The Supreme Court has rejected a challenge to the abortion drug Miffa Pristone and its availability. Daily Wire investigative reporter Morayda Lorty has more. In today's ruling, the High Court decided unanimously that the group of physical who filed the lawsuit lacked sufficient standing to sue. According to the unanimous opinion authored by Justice Kavanaugh, a plaintiff's desire to make a drug less available for others

does not establish standing to sue, citing Article 3 of the Constitution. The justices did not rule on the merits of the case, which was whether or not the FDA properly expanded access to the abortion drug, simply that the plaintiffs did not have standing. Ukraine will soon have $50 billion more to work with after G7 leaders agreed to lend them the money, backed by profits from frozen Russian assets. The plan which was announced today has been years in the making. Certain details are still being ironed out, such as how much each country will pitch in to share in the risk. Essex University professor of government, Natasha Lindstadt, says that some leaders still aren't on board. There's a genuine desire to support Ukraine, of course.

But you can see that within the G7 leaders, there's just not complete agreement about how to handle this issue with the assets. And that illustrates further issues that they have in supporting Ukraine in the future. Officials say funds will be used for military budget, humanitarian and reconstruction support. Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gerskovich will stand trial. trial in Russia on charges of espionage. The Russian investigation alleges that Gershkovich on the instruction of the CIA collected secret information in the Sferd-Lofsk region regarding Russian military equipment production. Gershkevich has denied that he was involved in any kind of espionage, while the U.S. State Department has declared him wrongfully detained.

The charges against him are false, and the Russian government knows that they are false, he should be released immediately. And I can tell you that on behalf of the United States government, we will continue to work to bring home Evan Gerskovich and Paul Wayland every day. It's something that we are constantly working on and constantly pursuing. A CNN interview with Fulton County Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade was abruptly put on pause after he was asked about his romantic relationship with D.A. Fannie Willis. The footage shows a member of Wade's team pull him aside during the pre-tape sit-down that aired yesterday. The cameras

were left rolling, but Wade's microphone was removed as he stepped into the corner to talk privately with his consultant. Here's a bit of audio from that moment. Just to clarify, when did the romantic relationship between the two of you start? Yeah, so these exact dates are at issue, and these exact dates are, I'm getting, I'm getting signaled here. Do I go off mic for a second? Yes. Okay. Keep rolling. Keep rolling.

Don't stop. Everything okay? Yeah. When Wade sat back down, CNN host Caitlin Collins re-asked the question. While Wade seemed to dodge, he did admit the timing of the relationship wasn't great. It was bad timing, but you don't pick and choose when those things happen. They happen organically, and you deal with the situation as it comes. Do you have regrets about it?

The only thing I regret is the time. timing of it. Well, and the timing, of course, is really the crux of this. Things got heated in Italy's parliament after a fistfight broke out, with one lawmaker reportedly leaving in a wheelchair. Daily Wire senior editor Joel Needler has more. The incident happened Wednesday during voting on a bill that would give Italy's regions greater autonomy. The scuffle began when Leonardo Dono, a member of the opposition party, thrust an Italian flag in the face of the Minister for Regional Affairs and autonomies. Clerks attempted to separate the two before other lawmakers jumped in, with one person throwing punches reportedly directed at Dono. He eventually left the chamber in a wheelchair.

And a state of emergency has been declared for several counties in Florida due to torrential rain and severe flooding. Over two feet of rain has caused chaos in the southern part of the state, flooding neighborhoods, canceling flights, shutting down roads, and forcing residents to evacuate their homes. A flood watch will last through this evening for Fort Myers, Naples, and Sarasota, with more rain and flood watches in the forecast for tomorrow.
