Ha ha, laugh, funny.
Mention It All.
A Bravo by Betcha's podcast.
We don't say that, but now we said it.
With Dylan Hafer.
Who don't check me, boo?
And Barry Rosenfeld.
I need to start drinking alcohol.
Now go to sleep, we.
Hello, and welcome back to another episode of Mention It All.
I am Barry Rosenfeld, and I am joined by a very, very, very, very special guest, Chris Burns.
Hi, that was so many very very very very.
Is that so nice?
I could have added more if I wanted to.
That's right.
Chris Burns, aka.
Carrie Bradshaw, baby.
Baby.
How was your weekend?
I need to know all the Halloween details.
Actually, this is perfect for mention it all because I'll mention it all.
Okay.
But I went to a party and I, number one, I'm still hung over.
Same.
But I was playing beer pong with my partner.
Ashley famously as Jacqueline's daughter from Real House,
New Jersey.
Ashley that pulled Danielle Stab's hair.
And then the next morning, she did DM me a video that she took of me, like, duck
walking and then attempting to do a back flip in the middle of the party.
Okay.
Well, I see right now that you're okay because that could have gone down.
Oh, no.
I'm physically okay.
Okay, okay, because I've never seen you do a backflip before.
No one has.
You can look at the video and still not see it.
I went out.
I did not dress up and I have this like relationship with alcohol where like I drink too much.
And like my body rejects it.
So there's that.
You're not like a big drinker normally, right?
I think I'm pretty sure you're being sarcastic because like you know.
me.
Yeah.
Like you're not drunk during the daytime.
Right.
Like,
because right now we're recording.
I'm working and like I have priorities.
Like I can't drink right now.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So it's fine.
But I did do something that I've never done before,
which because we're mentioning it all has nothing to do with Bravo.
But I had a two and a half hour drive home from where I was while hung over.
So I pulled over on the throughway, the New York State Thruway.
Oh, wait.
I saw.
I think you were in my neck of the woods.
Yeah, I was.
And I took a nap for 20 minutes on the side of the throughway.
Because if I didn't, I feel like it would have been really bad.
It could have been really bad the nap too.
But it was just like everyone's best interest on the road, whatever, that like I napped.
And here we are.
I feel so good.
And here we are.
Listen, you did it.
Okay.
And today we're talking about Real Housewives of Potomac finale.
and Real House was in Salt Lake City.
And also there is a very, very, very, full of varies today,
special announcements today that the Real Housewives of Dubai is coming.
Yes.
I think they got rid of Real House's of Dallas because they needed to replace the R-H-O-D.
Yeah.
Well, I feel like they probably were going to get rid of Dallas anyway.
Yeah.
Dubai, I'm assuming, has been in the works for many for a long, long time.
assume there's got to be a lot of, um, yeah, like interpices to filming internationally and
the laws and Dubai are so different than here. I know. It's funny because Beverly Hills to us is
obviously like, oh my God, they're so rich, but like Dubai is coming and like that makes the Beverly
Hills women look like. Oh, it's going to be opulent, like rich, rich, rich, rich, rich. I'm almost like
nervous. They have so much money there that I mean, I don't know. I'm so excited. I think it's going to be
so good. Yeah. So that's coming in 2022, which is literally two months away. Um, oh yeah, I forgot.
Because when they said 2022, it's like, we're going to have to wait so fucking long. But I guess it is
November. It's literally tomorrow. Um, okay, Real House is a Potomac. This finale to me,
was like a snooze vest.
Very lackluster.
I feel like these finale
are not what they used to be.
Like, now we have everyone making up
and hugging and everything.
And half of the housewives in this cast
were not in this episode.
Which...
Wait, what was missing?
No, like they weren't.
Like, Wendy wasn't in the episode.
Giselle wasn't like in the episode.
It was about the...
It was about Karen's making up
in Karen's vow renewal.
Like there was nothing else really going on
except like little things
that we cannot
ever see again because we're just heading into the reunion.
But we did start off.
There was a date night with Robin and Juan and Ashley and Michael
and now they're all on the same page
that they just go out because Michael and Juan like to hang out
or because Michael likes hang out with Juan.
Which is interesting.
Yeah, it's a bit much now
I think Juan
Because the whole
All of a sudden
Now that Robin is like
Talking about having a baby
I think is interesting
I feel like it's such an odd
Housewife choice
That happens in every
franchise where like a housewife that has
adult children
Or like children who are about to be
At the point where like
Robin and Juan could really
Start enjoying life
just with, you know, like, it's very Melissa Gorga.
Like, I want another baby.
Yeah.
They, like, go through the cast.
They're like, who, which one of you can, like, potentially have a baby for next season?
And they're like, Robin and Juan.
But, okay, so here's the thing.
Michael is talking shit about Candace and Chris in this lunch dinner.
And it's just weird to me because he truly hasn't been around or in this season.
So, and that's like his thing is he just talks about that.
And Robin doesn't ever say anything in the moment, but she has this tendency of not participating in the conversation, which I actually really appreciate.
She's always been like a good friend in that aspect.
But she's even like, why you talk?
Why do you care that Ashley's mom like pays for that?
Like, why does that bother you?
Well, I think it's the same thing of like Candace saying your mama to me.
Oh my God.
Like it's like a, you know something.
that somebody would be self-conscious
about. So, like,
that's the thing he's going to keep digging at
is, like, you're all
high and mighty towards us,
but your mom pays for everything.
I think Chris is, like,
one of the most level-headed
people, or not one of,
all the husbands, besides Michael,
are pretty level-headed.
But, like, I don't know.
I just think it's an odd argument
to keep having.
Yeah, it's very child-ed.
It's odd that Candace and Ashley
hate each other so much
because they're so similar.
I know.
Well, that probably is why.
There has to be like a number one.
I think,
I think Candice is Ashley
before Ashley had children.
Okay.
Okay.
Like I feel like Ashley has really
matured since having kids
where she's not as like
flippant with everything she says.
Yeah.
And Candace still is that.
Right.
I don't think,
this is just like a I don't think with Candice that that is ever going to change in the near future.
Like I just don't think that.
Unless Nikki Minaj tells her too.
Oh my God.
We'll talk about that after because I just cannot.
Okay.
But also like little tidbits like Candice signs her music deal, which is like actually very excited.
Okay.
No, I just mean like the meeting.
Like we saw her sign a deal at the end of.
Yes.
Wasn't that in the finale of last season too?
That's what I'm saying.
where like these little clips are
within where we have to like get through them like
that is very exciting for her to say for her to do but like
that was the scene we saw her literally sign it
and then like that's it so there is nothing to that but it is
really exciting same thing we're going now these transitions are lovely
Robin has her warehouse space very exciting
but then they bring up she she's bringing up
that one wasn't there as much
when her grown kids now were younger.
And you can tell he's just getting really pissed off
because she's doing this on camera.
Like he was like, you're making it,
you're making me out to be a dick and like leaves.
Which yes and no, again, like it's like a reality show,
but you're bringing up a piece.
And I think one doesn't like being on camera at all.
It's like known.
Yeah.
That he doesn't like being on camera.
But I don't know.
He did shitty things to,
Robin and I feel like while yes, you've both grown so much in the past 13 years and stuff,
if someone cheated on me and we got back together, I would be like, it's still going to come up
here and there.
Of course.
What about when he was leaving?
And he was like, let's not focus on like what I didn't do.
How about what you didn't do?
And I was like, Juan.
One.
Yeah.
That's like you.
What?
And I'm sure she did do.
everything, you know, at the time.
So whatever.
We'll see.
I don't.
Robin can't get out of, like, Robin needs to get in her own healthy place before she
starts worrying about having babies.
Exactly.
Even though she's the one that wants, she's the one that's like, I don't know who's
actually leading that.
I feel like the producers are, but because I can't really.
I was just going to say, I feel like it's like a storyline, like, they're like, no, no,
we really don't want to have a baby.
But it's...
And they're like, but it'll give you something to argue about.
Then that's totally fine.
So good, so good.

Girl, winter is so last season.
And now Springs got you looking at pictures of tank tops with hungry eyes.
Your algorithm is feeding you cutoffs.
You're thirsty for the sun on your shoulders.
That perfect hang on the patio sundress.
Those sandals you can wear all day and all night.
And you've had enough of shopping from your couch.
Done hoping it looks anything like the picture when you tear up on that envelope?
It's time for a little in-person spring treat.
It's time for a trip to Ross.
Work your magic.
Okay, Karen and Rees Val renewal.
I'm very upset, by the way, in the beginning of episode,
when they said that Raven couldn't come
because she, like, maybe has kidney stones.
I don't know.
I don't think they knew either, whatever.
But like...
I wonder...
What?
If it...
I wonder if it was, like, because of COVID.
Maybe.
But I feel like...
And they didn't want to say that.
Oh, I guess.
Like, doesn't Karen strike you as the type
who would want to hide the fact
if Raven, like, tested positive for COVID?
Possibly. I don't know.
Because she wouldn't want people to be like,
well, when's the last time you were around Raven?
And now you have this big event and filming and stuff.
Because I was like, I bet she actually was something was wrong to not be there.
But like, I'm like, I wonder if it was COVID.
Maybe.
It's just so funny to see like Karen's Vowernwell.
I feel like people are forgetting that we're still in.
in the pandemic because, I mean, listen, I've gone, I go out, I do that.
But like Cynthia's wedding was, I guess, in the height of it.
And people were flipping out.
And like, I didn't, you don't see one word about like Karen's gathering or party or whatever.
But I thought it was beautiful.
Karen also looked smaller.
Yes.
Did you have a problem with the venue?
The outside.
Why?
Who cares about the outside?
I guess.
I mean, it's very like.
TV studio to me.
Like, it was like, the outside and the inside don't fucking match.
I know.
I guess if they're not taking pictures outside, then like, who cares?
But it reminded me the inside reminded me of like when you go to like Macy's during
Christmas and they like the whole, it gets a revamped.
Like they just change the inside to whatever you want it to be.
I thought it was beautiful.
I thought the stairs were like, again, the main.
the main part of this renewal in the beginning was the stairs.
How many times did they show the stairs?
Like, we get it.
There must be an elevator that you guys can take.
Or don't have it happen at the top of the stairs.
Yeah, I don't know.
That's why I was like, I loved Candace being like, where's the Jumbotron so I can watch what's happening?
Her little side comments are actually really funny.
But, okay, so the meat of this, Val Renewton,
besides them, which is so cute.
Like, they've obviously been through their hurdles,
but Karen is so in love with Ray
that it's, it's really sweet.
She constantly is like, thank you.
Like, she, like, listens to what he says.
She's so in love.
Like, she obviously talked about how they almost weren't able,
like, they had to get past their problems
to be able to be where they are.
So I don't know.
What did you think about Giselle saying
all the DMs that Karen slides in?
I mean, she's the,
believe that Karen
Fox around.
I don't.
I don't.
Okay.
I do think that
Karen
is the type
to put on a facade
for sure.
I don't think
she would do work.
I love Karen so much.
Like, I think she is
the grand dom.
But, like,
it's very
a Beyonce vibe to, like,
not show,
only show what you want to be shown.
100%.
I also think she's the type of person
where she's just like a,
like she's a fun,
like flirty woman and she would never act on anything.
She,
if she saw a guy on the,
she'd be like,
oh, honey,
look at that ass.
Like, I love that.
Like,
I feel like that's her.
But,
and her and Jazeel are just on good terms right now.
So it's like why.
Yeah.
I also feel like a vow renewal
is such a
production move.
also.
How many times have we seen it on the show?
That's what I'm saying.
And I've never,
I have been to more weddings than anyone in the entire universe,
and I've never been to a vow renewal.
I think it's,
I would never get my vows renewed,
nor would I encourage somebody.
I'd be like, what?
You want us to fucking give you gifts
because you're still in love?
That's honestly such a good point.
I think that Karen and Ray's work somewhat worthy
because theirs was 25 years.
as opposed to all the other ones we saw,
I think mostly have been 10.
If I,
and then that's all they got.
Or like Ramona's was like 17.
Yeah.
How,
that's such a random number.
Okay,
so my God,
this is,
this was just so weird to me,
these husbands.
Michael finally shows,
oh, Mia.
Mia wasn't in the episode,
like at all.
And like,
it was her first season.
Like, for her,
it was,
I don't know.
So that was another one.
But,
and what is it?
Because they don't have any issues.
They just,
like,
weren't giving screen time.
Like, it was just weird to me.
But Michael and Chris are, like, sitting next to each other.
Mia's like, oh, he's real, like, as if she didn't think he was actually real.
But you know what?
Sorry, sorry to interrupt, but to go back about the screen time, I would have loved to see
Wendy trying to get in that fucking dress that she could not even sit in.
Like, I'm like, how did you get in that fucking dress?
Honestly, maybe it was cut because they showed her, obviously, with her daughter, like,
picking it out.
and then they showed her getting out of the car.
So I feel like that little, like...
Lying in the car was like amazing.
Her husband, like coaching her.
Pull her by like her arm and leg.
And then as soon as she sat down in the venue,
she was like, oh my God,
I think something just ripped.
And maybe that's why she wasn't up the whole time.
And like, I've been there, bitch.
And a vournual in a strip mall is not the place.
Okay.
And then when they get up, Ray goes,
where's the red carpet?
It's like, they don't have one there.
Okay. Did you also catch that one of this, their friends came over?
Bershon was there too and they didn't.
She's that little like camera from the side.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's it.
Where their friend was like, like you're, see, you're better than Bill Gates.
And he's like, yep, he's getting divorced.
And like they were at their vow renewal.
I was like, right.
That was great.
He's funny.
He comes with the jokes.
Okay.
So these husbands, my Chris off the bat is like, listen.
I'm willing to move past it.
And I was like, oh, my God, this is great.
This is going to go great.
And Michael is like, I need an apology.
You put your hands on me.
And I was like, you guys, you're not going to be friends anyway.
So just like move past it and be cordial to each other.
And then-
Yeah, Michael, I'm like, shut, just shut the fuck up.
I know.
I think Michael also avoids being on camera because he has a weird relationship with the production crew.
I bet.
Like, I feel like Michael just does not like being around.
when they're filming.
He had a fucking lawsuit
against one of the cameramen.
I'm sure a lot of the people are still there.
And he,
remember at the end of the episode,
I think last season,
when he was fighting with Chris,
and then he's in the hallway
screaming at production.
And Ashley's like crying
and being like,
you have to stop.
And it's like...
That was very cringy.
It's Michael has probably had some
real run-ins with producers
and stuff like that.
I actually
think that Dylan and I discussed that last season where we, brav, we, like, because we always
pretend we're on production. We wanted Ashley back. Like, she's a great housewife. And in order for her
to come back, like, Michael would have, because he's, they're married, like, would have to just,
like, tag along, but, like, not be on camera. Like, and I actually think watching this season, that is what
happened because so many people don't like him, but like Ashley, that they needed to make some sort
of compromise. But anyway, so they make up probably their marriage was affected a lot by the show.
So maybe it was like- And it clearly still is. Yeah. I mean, that just needs to.
Yeah. We're gonna try not to talk about that. Um, because like that was hard enough last
week. Like the set, like, it's just too much. Like, you have to like, no. Anyway, I didn't
understand the fact that during this conversation, Ashley was not there. Like,
she was at the bar.
She was at the bar getting drinks, whatever,
laughing, talking to people.
She had to have seen.
She was so excited for Michael to come and then bounced like during this conversation.
So that to me was a little strange.
Candice also got up and left the table during this conversation.
So I was like, okay, we've waited this whole season and we see two husbands making up led
by Juan, who is another house husband.
And that's it.
And that, I bet, is the only reason they made up.
If Candace and Ashley had been at that table and stayed, it would have just been a huge fight.
100%. And then at the end when Michael, like, he only gave Juan a hug, he wouldn't give Chris a hug.
And then he winked at Juan across the table. I was like, I did that just for you.
Yes.
A hundred percent. Yeah. It's bizarre.
It was.
But.
Okay. So then they show the preview. That was.
really it for the finale.
Yeah, it wasn't much of a finale.
Not at all. And so they show
the preview for their reunion.
How do you feel?
If I was
one of the real housewives of Potomac
and Nikki Minaj
walked out holding the fucking cards,
I would not be excited. I would be
shitting bricks.
Because Nikki Minaj is
like the ultimate
fucking, like if she was on housework
she would be the like nini times 10 like shut down any bitch who says anything ever
and I think it'll be interesting because she cannot be objective in these questions and you can hear
the voice over her being like are you sure you didn't just want more screen time so I think it'll
be fucking amazing I love Nikki Minaj love her I me too I mean I I I her and I
I feel like we said this also, like,
they should almost do this for every reunion,
like get a massive fan, like a Miley,
to sit in for the reunion.
Or like, I'm saying, like a Rihanna.
You?
Rihanna would love it.
No, Rihanna.
Me?
Yeah.
Oh my God.
Don't even.
We want Rihanna on the podcast.
Honestly, at this point, maybe Nikki Minaj.
I didn't even think about that, but there.
Listen, I wish you well on that quest.
I mean, they got her on the reunion and we're like basically even, like our podcast.
If we can get Rihanna in any way, I would fucking pass out and die.
But yeah, I think it's going to be so good.
And maybe Rihanna can do Salt Lake City.
You know, she's a fan.
All new drinks are now at McDonald's with refreshers like the strawberry watermelon refresher.
and the mango pineapple refresher with popping boba to crafted sodas like the Spriteberry blast
with berry flavors and cold foam.
Who knew ice cold drinks could be so fire?
Try them all now at McDonald's.
Refreshers contain caffeine.

Well, let's talk about Salt Lake City.
First of all, very exciting this episode that we see more of Meredith's daughter, Chloe,
because she's fucking gorgeous.
And like, hello.
I'm like, hello.
But I love that.
all their daughters and kids are like friends.
So we start off with Whitney and Heather,
and they go to lunch with Mary.
Mary starts to bring up the fact that Lisa,
questioning her last week triggers her.
Mary is a fucking nutcase.
Yeah.
Triggered by the fuck.
Wait.
Bitch, steltzer doesn't harden your goddamn ovaries.
People should Google it.
100%.
And that's what we were saying.
Like certain things, yeah, that that should have been questioned.
If you ever hear anything you've never heard before, you're going to Google it.
That makes sense.
But I think triggered her in the sense of someone questioning her.
So that whole thing with Lisa was just taken out of context.
But also when she says, like, getting question like that triggers me.
Like, that's how the world works.
Like, if you don't question, like, what?
She's acting like Lisa, like, question her about every little detail specific about a true fact.
Like, number one, you're not a doctor.
That's not true.
Number two, you're a nightmare of a person.
Like, she will be the next one in prison.
Like, I just...
Go in.
I will go in because I'm like, even since the episode last week when she talks about her parishioner launching through a
roof and fucking dying and then saying like, I'm just so happy to be here. I'm like,
that's a sociopat. Yeah, that's bizarre. Like something is really off. Well, I mean, Chris, like that
is just stating the obvious. There is something very off. No. And she's like, she's like my mom thought
my mother and I haven't spoken because she thought that when my grandmother died, she deserved to get the
money and stuff. Yes, she did. Like, she's like, it was God's will. Where is the will, honey?
Like, forget God's will. I want to see the written will that said, give everything to my
granddaughter. Here's the thing about that, though. Like, she, I find it very weird that you and your
mother are fighting over who should be with your grandfather next. Well, I think it was more who will
take over the church who got all the money, who got all the houses.
Right, but you had to do that in order to get that.
Like, that was how you, that happened.
It's all weird. It's all weird, obviously.
Mary, this whole time felt so forth. Like, she doesn't, didn't want to and doesn't want to still be with Robert Sr.
So why didn't you just, I don't know.
She wanted everything. She wanted the money. And she also said, no one knew that her grandmother
wanted her to be the one to do it except for her and Robert.
It wasn't written down anywhere last year.
She said all of this.
Like, I don't, I don't even believe her.
Like, I don't even believe that the grandmother said any of it.
Show us the will and then maybe we can move forward.
She said there's no will that it was just spoken.
That's, you can't do that.
You have to have everything in writing.
Like, you just have to.
Well, we'll get more into Mary later.
because
Salt Lake City was like 10 times better
than Potomac this week.
Oh, absolutely.
Because there's so much drama
within Salt Lake City.
Like the girls,
the women just aren't getting along.
Okay, so now this,
it really was,
and it actually had needed to wrap my head around this.
But Jack and Henry have their fresh,
well, shoot.
Okay, cool.
Anti-Gen comes because her and Lisa.
Also, can we stop pretending
that a nine-year-old
is starting a business, Lisa?
I know.
Chris, you should know if you don't already that I am not a Lisa Barlow fan.
I am not on this.
I think that's a popular opinion around the board.
Fabulous.
So, Auntie Jen comes because her and Lisa, you know, are such good friends.
And Lisa is with real wolfheads.
Oh my gosh.
It had, it had like the paws.
The paws were.
Those were a hondo real.
She said she got them at like whatever fur place.
Yeah.
I need to know how much.
cost. There was two of that. I want to know so bad because I know this is such an insane thing to say,
but I know that like if you hunt a wolf, you can sell the pelt for like a thousand dollars.
So for it to be turned into things, it would be like, God knows how many people she had to rob.
You can DM Chris. You can DM Chris later on to ask how and why he knows that information.
But that's- I watch a lot of documentary.
about a lascon.
Okay, so any end last episode, we see her by the diamond snowflakes.
This episode we see with the two wolfheads.
And earlier in the episode, Stewie is on his laptop making her money.
And I was like, stop showing these scenes in the episode.
It's not a good look.
Like I, he's like, you know exactly why.
And I'll keep feeding you.
It was so, it was so bizarre to me because we're going almost back in time.
But anyway, this.
conversation with Jen and
Lisa, she brings
up this former employee, which
obviously we all remember when this video
was going around and it was
not good.
And let us not forget that Ms. Mary
Cosby also had a leaked video of
her audio out and about.
Yes. Remember?
No. And she was like yelling at her
parishioners about not giving enough money
and like if you're broke, don't be coming
to my church anymore. Wait, I
literally haven't heard that. I don't feel like we've talked about that. I'll find it. I'll find it and send it to you. It was like before the season started. Okay. No. This leaked audio of Jen with one of her employees because, you know, she says she rolls deep. She has a lot of people working for her, which that's probably part of the reason of why she might be going to jail because like no one needs a team that big when you can't even answer the question of what you do for work. It's iconic. Everywhere they go, she's like, Auntie Jen, Brooke.
I'm like, oh, bitch.
Apparently this employee was making her address and there was such a disconnect here.
Like, he didn't deliver on time.
But then according to other people, well, she didn't give him the details.
The leaked audio was so bad, like, so not a good luck.
I remember.
Because at first I was like, oh, my God, what are they talking about?
And then they obviously showed out.
And it was video.
That was so long.
Yes, exactly.
It was, she was like, that's not me.
Like, that's not.
I would never do that.
And I was like, babe, you can't.
It was like it was she was like it was out of context.
It was out of context.
You can't scream like that at someone ever out of context.
Like it's like I don't care what the context is.
If you screamed like that at an employee.
But this up this conversation obviously is so good because it leads into later on of what happens.
But just another tidbit because I know that you and Heather are like BFFs.
Did you know that she was ever a travel?
companion?
For a little person?
For a little person.
I did not know that she was a travel companion.
Don't think anyone did.
I did know that she sings and plays piano well, though.
Well, that's exciting.
I feel like she's definitely laid down the law that she's not never been a good time
girl.
Even though, I don't know.
I see it now.
I feel like Heather and I are very similar in like,
we were crazy adjacent often.
Like I'm like to surround myself with wild situations and people,
but I never really get too wild to do anything.
That's honestly so accurate.
I'm on the outside looking in, lighting the match and walking away.
I feel like I agree with that.
But I also think that we've seen her like grow all right.
even though it hasn't even been this long.
Like she maybe wasn't a good time girl.
But now in her older years, like watching her daughters grow up,
she's like having more fun and going out and like trying to date.
So like she's just,
I feel like an overall great person to be around.
But again,
Auntie Jen comes with sexual gifts.
And I'm like, oh my God.
Jen, where'd you get all that?
Also, like Jen, no, I don't want to play a fucking penis game
with just the two of us in my house right now.
Can we just have a glass of wine and count?
catch up. Heather, Heather, do you want a straw or you want to drink it like a man?
You know what's so funny is growing up my dad would always take, like if we got, we're at a
restaurant and drinks game with straws, he would take his straw out and so then we would take
our straws out because he said straws were for women. I love drinking through a straw.
Every restaurant I go to, I ask for one only because if there's ice in a drink, it gets a
want to chug my drink. Like it just gets in the way. Oh, no. I love a straw, but I got hooked on
straws because of like lipstick and stuff. Right. Of course. Hooked on straw. Yeah. I do love a straw,
though. Yeah, they're amazing. But I, that was just funny because her one-liners are fabulous.
On a sad note, Whitney was with her brother this episode and find out like she's still, and she was actually
on Watch It Happens Live last night. And to date, she has not talked to her dad. So that's more than six
months at this point. But it's just sad for her to find out, like, we even saw last season. She was the
one, like, really backing her dad in any way, shape, or form. And to hear that, like, he's
hanging out with her siblings and not hers. Just like that it is very sad. And also I'm missing
her dad, like, on the show. Do you think that he's not sober? What did she say? I have much
I, no, she didn't say go into anything. I would, I don't want to assume anything. But I, she, like,
had mentioned how she thought that was maybe the case.
And it does make you wonder if that's the reason he's not seeing Whitney because she is the
one that has kind of kept him accountable and really like tough loved him but didn't cut him out
all the way.
So like maybe he's afraid of her seeing him in a state of not where she.
It's just sad because like he worked so hard and like he is maybe thinking she'll be.
judge him. But anyway, I don't know. I hope. And they put so much work into it. It's just really
sad. And she like got really upset. But okay, this fresh wolf party is an in small intimate
gathering of 30 people. And which is probably COVID stuff is recent. Is that reasoning?
Well, or because it was very calculated, pick choose whatever reason you want. I don't know.
Little of this, little this, little that. She.
Meredith was obviously invited.
I found it very weird that,
but I didn't find it very weird,
that Whitney was also invited
and no one else was invited,
considering she's good friends with Jen,
who was at the photo shoot earlier this episode.
Yeah, it's weird.
So I kind of did feel bad when Jen found out
because she was like, wait, what?
Like, that's bizarre.
It's not weird, though,
because Lisa,
is that type of person.
Like,
it was,
it was very bizarre.
Lisa is very,
the whole thing with Cameron,
which I think,
so Cameron,
who's like Mary's,
he's the connector.
Connection.
Connection between Mary and Lisa.
So Lisa met him,
met Mary through Cameron.
And he tells Meredith how,
but you also find it weird
that Meredith never met this person before.
who Jen has...
This is what I'm saying is.
It's weird that he came,
immediately told Meredith,
I think Jen,
it's the same fucking situation
as bringing Whitney to
the friend's restaurant
to talk shit about Angie
and clear her name about Angie.
Jen wants it to get out
that Mary is a shitty person,
presumably.
After hearing the audio of what I heard,
yes.
Jen just doesn't want to be the one
that gets her hands dirty.
So now it's somehow put on Meredith
to bring this to the group.
Wait,
are you talking about Jen or Lisa?
Lisa, Lisa,
sorry.
Okay.
Okay.
Is that like Lisa doesn't want to get her hands dirty.
So she brought Cameron and obviously told him to like,
feel free to tell Meredith.
Oh yeah.
This obviously makes such good television.
Like people like like,
Lisa, even though it's so...
Do you ever take a break from being this calculate?
Like, how do you even think to do these things?
I can't imagine doing that or thinking of how to do that.
I don't get it.
At heart is a bit of a producer.
She works in that realm.
She's the self-reclaimed queen of Sundance.
And she's known to be the one who kind of
is the center of Salt Lake City.
That's why she says, Heather says,
you wrote my name down as somebody who would be good on the show.
So I think, I obviously don't know this,
but I think that Bravo, when they decided to do Salt Lake City,
it was because of Lisa.
And I think that is why.
Ooh, that's a big shot to her ego,
if she ever heard you say that.
I really do think that because, remember at the reunion,
when Heather is like,
you said that you didn't know who I was.
Right.
But then you're the one who wrote my name down as somebody who would be good on this show.
So, and we know that's how they find people for shows.
But I think like, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, they were like, okay, here's this group of friends.
Kyle, Camille, whoever.
So I think it was probably like Lisa, Meredith.
And then they were like, who do you know?
She wrote down, Heather.
and then pretends like she doesn't know who Heather is.
It's insane.
So I think she has kind of a producer's mentality about it.
Totally.
I love that.
At one point,
she was like,
she obviously loves her kids.
They seem like amazing boys.
She was like,
Jack is so,
like,
I will never be like him.
He's such an amazing human being.
I was like,
that's true.
We know.
She,
okay,
so this guy comes over.
It was so produced.
Like,
sometimes I'm like,
guys,
make it a little bit more natural.
This is too much.
He walked over like while Lisa and Meredith were talking.
But that's like, hey, I'm going to head out.
That's why I kind of think it wasn't Bravo production.
It was Lisa.
Lisa production.
Lisa's production.
He, the way he told the story, like Meredith said it purpose, like perfectly, that it was so cryptic the things he was saying.
He was like, oh, yeah, I left the church.
Things happened.
Things, it was bad.
Be careful.
What happened?
And then when she walked away, Lisa's like, hey,
Hey, is everything okay?
And who asks that off the bat?
Why would you, that's a weird question to ask without knowing that you were just given information, right?
Yeah.
She was like, hey, are you, are you okay?
You look at, oh man, you look like you're about to cry.
Meredith, I almost want to be like, well, you fucking know what I was just told.
Yeah.
Oh, for sure.
Because she even said, like, he just said these things.
And she's like, yeah.
Well, I know that's why I keep him and Mary apart.
Right. So like, it was just so weird to me. But you know what? Last season, I, and I stand by this, I was like, honestly, I don't really know if I like Meredith because, and I was like, I feel like she needs to separate herself from Lisa. I want to see her with the other women. And so far this season, I like really love her. My thoughts have completely turned around because she, we see her now going out. She's friends with Mary. We see her going out with Heather. We see her going out with Heather.
and like their daughters.
And now she's almost like,
she is like kind of separating herself from Lisa a little bit.
And I like that.
I like seeing Meredith.
There is like a part of me that doesn't hate Lisa.
Like I feel like,
I don't know.
But I don't know.
There's a part of me that like feels bad for her,
but I also feel bad for like a serial killer that's on death row.
It's just like something wrong in my brain.
But like.
Well, yeah, because the serial killer like they killed people.
So.
Say again.
Like the serial killers, like, killed people.
So that's a little different.
Yeah, but you know what I mean.
I do, because you have a heart.
It's called.
You have a heart.
Well, like, even when she's just like, I think Lisa thought I'm going to go on the show.
I'm going to be iconic.
Everyone's going to love me.
And then she was on the show and she was like, what the fuck they like the trashy girls?
And then you forget that there's millions of people and then it's going to be separate, obviously.
Because that is how, like, even Heather.
Like, I'm like, you cannot take the fact that the big girl is like the fucking fan favorite.
That is totally what I felt like at the reunion.
Well, I also feel like Heather's a fan favorite because she's real and authentic.
Exactly.
But that's what I'm saying is like Lisa thinks.
Right.
I don't think Heather is the fan favorite because she's the big girl.
But I think Lisa can't handle the fact that the fan favorite isn't her.
like isn't a thin like somebody who has flaws and isn't a perfect Mormon.
Totally.
So next episode, first of all,
I don't even know when we're finding out more about Cameron and like what this story is.
Like I'm scared almost because is it really that serious?
Like what did Mary do?
I'll send you this recording.
But like I think she just takes all of their money.
that that yes i also have said in the past like i do i like mary as a character almost like i
wouldn't be friends with her she's like did you watch the documentary on hb o the way down no
the woman with the insane blonde hair no that's really huge it's like about this woman who's basically
like a church self-proclaimed like church pastor but never went to like anything which is the same as mary
and she like starts this cult based based on the fact of like losing weight relating to being close to God.
And it's like wild and crazy in this huge scheme and they get all this money.
But the whole time I'm like that is such like there's a lot of Mary Cosby.
Yeah.
I just feel like she's a roller coaster in a way.
And it's almost like you never know if she's going to be like, are you going to be mad at me?
Like even last week, I'm still kind of scarred from that when she like snapped at, well,
they heard Jenny snapped at each other.
But when she was like, don't speak to me like that.
And it was like, she was telling everyone shut the fuck up.
Like it wasn't directed like.
No, I know.
But I think Jenny.
She's too sensitive.
I also feel like, yeah, Jenny can see through and be like, this bitch is a fucking crazy.
And I'm not.
Even Jenny on watch what happens.
I think last week.
Oh, yeah.
She was like.
Mary.
Mary.
Yeah, about everything.
And the only part, me and Dylan have talked about this where Jenny, like, we want to know, like, how many group scenes she's filmed.
Because like this episode, like she did a clip of her doing Science Saturday with her daughter.
That's it.
She wasn't in it.
So I will take those.
I'll take Science Saturday all day every day.
I fucking love that girl.
Jenny's kids are like the best.
And then next episode, I literally was like, oh my God.
next episode is the episode
with Jen Shaw
and the feds.
They're going to Vail.
They're going to the random seven bedroom house
that exists in Vail.
Oh my God, you're right.
That is the bus trip where she leaves.
And I am going to be so disappointed
if, which I know it's going to be,
it's going to be the last two minutes of the episode.
It's going to be a like to be continued.
It's going to end with the trailer.
We're here.
We're looking for.
Ben Shaw.
So annoying because that's what we watched.
Yeah.
Like I listen,
I can watch that 10 more times because it's so fucking good.
But I don't know.
I'm nervous,
but I'm excited because we love like housewives turn cops shows.
What do you say?
We love what?
We love mess.
We love mess.
No, yeah.
And it's another Erica Jane-esque.
crime. It's not like there was no victims in this one. So we'll see. Well, also earlier with what that
scene with Stu, he was like, he said something about like getting mud. He was like, I don't know.
Whatever he was doing had very much to do with why they're going to allegedly going to jail right now.
Oh, yeah. Listen, Stu doesn't get fed a banana by Jen Shaw unless he's scamming granny out of her millions.
Oh my God. Like how sad is that? I can't.
It's fucked up.
It is fucked up.
But anyway, this was the most fun I've had on a Monday hungover morning in so long.
Amen.
Same.
Really?
Do you mean it?
Thank you for having me.
I do mean it.
Of course.
Love you so much.
That'll do it.
That'll do it.
