Warning, listener discretion is advised. On January 21st, 1996, in the north of France, the mutilated torso of a female body was found floating downstream a waterway, called the River of Hate. They're now confirming that the body cut into pieces and stuffed into two plastic garbage. The following year, in the neighboring country of Belgium, 37 female body parts placed in 15 trash bags were found at dump sites with evocative names.
