I'm Daily Wire editor-in-chief John Bickley with Georgia Howl.
It's Thursday, October 31st, and this is your Morning Wire afternoon update.
Former President Trump responded to President Biden's viral garbage comments disparaging Trump supporters.
Trump's response came while he was talking to reporters from inside a garbage truck.
Daily Wire Deputy Managing editor Tim Rice has more.
After stepping off his plane, Trump climbed into the truck and told reporters that Biden's remarks were offensive.
He went on to say that Biden should be ashamed of himself, adding that Kamala Harris should not have allowed such comments.
How do you like my garbage truck?
This truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden.
Later, at his rally, Trump appeared in a sanitation worker uniform, emphasizing that his supporters are not wrong.
He continued to criticize Biden's un-American rhetoric, saying it disrespects millions of Americans
in fuel division.
When he called us all garbage, how stupid, what a stupid word, that blows deplorable away,
don't you think?
Of course, I thought irredeemable when she said deplorable or irredeemable.
I thought irredeemable was actually worse, but deplorable seemed to catch up.
But this garbage stuff blows it away.
A new poll from the Washington Post shows that Trump and Harris remained neck and neck in the key battle
state of Michigan. Bull shows Trump leading Harris 47 to 45 percent among registered voters,
but Harris holds a slim margin among likely voters 47 to 46. Economic concerns top voter issues,
according to the poll, Trump holds an edge on economic and immigration issues, while Harris
leads on abortion and health care. The House Judiciary Committee is questioning YouTube over
accusations that the platform attempted to censor former President Trump's recent interview with
Rogan. Daily Wire reporter Amanda Prestige Giacomo has the latest. In a letter to Alphabet CEO,
House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan expressed concerns that YouTube may have intentionally buried
the video in search results and on its trending page. YouTube has acknowledged that for some
searches, the full interview wasn't prominently shown, but says it has since corrected the issue.
Earlier this week, the congressman also said that there's evidence to show that the FTC ramped up
restrictions on Twitter soon after Elon Musk purchased the company. Jordan told Morning
why are that FTC Chair Lena Khan quickly pushed for a consent decree against Twitter, demanding
over 350 documents from Musk's team in the first three months of ownership. She worked for Jerry Nadler
and the Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee. So she's been after month from the get-go.
And I think, again, part of this attack on the First Amendment, where it's big government, big media,
a big tech all working together to stifle American speech, what some called the whole censorship
industrial complex. And they said, but we got to go after the guy who said, you know, he spent
all this money not to buy Twitter. He spent all this money to protect the first of that.
An effort made by Philadelphia's Soros-backed district attorney to stop Elon Musk's million-dollar giveaway
to swing state voters has been paused. This comes after lawyers for the Tesla CEO filed
late Wednesday to have the case moved to federal court. Philly, D.A.A.
Larry Krasner claims Musk's America PAC is violating state lottery regulations and consumer protection laws.
The PAC awards $1 million daily to voters in battleground states who signed a petition to support free speech and gun rights.
Krasner has sought an injunction to stop the payments, calling the giveaway deceptive.

Here's a bit from his testimony.
All credible studies now say that COVID came into nursing homes through community spread and infected staff, not hospital admissions or readmissions.
