Hey, I'm Daily Wire Editor-in-Chief John Bickley with Georgia Howl.
It's Thursday, October 6th, and this is your Morning Wire afternoon update.
A family of four in Merced County, California, have been found dead after they were kidnapped in Central California.
Law enforcement took a person of interest into custody earlier this week, but there is no known reason for the abduction.
Here's Merced County's sheriff on Thursday.

There was a farm worker in the area, and during the course of his job duties came across
them and made contact.
Stephen Cannon, 26, was sentenced this week to life in prison for the murder of retired
St. Louis Police Captain David Dorn during the 2020 George Floyd riots.
He also received an additional 30 years for other crimes in violation of Missouri law.
Dorn's widow, Ann, spoke to the media after the sentencing.

A team investigating the presumed Nord Stream Pipeline Sabotage on Thursday found that

The FBI reportedly conducted a morning raid on Wednesday.

least two dozen children in a shocking rampage at a daycare center. The suspect who was facing
drug charges killed himself prior to being apprehended. And an animal rights protester who stormed
onto the field at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California Monday night, has filed a police report
for assault after he was leveled by the Los Angeles Rams linebacker Bobby Wagner.
