So brothers, like brotherhood mean more to me than anything. So me losing my brothers, I just wish I could get all my brothers back because now I just be fighting so- How many brothers you lost? I lost my blood brother. I lost him right behind me. I lost my best friend on the side.

I lost my other, like my right hand man. I lost him like right here. And I lost my other brother, life in jail. My other two brothers, they fighting trial the day. Oh damn. Two they in jail, fighting like, PBL charges and shit like that. So it's just like, oh my niggas, my other brothers got fed last year, but we can't speak. Like, so I really just ain't just got anything. Everything I came with, they just... it's

just me. And it just f***ing me though at times though, because I feel like at times I feel like I ain't just got nothing else. So I just be grinding this s***. So I be trying to build those relationships with my kids. I got two little boys. So on the other hand, those just be, I had a lot of shit I did. Like my little brother, I got a little brother in college. He played for Utah.

And I just steered him so far away and just like was investing in him so he can just be, wait, chase his dream and keep him out the the streets even one time he wanted to lead that way I'm like hell no you don't got I made this far for us to go this way like you don't got to go back in and then you're doing this so I ain't gonna be pros and cons and shit but just there'll be the weather on. Did you have your daddy growing up? My dad was in prison for 16 years, 17 years. By the time he got out it was way too late.

Did y'all have a relationship after he got out of prison? No, we tried a couple times. But right now we good. What was the friction when you say you tried in the beginning? Like what was the friction when you say you tried to begin? Like, what was the friction? I honestly feel like. I actually feel like I was hard on him. Then was for him, because he was trying. I feel like I was like,

they don't need you no more. I learned everything on my own. I got my first fight with that. So that everything that you did, I did it. fight with our child. Everything that you did, I done did it. It was not more. I did it with my mom, I take care of my mom and my brother since I was a kid. So they wanna, I feel like he tried to come like,

oh, I'm your daddy, so like, on some son you, like, but I wanna, I wanna, I wanna own no son me cause I'm on some grown man. Like my little brother's like my kids, feel me? But I don't know son me cause I'm also grown man. Like my little brother's like my kids. Feel me? Well. I don't know exactly what you mean cause my pop wasn't around for,

he came back around when I was like 15 maybe, something like that. And it was, it was already too late. And a lot of times it don't be too late honestly it be about the approach you feel what i'm saying you can't be out of a kid life for for a decade plus and then come around and like no i'm your father and you're like what oh yeah stop oh yeah. Then you start getting some, like, you know, I don't even know. You feel what I'm saying?

Instead of a father coming around and figuring out who his child is first, and developing a relationship, and then saying then saying no son don't do that because You can't because you won't have that dominance no more because you wasn't in the house. It's just like animals when a Baby cub get out of line you see the parents Straighten right up. They ain't no language in August this line language, you know, parents, well, straight right up. There ain't no language in there. I guess there's lying language.

You know, I just did some dumb. Right. When you not there to sometimes put that roar down on your child. Hey, didn't I tell you don't, yo, you went to the school, you talk to the teachers like that. Come here, man, sit down, man.

But now you come around when you done got some. Mm-hmm. They to the teachers like that. Come here man, sit down man. But now you come around when a nigga done got some seat, they done went through all that. Chess out, been in fights, and got rolled on. He might have licked that a couple. So a lot of dads who go through them jail stints or go through them, the missing in times where they trying to figure out who they is and then they like, all right, it's time for me to be a dad. When you come back into that young man life, you gotta approach that with caution. Because if you don't, then it'll be you versus him. No, in fact, but I feel like once we got over

that little hump, that father's like, you know, he was trying to build like the father son relationship. I feel like once we got over that hump, then we started seeing eye to eye. Like the last year, that's probably then we start seeing eye to eye. Like this, like the last year, that's probably like the best we ever been. But, but do I think about everything you just said here and said on this camera?

You said, even earlier, I'm talking to you now, man. I'm just, I'm a father, man. I be kicking it with my kids, man. I be, so now you understand life different. You feel what I'm saying? So now when you got kids and you adult and you got these responsibilities and you sitting in the house and your sons run past you

and you looking at them and you like, they really me man. Yo, that's crazy. It do make you appreciate your dad a little more like is trying man but I'm on some dumb exactly how happened trying to get with me for three years man I keep blowing them up right you feel what I'm saying so but honestly you had to grow no so Probably had nothing to do with your dad. You had to grow.

I wasn't ready yet. Because that absence was there. And you feel what I'm saying? So, but that's how it usually is, man. Nah, for sure, man. It was like that for me when my dad came around. We went through a little shit, but we got it together. Definitely.

That's all that matters. As long as we get together, know the world. Other than that, like I say, I wouldn't just be... Do you be feeling like sometimes some of the things that your name might be involved in or you might be associated with, or not saying that you did anything associated with or, you know, not saying that you did anything, anything,

that I'm older in life, that was me a lot of times holding me right here. Feel me? When you live in a positive energy, guess who can see it? The people. Especially your followers who've been watching you from day one, who like, you feel what I'm saying?

The nigga did 20 years in jail. The one thing that nigga never did good in life was escape the police. He always got in the court. You feel what I'm saying? But he came home and that nigga chose to live in a positive space. When niggas from the hood thought the nigga was crazy.

He was following crazy in the joint. Why? Because he didn't come home and rob somebody. Because he didn't come home kidding that **** and do some dumb **** and try to go back to jail because he can't, because he decided that in prison, I don't give a **** about what nobody think about me, man. I'm leaving in a positive space.

All his blessings came. So, but you used to think about that while you was locked up? Man, when I was in jail, I was like I knew Ace. I said, I just used to study a lot. I used to look at a lot of Anthony Bourdain on the you know, Travel Channel and I just used to sit back and I used to be like, yo man the world is bigger than the hood. And I think a lot of times we like we like exposure So if you're a young can you grow up in the hood and that's all you know And sometimes your people don't have the finances to take you out the hood to take you to see different things

Or go to different school or go on trips or whatever. You don't know so when I'm in there I'm looking at this I'm like, oh no, I'm out. I said, when I come write my notes now, I'm like, when I get out of this joint, I'm traveling, I'm meeting new people, I'm getting the fuck out of Philly. Because I knew the world was bigger. And at the same time, you know, when you in prison, everybody around you, most people around you,

they still talking about the same shit. So you in there, you gotta separate yourself from them first in jail, and then you gotta make a commitment to yourself like man when I get out, I'm done with this. And sometimes it be hard when you go back to them environments and you know. You're used to it.

You're used to it is like the environment sometimes it finesse you out of your dreams. Cause you will have dreams, you will have ideas but it's like this right there right now, or this dude try to play with me, or whatever it may be, you know what I'm saying? I knew me coming home was a little different than even though I'm coming home to your generation

and to your world, I knew that I wasn't a part of that. So I ain't so, you know, I'm hearing about the things going on with y'all, but I'm like, we ain't grow up like that. And we, you know, and we, it's different lanes. So I know I could you know I'm hearing about the things going on with y'all but I'm like we ain't grew up like that and we you know and we is different lanes so I know I could just go like this because the dudes that grew up with me and Gil they older man you know some of them still running from the police some of them got jobs some of them just out the way a lot of a lot of them dead but it was like when I get out here Ace I'm gonna kill him I'm gonna do them. I'm gonna do my thing, I'm gonna do it my way,

cause I'm gonna finally do something different. Because all the crap ain't work for me. Cause if it worked, I wouldn't have never went to jail. For sure. So, you know, I just think, I just think, you know, it was just, it was totally different for us. And like hearing, like when you talk to the youngins, you talk to a lot of y'all,

and you see the environment at the time y'all got. It's totally different from when we grew up, because we wasn't forced to put no pistol in our hand. We could rumble somebody and it could be cool. Y'all was, y'all like, a lot of y'all was forced to go and get a firearm because you like, I really don't wanna do this, but I don't wanna die either. So it's a battle.

And you can't escape the environment. It ain't like you could just, I'm gonna move with my aunt to Virginia, I in like you could just I'm gonna move with mine to Virginia I'm gonna move here. We're gonna move here to somewhere safer outside of so I'll be understanding a lot of times like Y'all got a lot of pressure on your back. Like you went from living on the side of the road Staying at hotels homeless To starting to come up and and you know a lot of times when you come up,

when you come up in the ghetto, that shit come with a lot of envy and jealousy. For sure. Nobody talk about that. So you coming up and it's like the other dude's like, no, we gotta get him, he a trophy, you become a trophy. And it's like everybody wanna get you, cause if they get you, they get ripped.

And it's like, you gotta battle with that. You gotta protect yourself. Then you gotta take care of the people that's around you. So even with just me talking to you, me seeing you, you got a lot on your mind. It's like you carrying a lot of around. It's like, and that's why I asked you when was the last time you was happy.

Cause it seemed like happiness don't know you. Yeah. Yeah, I get tired, but I feel like it don't. And that just be one of the... When people be asking me like, what's your dream? And I just be telling them shit. I just want to be happy.

And they just be like, what the fuck? You know, you ain't got nothing to do with me. But like that don't... I mean, I thought it was going to change something, but I honestly ended up making it worse. Yeah, I mean, at the end of the change something, but honestly, it didn't make it worse. You know what I mean? At the end of the day too, you know,

you just named all the people you lost to the jails and the graveyards, you know what I mean? It's kind of hard to beat, you know what I'm saying? In a happy state when those are the conditions, you know what I mean? But you gotta find peace within yourself somehow. in a happy state when those are the conditions. But you gotta find peace within yourself somehow. I've been trying to find that shit. You know what I mean?

Not for real. And that shit come with growth. And you know, like I know, when they say, oh no, it get better with time, no the fuck it don't. I cry now just like I cry when the first thing happen. It don't get better with time. You feel what I'm saying? It get better later.

It get greater later. And I be telling them like, boom, when I lost my brothers, they be like, you know, it's going to get better later. And I just be like, no, they'd be like, you know, it's gonna get better later. And I'd just be like, nah, it don't get better, you just learn to live without them. And I just found myself recently learning to like, I've been seeing myself like,

in a way, I've been starting to forget my brothers, that past. But I just can't forgive them for passing. Like, you just gave up on me. And it's not even our fault. Cause this the life that we in, like, we ain't asked for this. Like you say, I came in elementary, boy.

I came in elementary, boy. I came in elementary, on shit. Boy, niggas wanna kill me in elementary school. I was out here outside, I ain't don't play with him. He a little boy, but he not a little boy. Don't mess with him. And it's just like,

all my brothers like that. Like, boy, don't be honest. Y'all in school, I'm not. Even when I am, I ain't supposed to be here. Ain't nothing in this school that y'all can teach me that I need to be knowing for real. That's just how I feel. And honestly, I still feel that way.

Like, I was introduced to, the school couldn't teach me. Boy, y'all, I was learning, I was outside learning how to stand on that block and stay alive. Y'all, I was running through all this type of shit, where I was getting shot at, at a middle school, middle school, boy. Y'all don't wanna know how to survive where I came from. Was you ever, would you ever, do you remember any time when you was young

that you was ever to just have fun as a kid playing the playground? Do you ever remember that? No because when I was a kid I got separated from my mom and I used to be getting abused and I couldn't be around my brothers for a long period of time. And then when I finally got back to my brothers, I ended up moving somewhere else. Then I came back and I still separated from them. Then they came later. I just ain't had no room to play. There wasn't no room. Let me ask you a question. At the park, at Melbourne Park, I was outside, but I was just playing, but I wasn't playing outside the, I was at the park.

And this is some real, this some real shit, right? Do you ever think, do you ever look back and be like, maybe the abuse that I suffered as a young, triggered some shit in me. You know, on a tipper, I ain't gonna never be, no motherfucker ain't gonna never play with me again, ain't gonna never try to take advantage, ain't gonna never.

That's for sure what's stuck in the alley now. Cause I just feel like I couldn't go no more. Like I used to run away all tight and I used to just be swearing up and down, I don't wanna go on. And I, boy I was 12 years old, my birthday, I was 12 years old, my 12th birthday. old my 12th birthday that's why my birthday's at all I won't celebrate my birthday never have just cuz this day I was 12 years old pointing gun right at me and people I was staying with. What you want for your

birthday? I'm like I want to go live with my mama. mama. Wow, twins on the gun in my face, I said, boy, you ain't going nowhere. And from right there, that just set me in life, like, boy, you, boy, I ain't going, boy, I ain't going. And that shit just, just going through all that shit just made me, made me, I ain't gonna lie, it's got its pros and its cons, because it taught me how to stand out on my own and taught me how to like walk my own path and all that shit just made me who I am. I ain't gonna lie, it's got its pros and its cons. Because it taught me how to stand out on my own and taught me how to walk my own path.

I be sitting, like I said, I see the greater picture, I see the bigger picture and all that shit. Even though it's bad, but I got something good that came out of it that made me who I am today. I know how to walk a straight line by myself. I can walk in any room by myself. I won't think twice about it. I'm gonna stand up, I'm gonna be me, I'm gonna be a man wherever I go. By myself I could walk in any room by myself and like One thing twice about I'm gonna stand up and be me I'm being man wherever I go that's just me

How how is it like? How was it now? When you go in the house, you see your little boys. Mm-hmm Man give me a feeling that I Never felt real. No, I ain't gonna never let y'all go through this. I don't want y'all to go through it at all. It just give me a happy feeling because that's like my safe place besides here. It's my safe place and I just be wanting to protect them.

And I don't want you to wake up and say I want this and I can't be able to go get it for you So by any means before anything's said and done, I'ma make sure you got it That'd just be my main goal. I'm just you know, that made me feel good It's just funny how that type of shit make me happy more than what I be having going on make me happy You ever you ever did You ever did something or say something on the net where you look back and you said, you might have won too hard. Like you was tweaking man, you ain't gotta say what it was or nothing,

but you ever look back and said, woke up the next day, you look on the, I tweaked out just a little bit. Nah. Nah. That's cause I be knowing like, like, just like boom, like sir, like when you repent, let's say when you repent,

and then I sound crazy, but I just don't repent because anything I have a debt, I meant it. So if I said this, cause I meant it. You know, when you post something on Instagram or whatever you post, you see it again. You watch it again before you post it. And if I'm posting this, cause I meant it. And like, I can't repent something with God

when he know me before I know myself. So if I tell him I repent, he he knowin' I'm on the same and I probably just don't. So I just, if I ever did something, I meant it. That's just what it is. I don't got no type of regrets. I even hate the regret word. I hate when people say I regret this.

Cause I see the bigger picture in that. So this is what it is. I just don't. I don't, I don't, hell no, I don't look back and say, yeah I'm not. Cause if I did, picture in that. So this is what it's, I just don't. I don't own, I don't, hell no, I don't look back and say hell no. Cause if I did, I'd make that. And, and people don't like it.
