting on that stage out of how many women were there, like, 12? Yeah. Two out of 12 women have had sex with the same penis. Like, what are the chances of that? And it's like pretty A-list. Is he A-Lis now? I think so. Yeah, I mean, at that time, he was so hot.
Starting point is 00:27:40 Like, yeah. But I never talked to him again. I also have another one that I'll share later. Okay. Yeah, it's, I'm waiting. The hint that I will give is that I think Andy knows this person pretty well. Okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:57 Okay. You know, think about your, your theories. He has a best friend, and she's on this show. Okay. And someone who is on that. show. You're going to get asked about that next time you go and watch what happens live. Yeah, I know. I've been waiting. Since I came on this show, I've been like debating if I should tell Andy. Right, right, right. Because I mean, once you say it's like that it's a whole thing. I know. I know. But it was just a kiss. This wasn't in Texas. I know. I know. I'm about to tell you. But eight seasons in, you have not lost your ability to surprise. Yeah. I, I'm the gift. I'm keeps on giving. What can I say? Yeah, maybe I'll tell the ending next time. Okay. So how are you, you know, we're, we're just getting into this season. There's a long way to go. I know you said you
Starting point is 00:28:46 didn't feel like it was an easier season for you. What do you feel like the overall group kind of dynamic is this season compared to the last couple years? Well, it's very interesting because from my perspective, I am in a pretty good place with all the ladies. I think with my situation with Michael and with my kids. Everyone has just been so supportive of me. Yeah. Every way, right? And yeah, I've had some differences, but for the most part, there's just this sort of unity. And I just can't say that for the rest of the group. I mean, everybody else is, is fractured. Right. Candice is winning, like, song of the year and using her speech to come for Giselle. Yes. Like, okay, we're, that's where we are. I know, clearly.
Starting point is 00:29:28 Justel was like, why is she so obsessed with me? I was like, girl, I don't know. Wait, I want to ask, so you, your friend NECA is new to the show this season. We didn't meet her in the premiere. What was she, what did you expect her to bring to the group? And did she kind of meet those expectations? Dylan, she exceeded expectations, really and truly exceeded them. I know she's accomplished. She's smart.
Starting point is 00:29:53 She's beautiful. She's so fun. She's from Wisconsin. Okay. So like we get down to get down, like blink 182. have like sing-offs and stuff like that. And then at the same time, she really embraces her Nigerian culture, which is amazing. So I've loved her.
Starting point is 00:30:08 I've loved everything about her. And, you know, as the show goes on, things happen between her and another lady on the show that caught me way off guard. Well, based on the trailer, it looks like she and Wendy have some business. Yes. And the business is business. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:26 I don't remember if that was in the trailer. I can't remember if the subject matter was on the trailer. Yeah, there's some like voodoo shrines. Oh, okay. So that wasn't it. I could remember, but yeah. I remember because I saw, I feel like I've seen enough housewives trailers that usually it's like, you know, the new girl kind of it's like, hey.
Starting point is 00:30:43 And then it's like, okay, we'll figure it out later. And that trailer I was like, she said what? The big girl came in hot. You hear me? And also, I mean, she has receipts for things. One thing about NECA, she's a lawyer, okay? She came prepared every time. Like a lot of other housewives can take.
Starting point is 00:31:01 No. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Okay. Well, I'm excited. I'm excited for this whole season. I feel like, you know, Potomac is always always giving us something good. And you'll have a big old cast this season.
