Hey, My Mom's Basement listeners, you can find our episodes on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube,
and Prime members can listen ad-free on Amazon Music. Hello and welcome to My Mom's Basement,
and another very special Daredevil Born Again edition of My Mom's Basement. It is Robbie and
Clem back again to recap Daredevil Born Again, but also CinemaCon. We got some announcements this
week in the world of movies, and I think we said this last year around cinema con
But where did this come from just one of these years? We decided we're gonna have a week
It's like movie shark week, which I'm fine with but it used to be comic-con
Then it was like d23 for a while and then they're like, oh we need a new week for announcements
I we're getting closer to the point where every week is a different con
full of stuff, whether it's Disney doing
just Disney stuff or CinemaCon doing just movie stuff and you just hit all the little
reaches of entertainment today. I saw that there's like a switch announcement day for
the switch too. So that could have been a con Nintendo con there might be they might
be doing this from Nintendo con and I just don't know about it. So there's a lot of ways
I'm not saying we need one every day. We need one every week though. There's 52 weeks. I feel like we can fill this out people. Let's
not do Nintendo con the same week as cinema con. Let's just break it up so that every
week the basement has something to talk about, which by the way, I haven't even looked at
Nintendo con yet. What's going on there. I did see that there's a new Mario Kart coming
out, which I knew was going to be the case. And it's called like Mario World or something like Super Mario Kart World,
something World Tour. And you can, it says you can race basically anywhere in the world.
So I don't know if it's like we're, they're coming to our planet and we can just
recent kind of sound awesome. The Mojave Desert, we can, you know, I, this, the current Mario Kart,
they had some new courses you could buy like DLC and it's like there's like LA there's Rome
There's all these different spots and I feel like they were just like they've run out of creative ideas
They're just picking cities. So now I could race in my hometown. You could race in Jersey City. I love that
Hey, listen pun intended Mario Kart has never steered me wrong
Every Mario Kart I've ever played I've really enjoyed so I will follow them into the fire with Mario Kart has never steered me wrong. Okay. Every Mario Kart I've ever played, I've really enjoyed.
So I will follow them into the fire with Mario Kart for sure.
I'm going to ask this question, but I'm almost scared to hear the answer.
Does Lady Fox play Mario Kart?
She does.
Okay. That's good.
Because I have...
You need him to.
You need him to.
This is like probably my number one rule that I used to say in Podfathers all the time.
Find yourself a green shell girl. A girl that can hit you with a green shell when you're in front of her in the race.
And she plays enough Mario Kart where she's not racing back like, I don't understand the controls.
If you're too cool for Mario Kart or you can't figure out Mario Kart, you're lost. You're like a lost game.
Yeah, no, and she's the, the epitome of someone who's not a video game person at all But if Mario Kart is out, I'll pass me the controller
I'm in like plays Mario Kart with Denise the nephew Lady Fox the best. She of course Mario Kart girl
Yeah, you can't get down for some cart. There's some thing seriously long with your soul
Like that's a person that I don't know if you should marry cuz they they're broken
I don't know unless you're like a psychiatrist like our girl from daredevil. Yeah pick those pieces together
And also so they're doing a James Bond game for Mario Kart and I saw that says golden eye and you know
Yeah, it's but like let's be honest folks
Golden eye was a comet in the sky
Let's not put that on whatever this game is and all the other games
So I didn't expect to take over the pod with some con talk. I know. Yeah. But let's rock. It's welcome though.
It's very basement center. Very Mario Kart is like if there was an official
game of the basement, it almost has to be Mario Kart, right?
It's like the four player pass the controller losers out, swap in the next guy.
Typical Mario Kart stuff. Official games of the basement, I'd say would be cart is the game.
Party to. Party. Yes., party definitely on the list.
I mean I feel like there's probably like some basements there's like a fortnight thing where
you're always keeping that role and if people are younger. Marvel Rivals at this point doing
the streams every Tuesday at four. There we go. WWE 2k doing the streams every Wednesday at four.
And then I think you have the nostalgia systems where you do have an old 64 you do have an old
Nintendo or something like that.
I have that in my, like we have the playroom in here and
I have all my old systems in there.
So I think we'll have to the arcades.
We'll have the Simpsons arcade cabinet in there as well.
I got the Street Fighter 2 Champion Edition in that room as well.
So yes, you got to have that.
That's the that is the vibes of the basement right there.
Quick basement keeping.
I just mentioned the Marvel rival streams,
keep them going every Tuesday at four and the WWE 2K streams every Wednesday at four.
The 24 hour May the fourth stream, still happening, but
we're gonna push it back a little bit, so it leads into mostly sports.
I didn't wanna cross over, so it's still gonna be 24 hours, but
maybe instead of 12 to 12,
it'll probably be like 10 to 10, something like that. And I don't want to tease anything,
but if you would pay attention to mostly sports May 4th last year, I think maybe that's going
to happen again this year. So it's going to be like a full lead in. And I think that's
the best way to do it. That'll be the most fun way to do it.
That's the best way to do it. And Bob, you could be honest here, friend of the basement,
did Mr. Hitchings tell you, better get off no he didn't he didn't me and Connor
Griffin have been texting because he saw the May 4th stream on the calendar he
said oh what are we doing with that obviously we got to get Connor Griffin
involved with that somehow Nikki smokes we got to get involved with it he smokes
his tweeting yesterday Anakin's his favorite character of all time he was
tweeting me or texting me bootleg Anakin shirts that he's buying on eBay right now. And he's saying he's just listening to the John Williams score over
and over again. So we're gonna have a ton of fun Star Wars stuff planned for May the
fourth. Hell, I tweeted a clip of Topher Grace's Star Wars edit. Clement's got over a million
views on my Instagram reels. It's like the most viral clip I've ever posted on Instagram.
Did you put it on the talk? That feels like, of course,
it's got hundreds of thousands on the talk too.
I think it's got like 400,000 on talk, which is, you know, for basement numbers.
Amazing.
I thought we're going to get like billions on the talk cause millions on IG
equals billions on the talk. But I know usually it's opposite. Yeah. Let it cook,
let it marinate. It'll, it'll get there.
I want to see that cut so bad because I am I am basically like
force-feeding AJ Phantom Menace right now because the kid really does love Star Wars. He dresses as
a goddamn stormtrooper. He's the only stormtrooper fan I think in the world. He loves the
stormtrooper figure. He has I think he made us buy an alpha for his birthday stormtrooper costume
and I'm like you know I just I just need to see his
face when he realizes Anakin is Darth Vader that's basically I'm trying to
like yeah put his life essentially I'm telling you Bob it's hard and I know how
you guys were kids when Phantom Menace came out as kids with I'm telling you this
kid who's a pretty big Star Wars fan it's having a hard time with all the
taxation and all the different you know jargon about they're looking for these
different parts for their ship or whatever.
I can't just say, oh, prequels are for kids.
And if you're not a kid, you won't understand.
Yeah, some kids aren't really loving them.
Or when there's action, hooked.
I know you have a lot of the pod race.
You got to go to the pod.
Anytime a lightsaber is ignited.
But yeah, there's a lot of we're talking tariffs and stuff and they probably just think like the news is on at this point
Hear that and they tune it's like a show dingers like tune out you're done with it
Before we get into cinema con the news of the the week and also daredevil the big episode we got this week
I gotta say rest in peace Val Kilmer one of our Batman in the world has passed away very sad
I know he's dealing
with health complications the last few years of his life, but an absolute icon in movies. Talk
about the doors, talk about heat, talk about Top Gun, just the list goes on and on. Great documentary
as well, just the Val documentary on his career and stuff. Great shit and I think I'm gonna have
to go back and watch Batman forever tonight just in his honor This is one of those things where I know we joke about the Schumacher cut and the Snyder cut whatever
There's apparently an extended version of Batman forever out there called the Schumacher cut Kevin Smith has screened it at his
Movie theater, maybe this could inspire that to get over the finish line
Even if it's just a couple more minutes or a couple more moments of Val Kilmer's performance as Bruce Wayne or Batman, I'm in on it.
Not only am I going to screen the movie tonight, which basically means put it on one of the
TVs in my house and hope one of my kids will just sit down and watch it instead of play
on any of their screens, I'm going to listen to the entire soundtrack today because I had
the soundtrack and that motherfucker had some bangers I'll be great you to song on that one that you to song on that all just absolutely incredible
So I I haven't I couldn't tell you the last time I saw that movie
So I feel like I'm that one I can see really hooking like AJ
I mean, it's so over-the-top and like people yeah kind of crap on it for that. That's like part of the reason
I love it
It's like it combines the Tim Burton universe with the campiness of like the 60s Batman. And it's like weird, but I think it
works. There is a place for those kind of comic book movies, I think. And yeah, it's
gonna Batman and Robin. It's like, all right, you went full craziness. Like you went too
much. But Batman forever is right in that middle ground for me where I'm like, it didn't
go over the threshold. And I know Jim Carrey's Riddler is basically like the Joker the way he plays him. But like,
I don't know. I love it. I love his Riddler. I love Tommy Lee Jones two face. I love the
scene where they're on like the absolute nightlight that like the black light skeletons are coming
out. It's like cool visually. Yeah, it's it's not all bad. Go back and revisit Batman forever.
And I don't want to speak a little of a dead, obviously.
At the time, were you like,
Kilmer filled that role admirably?
Cause you're a back guy.
I mean, like not at the time.
I mean, I wasn't alive when it came out,
but like growing up, he absolutely like did it for me
as Batman.
I'm like, yes, that's Bruce Wayne, that's Batman.
I think he gave real justice
to like fill in Michael Keaton's shoes. And he gave real justice to like fill in Michael Keaton shoes
And he gave real justice to the name Val Kilmer. That is a great great name great fucking name. Yeah, come on
Hollywood actor crush it become a leading man and then even like he had his end of career
Bring it all back full circle when he comes back as Iceman in Maverick. That was just fucking cool
I'm not even a big top guy. We kind of laugh at that
in the basement
but it was like very cool and I was happy chills instantly when he shows up on screen and
the way they wrote him into the movie and the way they were able to
Kind of shoot around the health complications. He was working with I thought was so awesome because that movie would have
been amazing without that scene and
The thought that we got to include Iceman we got to include Val Kilmer in this is just fucking great
So rest in peace to an absolute legend an icon of cinema for sure Val Kilmer
Alright now speaking of cinema we can move right
on to CinemaCon. I think the biggest stuff my mom's basement wise from
CinemaCon is all the Spider-Man stuff that Sony unveiled. The biggest of which
being Spider-Man 4's title, the new Spider-Man that will come out between
Doomsday and Secret Wars July 2026 is Spider-Man brand new day which is a
Spider-Man comic. Spider-Man Brand New Day
takes place after people have been mind-wiped of Peter Parker, so it kind of
lines up in that realm as well. It's a very polarizing comic, Clem. I've seen
already people being like, uh-oh, they're adapting Brand New Day. I've seen some
people being like, yes, they're adapting Brand New Day. I think any excitement or
disappointment that it's going to be lockstep with the comic is probably
misguided. Because as we've seen, Marvel takes comic titles and they make like a whole new
movie like Civil War in the MCU is nothing like Civil War in the comic really. It's very
loose. But my main takeaway is this sounds like Brave New World.
Oh, that's tough. I didn't think about that. Brand new day, Brave New World. Brand new day, Brave New World. Um, that's tough too. I didn't think about that.
Brand New Day, Brave New World, Brand New Day, Brave New World.
And again, I know it's a comic, and people have gotten on me for that already.
They're like, it's a comic, you nerd, you don't fucking know that.
I get it. You just made Brave New World.
Brand New Day just feels so like boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
Yeah, if it was a different word with B that didn't have an R and an A next I could live with it
But yeah, that's hey, it's just tough if you can't just acknowledge it. That's kind of tough
It is tough
and when as I'm happy you brought up the comic people because the first thing I thought it was our boy Jose because I
Saw his tweet was the only tweet I saw about this entire thing and there was he was quote tweeting about how?
People are going on eBay to buy the amazing spider-man
546 for the brand new day stuff and goes oof brand new day was tough was a rough one feel bad for those buyers and I
Go up. That's our boy talking ball right there
Yeah, and this was apparently I sent you
the I don't know if it was like a
Listing or for the movie or something but on like Pascal pictures like somehow on the back end of Sony
This leaked in October like they had a listing that said spider-man brand new day
It said that I don't even know
I don't think this is spoilers because like it seems so it says that dr
Dooms Robert Downey jr. Is gonna be in it. It says that Andrew Garfield is gonna be in it
It says that Michael Keaton is back, and it's like a very generic,
almost seems like an AI written synopsis of the movie.
After the events of Doomsday,
Peter Parker struggles to be Spider-Man or himself.
It's like, yeah, it's every Spider-Man story of all time.
But it could get crazy.
I mean, it's taking place in between the two movies.
You gotta think it's going to bridge the gap somehow.
I know we wanted a grounded Spider-Man movie. It feels like this is going to be a little multiversal, but who knows? I mean,
I've got faith still in Spider-Man. It's got Daniel Destin Creighton as the director who did
Shang-Chi, one of the movies in this era that we spoke pretty fondly of. So I've still got excitement
for it. I'm not, the seatbelt signs off for in as far as Marvel handling Spider-Man. I think anytime you're dealing with Sony being involved
in something Marvel Marvel related it's like we're flying over the Bermuda
Triangle and the fact that there's no there haven't been any real bumps now
like I text you go how did this thing this potential leak how is it sitting
out there this whole time you're like like, it's Sonic. Oh, yes. So that makes perfect sense. I'm fine with it. All the different people in it was kind of interesting,
but I do feel if it's going to be the movie that breaks up between the two Avengers movies,
I feel like that'll involve more Marvel hand holding than maybe some other Spider-Man movies
would, which I think, again, is a good thing when
Sony's not out.
So I'll take that.
And let's remember, I think the only movie in between Infinity
War and Endgame was Captain Marvel, right?
So that was kind of like a-
And did we get Ant-Man and the Wasp
because they get sucked into?
Right, didn't they do that in the post credit scene during the snap?
Oh, okay.
It explains that Ant-Man was in the quantum realm
and then the people that were supposed to get him out get snapped away.
Okay. Okay.
So the fact that this this is sitting as like a little bit of a midpoint
and again, I don't know where Spider-Man is going to be with Doomsday, right?
Because we didn't see the Tom Pall and stuff.
But then the fact, you know, it's gonna play a big role.
So, but the other thing is like,
I was like, yeah, no one knows who Peter Parker is.
That's kind of what we knew going into it.
So the fact they threw the RDJ in there,
you're just like, whoa,
that could have spoiled some announcements.
It could have.
And I've seen some people saying that
they are gonna go down the like Reed Richards
versus Victor Von Doom path in the Avengers movies
So maybe you give the Tony Stark Peter Parker
Doom relationship that connection that dynamic you give it its own movie in the spider-man thing
Yeah, I could see that being what they do there. It also said he teams with an unlikely ally or something and
it also said he teams with an unlikely ally or something and
Another thing theory or a prediction or hope people are having is that the unlikely ally teams with is Michael Keaton
The vulture coming back and having to team with spider-man in some way that sounds like an intriguing movie That sounds like something I want to see yeah
Big big Keaton guys in the pot obviously Keaton guys
Then in the Sony animation department, which generally we give
absolute overwhelming praise to, they announced Spider-Man Beyond the Spider-Verse, which was
originally just Across the Spider-Verse Part 2. Reminder, Across the Spider-Verse came out in 2023.
Beyond the Spider-Verse will come out in 2027. What the fuck is going on over there? I know they
had some criticisms like they were overworking animators and stuff
and maybe they want to avoid that and avoid rushing the animators, but
2027 the kids that fucking saw into the spider versus children.
They're going to have their own kids by the time the trilogy wraps up.
There are these voice actors still going to be alive or we're going to have to find new
voice actors for the I mean the fucking miles guy keeps getting himself
Cancelled does he odd cheese?
It's not like cancelled cancelled, but he's like he's being like a little creepy in interviews with Haley Steinfeld or something
It's like how old is he?
I think he's like my age. I think he's like 26 27 because like miles is younger, and I was like this kid
It's puberty. We are gonna have to find another voice actor Like yeah, no, he's got the high voice already, but they might recast him by the time this comes around
I don't know as long as his mom is
The same I guess drawn. I don't even care about the voice actress at this. Oh, yeah, miss Morales
Yeah, get the bunk out of the way now. Oh
Clem bonk movie is coming too. I don't have that on the notes. The Clem Bonk movies.
It's a movie with fucking Kristen Milioti, Elizabeth Olsen and Alison from House of the
Dragon. I sent it to Clem. I said, Oh my God, this is the Clem Bonk movie.
I mean, they're just going down the hit list right now. They're just, they're going to
go back to like my, like growing up. We're going to get Stacey Keebler in there. Maya
Singer.
Who else can we get?
Elizabeth.
The animated Miles mom somehow gonna be
Roger Rabbit style.
Which by the way,
the My Beams basement,
they put out, he put out the bingo board
and come get Sponk and I'm like, boom,
let's just get it out of the way in this episode right now.
I love the bingo boards.
I said, I welcome all bingo boards for the podcast ropes that we do dark night references shit like that
I love it. By the way us talking about the other
Batman movie and not bringing up dark night. That's growth or look at that down
What are the other I was gonna say it was growth until now and now we're right back in the dark
We're right back in the pit of the dark night now
Look labor laws and doing the right things by people and all that liberal stuff it's all fun and dandy
until you don't get your spider-man for fucking like a decade that was supposed to come out the
next year and people were like yeah that is highly illegal we don't even know what they're doing
but everyone knew it wasn't right it just didn't pass the smell test and sure enough here we're at 2027 like 2026 feels like a fake year doesn't it yeah 2027 definitely
feels fancy talking about this spider-man movie spider-man 4 is kind of like ants way in the
future like what but they're about to film it but the thing is like they didn't give us a to be
continued it's like they did wipe him and you knew it was coming like all right this is gonna take
a while.
Holland's going to do his
thing. He's going to, you know,
beaves and die his boyfriend
and enjoy all the fruits of
that wonderful relationship.
Instead, it's like Spiderverse.
It's like, come on, you gotta
fucking finish this up now.
I have to rewatch both of them
just to remember what happened
in 2027 if I'm even alive by
then. Twenty, by the way, do
you see Jim Nance announced he
was retiring from the Masters in 2031? It's like, what? What? What? By the way, do you see Jim Nance announced he was retiring from
the Masters in 2031? It's like
bro, you can't just like
2030s. No, you can't take a
five-year retirement tour.
That's insane. 2030s,
2030. What would you say?
I'm like the ball dropping
5050 chance that we make
it to 2030 as a civilization
maybe 6040
No, no, no, I was flipping it I was that we make it
And then not nerd related news really and not even announced at CinemaCon
Yesterday on April Fool's Day
We start seeing tweets that Brad Pitt is going to star in a Once Upon a Time in Hollywood sequel
written by Quentin Tarantino, directed by David Fincher.
And I see Lights Camera Boris will tweet this
and I go, what source is this?
I click on the source, no comments on the article.
I almost texted Jeff and Ken Jack and said is this did you guys get God on this?
But I said no, maybe they're right about this. I texted I said are you sure this isn't April Fools?
And they were like, we're pretty sure it starts going through different articles. There are different
Outlets discussing film tweets it culture crave tweets it and I'm starting to be like is everyone getting God or is this real?
Apparently it's real and it just came out on April Fool's Day, which is fucking insane
But yeah, it said that like Tarantino didn't want to make his final movie his tenth movie the big fucking big number ten
He didn't want to make it a sequel
So he was gonna scrap the script but Brad Pitt loved the script so much and loved playing Cliff Booth so much
He said would you consider letting someone else direct it and And Tarantino said, it depends on who.
They pitched it to Fincher. It's happening at Netflix too. I would imagine it's gonna get a theatrical release.
I don't think it's gonna be straight to streaming.
I can't believe this is happening. I can't believe it's real.
And for me, it just reinforces the fact that the 10-film rule that Tarantino made is fucking stupid.
Because like, what are we talking about?
You don't want to make your final movie a sequel. Okay, make 11 movies. Nobody's putting a limit on you make the sequel
We all want to see like I'll be there
It's not at the top of the list as far as Tarantino sequels
I want to see like Kill Bill would be at the top of that list
But I'll be there for any Tarantino movie you put me back in that once upon a time in Hollywood world sure
Fincher I love like great movies give it to him cool. I'm sure I'll be there for any Tarantino movie. You put me back in that Once Upon a Time in Hollywood world, sure. Fincher I love, like great movies.
Give it to him.
Cool.
I'm sure I'll love this movie.
And it's cool to get a dream team connection like that.
But would I rather Tarantino just do it?
Yeah.
At this point, I do.
I'm going to welcome the loophole because I just don't think it happens without it.
So anything he wanted to do, like he wanted to do that Reservoir Dogs movie we talked about. Boom, loo ball. Give it to another director. Yeah. And they can do their tanks. That
could almost become a 10 movie arc in itself. The, the secret, right? Or maybe like pulp fiction.
We'll get a pulp fiction sequel. Ah, fuck. I was thinking like we could like just can't get
brutal. Yeah. I was gonna say we would just go with butch,
but obviously it's like the one guy we really can't go with.
Like you can't just bring all those characters back.
But if you started with one
and then you get a whole other group of crazy people
in bond, right?
And then you get some of the side,
the big characters come back,
like the girl that runs the dump yard,
the junkyard and all that kind of stuff.
Like I think there could be some cool things
done with all that. So now again, the junkyard and all that kind of stuff. Like I think there could be some cool things done with all that.
So now again, this is tricky. Once upon a time in Hollywood, I watched it once, I
really didn't like it. And people were like, what are you talking about? It's a
cinematic masterpiece. But then people say they watch it like a thousand times
and it gets better every time. And I have experienced that phenomenon with
movies. So like I want to just sit back, watch the second time,
and then maybe even the third time.
And then I'm gonna just trust the process
that it's gonna work.
But if it doesn't work, I'm gonna be really unhappy
after that third time.
And then I'm gonna have the sequel coming out,
but I don't know, I'm intrigued.
I am intrigued as someone that didn't love the first one,
but I do think like there are some cool shit,
cool ass parts of that movie for sure.
I'm kinda with the people that say
it gets real better on rewatches.
Like the first time I saw it, opening day with Trent, me and Trent after work went to the movie saw it together.
I was like, oh that was pretty good. I really liked the ending.
Like I was like, it was awesome. The rest of the movie's pretty good.
Not towards the top of my Tarantino list by any means, still is it.
But every time I rewatch it,, it does give me a vibe.
The movie feels like a vibe.
It puts you in that Hollywood throwback mindset,
that throwback feeling.
And I do think it gets better every time I watch it,
where it almost forms more as a narrative in my mind.
The first time I saw it, I was like,
it felt like a bunch of random interconnected scenes
and then a cool ending.
The more I watch it, I'm like, oh no, this is like it's a it's a movie movie
Still not towards the top of my Tarantino rankings probably mid-tier, but I really like watching it now
I like throwing it on in the background while I'm working visuals are awesome. Obviously the cast is amazing. That's the other thing
They said Leo is not expected to return. So someone said welcome back Disney straight-to-home video sequels
The main cast is not returning different director. We're focusing on the side character
Still I think that you could totally make a Cliff Booth movie without Leo, but obviously Margot Robbie
Well, I guess she can return I was gonna say obviously she can't yeah
How do we know if you watch the ending or not?
Ken Moran will probably return to this movie.
Yes, I mean, I almost feel like I have to,
and like, again, my playroom with the old video game
systems, we just throw Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
I'm looping there.
So whenever I go in, I just sit back 10 minutes in and out.
And then it starts.
The only thing is
I can't have that on with the kids because if they walk in at certain scenes, there's problems
Yeah in most scenes I would say but you watch it now and even like it came out only a few years ago
But you watch it and you see the Manson family is like sydney Sweeney, Mikey Madison
Fucking austin butler. It's all like the a-list stars of this year. I didn't realize they all had that.
I didn't realize that's pretty cool. Yeah. All right before we get into Daredevil born again
let's remind everyone about one of our favorite sponsors in all the land, Game Time. They don't
make it easy to buy concert tickets nowadays. We tell you all the time you wait in a virtual queue
to get in a virtual queue. Once you're in the virtual queue, the site crashes, it
kicks you out. It's crazy. By the time you get in, even if you do get in, the
best seats are gone. Luckily, I always use game time, the official ticketing
partner of Barstool Sports, and they always make getting tickets faster and
easier. Prices on the app actually go down. The closer gets to show time for
concerts, Broadway shows, WWE shows, comedy shows, whatever it may be. It always goes down the closer it gets to
showtime and the game time picks feature makes it even easier to get the great deals on the
seats you want. Just turn on the GT pick setting at the top of the screen, browse the best
local game time picks near you. We've been talking about the offspring tour. I feel like
we're doing ads for offspring at this point the amount we're talking about it
But it is a great summer. There's obviously tons of great summer tours going on
Vance warp tours coming back to our lives this year in festival form, which is really cool
Take the guesswork out of buying tickets with game time download the game time map create an account and use code

We love Game Time. Before we get into Daredevil, quick note that has nothing to do with anything,
but just made my week, so I wanted to, I don't know, maybe make some more people happy. A couple nights ago,
my neighbors come up to me crying in the street. I've never met these people crying though sobbing
They lost their cat and they're speaking broken English to me, but they could tell I have faith with me
You know they could tell him I'm an animal lover dog lover, and I'm trying to help them
I gave him my number. They're trying to get security footage of when the cat went missing
I saw the cat the night it went missing and didn't know it was a missing cat.
I thought it was a stray. We have strays all around us in
Jersey City. So I was telling him I saw the cat went this way.
For three days, I've been thinking about my neighbor's cat.
I'm not even a cat person, but I just can't imagine losing my pet
and the devastation that would bring me. Yesterday I'm walking
faith in the evening. I see my neighbors, they're in a car,
they lock eyes with me, they go, I'm like, in the evening. I see my neighbors, they're in a car. They lock eyes with me and they go, and I'm like, no.
They roll the window down.
I go, you found the cat, you found Boo.
They go, we found Boo.
I threw my arms in the air
like we won a championship together, Clem.
It made my week.
I don't even know why I just thought of it,
but I've been thinking of it randomly.
And I'm like, what a feeling that must have been
for them to find the cat.
Days missing, days. And they put up the notes, oh broke my heart, they said please I have anxiety and
depression. It's an emotional support animal. Oh my god. Like I can't imagine having anxiety
and then losing your animal that makes you feel comfortable. So hopefully that, a little wholesome
break in the podcast where people go oh that's a story with a good ending.
John Krasinski style, some good news. My guy, Bob Fox, good guy, Bob, man. What a W for you.
And I didn't, I didn't really do anything. Like I was keeping an eye out for the cat, but you know,
I was really just thinking good thoughts. May the force be with you type shit. Hey, you point him
in the right direction. All everything that had to happen. It's like in Once Upon a Time on Holiday, like certain events,
certain things happen and boom, thumbs up for Boo.
Shout out Boo.
Just some good news.
Just some good news for the people.
Now let's get into Daredevil Born Again.
This was episode seven, I believe, correct?
Seven of nine.
I've looked it up.
Yes, which we talked about that nine is so weird.
That's right. Nine is so weird. And then I was like, that's right,
nine is the odd number, exactly.
That must be because the show is Frankenstein.
Well, could be because there's a secret episode.
But I was thinking maybe because the show
is Frankenstein together,
I think it was supposed to be longer.
That's true.
But shorter episodes,
and now they combined everything to make longer episodes.
This was kind of a shorter episode though.
I think it ended at like 9.30 something
when I looked at my clock when it was over, right?
Yeah, and I could be wrong,
but I feel like there were times where Disney shows,
it was like an even number of shows
and like 59 minutes or an hour on the dot or whatever.
And this one, I was like, we are all over.
It's like, I was looking at how much time is left
and I'm adding it up and I'm like, wait a sec, is this like a 43 minute episode
this week?
And I think it might just be a Frankenstein,
we're sewing everything together
and gonna figure out how it works.
Now, Bob, if this ends up having a secret episode,
will you finally say that Kevin Feige was snapped
and has come back?
Oh, that'll be confirmation.
That'll be yeah, that'll be like the, you know, spoilers for the end of the parasite
when he's fucking flickering the lights on.
Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
That's Kevin Feige flickering the lights on and off for us to be like,
yeah, I was snapped up and back motherfuckers.
I lived bitch. One of my lights, my sensor lights in the front yard was flickering one day.
It's right next to and I was oh no
The fuck out because I just see piracy like a month earlier, too. It was oh people that haven't seen it
Must watch all must watch must watch like when you look at the list of the best picture winners since
2000 I would put that towards the top. I think it's one of the best best
picture winners which says a lot. It's the best of the best obviously. So fucking good and he's got
a movie now Bong Joon Ho with Robert Pattinson, Mickey 17 which I have not heard good things about
to be quite honest. But he's taking big shots, taking big chances. I appreciate that. We're going
to put Mickey 17 on the must avoid list even though he none of us have seen it
Just so then you watch
Parasite I Bob
You say that too because I saw a list of all the best pictures probably around the Oscars time obviously and I said man
That's parasites one of the best movies on this list here. I thought the same
It really is parasite like Oppenheimer like those are like the ones I would put up there for sure
Where you're like how the fuck did that with that's picture?
Now listen when you turn it on in the first like five ten minutes you're like this is way too much for me
Don't you fucking stop it you've already made the commitment to us in the basement follow through with it follow through
Some of the best performances and some of the best scary visuals that aren't typical
performances and some of the best scary visuals that aren't typical
Jump scares or horror visuals the fucking when you just see the eyes in the darkness coming up from the stairs Oh my god. It's like the scariest thing I've ever seen in my life
little parasite little parasite segue little
interlude parasite was
Daredevil wise I thought it kicked off with kind of a Monty Python joke.
And they're looking out the window and he's like, what do you see?
He's like, I don't know, the Starbucks.
It felt like all this will be yours.
What, the curtains?
Like, it's kind of like along those same lines.
But I love all this Dinoferio stuff as mayor, Kingpin as mayor, his reaction when they tell
him like, Daredevil's back, essentially, the like blinking he does and the looking back
and look out the window
Every facial expression he does has like purpose and like you get it. Yeah, he's trying to be like
Look what you see and he's trying to strum knowledge on them and those guys don't have any room in their brains for knowledge You're James Gandolfini son
And then I have Matt Murdoch. We see him taking like a hot shower and he's got the bruises
on his back. We could assume this is the morning after the Muse fight. I said hot shower after
a night of fighting crime in Hell's Kitchen has to be a top shower. When you're thinking
about a long day mowing the lawn, doing something active when you're sore, getting in from the cold, fighting crime hot shower,
gotta be A1. Brother, I get back from just a day in New York City where I was actually walking in
the like gross air for like maybe 12 minutes between like the time I left the subway or if I
parked my car, got out of the garage, walked a block to the office, blogged for a few hours, air for like maybe 12 minutes between like the time I left the subway or even if I parked
my car got out of the garage, walked a block to the office, blogged for a few hours, did
podcasts, come out. Just washing off the city is like a top five shower. Watching off the
city and oh yeah, you'd beat the fuck out of some serial killer and you save someone's
life. you're a killer and you save
I have fucked you smell like the bottom of the sub
Yeah, and I he's like I went for a walk. She's like fucking where
How do you smell like but I had my notes?
They're so snip snap back and forth because I'm like oh shit getting questioned
Riz this way out of questioning yet again. She's like what's going on? He just starts making out with her this guy's got the risk
But then I guess that oh not for long Because as soon as they get out of the
shower, the questioning continues. It's like, No, no,
no, you're not getting out of it that quickly. He starts gas
lighting her straight up gas lighting, you got to be careful
before it gets canceled for that. And then I said, Never
mind. He rinsed her right back around. They're saying I love
you. By the end of the conversation, this guy just has
it.
And does he do this consistently throughout the
series and the other seasons,
would you say? Yes, but like, no, like there's moments where like Karen Page when they're first
like dating when they have a romantic connection, she finds Electra in his bed starts to like break
things off. And it's not even like his Riz that gets her back into the fold, not back romantically,
but back as friends. It's more foggy being like, come on. So it's like, he's, he's always had the Riz, but this is
Riz on steroids. Yes. Next level, next level Riz. And that like you're dating a psychiatrist,
like she's a professional. This is what she does. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. You get out of that. You're
sparring with the best of them. Yeah. The best best of the best do you think he like it's like looking for the challenge
He's like how could what's the hardest person I can do to convince someone?
I'm not maybe vigilante at night
And she's gonna see me naked and know all my weird hours that I have and he's like let's just make this a challenge here
And she's her dude the feeling of the face. I'm telling you that feels like such a fucking
It's like a cheat code for a blind person.
Yeah.
Right?
Don't put this clip out.
But it does feel like...
Later on, obviously, skipping the... when he feels the painting and he could tell that...
It felt like a CSI, like, enhanced moment.
We were like, I don't think that's how that technology works for blind people.
But I'm gonna, you know, extend my imagination, my belief.
I'll let it go.
But I was like, it would have actually been better
if Muse was a worse painter.
He actually shot himself in the foot
by being a great artist.
His greatest talent was his biggest flaw.
A little too accurate with that one.
What is the old line that everyone says?
Like Michael Scott says,
my biggest weakness is my biggest strength
Painting and boys like I'm so accurate with it that one was tough Bob that one. I'm gonna say I
Suspending the disbelief the blind stuff you take I'm watching a superhero show in the superhero universe I have a guy a mythic God can summon a hammer that shoots lightning all this kind of shit
Give me another way. He figures out that yeah, I just don't just like
Bastion go into the same
Psychiatrist that Wilson Fisk the mayor does like even that is like all right
I got to take a mental hurdle in my mind and just get over it
But it it makes the world feel pretty small. We're like, okay, the mayor's
marriage psychiatrist is also like this random fucking guys, you know, she's able to get
an appointment with the mayor's person like that. Like, I don't know.
And it's New York City. There's a few. Yeah, yeah.
This was in Indianapolis. I could see there.
We'll let it go. But and I was thinking in my mind mind if this was a comic, they probably would just have
the one therapist psychiatrist because you don't want to like confuse other people with it. But
I'm like, yeah, you could have had like maybe just one you could have had a guy. It's like Melfi
wasn't the person that every person on the sopranos came to see. Kind of felt like that.
Maybe like he wrote her name down and he's like feeling the name.
He's like, oh no.
And then he has to go to the next paper
and then the last name is there.
He's like, fuck.
Or the address, I don't know.
It just felt weird with the image, with the face.
But again, I do feel like the face thing,
if you're a blind person and the girl's like,
I don't know, I just have this thing's going with us.
And she does like, oh, I can feel you're beautiful.
It's over.
She ignores
the knife yeah weaken the knees after that yeah uh cherry I just have a note that says cherry
you're gonna need to do a favor and let matt cook because what the hell he's coming in he's like
matt you gotta do this matt's like hey you remember you used to call me to solve crimes and he's like
no you can't be you're in danger and everybody can't. Well, how about we let Matt cook because this guy's killing 60 people and matches
prevented 61.
I'm on Matt's side on this one.
Yeah.
Again, cherry is from the wire and I just see him as his character, Gus, the entire
time from two to five of the wire.
He's a, he's a editor of the newspaper.
So I'm just like, yo, Gus, man, we have plenty of criminals.
Baltimore is going to hell.
So is New York city. Just like, like you said, let Matt man, we have plenty of criminals. Baltimore's going to hell. So is New York City.
Just like you said, let Matt get off his back.
Stop giving the police captain in the 80s vibes right now.
I don't need to hear that.
You're suspended.
You're suspended.
He kind of has an 80s vibe.
Yeah, like he just has his aura.
Matt doesn't have a badge.
He can't give you his badge.
He doesn't have one.
He can't suspend him.
I just ran two random notes.
The cadence at which Vincent D'Onoffria said richer than they ever dreamed of was great
I love it richer than they ever dreamed of looking out the window
I was just like oh, it's such a fucking well-delivered line and then I have a line that
My question gets answered by the end of the episode
I wrote are Luca and Vanessa trying to make the sus list because their first scene
I was like guys or you're out there with a neon sign wave and like we want to to make the sus list because their first scene I was like guys or
You're out there with a neon sign wave and like we want to be on the sus last
Choose me. They're like the the beggars and the Great Depression sus listen
for me, please
the like a light up a bar light and it just says sus list and it's like a
hot-pink arrow pointing to both of them there a light up a bar light and it just says suseless and it's like a hot pink arrow
pointing to both of them there so he
does he know he knows Vanessa set him up but Vanessa doesn't know like how did
that all work it gets murky to be honest because yes, Vanessa Vanessa tells them like yeah like that was me
You got it
She says something to the lines like you got to do what you got to do
You got to keep people in line or something and then he kind of just brush us over that I think
Okay, I
Loved when
fucking buck I I loved when fucking
Buck yeah, but way yeah didn't even blink
He just and such a good line like D'Onofrio eating. Yeah. Thank you buck. Thanks buck
Yeah, yeah if she wants fucking takeout or something like buck just standing there to buck reminds me so much of
The guy that Karen page killed he was like the original right hand man for kingpin it almost feels
like they're redoing that shit with a different right hand man but i loved even the way they
shot that like the way that you couldn't see him uh come and you couldn't see buck because
he's shooting from the side and they just hold steady on Vincent D'Onofrio eating his fucking meal
That was amazing amazing way to end this episode for sure and insane behavior by Vanessa calling a hit on it
Calling a hit in on him like I guess I mean he's got fucking Adam captive
But I don't think based on what we know that she knows all the details of that. She might think he killed him already
I don't know it feels weird to say it's like based on what we know that she knows. No. All the details of that. She might think he killed him already.
I don't know.
It feels weird to say it's like, is it, has he done enough to you that's worth killing
him?
Like I get that he's like a dangerous, insane psychopath, but like you're going to put a
hit out on the mayor.
Weren't people going to come right to like, yeah, you were the one that did it.
Exactly.
And then you have all your dirt that potentially can get dug
up along the way as well. I feel like that's just setting it up for the next two episodes.
So we have so many different. Do you think we get the resolution to Adam by the end of
the finale, whether it's episode nine or the secret episode? Yeah, I'm going to say yes.
I'm going to say we're not bringing up Adam in season two. Yeah. There would be something funny about Adam lasting like seven seasons and just being
pure misery because like, game of Thrones spoiler, like Cersei has that like the nun
or whatever. She has her locked up for like a season or so. This is a long time. We could
go a while. So I would be down for that. But I also do think we get a resolution to
everything here. And how do you feel in terms of Kingpin's people?
Gandolfini, Buck, and then like the girls like I ain't going nowhere. I am locked in here.
Yeah.
I think they all make it to season two to be honest. Like in my mind, I think they all make it there.
But I could also see Gandolfini throwing the girl
under the bus for something.
After she put her neck out for him.
I think he's gonna do something ruthless
and she's gonna be gonzo.
And I don't think it might be the finale.
He's still oddly likable, Michael Gandolfini's character.
Like you kind of like rooting for him in the sense that,
yeah, I know you're on the bad guys team, but you really believe that what you're doing is right. You really believe
you're making the city better. He doesn't know that Kingpin's fucking murdering people for sure.
He just thinks he's like helping the mayor make the city better. So you're still a little bit on
his side. I feel like they'll turn that by the end and make him fucking sniveling, conniving right-hand
man. Yeah, the carrot and the stick where you're just like, oh like our boys growing up here
I felt like when I heard that whole conversation go down
Random other notes Bastion Cooper the name of muse
I said that was cooked up in a lab to be a serial killer name
Bastion Cooper just sounds like a Mark David Chapman one of those the only thing I would have made it better is if they did
The three names. I'm sure he's got a fucking middle name. You know, maybe in the news when it comes out everything that happened
Muse terrifying I hate seeing incisions close up on camera. Like I'm almost more okay seeing
Crazy gore in a war movie Saving Private Ryan style
Then I am a close- up of just an incision
being made when he cuts her arm
and **** Oh yeah. I didn't like
that. I didn't like that. I was
also wondering if Heather was
thinking like really hope
Daredevil didn't hear that
coward comment because she's
like anyone who wears a mask is
a coward. Daredevil crashes
right in through the window and
he was hearing the bank robbers
from down the block. So, you
know, he did hear it. You know, he was kind of like, Oh, he heard that.
Like, do I fucking crash into that window?
Maybe I should just fucking leave her.
Like he's like, maybe I just fucking I'm I'm wearing a mask.
You're right. But they get into a good fight.
And I did not see the gore coming of Daredevil's cable
going through and ripping through his shoulder and ripping him back.
And then immediately Muse's costume is covered in blood.
Great costume design on Muse, by by the way when she wakes up
He's wearing it so scary the way it's stapled together, and it's made of canvas
I didn't realize that till someone pointed out on reddit
But like he made his costume out of the fucking painters canvas and stuff
Brilliant choice brilliant stuff in the costume department and RIP my dog Muse
choice, brilliant stuff in the costume department. And RIP my dog Muse, question mark?
Are we sure he's, I mean, he looks fucking dead.
He's lifeless when Kingpin's like standing over him
at the end and he's like, how about you did this instead?
But like, people are saying he's gonna be around
in season two, is he just gonna be haunting everyone's
nightmares, flashbacks?
I don't know, I'm not fully bought in
on the death of Muse yet.
He better be dead, man. I was so happy when she just shot him, like this fucking, I don't know. I'm not fully bought in on the death of Muse yet. He better be dead. And I was so happy when she just shot him like this fucking I don't need this guy.
Again, I do not like this kind of villain serial killer painting with blood killing people incisions.
I don't get it out. We knew it was going to be a gory season.
But again, I feel like it was over promised on what we thought we were going to get.
And that's not so far. Yeah, that's
on the people who were saying it's full. By the way, I also
gotta say this too. The Penguin. Remember who said the
Penguin who compared it to the Penguin? Like one of the
showrunners, I think. Yeah. No. Like the show. Yeah.
Unfortunately, I I would say I love the show. It's it's
Tuesdays. We're texting each other Tuesday morning. Like oh
we got this one. I said I did a fist bump. We're excited. Yes. I remembered. It's not Penguin. It's Tuesdays. We're texting each other Tuesday morning. We got Fistbump. We're excited.
Yes. I remember. It's not Penguin. It's not like we're not talking to like Daredevil.
Born Again is an amazing show for Marvel fans. The Penguin was a show that I recommended to
every person I knew. The Daredevil is not that. You know, it's not like you have to watch this.
Appointment television every week. And like Dave watched it was like yeah that's
like one of the best shows I've ever seen he's not even a Batman guy I think if Dave watched
Daredevil he would also probably be like yeah it was pretty good I don't think he would be over the
mood with it it's it Penguin was a show that reached everyone this goes over to our g-words
I think Penguin's great Daredevil's good I think that's that's as clear as I can put it someone's
gonna say Daredevil's great and I'm gonna say if you say that's great. Then what is the penguin?
So I get Bob you're gonna say it. Don't you close that?
Yeah, they like I'm thinking like on my scale mom I great on a curved clam
Daredevil born again in my mind. I'm like, it's pretty fucking great but the penguin was amazing you know when me and Clem are talking about movies sometimes he'll be
like oh yeah that one was fucking two and a half stars I'll be like well on my
skills three and a half but when we compare the way we look at the movie it's
the same I just great everything on a curve because I guess I like everything
more than everyone else I don't know
I guess I like everything more than everyone else. I don't know.
You're the happy guy on the bus
and I'm the sad guy on the bus.
I don't think I'm the sad guy,
but I am definitely sadder than you.
I will put that, I have no problem.
You great on a curve.
You don't great on a curve, you great on a curve.
I love that.
I love that.
How about hashtag great curve for this week?
There we go.
There's our.
Hashtag great curve.
Also shout out our boy Rico Bosco
who is currently on a bus
and actually has not been as sad guy Rico as I thought he was
Gonna be no
I don't know it hasn't been open at all. He's been making good content. I've been having fun following along with his tweets
I texted him yesterday a couple
Documentary recommendations cuz I figured everyone's sending him TV shows and movies. I know that was a big like what's he gonna binge?
So I said fuck it. I'll send him a couple documentaries
I'll read the text I sent to him said a few good documentaries where to stream them if you haven't seen them need some more
Recommendations to pass the time the Spielberg documentary on max which we've talked about on this show great stuff
Supersonic the Oasis one which is my favorite music documentary. I'll say
All the streaming services well that one's on Pluto TV rush beyond theed stage. I really recommend this one to anyone who's got even
Slight inkling of an interest in rush one of the best music documentaries ever made that's on youtube premium
six days to air
on max
Must watch if anyone hasn't seen this this is about the making of a south park episode
They just take the singular or they make them in six days, literally, to be current.
And this is when Bill Hader's writing for South Park,
so the people are showing up and you're like, oh shit.
So, so, so creatively inspiring, I would say.
You watch that, you wanna make something.
You wanna like get together with your friends
and fucking make something funny.
Music by John Williams,
another one we talked about that's on Disney+.
I have that number one.
I feel like Rico would be someone who'd surprise you of how much he loves like John Williams
Yes, and and it's just that's like a trip down memory lane of every fucking great movie score of all time
basically like you take out the Hans Zimmer ones and it's every great movie score of all time and
Then the final one which I feel like doesn't get talked about enough is the last ride
one which I feel like doesn't get talked about enough is the last ride which is basically the last dance but for the Undertaker. Peacock followed him through his final years which
it wasn't supposed to be this long like retirement tour. The Undertaker was like I'm gonna have one
last match and then his last match went so poorly that he was like I can't walk out on that note.
I need one last match and then it would go so poorly that he was like, I can't walk out on that. And it was just like years of him putting on really sad performances until he finally got a
good send off. But the way they document it and the way they don't pull punches in it, really good
and worth the watch. So random documentary recommendations to end the episode, not only
for Rico Bosco, but for everyone in the basement. I actually, I texted Rico, cause I saw he had tweeted like a minute earlier.
I was up at 5 45.
That's when AJ came in the room and woke me up and I saw he had just tweeted.
So I said, you know, I'm going to like just text him and like, let him know someone's
watching him right now.
I feel like the Barstool people are taking shifts, you know, get Bosco up.
I said, this was my shift.
I had the early shift.
I'm the dad.
I was probably sleeping for 90% of his tweets from like 9 o'clock on the night before and he's up
God damn like every hour because you're sleeping. I know
We should give context. There's probably people listening that are like what the fuck you talking about right now Rico Bosco our co-worker
Lost a bet involving college basketball. He wanted Alabama to go all the way that's his team
They got eliminated in the elite eight, I want to say.
So now he has to go to the final four
in San Antonio via bus.
It's like a 57, 58 hour bus ride from New York.
He was saying on ron.com this morning,
which is a funny appearance
because he's like whispering the whole time to Ron.
He's like, I can't really talk that loud.
There's people on the bus.
He was like, the worst part is there's people hitting them
up real supportive and they're
like, how much time he got left? And they're expecting to say
like four or five hours. He's like 27 more hours. It's like
he's not even close. So he's in peace to Rico. Shout out Rico
Bosco.
He's in peace to Rico. A couple last notes from the episode I
have here. I don't know if this has been said before by me or by
you or by people on the internet
Whenever I see daredevil he reminds me of back like a little bit
Okay, I mean
Ben Affleck was there devil white man a mask unshaven. I guess. Yeah see it right? Yeah, the crooked cop just catching a random L
I love
That was great
Yeah
And I also laughed at that scene because I was like,
was Daredevil positive that guy was a threat?
Like he just shows up and he's like, hey, boom.
And that guy had such a unique thing.
You're just like, you remember, you're like, that guy's an asshole.
Listen, we support our police here in the basement.
Great asshole.
Crooked cops, we do not like the crooked cops.
We don't like anything in this world.
And that dude kind of like is just catching elves from Daredevil non-stop.
The cable cut which reminded me of Die Hard with a Vengeance when the dude gets chopped
in half just a gnarly fucking like scene that they have to drag different parts of his body
and it folds in half essentially but that was great and like you said with the canvas
when the canvas goes down and then it ends up just being used as blood making the painting
I thought that was fucking mental and that was sweet. And I loved the visual even at the end of Wilson Fisk holding up
the Muse mask as he's given his anti-vigilante speech and taking credit for everything. I was
like oh that's a fucking that feels like you ripped it out of the page of Kingpin you know
giving a rouse yes holding up that mask. No mention of Kingpin gaining weight in this episode
I was like kind of hoping we would get it just a little line about it
But I guess he was eating a big meal at the end
I there was a when he was by the window I was expecting like
Jack and ripping but some sort of like I was looking for it Bob and we didn't see it
He did have the big meal at the end. That is a heavy plate of food right there
That's definitely over they suggest a amount for a day, an individual daily.
Maybe I'm asking for them to like ham it up too much, but I almost would've
liked to like ask Vanessa if she wants to take out.
I'll certainly be bringing home another entree myself.
I just want this got to be massive at the end of the show.
By the way, ordering Taco Bell fourth meal.
second-year fuck. And by the way, I'm ordering Taco Bell, fourth meal.
I love when a villain holds up like a trophy from another villain, like in this case the mask.
So I thought that was cool. It's like something you see in comic books occasionally.
I thought that was very, whether it's a villain or a hero, but when it's villain on villain crime, it feels kind of fucking cool.
Yeah. And we got a little bit more of Angela del Toro this week,
her having visions of what happened with Daredevil
saving her from use.
I think more hints towards her idolizing a vigilante
like Daredevil and maybe taking up the white mantle.
Getting that amulet and change it all.
Yeah.
Yep.
Yeah.
Good episode this week though.
Short, that was my only real criticism.
I would have liked maybe a little more length on it,
but I enjoyed it. We got little more length on it but I
Enjoyed it. We got two more episodes next and you know what that means next week and
Ultimate time we love the panel the myths. Yeah, it's gonna be exciting
We might even have more cinema con news to talk about next week because it is going on as we speak
So there will be presentations tonight tomorrow
I think there were some Superman stuff, but nothing like news-wise we could really talk about.
They just showed an extended trailer of crypto
bringing Superman to the fortress of solitude,
kind of the tease of what was in the first trailer.
So hopefully we get some more stuff coming soon.
Thank you for listening.
Hashtag great curve, right?
We're doing great curve.
Yes, great curve.
There you go.
We'll talk to you next week.
