Mr. Jack Barakat from All Time Low, what's going on, man?
What's up, dude? Good to be here.
Yeah, I'm glad that we could do this. We could have one of these Zooms and be like,
hey, how are you? Are you hanging in there?
Is this, are you in your bedroom right now?
I'm in, yeah. So I actually just left the city and I'm back at my mom's now. I was like, let me get out of there. Go back to New Jersey. It's kind of, I live in
the heart of Manhattan, so it's not a great place to be right now. Dude, it's like we're having a
sleepover that we talked about that we never got to have. Pillow forts, man. It's going to be great.
Yeah, it really is. You could see like my Star Wars posters in the background. She made this
look like my childhood bedroom. So I appreciate her for that. But what's your, what's your quarantine looking like? Dude, truth be told, man, like it's not
that much different than normal life. Minus the, you know, not supporting our album, our new album
and not like, I was going to say like, you've been on the road. You're the majority of your
adult life. Is this kind of nice for you? Or is it just bad timing? Because the album, um, it's weird timing, because we just took like an entire year off.
So so that was kind of like the that last year of our lives is kind of like the Oh,
shit, my alarm to wake up is just when it was going off. That's rock star life, baby.
Noon right on. But no, so like, we've been off for a year so it it does feel weird to
still be at home but like you said we didn't you know we didn't get to experience much of home life
in our 20s so i'm really kind of still soaking this in to be honest obviously if we didn't have
a record out this would be amazing you know what i mean but we do so that's the only downside yeah
i saw you've been ripping through all the star wars movies which we're gonna get to at the end of this we got to
talk album first i feel like that's how these interviews should probably be structured but
wake up sunshine it's out finally i feel like we've waited so fucking long for this record and
for so long it was like the worst kept secret in pop punk everyone is saying all time low's next
record is going to be back to their roots back from the mosh pits they came from it's going to be the greatest thing it's going to blow your doors off
and it's lived up to all the hype and i'm not saying that as your friend i'm not saying that
as like an all-time low fan i'm saying that as someone that just keeps an eye on these things
people are giving this album of the year buzz it's a 15 track album that everyone is saying
that we don't skip anything on i agree with all of it as an all-time low fan for as long as i have been
it's my favorite thing you guys have put out probably since nothing personal and i say that
shit meaning like yeah like don't panic is one of my favorite records of all time this is probably
my favorite record since after laughter so now that i've i've sucked the dick of wake up sunshine
enough no keep going man keep going um what has this release been like because it's in the middle
of a fucking pandemic which kind of blows but obviously the reception is is so positive that
it's got to be sort of outweighing that right dude i mean you said it best it's it's kind of
i mean i i can't remember a time where we've we've had a record so well received you know every record
we've released has kind of come with you know some kind of backlash
and in some capacity whether it's like this is too different this is too same this is to do this
it is that but like you know so i i just we're i'm blown away like and if it wasn't for you know
the pandemic this would have been like a perfect release you know in my mind but um but that aside
you know it's just the cool part about this and this band is you know the music is out there and people are loving it and then we're gonna get the tour on it and that's the only thing that
matters so the truth of the matter is you know it doesn't what's going on in the world right now
the terrible stuff is going on it doesn't affect this album in my opinion you know and and the
what's so great is that you know once we're all on the road and this is all put behind everyone
like no one's gonna remember reading this or going to remember that. It's going to be like, this is an album that we're so proud of
and that we kind of internally had the goal
of making an album like this.
And I'm just glad that it kind of worked out.
I feel like it's the Avengers end game
of all time low records
and not that it's the final one,
but in that it's bringing everything back.
There's elements from literally every record on this.
And the thing that I think people are going to remember is like the Monsters Challenge. That's something that literally every record on this. And the thing that I think people are
going to remember is like the Monsters Challenge. That's something that might not happen without,
you know, this pandemic. It's a silly TikTok, Instagram thing that people are throwing up.
It's probably the most that people in eyeliner have ever wrapped in their lives. But it's like,
you know, it's a fun thing that's making people laugh. It's bringing people joy in this time
where everyone's in their home. So I had Ryan on about a month ago. We talked all about the recording process. I want to sort of
bring that back with you after Last Young Renegade, because it tore the fuck out of that record.
The cycle was so long. You take a break and then take me back to like, I guess not even
Wake Up Sunshine, but Who Hurt You? You did a side project in between. Let's talk that first.
Yeah. So for those who don't know you
know while all time low was taking a break alex was doing a project called simple creatures with
markopis and during that time a close buddy of mine kevin fisher who's a songwriter you know
he'd worked on lasting renegade um and then ended up working on wake up sunshine as well
approached me and was like you know what man like you're going through a hard time right now i'm
going through a hard time like let's your band's not doing anything right now let's you know write some songs and see what happens and i've never really been a songwriter you know what, man, like you're going through a hard time right now. I'm going through a hard time. Like let's, your band's not doing anything right now.
Let's, you know, write some songs and see what happens.
And I've never really been a songwriter.
You know, I've contributed in the past, whether it's like guitar parts here or ideas here,
but you know, Alex has always been the main songwriter of all time long.
So it was kind of this muscle that I haven't, I hadn't really flexed in years and I hadn't
really used, and I hadn't even, you know, kind of created that muscle really.
And so I went in the studio with him and we just recorded this EP called Stages about,
you know, stages of grief that you go through after a breakup. And, you know, it was such a cool life-changing experience to express myself in that way and
be a part of something, you know, different from what I've been doing since I was 14.
So yeah, it was definitely
like a life-changing experience I'm super proud of and it kind of gave me the confidence and
um I guess experience to become more active as a songwriter on Wake Up Sunshine
and you know just just be more you know like anything the more you do it you're going to be
more confident in it and you're going to be more confident expressing your opinions, you know, when it comes to songwriting. Yeah. You get the reps in.
And, and I think, you know, I'm not saying that the record would have been totally different if
I didn't do who hurt you, but I got to kind of, you know, have more of a say and more of an,
more input than maybe I would have in the past because I had the confidence and the experience
to do it. So that was like, you know, breakups happen for a reason. And I think that I learned so much and got so much out of that whole thing.
Yeah. So which writing sessions now looking back, cause this is probably like over a year ago,
you guys were in the, in the house writing wake up sunshine or?
Yeah. It was last we, uh, we started, yeah. A lot throughout last year. Yeah.
Which are the ones that stick out to you still that you're like, Oh man, those were good times.
Yeah. Monsters for me sticks out like, like crazy because, um,
so basically like we just rented this house in Palm Springs,
basically like a Coachella house, like just a house that, that like,
you know, it was built for Coachella and in state and stage coach and all those.
And basically it's just a party house.
And so we rented one of those for about a month and a half. Um,
and we basically built studios in like bedrooms you know a little like studio setup so alex's master closet was so fucking big
that we just turned it in and it wasn't wasn't a big room but it was big for a closet we just
turned into this little studio so we were in this little studio like like midnight 1 a.m like
drinking wine me alex um kevin fisher from who are you and andrew goldstein and we were in this little closet
just like you know andrew like came up with this riff and he was just kind of jamming it and we
were just like oh shit this is cool we just kind of started throwing around song ideas and you know
song concepts and what we want to sing about and monsters came together like i'd say maybe in like
an hour totally shit wow like the bones and the chorus kind of came together in like an hour or so
and at that
point it was like 1 1 30 a.m and we're like dude this is a sick song you know yeah and it was really
really special it was a special moment because we were all on the same page and we were clicking
and I was throwing out ideas and Kevin was and we're like that's sick that's sick and it was one
of those moments where like everything was kind of clicking and then you know 2 a.m rolls around
and we come out to the living room we were like like, yo, Serenity, like put us on the speakers and we blasted it and it was like, holy shit, this is,
this is a special song. So yeah, that was one of the really cool moments where I got to be part of
something super special to our band. And that's why I hold that song like kind of so close to my
heart. Yeah, it's got to be awesome to see that become like a standout too. It's being promoted
as a single and fans are obviously loving it. Such a small target to hit too, right?
Like a feature on a pop punk song usually is hard for you to make that work.
And then having it be a rap feature with Black Bear,
like using one of his own songs on that, I think that's awesome.
And the way that the chorus hits after he comes in so hard.
Are you going to do that rap live?
I saw everyone wants you to do it.
Oh man, God, my rhythm is so terrible man
but black bear's like so he's so talented dude like i've always been a fan of his music and we
sent him the song without the second verse in it and gold scene kind of sent him the verse and was
like dude just lay something down like let's see what happens and he sent it back to us we were
just like holy shit yeah we're like dude this is like we were just blown away by how well it fit and how kind of organic it sounded it didn't sound like you know we paid some rapper
to be on our song you know it's not what it was you know so and especially you didn't write it
with the intention of having a rapper on it right no no not at all yeah so yeah so it was a happy
accident almost for that to all click is is fucking crazy and like i said it's a small target
but you guys hit it so is there anything that you could pinpoint about the process of recording and writing the album that you could
say, like, we knew it was going to be special then, or we knew it was going to be special because of
this? Yeah, good question. What's interesting about the songwriting process for Wake Up Sunshine was
we didn't start the process with the intention of having a record. Basically, Alex was just in Nashville
writing just to write. And they're writing in Ryan's studio. And they came out of that writing
session. This is last January. So a little over a year ago, and they came out and you know, we
didn't have Alex still hadn't done simple creatures yet. I still hadn't done who hurt you yet. Like
so like this was pretty early in our side projects, let alone all-time low and they came out of that session with some kind of disaster melancholy
um wake up sunshine uh safe january gloom holy shit songs that yeah eventually made the album
made the album they came out with those like like alex like demos now i'll send them to me and i'm
like what the fuck?
You know, because we didn't even think like we're going to be,
it was so early in the process. We still hadn't done our side projects really fully to their extent.
So it was like very surprising.
And that's, I think, the moment when we were like, oh,
we got to go do an album after these side projects.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
So there's a lot of overlap there.
So when he, when I heard,
I remember some kind of disaster for the first time,
I was at Alex's house over here in LA
and I was in his studio and he played it for me.
And he was like, I think this should open the record,
the record that doesn't even exist yet.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
I think this should open the record.
Like this is a song that like kind of like,
it's a culmination of all of our, a lot of our past songs.
And he played it for me and I'm like, holy shit, dude.
Like this is like the first song people need to hear. This is the first song that like needs to be on the album and like
there's this was so early it was so long ago that feels like kind of bizarre to have that
it's it's rare to have the bones to a record that early you know what i mean that's honestly crazy
to me that it came together in those early writing sessions and then even like you said with monsters
a song that came together in an hour they could be the standout ones and then a song you work on
forever could not be the standout it's so strange how people take to certain things
and they don't. I think Noel Gallagher said he wrote Supersonic in like 45 minutes.
I love that. Well, that's how the best songs come along, in my opinion, because, you know,
once you start like beating it to death and like, oh, that chorus doesn't work, let's try it. It
just gets so convoluted that you're like, what is this song anymore? Yeah.
Before we leave atl talk
and talk just like fun quarantine shit two more questions for you one do you have any songs that
you guys don't play live as often as you wish you would uh recent more than recently i'd say guts
guts is a song i used to hate playing live because i guess like at the time i was a much
worse guitar player and like it's a little tricky you know it's not like too it's not too bad but like it was at the time for
me it was pretty difficult to learn it you know it was very frustrating I had to go to Mike Green
and I was like you teach me the song like I want to I want to nail it live yeah Mike Green used to
write some like really hard guitar parts you know like yeah and I'll just and I hear like I'll hear
the songs and be like come on man like well. Like, well, it made me a better guitar player.
Mike Green's guitar parts.
Cause I was just like, cause I had to learn them to play them live and it pushed me to
improve so that I do, you know, I do love that.
But yeah, guts is one of the songs or once I learned it and nailed it live, I was like,
I felt very, you know, proud of myself.
And so I miss playing that.
All right.
So follow up as a very, very, very mediocre bass player who just bought his first
electric guitar what are the easiest all-time low songs to learn um god i'd say anything off so
wrong it's right where i was writing the guitar part and i was i was 18 so they're all the same
earlier put up put up's got some like shredding on it dude dude. I was going to say, she's a straight up hustler. JC Ray. Yeah, no, I can't blame her for that.
JC shreds.
And even party scene.
There's some hard stuff on there.
So wrong, I was writing a lot of the lead parts,
so they're all pretty easy.
Have we talked about all of the band names that I've had
that come from all-time low lyrics and albums?
I don't think so.
So my first band ever was the party scene,
which is ridiculous because I was in sixth grade and they were all freshmen
in high school and we were all,
we all claimed to be fucking straight edge,
you know,
but we were still the party scene.
And then we eventually changed.
We went through a few cycles,
but my favorite is we had three separate band names from the same line
in lost in stereo we were bubblegum smile snakebite heart and switchblade attitude at three
different points in time and i had almost no say over this too it was all like my guitar players
that were you know we were all from the same from the same song like not even just the same song
basically the same bar first i love that i fucking love that
and and there's a couple actually really good band names in there but um that's what that's
how it was for us as well though you know our name was from a newfound glory song yeah so like
that's how it was at least back then and probably still is you just like listen to music and be
like oh that's a cool band name because you know what else where else you're gonna get band names
from so no I appreciate that.
It's like passing down the torch.
I love that.
Yeah.
You pass down the party scene torch to like four people that never partied ever again
in their lives.
All right.
So let's talk about how you've been passing the time over this quarantine with the Star
Wars movies.
Cause you've been posting them all over your Instagram story and I hit you up and I was
like, we got to talk Star Wars.
Cause I don't think we've ever had like an in-depth discussion, if you will.
But before we do that, let me tell you guys about our sponsor this week, Beat Elite. We really,
really appreciate these guys sticking on sponsoring the show, especially when times are rough. And

into this chat about the wars. So I want to know right off the bat, what's your favorite and least
favorite? All right. I had to pull up a list because there's so fucking, there's so many.
And I know all the movies, but I forget the names because the names are all.
Yeah. Are you like a lifelong fan since you were a kid?
It's interesting because I have loved Star Wars since I was like, you know,
since I was old enough to know what it was. So like five, five years old,
six years old, but I've always like, I've always like, kind of like,
I've watched them so many times,
but I wasn't diehard to the point where I knew all like the side plots and
stuff and the subplots and the books. And, played the star wars card game you know when i was a
little kid and i traded the card so i know a lot but when it comes to like really getting the story
and really knowing the characters well i go to you vinnie vegas and alex like you guys are my guys
like explaining to me what exactly is happening even though i've seen these movies all the times
yeah me and him text back and forth about the most and i love vinny vegas because he'll text me the most random side character the
most random story hey what'd you think about the character arc on this guy and i'll be like you
know what i gotta think about it for a sec vinny because i don't even remember and the thing about
vinny too is he puts it in like such layman's terms like i get what what he's saying like
after i watched uh after I watched Phantom Menace.
So I've seen Phantom Menace maybe like 10 times
and I've never understood what exactly is going on
with like Padme and-
But that's not your fault, man.
It's so confusing.
It's so confusing.
I'm just like, wait, like, so who's who?
And Keira Knightley and Natalie Portman look so similar.
And I'm just, you know, it's really confusing, especially for a kid.
And so Vinny, I called Vinny.
He's like, yo, this is what fucking happened.
And I was like, oh, I get it now.
I get it.
Yeah, it's crazy that they made,
George Lucas was like, all right,
he made the original trilogy.
Everyone loved that.
And then they came back with the prequels
and he's like, they're all about taxation,
trade routes and politics.
Chancellor Valorum is gonna to be a character those movies
it's really not your fault for not understanding that because i feel like i did the same thing
where i watched it as a kid for the darth maul lightsaber fight at the end which is the sickest
thing in the world still yeah and the pod racing which i still love yeah but you kind of everything
else becomes like background noise and you kind of like tune out the oh politics are going on and
then when i got to high school i was like let me dive into this and see what was actually going on and when
I did I was like oh boy maybe I shouldn't have done that because it's not that interesting
so your favorite Star Wars movie if you had to say your overall favorite it's tough um I would say
Rogue One man really like it really I don't, like, the way it fits in the story is perfect.
And there wasn't a moment in the movie where I was, like, looking at my phone or, you know what I mean?
Like, I really was, like, kind of in it the whole time.
And how rare is it to have a movie where, like, they put it kind of in between two?
Yeah.
I've never ever seen that before.
And, like, I just loved it.
And the way it goes into New Hope is, fucking insane dude it's we just did a watch along of that with greg
grunberg who plays snap wexley in the sequels he's poe's friend uh and he he was even saying
about that a guy that's been in star wars movies he's like this is honestly some of the best stuff
the franchise has ever put out and it's interesting like you said it's a movie they put in between two
movies with no real main characters you get the darth vader stuff at the end um but he's not like an
integral part of that and everyone loves it it's a movie where also spoiler alert for nobody that's
seen row one everyone dies at the end it's fucking crazy yeah yeah it's so crazy i was like i mean
and it was it was tough between that force awakens was also really good like really i love the force
awakens that that movie was like for me, I was born at a weird time.
So I'm born in 98, which I kind of missed out on a lot of the prequels, seeing those in theaters.
So the sequel trilogy for me was sort of that, like, I could show up at midnight, I could camp out in lines.
There's like news clips of me in high school, first in line at 2pm for the Force Awakens,
because I was just freaking out
about it you know what i mean oh yeah the force awakens the the first trailer i remember when
han comes up and hits that chewy we're home like chills come on i'm really happy they didn't they
didn't fuck it up man like i'm so happy so you're down with the sequels you like the sequels i like
the sequels a lot it was really interesting to go back and watch the, to watch it all again and see what I liked the first time I saw it.
And when going back,
like what I didn't like,
I thought Revenge of Sith was fantastic.
Like I fucking love,
and I don't remember like loving it when I saw it.
You know what I mean?
I remember kind of hating the first three or being like,
these are so fucking dumb,
but like a lot of people have come around on that one.
It's really good.
The second one is unwatchable in my opinion. Cool story about's the worst for me cool story about it is um some of our really close friends that we grew up with got married in
uh lake como this past summer last fall yeah and they got married on the island
where they have the getaway. Oh, shit.
Dude, so like the whole backdrop and the whole thing,
that's where they got married.
And it was like, I mean, literally, dude, I was like losing my mind.
And it's also the same place where they film Casino Royale,
where he's resting after he gets –
The whole parkour thing.
No, no, it's where they filmed the scene where he's like resting
because he got his balls knocked in.
Oh, yes. Holy fuck, that's brutal.
The island where he's like resting because he got his balls knocked in oh yes holy island where he's like
resting yeah so like yeah just being on that island was like it was the most beautiful place
i've ever seen so that was kind of cool i was like oh star wars but the worst of wars i know
naboo that's tough too because naboo is a cool planet it's cool because it's basically just like
it looks like italy which is nice yeah um so you fuck with the sequels how about uh mandalorian
uh i've watched mandalorian
it was a weird time where we were traveling a lot and i i missed the last three episodes i didn't
oh yeah drop while you guys were doing the nothing personal shows i remember yes i think that's what
me and vinnie vegas were talking about the whole time baby yes i missed the last i missed the last
three and then you know i got distracted but um i did like mandalorian yeah you gotta catch up
because i'm telling you the last three i heard the last three years i did dude i didn't love what was the last one
yeah yeah i did and you know what i came back around on was last jedi i'm so we talked about
i'm so high on last jedi so you won't find me arguing when i first saw it i didn't really
understand it i didn't get it and i was like this is kind of whack and then going back and watching
it for the second time i was like this is amazing it's really good that's my favorite
of the sequels it's like up there with my favorite star wars movies i think the way the ending swap
with luke where he's not really there some people hate i fucking love that twist like shocked me the
first time i saw it so i'm so down with that it was it was a great movie man i like it definitely
takes a second a second time to watch that for sure. Gascard was saying the same thing.
He's like, dude, rewatch it.
You're going to love it.
Yeah, so something else in pop culture that I know you're super into
that I think we should talk about is Home Alone.
I first found out you were into Home Alone through straight to DVD
because you go and visit the house in that documentary.
But they're remaking this movie or they're rebooting the franchise at least.
How do you feel about this?
Not great. Yeah, me neither. It's like Star Wars, they found a way to recreate the magic. this movie or they're rebooting the franchise at least how do you feel about this uh not great
yeah me neither it's like star wars they found a way to recreate the magic like you're not doing
that with home alone yeah it's it's not like a world building thing right you care more about
kevin mcallister than the house whereas in star wars you could take the millennium falcon and make
a new movie with the millennium falcon with new characters good that's a really good reference
actually but one thing that made there's so many things that made home alone so special but i mean the way the reason what one of the reasons why it
wasn't cheesy because it's such a cheesy concept and it's hard to make that not cheesy one of the
reasons why it wasn't cheesy was because like joe pesci is like a fucking gangster you know what i
mean like he was like known for gangster movies and they're like you can't curse you can't curse
you like so like he made it kind of like cool and edgy and you know him and daniel stern were like kind of badass motherfuckers in the movie and so
it's not cheesy you know it's actually like you're like oh shit like you're gonna fuck him they're
gonna fuck this kid yeah the other thing that confuses me is how do you make home alone in the
era of cell phones yes good point like yeah isn't the cops? Yeah. He doesn't cut the wires anymore.
You know what that reminds me of?
I'm assuming you've seen Forgetting Sir Marshall.
Oh, yeah.
When they're sitting at dinner and they're talking about that movie she did
where the cell phone kills you.
And Russell Brand's like, just pull out the battery.
Movie's over.
The Home Alone thing is weird.
So you're crazy about Home Alone 1.
I assume Home Alone 2 as well, right? Yeah. As, those, those two kind of sat pretty even for me.
And then do you cut off at three? Are you like, fuck that other kid?
I, I so funny. So, you know, when three came out, I was maybe like seven, I was probably eight years
old. So I still loved it. I really, really liked it. I loved it as a kid too. I had like the trilogy VHS pack.
Yeah, I love the third one actually, you know,
and I was so, I was young and dumb and IMDB didn't exist.
And I bet my parents' house that it was the same mom.
I bet some kid like-
Against another kid, your parents' house?
I was like, I'll give you my parents' house.
I guarantee you that's the same mom in the third home alone.
Like I was, I was like eight or nine years old.
Like I was a fucking idiot.
And like, of course that's not Catherine O'Hara.
It's like the worst Catherine O'Hara.
But IMDb did not exist.
But that movie oddly has like Scarlett Johansson's first role in it for some reason.
Yeah.
And the plot of that, I haven't watched it in so long, but isn't it like the chip of
a South Korean nuclear warhead is like locked in his toy somehow?
His toy car.
His RC car that got switched at airport security.
Yeah, yeah.
That's sort of ridiculous.
And then the last thing that I wanted to bring up on this pod, just something that I started last night that I think I know that you watched.
McMillions?
Did you watch this?
Dude, I was like all over this, man. As soon as I started it last night,
if people haven't seen this, and I feel like it flew under some radars. I saw it on a ton
of Instagram stories when it dropped, but we're in quarantine mode right now. Everyone's looking
for recommendations. McDonald's Monopoly game was rigged like you wouldn't believe.
Yeah, it was rigged. And what and what's crazy about this is not many
people know the story because, you know, it came out around time where something else really
important was happening, something pretty crazy, life changing was happening. So it got kind of
buried, you know, and kind of overlooked, but the story is fucking insane. It's, and it goes so
deep. I'm not even that far. I'm like in episode two. So I assume I have a lot to go, but already
in the previews, the way it goes through the family connections through this, that the next thing. Holy fuck. So before we get you out of here, let's get some quarantine recommendations from you anything TV shows, movies, music, what do you recommend people fill their time with other than wake up sunshine and who are you, of course, um what i'm doing right now is i'm going back and watching movies that like i should have watched
when i was younger and i haven't seen like karate kid you just watched that for the first time
recently yeah so like it's like shit to like how did that hold up for you dude karate kid holds up
so well and i never saw it when i was younger but you know movies like that get so hyped that like
yeah they're older and you're like oh how's the acting gonna be how's the production but dude karate kid like holds up the acting's amazing the scenes are
amazing the cinematography is like really good i was like come on you're the best track dude it's
so it holds up so well so like i'm going back and watching movies that um you know i should have
watched a long time ago and i and i couldn't what's another one i watched i made a whole list
um you said godfather i gotta be honest yeah i've tried to get through it four times i can't do it you know, I should have watched a long time ago and I couldn't. What's another one I watched? I made a whole list.
You said Godfather.
I got to be honest.
Yeah. I've tried to get through it four times.
I can't do it.
It's so boring to me.
Yeah.
It's so boring.
There's a great Family Guy bit where Peter's like,
Lois, Lois, it just insists upon itself.
I did not care for the Godfather.
What?
Did not care for the Godfather.
How can you even say that, Dan?
Didn't like it.
Peter, it's so good.
It's like the perfect movie.
This is what everyone always says.
Robert De Niro, Al Pacino.
I mean, you never see...
Robert Duvall!
Fine actor.
Did not like the movie.
Why not?
Couldn't get into it.
Explain yourself.
What didn't you like about it?
It insists upon itself, Lois.
What?
So I hate musicals.
I've never been i've never watched
musicals but i went and watched um a little shop of horrors i've never seen that yeah so that's
another one that's like one of those cult movies everyone talks about that i've never seen and dude
it's really good it's like isn't that frank oz didn't he direct that yeah that's fucking crazy
yoda himself yoda miss piggy all right man i i appreciate you doing the pod this was fun i'm
glad that you're doing well
