MMA Fighting - On To the Next One: Matches To Make After UFC Vegas 119
Episode Date: June 21, 2026Manel Kape and Kyoji Horiguchi finally ran it back — this time, inside the UFC octagon — and Kape was able to get one back from his pre-UFC days and more than likely punch his ticket to a flyweigh...t title shot. The questions remain are when will Kape get his opportunity, and what's next for Horiguchi after UFC Vegas 119? On an all-new edition of On To the Next One, MMA Fighting's Mike Heck discusses where Kape goes from another stoppage victory, and if he should be rooting for Joshua Van or Alexandre Pantoja more when the eventual championship rematch happens. Additionally, future matchups are discussed for Navajo Stirling following his stoppage win over Ion Cutelaba in the co-main event, Christian Rodriguez following his first-round submission win in the featured bout, along with fellow main card winners Murtazali Magomedov, Vinicius Oliveira, and more. Plus, your matchmaking suggestions following the UFC's latest return to the Meta APEX. Well, hello there, everybody, and welcome to a brand-new edition of On to the next one. The Matchmaking
Crowns are back following UFC Vegas.
119. What a
six-day stretch for the UFC.
You go to the White House.
You have one of the greatest events of all time.
And then you head to
the world's most famous apex for
an event that will be forgotten by Tuesday.
And I'm not saying it was like a super bad event.
It just was again
one of those like
no staying power type of cards.
And obviously the main event was great.
And it was a big matchup
and the stakes were very high.
and hardcore fans
watch the first
Menel Cop versus Keoguchi
fight so we were very much excited for this
throwing that fight at the apex
is an abomination
really if we're being honest
but on all it wasn't like
a horrendous watch
but it just was just one of those like
yeah just another
mixed martial arts event coming off of the White House
card but uh
but we're here and I am Mike Heck
and joining me this week to do some matchmaking
nobody.
Nope, all by myself.
Well, at least you guys, a lot of you have chimed in with your matchmaking suggestions,
so we'll get to those.
But, AK, well-deserved day off.
He's sitting this one out,
but he'll be back next week for the UFC Baku edition of On to the next one.
But let's get into this and let's talk about what came out of UFC Vegas 119.
We'll start at the main event.
And revenge.
From Menel Cop.
Goes out there, he is...
There's a notion coming out of this fight
that Menel Cop just got dusted up for two rounds.
I don't think that's true at all.
I actually thought Minal Cop won the first round.
I just don't think Keoggi did very much.
Like, yeah, he was letting some low kicks,
and he did get a takedown,
but Cop stung him a few times on the feet in that first round.
and so I thought it was at least competitive enough to give him and I'll cop that first round.
Obviously the second round was all QOG, so I felt like he had all the momentum,
but then Kopp just got him in the third, and big win.
And this is a no-brainer.
He's going to fight for the belt next.
When that's going to happen?
I have no clue, but he's done enough.
He's done more than enough to fight for the belt, but the division is a mess up the top.
Joshua Van is the champion.
We're waiting for Al Jander Pantoja to return so they can run that one back.
And Cops is going to go ahead and fight the winner of that fight.
How long has Cops got to wait is a big question for me?
Is this going to be something where he's waiting like five, six months?
Or is he waiting a year or more for this fight to happen?
I truly do not know.
But, yeah, Cops just got to fight for the belt.
it's going to be fun either way.
I will say, and I will double down
what I said on the post fight show,
cop and Joshua Van is a super interesting fight
because most of it's going to take place in the feed.
And people sleep on Joshua Van
being a well-rounded mixed martial artist
because there is a clear path to victory for Joshua Van.
Just put Minel Kopp on the mat
and he could go out there and just win.
I know that's really not Joshua Van's style
to just go out there and,
and workmen like a five-round decision, but that'd be a super fun fight.
I don't think, honestly, I think if Cop fought Pantosia 20 times,
cop might win one.
It's just a horrible matchup for him.
It's so bad because Pantosia will just tackle him a whole bunch of times,
and that is going to be a horrible night for, for Cop.
And Pantosia is also incredibly durable, plus he can crack a little bit on the feet as well.
So we'll see what happens.
But I think if you're a Monell Cop and if you're,
I know there's a part of cop's pride that would love to get one back against Pantosia,
but if you're looking at this from a business sense and you're looking at this from how do we maximize this?
How do we boost our profile?
What's our, I'm going to say easiest way to the belt,
but what's the path of least resistance to a title and making all that extra money as champion?
It's 100% Joshua Van.
100% Joshua Vann.
So I think if you're Minnell Cop, you are the biggest Joshua Van fan on planet Earth.
And I'm not saying Cop could not beat Pantosia because he is the sort of Alex Pereira of the flyweight division.
He's never out of a fight until that final horn rings.
But yeah, great win for Minel Cop.
Dude's real good.
There's a reason why Casey and I were on the Minelcop train before anybody else.
When the UFC signed him, we try to tell you that this is the guy.
I know it took a while to get there, but we told you, this is the dude.
This is the guy at 125 who is super fun and hits really, really hard.
Let's go to the co-made event.
Navajo Sterling remains undefeated.
He finishes Iwan Kutalaba in round two in a fight.
He was clearly losing.
It seemed to be a theme for these last two fights.
But Sterling goes out there.
I think he lands in need of the body.
At least that's what he said on instant.
and it kind of just collapsed Kuchelaba who gassed himself out trying to get a finish.
And Sterling just kind of landed a bunch of punches and elbows at the end and gets the win.
And I am so confused by this guy, Navajo Sterling.
I have no idea what we have here.
I don't know if he's, I don't know if he's good or great or.
Not that great.
I truly have no read on him.
It's a weird situation.
He's obviously got some talents.
He's a young guy in a division that's terrible overall.
And you can obviously, there's something there.
But this is a guy who, at least to me,
he's going to have to lose at some point.
Like, he's going to lose.
He's not becoming a champion with an undefeated race.
There's just no way. There's too many holds in this game.
And I really like this matchmaking because I thought we were going to get tested.
I thought Kuchelab was going to win the fight, honestly.
And, you know, credit to Sterling for getting out of a tough spot and getting the win.
But I have no read on him at all.
So let's try to get one.
There is a man who is making the move up to 205.
And I know I want to see, I want to see this guy fight Dominic Reyes.
I've been
I want to see it
Jed threw that out into the universe
after the Brendan Allen fight
and I was like
this is a terrific idea
because he should absolutely be going up to 205
took a little longer than we would have liked
but RDR is going up to 205
let's do RDR versus Navajo Sterling
let's do it
I would pick RDR to win that fight
but you know what? Sterling goes out there and beats him
okay
we got we may we might have a little something
here. I still, again, no matter how that fight goes, expect Sterling to lose a fight along the way
on his road to a title. But yeah, we'll just go ahead and do that.
To the featherweight division we go. Sea Rod, Christian Rodriguez, fighting with a pretty
heavy heart, goes out there and fights Haider Amil. And I think this is a fight people had
circled on their fight cards.
That was going to be sort of the best odds for fight of the night.
And it's unfortunate that Hyder Emile is just, he's just, he's extra well done at this point.
And he gave us, he gave us everything in, in his early UFC fights.
Just battling it out and giving, giving you all the grit in the heart and the wars and the battles.
and he's just, he's just done, man.
Like, he can't take a shot anymore.
And Christian Rodriguez needed a win,
not just for his career,
but kind of for his psyche as well.
Losing Duke Rufus is his long-time head coach.
He shifted over to Vegas and Extreme Couture,
who they've obviously done a great job with him.
Eric Nixon, to me, is the best head coach in the game.
So a great win for Christian Rodriguez.
And I thought the post-fight stuff was great too.
Let's do a little C-Rod-Chape Mariscal action.
That seems like a fun fight.
Why not?
Let's have some fun.
Featherweight is trending in a good direction.
I'd take a sip of the dunks here.
By the way, happy Father's Day to all the dads out there.
Let's move on to, in my opinion, the MVP of this event.
Murtazali Magamadoff.
I'm so excited about this guy.
I was pumped to watch him fight last night.
Now I'm like, I'm pumped to watch this guy fight every time he fights.
Modified Twister, incredible stuff against Melzik-Baghdazarian,
who's been in there with some pretty good dudes.
He just melted him and then just put him in hell, really.
It was unbelievable stuff.
This guy is someone that is going to rise up the ranks of 145 pounds.
It's already an incredible division as it is.
and I'm ready to just push his ass.
Let's go.
Joannish and Brito, come on down.
Let's do that fight.
There's no way that fight stinks.
I love that idea.
I hope this is a guy that fights all the time.
I'd like to see him fight like every two months.
Get him like four or five fights this year.
Or at least in the next 12 months.
Let's get this guy out there and let him do his thing.
But 1.45 is already super fun.
And Magamadoff is officially going to make it that much more fun.
just like Venetia's Olivera.
Loke Dog.
Looks at his natural weight class now.
Featherweight fits him well.
Had a tough first round against Andre Feely.
But then he turned it on in round two.
And yeah, the Herb Dean of it all is super annoying.
There's definitely some illegal shots there.
Herb Dean just not having a great week.
But in the end, when the Florees happen, what can you do?
Loak Dog gets the big win.
gets the finish in round two.
Let's just rebook the Giga fight.
I mean, I just think that makes perfect sense.
He's just going to rinse Giga Chikaze.
He's going to run him over and that'll just be a good win for him.
Because, again, you know, Giga is a fine fighter.
I think he was one of the more overrated fighters in the history of this division.
Guy who I never looked at as a top 15 guy, but still super fun.
And yeah, Giga is kind of on the last legs, unfortunately.
and this is the type of matchmaking you do
when you have a guy who has somewhat of a name
and a little bit of a pedigree among the fan base.
You throw him in there with the young hungry lion
who has a sort of a final sacrifice
before he rides off into the sunset.
So yeah, we'll just rebook that and let's have a good time.
Time for the wild card round.
I'm going to pick one matchup and one fighter
that I'm not matched me for yet.
I don't match me for them right now.
And I'm not going to overthink this one.
I'm just going back to the well.
Be a mosquito.
She went in there, faced a little adversity, got cracked a few times by Melissa Mullins.
And then Melissa Mullins had the worst fight IQ I've maybe ever seen.
She decided to go to the mat with the best BJGA practitioner in the division by a long stretch.
And she got her arm almost ripped off.
I don't understand what was happening there,
but my biggest takeaway was,
we all know Bia Miskita is not a prolific striker,
and we all know she is not the most defensively savvy fighter we've ever seen.
That's for sure.
But I wanted to see,
you always want to see what fighters like that,
who are somewhat limited,
but are incredibly good at that skill,
what happens when they get punched in the face?
Really, really hard.
ripped to the body or they face some adversity with the strikes.
And Bia just kind of went back to her to what she does best.
Melissa played that game with her and then Bia went out there and tapped her.
Like that's what you want.
She's going to have to sure up a lot of stuff.
There's no doubt about it.
But I'm getting, again, I love the callout of Eileen Perez.
I think it makes perfect sense.
I think it's a big fight.
It's fine.
But I don't want the Eileen Perez fight.
They shouldn't, if they're going to do the Eileen Perez fight, they should, if they're
going to do the Eileen Perez, I think it makes sense.
Eileen Perez fight, they should have done it like two fights ago.
This should have been like her sophomore appearance fight.
She is, B. Miskita is the most interesting fighter in this division.
Outside of Kayla Harrison and Amanda Nuda.
She is, she is this division.
Like, once that fight happens, we're probably going to lose both of those ladies that
Kayla, Kayla Harrison and Amanda Nunes.
Probably going to lose both of them.
You've got to put it in a position where she could take this thing over.
So again, I'm going right back to it.
Give her Rocky Pennington.
Rocky's been out for a while.
Seems like she's on the mend.
Give her that fight.
That's the fight.
It'll be a win.
She's fighting for the belt.
This is what we do.
I would do Giuliana Pena,
but I don't think there's a world
where Giuliana Pena takes that fight.
Raquel Pennington would take that fight.
100%.
So that's what I would do.
Love that idea.
Just strap the rockets to her.
And if she loses to Rocky, like, it's fine.
No big deal.
Then you can do the Eileen Perez fight, but you have to put...
You need someone in this position, and they don't have anybody right now.
So give it...
Do it with Bia and Mesquita, and let's just at least give her the opportunity to do that.
This division needs her.
It is bad.
Did you watch the other women's band and white fight?
That was not that fun.
This division's in a really tough place.
It really is.
B.A. versus Pendington is the fight I would do.
I would do it in a second.
And hopefully the new AI meta rankings will agree with me and help set that fight up.
So those are my matchmaking suggestions.
This is a five-fight main card on Saturday.
And we'll take a short time out.
When we return, we'll go to you guys.
And I know some of you are thinking, oh, A.K.'s not here.
My picks aren't going to get red.
Not true, my friends.
your selections, your matchmaking picks coming up next.

Time for the listener picks.
And yes, if you submitted yours to AK,
at least by the time I'm recording this episode,
I got them and I'm going to read them.
But you know what?
It's my show, so we're going to do my
my peeps first.
You could always submit yours to Instagram.
Find me there.
I mean, dude's very public.
You can submit your suggestions to AK and all of the places,
the emails, the socials, all that stuff.
So let's start with left lane.
Nothing like an apex ought no.
Cop versus the Pantosha van winner.
Kioji versus Almabayev with a win next weekend.
He likes Sterling versus Menafield.
Rodriguez versus
Magamadoff.
We have a new undefeated featherweight
got to make sure C-Rod still has those powers.
You know how to even think about that? It's a great choice.
Great choice.
Oliver versus Onama, Borehouse
versus Nassimento. Mosquita versus Chieson.
I think you got to chill a bit, though,
on the send her straight into the top five
take that you previously had. I don't agree.
I truly don't agree.
Being mosquito is not
22 years old.
She's just not.
she is she's up there in age she is how old is she exactly 30 she's 35 you cannot we're not here to
to waste time you have you have until kela harrison amanda nunes to put her in that position
so i mean look if if this fight is if kela is so hurt and so dinged up that she's not
fighting for another year then fine we can slow roll her a little bit but she's
is the one. If this division
is going to continue,
if they're going to continue to push
this women's bandamite division,
if they're going to continue to have a
champion and title defenses and all
that, after
Kayla probably beats Amanda,
and they both retire.
Who's going to be the champion?
Who can you use to make
this division interesting?
You don't have anybody.
So it's got to be Bia. And again, if she
loses to Rocky,
there's your answer.
But again, she's not 25.
She's 35.
She might have two years left in the sport.
We cannot wait.
That's my opinion.
I don't think we...
She's going to go out there and beat Macy?
Who care?
Like, that does nothing.
That does nothing.
If you're not going to do...
If you're not going to do the thing, which should be done,
either give her pain or Pennington,
then do the Eileen Perez fight.
I have no interest in her fighting Macy Chias up. None.
Zippity Duda.
Mitch Roposo versus Brito Silva.
Bologios versus the Offley-Raeus winner next week in Santos versus Santos.
Chiquely versus Chiquani.
Okay, that's fine.
John Collins versus Yizha.
Santos versus Dumont.
Sure.
Chokely versus Prado.
Belanos versus Larry and Douglas.
That's fun.
I thought about that.
Raposo versus Borjas.
Now.
let's let's let Mitch
you know
fight some people who
make weight and stuff
like I feel like Mitch
has gotten the wrong end to the stick
even on contender series he fought a dude who missed weight
like
no
give give Mitch somebody else
he's earned it he's he's making weight
short notice
long notice all of the things
he just got the biggest win of his career
I actually like the Edgar Shira's
idea. Even if they didn't Moreno, I wouldn't hate that for for Mitch, but going back with Borjas
who like just what? That's stepped on, a three fight losing streak? Oh no, he's one in four in his past
five. Yeah, I don't, I don't love this one, Sean. You're better than that. But I like this.
Mosquita versus Julieta Pena, love this idea. This is the fight they should make, by the way.
I know I said Pennington, but this is, this is the fight. Mosquita versus Julietaena is
1 billion percent the fight.
I just don't think there's a world where Juliana is like, yeah, I'll fight her.
I just don't, I think she'd rather just do R.A.F. commentary than fight being a mosquito.
There's nothing wrong with that.
That's just, that would be how I would view it.
Oliverer versus Danny Silva, Magamadoff versus GoMe.
I like that one.
C-Rod, Daniel Santos, Sterling, Jacoby.
Horaguchi versus Tyra in Japan, ASAP.
I love that idea.
I just don't see it happening anytime soon.
At least the Japan idea, the tire idea,
I mean, there's just,
if they don't book this fight,
this is promotional malpractice.
And then John says,
Cops' next fight for the title,
regardless of how Van versus Pants goes,
even if it's a draw,
no contest or a giant robbery.
Yep.
Robbie.
Robbie Ryan, our guy.
Good day, you bloke.
Let's get on.
Now I sent to both of you,
as I wasn't sure if either of you were away.
So good call.
Cot versus Van, if he's ready, before Pantoja.
Sure, but they're not going to do that.
Can we please take the UFC to Japan, do Horgoochie versus Tyra?
They should have done that already.
I don't know why they haven't.
Don't know why that wouldn't be on the books right now already.
I don't know.
Sterling Jacoby, Rodriguez versus Brito, Olivera Jordan,
Bia Free Cheese Mosquita versus Carol Hosa.
No, why are we doing this?
Carol Hosa, who just got dominated for 15 minutes,
and we're going to give B as someone who just got,
who is not competitive against the Juana Pinheiro?
Come on.
Come on, Robbie.
Come on now.
All right.
We're switching over to the AK picks.
Why am I not hearing myself?
There we go.
That was weird.
That was super weird.
Hello.
back to AK's picks.
I don't know what just happened there.
That was super weird.
But let's go.
Barry O'Reilly. Happy Sunday, AK.
I'm going to throw myself in there as well.
Hope you are enjoying the World Cup.
My picks are Shane Collins versus Lossian, Kate.
This would be a fun scrap.
And while there was a Gulfwood experience,
thinks Collins looks real good.
I don't mind that one.
Santos Dumont.
Chorkelly versus Chaos Williams.
Okay.
I like that fight a lot.
Blandios Padilla, Mitch Raposo, Andre Lima,
two, only two years ago,
but a big night in terms of results
of future prospects for these two guys.
I mean,
Lima missed way for that fight.
That was his debut.
I don't, actually.
I kind of get it,
but Lima coming off the loss there.
I just,
Ropos, they're going in two sort of different directions right now.
Mosquita versus Eileen Perez.
is a good call. Finally a tough test for Bia, but also a very winnable one as Eileen likes to wrestle.
Shemona might not want to go to the ground with Bia.
Yeah, if you're not doing the Payneur or Pennington fight, it's this one and only this one.
Borhaus versus Dung-Hun Choi. Choi was about to fight Lima this year.
Borhaus's two wins in the UFC so far were over prospects.
So let's see if you can continue that here.
Or if Choi can get a solid win and stay undefeated.
Oliverer versus Costa.
Yeah, an Apex headliner or Roachow, Comaine, that will not disappoint.
Maga Madov versus Nate Landware might seem like a big step up, but Maga Madoff is undefeated and Nate is on three fights.
Get guaranteed to be a finish for someone.
I think Maga Madoff is a minus 1,200 favorite in that fight.
I thought about that and I was like, that fight's not remotely competitive.
But they could do it.
They could make it.
And I actually think it would be very smart to make that fight.
Christian Rodriguez versus Marwan
Rahiki.
Let's see if the streak of giving people their first loss continues.
Sterling versus Jacoby, a bangor with the judge is probably not going to be needed.
Sure.
Gucci versus Brandon Moreno, sure.
Cop versus the title shot winner.
There you go.
Thanks for all the great content.
Looking forward to the podcast.
Speezy 32.
We had an all right night of fights overall.
We ought no picks for UFC Vegas 119 or Cop versus the Van Pintoja.
I'm just going to kind of go through this and I think everybody believes
Manal Cop should be fighting for the belt so we'll skip the Manal Cop stuff.
Sterling versus Menafield.
He said good call out.
Seerod Delgado Magamado, Augusta, Austin Boschie.
Bashi is booked by the way.
Unless this is, uh, wait, isn't Delgado booked as well?
Hold on a second.
I think, I think Delgado and Bashi are fighting each other.
They are.
They're fighting each other.
the Oklahoma City card.
So is this a
is this a
actually I don't even know how you're predicting
this.
So a little bit of doo-do there.
Seward Delgado,
Fy, Magamatov, Bashi, I mean, Magamatoff's
got to beat him. Loke Dogg
versus Dan Igay, Borhaus versus
Rocha,
Raposo Silva, another Mesquita,
Pennington, shout out. Santos
versus Santos. Another one of those.
Luana versus Yada.
Blanio.
versus Vera,
Rodrigo Vera.
Shane Collins,
Javier de Valle,
Trekele versus Oban, Elliot.
Elliot is book two, I believe.
Let me just double check this.
I'm like 99% sure
Elliot is booked.
He is.
Michael Oliveira.
This is opponent,
August 1st.
So, yeah, a little bit,
a little bit of dude there, Speezy.
Finn Hamilton.
Collins versus the awfully
Ray is loser
Santos Dumont
Chokely versus Austin Vanderford
I like that one
I think that makes a lot of sense
Raposa versus Charles Johnson
if he lose to Al Mabayev
I wouldn't mind
that fight win loser draw honestly
as today is my birthday
I'm using my birthday wish to give us
be a mosquito versus Julietta Pena
Happy birthday Finn
Olivera versus Belke Costa
Magamatov versus Naimov
Sterling Meneffield
Searrod versus Myron
Santos. I like that fight.
Keogitaira
Copsitz for a belt.
Braden.
Porguchi versus the Royval Kavanaugh-Luza
Sterling versus Bukhascus.
Rodriguez versus Emmer's, Magameda
versus Cassinada, Oliver
versus Woodson,
Borjas Denghong Choi,
Mosquita, Cornoli. No!
Why are we moving Mesquita back?
What are we doing here?
here. Raposo versus
two mandembral,
Bolognios Marshall, Chokely versus Chris
Curtis. I actually really like that fight.
Santos versus Aldana,
Rosa versus Chieson,
Collins
versus Dalvali.
DGB, Reposa versus Elliot Borjas
versus the O'Day, Osborne,
Cody Durden winner.
Venetius versus C-Rod.
Just match him up. Another Sterling
Chikobi, Horaguchi versus the
Vinnie Siggs Temerunarov.
off winner. Okay. A few more. Corey C. Just doing the main eventers. Obviously,
Cobb gets the winner of Pan's fan, but the trickier one is, what do we do with Keoggi?
In a perfect world, he fights Mohamed Mukhyev next, but the UFC ain't bringing him back.
You're damn right, Corey. We will never see Muhammad Mikhail from the UFC again. I will stand
by that. I think that is one of my greatest takes. Maybe one of my most controversial takes.
I will truly be shocked. I mean, that will be one of the most surprising things that
has ever happened in the UFC if he fights for them again.
That's just my opinion.
I don't care if he wins 100 fights in a row.
But anyways,
so I say Keoggi gets the winner of Asu Albaif and Charles Johnson next week,
and they need to book this fight as soon as possible to get him back in their ASAP.
You guys are the best.
Thanks for this incredible podcast.
Look forward to it every week.
Thank you, Corey.
I appreciate that.
Four Corner Sports.
Horaguchi versus Royval.
Royval is fighting.
He's fighting Lonnie Kavanaugh.
So, I mean, we've got to make sure he put this stuff in.
Sterling versus Reyes, sure.
Rodriguez-Gomie UFC Paris,
okay.
Mosquita Chiasot.
Again, why?
Why are we doing this fight?
There is no inch.
We're trying to make this division somewhat interesting.
And again, I say this with all due respect.
Beam Mosquita versus Rocky Pennington
is a numbered event main card fight.
Or like a potential roadshow fight night co-main event.
Same with Juliana Pena.
B. Mascita, Macy, Cheson is the second fight on a card.
It is a buried prelim fight.
I have zero interest in this fight.
I just don't have any interest in it.
Borhaus versus Clayton Carpenter, since Kevin did miss weight,
can't reward him him, so give him Clay,
who to me is around the same ranking as Kevin, got to make weight.
I agree with that.
Two more.
F Rod.
Mitch Reposo versus Ronaldo Rodriguez and Nochi UFC.
that works
Luana Santos versus Janice Santos
a lot of people love that one
Chirkelly versus
the winner of the Velasso Seppo
Gilbert Rabina fight
Vinich Zolivara versus David Onama
and we end with Tristan Gordette
Levan Chirkelly versus Ty Miller
yeah I like that one
Shane Colin Stephen Wynn
Otari Ten Zilovi
versus
Michael as well
so there you have it
thank you for the fine selections
and if you sent them a little bit later
apologies
it's one of those shows where you know
it's father's day and I want to get it done in the morning
and all that stuff and no AK
so yeah if we if you sent them in a little too late
my bad
my bad
but that is that and next week
AK will be back
on the program and we will be in podcast form only again as we recap all things UFC Baku
from a matchmaking perspective let us run this card down real quick based kind of help me out too
we all know what the main event is it is raphael faze fighting at home in front of a home crowd
against manuel torres we have michel perere versus sharra bullet azim sadikov versus
Bataeus Camillo.
Osamaabiah, Charles
Johnson, Bruno Ferreira versus Icramal Malescaryff.
I really like that fight.
Abus Maghavada versus Mikhail Ozycich.
Farmann, Hosenev,
versus Eric Nolan,
Abdul Rahmachian, Yakiyaev
versus Julius Walker,
Norsaltern Rubezibuya
versus Andrei Pulaev,

That is your 13 fight card for next week in Baku.
And let me get some start times here.
What do we got?
What do we got?
Okay.
Early day MMA.
I knew it would be.
I just want to make sure we get the exact times.
Prelims started 9 a.m.
Eastern.
next Saturday and the main card at noon.
So we'll be wrapped and packed by like 3 p.m.
It's a beautiful thing.
Like when that happens.
And yeah, stick with us,
nbatefighting.com.
It's a terrific website.
Throughout fight week and then
for all the fun matchmaking after.
That was really loud.
Producers, office game today.
So, but thanks, everybody.
It's good to be back.
Took a few days off after UFC White House, and I think I really needed it.
I'm recharged.
I'm ready to talk to M.MA again.
And we're about to get a little UFC breather for the first time in a little bit.
After Baku, no card, obviously, the following week.
But then it's all roads to International Fight Week in UFC 329 and the return of Connor McGregor against Max Holloway.
Craziness.
craziness all around.
But we'll be here with all of you,
even on the off week for the UFC.
We will still be here.
And we thank you for being such a big part of the program.
Love this show.
And love all of you guys contributing each and every week.
