and today i'm so excited to be here with you all and thank you for everybody listening here today marks my two-year anniversary i'm like wow i can't even believe that i am actually here with all of you on today. You know, I did not celebrate last year's win. And it's something that I've learned along the way. You've got to celebrate your wins because it really makes the journey so much more enjoyable. And I've had such huge growth in the last two years. I don't know if you followed me from day one, but I originally started one episode every other week. And then I went to once a week, and now I'm doing two times a week because I've had so many guests want to be on the show, and I still know that you all love to hear my stories and questions

and answers from all of you that I get to answer here. I'm just very proud of myself, number one. I feel honored and blessed, number two, to have you all listening here, to have such amazing guests on the show who have brought such invaluable information, whether it's about their stories and their expert advice and their fields of specialty, whether it's sexologists, therapists, communication specialists, porn stars, women, men fighting in this world, having stories of being catfished, stories of dishonesty. And I'm so grateful that we can all have a platform, which I created, The Down and Dirty, so that we can have a judgment-free zone. That was really important to me. And moving forward, it still is. Because we all have our

personal journeys. We all have our values and beliefs. And some of us are more skeptical to talk about sex and others. Maybe we're uncomfortable about talking about our relationships with our friends and family, but listening to stories and experts here has helped you in some shape or form. And I think that's huge. I think that if there's a place for you to be able to listen, to be able to learn and bring that back into your relationships, into your business life, into whatever that looks like for you, then that's a win for me. I would love to hear your thoughts though

I want you all to know that I have truly grown from this show. I have grown in communication. I have grown in my relationships. I have grown in owning who I am and creating more boundaries, staying on the path that makes me the best version of myself. I don't know how many people I've talked to about this, but I truly have felt that this is my

master's, my PhD, because I've had all of these amazing guests and their expert advice. And I felt like I've gone through, you know, therapy sessions from some of them. And yes, I know you learn and I have also learned and I continue to grow and I want to be better for you. I want to show up in ways and I want your feedback because that's the only way that I'm going to be able to bring you something that you need from me. And literally, I just want to thank you all for continuing to listen from the bottom of my heart. Now, because it is my two-year anniversary, I want to offer something to all of you listeners.
