It's Tuesday, June 13th, and this is your Morning Wire afternoon update. Former President Donald Trump was arraigned in a Miami federal courtroom earlier this afternoon on 37 felony counts relating to his alleged mishandling of classified documents.

The former president has pleaded not guilty. Per standard federal court procedure, recording devices were not allowed inside the courthouse. We'll have more on his court appearance in tomorrow morning's episode of Morning Wire. The autopsy of the Nashville school shooter who killed three children and three adults in March has been released. Here with more is Daily Wire investigative reporter, Marade Allorty. The autopsy report details the results of substance tests as well as the mass shooter's injuries before she was fatally shot by responding police officers. Blood, urine, and vitreous humor tests performed on the shooter did not detect substance or alcohol abuse. The case summary called the shooter a transgender person who was assigned female at birth. The shooter who identified as male had previously attended the Covenant School.

President Biden banned a transgender activist from future White House events after a video from the White House's Pride Month celebration on Saturday went viral for all the wrong reasons. The video showed three trans-identifying people going topless during the event. One of the individuals who's now banned Rose Montoya, a biological male who identifies as a woman, met with President Biden and the First Lady at the White House for the event. The White House issued a statement Tuesday afternoon calling Montoya's behavior inappropriate and disrespectful. With the help of artificial intelligence, the world-famous band The Beatles, will release a new record more than 50 years after the band broke up. Daily Wire researcher Trevor Mock has the details.

A body has been recovered amongst the rubble and debris following the tragic accident that caused the interstate 95 collapse in Philadelphia. Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro issued a disaster declaration Monday in wake of that accident, which was caused after a truck carrying 8,500 gallons of gasoline crashed and ignited a fire. Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg visited the site on Tuesday and gave updates on government coordination. I can't say enough good things about the coordination that I am seeing here on the ground between first responders, state officials,

and our own federal personnel to make sure that that happens. I spoke with the good news. I spoke with the governor, just as I was arriving here, he indicated the coordination that has been key to making sure that funds are moving and that all the support that PennDOT needs to get this critical section of I-95 back up and running is in place. According to the Starbucks Worker Union, the coffee giant has reportedly banned all pride decorations from its stores and has removed existing LGBTQ flags and related items. The claim comes after companies such as Target and Bud Light have lost tremendous stock value and profits after embracing LGBTQ merchandise. The Starbucks Union criticized the company saying, quote,
