Jordan also shares more about his path from Rugby League to the NFL, including his first exposure to the NFL, how he chose his position, how NFL scouts found him, and where he first started training to play football (24:45). Travis and Jason then ask Jordan about the lead-up to his NFL Draft experience, how he felt when he was selected by the Eagles in the seventh round, and who he spoke to first within the organization (38:18). Jordan also talks about the culture shock that happened upon his move from Australia to Philadelphia (45:52), his first days with the Eagles (50:54), and his “Welcome to the NFL” moment (59:27). Jason and Jordan get into the 2023 Eagles team, highlighting their roles in the “Brotherly Shove” play (1:04:20) and Jordan’s relationship with quarterback Jalen Hurts (1:11:04).  Lastly, Jordan gives his Mt. Rushmore of the Greatest Australians of All-Time (1:15:21), Jason tries Australian candy (1:34:26) and the guys ask Jordan a series of rapid-fire questions, covering topics like how many toes Jordan has and his time on “The Masked Singer” (1:22:25). Have you listened to the Okay, all right, I'd be lying. I said I wasn't practicing in the car. Wow This guy's a fuck I mean, he's a vocal He's a vocal phenom so he's he's on top of it. That just gives you a little bit more pressure than
Starting point is 00:02:05 nail this. Alright, here we go. Before we get going, we got to start with a little new news news news. So, Jesus. He's fucking. He's talented. Just a little so much. I'm talented, talented guy. Just a little so much. A little so much. Well, as you know, Jordi, our new Christmas album is coming out December 1st. I actually think it's coming, well, I guess it's officially being sold black Friday,
Starting point is 00:02:36 but I think it launches electronically December 1st. Is it fair to say, Jordan, that you carried the entire Christmas album? I'm not in the room. I'm not in the room. I'm not in the room. I'll take my handful off for the modus tier. You can go ahead and dude you absolutely kill it. Man, I want to say I carried it man. We all have a pot to play in the album man but for sure. I definitely sang on a lot of the songs but again we all had a pot to play in this album man.
Starting point is 00:03:04 It wasn't just me. I just I feature on a lot of the songs. It is a good, it is a good mesh of Jason singing, Lane singing and then you singing. Because it's like, you get that like fun, like you're here, Jason's here, Lane's writing. You're in a mean like like you get that good like stair step of like people actually being able to sing and And it adds a lot of character is what I'm saying and it's really unique and really cool and The fact that you guys are all on offensive line together man hats off to you guys. That's a it's a cool deal And it's fun to be a part of now that Jason has brought me in From me being a bird's fan for the past 13 years.
Starting point is 00:03:45 He brought me in knowing that I play for the enemy at times. But yeah, you're the enemy, but you're still a part of the family. Still go. Extend. Extend. Have you spoke about your pop? Yeah, we spoke about it. We spoke about it a little bit less. We're gonna say what songhouse, but terrified of, uh, I don't even know what song it was.
Starting point is 00:04:04 We kind of made it our own. So Fairytale of New York, when we kind of changed the lyrics around to be Fairytale of Philadelphia, that's the song that you and I are on. Did you listen to that one? Yeah, you like that one? I love that, yeah.
Starting point is 00:04:17 I love that. Dude, I didn't know you could sing. I'll be off you. Jason, yeah, Jason's pretty easy. No. He's a musical genius. We know who he's talking to Travis better at me and everything including sing and we're gonna find that out Zero
Starting point is 00:04:41 He sounds like nickelback right? Oh my day That's terrible Is Nickelback bigger? I'll show you I mean was when I was growing up. Yeah, um So I'll be honest. I didn't listen too much Nickelback grown up. Um, maybe like No couple of this songs. Yeah, but when I got here when it, I got here in 2018, I didn't understand why they were hated so much. I thought I don't nickel back was great. Pretty good. Dude, this is awesome. Guys, I'm here. I come here, I try to make friends, I'm like, hey, so yeah, I listen to Nickelback. This guy's a loser. What's he doing? What's he doing?
Starting point is 00:05:25 I was like, they told me that they hate Nickelback. I was like, oh, okay. We take the note. I never said that line again. It's Make Friends. Well, you guys got a bunch of Philly Legends on this thing outside of you. Now that we're talking about some musical geniuses,
Starting point is 00:05:40 on the second album, you sing a duet with Philly Legends, Patty LaBelle. that had to be fucking, I can't wait to hear this one. I was that way to hear that one too. Yeah, I mean, I did it, I first, I thought it wasn't gonna happen that we were gonna feature Paddy Lebel. And you know, when she came into record the piece,
Starting point is 00:06:02 I was like, oh, we'll actually both in all this footage of when she came into the facility, we called it a part. Both in all, and then I didn't need to do anything because I had already recorded my part. So we just needed her to record her parts until I think of CB, it's kind of our own, made the suggestion, would you like Jordan to sing with you?
Starting point is 00:06:23 In my head, I was like, man, how dare you, man, I didn't think I can do it. Cause I was like, I don't know, it kind of, yeah, it's kind of like stosh like ego on it. Yeah, well, there's a portion of the song that patty's on this Christmas that there's like a back and forth between Jordan and her. And if it feels weird, I think trying to do that with a recording, and not just do it live. So Jordan actually got the sing live with Patty in the Eagles.
Starting point is 00:06:48 The soul of the fucking cool. It was insane. And the first time through, he literally did not say a single word. Cause he was too nervous. I've listened to this man. If you know me, I don't get nervous much, but right. Oh, I mean, that was no wrecking man. That was no wrecking like singing
Starting point is 00:07:06 in front of a great like that man. There's no way that what was harder that or the viral clip of you singing at your wedding, which one were you more nervous? I've heard I mean, definitely definitely, definitely pedal to bill. Yeah, I reckon. Well, different types of nerves maybe. Yeah, like one of them, it's a different time to say you're. It's a different time to say you're. Yeah. Like one of them, you're like singing
Starting point is 00:07:27 to your future wife or your current wife, man. You guys had already been married at that point. Yes, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, definitely no nerves. I knew I was gonna crush it, nothing on my lips. But, dude, I knew I was gonna crush it. Everybody around is my friends and family.
Starting point is 00:07:43 They're all loving it. Like, everyone down, like, oh, I love thin up in a judge me That's true, and I'll thin up in a judge me So I'm like, this is great, and I practice for about two weeks Yeah, why are you practicing in a locker room right before you went? Yeah, that was cool Well, we know that you won America over right there with that if you hadn't already What was the highlight of recording the sequel though?
Starting point is 00:08:03 Like the full scheme of things? What do you think? I mean, I'm not going to give a press answer. I think the majority of my experience for the sequel is probably just seeing, I think, like we got to see the creation of the songs more this year. Then we did last year. I thought that was really special. And I'm going to take that with me forever, man, because that was really special, seeing the music they made, seeing your song. I mean, I came for the second half of it. That was amazing. And so that's why I'm going to take away. I agree. I'm right there with you. I think, you know, me, you and Lane get put on the face of the album, but obviously there's so many other musicians, not just the star-studded people that help us out with it, but, you know, between, like all the musicians on it, it's really fun watching that go from nothing to something
Starting point is 00:09:08 and all of them to put their flavor on it. I'm with you. That was a creative process was awesome, but. That was something and like being in Big Muses, like we're not big muses, but like we love music. Well, first of all, don't lump me in the same category as you. You gotta go talk. We already talked about the tears, Jordan.
Starting point is 00:09:26 He is way here. He is like, nickel back and then Jason. I mean, Jordan, he has a guitar in the locker room that he is playing and practicing throughout the day. And not only does he have a guitar, now he has a banjo. He recently just bought a banjo. He's been teaching himself banjo in the logroom. I am
Starting point is 00:09:47 Unequally more near Music landslide is Jordan Jason's actually on record saying that you're only playing in the NFL to boost your music Are you do you have some like songs in your back pocket like a album just like kind of on the side that you're ready to Release I'm gonna leave that to the creative minds of the audience. Let me at least ask I'll ask you this then what are what other singers would you would you like to do a duet with like who's on the top of like you're like Music singing list I mean, I'll be honest. I just saw John legend and yeah, you're talking about a higher baby and I was privileged enough to be able to meet him after with my wife and shoot dude. That dude live is incredible and I was the first time I've ever seen him perform and special
Starting point is 00:10:37 man. Probably him he's up there right now. Yes, I would love to collab with him. Not even collab man, just be around collab, man. Just be around and be from him. Just be around and be from him. Just be around and be from him. Yeah, I could not believe the showmanship and he's a museo, real.
Starting point is 00:10:52 Oh yeah, another level. Yeah. Another level. Yeah. I love you. That was impressive. No, no, no, no. That was impressive. That's all I got.
Starting point is 00:11:02 That's all I got. Nice, man. Well, we can't wait till the album drops December 1st. And I can't wait to hear what you guys have kind of tweaked and turned in the new Philly Christmas album, man. Yeah, you haven't listened to any of the other songs, have you? No, I haven't. I haven't even, I haven't even really listened to my part.
Starting point is 00:11:19 Like I kind of like, you just keep over it. I do, I do not want to get myself sing like that. I'm more of like a rockin', like I got the rock voice, you know what I mean? Like a rockin' roll voice. Yeah, I'm gonna have like that. Yeah, I'm gonna have like that. Yeah. Who the hell do I get out of the run?
Starting point is 00:11:35 Well, let's keep this thing movin'. Before we get to our very formal, very serious interview with you, I, um, let's first answer some not dumb questions because there's no such thing as dumb questions Just dumb people. There you go. No dumb questions is brought to you by our friends at accelerator active energy drink Oh god damn this this peach paradise is fucking getting me fucking excited right now You were I'm saying brother. Oh, he's got a little cherry lime I mean we gotta get Jordan on on the train man. You're talking about some hellow gummies We gotta get you on the accelerator train man. You're talking about some Hilo gummies. We got to get you on the accelerator train man.
Starting point is 00:12:06 We can turn this into an ASMR podcast. We're a quick issue. I mean, this bookie go right now. I'll be at home now. No doubt, no questions. It's brought to you by our friends at Accelerator Active Energy Drink. Accelerator Active Energy Drink is available on Amazon for all of you that are wondering. You can get this thing sent straight to your front door and just be fueled with energy.
Starting point is 00:12:27 All right now. So we answered this not dumb question a couple weeks ago on the show, but now that we have an actual rugby star, rugby star turned to NFL pro. Start it up. We got to take the expertise to you. And I think it's best we get your answer here So from at spear 40 on YouTube no dumb question. Do you think rugby players have a chance in the NFL? Clearly no chance
Starting point is 00:12:58 I actually did see that I actually did see that clip last week. What do you think? I don't think you'll I that clip last week. What do you think? I don't think you're wrong. I think there are some specimens that can transfer over. I think a lot of people think that right. We players can transition over. It's tough sport. Do you think there are NFL players that can transition over to rugby? 100%. Really? Yes. NFL players could play, right? But isn't it, it's a completely different energy system, right? Yes. Like it's more long distance form. It's endurance. Yeah, it's technique. Yeah. I think, I mean, that's where, I guess people get confused with it is, when we tackle, because we don't wear pads, when we tackle, it's like, oh, not every hit on every tackle is a huge hit. You've got to conserve your energy. Sure.
Starting point is 00:13:49 So, there's things like numbers and tackle in a tackle. So, you get like three guys in the tackle. They absorb the energy. Yeah. The, you know, the, the hit up was what we call it, the run. Okay. But it's, again, just over 80 minutes and it's just continuous. You just have to be really fit. Yeah. Cardi of Asuka was, you're going to be fit. But the toughness part, yeah, it's tough, but it's,
Starting point is 00:14:12 again, you got to conserve your energy. So there's like different parts of rugby where you, where you see those highlight hits. And then those are just like incredible plays made by incredible players. Like you just fucking running through everybody How heavy were you when you played talk about endurance man, I was a I was 310 Yeah, I was 310 I was 310 and I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was specimen. Pretty low body fat. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:47 And they still considered me that was too big at 310 because they would see me and they'd be like, there's no way you're 310. Step on the scale. They're like, oh shit, he's 310. Like 311. It's a big body, a lot of running. Big, I mean, I still remember when you showed up overweight, the one off season at 380. Uh-huh.
Starting point is 00:15:03 And you were 20% body fat. Nobody believes that. I have to witness that. And they yelled at you for being overweight and you were a lower body fat percentage than me at 290. You're 100 pounds more in less body fat percentage, which is insane. I mean, it's so crazy.
Starting point is 00:15:21 God, I don't know. I'm gonna get a big body. Big body, big body. I, yeah know. Big body. Big body. Big body. I can't explain that. I don't want to jump off the rugby stuff just yet because a lot of other people that were commenting was like, there's a difference between, I guess, rugby league and what's the other...
Starting point is 00:15:36 Yes, I played league. Okay. What's the other one called? Am I allowed to swear on the podcast? Yeah, please. Big great. I'll send it to college. I just can't be fucked.
Starting point is 00:15:44 I just can't. Oh, that's college. I just can't be fucked. I just, oh, that's wrong. I actually didn't know it. Great. I'm gonna make a lot of money for them. I just could not be fucked. Explaining to people, the difference between rugby league and rugby union.
Starting point is 00:15:55 Those are the two different types of rugby. rugby union's 15s, 15 people. And then league was 13. Oh, I didn't. So I played league. I just couldn't be asked. Like, explaining to people the two differences. So I play Lake. I just couldn't be asked like explaining to people the two differences. So I just kept it under the same umbrella. That's the umbrella difference.
Starting point is 00:16:11 Yeah. So is it fair to say that rugby league is probably more big plays like higher like running because there's more space for less people. Yes. That leads to kind of maybe some more exciting runs. Is that fair? Yeah, it's a I kind of compare it like this. League and Union is like the CFO and NFL is the same game. Just different set of rules. Got it. Okay. Different set of rules. And honestly, League, I think you have to be more on the fit aside for League because every time they make a tackle you have to like run back. You got to run back 10 meters. Oh really? And then then then go for them. They play the ball. Then you have to go yeah, then you have to create a wall. It's just very cardiovascular enduring, which is why I came here.
Starting point is 00:16:58 Every three seconds. I was like, so it's a weird sport. I was like, what? So what? So it's a weird sport. I was like, what? So what another component of this question was also which, what's tougher rugby, which players are tougher rugby players or NFL players or football? All right. I don't know. I'll be honest again. You're gonna be hated either way. So yeah, I know. I know. I'm not going to be like politically safe on this. Okay. I will say this Um when people ask me of the years what's what's tougher? Yeah, I say that The NFL is tougher and then I say this
Starting point is 00:17:39 There's a caveat okay, I see if you play or line in Um, but we get a little piece of fucking action. We can say you guys are like that, forgotten step charm of the airline. That's why they got a day named after me. I'm sorry, I didn't want to cut you off. I want you to say. So I always tell people, if you play airline and D-line, that's tough of them rugby because one,
Starting point is 00:18:18 the pads don't do shit. They don't do shit. First off, when people like you guys wear pads, you're a bunch of pussy's. What? The pads don't do anything They make it feel like you can hit people harder Okay, the bloody the pad that goes on your chest is like this thing
Starting point is 00:18:36 It's like this standing you're copying you're copying of Fucking helmet to the sternum actually hurts dude and Yeah, yeah, it's three seconds, but he got to do it again. Yeah. And it's like real hard. He got to move a 300 pound man from point A to point B. That's what I learned that phrase.
Starting point is 00:18:54 When I first came here, some guy was like, if you don't play our line, you gotta be ready to move. Someone else's will from point A to point B. Yeah. It's like sign me out. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:04 So I'm gonna ask you that. I could do that, I think. But that's why I say like the protection, the helmets, the pads, they don't help anything. I mean, you said last week, it's like getting hit by a car. Yeah. It's definitely what it is. It's the mini car crash every three seconds, every 40 seconds. Yeah. It's definitely what it is. It's the mini car crash every three seconds, every 40 seconds. Yeah. It's terrible. And you know, I mean, I didn't play at the, I'll be honest now. I didn't play at the top level of rugby. I get that. Yeah. But fuck. I mean, dude, it's like compared to like the rugby league I played played like how I felt after a game Compared to how which one did you feel worse out? I feel terrible after NFL game. Wow after NFL game Also also older you know me with a
Starting point is 00:19:54 26 26 26 26 Jesus you came over here. What were you 20? Yeah, I was 20 when I came yeah, 26. Oh, yeah, I'm telling 20. Yeah, I was 20 when I came. Yeah, 26. Oh, yeah, until the whole world in your head. That's very cool. World in your hands. I mean, I still remember one of the biggest things that you had to learn was literally in the kind of the NFL frowns on this, but using your head, like you have a helmet and like actually like getting down and breaking somebody's angle. But I have a story. I got a story My rookie I didn't know how to again use my help. I didn't know how to get into a double team And he goes you gotta use your helmet and so you can't hit it like the size of the side Okay, because that's how we get taught to tackle like you got it
Starting point is 00:20:39 You got to tuck your head to the side and rugby so like you know when I come in for a double team Naturally just go like that just cuz I'm used to doing that head to the side in rugby. So like, you know, when I covered it for a double team, naturally just go like that. Just because I'm used to doing that. Yes, routine. He made me hold the bag and he had Stefan Wiesnowski shout out to Wies. Shout out to Wiesnowski. Him and Wiesnowski hit a double team on me and he just, he had but the fuck. And he said, that's how you hit a double team. Rung you a little bit. Rung me a little bit, but it fucking worked. After that day, that's all I thought about was getting my head in there.
Starting point is 00:21:15 And I naturally just fit behind the block easily. Yeah. Nice. We're also there. He's just not going to do that anymore. So we don't do that anymore. We don't do it anymore. But that's all that's all that's all what is pressing out on the brotherly shove.
Starting point is 00:21:27 All right, before we keep going, we need to shout out our sponsor. That's prize picks. Pickle. That's right. Prize picks is a skill based real money daily fantasy sports game. And it's the easiest and most exciting way to play daily fantasy sports. And with basketball season now here, you can pick combo projections across football and basketball from the Specials league. Sounds fun. Pick a prize. Any prize a league created specifically for combo projections that include two or more players from different
Starting point is 00:21:56 Sports or leagues. Prize picks is really simple to play. You can make your picks and submit your entry in less than 60 seconds. Quick withdrawals, easy gameplay and an enormous selection of players and stat types are what makes prize picks the number one daily fantasy app. And now for the portion of this ad read labeled personal experience to be read by talent outside of Travis and Jason Kelsey, because we are current active NFL players and cannot participate with prize picks. But you know who can't.
Starting point is 00:22:25 That's right. Our intern Brandon Brandon, you tell me. Come on, Brandon. Come on in here. All right. I'm here. I'm here. I'm here.
Starting point is 00:22:37 I'm here. I'm sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Just talent outside of us at you. That's right. That's no. I'm. I'm. Listen. Just came up just short of my NFL career. I've always said, just a, just a better combine showing away.
Starting point is 00:22:46 All right, get out of here. I'm gonna do some picks real quick and we'll get back to Jordan. Here's what I'm thinking, the game that I'm gonna watch the most of this week, Eagles Cowboys, but I'm going in a little different direction. I think they're gonna, they're gonna double down and stop in AJ Brown. So I'm gonna go to Vante Smith yards and I'm gonna go Dallas Goddard yards. That's my logic, but PricePix has got a bunch of other options for you. Take a look, I'm gonna get the guys back in here and get out.
Starting point is 00:23:08 All right, hopefully our intern slash not intern. Did you guys write? That means we're going to start way back on how you got here in a little bit of your background. As everyone watching now knows, at least to this point, you started off as a rugby player, and I'll show you, where you grew up, before you ever considered the NFL as a possibility, how were you first discovered?
Starting point is 00:24:56 How did NFL find out about Jordan a lot? Yeah. So when I was 20, I played in the other 20s, we'll South Sydney Ravados Mm-hmm, and I came off the bench. I played about maybe 11 games so I wasn't a starter and You know had to pay him away to fund rugby as well. Okay, because I wasn't getting paid much in rugby. I was getting $200 For a win and a hundred dollars for a loss and I had to play that game
Starting point is 00:25:24 So that was just my contract. Some of the guys had different contracts. So I did a job's construction, like scaffold building, stage building, whatever I could to help pay bills and survive. Okay. After that season, I felt like I had a pretty good season, like 11 game stretchers, like, you know, I got down to, uh, three, 10 and, you know, I felt great. I could move. A lot of the football, a lot of the rugby teams didn't agree. So, uh, my agency at the time,
Starting point is 00:26:02 they knew all these connections, or the NFL play a pathway program people sure and they reached out to them and Sure enough. They invited me to go work out. I had no idea what the hell I was doing. I just knew I was going to LA to work out for a program. Yeah, that might get you into the NFL P squad. Yeah, and Yeah, that's what I did worked out. Yeah, and I squad. And yeah, that's what I did to work out. And I made the program. Did everybody, like everybody in Australia, your teammates, your family, did everybody think you were a little crazy trying to like pursue the NFL? For sure. I mean, I never watched the sport. I would watch the Super Bowls, but half the time I watched them was because of the half-time performances.
Starting point is 00:26:40 Would you? Right now. And who's your favorite? Who's your favorite? You got to know. The favorite half-time performance? Yeah, who was the one that you kind of remember? It was, I mean, my favorite is probably Beyonce and Bruno Mars and Coldplay. Yeah, that's a good one. That was a good one. That was a good one. Well played. Mommy says doesn't like the fact that Coldplay was there because he's like, because he, he felt like on the same level as Bruno Mars and Beyonce, kind of was like, weird. So you, you down, are you bashing goal play? No, I love goal play. It's big.
Starting point is 00:27:10 We should cut this out. We should cut this, but I, I forget love goal play. I was like, I don't know the fuck you talking about. It was amazing. This is fucking amazing. He's good. I was like, they're along there. I was like, I then I started misbehaving.
Starting point is 00:27:22 I was like, they carried the whole show. Look at that. Look at that. Look at that. I was like, they belong there. I was like, I then I started misusing. They carried the whole show. They carried the whole show. This is beyond take character. I was like, dude, come on. So you just talked about this and I'm actually curious to learn more about this because I know it exists but I don't know all the ins and outs. There's a program that the NFL utilizes for foreign international players called the international player pathways. Is that what it's called? And it's designed to discover talents like yourself that are not Americans and give them
Starting point is 00:27:57 an opportunity to play in the league. I think there's actually like a, isn't there like a, you can have like a player on your roster? That's your roster spot. Yeah. But it doesn't get up to like three years. It does count to three. It does count for a 53 man.
Starting point is 00:28:10 Yeah. But I didn't practice. I got you're a lot of essentially an extra practice squad guy. If he's a part of this program, right? Yes. Yes. That's pretty much it. IPP.
Starting point is 00:28:20 Okay. Actually, I need to do any explanation. You can explain it really well. Well, how does, I guess like how how to like they have these in each country Like how do you find out about that? How do you submit to like even yeah? I gotcha and is it like a combine like you go there and run times so yeah So the IPP just for short has scouts that they will send out and coaches that they will go to these different countries. The whole point of the program was going through it was to bridge the connection from the NFL
Starting point is 00:28:52 to the international market. By doing that, they can select somebody who is either a standout in another sport or an up and coming athletic you know, athletic freak. And then through specimen, use them as the model to kind of bridge that connection that the NF1 once. So get a home town kid in the league. Yeah. Exactly. And I think that's a great initiative for the league. Sure. Really genius. Really genius. If you think about it, um, just keep getting rich. I guess. But to be honest, like, I think the way that IPP is run is amazing because they have their coaching staff and scouts that they fly out to these countries to work these kids out for the program that takes place state side. So you used to So, when I went there, it took place at IMG Academy. And then
Starting point is 00:29:53 they went to an Arizona gym last year, I think. It might still be IMG. They're all over the place. Yeah, they're everywhere. I think they're back at IMG this year, over the new year coming. The one in Florida. Yeah, the one in Florida. Yeah. Everybody thinks I went there because of this year. They knew you were coming. The one in Florida? Yeah, the one in Florida. Everybody thinks I went there because of this program. So I'd just say that I'm a graduate of RMG High School.
Starting point is 00:30:11 At 20 years old. You're already 20 years old when this happened. So what was the first thing they had to do? Like, work out, like, coaches coaching you up? Yeah, pretty much. Yeah. Pretty much it. They just, we did the 40, but like a normal combine. Yeah. Work out. Okay. And I think I think for bench press, I hit like
Starting point is 00:30:34 20 and I was like, that's pretty good. They're like, I'm not for your position. I was like, what position? Yeah. We're thinking of letting you play left tackle. I said, what's that? You know, letting you play a left tackle. I said, uh, what's that? I said, what do you think you were running back? I thought I was going to play running back till they said left. I was like, okay, that sounds like, it sounds like something else. Uh, I was like, okay, I feel like here we've seen the movie, the blind side. And I said, I said, fuck off because they called me big Mike in high school.
Starting point is 00:31:02 And I, I knew straight away. Oh, wait. They used to call me big Mike in high school and I knew straight away They used to call me big Mike in high school because that big-oath that played Michael or oh The big-oath and I was called big Mike so as soon as he said the blindside I remember oh, that's what let's tackle is yeah the blindside That's So what's the first time you found out all the positions that was all the I and G. Yeah, learning you do they teach you the positions like like broad terminology like is that we learn like what an overfront is yeah, that's where I learned all of that Yeah, we're learning that how long before you were a member of the field out of Eagles. Did you know like what a three-technique was?
Starting point is 00:31:44 so 2018 January, January 14th, I think it was. Yeah. 2018, January 14th. January 14th, 2018. Was the first day I went to IMG, and that was the start of the academy. And we were there until March 31st. So for that, during those three months, it was six days a week. So six, six,
Starting point is 00:32:08 12 hour days in a row. And we're just working out, combine work, and then film, film study, position study. And we just repeat on repeat and repeat. And I think probably about maybe a month in, I kind of like understood, okay, three tech, five tech gaps. Yeah. You know, like, basic position, like, reading the plays and stuff I could understand. And then I was like, oh, this isn't this isn't too hard. Yeah. Yeah. I was wrong. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:34 Yeah. I was wrong. I was wrong in that three month timeframe. How many NFL teams like, when did stout like come out? Yeah. Like, when did that happen? Stout is you off until I get filled a fairly close for all you 90% is it unaware? Sorry good. I went home after after the pro day my chili first
Starting point is 00:32:54 Well, it's actually my 28 went home. I came back April 1st Then I had my own pro day Okay, and before that pro day I met up with Stout the day before. Yeah. And the first time I met him, I didn't know if I should tell the story, to have a tour of your story. I missed his call. Stout's.
Starting point is 00:33:12 I missed his call. And you guys had just won the Super Bowl. Yeah. Yeah. And he left me a voicemail and I wish I fucking saved the voicemail. I shit you not. He ended it with, yeah, just give me a ring. It's coached Stout.
Starting point is 00:33:24 Okay. That's coached Stout. Super Bowl coached out super 52 champion no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no with you before tomorrow's pro day. Yeah. I wanna teach you to jet. So then I called him back and we organized it, met up with him in the classroom. And when I met him at the car, I was like, oh, this guy's such a sweet, lovely old man, like, you know. Went to the classroom. Man, turn on the switch and it was game on. I, he was quizzing me like I was like,
Starting point is 00:34:01 I don't know what the hell you talking about. Like, brother, I don't even know what you mean, but like the safety, like rotating on that. What the hell? So he's teaching me the progressions of 2Jet protection on the grease board. Yeah. Yeah. And after it, he goes, all right, make sure you take a photo with your mind. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:19 And then you rubbed out the board. And then that was the end of the meeting. I ran, packed up into that classroom. Thank God the grease board monster was still there because I just traced out everything. No way. I traced out. He's a flanker.
Starting point is 00:34:31 I can go, man. Talk about it. I traced out everything. It's fucking it, man. Took a picture. Or they shit out when I'm excited. The next day, before my pro day, again, met up with this time, time was like three coaches in there
Starting point is 00:34:45 and he told me hey teach me two-jit protection. Easy! I was like dude I mean like he teach me one so you can teach me something else yeah. Sometimes you just got to get the answers to the test man. Oh, I'll teach you three-jit protection. something else. Sometimes you just got to get the answers to the test. The camera fit the photo. So you had never seen really football outside of the shroom wall. Did I know anything about the sport? You go to a completely
Starting point is 00:35:22 different country. You go into a program different country at the age of 20. You go into a program for three months and you are hoping to get your shot at the NFL. What is, I mean, dude, it's insane. What is your family saying? What are your friends? What are your rugby teammates saying? Where people are like, oh yeah,
Starting point is 00:35:43 you should definitely go try making make it in the NFL. Like, yeah, how did that? What did everybody think of you doing this before you got draft? I mean, I'll start it with my family. Okay. My family didn't want me to do it. It's just because they were looking out for me. They thought, you know, you didn't know anything about the sport.
Starting point is 00:36:01 Why are you trying to go over there and you think you can pick up something and master it? You know, pretty audacious. I mean, I get it. I get it. I get it. I was like, I was like, look how naive of me to really think that I can go over here and just learn the sport. But for me, I was like, oh, well, you know, it's three months. I'm 20 years old.
Starting point is 00:36:19 If it doesn't work out, I just come back here, pick up rocks and go play for free at rugby. I'm like, fucking Bill's stage is just, yeah, I could just do that. I'll come back here, pick up rocks and go play for free at rugby. Fucking build stages. I'm just, yeah, I could just do that. Come back, do what I'm doing right now. I just, after a year of doing what I did, I didn't want to keep doing that. So I was like, I just want to try something new. I was getting paid. I don't know if I'm allowed to say that.
Starting point is 00:36:40 I think me and another rugby player, actually, I'm allowed. I was paid to come, you know, was compensated, I should say, for those three months. Literally, they may have liked to them about how much I was making for the compensation. You definitely was. Right. That's my fucking kind of guy right there. That's my fucking kind of guy. Flacon. Flacon.
Starting point is 00:37:05 Um, but you know, they compensated me and I at first my family was like, it's not worth it. Like you, why would you do that? Why would you give up on your rugby dreams? And I just honestly just couldn't be asked working to keep paying my way and my family this, my, my, my parents raised us to be real workers and hard workers and to follow through on what you start, on something that you start. And so for me, when I said I was going to try this out, they were like, it's crazy. So the way I grew up, you have to get permission from your parents. So I asked my parents for permission.
Starting point is 00:37:39 They shot me down right away. Yeah. Waited a couple weeks, I asked again. Yeah. Oh, yeah. They give you the ass. Cut the bless. So, yeah, man, that's crazy. Wow. I didn't ask Ed Kelsey for anything.
Starting point is 00:37:54 I was just like, I'm not about to do this. I was about to do this. I don't think, yeah, dad wouldn't have. Yeah. I didn't ask dad if I could take the car when I was in middle school. I just fucking did it It's a good point. That path to the draft or path to the NFL is absolutely wild Why don't we get to some draft day stories? Let's do it man. Let's jump into the the NFL draft experience
Starting point is 00:38:24 Jordan you had a lot of doubters during your draft process because You know how new you were to the sport and everything And you wanting to be a running back and not really in on playing left tackle when the draft did come around Did you think you were gonna get selected like were you like yeah? No, I'm like one of the best athletes in this thing which is What you are like one of the best athletes in this thing, which is what you are. No, man, I, I, I, for real, I'm going to invite it to go to the draft in Dallas. Oh, wow. And I guess NFL films wanted to just capture the whole thing of like the potential
Starting point is 00:39:02 of the always. They always know they always know they knew Jason's documentary was going to be the best. The prime's ever seen. They always know they knew Jason's documentary was going to be the best the entire prime ever seen. I I I I I I
Starting point is 00:39:10 I mean day two I actually flew out there on day two and then like the end of day two They told me like you're probably gonna if you were to get drafted you probably be a day three I was like listen, I'm just living it up right now as if you guys are paying for all my meals paying for my room my travel I said this is cool. I said, dude, you tell me I just have to talk into a camera. I'm like, dude, I'm cool with that. And then the day three happened and waiting around all day was crazy. And I really didn't think I was going to get drafted. I was just there for the, I was just there for the ride. Sure. And enjoy the ride. It was surreal though, because when they say, oh, you're going to get random course from teams.
Starting point is 00:39:49 And sure enough, like these area codes pop up of towns that never heard of before my life. And what green bag? I thought it was Ohio. It was Ohio. Cleveland. Cleveland. Oh, I can't remember what it was.
Starting point is 00:40:02 West Lake. Might have been West Lake. Yeah. And you know, pick it up. What it was? Might have been West Lake. And picking up the Gagogy agent there, I was still with my rugby agent. Yeah. And he was getting a couple calls saying, like, this team wants you, they want you undrafted,
Starting point is 00:40:16 they, if you don't go drafted, they're gonna reach out. And in my head, I'm like, well, I can still go on the program. Yeah. Because I'm still technically still part of the program. And if I don't get drafted, I just get slotted on to a piece. Well, somebody's going to use a piece. Exactly. Right. And I almost went to Pittsburgh. Do I mean, I can see it. It fits. I almost went to Pittsburgh. I found that out. Probably they're going to to be using it through the pathways. Through the pathways. Yeah. Through the pathways. Jeff Stoutman said not so fast.
Starting point is 00:40:51 Not so fast. Whoever made the call. Brandon Brown was the only family. Really? Brandon Brown was the one who was at the pro day. Actually, I had our combine day. At our combine day with five of us. Actually, I had our combine day and our combine day with five of us. Yeah. We joined a local combine in Tampa and we were at the Bucks facility. That's what they hosted it. And Brandon Brown was one of the scouts here. So shout out to you, Brandon Brown, BB. He was like, I got this guy. There's this big ass. I'm straight. 10 pounds body fat, 10%. What do you want to do?
Starting point is 00:41:29 Runs like Jerome Betis. I was pretty 40, but probably three. Okay, 40. Just a fucking specimen. I know I ran it five flat, but haters will say five, 10. Ah! Still, haters will say five. still moving for that, yeah. That body of mass.
Starting point is 00:41:47 Well, the Eagles found a way to draft you the 233rd overall pick. When you got the call of being drafted, who was the one that spoke to you? Was it Stowlin? It was Brandon Brown. The, he was the one who called me first and he told me, hey,
Starting point is 00:42:04 our GM would like to speak to you and I was like, okay Okay, and then did you say our super bowl champion? Oh man, he's gonna kill me if you guys leave that No, but a fact Staudi. I love you, but I know that's what you left because I The impression that was left upon me. I was just like wow this guy's really a big deal. Yeah This guy's real the real deal. He's the real deal I like I never heard of anybody introduce himself like that and then say goodbye like that Like I'm I'm I in the wrong here. No, no, this is hilarious. It's spot on you spot on with this is great
Starting point is 00:42:42 So Brandon's on the phone. Brandon's gonna hand it to how he did. Yeah, then then it's how he. Yeah. And I start crying. I just start crying because I'm like, fuck, like so many emotions and I just couldn't believe they're like, you know, I understood what it meant to be drafted because of how we were coached during the program and the privilege or even just being on a P squad, having the opportunity to play in the NFL and represent the NFL and the country that you're from.
Starting point is 00:43:07 Yeah. And so, I guess, the past three months, going six days straight, one day, oh yeah, dude. Yeah, for three months, it felt like a long-ass training. Having to get the blessing from your family just to do it, like this is, that's not an unbelievable story, man.
Starting point is 00:43:23 You have to have a participation slip signed by your parents. That's crazy. That's because it's a Simon, it's a Simon, that the culture, man, you got to ask your parents, if you're not married, then you have to ask your parents. But for permission. Oh, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:41 That's just when you move out of the house. It's a law, there's a law. It's a law, there's a Simon culture, man. You just, it's just when you move out of the house. So law this a moment. It's a law Let's just sign on culture man. You just the way I was brought up. So you talked to how he you tell you the draft He did you talk to stout at all? Yeah, we'll talk to Doug and I talked to stout Doug, Doug, then stout. Yeah, there we go. Did stout leave you with anything? Just he just come in here and be ready to roll. He's like, you gotta be hungry. You gotta stay hungry.
Starting point is 00:44:07 But you know, we're so excited to have you and, you know. You're the hungry dogs, aren't you? Yes, we're dogs, aren't fat. I don't know. There you go. So you get drafted, you come to Philadelphia, and you enter in your words, as Travis just put, Jeff Stoutland University.
Starting point is 00:44:21 I mean, he has to be the mentor that you were looking for, man. I mean, he has to be the mentor that you are looking for, man. I mean, outside of telling the Eagles, you know, hungry dogs run faster. And that was the mentality that they had and like catapulted them into the, into winning the Super Bowl the year before you got drafted. I mean, to have one of the best, you know, offensive lineman minds or coaches, you know, that had to be a frickin big mentor for you. For sure, man.
Starting point is 00:44:46 I didn't really understand, again, what I was really walking into when I got drafted and when I came to Philly and just that little snippet of stout and how passionate he is, you know, when he conducted that interview with me was, wasn't enough for me to really understand the kind of person he was. Really hard coach, a really passionate coach, really detailed coach, but then the day the man just gives a fuck about the player and the sport. And man, it was crazy.
Starting point is 00:45:16 It was crazy walking into that locker room because he had obviously we had kills. Jason Peters, Brandon Brooks, JP, Madeleine Johnson, Wysnowski, Isaac Silmahloin, and Big V. That was the locker room I was able to be a part of. Forget about chance warm-ac too, man. So I was very privileged to walk into a room
Starting point is 00:45:42 with very experienced guys and then also have a coach like Stout that brought me along along the way. Oh yeah, man. Well, hats off, brother. So you go from Australia to Philly, what was the most extreme Philly thing that you're all in on or was like was a huge shock for you?
Starting point is 00:46:03 Coach, Philly thing. Like how average the cheese steaks are. Oh, shit. Don't you dare do that. I fucking get every time I'm in Philly. So I would say, uh, definitely, I thought I thought I grew up in a town that that was really die hard about sports. It's different here. Different. It is. It is. It is. It is. It is. It is. It is. It is. It is. Yeah. And I thought the time I grew up in was
Starting point is 00:46:25 die hard. Yeah. I thought we were the half-man passionate. No. I feel he felt he culture his. I don't think it can be matched. Maybe it can be matched. Maybe in England with the soccer. And just be honest. Sock of the air is pretty big. Sure. So how much better is the food in Philadelphia than I'll show you? Do I not word that right? No.
Starting point is 00:46:47 I know. I just look at you and you're like, you're setting me up, you're feasting shit. You're setting me up. You know how he does things. Man, the food in Philly is really good. Really, really good. The food back home is okay.
Starting point is 00:47:04 It's okay. It's okay. I grew up with it. So it's like I do miss I do miss our Middle Eastern food. That's why I grew up around what's a popular sandwich. I'll show you. Um, you guys have your meat pie popular sandwich. It's not a sandwich. I mean, it's a pie. It's a meat pies on on a sandwich. Okay, fine. You guys have me. What's better meat pies or cheese sticks? It's the Politicians see the this way that way yeah I do I can't pick one yeah, I'm be be simple fair enough. You have a food truck. That's Yes, I do have a not my food truck, but yes, I do I am an ambassador for good angle me So yes, what's one Philly thing that you still don't understand that you you know, you're just can't get behind her You just don't get it. I'll probably say like the driving here. I can't I don't understand the driving in Philly
Starting point is 00:48:11 I might be something very controversial I'm very I'm a very like reserved driver. I didn't like to use my horn. Yeah I don't know how he got all the fill of my I don't use my home here to America The as soon as the light turns green Yeah, let's say they're moving fast man if you're three cars back, man You don't want to you get stuck in a fucking another light One that pisses me off that happens a lot in Philly I mean everybody's in a hurry on the East Coast. If you like I cannot stand when I get to a light and somebody in the left turn lane decides to jump the light and turn left, like as soon as it turns go, that one, like not it makes you want to hit a good minute.
Starting point is 00:48:54 One of these days, I'm going to do it because I don't care. I'll take the repair bill. I'm going to really need the repair bill. They're not, they're not allowed to do that. Well, either way, I don't know what would be the result, but I don't care. I'm going to ruin the value of your vehicle. Starting point is 00:51:04 There've been some great answers for this. I expect nothing less from you, Jordan. What was your first impression on Jason Kelsey? I'll go upstairs. It took me a little bit to match that Jason Kelsey was a guy that gave the the parade speech. So it took a little bit of a tour together. That's all right. First I was like, oh Jason Kelsey's just the center for the Philadelphia Eagles. And then the more I was there, I was like, wait a minute. That's a guy in the fucking suit. I'm like, oh, this guy's fucking legend from the speech. It's really. This guy's fucking legend. But
Starting point is 00:51:47 the sooner or not far, that legendaries I found out real quick at how how serious this man was about football, but he knew when to turn it on and turn it off. So that was fun. Getting to see him and Stout. I thought this man was Einstein when I first got there because when I was learning the plays and he's sitting in the classroom and just the only two voices I heard was Stout and Kels and the occasional whiz. Yeah. Yeah. There's almost to the talk. You, JP and those guys were talked to you, but after more after the, like, yes, I think he's not saying nothing to the meeting.
Starting point is 00:52:29 No, but I've got to them be like, hey, what they mean by this. I felt like I couldn't go up to Kels because I was like, they're on the same page, he's in the same page of style. They have their own language. I don't know if they speak in English anymore. That's shit. This was crazy. My head, I'm like, man, this guy's like a genius.
Starting point is 00:52:46 This guy invented football. Like Jesus Christ. That was my first impression. And this is kind of something you didn't know anything. I'm saying they're like, man, and I knew I wasn't crazy because I could see the other rookies like one of them was sleeping. Yeah, rookies are sleeping. You already know who else.
Starting point is 00:53:05 I don't know who about. And then like the other two, I looked at me like, do you understand what they're saying? I'm like, you're asking me, I just got here like three months ago. Like, what are you asking me? I understand. Like this was,
Starting point is 00:53:17 I'm like, you got to know which about you man. But that was my first impressions of Kels because I was, it was really this guy's a genius. Fucking Einstein. Galley. It's just a fucking just a dummy trying to answer no dumb question.
Starting point is 00:53:30 Like, uh, did you feel like you fit into the old line room? I don't think the the world understands how unique an offensive line room is, man. What do you mean by that? Would it? It's like, something like the most, you know, gosh, what do you mean by that? Would it that's like some of like the most, you know, gosh, what do I mean by that? Like it's not a, it's not a, I'm not saying, I'm not poking at you guys, but no, I'm not digging at you guys by any means, man,
Starting point is 00:53:54 it really is a unique like chemistry. It's a unique way of life. Like I know offensive lineman that will put in like a delivery order before an away game. Like I know offensive lineman that will put in like A delivery order before an away game like we're in Denver and at Noon knowing that he's gonna get home at 10 p.m. And it's gonna be hungry Delivery order Sit on his front porch like like old lineman are so unique We sit on his front porch like like old line men are so unique
Starting point is 00:54:28 That I I really can't even explain it. I'm gonna have to really get down to the tube But did you did you see and like feel how different the old line room was from everybody else when you first got there? Yeah, man. I was just flying the wall. I was just trying to suck up and learn everything I could Even just about the culture because I didn't you know the locker room from rugby to The NFL was way different Any different in terms of what how in terms of chemistry? In terms of Was it better and the rugby or better in the other? Chase you can't ask him questions like that stop trying to just
Starting point is 00:55:03 You're making a shit on somebody. Okay, let me see if I can pray. So I know like, is it, was it more of like a, it was more, it was more crazy. Yes. Like family, like brotherhood, the whole locker room. And it'll, uh, rug me. And, but that's because we don't have 50 fucking 53 people in a, in a roster. So you know, we had like, we had like, we had probably 26 to 30 plays. And that was the full team. You know, they're like, precision meetings, women's or peers, like everybody kind of meeting together.
Starting point is 00:55:33 Everyone's kind of meeting together. Yeah, so it's more of like, in football, everybody gets like segmented. Separate. They're their task or their position. So I can see that. So 100%. So that was like, that was a big
Starting point is 00:55:47 thing for me was like, oh, I was like, you know, they had like everybody had clicks, old groups. But you know, rugby, that was just the one group. Yeah. I think maybe that's why you, I feel like you more than a lot of other guys aren't like clicky. Like you make it a point to hang out with everybody. Yeah. And to like, you know, I think that's one of the, like you're a natural leader in regards to that. Like you talk to everybody in the game, offense, defense, like I feel like you do a really, really good job of that. Maybe that's from that rugby background.
Starting point is 00:56:16 I can go out into like art, what we're doing. Yeah. All the times, right? Yeah. Whenever I look up, maybe I should sit down the bench. I'm hoping. Well, yeah. whenever I look up maybe maybe I should sit down the bitch You'll drop you After the other day Because he's like what's your dad he's over there conversing with guys
Starting point is 00:56:35 I think you should keep being who you are but definitely make sure you clear it with style Yeah, yeah, I did this last game. I did I was like stop. I'm just going down there to get gay rate Yeah, I've made sure I read it by him this time because I didn't want to get you out at Where do we get doing where's yet? You always want to run off. I can get down to get the correction You got it. We got it when I'm talking about it. You got to listen Anyways, sorry, so when you when you get the Eagles, you don't know anything about football. You're learning it's not you We already talked. There's a lot of really, really
Starting point is 00:57:06 experienced veteran guys in the room. Who are the guys that took you really under their wing, the most in your first, even a couple of years, like maybe not even just your first year, like? Who are the guys that went out of their way to explain the game and to help you? When it comes to the game, definitely JP and Lane, but for every day, just how I was doing and making sure that my mental is okay. Big V, big V, man. I love big V, man. He is one of
Starting point is 00:57:35 the best mentors and friends that I ever had. I mean, you took me under your wing too, with the headbutt. Yeah, I don't know if that's under a wing, but almost sent me to the wing in the hospital because hopefully emergency wing. Jesus Christ. Big V was a big mental to me, just off the off the field stuff and you know whenever I didn't understand anything that stout was going on about I would go to V and he would just thumb it down for me. And then when it came to technique stuff, JP and Lane would always talk to me about technique and teach me and coach me through it. Um, you
Starting point is 00:58:14 said, even Wiz and Kels, you know, when it came to technique stuff, everybody, that was the beauty of the, the, the online room. That's what I'm saying. It's so unique. You don't get that in every room, man. That's what I learned. That's what I learned. Is the old line room maybe the most similar to the rugby kind of culture? For sure. Yeah. For sure.
Starting point is 00:58:36 For sure. What about the tight ends? I mean, we had them in everyone's. I think Dallas. I'm a lot of Travis. He's kind of more of a receiver. I'm a flanger man. I'm going with the wind. Okay. I see you guys on the other side. Honestly, you and Travis are very similar.
Starting point is 00:58:51 Travis always talking to all the, I'm talking to him. I think never on the fucking bench in Melvin. He does not love that, but I don't know. It's like, yeah, they were just in the, a four three cover, cover four. And I was just sitting there sitting there like I just yeah, I saw it. I was there. I was there. I was just out there. I saw what do we review it? Do you have something for me? Let's do it. All right. Cool. What's next? Okay. We got those coming up. Nice. I love that.
Starting point is 00:59:20 I thought you were down yet. Since we're talking your first years in the league though. We always asked us to all of our guests at play in the league. What was your welcome to the NFL moment? Great question. Training camp, rookie year. Going to do a one-on-one and I'm versing Steven Means. Oh yeah you already know. And that man set me down back. I got burrushed. I get out of my stance and I don't know how I got there and I get to my spot. I'm like oh that's throwing my hands. And then I'm looking up at the sky. Sun he just son he just oh my god headbutt me and well she was a headbutt he bush me but yeah man that was my welcome to the NFL moment because I was yeah I felt helpless is probably one of the first times you had ever been like I want to say that in him but like somebody a put you took you on a ride yeah
Starting point is 01:00:20 Stephen means did it really and and then the next week he comes up. He did it to the next weekend Okay, yeah, it was good. I was like for a guy who you know, just started playing I was like, yeah, at least at least the guys been playing his whole life I would say that was my fucking. That or either getting blindsided, my fourth preseason game, my first year. I forgot about that. And this rethrough of pick against Jets,
Starting point is 01:00:52 it was at home. And I had an outlawed blindside like block shit. You know what I mean? Like it still wasn't a problem. Oh yeah. Yeah. And Jets. They didn't go with Jets.
Starting point is 01:01:03 He doesn't even know. I didn't know. I didn't know. know have you had on a swivel have you had on his swivel? No, I just had highs on the ball and Frankie Louver Shout out to Frankie Frankie Louver Just leveled me. I was the first time I'd ever been leveled like that like what the fuck was that? Third I was like fucking exactly what happened. I was like fuck just happened That's what it used to be Bro, it was awesome That's fucking that's fucking football That's for rookies
Starting point is 01:01:32 In rugby, they're not allowed to ball. Yeah, you can't leave it as your shoulder But you like to block it all You can you can wrap like when you hit No, I told me in a section like you don't have the ball so many blinds you can't block them right you're not allowed to know so it makes sense That wasn't you don't even think about that you just think about Well, which you make some impressive tackles because it never be back on but Thank you. Yeah, you're that was probably a pretty new experience. I yeah that Yeah, that was probably my welcome to the NFL moment for sure
Starting point is 01:02:04 Yeah, that, that was probably my welcome to the NFL moment for sure. Well, we don't have to talk about it long, but we do have to at least talk about because how crazy your story is. You made it to the Super Bowl. How did you enjoy that experience outside of like the ending of the game and all that? I want to get in all that, but like the build up the media leading up to the game. I'm trying to keep it. You know what I mean? I'm not Jason. I'm not just going to fucking chap you the knees. I'm trying to keep it, you know what I mean? I'm not Jason, I'm not just gonna fucking chap you the knees. I'm gonna fucking be, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:02:30 Understanding of this situation. I've lost a fucking Super Bowl too, so I get it. I get it, but how was that experience, man? It had to be, it had to be like, because you literally went from not playing at all. It was just a dream to literally playing in the Super Bowl, man. Man, when did it begin? I mean, I couldn't believe that one that we actually were going to a Superbow, I didn't
Starting point is 01:02:56 have that as a, as a, you know, when people ask you like, Oh, you know, what are your long term, short term goals? You'll, you'll five year goals, ten year goals. Like, I didn't, I didn't have any of that in the process or on my list. And then when you found out it really just hits you. Again, you just understand the position that you're in and the opportunity that you have to go out there. And the whole time I was just thinking like, man, everything that we've sacrificed because it is hard, man. the NFL is a hard lifestyle. And you get rewarded pretty well.
Starting point is 01:03:28 The pay and all the other stuff that you get with it, the perks, definitely a lot of upside. But the downside is there's a lot to and when you make it all the way, you just are very appreciative. And especially in my case, I was just reflected on everything that it took to get there. Hell yeah. And then get to go and shed that moment with the guys you've been, you've been grinding it out all year with.
Starting point is 01:03:54 Flash forward, you are now in your six year in the NFL. You are, I think as of this week, the number one rated tackle on PFF for whatever that's worth. But I mean, from not playing the game at all six years ago to being the highest rated tag on the league, pretty non-impressive. We're going to get to the 2023 Eagles. Correct. What's happening right now. First thing we're going to talk about is what everybody's talking about with the Philadelphia Eagles, which is the brotherly shove. One of the reasons we gotta talk to you about this is because you're our resident, I mean, rugby expert. We've talked a lot in the show.
Starting point is 01:04:31 Oh, that's mad. It's in the news almost every week at this point across the NFL, but of course, it is an integral part of the brotherly shove play. First and foremost, how do you feel about the criticism that the play should be banned because it's a rugby play? I mean, who's saying that? Peter King notably
Starting point is 01:04:55 pretty much as maybe shout out to Peter. We love Peter. We're not going to appreciate you on the main one saying, yeah, we love you, we love you. I mean, but you're wrong. I mean, it is certainly certainly a take that I don't understand why he said that it's got nothing to do with any rugby movements So you're saying it's not a rugby play. Is it not similar to the scrum? What how is it different than a scrum to the scrum is much harder than the the toothbrush? Depends on if it's the defense or the off. Yeah. Whatever it is.
Starting point is 01:05:29 What scrum is way higher. So why is the scrum harder? You have to essentially, you have to interlock with, it's two to three guys, four guys and two. I'm saying you got the shoulder around the other guy. You got to interlock with guys and then you have to, yeah, and then you push and you push but like how much of it how much if I want to be honest with me how much of it is kind of for sure Like how much of it is kind of just like yeah, we're kind of just leaning on each other, but we're not really pushing
Starting point is 01:06:01 You you can definitely doing this to you all fucking episode. What am I doing? Let's get a question. What am I doing? Oh man. I think it's definitely not for show. It's really not for show. You can see when they push, sometimes when they push,
Starting point is 01:06:21 they just collapse straight away because of the not on which way. There's too much force. Yeah. It's way too much force going in. And if they don't hit it right, that's why the teams can't sustain it. Yeah. So it's definitely not a rugby flag. So it's not a rugby flag. Rugby scrum harder than the Bradley show.
Starting point is 01:06:39 Yes. Okay. Do you think you are good at the Bradley show? Because I listen, a lot of people give me and Jalen, the most amount of credit. But I think if you look at the tape unequivocally, you and Landon get a- It's the second.
Starting point is 01:06:55 The majority of the push. It's the same. What, what, what, what, I'm, do you think you're so good at it? Mass. Do you at least incorporate rugby, scrum, techniques and fundamentals in the brotherly shoved that you do? Or is it like not even close to the same thing? I learned the brotherly shoved here at the Eagles. Okay. I didn't incorporate
Starting point is 01:07:17 anything. So not for carry over. Okay. Right. leverage. leverage. your JP and sound taught me the brotherly shoved. Cause that's right. Let's be honest. Teach me. Teach me. Let's be honest. No, the eagles have always been good at running snakes. They had that Like you guys have always been good and that's where I learned it from and then we just carried it over and then Yeah, Sireani Take us to another level and run. Well, he sees that we're really good at it because we've always been really good. Sure And then now I just, I just do whatever, whatever you told me
Starting point is 01:07:47 all this years ago. That's what I do now. I don't want to give it away, but you know, I just, I do what you, what you essentially told me and it works every time. How do you feel about people wanting to band the play in general? I get it, but then I don't get it. Yeah, I mean, like I get it, but I don't get it. Yeah, I mean, like, I get it, but I don't get it. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:09 Like, what are we gonna, what are we gonna ban a fade to AJ Brown? Cause it works every fucking time. Probably not. I understand the frustrations. Like, if we were getting destroyed like that, like I would understand. Yeah. But I don't know why more people just need to run it. They're trying.
Starting point is 01:08:27 They're trying. Run it. Better. You get the fucking Swedish scientist. What was the dude? Orgum, how'd you go? You know where Richie Gray? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:36 He's going to get back out of the... I'm not with my Scottish accent. Scottish, man. I thought it was hilarious. It was pretty spot on, like, word for word, what he said though. Yeah. Definitely not the pretty spot on like word for word what he said though. Definitely not the right accent but word for word. Word for word what all mate was saying. What all mate was saying was true.
Starting point is 01:08:52 It was great. Well, let's talk some some Eagles D line man a little bit and you guys are going up against. I mean arguably the best defensive line in the league. I mean is Jalen Carter the best rookie you've ever faced Since you've been in the league. Yeah hands down He doesn't play out on the edge to when he looks out mostly inside, but when he loops out he's laughing at me He is laughing as he's looping out from a three-tack and he's Basically just trying to get get to my inside and just beat me inside after he's looked out
Starting point is 01:09:24 He's looked out all the way then he just comes back inside. It's amazing It's like incredible. I've never seen anybody do that and he's laughing all time It's actually a really good dude. He's a great. She's a really good dude I'm really thankful that he likes me and that Because I feel like he could just destroy me Because I know and he just kind of messes around I. He kind of treats like the older guys like we're like like a bear like playing with like you pray. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:09:53 Just like a poise. Yeah, like I'm like, yeah, thank you guys. They're not treating me the way you just treated the backup right. Oh my God. Just be so great. Just be cool. Just be cool. Just be cool.
Starting point is 01:10:04 Just be cool. Just be cool. Just be sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 01:10:12 I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 01:10:20 I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. this, you know, the Philly dogs or whatever you want to call this D line. What do you think has made this unit just so successful? Like, is it just their tenacity? How athletic they are? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:10:31 How does this? Dude, this, this group is hell athletic. I mean, have you seen how just what is built as advertised? God, I'm serious. Like these guys, uh, loves to hear that. These guys are athletic freaks, man. And he look at Jaylin.
Starting point is 01:10:50 He look at Jaylin Cotta and you're just like, oh, that's it. And then he just, oh, boom, you can hit you anyway. You, if you don't give him the respect, I think that's a good point. If you don't give them the respect that he deserves, he will make a full of you. Yeah. Yeah. He will make a full of you. Yeah, yeah, he'll make a full of you. Let's talk about your relationship with Jalen Hurtz a little bit. You were recently asked about Jalen
Starting point is 01:11:13 playing through injuries, you said, I fucking love that. It inspires us to lock it up. Locked up? Locked up. I fucking love that. It inspires us to lock it up and firm it up and pass protection. I mean, Jesus, the guys of warrior, love him. I love that and inspires us to lock it up and firm it up and pass protection. I mean Jesus the guys are warrior love him
Starting point is 01:11:26 I love that man. I love that man to death man Yeah, what is what is the dynamic like with you? It's kind of weird man. I feel like he's like my brother. Yeah, but then he also is like my older brother because he's got an old soul. He doesn't. He's got an old soul. He's got an old soul. He's got a hundred percent man. He's younger than me. Like, like, what? Why are you so mature? Like level headed? Yeah, it's like crazy, man. Like, the guy's got a great head on his shoulders, man. Yeah, for sure like crazy man. Like the guys got a great head on the shoulders man for sure and
Starting point is 01:12:06 I mean It's it's truly amazing seeing his like development For sure from when he came in as a rookie to now man, man. I mean, he's a real true born leader man true true Bolinda well, I know he I know he got Jason The his first ever Louis Vuitton double bag. Oh, I mean, that was man. Did he introduce Louis video? Did he introduce Louis to you?
Starting point is 01:12:31 Yeah, I'm going to be uh, this is on a guy too. But uh, when we got this with Christmas, I was like, you know, it's so bad. It's like, it's great. If I was going to Louis bag, it would be a black Louis bag. This is it. Like, it would be a black Louis bag. I was like, that's really nice. We'll be right back with our guest, Jordan Malata.

Starting point is 01:15:20 All right, here we go. We talked about Rushmore on, this show Jason, I don't forget what Mount Rushmore we asked you. Um, I put myself on my own Mount Rushmore like a selfish prick, but let's ask you, uh, what your Mount Rushmore is and we're gonna, we're gonna have some fun with you being from Australia. We'd like to rank in all time greats on this show, uh, who's on your Mount Rushmore of Australians? I'm going to show who is on your Mount Rushmore of Australians. This is good because he doesn't know any tackles historically anyways. Perfect. So, yeah, who do you have? We got some.
Starting point is 01:15:53 Do you want us to throw some out there that you have four that you can just... Do you need what Americans... So this list was comprised of our American producers. Tell us if this is a good list of Australians that represent. Yes, you're about Rushmore. Okay, Russell Crowe. Yes. Hi. Yeah, very high. Okay, Rusty. He ledger 100% I didn't know he ledger was all straight. It was Australia. Okay. Hugh Jack. Oh, yes. Okay. Margo Robbie. Mm-hmm. This is a good list. Yeah, okay. I'm really Steve Irwin the fucking icon Number one on my list Pink Kidman, right? Yeah Hemsworth brothers. Yeah. Yeah, yeah Paul Hogan
Starting point is 01:16:37 Paul Hogan, yeah, not to be confused with Hogan, huh Paul Hogan, yep. I'll look him up. Place. Oh I'm looking. Paul Hogan, yep, look him up, please. It's just such a common name over there. I just want to know what you're talking about. Oh my, yeah. Oh, God, you're inventing foster beer. Foster's.
Starting point is 01:16:56 It's straggit for beer. You guys like fosters? Man. Is it really the Australian beer? Foster's, Foster's is not a Australian beer. It's not. Wait, why? It's a fucking, you didn't know this. I told you, I told you this when they came
Starting point is 01:17:06 down to the drive and you betrayed me, we let that, you let that on the, we let that on the, you betrayed me. Fosters is not a shalein beer. It is just Australian themed, made in the middle of nowhere in America. So you can just get it to all of that. That was the other. Besides Reese's and Diabeptes, you also say, Foster's. Oh, yeah. And then he always say, like, shrimp on the Bobby.
Starting point is 01:17:31 Oh my god. Oh, yeah, I'm never said that. He never did that. All right. What time I know?
Starting point is 01:17:41 So, yeah, Foster's was founded in 1888 and Melbourne, Victoria by two American brothers who sold the brewery a year later. So it used to be a fuck me. It used to be in Australia, but now apparently it is American with you Jordan. I'll definitely go Steve Owen. Steve or waste the one of the greats. Taken down by a wild animal vicious. Stingray. Hmm. Hmm. He should have killed race. They did kill it, didn't they? If they didn't, they should have killed itself after he did that this. Steve. Do you see our stingrays like bumblebees like if they sting you, do they die?
Starting point is 01:18:19 No, don't think so. Yeah, Steve Owen. Who else you got? I have to say Nicole Kidman. What? Yeah. Have that list. She's a legend for sure. Then he's back in Jason. Don't fucking ask questions.
Starting point is 01:18:35 I respect it. It's not my list. I'm not Australian. I gotta go back. I gotta go back on hate. I gotta go back on hate. Heave? Okay.
Starting point is 01:18:42 No, I'm not. Okay, let me just, he's out. So we're gonna go and Steve Owen. Steve Owen. Hugh Jackman. Hugh Jackman. Hugh. He's okay. No, no, okay. Let me see. He's out. So we're gonna go. Steve Owen. Steve Erwin. Hugh Jackman. Hugh Jackman. Hugh Russell cry. Russell Crowe. Nicole Kidman. Nicole Kidman. And then you know you're four. No, you're five. You're the only four presidents. You get five. Oh, who? Who else? We're gonna have him. Who's not a who's honorable man? And you were just about to say this is my melata.
Starting point is 01:19:04 I just go before I'm gonna go before. No, I'm gonna do five. That's respect. Who's the mentioned that you were just about to say this is my molotta Let's just go with full. I'm gonna go before no That's respectful who's the ad man who's the ad man or woman out? You can also choose right this. Yeah, I'm trying to try and think of Probably be like the the hands with bars and would definitely be the fifth one. Okay, The hands with bars since that's one. Yeah. I mean, um, got it. I mean, that's it. That's an honorable list right there. Now that we, we got an Australian's view of what an Australian Mount Rushmore, uh, is I'm going to get crucified. Let's discuss the fact that you're not actually Australian. Oh my god. I was hoping you weren't going to bring it up.
Starting point is 01:19:45 I think this will help. We're going to put the pressure on the Australian government. Yeah. 100%. So Jordan, my lot of was born and is lived in Australia, only country outside of coming to United States. Yes. Accurately saying yes. Okay. But is not an Australian citizen. Right. Because Australia does not have naturalized citizenship. In other words, if you're born in Australia, you do not automatically get citizenship as an Australian. So you born and grew up there for the first 20 years of your life. And you still are not Australian. You're also not American. The only citizenship you have in the world is New Zealand, because one of your parents is a New Zealander? Yes, New Zealand citizen. So I got it by descent. Yeah, my parents are New Zealand citizens.
Starting point is 01:20:30 Yes. But yeah, all that is true. Wow. Technically speaking, I'm a key wiser. But I identify as an Aussie. I mean, that's all I do. It's all I do. So it's like, it helped me out. It helped me out.
Starting point is 01:20:47 Okay, but how many more people in Australia are watching football and how much love do you, are you recognizing Australia as being an NFL player? I would say good chunk now. I could definitely have gotten behind watching the sport. The biggest killer is the time difference because Because guys are people have to work. We've got a lot of difference, right? Well, depending on who you are. Three AM or four AM.
Starting point is 01:21:09 Yeah. Okay. Yeah. So you're right about us. Yeah. All right. Well, yeah, what do we got to do to get my man in an Australian green?
Starting point is 01:21:18 This happened. She's only representing some of the beautiful things that have happened in your country Representing Australia to the fullest as an unbelievable human being and rock star athlete. I mean what else is a guy have to do exactly He's born the only places ever lived. I think we should make this happen Who we got to talk to who's the old story? Yeah, who's the old story in prime minister? Don't get this and that's probably why I don't have my season. Jason, stop making questions. We'll cut that out. We'll cut that out.
Starting point is 01:21:50 We'll cut that out. And then probably why I don't. No, I know, I know, I know, I've been easy. I've been easy. Nice. This is the same guy that called me the night before the Super Bowl and he's like, I just want to say congratulations when we're sure all the best that are next morning I get up. It's all over fucking face of Instagram Facebook. Look at my fuck up. I was recording on his end
Starting point is 01:22:19 Let's let's keep this thing moving to one of my favorite segments where we have a guest It's called we gotta ask but you don't have to answer. You can literally tell us to fuck off. Jumping straight into it, Jason. You want to jump into it? Sure. Spoiler alert. You were on the mask scene, okay?
Starting point is 01:22:35 As thing I'm about, how the hell did this come about? Um, they reached out to my agency. Okay. Yeah. And I guess the casting director, somebody on the casting directing team, it was an Eagles fan. And they knew that I could sing. Yeah. And that's they reached out to my agency and they reached out to me. Are you upset that you were not chosen as should you have one? Were there politics involved in the mass singer? Yes.
Starting point is 01:23:12 I want to fuck an ounce of that one. Yes. Yes. Absolutely. Okay. I don't think I should have wanted. Yeah. I definitely should have gone further a lot further. They're not. Yeah. All right. But I had a great time on the show. That was nice. Man. How many toes do you have because AJ Brown says you have 12? Well, this is the fuck I said I had eight What I don't know how it is 12
Starting point is 01:23:35 That's might be the more confusing thing you don't have Extra toes you just have two of your toes that are combined. Yes, so think of this as my foot these two are combined But they're like fully, they're fully stuck. What the fuck? So, dude, you're a different species. You're not even know what to call that time, but that toe and that toe, you're ring-killing that. This is our evolution happens, folks. Your toes start to get webbed. You get six, nine, three hundred and eighty pounds. Seventy-four. Seventy-four full. 17% body fat. Mm hmm.
Starting point is 01:24:06 A little higher now. Jesus. If you were a water animal, sooner, I mean, your kids might have this many whipped. I fucking hope not. I don't want them to go through that kind of life that I was ashamed of showing off my toes. Yeah, you're young. You would be proud. Young.
Starting point is 01:24:25 But young me used to hide my toes from people. And when people say, did it hurt? I would say, yeah, when you stare. That's when you stare, my brother. It stops there and that my toes. Right. Come on. It's just toes that stuck together.
Starting point is 01:24:39 There's nothing else. There's nothing else to get through. Yeah. And then I'll look at it. So I knew I knew that person was privileged because they had There's nothing to see here. Yeah. And then I'll look at him. That's the thing. That's the thing. That's the thing. So I knew that person was privileged because they had five fucking toes
Starting point is 01:24:50 with the way they looked at me. Probably how Nick felt when he was in the shower going up. Nick. Fools. Stop staring. All right, here we go. Um. Stop staring.
Starting point is 01:25:06 All right. We'll do it. All right. All right. We'll do it. All right. All right. All right. All right.
Starting point is 01:25:13 All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right.
Starting point is 01:25:21 All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. Does he let everybody know it's his birthday? He just walks in with his birthday suit on. No, man. No. It's whatever. Actually, all I know, okay, it's not called out yet. So there's still a couple more weeks with the sandals
Starting point is 01:25:34 that he's rocking. So it's whatever he likes to wear, the sandals. It could be jeans or sandals or shorts or sandals or pants and sandals. But the sandals are in for now. Yeah, for now. Nice. I'm going to get some jeans sent to the facility.
Starting point is 01:25:48 So he never has to rely on Kylie to bring the jeans. I don't know if you're going to use this. Go there. That'd be great. We talked about this on a recent episode. Flag football is coming to the Olympics in 2028. Are there any countries that are going to challenge the US for the gold?
Starting point is 01:26:06 Do you think Australia? No, definitely not Australia. I'm sorry. You want to be the other flag football? I... maybe they might be the underdog. Do you think they're the biggest competition? But Samoa. I don't know, mate. I might have to... I might have to fund that Samoa team. I don't think there is a Simon team, but
Starting point is 01:26:29 it should be. I mean, first of all, it's not the Olympics. There's a lot of Samoans in the NFL now. I mean, there's been a lot of Samoans in the NFL. Yeah, there's always been. There's always been. Oh, now that I learned that in my time here. All right. If it wasn't already clear, we read your Wikipedia page. And it says your favorite band is Bon Jovi. Yes. Stop it. Come on now. Stop it. Come on now. Definitely not leave it on a prayer, but I could grow up like Bon Jovi's one time. Why not leave it on a prayer, but I grew up like Bajo's I'm not a proof. That's just over played. It's not it's not my favorite Bajo.b song. Yeah, what's your favorite Bajo.b song? Let's go to Google and see my favorite better
Starting point is 01:27:19 better It's not Top five. Probably see now I'm going to say the next overplay song, which is like, you give love a bad name, but. Yeah. Spon jovy.
Starting point is 01:27:34 There's been playing it for fucking what? 40 years now, 30 years now, like everything feels like it's overplayed at this point. It's just a classic. That's a big question. They don't play like a lot of the songs that I listen to like. Welcome to wherever you are. Have you had that one?
Starting point is 01:27:50 Possibly. Possibly. I'm not good with something. Yeah. So this is it. Yeah. If you play it, we got it going on. We got it going on.
Starting point is 01:27:58 That's right. Run away. It's probably from the first album, I think. Run away. It's a little run away. Run away from the first album I think Who is the strongest Eagles player right now we are Jason was asked who the strongest was and he said you What oh no, I'm sorry I got to be landed it was who was the direct question of death. Who is the strongest Jordan between you and Davis clearly you right? Out of being Davis? Yeah. Depends on the workout.
Starting point is 01:28:36 Being I'm being civil. I'm being fair enough. Politically correct. And Jason again is trying to make you fucking choose between you and somebody you really respect. What was your dumbbell bench press this year? This year? Yeah. What did you do on each arm? 200. Shut the fuck up.
Starting point is 01:28:57 I swear, dude. For reps. This isn't even like one rep max. You should just randomly just do a strongest man competition competition just to see Enough to know that I could not last with those big dogs because I have a mate who's a strong man. Oh, yeah Eddie Yeah After Jake Elliott made the game winning field goal against the commanders earlier this season you lifted them up in celebration
Starting point is 01:29:23 Jake has since joked it was scary to be lifted by you. Should we double down and make this a thing? You lift Jake Elliott as high as you possibly can anytime he nails a game winner. I think we should do that. It's kind of like the Lion King moment. He got him Symba and he'll be Rafiki. Rafiki, underrated character. I know therated character. Very underrated. Follow me. I know D.W. Jake already made the mistake once by trying to shut down the chicken little nickname. Yeah, that I mean, can you deny it?
Starting point is 01:29:57 You can't be like what you deny it? It's in. It's it's in. It's in. It's official. It's in. It's in. You have to line, be like, it's a great nickname. Oh, man, love that. That's so funny. Yeah. That's what you have to do. You literally have to pretend that you love it.
Starting point is 01:30:12 And then hopefully it does away. Great school at all. Do you ever show the rules of nickname stay? The more you hate this, the more it will come. Yeah. More it sticks. I've always given Jason shit about, you know, there being no plays designed for how athletic Jason is. And the fact that he averaged nine yards of pop in high school
Starting point is 01:30:31 when he carried the football like a dog. Has there ever been a play dialed up for you? Or has there ever been a play like thought like, oh, yeah, we need to get like fucking the refrigerator, Perry, just like get Jordan on a like full-backed dive or some shit. They had one. It was close to getting called. I just wanted to talk to you. I need you just doesn't want to get creative. I did.
Starting point is 01:30:54 And then they were like we ran. So we ran the play on Scout team. It was actually outplay. And they wanted to see if I could run the round and just, you know, if you see it there, I was actually a posse. It was a outplay and they wanted to see if I could run the round and just You know if you see it there. I was actually a pass. It was a pass I was like we had to run in for a little bit. Yeah, too I reported in and three hours wide open. I mean I pretty shows I was wide open Yeah, I caught the ball touchdown ran it again because Who's DC at the time?
Starting point is 01:31:23 Jim James Watts. he was fucking based. I scored a touchdown on them. He was pissed. You run it again, I wasn't open. Oh yeah, we're not sure. Shocker, second time running, he covers it. I was like damn. Okay, well, I think we need to bring this.
Starting point is 01:31:38 We need to get you one. Do you two skill? I like you more as a running back though. It's also, most of those plays for the Olimin all you typically come to the extra Olimin. You know, I mean like we like Jordan et tackle. Jordan is right. He helps him out the most. You know, you don't need like stay your lane. Stay. It's safe. It's safe. It's safe. It's safe. Usually the extra Olimin when you're not starting or you're you're kind of you know You can be a force to be reckoned with and get in the game for for a player of short yardage place when they usually use those guys But I'm still on board sir yani get creative
Starting point is 01:32:14 Handed off to Jason Jason throw fade Jordan That'd be Jason can't throw He did play QB for a fucking half and it was not good. I was there. I was handing him water Dude you fucker suck right now. You need to go back to front and back That's basically what I was doing anyways. All right, here we go The National Rugby League is coming to Vegas in March. Hmm. Um should we all go out to the show? Definitely. Yeah, Stephanie go out. Yeah, they need the money to fish. Oh, we're doing.
Starting point is 01:32:49 We're doing it. They need the money. They need all the money out of it. Look back. What is the highest paid national rugby league player? Um, they probably get the highest paid. They probably go for like a million and a half per season, per season like the top guy. So the NFL thing pinned up. Alright now. Alright. What a season you are. The world cup just got finished. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:33:21 That was crazy. Your your citizenship country lost. Yeah, I know one point. Yeah, okay. Oh good I actually kind of wore this hat because it looked like it was a spring Oh man, hey genius playboy, that, for one good IQ level right there. This guy set me up. It's going to be a high-brownest day in. I'll be honest, I'm a Wallaby fan because I'm identifying as a Nozzi. Yeah, all right. So, I grew up with my three older siblings born in New Zealand though.
Starting point is 01:33:59 Okay. Watching the bledest load cut was awesome and then fun because me and my younger brother were born in Australia, so we supported the Wall was awesome and then found because me and my younger brother were born in Australia So we supported the wallabies and in my three older siblings were all black sense Because they were born in New Zealand What am the all blacks are just That's a fun to me. I mean, it's like the Yankees of rugby. All right. Before we get to the stamp of the week We talked about this

That's what you were saying was going to make Kit Kat look like shit. This is what is going to make Kit Kat Kit Kat in America. Looks like shit.
Starting point is 01:35:40 That's just Kit Kat. So this is, you ever heard of Cabri? Yeah, of course. Okay. So Kit Katbury eggs, but this is their version of KitKat. This is fairly new. I didn't grow up with this, but I had it when I went home. And it is amazing.

Starting point is 01:36:08 You can't admit. Oh, I'll bet. I'll pay traffic, but I'm fair. Hmm. He went in for seconds. They're very good. They're very good. I think I'm just so used to the KitKat flavor.

I like that way more than just a regular KitKat. You like white chocolate? I love white chocolate. It's good All right I'm not a one-chopper fan. That's really good Yeah, I have four teasers. That's one for America. There we go. Actually really good Thousand percent better than watch. Yeah
Starting point is 01:38:14 100% David that's three for fucking Australia fuck. Do you like something like a savory snack now? Sure, yeah, so this is a This is shapes. This is one of our number one cracker brands back home. I shouldn't even call it cracker bands because It's really good this veggie might and cheese. I see the word vegimite and I'm very scared I never had veggie. I ordered it just for you so you can try and so they're like spatially mold What is veggie? it is What is Vegemite? It is... I want to say it's got zinc in it and it's got dry yeast extract.
Starting point is 01:38:51 And it's basically the leftovers of what they... When they brew beer, it's the leftovers of what they have in the bottom. This sounds like fucking... Me, I'm an easy to... I don't know, correct me. Yes. All't worry. This is not actual veggie mite though. What do you think of it?
Starting point is 01:39:10 I probably butchered that whole. Listen, I don't know what veggie mite tastes like. Does this taste like veggie mite? Does this taste like veggie mite? Yes, the veggie mite that you, it's tastes like veggie mite if you don't put it on like jam. You especially just put a thin layer. I'm not gonna lie, these are good. These on like jam. You especially just put a thin layer.
Starting point is 01:39:25 I'm not gonna lie these are good. These are very good. Oh they, cheese it. It's kind of got like a cheesy, a little bit of cheesiness to it, saltiness, timeout, what happened to the cookin' of things? Yeah, make them. I bought them.
Starting point is 01:39:41 I already got started. I already got started on these. These are called Laminterns and they're one of my favorite bakery items to get back home. They sell them at the grocery store and these are basically like sponge cakes that have been dipped in chocolate and then coated with coated with coconut and I introduced these to the boys yesterday and they all agreed.
