A New York State Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that a group of New York City government workers
who were fired for refusing to comply with COVID-19 vaccine mandates
must be reinstated to their full employment and are entitled to back pay and salary from the date of termination.
The judge, Ralph J. Porzio, determined that the city's mandate for government employees
was fundamentally about compliance rather than health and safety.
A new national poll from WPA intelligence revealed roughly half of Hispanic American voters
believed the U.S. is on the wrong track, citing key issues impacting their views on the current
political climate, particularly crime, health care, and inflation.
Former Secretary of State and 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton
weighed in on election integrity in a video posted to Twitter this week,

Carter died from a sudden cardiac event while in Boston, according to ABC News.
Carter was known for opening military jobs to women and allowing transgender people to serve in the military.
