But yes, Rory, speaking of having two Drake records, a person that does have two Drake records, Drake announced... Can you prove it? I can prove it.
Starting point is 00:00:51 Drake announced that OVOFest will be back this summer in Toronto. If you've ever been to OVOFest, Drake had stopped doing it for a couple years, but he announced at Central Seas, Central Seas Toronto show that OVOFest will be back this summer. And I know a lot of people in Toronto were happy to hear that. Is it going to be during Carabana weekend or? It should be. It's usually around that time since a lot of people.
Starting point is 00:01:17 I think it's always that weekend. It kind of, you know, parlays into part of the Carabana weekend. Central C is one of the performers that will be performing. That is the fact. I know he did it at the show. Yeah, Central C will be performing. Drake then announced any other. people, he just said, a surprise guest will be making an appearance.
Starting point is 00:01:36 And one of the surprise guests will be myself. I will be. Is that a surprise? No, it's not a surprise. But I definitely will be going on. Hosted by? No, not hosting. I just want to go and enjoy it.
Starting point is 00:01:46 I think you'd be, I've, I watched you host a Benny show. I think it's a little different, though, like a Benny show and OVO Fest. Yeah, I think you could, yeah, you could just throw money bags out in the crowd. Yeah, let's do it. But, like, actual, like, with coins, like, let's hurt people. Are you just throwing like the little loonies and tunis in Canada? Yeah. Just throw those out there.
Starting point is 00:02:06 Absolutely. But yeah, it was dope to hear that OVOFest will be back. I never understood why Dr. I mean, probably schedule and, you know, being busy, he probably wanted to give it a break. But OVOFest was great for Carabandah week. And a lot of people look forward to that, you know, away from just the parade in Caramana, OVO Fest was something that people look forward to as far as this show. Yeah, it always had great lineups. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:27 I think it's a great move. I think what Drake needs for public perception. now is to prove that people still absolutely love him even if you check the streaming numbers it's like it's clear but with that said i think for the perception wise seeing the amount of people that will obviously go to ovio festing the artists that will come there like a lot of the perception of who he's become this this can turn is a good PR move do you think that it was any slight to j-co j-co announced that this was the last well they said they're going to continue sort of with dreambo but no i don't think it had anything to do with jaco
Starting point is 00:03:01 sort of time. Do you think, oh my God. You know, people make up anything. Drake was sitting there like, now, now let's bring it back.
Starting point is 00:03:09 Because Raleigh, North Carolina, and Toronto were competing. It's one of the same. Everyone in Raleigh was like, I want to go to OVOFest. It's like thrilling and I thought it'd be different. I'm going to piss you off. Dreamville Fest would be the thriller in the situation.
Starting point is 00:03:26 I just want to make that clear. I mean, yeah, it probably would be. It's more. It's only because I have so many Toronto artists on I thought it would be different. Exactly. Of course.
Starting point is 00:03:33 Exactly. But yeah, I think it's cool. I'm curious what the lineup will be with the, not enemies of Drake, but I just feel like he's not fucking with a lot of people. So I'm curious what this lineup would look like besides Mall and Central City. I think it's definitely going to be, I think, a lot of new artists. Yeah, I can see that. I think a lot of new artists are going to, you know, give them that stage and that moment
Starting point is 00:04:00 to kind of, you know, get their shit off. I think there'll be some, though, that we'll be surprised to see as well. I think there'll be some reconciliations on stage, maybe. I think future will be a part of it. Not a surprise. I think future will be a headliner. I think what year did what a time to be alive came out? What was that?
Starting point is 00:04:22 2012? No, 2014. 2014? 2014, 2015. 2015. Oh, so we're at the 10-year anniversary, right? You know I'm bad at math.
Starting point is 00:04:36 I can see my prediction is that they perform that album in its entirety for the 10-year anniversary. I'm not mad at that. Because we know they've kind of like reconciled sort of behind the scenes. Yeah, and it was never really an issue with Drake and Future per se.
Starting point is 00:04:56 It was more so Drake and Metro, I think, had more of an issue or a little, you know, a little tift. It was never really Drake. And future kind of just got, you know, he was in the middle of it because obviously Metro is his guy. You know, so it's a little moment. I'm misunderstandings and, you know, a little overlay and maybe dating certain women. You know how that thing can make things a little cloudy sometimes.
Starting point is 00:05:22 But I'm not bad at that. That's not a bad. 10-year anniversary. That's my prediction. It makes sense. It makes sense. And didn't it come out around the summertime too? September.
Starting point is 00:05:30 Came out of September. Oh, September. All right. So it makes sense. Be around the same year. same time? That would be worth the ticket of admission. Even though I've been critical of that album, that shit live with the two of them would be
Starting point is 00:05:38 insane. Time and time and time is on me dancing. Baby, Dee, you can just call him. I'm cool. Okay. No more. So, Damaris will in fact be there as well. No surprise. She just let us know. Now I'm cool. Why are you cool? I'm cool. I ain't going. But I mean, you know,
Starting point is 00:05:54 you guys should go and have a great time. You don't want to go to Toronto during caravanagh weekend. Like, I'm okay. But y'all should go have fun. It sounds like it's going to be an amazing time. And we don't even know who's going to be a way. Tell me what about it sounds like an amazing time. We don't know. He announced it on a shitty mic at a
Starting point is 00:06:12 Central C show. I mean that energy, when you got that energy with it, it's going to be crazy. You know, is it coming back, the return, the rebirth. It's going to be wild. Does he have Kanye headline again? One person I can promise you will not be there is Kanye West will not be there. I can probably. Are you sure? No, I'm definitely sure. He fake. He fake canceled
Starting point is 00:06:32 Kanye, but he's still mad tapped in. I don't know. All right, to find mad tapped in to Kanye Westra. You'll be tapped in. To what? Let me see how many times you listen to Hell Hit Look. Give me your phone. Damn.
Starting point is 00:06:45 How many years? Your phone died? It just died, yeah. Fuck. I hate it. Sometimes you forget to plug this shit in. Yo, I hate when you ask a nigga, like, let me see. No, man.
Starting point is 00:06:55 It's dying. It's dying. You're going to be soon if you don't charge that bitch in hand it to me. Yeah. Yeah. Damn. I know. I know.
Starting point is 00:07:01 It's not even on streamings. I feel you. Yeah, I feel you. You're right. And I did see June 15th bully. Did see that post. You got the pre-order? Having the pre-order to something that won't be on streaming is fucking hilarious.
Starting point is 00:07:14 Nah, it's gonna go straight to my stem player. You can it better send me my $25. I paid for them little Nazi boots he had on his site and they never shipped them. They never shipped them. They never shipped them. Yeah, man. Because I looked at them, I saw them. I was like, you know, for the snow and like, you know, shit like that in New York,
Starting point is 00:07:29 they wasn't bad. I was like, those look like they could be comfortable snow. No. German engineering is the highest one. They looked like they could be comfortable. And it was like, there was only $25 out there. I was like, why not? I didn't even see the boots.
Starting point is 00:07:40 You didn't see them? They was like, they was great for like New York winter. Like it was like messy. You can get, you know, snow salt on them. It didn't matter. What do I say? I don't want to type in Nazi boots, but. It's not Nazi boots.
Starting point is 00:07:53 It's the yay boots. Okay. Yeah. For these? Yeah. For $20? Oh, no, those are kind of hard. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:08:01 I'm not a fan of low top. $20? I was like, sit those. They never gave them to you? Shit's never shipped. Ma'am, you got the same shoes on
Starting point is 00:08:09 but in reverse colors. I just noticed that. Do we? Okay. Got the belly pack on? There you go. Oh, and I can see the rubber box.
Starting point is 00:08:16 Oh, yeah, those are. That's grip on the sidewalk. Now you see where I was going. For $20? Even on like the subway too, yeah, these are. For $20, Rory. I bought them.
Starting point is 00:08:26 There's a reason why they were $20. They never existed. Yeah. But it's cool. But it's cool. Um, Levar bowl got me. And I paid way more than $20 for them shit. They never sent you in my dad, to this day.
Starting point is 00:08:39 That is crazy. Wow. Because you pay like, what, $400 for those? More. Yeah, that's crazy. I never got my Wop umbrella from Cardi and Megan either. It's because it was too much available, but that's actually a genius marketing. I know.
Starting point is 00:08:51 I was so excited. I didn't say what-ass put you on it? It said WAP. It said WAP. And it had, I think it had Cardi and Megan's face. I can't remember because this was so long ago. But I ordered it. I never got my Wop umbrella.
Starting point is 00:09:01 I really wanted it. wanted that too. My sister ordered sweatpants. I'm like, nah, you don't get the vision, the umbrella. So see, so instead of saying mall deserves this smoke, you should have said, where's my umbrella, Cardi? She don't know. That's her, her market and sales. Somebody over there in her hotel suite, though. Where are the umbrellas at? They should have sold mops. That would have been, like, I would have bought that for Clems Plus. Wops, Mops, Mops. I do not know anything about the current things going on with Remy Mom Papoos. Neither do I. I'm so, happy. Nor do I care. I purposely went out of my way to not click anything or even get a whole
Starting point is 00:09:39 breakdown. I just know that they're beefing again. And that Papu said he wrote 90% of her raps, which, I don't know. When Sheather came out, we said on the podcast, this kind of sounds like Papu's wrote it. But have any of you been paying attention to their public divorce of what's been going on? What I've seen, they both kept going lives. The last time we were recording, they both we're going live back and forth. I guess what Remi Ma was complied, I guess Clarissa Shield must have mentioned her in an interview or something like that.
Starting point is 00:10:10 And Remi Ma was responding like basically, keep my name on Chamov, yada, yada, yada, whatever. And started coming at Pat Pooh. She said she feels bad for Clarissa Shields because Pat Poohs is the brokest person. She's the poorest person she's ever encountered in her life. They had the same job. And he's just taking advantage of her.
Starting point is 00:10:26 Wait, telling your coworker they're broke and y'all had, and y'all on the same salaries. Don't do that. I don't know how much either one of them makes. Neither do I. And I doubt either of them. Well, yeah, because Rame had a lot of other stuff as well.
Starting point is 00:10:39 And shit, when she got out, that all the way up record went crazy. I'm sure. But to act like PAP is broke. And I don't know these people's pockets. I just think it's kind of. I don't think Papp was broke. I just put it that way. I just don't think that we should be privy to any of this.
Starting point is 00:10:53 Well, I want them to kick us out the group chat. Yeah, that's the only thing with me. Like, especially when. Nah, this is the one we can't be kicked out of the group chat. Why? If you want to be Remy and Papp then you got to be Remy and Papp now. Like, they was couple's goals forever. They was definitely willing to date or four a while.
Starting point is 00:11:10 They were. The black love, it was beautiful to see them. Everybody praised Papoos for the way he, you know, held, held Remy down during her incarceration. I feel like they deaded the age-old Bronx Brooklyn Beef. Like, they were the first two to come together and show that, like, Burroughs can get along. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:26 They were at the front lines of that. Yeah. But I just think that when it goes south. A terrorist squad, Rockafel, like the years of, violence that they ended. Yeah, but it was just, it's just, when things go sour, that's, that's when I just don't want to, I, we shouldn't know about personal family things and I, that shouldn't, that's not, you shouldn't, I just don't understand opening your phone and going on IG live and then like,
Starting point is 00:11:51 just spewing out all of your like, you know, issues and family, you know, things to people who, one, really don't care, two, who are laughing at, at your struggle or you know, you know, family situation dynamic or whatever. Like, I just never understood that part of it. Like, I get it, you know, public figures and, you know, narratives can start to grow legs and, you know, you hear things and see things online and you want to put it an end to it. So you think the best way to do it is just to go on IG and start talking to the rumors and things like that.
Starting point is 00:12:22 But even when you do that, even if it's facts, people don't care. They're still laughing at you. Everything is a joke. You know, now they know your business. I just don't. I just like to see people hand it. things differently. I don't want to see Remy and Pappoos like do this anymore. I think for, number one, I think they're too old for this. Let's start there. I think that social media and all of that
Starting point is 00:12:42 is a young person sport when it comes to those type of things. Let the young ins play out like that. Like, Remy and Papp don't need to be doing it. I mean, social media, time is flying. Like, the people that grew up on social media are getting old. It's about to be an old man's game. Yeah, but you don't want it's not just for the young ins. Yeah, but no, but don't air out personal family shit on IG Live. Oh, and first of all, I agree with everything you're saying. I do see the perspective of trying to clear up things about your personal life. But to your point, nothing ever, have you ever seen a rumor successfully really get cleared
Starting point is 00:13:13 up? Like, even how we complimented Hove when he got in front of that whole thing and no he didn't do that shit, there's still a million people saying like, oh, he definitely paid the judge. Like, he did that shit. You never actually clear up a rumor completely. But that's why, but that's why it makes no sense to do it. Jay Z. He's just adding to it now.
Starting point is 00:13:30 Jay didn't hop on IG live and say, yo, I never touched that girl. I was here that night. You could call so-and-so. They'll tell you where I was at. Like, it doesn't matter. If you do that or not, it doesn't matter. People are going to think what they want to think.
Starting point is 00:13:42 They're going to laugh. They're going to poke fun. I'm sure S&L will probably have a skit. Duh. Something soon. Like, I'm just saying like, it's got us, the opening shot has to be Papu's getting a haircut with a fit on.
Starting point is 00:13:54 Oh, absolutely. Like Papu's talking everyone in the barbershop with the fitted. Jay Faro? He has to do that. He has to. You kidding me? I'd like to see Michael Chea's as Pat. And what's her name from a bridesma, Rudolph?
Starting point is 00:14:11 No, that... I know who you're talking about. That sounds like it might be right. Mini-Rupert's daughter. Wasn't Wilma Rudolph like a track runner that beat polio? Myrororo. Yeah, you wouldn't, yeah. I think she'd have an amazing Remimo.
Starting point is 00:14:26 And I would hope 99% of the SNL audience wouldn't get the bill. Wouldn't understand. No, that's just for us at home. That's just for us at home. We get to hold that one. Nothing to do with the studio audience. That's just for us. But yeah, the only thing I did see
Starting point is 00:14:39 outside of actual headlines was one Remy Ma Post where she was doing foxy math of their dating time. She was like 11 years ago, you were 13 and we had 10 in and then we're married. I could not keep up.
Starting point is 00:14:51 She cooked, though. About what? Because what she said, well, first of all, let me read it to you. If you just turned 30 and allegedly just met someone eight months ago,
Starting point is 00:15:01 that is 47 years old that I knew since you were 10 and been married to them since you were 13. He has four biological children. One age 28 will be 29 this year when you're 30. One age 25, another one age 24, and a six year old baby and currently promising you a newborn while finally agreeing to divorce 18 hours, 54 minutes, and three seconds ago. Please refrain from speaking. Which is basically, what she's basically saying is, this is my husband and I've been with this niggas since you were in middle school.
Starting point is 00:15:31 doing the soldier boy you dance. Be quiet. And I don't blame her for that because she has a point. But wait, it's half and half keys one to two fifth. So how we flip 32 grams row, chop it and a half, get 16, double it times three. We got 48 years in. What math is that? Chat, GBT, GBT, we should put that in for Foxy's verse
Starting point is 00:15:55 on affirmative action to see if it does, in fact, add up to three more quarters of a key. But also, why does that matter? If you're not with that person, who cares? Like, right. It's very easy to tell. Like, how is that a stat? If I'm in a happy relationship and they had a 10-year relationship before me and are not together,
Starting point is 00:16:15 like, oh, damn, got me. It's not a stat. I don't think she was saying it as a stat. It's, I know this person better than you ever will. So instead of you just believing what he's saying, you need to mind your business. And I don't, Remy could be lying about Pat. But me personally, if I'm dating somebody for eight months to a year and they've been with somebody for 20 years damn near, I'm going to shut up when it comes to their relationship because
Starting point is 00:16:42 I don't know that. There's a whole lot of history that I don't know. I can be happy in my relationship, of course. But I'm not going to be speaking about it publicly because I'm very likely to be made to look stupid because for 20 years, they got a lot of history with each other. And this can go wrong. They can end up back together. They're still married.
Starting point is 00:17:00 I'm just shut up and be happy in my relationship and quiet. Just me personally. Does anybody think that... She knows that version of Pat. She don't know this new healed version. Okay. Does anybody feel like this may be... A rollout for...
Starting point is 00:17:16 A love and hip-hop? Yeah. Like Mona may be behind all of it. Well, if she's not behind it, she's definitely on phone calls and emails right now. Yeah, it may have started out organic, but now she's definitely playing chess. Like, does anybody feel like this?
Starting point is 00:17:30 may be like just a little embellished just a little bit? Probably. I don't, I don't know. It's possible. Because you got to think if this is garnering this much attention on social media and, you know, you got to think that there's a TV producer somewhere. I mean, I don't know what. Well, I know your answer.
Starting point is 00:17:51 I know you wouldn't do this. But if you needed it, I'm not saying they do, would you conspire with your ex and their new partner? with your part to like do this whole thing we personally know people that have done it of course there's a whole show called love and hip hop they even like just make up
Starting point is 00:18:10 fucking relationships to do it right but I don't know so if this is real and I'm on the side of this is real can you not see somebody a TV producer reaching out saying hey listen of course I'm saying let's say it's not real at all and the four of them I'm including easy the block captain in this
Starting point is 00:18:27 are really conspiring as all four like all right we know people care about the breakup should we just lean into this and both all four of us get a bag and go on TV I don't know if I again my ego I don't know if I'd be able to do that
Starting point is 00:18:42 me personally I wouldn't be able to do it especially with the history that we do know with Easy and Papp and like that entire thing and this is the liability because now if you asking Clarissa to be on TV she has to sign all kind of shit to where she's not going to hit anybody yeah because if she punched somebody in the face
Starting point is 00:18:59 I mean, Yo, was it Patreon? What were we talking about with the couples? Couples fight night? Dough. Imagine you doing couples
Starting point is 00:19:07 fight night and run into Pap and her. They clean it up the whole restaurant. Have you ever seen Pat fight before? No.
Starting point is 00:19:14 That's the scariest couple ever. Pue, pew, pew, pew. Oh yeah, the only way to, like, the only way to survive the two of them
Starting point is 00:19:20 would be to get a gun. Yeah, they fight them nice. Pap is cleaning everybody up too. And Pap gonna rap to you while you're hitting you. You should have zig when you zagged and zig
Starting point is 00:19:28 then he's going to tell you to the Y's Why you do the Y's? Why would you even get involved? Now you need an X-ray. He'd do the whole alphabet backwards while putting the fucking brakes on you. Yo, you can't get beat up and then go home and be like, but homie was rapping while he was fucking kidding.
Starting point is 00:19:50 No. Don't come home. Yeah, no, you can't come home. You got to bring me that nigga head before you allow back in the house. No, just kill me. Listen, man, love to pap and rim. Uh, shout out. out to Clarissa. Shout out to Easy.
Starting point is 00:20:02 I don't like to say. Shout out the easy to Block. That whole name just, can we get, what is this is like abbreviated? Is it just easy? Yeah, I think it's easy. Easy.
Starting point is 00:20:11 Easy. Shout out to Easy. You have to say the whole thing. Shout out to Easy to Block Captain. What is he the Captain of? I'm not asking. Funny. I really want to know.
Starting point is 00:20:22 I guess the Block keeps from. I don't know. Demarest, if you're looking for a real answer to your question, I have no idea. I'm going to guess. is the block he grew up on. Oh. But it seems like he's saying in generic, like any block.
Starting point is 00:20:34 Any block he's the captain. It's easy? And yeah, it's very easy for him to become the captain. Like, I'm the captain. Anytime he steps anywhere, I'm the captain. Yeah, look at me. I'm not captain. There's some wild rap names.
Starting point is 00:20:49 The real fight should be easy and pap getting in the ring and rapping. I agree. Didn't they have some fisticuffs thing, or was that alleged? Do we know if that was confirmed? I've heard like three different sides of that story. Yeah, I don't know if that was confirmed. The last time I ever heard anything about that, I think Easy was saying that he invited Pat to fight
Starting point is 00:21:09 and Pat ducked the fade. Like he was avoiding the fade. That was like... One of them snuck the other one, though. I think they were trying to say Pat snuck. But then I've heard a story that it wasn't, he didn't sneak him. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:21:21 I can't keep up with this shit. I've heard so many different battle wraparounds about that situation. I just don't know who to believe at this point. Somebody clear this. up. Yeah. Like, why didn't Lux, like, address this? Do you think that Pat wrote 90% of Remmy's rap? No.
Starting point is 00:21:36 But I can tell, like, some of the ones that he did. I mean, he sounded very, he was saying if you, he can go on this email and just start typing in some of the bars and it'll literally pop up, like, songs that he... But Remy had so many records before they even, like, met. That's what I'm saying. But I can definitely hear his influence on a bunch of records. We've said that even before, when they were together. Like, I can even just tell by this pocket. this flow this is a pap to me sheather was all papoos yeah so i can i can see it what was the hit that he said
Starting point is 00:22:05 he said on my daughter i wrote oh god i'm i don't even remember but like i don't think i can't really hear pap on her all the way up well i guess i maybe maybe i could but also if you're a rap couple like yeah why wouldn't you why not yeah we know remi can write but we've heard fat joe say remi writes by herself too like oh conceited which would break my heart Papp said he wrote that? He said he wrote 90% of it. Well, he wrote, yeah, he wrote a significant portion, and he wrote conceited, yes. I don't know, but again, though Remy was one of those that I always thought she did write everything.
Starting point is 00:22:47 Yeah. Like Foxy, we know there's been rumors of certain stuff. Kim, we've heard, well, not rumors. American soccer is about to explode. The World Cup is coming. Ramos sending on to Army. I'm Tad Ramos. I'm Tom Boe.
Starting point is 00:23:09 On our podcast, Inside American Soccer, you'll get the real storylines. I'm not worried about Policic. I'm not worried about Balagan. I'm not worried about McKinney. My only concern is what happens in the back. The biggest decisions. If you're going to look at stats and numbers, he has no shot at making this World Cup team.
Starting point is 00:23:29 And the truth about the U.S. national team. It wouldn't be a huge surprise if our team ends up in the quarterfinals or potentially a great run into the semi-final. finals. The World Cup is almost here. Experience it all with us. Listen to Inside American Soccer with Tom Bogart and Tab Ramos on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, wherever you get your podcast. Mall. What's up, man? Talk to me. Because I'm already compromised by the Barty gang. Yeah. I'm now part of it because we spoke. So anything that she ever does is going to be amazing to me. I'm even going to say like, that's probably one of my closest friends now. If you think
Starting point is 00:24:11 about it like me if you really think about it yeah i mean you know a mars got new godmother now pretty much what do you have to say about her current situation situation ship i don't know if they're they're a fish i told you no i'm just that's why i was waiting for you to interrupt me no no no no no so so obviously the clip of stephan digs on the boat uh with talking to the to the women and, you know, doing whatever he's doing, whatever conversation they were having. We just saw a clip of it. People have been hitting me like, yo, mall, you called this, you said this was going to happen. I'm here to say, this is not what I was saying what happened. This is totally different. No, definitely not. He's on the, Cardi was actually on the boat with him. They were partying together.
Starting point is 00:25:02 So this just looks like it was a party. You know, the girl who he's seemingly dating was with him at the party. It seems like two people just having fun, enjoying each other, enjoying beautiful women, having a good time on a boat. This isn't now, if Cardi wasn't on this boat and we got this footage, and then, you know, then it's like, yo, we're Cardi at, but she's on a boat with them having fun and enjoying the festivities and, you know, doing what girls doing their own boats, dancing, drinking, having a good time. So this is not, this is not, I don't think this is what people, you know, it's not what people who are trying to make it seem.
Starting point is 00:25:40 I'll start by saying when I use the term hoes, it's not individually. I don't know any of these women. Yeah. I'm not even assuming the specific. But in the English language in 2025, the moment a group of women go on a boat, they're just grouped in, they was on the boat with some hose. Yeah. Boats and hoes.
Starting point is 00:26:00 Doesn't mean you're individually a hoe, but now when you all get together, there's some hose on the boat. A group of, a goose alone is a goose, but a group of goose them is geese. Them is geese. And if you can't go to Bellinotche's, baby. Where else can you go? Where else can you go?
Starting point is 00:26:15 I'm saying, if Mother Teresa walked onto a boat in Miami, she is now part of the host. I'm not said, like, a virgin. Anyone could go up there, the virgin fucking Mary, pre-Jesus. You become one of the hos when you enter a mini yacht in Miami. Now, what I see this as is the greatest host breakup situation ever, especially for Stefan Diggs. There's nothing better than when your girl
Starting point is 00:26:43 loves the hose just as much as you do. Mm-mm-mm-mm. Nothing like it. Everyone's talking about those girls touching his chains or whatever. They was bumping butts with Cardi. Yeah. That is a power couple on that boat. Listen, man. They are MCs. They are the master of ceremony controlling the entire vibe right now. Yes. You need that. You need that energy. Look Look at that. This is a couple that is in tune. They know what's going on. A lot of love. A lot of love on that boat.
Starting point is 00:27:10 There was a lot of love, a lot of good time. Beautiful women that look like they have great personalities as well. Man, Cardi call me. Great time. Man, such great times. I need to be on the boat. People were writing me like, aha, Demaris. Maude proved you wrong.
Starting point is 00:27:24 I said, no, Maul proved me right. And actually, I'm trying to be on the boat. What are y'all, what are you talking about the wrong shit? You need somebody to pick the fenders up. I got you. I think the people that was saying that was just the people that didn't realize Cardi was on the boat with him. No, they were, some people are really stupid.
Starting point is 00:27:38 They were like, look, he's even doing it in front of her. He's so disrespectful. I'm like, oh, y'all dumb. Yeah, they don't get it. Y'all don't get it. We all having fun. Y'all don't get that life. I just want to say, you know, let's just think about and pray for offset.
Starting point is 00:27:53 Well, first of all. Nothing hurts more than losing your wife and then seeing to have fun with, you know, one of the top players in NFL and. With those, too. Doing the things that you could have been doing with her, but you chose to do away from her and behind her back. Just keep it real with your lady sometimes, man. That's all you do is just keep it real with your girls sometimes, man. And I'm not saying this is about offset or Cardi,
Starting point is 00:28:14 but I've been there before where you fumble the girl that also liked the hose. And it's like how you fumble the girl that likes hose for hose when you could have hoed with her with the hose. Oh, y'all don't want me to get into that conversation because that one's rough, man. A lot of times people think they want the girl that likes the hose, but men like cheating. and like a lot of men like like, like,
Starting point is 00:28:36 situation ship. Okay, I'm like a lot of what men like about cheating and it's just, you know, going off that situation, men like the, the mystery and like the sneakiness
Starting point is 00:28:44 part of it. That's part of it for them, the game and the fun. So if you can just like have the bitches around me, it ain't fun no more. Yes, I guess,
Starting point is 00:28:52 but going after the hose with your girl is top two and it's not too. There is nothing better than hanging with the hose with your girl. And she's actually, into the hose more than you are.
Starting point is 00:29:04 Like, you gotta tell her to chill for a second. When you fumble that, that's a rough one. It's a rough night. So, Offset did try to reply with a video of him with the hose. I could see the blank stare in his face. Yo, album done on the way.
Starting point is 00:29:18 It don't hit the same. Nah. Just wait till Cardi B is in that fucking, that suite with Robert Kraft come September. Ooh, yeah, that's gonna be a... That's definitely. a rough. That's a rough one. That's a rough one to get over, man. And you know why I know
Starting point is 00:29:37 Stefan Diggs might be the sickest human being ever? Can you pull that video up at him again? You're not about to tell me one of the better receivers in the NFL that does double moves as some of the best field vision I have seen can get by outside linebackers, safeties, did not realize that that camera was on him. No, he knew for a fact. He probably angled that video. No, he knew the camera was there. You always know when the cameras are when you're a high profile person. You know what a camera. But I saw a bunch of people saying, it was a sloppy how you're not see the camera.
Starting point is 00:30:06 I said, oh, he saw the camera. He can see the quarterback through 12 men on the field. One of y'all not supposed to be out there. Yeah. Yeah. No, he has field vision. Yeah, man. He knew what time it was.
Starting point is 00:30:25 Listen, man, as long as Cardi is having fun, you know, it's all good, man. Shout out to Cardi. We obviously love and support Cardi. Big Bronx shit. I didn't even listen to the conversation. I just watched the video. Was anything compelling being said? Because that girl started popping like a rabbit.
Starting point is 00:30:39 She called him Stefan or something. And he was like, what's my name? She was like, she was like, you got to call him daddy. You got to call him daddy. Hmm. Yo, how could you even hate? Listen, when the holes call you daddy and your girl right there and she ain't tripping, you look over and she's twerking.
Starting point is 00:30:53 And she's saying, yeah, no, call him calling that. That's what you're supposed to just get on your knees and say, yo, thank you God. Only God could do this. Only God has brought us to this day. It's only God, it's a higher power, where it's not me. It's God that did this and brought us here today. Absolutely. What did I do to receive all these best?
Starting point is 00:31:10 What did I do? How? How does this happen? But thank you God. But yeah, man, shout out to Cardi, man. She looked like she's having fun and she deserves it, you know? I think we get on this offset album, which, again, I didn't even look more intuitive when he said it was coming. It doesn't matter, Rory.
Starting point is 00:31:29 I think we get our first, like, full-blown. offset lyrical rap record of him talking about the relationship. I think he's going to use that. I think he's going to use that. You don't want that. No, no, no. I'm not saying the whole album. No, no, God, no, not the album.
Starting point is 00:31:46 He said offset for a four-for-uner. I think we'll get one record that is dedicated and he's going to pull some man-shit, which we all have done before, where he is going to make himself be the victim. Of course. And say every, basically, I'll sum it up. He was the one that quoted it. Y'all won. How long you think before Offset gives us the video?
Starting point is 00:32:06 You know every rapper got to give us the video of them walking into the church, the big empty church by themselves sitting in the front, sitting in the front, getting their verse off. You know rapping from the pulpit. You know every rapper got to give us that. You think Offset gives us one of those, this album? I think he sits, I think we get that as a trailer, and then I think he sits with Speedy and tries to give off the I'm Healed's aura.
Starting point is 00:32:30 And like I'm just focused on my kids right now I'm focused on being a better person Like he's gonna give us that that entire vibe Yeah And then by the next album it'll be right back to the fuck shit Oh yeah you know that So he gets a new hot hot girlfriend I think you know mental health will be thrown in the conversation
Starting point is 00:32:47 Therapy will be growing immediately You definitely going to therapy you know that Um I you know I think A possible addiction But it's not really named what it is Is gonna be in there could be addicted to the life.
Starting point is 00:33:01 Like I'm not saying it's going to be drugs or thing. He's going to find something to add an addiction to. I mean, I know this real out. And I'm not mad. It works every time. It works. It works. And shut out the offset, man.
Starting point is 00:33:10 Hopefully, you know, he's happy. He's enjoying life. He's having fun. And, you know, it is what it is. Sometimes you've got to go through these types of things. It hurts. It hurts seeing it. It hurts opening your phone and seeing your girl having a great time.
Starting point is 00:33:22 But, you know, hopefully he's good. Breaking, breaking, breaking, breaking in real time. Look at God. The same way Stefan was saying. Look at, look at, look at, Look at the Lord. And shall love. Peach, put our breaking music right here.
Starting point is 00:33:35 It seems that Offset has just filed for spousal support, which I guess is like another word for alimony. Yeah. Is that what spousal support is? Like a true king? Listen, man. I love Mary Jay, but let's keep things balanced and equal. Yeah. Why not?
Starting point is 00:33:51 I kind of respect me. I mean, I don't disrespect it, but I don't know if I respect it. I'm kind of, I'm, I'm in, I'm in, I'm indecisive on how, because it's just breaking, it's like, it's something that I, well, let me not say it. Something about it. I've never been in that position, so let me not say that, but I would feel weird doing that, but I don't know what I mean, men get God every day. No, listen, I'm, I'm all for, you know, both parents should support and take care of the children.
Starting point is 00:34:27 No, I think this is, this is like alimony shit. Yeah, yeah. It has nothing to do with children. Yeah, this is spousal support. This is, you know, it's... Offset is accustomed to a certain lifestyle that Cardi B clearly helps support as well. We already know Offset is fine financially.
Starting point is 00:34:42 Cardi B is definitely fine financially. But he's used to that lifestyle, so... You got to help to maintain it. Yeah, that's how the court works. You want a boat with your new boo? I'm in the courtroom, filing documents. Also one of my favorite Chris... My get back.
Starting point is 00:34:58 When he said, what the fuck is a custom? when I go to a restaurant, I'm accustomed to eating. When I leave, I'm not eating again. What the fuck is a custom? Yeah. But, I mean, I hope that doesn't get too, too messy. Just based off, you know, they got kids and all that shit. But sometimes I think just a clean break and everyone going there separate fucking ways is the better.
Starting point is 00:35:20 It's always, yeah. You're going to have to spend money to do this and like, now you're just doing it out of spite. And is that really going to help? Because I don't think offset needs the money. No, I don't think he needs the money. This is a way. you know, there's been plenty of times where women will do that with men that have a lot of money
Starting point is 00:35:35 because they don't have a fucking job. I sort of get that. Yeah. But nah, just clean break and make this easy. Because now y'all want to just get messy so you can meet up in court. That'd be the whack part. Like, when you want to just go to court to see your ex. Like, now you just find a ways.
Starting point is 00:35:49 We ain't got to do this, man. Like, get this fucking case out of here. Let's split up all our assets. Yo, if you paid for this, keep it. If I paid for it, keep it. Like, either way, the kids are going to be very well taken care of. We know that. But yeah, this is this is where things can start to get very, very messy in play.
Starting point is 00:36:05 And when you start bringing courts and lawyers into the mix, that's when things go left. And, you know, that's when the IG lives start to happen. Well, it's already happened. But that's when it gets even messy and we start finding out that, you know, somebody has ED. And with the shit, we don't need to know. You know what I mean? Like, you know, when we can't wait to go there. Like, you know.
Starting point is 00:36:23 You know what's so crazy. I really thought you meant an eating disorder. And then it clicked that you were not talking about that. No, I'm definitely not talking about. Oh, pause. I think Cardi was saying he had the opposite of that because he was like fucking a bunch of women. No.
Starting point is 00:36:39 After Offset announced that he was putting his album out, which were all at the edge of our seats for. Drugs. The clips. It's fine if you want to sit this one out. Me and Demeris can take this segment. Why? The clips announced finally after teasing this for like two years.
Starting point is 00:36:58 This was hard. Let God sort them out. July 11th. Snipit came out on Pushers IG, produced by Farrell. I believe, I didn't want a sample snitch, but I believe that's an X, X, Y, Y, X, X, X, X, X, X, Sampal, which if Farrell is getting in that bag, I am here for that.
Starting point is 00:37:17 With reformed Coke raps. Yeah. God metaphors with cocaine. I cannot wait for this Clips album. They did also, which I found interesting. A lot of people use Rock Nation distribution. now. Yeah. They didn't dismantle the Rock Nation label itself, but the distribution company that Hove had bought before, he just fused those together. A lot of your favorite independent artists
Starting point is 00:37:46 use that distribution company, but never go next to the plane emoji because it's just a distribution thing. You're not signed to Rock Nation. Push and Malice posted a photo the other day in front of the logo in the lobby, and they're using the distribution thing. which makes me say I want my flowers of push saying, I don't know, like six, seven months ago, they're waiting on a feature. I said it's either Kendrick or it's hove. Only reason I thought maybe it's not hove
Starting point is 00:38:17 is because push is up there with the most hove features next to GZ, outside of anyone's signed a Rockefeller, of course. I think now maybe he does have a Kendrick and a hove feature on this clipside. So, can't both? I'm going to go out on a limb as a fan. I'm speaking this into existence.
Starting point is 00:38:38 I have no knowledge at all. I know for a fact in my brain without any evidence that there is a Kendrick Lamar one. If you saw push, push flew to Boston to go see Kendrick. Push is from Virginia. Just to see then the hate. I know he was, they were writing the record while Kendrick was on stage. That's happening. Trauma bonding.
Starting point is 00:39:01 Is it trauma bonding? because technically by public opinion, both of them won. Yeah, but y'all both don't like the same person. So let's link up together and not like the same thing. But they've linked up before they, before either of them beefed with Drake. They had an amazing. This is different. This one we can throw a little sauce.
Starting point is 00:39:16 Yeah, this is like, oh, we hate, you hate him. Yeah, no, we can't stand that light skin, rapping ass, singing ass, house music making ass, 10 certified. Well, I would love push on some house music. I think push would kill some house music. But yeah, I do think there is a Kendrick verse. I think with this Rock Nation distro, we may get Hove. I think Hove is mumbling some lines right before they turn it in.
Starting point is 00:39:44 It is May 29th. We're going July 11th. He's got about a week or two. I think he's mumbling lines right now. We only know if Jay is rapping if he's wearing jewelry. Has there been any spottings of him? him on the Cowboy Carter tour? They've been cutting.
Starting point is 00:40:03 No jury. Damn. To me that would mean he's writing. No. Okay. Jay, he's not raping. He's not rapping. He's not in the booth.
Starting point is 00:40:12 What if it's done already then? But we didn't see him with no jury in the last few months. He could add it on the house. You know when Jay starts acting like a rapper, like you see it. He's going to bring out a chain and now you niggas can afford. Yeah. Now that I think about it when he did the... He's going to wear a watch that they thought was went down on the top.
Starting point is 00:40:29 Titanic. You know what I mean? No, it did. Yeah, it did. Like, they went and got it. The submarine didn't make it. The watch was the only thing I made it. The watch made it back up. Yeah, like that's the shit that Jay going to do to let you know, like, are you back in the booth? You acting like a rapper. Yeah, now that I think about it, when he did the God did verse that day, there was a lot of photos of him leaving the Rock Nation shit. And I do remember going like, that's a lot of, like, you wear
Starting point is 00:40:55 that big chain to meetings? To meetings? That's his thing. He goes, he goes in the booth. He puts on the jury, the one of one, that y'all, none of you rapists can't, will never have this. And then he goes in the booth
Starting point is 00:41:07 and shows you why he's the greatest of all time. I mean, but him and Beyonce did do that album on tour. Trying to think. Nah, Guru's back in Jersey. There's no J-verse. Now, I'm not saying. Guru did come home early from that vacation. I'm not saying that he may not, you know,
Starting point is 00:41:26 July 11th, he still got time to turn into verse. And he does have jewelry. We know that. Just hasn't been wearing it. That's all. That's all. All right. Somebody go get over watching a ring.
Starting point is 00:41:38 I'm just, no, he got it already. He's not wearing it. He's not wearing it until he's rapping. Now, if we see him in the next couple weeks and he's on vacation, you know,
Starting point is 00:41:48 he's at the Cowboy Carter shows and, you know, he's walking like a rapper and he's went, then you know like, oh yeah, like he's back in the booth. The only way I think it would really stop him is that he's given
Starting point is 00:42:00 him pushed two verses already. And I know it's the clips, I know it's different, reunion, everything, and like, malice, his verse on Push's last album was one of the best verses of the year. Like, we know Malice is in shape. I could only see him hesitating because he's done a lot of push of shit, which he doesn't usually do unless you're a part of his company. Right. But now that they are. No, I get how you tying it in. I see that. But we won't know for sure until we see some people. And we, I know push to be a very smart human being. Outside of a writer, just a very, very calculated smart person. He's not taking that photo in front of that logo just because they're doing a distro
Starting point is 00:42:42 due. That was a, all right, I got the, I got the feature. Or it's alluding to it. The caption says in partnership with Rock Nation. Yeah, they're distro company. I know. I get that. He's not signed to them.
Starting point is 00:42:53 It's a distro show. But I'm telling you, there's a million artists that you wouldn't even know that use the same distribution company. they don't even they're not even invited and they're just as big as the clips they're just not invited to the office because it's a distro deal it's not you're not signed to rock nation the fact that they were in front of that that's a statement oh yeah no it's definitely a statement it's definitely that's not just some regular shit you know it gets conversations going it gets us on our podcast talking about it alluding to it and you know trying to figure out if that's what it means um
Starting point is 00:43:21 i would love to hear it you know i would love to hear with jay sounds like uh right now and you know obviously he's still in shape we know know that. I don't think he's going to ever not be in shape. Or if he's not in shape, he ain't going to let us see him not in shape. He ain't going to rap. Yeah, he ain't going to rap. Yeah, he's not going to rap if he's not in shape. But I just don't think, I don't know if Jay is in the rapping, I don't know if he's in a rapping mood. I don't know if he is like, you know, if the atmosphere of rap right now is appetizing or enticing to him. I just can't see it. I think that comes and goes. Like, around the God did verse, I would have said, I don't even think Hove is even
Starting point is 00:43:56 focusing on that but I think if he hears something starts mumbling and you catch him that day I think you have the opportunity if you catch him right then and there and he's into it and can block out two hours you'll get a four minute verse I mean if we know anybody because that guy did verse was not the verse that song was done it had Wayne and Ross like that was done and then hove heard it and just started mumbling in the office and walked across the street to jungle studios and did it like that wasn't a plan yeah but you know we know that caled um he's gonna keep a jverse he's gonna always get a jverse he's gonna get a biance record um controversial because i do like calid as a person has calid exhausted his jz features is that becoming i don't think so expected
Starting point is 00:44:49 kind of yeah i think hove even when they partnered of course they had a relationship before but when him and Lenny brought Khalid in was at the height of, what was it, Vine? It was before TikTok. What did Khalid like really pop off on as a personality? Outside of being great. Snapchat. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:07 That was when that partnership happened because Khalid was smoking hot outside of, at that point, just making great albums. They signed, they signed him to manage him because he already had the epic deal and all that other shit. They signed him because he was smoking hot on the internet.
Starting point is 00:45:20 And it made sense for Hove to always hop on that stuff because they have a deal. I don't know if Caled has that same type of temperature on him now where Hove would be like I'm giving him another verse. Yeah, I don't say that happened to him. We have given him a Jay-Z-Biont feature, a Jay-Z-Biont feature song. I've given him one of the greatest versions of the last 10 years. He has given Calid countless things because one, he fucks with Caled, two of the music
Starting point is 00:45:50 was great, three, he was invested, and they were partners. I don't know if this album, Hove is going to be like, yeah, I got to give Callet another one. Maybe not this album, but I don't know if it's healed. I don't know if I'm on the side of saying Callet may never get a J verse again.
Starting point is 00:46:06 I think Hove is only focused on the falloff with Jay Cole and maybe the clips, if it makes sense, if he hears something. I think those are the only two things in his rap brain without jewelry on that he's thinking about.
Starting point is 00:46:20 You think Jay gives Jay Col a verse? Yeah. I think we finally get the Jay Z and J. Cole song we've been looking for after ironically Mr. Nice Watch. He had no jewelry on when he wrote that. Justice for Mr. Nice Watch. It's not even, it's the beat that is just not for me. I think we finally get the proper Jay Cole and Jay Z song that we have been looking for. I don't think so.
Starting point is 00:46:44 Okay. I think, I don't know, man. I just don't think Jay is, because at that point in his, Where Jay-Z is at in his career and his life. I mean, a verse has to have significant, what a record has to have a significant meaning, he's not just doing it just to show off and say, yeah, I still rap better than only.
Starting point is 00:47:09 I don't think that, that doesn't mean much to Jay at this point in his life. I think that it has to be a situation where a record is phenomenal. The music is incredible. The project that is on is like, you know, it's going to move the needle, I guess, and it kind of shift the sound of what's going on right now. I just don't know if there's anything out here that's going to do that.
Starting point is 00:47:31 I think it finishes the story of a Star is Born because Jay Cole was pretty much the first artist signed to S. Carter Enterprises. He wasn't even signed to Rock Nation. You get a Star is born with a A-list heavy blueprint three. Jay Cole being the only unknown that he was launching, was talking about all the greatest ever, here's going to be the next greatest ever, which was a huge fucking risk. I'm not taking anything away from Jay Cole. I'm talking about the music business.
Starting point is 00:48:00 There's a chance not because of Jay Cole's talent just because of how politics work. We never heard from Jay Cole again after that verse. That can happen in the music industry. Oh, for sure. So the fact that that was your first artist that you signed, probably the most profitable rapper that you have had post Rockefeller,
Starting point is 00:48:16 he then fulfilled his contract, made you millions and millions of dollars, and then did what you would have want him to do as a human, not as a businessman. Of course, he'd want to keep Cole. Cole went on to do his own thing and is now already a legend in his own right. To me, that's why you get the record.
Starting point is 00:48:35 Jay telling that story with Cole finishes. A star is born, look, we were fucking right. Look at this journey. You made me profitable. You carried Rock Nation in the beginning. And now you're doing your own thing the way me, Biggs, and Dame did. Like, that's what I think Jay respects.
Starting point is 00:48:54 You fulfilled what I needed you to do and then you did your own thing. You don't feel like, I mean... That's why I'm giving you a verse. Right. Just you brought up Jay Cole, so I'm just thinking Jay Cole right now. Something doesn't seem a little...
Starting point is 00:49:10 Like, as Jay Call has put out some songs... And we liked... He got off. He's still obviously in shape. He's still... rap his ass off. But the songs don't seem to be... Why is he putting these... Why is Jay Cole released these records that he's released in the last however many months? Because he can. But have they lasted? Have they... Are we living with them? Because I can't remember the last time
Starting point is 00:49:37 I even listen to it. I was in the porch shit. That's in my rotation still. But that was one of the first ones that he released. He's released, what? Three since then? No. I think it's only been Porn Antonio and Clouts. Yeah. Clouds, I will say, I liked clouds, but I will admit I don't really go back to Clouds that much. But the poor John, I play that a lot. I like that record. Poor Antonio and Clouds, I think, are the only songs that were released post-battle. I mean, that were recorded post-battle. I think the other ones were recorded pre-battle. They just happened to come out. But those two were the only ones that I'm aware of off the top that were recorded post-battle.
Starting point is 00:50:12 And they both were good. Clouds is not something that you would look. Neither one of them are songs that you would, they were statement pieces. They weren't something that you would play regularly. I don't think they were songs. I think they were just Jay Cole getting his thoughts out on, you know, on record. And I'm on the side of, I don't know this to be true. This was just like what everyone saw on the internet. Rumors of what the concept of the fall off was where Cole was going to have features
Starting point is 00:50:38 from older artists that quote unquote fell off, not really fell off, but, you know, just saying that after you hit your peak and become a last. Legacy Act, things get different. So it was going to be legacy acts. I don't think the beef changed that. I just think the time in which he had to pause because of the beef has made him redo this entire album. That's just my guess. I think the concept he had he liked at the time and now is like, I'm falling out of love with that concept next to the falloff. I think it's going be way less feature-heavy than it was going to be originally. I just, yeah, I think he's had too much time to have to chill because of all the weird
Starting point is 00:51:21 shit that was going on. And he's probably has three different versions of it at this point. I'm interested to see what Cole does with this next, with this next project. I'm, I want to see where, you know, sonically, just where his energy is at, because it's, you know, it's a lot on this project. It's a lot riding on this project. Yeah. Whether without the beef.
Starting point is 00:51:44 There is. It's a lot right now. But now since you have that beef, I mean, coming off of that, this is your next, you know, album post that. It's really interesting you actually bring that up because I never thought about this. Because of everything that happened, most legacy acts, which the big three is now in that portion of their careers by hip-hop time standards. Like when Blueprint 3 came out, of course, do I want Jada? deliver, sure, but I wasn't like, yo, this is going to be a, like, a moment or not a make or break, but this is going to be a defining moment for Jay Z, Blueprint 3. I didn't think that at all.
Starting point is 00:52:23 All three of them, everything that they're about to put out next is going to be a defining moment in their careers, which wouldn't have happened prior to that, which is an interesting thought that I never even rest. Like, had that never happened, yeah, like, of course I can't wait for all three of them to drop music. But I felt all three of them are so solidified that like, if it's a duh, like, whatever. Like, they're all legends. But now it's like everything
Starting point is 00:52:49 the three y'all do matters just as much as it did as your fucking sophomore album. Do you think we get all three of them this year? No, I don't think we get Hendrick. I think we get Cole. I could see a, I could see a November Drake release. November? No, I think he said summer.
Starting point is 00:53:13 Every artist says it. Yeah, I think he said... I think we get Colin Drake this year. I don't think Kendrick does. Like I said, my predictions. I think we get a bunch of Kendrick features. That's where I see shit going. Shout to Drake, he's...
Starting point is 00:53:25 Go ahead. He's a... I think he just received... He has 10 diamond... 10 certified diamond R-I-A-A-R-I-A records. Most of any artist ever. That's a huge stat. 10 diamond records is crazy.
Starting point is 00:53:42 So shout out to Drake for that. What defines diamond again? American soccer is about to explode. The World Cup is coming. Ramers sending on to Ernie's score at the chip. I'm Tab Ramos. I'm Tom Boe. On our podcast, inside American soccer,
Starting point is 00:54:07 you'll get the real storylines. I'm not worried about Policic. I'm not worried about Balagan. I'm not worried about McKinney. My only concern is what happens in the back. The biggest decisions. If you're going to look at stats and numbers, he has no shot at making this World Cup team.
Starting point is 00:54:24 And the truth about the U.S. national team. It wouldn't be a huge surprise if our team ends up in the quarterfinals or potentially a great run into the semifinals. The World Cup is almost here. Experience it all with us. Listen, Inside American Soccer with Tom Bogart and Tab Ramos on the iHeart radio app, Apple Podcasts,
Starting point is 00:54:45 wherever you get your podcast. But do we have voicemails? What's up guys? This is Marcello, originally from Harlem, Benalman of state, New York. I've got a relationship out of ice for you. So I recently started saying this woman, and she's super dope. And like, we're just super compatible. Like, she's from Queens, who's up to the boonies. So we also have that in common, right? Like, we see life very, very similarly. And she's just super cool. We've been vibed for the last two months. And although it's not something that we've cemented yet we've had conversations that we're working towards, you know, being exclusive, our kids
Starting point is 00:55:25 meeting, you know, all the things that they want in a relationship. Unfortunately, last night, I was putting my daughter down and I was just kind of sleepy and I was going to send her a screenshot or something. I sent a screenshot, but I also like sent like another thing, like, which was the next video, which was me engaging in some, you know, ungodly acts with another person. And obviously I sent it by accident, unsented, and then she's like too late. Like that was her response.
Starting point is 00:55:58 And we stayed up until like three in the morning kind of like cashing it out. Obviously she tore into me. And I just, I'm just wondering if there's a bounce back for me, man. Like I really like her. Only bounce back is what happened in that video. And she obviously hasn't spoken to me or answered me.
Starting point is 00:56:16 Is there, you know, what's my next movie? I fucked up. I do like your time. This is one of those that I want to get on Patreon for the Zoom Zoom room as well. Because I have to know what that conversation went. Like you can't even, there's no way to even like lie out of that. Like because even if it's like, oh, that was a long time ago. Why was that the next video in your phone?
Starting point is 00:56:41 She can also see things a long time ago because you can see the data on the, on the, you can see when it was taken and what time and where. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt. Let's say that this, that he's not. cheating and that was just a video he had in his phone why why was that the first video on your camera like there's really no way out of this of a mistake like there's always a way like if let's say let's say she went through his phone it's always a way let's say she went through his phone and there was some shit from like she went through the camera all to like 2020 and there was a video him fucking a chick
Starting point is 00:57:11 you could even be like i don't go back that far in my camera i didn't even know that shit was there and it was way before we were together you could get out of that one but this is the the first video and your camera roll today? Yeah. I was editing. I was editing. Editing it is crazy. Yeah, I was editing.
Starting point is 00:57:28 Yeah, I'm trying to get my TikTok to go off. Yeah, I'm trying to go viral. I was doing a day in life. Yeah. Everyone asked me about my sex routine, so finally I'll tell you guys. They said four videos of you in May. So I was like, most of you will skip this. Yeah, most of you skip this.
Starting point is 00:57:44 Yeah, most of you skip. Yeah, like, so I was, you know, I was getting in on the timeline. That's all. I want him on the ZoomZoom room just so I can hear how he tried to get out of that. Yeah. Because at that point, you just have to be like, yo, I got nothing to stay here. But here's the good part. Either if you want to stay cool, if you don't, I understand.
Starting point is 00:58:01 Here's the good part. She stayed on the phone, lit them up. So there's still some room. She don't hang up and block you. And that means, yo, you still got a fighting chance. He got to fight his chance right now. He's going to have to take some, you know, you're going to have to, you know, do some things. and treat it like a princess and all,
Starting point is 00:58:21 even though he should be doing that anywhere if he's really in the end up. But he's going to have to go above and beyond now to let her know, listen, my focus is on you. You don't want I want. You don't want to be with. That's your bag when you get caught? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:33 I go heavy into that bag when I get caught. Yeah, listen, you're the one. They're just distractions. You're my focus. You're saying? I don't even want to be with a girl that allows me to say, but I come home to you. I don't even want that girl.
Starting point is 00:58:49 No, that's what you want. No, you don't. You got to have them dumb. Need them dumb, man. You need them dumb. Yeah, they don't want them too small. You want them to have common sense, but you want them to be dumb at the same time.
Starting point is 00:59:00 Absolutely. You could be dumb. Just have common sense, though. That's all. I mean, I don't know if there's advice here. The ball is in her court. Like, you just kind of have to own that and just, there's not much you can do.
Starting point is 00:59:13 But he said they kicked it. Like, fucking write a handwritten note. I don't fucking know. No, he said they kicked it on the phone. Like, she lit him up. And then kick it. She said she tore into me. We spoke about it.
Starting point is 00:59:22 3 a.m. that wasn't kicking it. No, yeah, no. I mean, if they was on the phone for an hour,
Starting point is 00:59:26 that's, she was screaming, what's her Instagram, what's her name, how'd you meet her? Like, that wasn't a fun conversation. You never had,
Starting point is 00:59:33 you never been lit into for three hours straight. Like, at no point in the conversation, calm down. I'm not, I'm not listening to you, like,
Starting point is 00:59:39 I'm not gonna stand there and get lit up for three hours. Who does that? No, you know what's the fun is that's like standing there getting jumped. Nigger, run.
Starting point is 00:59:45 It's okay to get on your bike and run. Like, you're going to stand there and keep getting hit? Run, nigga. Like, hang up the phone. You lose and you're down 40 right now. So how do you hang up? If she on your ass about it and you want her, you know you want her back, well, how you get off the phone? Because you got to be like, yo, listen, man, like I fucked up.
Starting point is 01:00:03 Like, I know, like, I have a problem. I have a sickness and then hang up. So now she's worried. Like, what he mean he got a sickness? You got to answer the phone for like 10 hours. I was, and you just got a text. Oh, you're the fake suicide guy. No, no, no, I wouldn't go that far.
Starting point is 01:00:19 I wouldn't go fake suicide. I just be like, yo, listen, I'm going through some things. I'm trying to get to know what I'm saying. I know. I know I fucked up. Like, I always fuck up. I hate this. I hate that I always do this.
Starting point is 01:00:28 See, you can't gas like me like that. Because the moment you hang up, I'm going to text. I hope whatever you go through kill you. That's the one you keep. Huh? Ooh, you keep her. That's the girl you want to be with. That means she love you.
Starting point is 01:00:40 That means she love you. Because then you're sitting there like, damn, my fake suicide. It's the only shit I had left. Fuck out of here. Like, you ain't gonna gas me or the ass like me and said that shit. Niggins start that crying and banging their head against the wall shit. Yeah. All right.
Starting point is 01:00:52 Follow through. And we're only talking about the people that do that fake suicide shit because we can't stand that. Yeah, not real. Not real. But I like when you know that somebody's doing that fake suicide shit. Yeah, say that type of shit. Call their car because you know they're not going to do it. And now they're sitting there like, well, fuck, I'm not going to kill myself.
Starting point is 01:01:09 But now I have. There's only one thing after fake suicide. Now I'm sitting here dumb. Yeah, do a flip. Do a flip. What's that shit in the other guys When Will Farrell takes the loudspeakers People are down here murmuring
Starting point is 01:01:21 No one believes you No one thinks you're gonna do it Yeah, you gotta do that Nah, take out the eat You gotta ask if she hungry Like yo, so let's go eat Woman ain't turning down no food Man y'all watches too many rom-coms
Starting point is 01:01:35 They're not baby Dee If he say yo get dressed Even in relationships when it's not cheap shit We're going to eat Baby D get dressed We're going to eat so we can talk about this You're not getting dressed Oh I'll eat in like like
Starting point is 01:01:46 like angry like that don't yeah i'm gonna eat but like i'm still on your ass in between that's okay that's not really like as long as i got you here in front of me and when you curse me out we eat in you can have attitude shade the whole night at dinner but it's like i still got you still here though is what i'm saying she just needs to make sure she's still there and at 3 a m in a dinnors that's everyone's energy wherever do you go get dressed i be downstairs in 20 minutes i'm coming to get you let's go eat let's talk about this shit man like we better than this yo you're getting dressed baby d you're getting dressed stop lying to me in my face you getting dressed and you downstairs in 20 minutes there's you're gonna get in the car you gonna slam the door you go it you're gonna have
Starting point is 01:02:25 a attitude doing in the video though you was eating her pussy if you was eating her pussy in the video i'm not eat i don't give a fuck i'll go on a hunger strike saving a video you eating pussy it's kind of why but why the eating pussy is like because what it's depending on what i had to see like how sick to my stomach did I get when i saw that video like if i got sick like if you was going crazy nah what you were saying you told her shit the best pussy in the world I can't I can't eat I can't eat bro
Starting point is 01:02:52 I'm saying but like I tell all the host You know I'm lying Like come on bed I'm sick now Relationships are so fucking fucking funny I can
Starting point is 01:03:05 Y'all just both sitting in line to each other and see who get caught lying first Yeah that's pretty much the talking stage Yeah I just Cannot believe that you've gotten that line off that if you send a video
Starting point is 01:03:18 you fucking somebody else, you tell her, yo, we better than this. You think I've gotten that off? No, come on, man. First of all, I've never done that.
Starting point is 01:03:25 I would never get caught slipping like that. Yeah, like, what type of rookie are we talking to right here? In that scenario, saying, yeah, we better than this. Like, why are you arguing? You just sent me a video
Starting point is 01:03:34 of you fucking something. Yeah, why are we arguing? Why are we letting small thing? That's a small thing to a giant. Go ahead. You're going to let something like this break us up? Yeah, like,
Starting point is 01:03:44 Did you look at it? You're not the girl I thought she was cute. Like she ain't cute. Like, I was horny. Do you want me to do it? I thought we were stronger than this. Yeah. This is what could break us up?
Starting point is 01:03:53 Like, we ain't, oh, then. I guess we wasn't real then. This is it? Oh my God. Is this a gas light in the Olympics? Yeah, you got to pull it on heavy 93 unleaded. That's how you got to do it. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:04:02 Tell me your true definition of love. Yeah. Because it can't be that. This can't be this. This is going to break us up. You know, unconditional. This is just a condition. When they start doing shit like that, be like,
Starting point is 01:04:14 I'm not arguing with you about this stupid shit. Let me know when you over this. Yeah, I don't know if you, I don't know if that's the time to pull that out. I'm way too pussy for that. Yeah, I would never get that over. Not when you send her video, you smash it somebody.
Starting point is 01:04:24 You can't pull that card out. That's not the card you go to. No, you put that back in your wallet, sir. Yeah. Don't put that back. Don't use that one. Yeah. To me, that's like almost like,
Starting point is 01:04:36 be aggressive. Oh, well, you've slept with other people too. That's not the car. You're just shooting at anything at this point. Yeah, no, that's not the car. You want to be aggressive. be assertive, but you also have to be very delicate, very tread lightly.
Starting point is 01:04:48 Delicate. Balls in her court. If, if. Yeah, but you got to be aggressive on defense, worry, you know that? Nah. What do you mean, though? You can't sit back and let the offense dictate what we do.
Starting point is 01:04:58 It's a boxing one now. You got a press. No, we're picking up full. Stacks, stacks clear. Pick up full. Turn to three times before you cross half court. Bring the double sideline. That's a triple team now.
Starting point is 01:05:09 Yeah, that's how you do it. But I feel like every move I make every impossible Jalen Brunson shot ever is then going to be trumped on by a Halliburton three that says you sent me a video of you fucking somebody else. Momentum killed. That's when you got to pick up full like T.J. McConnell. Whether we score or not, I'm right here. As soon as you turn around, Brunson, I'm in your jersey.
Starting point is 01:05:32 So now what we're doing? Soon as she says something, yo, get dressed. Soon as she feels like she's about to get momentum in a... Yo, are you dressed? No, that's when... I'm downstairs. Come downstairs. I'm dressed.
Starting point is 01:05:43 That's when you got to hit him with the Tatum caption. Comebacks and be better than the setback. But see, here, Ma, as a woman, bye. He got hung up on. She's gone. She gone. Nah, I tore my ACA. I sent that.
Starting point is 01:05:59 Like, listen, I blew my leg out for the series. She is gone, bro. But there's going to be another season. She out of here. So, Ma, this is the thing, right, about trying to not let, like, you trying to hurry up and get her downstairs and get her with you before she get a chance to process her feelings. that can backfire. Of course it can't.
Starting point is 01:06:15 Because I've had that happen to me. You want it like I'm angry and you want me to be angry. It's like stop being angry so quick that you come pick me up. That or I, we go do something. I yell and argue with whatever. We have sex. And then it's like, oh, everything is good. But when I'm back home alone,
Starting point is 01:06:28 now that I have time to really process what the fuck is going on. We ain't never home alone. We live together now. Yo, nothing is scarier. My home is yours. Yeah. Nothing is scarier when you fuck up crazy and then y'all argue for three hours and then y'all fuck or then she wants to cook for you.
Starting point is 01:06:44 You start feeling like you getting set up. Like, why is she being so cool about this fuck up? I'm here to let you know she is going to go to a day party within the next week. Oh, no, I've been in that situation and even text to the group chat like, should I eat this food? Nah. This feels like I'm being poised. You don't want to want a woman. She freaked out for like two hours, but everything was cool after and why she's doing that.
Starting point is 01:07:06 You after you sent her to having sex with another girl. You've never had a wild fuck up and then you end. end up, like, arguing and then fucking right after. Even then, I'm a little nervous, like, all right, what's going on here? Not right after. Maybe, like, a couple weeks after, but not, like, right after the argument.
Starting point is 01:07:20 Have you been cursed out on the phone for so long? You start to fall asleep, and then you wake up her still screaming that you fell asleep? And it's like, I mean, what do you want for me? Mm-hmm. I can't get a word in. You've been ranting for three hours.
Starting point is 01:07:31 I'm exhausted. Yeah, I've sat on FaceTime and looked at her ceiling for about two hours. Oh, my God. She had an air potter. She was cleaning, doing all kinds of shit. You're causing your ass out. Stupid motherfucker.
Starting point is 01:07:41 I'm just sitting there looking at the phone looking at the ceiling. Like, I got to go through it. I'm in, at that point, like, you're so fucking dumb. Like, yeah, yeah. I ain't gonna lie. All you gotta be is like, yeah. Nah, nah, not. A woman hit me with the ice, the coldest shit ever though.
Starting point is 01:07:57 She was like, yo, I'm just so disappointed in you. I was like, oh my God. She's disappointed in me. She had hope. She had faith in me. That hurts. When you know you let a woman down, like, disappointed? No.
Starting point is 01:08:10 my God. The bar you got off of we're better than this. Have you ever had a woman like almost hit you on some parents and shit like you better than this? Like why did you know I'm not? Like yo that's and then you'll be in your head like you don't really know me like that's right on par for how awful I am. Like this is what you did like
Starting point is 01:08:28 I'd never even viewed you like that. That's what you do? Like yeah. Woman said you like anything. Hmm. Ha. Huh. Huh. I'm like, I like, no, I don't do it? Yeah. You guys start asking homies, y'all like anything. You hit your man or say, you all like anything.
Starting point is 01:08:45 And then you start thinking like, that must mean I'm gay. Callback. That must mean I'm a day. Good job. What a way to close. Do we have another voice? I don't care what a woman ever said on the phone me. I ain't never any way.
Starting point is 01:08:59 That must mean I'm gay. Never fucking happened. Oh, ain't nothing worse. At this age, that has not happened to me in. in this part of my 30s. But if it got to the three hour, I'm just sitting there on FaceTime and she just asking all that shit,
Starting point is 01:09:14 I would be like, yo, I'm gay. Like, any way to get off the fucking phone. Yo, I did it because I'm gay. Like, how, can you leave me, please? Now, what if she said? What if she said? I knew it. That's crazy.
Starting point is 01:09:26 I knew it is crazy. Like, what? Fuck you mean, you knew it. Like, what? I knew it. I knew you was. You ever have like a situation? You ever have, like, a situation.
Starting point is 01:09:35 Curse you out? Like, not even your. girl and you're sitting like an hour and a half in like I don't need to be why I don't even like you like this this ain't even that serious of relationship but we what am I doing right now yeah this is an I heart podcast guaranteed human
