The order came after another sale of the same kits valued at over $400 million.
The Israeli-owned Raphael Advanced Defense Systems,
is purchasing the equipment directly from Raphael USA, an American company that has ties to its
Israeli counterpart and not through the U.S. government. The weapons transfer comes after Hamas
launched an unprecedented terrorist attack on October 7th, ordering 1,400 Israelis, wounding 5,300
more and kidnapping more than 240. Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu
says Israel may remain in Gaza for an unspecified amount of time, though President Biden has
said occupying Gaza would be a mistake. This comes as rockets fired by Hezbollah reached further

aggressor saying that the attacks from Iranian-backed militant groups against American targets

campus, the first private university in the nation to do so. Daily Wire reporter Amanda Prestajakamo has more.
The student organization announced on Instagram that its vigil for Palestine event set to take
place on Monday has been canceled since their organization was unjustly de-chartered. According to the
Jewish insider, the university's SJP chapter was notified of their disbandment through a letter
in a decision that was, quote, not made lightly. The group will no longer receive.
see funding or be allowed to hold events on campus. Part of the letter reads as follows. The national

elimination of Israel and the Jewish people. These tactics are not protected by the university's
principles. Law enforcement officials in Southern California are investigating the circumstances
surrounding the death of a Jewish man who was injured during a confrontation with a Palestinian
protester at dueling pro-Israel and pro-Palestinian rallies.
69-year-old Paul Kessler died on Monday.
Witnesses say Kessler had been in a physical altercation with Palestinian counter-protesters
in the city of Thousand Oaks.
The Ventura County Sheriff's Department says that during the altercation, Kessler fell
backward and hit his head.
Here's what one witness says she saw.
They were both on an even ground, and they were yelling at each other, and then the man
brought his megaphone up and hit Paul and Paul went down.
The sheriff's department also says that the medical examiner's office determined the cause of death
to be blunt force head injury and the manner of death homicide. Officials say a suspect in the
confrontation who called 911 has been cooperative after being detained for a short period of time.
Voters around the country are walking into the voting booth today to decide key elections,
including a bid by Kentucky Republicans to flip the governor's office and an abortion referendum in Ohio.
In Kentucky, Democratic Governor Andy Bashir is facing a challenge from Republican Attorney General Daniel Cameron,
