Yes, we are back at the Michoud Mansion for another watch party. This time, UFC 304 in Manchester, England. I am Mike Hack. That is the legend. G.C. Connor Burks. and in the corner, let's see the arm once more. There he is. Oh, we get the whole thing in the championship.

The host with the most. Right now we're in the middle of Nathaniel Wood versus Daniel Paneda. Here we are, GC. Here we are. Another one of the machine. I feel like we've done it big here. We got the mini flags. We got the Yorkshire Gold.

We got a higher quality camera that's not going to run out of battery. We got some lav mics. I have to say, though, the lav mics. I know this is what we always do, but I feel like I don't know what to do with my hands now. I know. I don't know if it's the camera angle. I don't know what's going on here.

I feel like I, yeah, I feel like I did. Like the Ricky Bobby thing. I'm just like, I don't know what to do with my hands here. I guess. Like, just hanging out and enjoying some fights here sitting on the couch. What, like, I don't know why this feels so much more awkward compared to what we do when we're in Manhattan. Oh, Panetta, it's a big shot at the end of the round. All right, here we go.

But, yeah, it's been, it's been an interesting card so far. And, yeah, it actually feels like. This feels like more relaxed than anything else without a mic in the hand. Yeah, it feels like at someone's crib. Like I should, you know, be the power trader here, grab the back of the couch, you know, really set up the power dynamic here. I think I should be having a drink. It just really, it feels like the Michou Mansion is up to its notch in terms of coziness. It feels like we're really there now.

Yeah, it feels very comfortable. Feels like a regular thing now as final prelim going down. like you said earlier it's been an interesting one we had the barn burner i guess we could say between mid elkopp and mohamma kaiif all the the fierceness between these two guys building up to the fight and then they landed like a combined 37 strikes the fierceness not not just from the press conference and and everything the hotel everything that went on throughout the week they got in the octagon and before they even fought they had to get broken up that's how in it was. And it's like, I think it was Bisping that said it. It's just like you had to have 50 security

people separate you. And then now the fight actually starts and you're getting paid a handsome fee to actually go in there and fight. And yeah, I mean, I think it was like 20, 24 to 30 on the significant strike count. It was a it was a snoozer, man. I mean, no one was ever in any real danger of getting finished. There wasn't any like crazy scrambles. We got the pants pull down. Nice combinations there from the- Oh, Panetta right back. Oh, they're scrapping. He got punched right in the eyeball. Oh, yeah, he's feeling.

they each throw like a three punch combination and then they just stop punching and kicking the whole time I really do think for like a solid minute and a half there was like two or three punches thrown nothing happened like nothing happened McHia threw like three leg kicks

and Copton throw a single strike until like I don't know I think he only threw two total strikes four minutes into the round and then had a flurry at the end and landed the best shot of the round, which I thought he won round one, because if nothing

happens, but then one guy lands the hardest punch of the round, she probably win that round? No, I'm with you. I thought that he won round one as well. Round two, very timid as well. We saw cheating galore from Muhammad Mikhail gets a take down. He literally

pances Mid al-Kalb. Yeah. Pances him. Mike Beltran just yells and screams of this man, don't make me enforce the rules, and then doesn't take a point for one of the most egregious files we've ever seen. He's literally trying to pants him. And then 30 seconds later, after the stern warning,

he pokes him in the eye and doesn't even call it. Yeah. It was insane. Yeah, man. We saw Manil Cop's whole ass and nothing, nothing came of it. Nothing came of it. Nothing. Took his position. But yeah, man, I just don't know what it takes

to take a point away. So ridiculous. And then the third round happens. And if they take the point away, that fights a draw. It's a draw. The way they score that if I was really weird, I thought cop won the first round.

Second round, if you want to give it to Mikhail, I'm okay with it. I still don't hate a cop round there, and I thought Pop won the third. 3027 is to me. Yeah, 3027, Macaev is awful. That's an awful card, real bad. But now Mahamukai has fought out his contract.

He wants a title shot, was backstage talking to the media is saying that the UFC base that we're not going to resign you if you keep wrestling the way you've been wrestling or whatever and then he goes out and has this fight which is a number one contender fight

the winner of that fight's probably getting a title shot that's the fight we got doesn't bode well for our mom-wild we're talking just a little over two years ago this guy was making his debut getting like a 60-second finish in front of the English crowd of Cody Durden of Cody Durden

and like calling for like no doubt about it I'm going to be the youngest UFC champion ever and now there's an actual world where he's done in the UFC is that is that what you're telling me? 7-0 in the UFC probably the number one contender for the title and the UFC could just opt to not resign him

and I don't think people would like kind of understand it I mean his fights are are are typically not the most exciting. He's super good. You can see it. Of course, yeah, he has a ton of skill. 23. He has a ton of skill.

But let's talk about this main event. We got Leon Edwards. We got Bala Muhammad. Both men have said some pretty ridiculous stuff about the other. Blah Muhammad saying that if he wins the title tonight, he is right there behind GSP is the second greatest wealth of all time. Just so much happening with these two guys. And now they're going to finally battle it out.

And it's going to be in the UK. and I think that helps Bilal Muhammad a lot because of Leon, if Leon's title defense is anywhere else but here, I don't know if Ballel's getting this shot. I just don't know if he's getting in. Yeah, I mean, I'm actually going to go on, I don't know, let him. I agree with Ballahman

about him being the best Wilterweight behind JSP if he wins. I'm just kidding. I was going to say, I was really excited. I actually thought that that was going to be such a ridiculous statement that you guys would just pick up on me kidding. I mean, that's an important.

You can't have your, you can't win one title fight against Leon Edwards and then do the math of Kamar Luis von and yada yada this and, you know, carry the two. And that makes you right behind GSP. That just, that just can't be a possibility. I almost feel like when he said that and when he went into the long dialogue about how he's going to finish Leon Edwards in the second round and he's going to, you know, have him in a rear naked choke and then let him go. And then he's going to call over to his coach and he's going to do all this. I feel like he's doing a bit of trolling. Like, I feel like it's just promo for the fight. But, yeah, I mean, he's trying to make it more interesting.

And, yeah, I guess, I guess he succeeded in that. I mean, did he, though? I don't know. I don't know. The press competition is just- He's trying something. He's trying. He's trying.

I don't know. I just, we'll see, look, if he goes out and wins tonight, then this is brilliant. If he goes out and finishes Leon Edwards, then I'll leave every single word I've said about. anything he said this one of course we all have to to be the first ever to finish Leon Edwards in his hometown after calling it all week would be oh would just be something spectacular i just i mean i'm kind of like Israel at asana when he broke the fight down he's just like i'm just trying to figure out the path of victory for Beul and it's just hard to see it's just hard

to see unless he just lets Leon he just let he's just just going to have to lay on Leon for 25 minutes. Like, that's the only way I see it, and I just don't know if that happens. It's a, it's to be an incredible title win for him if he can do this. Oh, yeah, it would be impressive. I mean, and he's earned it.

He's earned the title shot, and now he's going to try and capitalize on him, man. Because if he doesn't win tonight, I don't think he's ever getting back into the title shot. Ricky, first time, long time is Shafcott next if Leon wins? Does Leon get a rematch if he loses? I don't think that he gets a, an automatic rematch, I, I just feel like that's, that is for longstanding champs.

And like, I think a lot of it has to do with how, how the fight goes. It's an absolute barn. It's a robbery. If it's a robbery, I think they, they do run it back. I think, I think you've got a shot off cop, man. You've got this, you've got this hype train that's 18 and 0 with 18 finishes that could really bring like a mystique and aura to the Walterway division. If he's able to go 19 and 019 finishes with the belt.

like you're talking about some crazy stuff there. But does Shafka want to take the entire year off? I'm going to say, Mike. They didn't want to do this fight. They don't really have four other options. Well, for 300. Yeah, they didn't want to do this, but you think they want to do two favorite views,

Leon versus the law? That's actually a fair point. I'm not going on. But here's it, and I don't think they want to do this, but if it's like a good fight and it's close and they feel Dana goes, the press commerce says, I thought Leon won and Ballol is the champion, they might run it back, especially if they're going to come back to the UK early 2025.

Because this belt's not getting defended at all this year after this fight. There's nowhere to put it. I'm not even sure if they run it back if this is a draw. They might be like sucks, sucks a ball yet, wait, baby. Moving on. So does Shavkat sit and wait and just sit out the entire year and not fight anybody? Yeah, I mean, he's the next...
