Starting point is 00:13:26 used to, and stuck on a certain sound. And they didn't want to embrace this new shit, man. Yeah, that, what that, like, that old school rap shit. Starting point is 00:14:04 When pop passed right I know that was a, you know, a crazy moment for you, right? Like, was there some unbelievable shit for you at first? That's like, because you got to, I was just, I was just in the studio with him, me and Polo, I'm saying, the night before. He had flew out that same night before. The night before happened. So he was in New York the night before happened.
Starting point is 00:14:30 You're saying, so he had flew out. So I'm like, I didn't know he flew out, though. So when I saw that, when I saw the shit on Instagram, I'm like, why, and I saw a niggas be posting and I'm like, why a niggas post the fake news like that? I'm saying, like, I know the nigga is not in L.A. Like, that's where he's, he don't live in L.A.,
Starting point is 00:14:46 but it was true. I'm like, oh, shit, I was getting so much calls. I'm saying, that's when I really knew it was true. Like, when I was getting, like, yo, she was going on. Like, I'm like, oh, shit. I'm saying, that shit was crazy. That shit was crazy. Now, that shit hit hard, like, the whole,
Starting point is 00:15:04 everybody hard, like, anybody hard, you know what I'm saying? Because Pop was going He was gone He was dead Like I'm saying He was putting on Like he was clearing It's like he was like
Starting point is 00:15:15 We were all coming up He was like clearing away for niggas Like yo come on this way look He was like he was like It was like it was almost like damn Like we might not even embracing Knicks He was embracing niggas for sure
Starting point is 00:15:25 Like I'm saying And when he died It was almost like Damn like this shit Might just might die out all together You're saying Because he was putting on I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:15:36 So did you take the mentality of Fuck this I gotta Okay Pop had the You know he had the He had the baton You know what I'm saying
Starting point is 00:15:46 He passed the baton Not necessarily Out of something That he actually meant to do But it was just an unfortunate situation Did you feel like I got to pick this fucking baton Up and run with it?
Starting point is 00:16:00 I ain't I ain't At first I ain't feel like I'm about to the baton up, you know what I'm saying? Because it was like, it was more like real life shit. Like, all right, shit, nah. Shit is like dangerous.
Starting point is 00:16:12 I'm saying they gotta be careful. So, but then it was like he was still dropping so much music. He still had music coming out. Right. So I ain't really look at it like, ah, I got to, I'm saying. I just kept doing what I'm doing. Yeah. See, you know, I'm talking about the fact that you know the movement.
Starting point is 00:16:28 Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like, we got to, you know what I'm saying? Put on for the, yeah. Starting point is 00:16:53 Like, I tried to, I try my best, I'm saying, to keep his, his, because he has his own circle of friends, too. Right. I'm saying? I try the best to keep his people, like, in tune. Like, you know what I'm saying? Because would it be is Nicket, like, I'm saying
Starting point is 00:17:08 We all come from the same shit But it's like, you know, niggas is putting on For these, like, separate people Everybody got their own family They're putting on for- Yeah, they're putting on for their own separate people in clicks and shit
Starting point is 00:17:21 So I just, I just try to, I just try to I'm saying like You can't get everybody But you just try the best you could do You know what I'm saying? Right All right That's a piece of pop smoke
Starting point is 00:17:33 And him Pete to him. Yeah. Now, did you do, you shot one of the last videos with King Vaughn? One of his last videos, yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:40 Yeah, you shot one of his last joints, man. Like, how was your own shit? It was like, it was just, that shit was like automatic click,
Starting point is 00:17:46 I'm saying? Because what it is, it was just like I understand his thing, like, I'm saying, we understand life, we understand,
Starting point is 00:17:53 I'm saying, how shit is moving around, my town, his town, out of town, anywhere, and I'm saying, so we just talked
Starting point is 00:17:59 about that type of shit and he come to New York, I make sure he felt, I'm saying he was good Make sure he felt love Yeah make sure he felt love Make sure he felt like he was safe
Starting point is 00:18:08 I'm saying Make sure he felt I know what's going on I'm saying like In the same shit He did with me When I went to Chicago I'm saying
Starting point is 00:18:15 So it was like An understanding thing It would just click I feel like I feel like the best relationships Is like understanding I'm saying This episode of a million dollars

Starting point is 00:20:05 niggas got indicted I'm saying so the non period just was eyes I'm saying so we anything he was doing we had to put on too I'm saying so I felt like I felt like the eyes was just on niggas anyway so when success started hitting it was like something I kind of like fake
Starting point is 00:20:20 already expected I'm saying I think already felt bigger than how it was happening how did you connect with Mace for all this shit to start Oh, he's, um, uh, he knew, he knew a nigger, he knew a nigger uncle that was on the song with me, I'm saying? Starting point is 00:20:48 to sign niggas, he wanted to own the song, some shit he wanted to do, it didn't have a million views or nothing yet, you know what I'm saying? And he's like, yo, I got a sign all, everybody on the song, I'm saying? because to present it to the label because he was presenting a song to the label like based on like I want to get a nigga signed off this song so you're like yo you got to have all the niggas sign to him so what he did was because he you know niggas ain't know nothing about nothing at the time he's like yo so I bet that's how we do it that's what we're doing but we never got the deal I'm saying but we end up we still signed to him I'm saying sign to him and he caught like so so the nigger who he knew we were just talking through that and he's like yo murder want to meet you murder want to meet you I'm like who the fuck is murder I'm saying sign to him I'm saying so so the nigga who he called like so I'm saying But he called Mace murder For some reason I'm saying Like I guess like an old school name

That's the same thing, nor he said, 5,000. nor he signed for here five thousand yeah he signed i signed for five thousand that shit and i thought i thought i thought that she was going last till whenever that she was going last to that she ain't he lasts two weeks two weeks well and listen but how long was the contract but you still had your rights now i'm still in the contract right now i'm saying
Starting point is 00:22:46 don't you know he you know mace know the business i'm saying he know he really know the business a lot like i'm saying so i did like so i didn't know nothing i just was signing he was like yo he was like kind of fake trying to explain it to me like you get you get to keep this I get 30% of this I was like I whatever like I'm saying what I'm like what we're going to do I'm saying he like you know he's a smooth talking nigga so he's like yo who you want to do a song with I'm saying I'm like G Herbo he like I got you you know what I'm saying damn hold the fuck up man did you ever do the song with G Herbo no I never got the song I got to assume that you're wrong now.
Starting point is 00:23:30 Yeah, off of you. Off for you. Yeah, like, yeah, she just came out like two weeks ago. So did you have a... Wait, please. I'm a mom of my business. I ain't going to grind them old niggas up. I'm going to mind my business.
Starting point is 00:23:41 I'm going to mind my fucking business because I'm about to grind the old nigger up. And you'd be mad at me all the time. I'm not going to be mad at you because dudes be going on these social media platforms talking about niggas did them dirty. And then they be carrying the young boys a different way. You ain't got to say nothing. What the fuck is we talking about, man?
Starting point is 00:23:56 The same niggas that be on here? Oh, why are you? you doing this, you're doing this, you can't be carrying the young boys like that. I want some real shit. Everybody want to be a thorough old head. They keep talking about the white man doing over here, the labels and all this dumb shit. We got to be solid with the young niggas, man,
Starting point is 00:24:10 if we're going to say we old heads. Want some real shit? How my shit is, like, the way I be, you know, like, I'm saying, like, you know, he did his, he went missing a couple times and I felt like he should have been more like involved in my shit,
Starting point is 00:24:25 but I just, I'm just a nigga like, I don't really be, like, complaining or crying over spilled milk and shit like I'm saying like it's like I already I already made this decision I'm saying like I got it like for me I'm in a better situation now I'm saying he get what he get
Starting point is 00:24:39 like whenever like whatever he get I'm saying like he but I control all my money and shit like that and I'm saying like usually when you sign to a nigga and then you get signed to the label they um like they kind of like they control your shit you get like a allowance and shit like that I'm saying they control your money your budget everything you get
Starting point is 00:24:55 but I did like when I went to label that's what I fought for I thought for, like, to be controlling my shit. Like, I ain't one another near controlling my shit. But I already was signed. I'm saying, so I wasn't caring or crying about nothing. I'm saying, what game would you had to the younger cast out there? Because, first of all, I'm going to say this.
Starting point is 00:25:08 I want to salute you for this from the rip. You running around here on your tour, you hitting these different cities, and you pulling the young niggas up, hitting the cities, yo, come on, young nigga, come on, young nigger. Come on, young nigger. We salute you for that shit right there, because that's what nigg is supposed to do. I'm talking about it.
Starting point is 00:25:27 because you ain't got to do that. So what game would you get them? Because, you know, everybody trying to be like five. They're trying to be like you, bro. They want to get the deal. They want to be able to run around. What game would you get them, what game would you get them young cats, man? What type of advice do you get them going into this shit, going into paperwork?
Starting point is 00:25:40 What advice could you get them now that you're inside of the system? I mean, you, after you work, I'm saying, you work hard to get where you go. You finally get that paperwork. What I'm a, what I tell niggas is, I tell niggas, don't turn nothing down until you get that paperwork. I'm saying, when you get that shit on paper, then you talk crazy and negotiate. I'm saying, get that shit on paper, because this is what I did. I'm saying, I'm saying. I'm saying. I could tell niggas by I did now because I've already signed my deal, right? So I was getting offers. I'm saying, I was getting offers.
Starting point is 00:26:10 They was giving offers. And I was saying, yeah, every time. So they would give me an offer, they put it on paper. Because niggas be saying no and trying to negotiate before they get it on the paper. I'm saying, so when you get on a paper, you could take it to another label. I'm saying, without the paper, you can't really go to another label. Like, yo, niggas, they don't believe you. you take the shit to another label like yo they offer me this they give you another offer then they put it off you take that take it to another label and then you got the bidding
Starting point is 00:26:35 walls and then that's what I was doing for like I did that for a couple months I'm saying until I was like I bet I'm just good I'm saying signed up I'm going with this enough money yeah so so I just like I feel like I feel like niggas be like be fucking their self up when they when they like turn shit down I'm saying when they me niggas give them a deal a son I'm or for them and deadly be like, nah, like, I want something better, or they'd be like, I'm saying, just play dumb. I'm saying, be smart, but play dumb. So you get that paperwork, and you can go crazy.

I'm talking of the guys, attention, motivation, and education that you could use to get up off that couch. Because, you know, back in the day, he was a couch warrior, right? I wish we had what we got right now He was a basement warrior Yeah I was in the basement
Starting point is 00:28:28 I used to work in a basement He'd decorated He put the old postless A wrappers up and shit He had the sneaks all over And he'd go to sleep Looking at special lid on the wall All this type of shit
Starting point is 00:28:38 Michael Joy and all over the wall All that type stuff But listen to the day Listen we got Michael Jackson nigga No no Michael Joy We got Terica right here She's from from New Orleans
Starting point is 00:28:47 I'm talking about she's from us You know she bent through it all But before we even get in that What you need to do right now Because you want to get this We want to take care of Terica She said Make sure you
Starting point is 00:28:54 take care of people, so we're going to take care of the people. I need you to text legacy, right? Text legacy to 74121, 74121, and right now, the first thousand people, they're going to get a free ebook in a real estate class right now. I'm talking about right now, the first thousand people, text legacy to 74121, the first thousand people is going to get an ebook in the real estate class. Once again, legacy to 74121. Stop playing games so you get your ebook, but listen, in the real estate class, but listen,
Starting point is 00:29:21 Tierka, you come from the hood, the slums of New Orleans. You was homeless. That's it. Now you got, how many pieces of property you got? Oh, I have over 500 plus real estate investments, several communities, and a ton of different portfolio work going on. Now, before we get it to, hold up, hold up. I'm trying to figure this out. So when Katrina, was you down there, Katrina and all that?
Starting point is 00:29:42 Yeah, no, I was in there. Like, I was trapped in the city. Like, we was poor. We had no money. We was, like, you know, you got the halves and a half knots. I was a part of a half-nots at that time. Like, we couldn't get out that city. Did you think it was over?
Starting point is 00:29:55 You thought it was? Look, I thought Jesus was coming. I thought, like, you know what I'm saying? I thought I thought I got left behind. Like, you know what the heck? Like, you see fires breaking out everywhere? It's crazy. Like, it was mind-blown.
Starting point is 00:30:07 I thought I was going to die. I was like, yo, I don't want to be like this no more. So you stayed there after it cleared out? Yeah. Because you couldn't go to where. They ain't come and save you. Like, they saved their eyeballs and sent them somewhere else. No, that was TV shows.
Starting point is 00:30:18 They didn't really save nobody. Like, they had people coming on. boats and different things like that. But after being in that city for three days, the whole entire city had to evacuate. Like, could nobody stay there? It was not livable for nobody. Okay, so you, after they had anything cleared out,
Starting point is 00:30:32 you had to figure out life again. And when did you get to the moment where you say, listen, things are going rough for me? I ain't got nothing. And when did you start? Like, what position was you in when you started the real estate game? Well, first, I was homeless with my son. I was a teenage mom.
Starting point is 00:30:45 So, like, I made him a promise that as long as I had air in my lungs, we wouldn't be under this bridge, no more. Like for me, that was one of the... Oh, so when you were homeless? What did you mean under the bridge? Yeah, like I lived under the bridge with my newborn baby as a teenage mom, 17 years old in New Orleans.
Starting point is 00:30:59 Okay. Like, that was like a, like, that was a different level of low for me. Like, you know what I'm saying? Coming out the foster care system, I'm like, I don't want my son to go through what I've been through. So for me, I was like, I have to find something that has to work. All right. And I see you tearing up just thinking about this shit.
Starting point is 00:31:15 You know what I mean? So I want to commend you from coming a long, fuck away. Because now you're the real estate. Queen out there. Yeah, you're queen. Now, this is what I want to know. How did you get in the game from being, sleeping under the bridge to getting in the real estate game?
Starting point is 00:31:31 How did you transit? How did you get into real estate game? So I used to travel selling magazines. And so I used to ask people what you do for a living during that time before I got pregnant. And everybody was in real estate. So that crap just stuck with me. So after Hurricane Katrina, I'm like, yo, I'm going to get into real estate. Like, I don't know nothing about real estate.
Starting point is 00:31:49 I don't even know the terms. of real estate, but I'm going to get into it. I felt that exam seven times trying to get into real estate, and then I finally passed it. And then when I passed it, I was like, all right, I finally got something that I can move on. And so that's how I got into it? And now, but what was your first? Like, how did you get your funding? Like, how did you get money?
Starting point is 00:32:06 Right. So, I mean, I was a real estate agent for quite a few years before I became an investor, but I didn't start making money until I became an investor. So I had my tax return. That's all I had. I had $5,000. Like, nobody told me it had to be pretty. So I did this crap ugly.
Starting point is 00:32:20 I worked with what I had. You know, we bootstrapped the house with my $3,000 real estate commission to fix it up. So I was into that property for $8,000. It was my whole entire life. That's all I had. And with that $8,000, I went to my bank. I said, look, I got this property. I got horrible credit.
Starting point is 00:32:36 Like, I know it's five something. Like, you know what I'm saying you went to a bank? Did you go to like a big town bank or a community bank? Like, what type of bank? No, I went to a community bank. Like one of those little huckleberry banks you see in your neighborhood and be like, look, I've been sending you guys investors. You've been approving now.
Starting point is 00:32:50 you know what I'm saying they A1 clients I ain't an A1 client but I've been sending you A1 clients can you take a chance on me so you utilize your leverage that you had by sending them that customers you utilize that you put that on listen this is this is this is my collateral that's right and they gave you money yeah from there okay well so what they did was they sent an appraisal out and appraisal appraised the property for $60,000 well they gave me 80% of that $60,000 which was $48,000 I never made so much money in my life Like, they gave me a check, but at $48,000. And what you do with the 48? I went and I did the same exact same thing. I went and bought four more doors that was in the same position of the first door that I bought that had the equity. And then I turned that into another $100,000. So now I got all of this. I'm pulling the equity out as I go along, but I'm still making income.
Starting point is 00:33:40 Like that first property I started off with, it still run me $550 every single month. My first play, like that first $5,000 house, like it's still paying me. It then paid itself off twice, and I'm still making money off of that deal. So, you know, I took it, and I kept on doing the same exact thing, and then it became a snowballing. So now all I focus on is buying income. Now, now, okay, you got that. You in the game.
Starting point is 00:34:04 Hold on, get them people to information. Text this number. Listen, first of all, I need you out of text legacy, right? Text legacy to 74121, and the first, I'm talking about the first thousand people going to get an e-book in the real estate class. But I also don't be playing around. Listen, but this is where you're going to get the top. next level game right yeah you got to go to the properly challenge right the property challenge
Starting point is 00:34:24 right and you use cold mwg you get a hundred dollars off the property challenge this is where she going to give you the game i'm talking this going to be going on all week i'm talking about this is going to be going on all week all week i'm talking about you got all type of other people that's going to be in the property challenge giving out game and i'm talking about you want to go to the property challenge dot com and use our code we're going to take here you get a hundred dollars off anything that you get on this site but they're going to be on there giving this game that she got and showing you how you get a part of this game and you get the game that she got but let me say this so you go now i'm seeing the build i've seen the growth you got the one crib you
Starting point is 00:34:57 pulled out of it you got this you got the 48000 you went it got two more you keep building it where where are you at now what year was that that was back in 2012 all right now what year now now now now we're 22 now 10 years later how many how many how many how many doors you got now i have i have over 500 right now so probably by the end of this month i'm gonna be right at about six. God damn, you're going to be able to, oh, okay, so, so, so how was that looking like? You talked to me something about one of the HUD, one of the first, the first HUD site plans in the United States.
Starting point is 00:35:30 The first. The first, we just picked that boy up. It's spicy. It's good. You bought, how many doors is that? That's 60 doors right there. And it's the first HUD. The first HUD site development in the United States right after the civil movement in Franklin, Louisiana.
Starting point is 00:35:45 You bought it. We bought that. Damn. And so what that's going to turn it to? Like, how do you get paid off of that? You're a BMS. Bad motherfucker. So we have a HUD contract, right?
Starting point is 00:35:55 So every single month, you know, we're going to get between $40,000 to $49,000 a month, you know, for the doors that's back there making sure that the people. What's the total amount of the total amount? A half a million dollars a year. No. So you're going to get that no matter what. We got the people in that. Yep. Long as we stay at a certain percentage of rent.
Starting point is 00:36:13 Yes, absolutely. So damn, that's just all for that one. That's just one. and you sign like a 20 year contract so you signed a 20 year contract with hood and you're just going to be getting that half a million for 20 years long as I take care of people oh that's beautiful let me ask you a question how did you find that spot yeah access let me tell you something you got to know the right people who who found it though was it your daughter on that one oh yeah she was involved in it but now there was some other people that had access she felt the other
Starting point is 00:36:45 Yeah, she found the New Orleans during the French Quarter there. Oh, French Quarter, 17 years old. That's it. Out here working. Yeah. She worked out of, finding that. So, so she educating her daughter. Her daughter's only 17 and she's making real estate moves.
Starting point is 00:36:57 So imagine what she could do for you. Right. So make sure you all get with the Property Challenge.com. You get $100 off when you use the coal, MWG. But go ahead. Yes. So, I mean, we bought a half a million dollars worth of income. And when you start looking at it like, yo, I bought a half a million dollars with
Starting point is 00:37:11 inflate, let's just say inflation goes to three percent, right? with inflation for the next 20 years and then on top of that every deal I buy I'm looking at how much income am I going to add annually to my portfolio so right now I'm over a quarter million dollars passively that means in my sleep no matter what I'm doing I don't have to do anything like I'm still going to get that mailbox money consistently and then I keep on building it so to go this year is to have a million dollars in it so what are you teaching inside of the property challenge right I'm teaching you how to get it out the mud like you know what I'm saying like it don't have to be pretty your financial circumstances don't have to be all perfect i'm going to tell you what to start how to
Starting point is 00:37:49 start a lot of you think you just need a whole lot of money you really don't you just need access to the people with money if you got the knowledge and resources you'll be able to get started asap and so i'm teaching them the exact plays of what i did to get started how i used my five thousand dollars and turned that play and then how i'm consistently doing it you know and then for those that's experience you know i'm teaching you how to be a developer like i'm the youngest female black developer in the state of Louisiana with a mixed-use community. The White House recognized that. The mixed-use. What does mix-use
Starting point is 00:38:19 community? Mix-use mean that I got multifamily, I got commercial, and I got residential all in one compartment together. And that one community consists of over 200 residential investment properties, a 50 unit senior complex, and a 10,000 square foot commercial
Starting point is 00:38:35 compartment. So you come in and you grab the crib and do you bring your contractors and then get busy? That's it. So, so say if I'm getting down with you, do I, do, do Do you hook me up with contractors and all that stuff? Yeah, so I'll definitely show you guys, because everybody in different states got different folks, right? But I'm going to show you how to, you know,
Starting point is 00:38:51 interview them and make sure they write. Like, you know what I'm saying? I'm going to make sure they not going to give you a haircut in the game and try to take advantage of you. Like, that's what I'm going to be teaching them. Absolutely. But I'm going to teach you more importantly how to get the money. Like, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:39:03 That's what people want. Yeah, that stuff is easy with the contractors. I'm going to show you how to make a phone call to a lender and how to get a bag. Right. So she's going to teach you two things. That you really need to know. Knowledge? Yes.
Starting point is 00:39:17 How to get the bag. That's it. Shit, the nigger like me, I don't need to know nothing else. They don't need nothing. You don't need some knowledge and then show me how to get the bag. Shit. I'm going to show you how I go get it. That's it.
Starting point is 00:39:29 And that's what it's about. So also, who else you're going to be having teaching on there with you? So we bring in an E.T. The hip-hop creature. Okay. Yeah. We got Inky coming in. Inky.
Starting point is 00:39:39 Okay. We got like, I mean, it's crazy. It's bananas. Shans. You know what I'm saying? David Shannon. Sleep is for suckers. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:39:46 Shout out to sleep for suckers, you know? Shout out. So everybody's coming on there, educating them from different aspects of this whole game and what they got going on. That's it. And how long is the class for a week long? It's five days. Five days. I mean, and I don't never go nowhere for five days and speak that hard.
Starting point is 00:40:02 So to get access to me. Five days. Yeah, five days. It's online. Get it right now. And I'm going all in. So to have access to me for five days, like that's unheard of. And it don't happen.
Starting point is 00:40:12 it don't happen so for this to happen it's like it's historic for real yeah because it's million dollars worth a game make guys to happen yeah I mean we always making shit happen that ain't never happened before like y'all never seen the real estate queen on here until the day but we had to make it happen because she's really doing shit everybody that we have on this podcast that come in and give up this game that got us attention motivation and education they really doing it. When you Google her, she's really doing it. That's right. So shout out to everybody
Starting point is 00:40:47 that come on here and give out that game, man. We appreciate y'all. We always appreciate all, but I'm going to show you how much we want to take care of people, too. So what y'all need to do, you all need to text Legacy to 74-1-21. Your first thousand people, I'm talking about the first. You just not, you better get up on it.
Starting point is 00:41:03 First, thousand people are going to get an e-book in a real estate class. And more importantly, you need to go to the property challenge.com. You need to use COW. I mean, MWG, you get $100 off when you jump into this property challenge. I'm talking about this property challenge is serious. So basically you're like, all the thing you need is some knowledge. And the money is, the money come with the knowledge does you able to give us?
Starting point is 00:41:25 That's right. So if I could tap into that knowledge, that money is attached to that. And I'm going to know how to walk in a community bank. Once again, everybody got the community banks. The bank's that, there's like, you never heard of their name. I'm talking about, you like, damn, who is this bank? That's right. You walk in there, how you don't?
Starting point is 00:41:39 And she's going to teach you how to walk in there, leverage. whatever you got to leverage or whatever or try to show you how to be able to utilize your paperwork to make the paperwork and she's going to help you get that money. Now, last but not least, you said right now you got $500 and by the end of this month
Starting point is 00:41:55 you're going to have $600. A little bit over, yeah. From $5 to $6. Like, how does that happen? Because I buy every day. Like, this is my lifestyle. I don't play. Like, this is my lifestyle. Like, I don't care about these courses. I don't care about my lifestyle. My kids got to eat when I should.
Starting point is 00:42:11 at my eyes. So as long as these eyes are open, I'm eating every day. You can tell she from, she could tell she from down there, Louisiana. She answered you like, what kind of question is that, nigga? Because I'm a hustler. Fuck you mean, I'm getting a hundred, niggum, because I got to eat, nigga.
Starting point is 00:42:27 If my motherfucker's open, my pocket's open, nigga, I'm buying. Fuck wrong with you. You need to start buying to. I'm like, I'm about to roll with her, man. What's wrong with you? You don't hustle is all. She went in. She definitely went in. And now, this is the whole thing, right?

Like, the vibes be making the best songs, I think, I'm saying. I'm saying Bigger, that's how I did BigJet. Big Jit was just, we just in the studio, bobbing, anybody there. I'm saying, so's got locked up on the way there. I'm saying. Damn, Sos.
Starting point is 00:46:25 Yeah, he got locked up on the way to the studio. Not on the way there, God damn. You know what I'm saying? He missed the hit record. He's a demon, you know what I'm saying? Because that's what we, we were talking about the shit that was happening. Like, whatever we're saying, like, probably, like, happened at day. or yesterday or that week
Starting point is 00:46:40 and I'm saying like it's all fresh new shit that's why when I be hearing my old songs I be thinking it's old they don't really be old but it's shit that happened last two months
Starting point is 00:46:49 I'm saying right but they still be new songs happen the day so it's like more fresh to you more fresh yeah it's like shit and like you've been you know
Starting point is 00:46:58 rest and peace to your moms right yeah when your mom's passed you had to figure it out yourself man how did you get through that man like you know being young trying to move and groove
Starting point is 00:47:07 how did you maneuver man But so, like, it's why I always tell people, right? So, it was this, it was this, it was this story. Let me tell you this story, right? It was, it was his father. It was his father, right? He had, he was like a wild alcoholic father, you know what I'm saying? And he had two twin sons, I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:47:26 He had two twin sons, right? One of the sons was like a wild alcoholic, like his father, and I'm saying, crack hair, acts for money, bum on the streets. And the other son was an entrepreneur. business men, I'm saying, like, doing good for herself. And then he asked them, like, why, why you like this? Both of the answers go, because my father was an alcoholic, I'm saying? So I said to say, like, I'm saying, whatever, whatever when the shit happened,
Starting point is 00:47:52 like, you can even make you or it could break you, you, what I'm saying? So, like, I used, like, when my mom's died, I, like, I was fucked up for a little while, but it just, it just, I just felt like, you know what I'm saying, everybody got so much good shit that said about my moms and shit. So I'm like, I just got to make her proud, I'm saying, like, I got to go hard, Like I'm saying So I just used it I used it to push me
Starting point is 00:48:11 I just used it to go hard Like I used it to go hard Instead of I'm saying Being depressed And playing the background And I'm saying I used to go hard
Starting point is 00:48:19 That's what I'm doing Yeah you doing it for her I'm keeping Yeah for her I'm saying That's a major man Like being in this game Right
Starting point is 00:48:27 In this music game Is it ever a time Where is though you like man Were you looking at other artists You're like Damn I ain't doing enough As I'm doing enough Do you ever be measuring other motherfuckers
Starting point is 00:48:39 You're measuring Hell yeah All the time I just I look at I look at Like everybody On the internet
Starting point is 00:48:46 Like competition Or like Like like Like I gotta Like oh I gotta do this I watch shows I do all my homework I watch
Starting point is 00:48:54 Oh shit Like old shit That'd be like old Interviews about It's happening in 2005 Like I'll be watching All that shit Just to like
Starting point is 00:49:02 See how to move And see how to What the people like Then try it And I'm saying Try it out And then I'm saying And just figure it out
Starting point is 00:49:09 Because whatever worked for me I'm saying Because I just use a little bit Of everything And make it work for me Because it don't be like I can't use the whole Everything I'm saying
Starting point is 00:49:17 For another person I'm saying for me like that That's real You just you know What I do I do watch everything Like I watch everything And I just
Starting point is 00:49:25 And I be like Yeah I got to do this I got to do harder I got to I'm saying But I just keep it me I'm saying Outside of your crew
Starting point is 00:49:31 Who are you listening to Outside of you I be listening To like Who I was I like juice world shit I've been listening to Juice World shit a lot lately
Starting point is 00:49:40 I'm saying who else I'd be listening I listen to I listen to a lot of King Vaughn I'm saying I'm gonna fuck with that shit I'm saying like
Starting point is 00:49:48 In my, like that's like In my music In my Apple iTunes and shit I got like that Like a lot of niggas I got like probably dead All the niggas I'm dead in my shit
Starting point is 00:49:57 That's what like That's the type of music That's the type of yeah Of course That's the type of music That I'd be listening Like I don't know It hit hard
Starting point is 00:50:04 When it's like a nigga dead To me It'd be hard I don't know It'd be hitting harder But niggas that's alive It's like Probably like
Starting point is 00:50:11 I'm saying dirt Of course You're saying I don't know Who are your top five artists Right now Top five Um
Starting point is 00:50:23 Is that all live Just alive No alive Um Top five I got I got I got dirt
Starting point is 00:50:32 Um I don't know I really don't be listening to my nicks like that. I got, oh, I like Nicky Mnardge, I'm saying. Okay. I like Nicky Mnage, I like Dirk, I like, I like little baby. I'm saying, I listen to a little baby. I'm saying, um, I'll be just listening to the regular music that come out.
Starting point is 00:51:02 I'm saying, I don't really be having a, like, favor of all this and shit like that no more. I used to, I used to fuck with 50s and things like that, but now that I'm in, like, I don't really be listening to body music like that. So you just bang your shit, huh? I just be doing my shit, like, I listen to my shit, I listen to my nigga shit. Like, I listen to drill music all the time.
Starting point is 00:51:20 Like, everybody ain't really making that shit. Like, I listen to the UK niggas a lot. Give me the game. Where do the bird for drill music come from? Get the people to game. The first time, the first time I ever heard drill music was Chicago drill music. I'm saying, Chicago.
Starting point is 00:51:34 Then I started. to learn about the grime what's it called grime grim or something like that's from uk they're doing that but now it's like drill music now i'm saying like that's what they do now but i i first heard that shit in chicago like cheap keef and them niggas was doing that drill shit i'm saying was the sound the sound wasn't the same though the sound the sound ain't the same because i feel like the sound ain't the same i feel like i was getting our beats from like uk and shit but we was listening to chief keep but we was getting our beats from uk i'm saying so it was like so we made it like a little a little a little
Starting point is 00:52:05 like a little connection with that. I feel like New York shit made a connection because we was, we was like Chief K, like what happened was we were relating to them, niggas, a lot. The shit that they was rapping about and shit and the way they was moving and they was going through beef
Starting point is 00:52:19 with another block and shit like that. It was like, it was like, we was relating to that shit, so we was really fucking with that shit like a lot. I'm saying? We fuck with the whole music, the whole movement. I'm saying? So, so it's safe to say that Chief Keeves
Starting point is 00:52:32 definitely birthed real music. Yeah, yeah. In America? In America. Or period. I'm saying to me, period. The first time I heard it was cheeky, a little dirt, I'm saying? So, like, she heard, boy.
Starting point is 00:52:44 That's that shit there. Shit like that. A little recent, niggas. Like, that's the first time I was in tune with drill music, what I'm saying? Who was the first cast in New York to really push that shit? First, the first person I did, the first person I did anything that was drill music that got lit off of it was Bobby. I'm saying? That was the first time when they ever made the day.
Starting point is 00:53:05 term new york drum music that's like the first time he ever said new york dream music i'm saying it's like chicago new york drum music version i'm saying that's that so also all the other shit that niggas considered drill music yeah that was drill music i'm saying that was that was like you go back and read the articles when they was going crazy and they was getting famous and it was really going viral they was naming it like new york drill music oh okay he put me up on game yeah that was the first time name ever came about all right so did the mayor came in the whole scene, man. How was, like, how did that shit even come about
Starting point is 00:53:40 and how did you feel like, damn? You know, we're just doing music, and y'all coming in us like that. Yeah, Mayor Adams came in, so how was that? Yeah, how, yeah, I felt, when I felt, when I started seeing this shit on the internet, I automatically felt attack, I'm saying? I automatically felt like, all right,
Starting point is 00:53:56 so now they're going to try to start saying, because if they're saying that, if this, the mayor's saying it, they're going to use that. Like, all, you're doing music, y'all, y'all causing, so now they're going to try to try to, to, you know, when they feel like somebody's a problem,
Starting point is 00:54:07 they're going to try to lock up 20 of them, I'm saying, or whatever, like, that's what they got to try to do, I'm saying, because that's how they did the narrative. But what happened was, what happened was, so I started, like, reaching out to people, like, to reaching out to him. Like, I started reaching out to him,
Starting point is 00:54:23 I'm saying, through people, like, yo, I need to talk to him, like, I'm saying, like, I started going, I need to talk to him, like, I was DMing him, but I don't think he runs Instagram and shit. But, Meno, I'm saying, Meno was a nika who, that I fuck with
Starting point is 00:54:37 and he put me on a lot of game shit talking to you shit but he got a relationship with Eric Adams too I'm saying so he was like yo I can set it up where he can meet up with you like I was old
Starting point is 00:54:46 I was talking to TT Torres about it like everybody like I said no I gotta talk to him because you can't just act like I mean the jury music is the problem and now I gotta lock you it's just like you can't do that because this shit is changing
Starting point is 00:54:57 niggas lives and just keeping niggas out of trouble like you know what I'm saying but when we sat down and talked to him he was more so saying like he wasn't really trying to be in the drill music, I'm saying? He was just, he was just saying that the social media platforms and YouTube and all
Starting point is 00:55:15 that, like, see how they deleted Trump Instagram, like Twitter, like how they quiet Trump down, he was saying like, he was saying like, if they could do that to that, because he's making white America look crazy, like, so they, so they, so they deleted his Twitter, why they can't, why they're showing, why are they letting niggas, the black community and kids in New York make them look like wild animals and like this is a wild place and why they letting it go on the internet like the platforms he was like more so coming at the platforms but he was like nah he wanted he wanted niggas to make their money and make their music I'm saying he just feel like he just feel like the name dropping and the smoking
Starting point is 00:55:53 on the niggas dead and shit like that he said he felt like that's like that's like that's like starting like that's igniting more shit and making niggas want to go more viral on each other I'm saying so so now I'm saying we just we just gotta probably have another meeting and it comes to some type of conclusion
Starting point is 00:56:09 because I have to tell them like I don't like I don't believe that the music is causing the balance I'm saying like I feel like it's balance and then it's music I'm saying
Starting point is 00:56:20 I don't that's one thing I never understood though right if you know somebody really did something to somebody why I would would they promote that they did
Starting point is 00:56:34 that? I don't, you know. Time change, man. 2022, you're right. Because when I was young, if you did something to somebody, you didn't tell nobody because you didn't never want to go to jail. You was like, I go to jail.
Starting point is 00:56:47 I'm going to be there forever. So, I ain't telling no motherfucking body. Better yet, go broadcast it like, oh, I just downed you at 5 o'clock. And at 9 o'clock, I'm going to be like, oh, I'm smoking runny. That's it, but.
Starting point is 00:57:02 What it is, what it is, what it is, is they, niggas is starting to notice that, like, like, niggas is gravitating towards the real shit that niggas is rapping about. Like, the more real, the shit is, and the more, like, a nigger could know the facts and nigger could ax something like that shit really happen, the more little you get, I'm saying, the more little you get, I'm saying, the more fast than little you get when they hear about you. So it's like, so it's like a nigger, so a nigga, a yeah, a nigga go bust and move on a nigga, and I'm saying, do some, and go to the studio the same night and got to rap about that shit. I'm saying? And that's how niggas is getting on. That's how niggas is getting, like, that's what it be. Like, niggas is loving it. People love it so much that they're sharing it.
Starting point is 00:57:40 They're supporting it. Like, oh, shit, nah, son, really doing what he took him out of life. Now, now. That's deep. Is it, is it a fear going into the booth or do it come in your mind that damn? These people are using lyrics and courtrooms and shit. No, I don't write, I don't, um, I don't write, somebody write all my shit for me. I like that
Starting point is 00:58:02 I like that yeah so you got a ghost writer yeah it's smart okay that's smart because it's like now they're trying to use shit and saying you know
Starting point is 00:58:12 to me it's entertainment everything is entertainment to me but what it is they can't really you this is the thing about the lyrics right
Starting point is 00:58:21 and court like this is the law right you can't they can't really use it as evidence but they can show it they can bring it up like
Starting point is 00:58:30 and bringing it up to persuade to the jury and yeah that's true to persuade like I'm saying like they can't use your past records as evidence but they could bring it up like yo he did this before he's a I'm saying so that's what it really is that's what it really is like they can't really
Starting point is 00:58:45 say ah you lock you up because you said this in the song but they could bring it up and call it like they would bring it up try to line it up with some other shit yeah but see that's that's another way though for the law to fuck you over because if you can't bring it up then you can't bring it up
Starting point is 00:58:59 why you but he's letting them slide You can't bring it up, but Exhibit A, he said smoking Rahim, blowing out the nose. That's fucking evidence. What the fuck will be talking about? So what do you mean you can't use it, but you're pulling it up in court? That's still fucking evidence. You feel what I'm saying? And it's still ways for them to, okay, when they sit behind clothes, do it, like, okay, you can't lock them up for this.
Starting point is 00:59:28 But you definitely can use this against it. him in the case. So if he got a case against Jamal and he said anything wrote, anything about Jamal, they pulling it up. I'm not sure. I think they might could use it. I might even sure. They probably could use that
Starting point is 00:59:45 shit. But I just know all the cases I know that they brought that shit up. There's not really like real evidence, evidence. I'm saying, but they bring that shit up to me. You know, it's a different type of people that don't understand. You're showing them that. You're showing them that. So they just like, all right. I'm saying. They're persuading the other people that don't really
Starting point is 01:00:01 know done about the culture I'm saying absolutely so if you say you shot Rick you shot Rick where he said what yeah shot Rick yeah sure like that no but I'm gonna say this I wasn't a horrible guy I was in Pushai C sentencing hearing right and uh the United States attorney kept reading Larry's from like 2019 right I'm talking off of like Facebook some shit right so he reading him he reading him trying to basically send him wait this is the guy he do this he do that he do that and the judge was like He shot this shit down. The judge wasn't weird.
Starting point is 01:00:33 We was in the feds in Florida, and the judge basically went the way of the pooing them, you know, lawyers in them. He was like, all right, so you're saying that don't got nothing to do with this. And it went in his favor. So, you know. That should all be about what's out of the bid,
Starting point is 01:00:49 the judge wake up on. Yeah, he's a dick. Yeah, I mean. His piece on the shelf, ain't what I have me. He ain't got a pussy in six months. Yeah, he said what? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:57 All right, dust him off. Send him up. Yeah, I mean, so at the end of the day, that's what everybody got to realize. Everybody's human. So it was all about a lot of times if you judge worked up on the wrong side of the bad side of the bed today. You're getting fucked over. You're getting fucked over. You're a thousand years because a nigger was out, lays in another bitch last night.
Starting point is 01:01:23 That's crazy. Yeah, but it happened, though. You know the courtrooms, you get real crazy in the courtrooms. And I think, you know what I think, too? like I think I think what it is is like when you like a when you like a fame like when you like a name you got a name people know you and it's like a I feel like they they they go a little hard on you too because they're famous now yeah yeah they go a little hard on you know what I'm saying I mean every day they're locking up they dealing with a thousand regular niggas every day they get you they on the news a day they're getting calls from all the family members yeah I've seen you on the news they start to feel famous oh shit yeah yeah yeah yeah and that's he and that needs them to keep going hard. We got to do this. And they get on that mic and they go fucking crazy.
Starting point is 01:02:05 And he's all over the internet now. The Instagram follower was jumped in anything. Right. You're supposed to be, no, straight up. They get on there and get there. They actually be looking at memes of their self. There's lawyers like that, too. I feel like, it's lawyers that just like, you know,
Starting point is 01:02:18 they come to you, you, y'all, I represented this person, this fan's person. And you'd be like, I'm saying, and they really hear it just because you were like a celebrity. Yeah. They don't even really. They're trying to get buzz on it. Yeah, they're trying to get buzz on you. because you know they take
Starting point is 01:02:31 they represent celebrity of a ragging niggas one thing you're going to spend the bag because a lot of times let me just say a lot of times they have
Starting point is 01:02:38 their bookie your shit will be going under the you get with them and you should be nobody really know your shit damn they should
Starting point is 01:02:45 you can sneak in the court no no you can sneak in the court yeah I mean not no more your lawyer going to call and let them know
Starting point is 01:02:52 so all the cameras down there he walking in with you you mm-hmm I know no you tell me you tell me
Starting point is 01:02:58 you tell me you tell me when you you're talking about when you snuck in the court and told him my man back 85 when you told him the bull. I didn't have you snucking. They told us about that shit. Yeah, you know he'd ready come home, too.
Starting point is 01:03:06 You know he'd come home about five months, because, listen, I ain't got shit to do with that. I'm letting him know. Listen, my man, if his family members out there, the niggie, you're saying 85, I was not, niggins. Listen, you told him to, I ain't got shit to do with that to the boy family. That's him. So whatever you're going to do, and me, dude, come on with five months,
Starting point is 01:03:21 crazy Mike, man. And they come on five months. I ain't got shit. I ain't got shit. Don't get me involved in that shit, cuz. I'm glad everybody sees the bitchies. I'm just saying I ain't got anything to do with that crazy Mike family. I wasn't either.
Starting point is 01:03:32 He walked in the courtroom and got busy. That nigga did a rap on the stand, man. That nigga went platinum on the stand. Told him that boy, man. Told him the sweatsuit he had him and all that shit. Yeah, because he ran in the Chinese store. He got a rice and gravy. And then he walked out because the police drove past it.
Starting point is 01:03:44 Yeah, nigga, you told him. They got this shit on tape, man. Don't you believe that, bro. He's a goofy motherfucker. Back of the day, you could sneak in the courtroom. See, that's the old-haired, that's the old-haired slicks shit. You say, yeah, you can be used to sneak in the corner. No, I said you just.
Starting point is 01:03:58 I'm just saying, man. I'm saying your case could come up, right? And they might not know what date you is. You could sneak in the courtroom. But your lawyer, if you got a high profile client, he going to call the people and let them know, this is the date. So they could be out there.
Starting point is 01:04:11 So when he walked out there, with you, chill. Yeah. Just walk no normal. He walking in all the cameras, know everybody. You feel what I'm saying? Because if he's, Favio's lawyer,
Starting point is 01:04:24 his whole stock just went up. It went up. And anybody trying to get him, the regular dude, trying to get him. Absolutely. Regular hustling, nigger that's getting work in the hood. Now, he talked about, yeah, I got Mike Skioni. Yeah, right.
Starting point is 01:04:34 Yeah, I got the same lawyers. You feel what I'm saying? Because they just going to associate with that with if he got him, then he must be the fucking best. Yeah, word. You feel what I'm saying? So now you catch a major drug case. So I got to go get Mike Skioni. Favio had him.
Starting point is 01:04:52 And I think such and such had him, too. So now all he did was walking court room with you. And the stock go up from the cameras being out there. That's the reality of this shit. Who the best, who's some of the most talented people you ever work with in the studio? Like, and you were in a studio, you're like, damn, this motherfucker, go. Like, talented. I think, I think, like, I think, like, because I ain't really work, I didn't really work in the studio with Matt.
Starting point is 01:05:24 Like, a lot of artists out there features with and shit, like the big artists I got, like, Drake. Like, I never did no song. Like, I wasn't in the studio with Drake. Like, like, yay. I was in the studio with Jake. I'm saying, his shit is, like, different. Like, his shit is, like, different. I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:05:38 He, like, he, like, he'd be in the studio all day, like, all, for the whole day. Yeah. I'm saying, take all his meetings in the studio. I'm saying, when everybody do everything and then record, like, two, three lines, go back. Like, I feel like, it didn't, like, fix the beat. Like, he'd do everything and the whole thing. Right. Direct the video, he do the whole thing, like, everything.
Starting point is 01:05:57 I feel like he he probably like some of the talent is people I've seen I'm saying go really go viral like I'm trying to think what else I was in studio with I just song with everybody I just song almost almost everybody man I don't know so you had a Drake feature go there that was on he did that was on some FaceTime shit like he sent the beat over he sent the beat over and called me on FaceTime I think to let me hear his verse I'm saying it was so long I forgot he called me on FaceTime to let me hear his verse I heard his verse on face time. I ain't even really hair it that good. I'm like, yeah, that's fire. Like you drink, nigga, come yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm like, that's your fire, that's your fire. He's like, yeah, that's your fire. He's like, yo, I want you hear this shit, like, let me know if this shit fire. I'm like, that's your fire. So, he sent it over. He sent it over and I just did the beat that day.
Starting point is 01:06:46 I'm saying, he wanted so-so on the song. Like, that was his idea. I got social on. He won't, he wanted social. That was just like his idea. Yeah. So when you, when that motherfucker came over, you were like, oh, no, this bitch really fire. I was like this, I was like this shit fire. Like, this shit fired. This shit, Drake. Right.
Starting point is 01:07:01 It's over. I'm saying. Price won up. It's over. Drake. And nobody, ain't nobody go. And there ain't nobody that got a Drake feature went back down to zero. Damn.
Starting point is 01:07:11 Damn. You know what I'm saying? Your life changed after that. It ain't changed after that. I'm saying? Because we ain't do the video. It was fire swung up. But my life ain't really changed.
Starting point is 01:07:22 I got litter though. I'm saying. People started respecting it more like I was hearing on the radio all the time. saying it was late it was lit and the price went up price went up stupid yeah it went up it went up
Starting point is 01:07:33 but if drizzy would have did that fucking video yeah the video make it ten times way crazy right right you would have been at 250 huh yeah
Starting point is 01:07:42 yeah yeah let me get into hey that's the first time that niggas somebody Nick's CJ I'd have walked in that motherfucker it's the bag
Starting point is 01:07:51 quarter mill a wop you got four of them bitches a week yeah that's it god damn that's that stupid like how often you be in the studio you stay in that motherfucker this like i'm in that shit i'm just i'm in that shit i'm just i'm in that shit i'm just i'm in that shit we bring it we bring it in birthdays new years whatever everything in the studio like all
