So we now go acquire businesses that's already ready to go and you need nothing. You're just walking in the door and you're able to turn that thing on. So one, you're able to find these from people already shutting down. You're also able to find these, they're not necessarily event spaces,

but they might have been another, could have been a dance studio, could have been the daycare. We changed the use permit and now we're able to use that and leverage it for events space. So essentially when you get spaces, you can't just go in here and just have events.

You got to make sure it's zone properly. You got to make sure got the proper pretty much guidance like hey the city is saying this is approved to have events this is approved to do a daycare so we break down how you pretty much how you do all of that and then let me give y'all game a lot of times people like yo they all only got no money to get started i even show you a partnership project let me give you an example so many churches right now are not making money they got these huge buildings right and inside of these buildings you got a basement banquet hall already ready to go yeah we go we go approach the churches and say yo we going to get this thing booked
