Welcome back to today's episode on the down and dirty number 29. And as always, I'm your host, Celeste Moore. So I absolutely love this platform because I get to talk to you all about all the ins and outs of dating. And today I want to give you tips on how to make your Valentine's day hot and sexy. Valentine's day is literally right around the corner. And I'm hoping you have already prepared in advance for this lovely day of romance. You still have time to get creative if you haven't set any plans, but you may be scrambling for this one. If If you haven't, and you wanted to do something that requires a reservation, then sir, let me tell you, you are getting spanked.

Just kidding. I'll leave that up to your partner in case that turns you on. I'm going to say this before I start the episode, because I think it is so important to say, although it doesn't matter what you do, but also the whole reason for taking a day for love and romance is that you are truly connecting with your partner. Let me say that once again, this is a day to truly connect with your partner. So try and leave phones, laptops, any electronics out of the equation, at least for the intimate times. Anyway, this is a time for one-on-one communication conversations and connection. And let me tell you,

Women need to feel connected so that our feelings can build for intimacy. I know some guys are wired to have intimacy first to build those feelings, but it is the opposite for us. Let's try to meet in the middle and build those feelings for us. So I believe that you should start the day with some sexy texting. Bring in your flirtation game. I have confidence that you can bring on your best sexting games ever. Turn her on.

Be cheeky and fun as well. Keep it light and flirty. For example, hi, beautiful. I'm so looking forward to spending time with you and exploring each other in the bedroom. Compliment her and say something that you love about her body. She may be having self-doubts or self-worth issues around being naked or around sex. So make sure to get her properly in the mood. Flirting is so much fun.

And this can start at the very beginning of the day before you even meet up. I would say number two is to really bring your A game and be confident because we all know confidence is sexy. so well how do you get confident with yourself there are a number of ways you can feel good and sexy and confident I would say start with grooming yourself have a long steamy shower scrub all those nooks and crannies and don't forget about your ears and between your toes and underneath your fingernails men okay if you don't get manis and petties on a regular basis please trim your nails and make sure they're clean like i said and make sure they're filed

so you're not scratching your partner when you're trying to get all sexy in the bedroom that's not a good thing brush your teeth floss your teeth and use mouthwash we love good smells on men there's nothing like the smell of a clean skin fresh mouth and also a man that has taken time to make himself look well put together is such a turn on we will want to get in your neck and smell you and having a fresh mouth, we will want to make out with you. Oh yes. So check those boxes. Make sure that you have had a haircut recently, even if it's a trim, you know, unruly hair is not cute. Also, if you are a hairy man, make sure you don't have a uni brow. Okay. That's when you have one brow and you should have two or make sure you don't have ear or nose hair coming

out because that's not a good look at all. And if we're up close and personal, which we plan on doing on Valentine's day, we will notice and see everything. Make that appointment to have a proper shave and wax. She will appreciate it and you will feel sexy yourself. Also, make sure you pick an outfit that you know shows off your best assets. Maybe your arms are your best asset. So you wear a shorter sleeve shirt that has your nice, beautiful guns out and she can grab a hold of you. This is a very nice feeling to feel secure. And those good looking arms are wrapped around her. Maybe you have a great ass and you're wearing a former fitting pant that hugs it so perfectly. She may just want to squeeze it or give it a nice pat. So make sure that whatever

you're doing it fits the wardrobe fits your body well also pick that color of love and sexy that obviously is best for your skin eyes and hair color also your personality plays a role in deciding the right color who knew like bolder colors are usually something that someone with more confidence truly wears not saying you should do it but everyone can wear red but not everyone can wear pink note note this because there are orange reds and there are blue reds but there's only usually one shade of pink and it's a blue pink so people like me wearing pink on my skin is not the best on on the bottom it's not as bad but up close to your face so try a few different colors on and see what naturally highlights your features look in the mirror and see if you notice

a difference. So these are all examples of the best outfit for your date night out. Now, don't forget to keep your posture upright and your body language should be on point with how you're feeling. So hopefully you're open and happy. Smile at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself three affirmations before you leave the house. Here's an example. I am sexy. I am confident and I am ready for fun. Okay, go out and make her feel like the goddess she is. So here are a few sexy date ideas for you guys. If you are newly dating or your first dater, I highly recommend getting out there and doing some type of activity. Get your endorphins up by playing a sport or just a different activity. Movement is always great. Maybe go really adventurous and skydive

or zip line. That's super fun. Doing some form of activity allows you to connect in a way that is fun. It's not awkward and you really get to find and learn things about that other person. Are they adventurous? Are they not so much? Are they just low key? And maybe you're not. So all of these things are a great way to see if you are really connecting with this person, then go grab an ice cream or sorbet and eat it along the beach or the waterway or through a park. Get to know her better. Go into this day and evening with openness and gratitude because this sets the mood up for success. So positive, good vibes that also builds that confidence that you need that is so attractive. What type of things does your partner find hot? Know her love language or at least ask her in the

beginning. So, you know, she is turned on by words of affirmation, which could be dirty talk. Maybe she likes being touched and her love language is physical touch, just a touch on the shoulder or on the small of her back. Maybe she enjoys you to do things for her without asking, which would be acts of service. Maybe hers is gift receiving and giving. So bring her flowers and chocolates. And every woman loves a piece of jewelry guys. So just saying, bring your masculine game on. Okay. I want you to be assertive and I want you to be a little bit dominant. And what I mean by that is planning these dates, planning these adventures, let her come into her feminine and energy, right? Let her be receiving and let you take control of the date, paying for the date,

being a gentleman, open the doors for her, pull the chair out for her. Women want to be desired and feel sexy, but they want you to show it. If you don't explore all these possibilities, you know you've got some work to do but remember this should be fun so i want to talk a little bit about maybe another idea of take her to a really nice restaurant where they offer a chef's table where you could do a tasting a wine tasting something long and leisurely that you could get to know each other enjoy delicious flavors and smells and this is part of the senses where we get relaxed and we become in touch with our feelings. And this just brings on another element of sexiness. I think it would be hot to learn salsa together because salsa

dancing is such a very sensual dance and you have to touch each other and you have to move together and you get to explore the touch and the feel of something. So that's another really great idea. make pizza naked with aprons and drink either wine or beer you will know what she prefers as toppings but if not have it all go all veggies meats cheeses and pay attention to the alcohol maybe it's red wine she likes with pizza maybe she's a beer girl but you should be paying attention so i don't need to tell you that another great idea is hire a sexy dress after a day at the spa. Then take her dancing, but give her space to tease you and watch her, right? Let her put on that dress for you and let her feel and embrace the sexiness. Let her turn you on and then take

her to a beautiful hotel or home and ravage her. Send her flowers the day before so she has them a little bit longer. Get her something that she would really enjoy. I know a lot of single moms or moms in general or women in general that are just busy really need an actual package to a spa or for us to actually take the time to do that. Get her a full day of just relaxing. She can do it anytime. Give each other sensual massages with oils, even some lickable dust and maybe even lickable chocolates. You should take a shower or a bubble bath together. Maybe a shower is best so you can wash each other and then have some hot shower sex. I would say doggy style is always a good position for shower sex. Just a little note there. Be spontaneous. This is so hot and sexy.

if you can let's just get away take her away for the weekend spend all day in bed and make love and which maybe you try different sex positions you've always wanted to try make it fun and exciting order take out a room service and you will need sustenance after that much sex so have fun with that another great idea is like a weekend in napa or a local wine country in your area plan this is really important though. If you're going to go to Napa, a lot of these big wineries, you need to plan one to two years in advance. So if you plan on that, that's probably what you've done. And once you've tried all these different wines, you go back to the hotel, you have some flower petals all around the bed and maybe a hot bath drawn for her. Bring good smelling candles, set the mood,

make a sexy playlist of music that she has turned on by. Then, of course, have hot, passionate sex. The next day, you can plan an all-day couple's massage or have a facial or mani-pedi and afterward, get ready, take her to an amazing place to eat, but take your time and really enjoy each other's company. Then, you can even have dessert back at your room. There's so many ways that you can get creative. I'm just giving you ones that are possible. And yeah, there's a few others. If you are not in the stage yet to go away for the weekend, maybe take her to a romantic place and watch the sunset go down and have some champagne together. I would say bring a picnic, just something little but make sure you pack like dark chocolates, fresh berries, and some type of

charcuterie board whether it's like olives cheese salamis crackers veggies dips you guys can feed each other and then as you eat and drink a little and kiss a little maybe you want to take her picture in the background with the sun going down or maybe you guys take some selfies this could be very romantic you can even schedule a professional photographer for an hour to come take your pics together. Or if you're even a little bit more adventurous, go somewhere, maybe your home or maybe a studio and do a sexy shoot together. Keep those photos in your bedroom to look back at once in a while, just in case you want to get turned on. I love it. If you live near water or visiting near water, a yacht sunset cruise is so romantic. And they always usually have a little food,

champagne some type of some type of drink most women are romantic and love when her bow shows her that you have paid attention to her wants needs and desires there is something so beautiful about watching the sun go down that meets the water it's also relaxing and believe me in today's world we need this all right so i want to talk about a little bit about pleasing her sexually so there are many ways in which couples get sexual do you or her have a certain type of sexual lifestyle and this can be anything anything from if you're into kink sex clubs swingers clubs burlesque or strip shows these are all fun examples of things to do but let me make sure that you make it classy and surround yourself with the classiest and

most beautiful people because nobody wants to do a sex club that's just nasty or unattractive people are you guys into toys or lingerie or even a little bit i want to say healthy porn okay i have to say that because porn can also be terrible so that's for another show are you guys into role play or BDSM. Maybe visit a fun adult toy store together and pick out some new accoutrements for playing. Buy her sexy lingerie. And men, yes, buy some sexy underwear that turn her on, okay? It's not all about her. She's got to be in this gorgeous lingerie. But yes, make us feel sexy. And I know you are visual. And I know that a lot of men, this is something that's so attractive. So just make sure she's comfortable with it.

Pay attention and make sure you're not crossing any sensitive boundaries, though. OK, that's very key. You might be really keen on something and maybe she is not. And you don't want to have something go backwards and hit you in the face. So just make sure you're, again, paying attention. So since Valentine's day is for love and passion, then incorporate one of these that maybe you want to try and you have it. Okay. Maybe adventurous. Maybe one night is romantic and another night is naughty. Have fun exploring. I know Valentine's day is for you both, but if you want her to be

happy, then I am 100% sure that you will be more happy. If she is always make her orgasm first, This sets the tone for a happy woman who will in return, please you. So the flirtatious texts make her feel sexy by teasing her, right? Kiss her all over her body and then stop and let the tease slowly happen. Let the burn build. And with whatever turns her on, then do that as well. and when she can't take it any longer bring her to ecstasy also for all those people that just want something more simple it could be just a very romantic and quiet day away from your everyday

work life or away from the kids doing anything that really it doesn't matter as long as you guys are together and maybe you do something like when you were younger and you were first dating it could be solely paying attention to each other and getting back to that healthy love and affection for each other think of ways to create the moments that you want as memories of happiness in your life but maybe you start thinking outside the box and exploring each other's fantasies this is absolutely perfect time to do it. If you are in relationships, if you are married, if you are together with someone,

you should obviously you'll be dating if you're single and getting to know people. So you will be going on dates, but in this case, make date nights a fun thing and get to know each other and try new things. Don't get lazy when you start dating and you're in a long-term relationship or even a marriage because you will soon learn that someone will be unhappy as a result of someone that stops trying. It doesn't have to be big and lavish every time, but do remind yourself that any successful relationship takes time and it takes effort. And that should be your priority always.
