This comes as Congress has returned with the Save America Act still in limbo. Joining us now to discuss all this and more is Daily Wire Opinion editor Ben Dominic, host of the Big Ben Show.

Good to have you back on. Great to be with you. So let's start with these voter-favor-finding. fraud investigations that were revealed yesterday. What exactly is the administration looking into and why is this causing such a stir in D.C.? Well, the reason this is causing such a stir in D.C. is because the whole perspective on voter fraud in America has been, unfortunately, I think, derailed by a media reaction to the arguments about voter fraud that essentially puts them in a position where if you allow for any instance of voter fraud at all happening anywhere across the country,

if you admit to any of that, then you are cast in a category of an election denialist, you know, someone who is engaged in disinformation, misinformation, misinformation, et cetera. And the truth is that when you're saying that voter fraud took place, you're not saying or even arguing that it was enough to change the balance of an election. You're just saying that any amount of voter fraud is unacceptable. That's what the administration is doing here. They're saying that they have had investigations into multiple states and into multiple instances that have been reported some of them before and some of them that are, you know, more new to become light.

But I think that the most important aspect of this that I think we're seeing playing out in front of us is that the media will broke no kind of, you know, conversation about this that includes the risks that are at, with the mass mail voting regimes that we see in California and in other states where people are able to mail in ballots or the ballot harvesting that we have seen happen repeatedly across the country in ways that create enhanced risk for fraud. What are some of the states that are being focused on here? Wisconsin I know is one of them, for sure. So Wisconsin is one of them. Washington state is another. California is another. And Georgia. Georgia is perhaps, you know, the one that's going to

attract the most attention this cycle. simply because of the fact that they have a Senate race going on there. And so look, you know, the way that these are framed, whenever these investigations play out, is that they are put into a position where they are used as a political football. If you investigate fraud, just in the case of trying to find out if it happened

or if it was happening, you know, in prior elections, that's something that is used as a political tool to basically say from the Democratic side, This is someone trying to, you know, reframe or to jigger the election in different ways to cheat and to steal. That's the way that Democrats have framed any kind of investigation into voter fraud that happens, unfortunately, relatively frequently in America. What we have very few examples of, you know, as I've said, is examples where this voter fraud actually resulted in a different outcome for the election. But Democrats have this attitude that basically says as many people should vote as possible. We don't care if there's fraud.

Republicans have the attitude of there should be zero tolerance for fraud, regardless of whether it changes the outcome of the election or not. We have this whistleblower report being pushed out by a Democrat Senator Blumenthal about mail-in ballots. What are we to make of that report? So this whistleblower report is essentially one that is designed to create a lot of fear around the news. U.S.PS rules regarding mail-in ballots. Essentially, it makes the claim that if you have one bad envelope in a batch of 10,000 mailed-in ballots that are otherwise appropriate, that the whole batch will be rejected. There's a lot of debate going on about whether that has any kind of credence, and Richard Blumenthal is one of the most partisan members of the Senate. He's someone who is not

viewed with any trust by his Republican colleagues. This seems like something that is engineered to try to create distrust and to just ramp up the Democratic response to Republicans going forward. The other thing I'll just say is that the U.S.PS is not exactly the most reliable or the most lauded agency within the federal government. In fact, if you look at the polling, people distrust it quite a lot just when it comes to delivering their mail. So why would they trust it when it comes to delivering their ballots. It's a major problem, but it's also something that I think, from my perspective, is not going to really fall on bipartisan reception when it comes to this whistleblower report. It's going to be viewed as the partisan type of allegation that it is.

Yeah. And the timing, when it comes out here, right when these revelations about these investigations come out, also raising some eyebrows there. It's viewed as something that's meant to be an offset, And I think that that's the way it's going to be interpreted in Washington. Thanks so much for coming on. Great to be with you as always. Daily Wire host of that's so criminal, Lyndon Blake joins us now to explain. So, Lyndon, there was chaos in the courtroom yesterday when the jury decided they were deadlocked. They were not going to reach a decision. So where do things go now? Yeah, well, this is a lot of people's worst nightmare that there would be the situation where the jury could not come to a unanimous decision on a verdict for Lindsay Clancy. So what happens now? Well, first, they're going to try again. Judge Sullivan sent the jury back into the deliberation room on Tuesday.

and he can do that and he was said, look, I understand you got a lot of evidence, you had 80 witnesses. There's a lot to go through. Try it again. If they come back for a second time, the judge can send them back one more time. And he can kind of do this dynamite charge, which basically means he reads over these rights and he says, hey, you can take a look at the majority. Give it a good look what the majority of the group is deciding on. But don't go against your personal convictions. It's again just kind of re-giving. them instruction to go back for a second time. Now under Massachusetts law, that's the only time he can send them back again. He gets two times to send them back. At that point, the jury has to say, okay, we will go back for a third time, which based off the last two days than being asked to go home

early, seems unlikely. So experts that I have talked to don't even think it's going to come back a second time. The jury will either reach a verdict today, potentially, or it will be a trial. Now, there was some analysis I saw about the way the jurors responded to the judge when they brought that note of a deadlock to him. Can you speak to that? Yeah, so here's a little inside ball in the courtroom. There were these two female jurors that as Judge Sullivan was reading over the note before he announced it to the public that there was no decision. They could not come to a unanimous decision. Two jurors were seen smiling at each other. This was reported by multiple outlets, two female jurors. There's another older woman that was in the jury that looked pretty defeated as he was reading

the note. Now, to me, when you look at that, you could think of it this way. Were the two people that were laughing? Are they the ones that can't come to a decision with the majority of the other group? Could the woman that looked a little defeated? Could she be one that's wanting the murder charges against Lindsay Clancy? This is all just speculation. But the fact that the jury is letting so many emotions be shown to the public, it's advised not to do that because they're supposed to be so unbiased and so impartial. Now, if they remain deadlocked and the judge is forced to declare a mistrial, where do things go from there? There's several options, but the two options you're going to hear about the most, and the most likely one is a retrial. The prosecution has the

opportunity to retry Lindsay Clancy on the same charges first-degree murder for her three children. Now, this is the most likely option, especially in murder cases. They will just do what they've done over the last five weeks again. Is it costly? Yes. Is it take of time? Yes. But the prosecution, they believe they have a strong case against Clancy.

They want to see this through. Now, another option, they could take a plea deal. They could lessen the charges. They could lessen the sentence, try to come to an agreement if the prosecution thinks that a jury won't come to a decision again in a second trial. The district attorney also has the power to do that. He can decide whether they go to trial or not based on what he thinks about the evidence and what he thinks his second jury would do.

But Kevin Redington told reporters on Tuesday, Tim Cruz, the Plymouth County District Attorney, will for sure go for a retrial. Now, something very controversial is this jury has not been sequestered. Obviously, this is blowing up online. And there's been some activity outside of the courthouse. Can you explain what that means to our listeners and also what? we've seen. Yeah. So there have been reports starting Monday, even a little bit of last week, about jurors wearing pink. Now, why is this a big deal? They're female jurors. They're wearing pink.

Girls like pink. Well, it's because if we's reported on that there's been a lot of Lindsay Clancy supporters outside the courtroom wearing pink to support Lindsay Clancy. Now, what does this mean if you have a jury that's not sequestered? Well, could the jurors be getting some outside information which they are not supposed to that tips them off to wear pink? That could be it. More than likely, they just wore pink and they're not thinking anything of it. But it brings to the point of the jury not being sequestered. And in Massachusetts, it's rare to sequester a jury, but the judge could have done it. And in this day and age, there's so much online talk and your phones can pop up so many videos you didn't even ask for, notifications on social media apps. It's hard to imagine a world

where these jurors have been able to go home for the weekend and have not been exposed to any outside noise. Well, it just goes to show it's very hard to have a fair trial in social media age with a case like this. Lyndon, thanks for reporting. Thanks, guys. The UK is seeing a fresh wave of public outrage after one town with a large Muslim population banned flying the flag of England. The controversy comes as more comparisons are now being drawn between the cultural shift taking place in the UK, as well as some places here in the U.S. Joining us now to discuss is Thomas Corbett Dillon, a political commentator and former advisor to Boris Johnson. Thomas, thanks for coming on. First time on the show. Thanks for having me. Cheers. Glad to be here. So let's start with this new controversy in Birmingham. What exactly has the city council there ruled in what is their argument for doing so?

Right. Well, you know, this is the problem. They seem to have taken offense to the flag of England. I mean, can you believe it? That's one of my favorite things about living in the U.S. is that, you know, people just, you know, everyday people, they fly a flag on the house. It looks great when you drive through, you know, suburbia. They don't like it in England. They're not fans of the flag. And it seems to be these sort of far left organizations that have taken over our councils in England. They don't seem to mind every political flag under the sun. You know, I'm sure they're covered in pride. flags, but they dare fly the England flag. Their argument is that, you know, maybe some immigrant communities find that it's threatening or it's become a sort of hate symbol, which, you know, is totally crazy. Of course, the problem with this is that because England and the UK has got, you know, multiple flags, there's the British flag that you've all seen. And then the England flag, which is, you know, the white and red cross, that one in particular has become, you know, they claim has become sort of hijacked by the right wing. I don't quite think that it's fair to claim that, but that's their rationale. There's been a lot of focus on New York with 9-11 anniversary

coming up and just over a week. Mamdani has drawn a lot of headlines about his focus on Islam. Do you see that becoming, you know, another London or is that overblown? Yeah, and a Londanistan, we've got to think of a name for New York now it's being taken over. But, you know, you can actually look, it was 10 years ago that we elected our first. first Muslim mayor of London. So I, you know, and if you look at our Christmas celebrations in London, they have a Christmas tree and it's about this big. I wonder, is the Rockefeller tree in 10 years going to be a little miniature? This is what happens when they get into power. They sort of fill the positions with their friends. London probably now will never elect anyone other than a Muslim

candidate because they've cemented power so well. I wonder if New York is going to have the same thing. He's been promising a lot of policies that appeal to the people. They love this idea of the supermarkets that are 20% off discount and all the state-owned stuff. These are policies. They love to promise it. Whether they can deliver them is another question. They don't seem to care too much about the delivery. It's promising they win the campaign.

It's really tough, but the comparisons are very, very similar. Two great cities. London is not in a good shape. I really hope New York doesn't fall like that. Now, here in the US, we've seen this new kind of alliance between the far left and Islam. Is that the same pattern that you saw 10 or 20 years ago with your left-wing party in the UK? You've exactly nailed it. That's exactly what they did. They totally got into bed with the left. And the left welcomed them with open arms. They sort of cheered them on and waved them on.

They helped elect them into positions across London, across the country. And then, of course, they get the power. And then they say, hey, by the way, your pride parade is cancelled. We're taking all your flags down. The left are pushed out and the Islamists take over. We've got the Green Party at England, a very, very left-wing organization that's totally Islamic now. But that's exactly, you know, and I often talk to Americans about this. They are nervous that the DSA takeover is happening, that the left-wing is being taken over and they're like, is it happening? I say, it's already begun. It's inevitable now. This is how they're operating. Look at the Hassan Pikas and these influencers. They are cementing the work. They are moving into the Democrat Party.

It's almost too late. Once this starts, it's hard to stop. The kids are loving it. The stuff that they're putting out, the content, this El Ceyet is probably going to win in Michigan, it has begun. So it's time to wake up and realize that this is happening. It's fascinating to see so many parallels, as you've outlined here. Thomas, thank you so much for coming on. Great to have you on the show. Judge Tony Graff's official ruling to move forward came Tuesday after an extensive pre-trial hearing. The judge said from the bench that the evidence presented by the prosecution is sufficient at this stage to support a reasonable belief that the defendant is the individual who shot and killed Charlie Kirk.

He also said prosecutors may continue to seek the death penalty as the case moves to the trial phase. Thanks for waking up with us.
