I got to say that again.
Do it one more time.
Hey, yo.
I can't fake.
No, I can't fake the minute.
Mall, I miss you.
I missed you too, baby, Dee.
I feel always telling you miss me.
I did.
How can you so?
Because you like, when I walk and you roll your eyes at me.
You know, like when a nigga was-
Shoot you like a high school crush.
Yeah, like when you wore your best outfit
and the nigga didn't show up.
Then you come the next day when you just say,
you're like, whatever gear.
You're like, nah, he want to come to school.
You said DeMaris was dripping on Monday?
Yeah.
No, not on Monday.
She knew I was out.
That's true.
I know you won't be there.
You had to sit there.
Yeah.
I wore, you know, sweats, ponytail.
Yeah, yeah.
Now you got it laid.
Yeah.
You know, you look great today.
Thank you.
Baby, you know how I like that hair laid down like that.
She got up this morning.
It was like, I know how I'm all like the hair to lay on the side like that.
A little layer.
Yeah, you know how I like the part right there.
Yeah.
I heard knowing that is hilarious.
Yeah, man.
What's up, Lamar?
What's up, man?
I'm back, man.
Fresh from the left coast.
I mean, you know.
The left coast.
You're a fucking weenie.
I'm a loser.
When are you guys going to finally just like...
You're a fucking loser.
How long we're doing this pod?
You guys don't know I'm a fucking loser right now?
Oh, my God.
I know.
It's funny when you remind us.
Yeah, man.
What's been going on?
You know, we've been podding.
I've only been out for a day.
Yeah, technically, because we had the E40 shit done already.
Which was great.
Check out our E40 episode.
Ryan was beside himself.
Yee 40, that's Yee 40 over there.
That was cool.
Yee 40.
His cousin called her.
His cousin was like,
are you like a make-a-wish kid for New Roy and Mall?
How'd you meet E-40?
Make-a-wish kid is fucking.
Your cousin asked you that?
That's hilarious.
That's funny.
No, he works here.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah, Ryan was on Netflix.
Yeah, oh my God.
That picture?
That picture's real, too, which is funny.
Pete did it inside of here.
Can we just put it in the Lord?
At that picture.
It was like when Amara grabbed my finger for the first time when she was born.
That was how Ryan was just born when he met E40 that day.
His rebirth.
That was the sickest handshake.
Yo, Peach, how did you catch that, bro?
That was his thizzle rebirth.
Shout out to the legend E40 for coming through, man.
Griping another man's thumb.
When you, he going for a handshake is crazy.
Yeah, that's wild.
That's the Bayshade.
We don't know that.
We're not for the Bay shake.
Yeah, that might be the Bay Shake.
Yeah, we wouldn't be supposed to see that.
Yeah, we got to, you get it?
That was like an inside thing.
Like, okay, got it.
But it was cool.
Like, I like watching Ryan talk to E40.
Yeah, that was cool.
I think that type of shit is cool to like see people.
Yeah.
And like, that's a big deal.
You know, obviously it was, you know, a huge figure in the Bay in E40.
Yeah.
That was dope.
I think that type of shit is cool.
Yeah.
I don't clown people for.
No, no.
I don't like the term fanning out because it comes across weird, but like, you know,
just meet.
people that were really a big part of your childhood
to me as cool. Why do we, why do we make fanning out
like a bad? Because he wasn't fanning out. He was just
happy to like, yo, I get to see somebody that was such
a pivotal part of my childhood.
But what's wrong with fanning out?
I always say that. It depends
on who it is. I think if you're
from the Bay and you finally meet E40,
I think that's okay to fan out.
My dad's favorite rapper. Yeah.
I think your dad's favorite rapper, you grew up,
obviously listening to him in the house. I think
once you meet somebody like that, and that's
that is like okay to fan out
in that moment. I think we should stop like making fanning out such a bad thing. I understand,
man, it can't do anything. We can't like anything. We can't show any emotions and any love to
anybody. Correct. I get that. But like, I think it's okay to fan out like over certain things
in people. I've been saying that for 10 years and you guys clown me every time that I do that.
Well, we're going to clown you no matter what. But I act like I've been there before, but I'm
humble enough to be like, oh, this is a big deal for me to meet a certain person. I think that, yeah.
You guys clown me for the Nas thing.
I think it has to be an age.
Well, I was telling somebody they changed your life
and fan it out is completely different.
Who told somebody to change his life?
He told Nas, he changed his life.
We were in the studio together, though, so it was fine.
You weren't, I weren't you in the studio next to him?
I was working with Teres Martin next door.
Uh-huh.
You know what?
So you weren't in the studio together.
No, no, fuck all this.
If we're going to try to clown me,
let me know, let's pick up some names.
Let them have it.
I was at Chalice Studios working on my first album with Terris Martin.
Who?
Teres, the Grammy Award,
legendary.
The incomparable.
Yes.
Teres Martin.
Yes.
It was just me and Terris Studio.
I was playing enough to stuff.
He did, he did the key.
You don't even call him Terrence.
You go on T.
I don't call him T.
Mr. Martin.
Hey.
Don't piss me off.
He did some of the synth on see how this thing goes.
Come on.
Which is now, you know, a classic record.
Yes, come on.
We know that.
So I was texting with Hit Boy already in Hit Boy Studio
the time was at chalice and he said where you at i said i'm at chalice already yeah he said
all right come through and didn't say what he was you just said come through so i know where his studio is
so i walked down the hallway and i opened the door and it's just now as an hit boy
so they played me what was king disease two they played you they took time out of their
schedule to play king you know i'm humble but yes they were like oh you want to hear some stuff
i was like yeah why not there Lauren's voice came on i was like whoa what this is real come on yeah
Yeah, so I mean, you know, it was an intimate setting just the three of us.
So that's when you decided to just slip to slip in the-
Let Nasir know he changed your life.
It was, I mean, in context it was.
I get, no, listen, I understand.
See, man, we can't see how we get all uncomfortable.
We even tell him this.
I think Bazley was there, you know.
There was a lot going on.
Yeah, come on, man.
A white man and his fluffy dog just randomly.
I can't remember if Bays was there for that one or not.
Probably.
I think Bays meant.
Bays has done more L.A. trips than most people.
Yeah, Bays met Nause.
I can't wait to tell Nas.
I name. I mean, Nas is just a great name in general.
Nassir is a great name. Hold on.
Baby D. What?
I can't wait to tell Naz. I named my son after you.
You don't have any kids.
When it comes, his name will be Nassau.
Oh, you're speaking it.
Okay.
What would it be Nassir or Nassir?
Nassir is a very pretty name.
It's very pretty.
We are back sponsored by Bootho.
Unlimited Talk, Texant data.
Well, how was your L.A.
Trip.
L.A. was great.
Did you meet anyone?
that changed your life?
No.
No.
I didn't meet anybody
that changed my life.
Don't do that.
Because you were at
Sean's comedy show
with somebody that changed my life
did a lot for the red-headed
community.
Bill Burr.
You saw Bill Burr.
I didn't meet Bill Burr,
but yes,
Bill Burr was there.
But telepathically,
he was like,
yo,
you changed my life.
Shout to Sean,
man.
He's doing an incredible,
incredible job.
Damn, I forgot the,
what is it?
When you left?
After you left.
After you left.
After you left.
you left comedy show in L.A., shout out to Sean Dickinson and his team.
He has something really dope that he's building out there with that.
Yeah.
I mean, but Sean, you know, Sean is going to carry the room.
We need it in New York.
Yeah, he's going to put the right people in the room.
It's at the vinyl room at the Palladium, but the vinyl room inside the Palladium.
Incredible.
Incredible what Sean is doing.
Bill Burr was hilarious.
The gentleman that went on before Bill Burr, I forgot his name.
He was funny as hell, too.
but they're doing something dope, man.
So Sean has another vibe,
another event that he's building in LA
that's incredible, the right people in the room,
you know, pretty women, cool guys.
No ID was there.
Changed my life.
Listen, man.
Your life's so easily sway, God damn.
I'm saying gnaz and no ID.
I'm not.
Bill Burr.
I'm sorry, three icons.
My bad.
That one light skin bitch from last lap.
Like, you so easily sway.
Well, she changed my life for different reasons.
Yeah, yeah.
She turned you into a man.
Not being a man before last life existed is crazy.
Well, sometimes you don't know that there's more manhood.
Yeah, it's more manhood in you.
It's more manhood to explore that's in you.
But, yeah, LA was dope.
Explore that's in you.
Yeah.
I saw James Davis is hosting.
Shout out to James Davis.
Okay.
Funny comedian.
I saw Saha.
Oh, or?
Yeah, shout up to Saha, man.
Listen, man, y'all know how I feel about Saha, man.
He didn't change my life.
Life changer.
He didn't change my life, but I love Saha.
No dope on Sundays did something to you.
But yeah, man, he said new album coming soon, man.
I thought after he did the seven-minute good music song and the two drops that we were doing a rollout.
And you know, Saha's my guy.
And I'm a fan first.
I'm disappointed as a fan.
I thought we were getting an album after that rollout.
It was a cool rollout.
It brought a lot of attention for the right reasons.
He was rapping.
I like clearances, samples.
Like what?
He said new albums soon.
That's all.
I mean,
as somebody who's really looking forward to that and who needs that type of rap,
I can only hope that a new album from Saha is coming soon.
If he was in L.A.
That makes me think, yeah.
Because I think Sai at this point in his life just like minds his business in Atlanta.
If he's in L.A., then...
No, he was definitely out there working on this project.
But he's been writing for a few, for a few artists.
Obviously, I won't know no names, but he's been busy.
His pen is moving around.
I'll pull up on my, you know, I've got to pull up on my brother, belly.
Oh, where?
How's belly doing?
He's great, man.
He's great.
You know, he's married, kid now, so, you know.
Yeah.
No, his wife is very sweet.
Yeah, he's a very, very nice.
He's still belly, but, you know, it's just a different, it's a different belly.
He smokes outside now.
Yeah.
That's what I've noticed with fathers.
We just smoke outside.
That's what the...
Yo, his...
We were literally in the garage.
Like, the garage is now his like, that's your room.
That's what fatherhood is about.
It's finding places for your vices that are not in the living room.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
But shout out to my God Belly, man.
He played some new music.
He got a lot of things he's working on, man.
And it's funny.
He mentioned something that was interesting.
He was like, yo, listen, man, songs that I've written have well over 10 billion streams.
Yes, without question.
He doesn't get called to write for anybody.
Now, he said why he thinks he doesn't get called for him.
I won't go into that.
Oh, that's what I would love to go into.
We won't go into that.
But it's just funny that an artist and a writer with the pen as incredible as belly is not called to write for other artists as much as some of these other guys who don't have records that have streamed as much as the records belly has written.
Yeah, the stuff him and we can have done together is.
He wrote Blonde and Lights.
just for
for context
for context
he wrote blinding lights
the weekend you may have
a little tune
you may have heard of it
when we were at his house
that plaque was like
the size of the wall
just because it needed
that amount for the RIA
certification
and he doesn't get called
the right for anybody
it's crazy man
well you know
he's doing well
this is price too high
no that's not why
he's not getting called
um
album 96 miles from Bethlehem
check it out
when you ever get a chance
I didn't want to say that aloud
but he took a stand
and listen man
we support him
I'm on the same side of
the stance that he took
so yeah I can see I can see that part
yeah I can definitely see that part
credible artists but that's my brother
that's family man so I had to
had to go see my guy
oh yeah Lamall was in
full effect Demaris remember Lamar
I love Lamall
spent a long time since even like our last few
LA shows you weren't really in like
Lamall LaMall fashion
because we would go in like December
it wouldn't really be like
in and out
Yeah, nah. Summer Lamont.
But I wasn't really, I was with Sean.
That's like, come on, that's fan.
You just name 17 people you see.
Okay.
And Belly lives like an hour outside of LA.
That's family. Don't do that.
You're starting to get like, we're right with that.
That's family shit.
This can't keep us apart.
You know that.
Come on, man.
This doesn't keep family apart.
You know that.
Saha, when I was checking in, he was checking out.
We literally bumped into each other.
Does that really count?
Like, I didn't go hang out with Saha.
Like, we literally was staying at the same hotel.
Okay.
So that was, that's like, oh, okay.
It was just a happy accident.
Like, oh, shit, my God.
You know what I'm saying?
Like.
And everybody else you ran into when you was at Sean's event.
Didn't you go to a wedding?
After you left, yes.
Did you meet anybody there?
No.
Love was in the air, though.
Yeah, love was in the air.
I mean, it was a beautiful ceremony.
Like, it was.
Did you dance with anyone?
Cut up a rug?
No, it was more like everybody kind of bob.
It wasn't really like a one-on-one, like while Luther was playing.
I ain't get into that.
Oh, okay.
But, I mean, it was.
doing a little two-step in the same circle as a little mocktail you had a little mocktail no i had
wine hey i had wine oh i also went to um little cabranet shout out to anison pack his uh his spot
andy's cool vibe live music nice a vibe you sound like me right now this is crazy everywhere bro
no no no no Anderson no that the andy spot y'all y'all would love that well you know my favorite
restaurant is his on ventura i can can never pronounce it uh sorry ryan i don't want to butcher it
But it's a great Asian restaurant.
Yeah.
No, Andy's, though, that spot is a, it's a complete vibe in there.
Okay.
No, Anderson Pack has the restaurant game one.
That's his shit.
Yeah, no, that was a cool night, live music.
Was he DJ in?
No, he wasn't there, but it was, you know, it was still a vibe in there, though.
We had a good time.
What's his DJ alter ego again?
DJ Peewee.
Yeah, DJ Peewee was not in there.
No, he wasn't in it, but other things he got.
He was Peeway Kirkland.
Yeah.
That's one thing, L.A.
I don't want to say L.A. does better than New York.
York because nobody does like the vibe better than New York. But LA with the like live music kind of restaurant, you're in a restaurant, but they have like the live music plan and like the aesthetics are really good. Like I think that well. I think when New York we've had it before, but the space kind of fucks with it. Because even some of our best restaurants are a closet. So it's tough to get that vibe off. Yeah. Because the bigger restaurants that could do it aren't, Tao's not going to do it. So.
Yeah, you have to find, yeah, L.A. does that much better.
No, if you're in L.A., go to Andes.
Like, it's like a 70s, 80s vibe in there, the aesthetics, live music.
It's definitely worth, like, if you want to go out and just, you know, it's not really like, you don't want to really club.
But, like, you want to go out and hear some music and, you know, people are dance.
It's a dance floor.
Oh, people's cut and people were.
Yeah, yeah.
No, it was a vibe.
Like, I was in there, like, I was just like, oh, shit.
Like, okay, this is a, this is my type of shit.
You would go out if we had shit like that here.
100%.
I'd also, and forgive me, I forgot the name of it,
that Sean ironically took me to as well.
I think it was off Crenshaw.
It was like the jazz soul food restaurant
that just opened with the live music.
Yeah, you're right.
L.A. does have that shit, and we just don't.
You need more of that.
Yeah, but it was a great time, though, man.
Weather was great.
It was a good time, man.
Shout to everybody in LA.
I saw someone with my family
and friends I ain't seen in the minute.
It was a good time.
You was in an Uber.
No, I was just, you know, catching up with people,
man while I was there.
That sounds like you could have just told the Uber driver like,
what's your rate for the night?
Oh, no, I wasn't one.
It was never that.
You're moving around that much.
I might as well.
No, all this wasn't worth it.
No, this wasn't that.
I got twisted, though.
I ain't going to lie.
I went at Andy's.
Really?
That's crazy.
Marl go out of town, get drunk with people.
No, listen, because Trev was with me.
Shout out to my boy, Trevor.
Trevor Reza.
We went out.
Another one, man.
And am I dropping a lot of names?
But that's family.
That don't count.
Treve ain't nobody.
Fuck, Trev.
No, that's my family.
Anderson Packs family too.
That's why you went to the restaurant.
I don't know Anderson.
I've never met Anderson Pack in my life.
But, no, so we got a bottle of red wine.
Fan.
He was tore up.
Oh, my God.
I might have slept for 13 hours, bro.
We went through a whole bottle.
Whoa, a red wine?
Me and DeMaris could do that in 10 minutes.
Nah, I ain't gonna lie.
A whole bottle of red wine with two people.
You'll be fucked up.
Man, I'm talking about, you know, I was so, you know,
Because Nick was with us too.
You know, I was Nick said, the next day he called me, he was like, yo, bro.
Nick Grant.
That's family.
This is all family, guys.
This is not.
This is nasty, mall.
This is family, though.
Yeah, come on this is family.
This is not like, you know what I'll be with.
We should have, we should have strapped a mic to you and then had Ryan follow you for sure.
Yeah, we should have.
Family, man.
This is family, but I was, yeah, I was, I'm not going to lie.
I haven't been, I haven't drank that much red wine in one night in a very long time.
Okay.
But it was Andy's.
So it was like, you know, when you're in Andy's, you got to, you know, you got to do the thing.
When you're in an Andy.
Everyone knows that.
Yeah, everybody knows.
Everyone listening to us, we all know that when you're in Andy.
Well, no, I don't, I don't know if that's your thing.
Cool.
I'm not into that.
I'm just, I feel like that type of place.
Somebody did it.
Oh, one.
Oh, no, I saw them doing it.
Oh, okay.
That's what I'm like, I'm like, that's the thing.
No, no, they were definitely doing it.
Not a DJ Pee's spot.
Yeah, they would definitely.
They would definitely doing it.
But no, I was red wine and, you know, thank you, Nick for getting me back to my hotel safely because I was twisted.
I would have loved to see that.
I'd have never seen Maudeau.
I was just sleeping.
Oh.
I was asleep.
Your mouth was open?
Probably.
Yeah.
Yeah, I was sleep.
I was done.
Woke up, my sneakers was inside my jeans.
You know, when you get undressed like that.
Yeah.
I know that feeling.
Yeah.
I'm like, I put to shake the shirt.
Somehow your draws made it down there too.
Yeah.
I shook my jeans out, sneakers hit the window.
I was like, shit.
I was a, yeah, man, it was one of those.
When you're trying to pack, like, where is my, oh, it's in my pants.
It's in my pants.
I was like, all right, man, whatever, man.
But, you know, it was worth them.
I had a good time.
I know, you had a headache when you woke up.
You ain't used to that.
No, it wasn't that bad, though.
Like, it definitely was.
You feel like you and that, you know, that cloud where you, like, everything's
moving slow.
But it wasn't a headache, though.
It was just more like, I need to drink water all day.
It was that type of feeling.
Red wine hangovers do suck, though.
So that is good.
Yeah.
Anytime I've ever blacked out, it was from drinking a whole bottle of red wine.
I used to drink red wine when I was doing my homework in school.
And I would black out after a bottle of red wine.
Black out?
Black out?
I wouldn't remember.
I wouldn't like, I wouldn't remember.
I just wouldn't remember tonight.
Okay.
Like I wouldn't remember it.
And I would just wake up like, what the fuck happened?
Yeah.
That's why I stopped drinking red wine.
All right.
Well, glad you got off that horse, baby, Dee.
Glad you turned your life.
At the, I mean, even at like my peak alcoholic stages, I don't know if I ever blacked out.
Like there'd be parts of the night.
I'd be like, oh, you had to remind me about that.
But like black, I don't think I've ever blacked out.
Like literally black.
You don't remember.
I don't know what happened.
That's all when people say that, I'd be like, I've been drunk before.
But I remember what happened last night.
I need reminders.
I don't need no reminders.
I know exactly what happened.
I may not have been able to react in a moment as fast as I wanted to.
But I remember what happened.
Ain't nobody going to be like, yo, they came in and they,
nobody came in here, finish.
Stop lying.
Give me my money, nigga.
I'm crying.
You go, they're coming in.
Yeah, give me my money, finish.
Stop playing with me.
Nobody came in last night.
Nah, I literally, I've, you know, I've been toe up,
toe up from the flow up off liquor.
I'll remember everything.
But when I used to drink, like red wine and drinking in excess,
that's the only time I'll be like, I don't remember what happened.
I'll stop doing somebody I, somebody I was intimate with,
told me that we were intimate that night.
And I was like, we, what?
I didn't remember eight.
I didn't remember anything.
It was,
I was safe,
it was consensual,
somebody had slept well before,
but I did not,
I didn't remember.
I did not remember that.
And I was like,
oh,
I would never do that yet.
Hopefully that guy's off the streets.
No, he,
but when somebody's blacked out,
they're not passed out.
That's the difference.
So when I say blackout,
it's not I'm passed out like sleep.
Oh, okay.
I'm up and moving around
and I just don't remember.
Gotcha.
I don't remember what the fuck happened.
That's different.
Not,
not passed out drunk,
blackout drunk.
I thought blackout means,
like passed out.
That's what I thought too.
No. Maybe people got different
differences. I just think when you can't remember
anything, when you just can't remember anything.
Your brain is actively moving.
You're talking? Like, you don't know what's
going on. You just don't remember the next day.
That's more dangerous than being passed out.
For sure. For a show.
Jesus. Well,
and homie still came in and climbed on top of you.
I looked like a normal person.
He looked like a normal person.
I was operating normally.
It means a person is a weight conscious of moving
around, but their brain is not forming new
memories. Your brain not forming new memories. It's hilarious.
You're dead at a half. Your brain stopped forming new memories.
That explains a lot. A lot of these niggas is out here blacked out. They're just drunk.
They don't, because a lot of these niggas brains ain't forming new memories at all.
What's the Jim Carrey movie, Spotless Mind of whatever?
Eternal Sunshine is Spotless Mind? That's just a romantic blackout.
That's really all he was, he just wanted to be blacked out.
And what's the one with Adam Sandler? Well, a fifth.
50 blind dates.
50 first dates.
No, he had like real, like,
didn't he have, like, mental issues or something?
No, she got in a car accident.
Oh, yeah, that's what her frontal lobe of memory reset every day.
Yeah.
So that's kind of what blackout drunk is.
Your frontal lobe is like.
She blacked out after the car crash and then just kept blacking.
Well, she crashed because she was blacked out drunk.
That could be it.
And then, you know, her frontal lobe was damaged forever.
Mar really did miss you.
Huh?
I really did miss you.
I appreciate that, baby.
I like to be.
You don't take.
many days off. So, like, when you're gone, it's like weird.
Well, no, I'm the Cowr-Ripkin of podcasting. I don't take no days off. I'm the
iron horse. It took a stroke for me. Like, come on. Come on. They don't have to give you
enough credit for that. That got to get us up too spot.
He's got to get us up to L.A. working on that album. He's cat. No, Jordan's been on the
Dreamville tour. I don't think we're making a listen next year. I saw Jordan. Shout to Jordan.
He was with Jordan. Okay. He's me. He's me. Shout out to Jordan. I fuck with Jordan.
But no, that was really it. I've taken like a few, few days,
maybe a mix of album, but yeah, it takes a stroke
and you guys wouldn't let me back.
Well, you know, you was trying to come right back
while you were still. You and Kea wouldn't let me fucking pop.
You were still drooling and shit. I was like, this doesn't make no sense
for him to come back. Yo, but it's good for content.
No, but you don't need to be drooling on camera.
Those, get to get you like, I was not
a question. He answered like five minutes later.
Like, well, we've been asked that. We answered the next topic.
Your front tool was all over the place.
That's not, even when I was doing
physical therapy in the hospital, I was hitting
the duggy just to prove that I could walk.
Every day. Do you know why you're
here bitch yes stop
I'm not deaf
do you know what day it is
yes shut the fuck up I don't know what day
it is stroking not me and Roy was on the phone last night
we didn't know that it was Wednesday we was both like oh
what's today because you know we don't record
we just days of days at that point
we don't usually have Wednesday off so
I was confused what day it was because I was at home
I was like no it was today's Wednesday
whatever so yesterday
Amara's in between she starts school
next Tuesday like school for the first time
it's technically 3K
but she's going to like
what's 3K right before kindergarten
yeah what we used to call
like pre-k is now 3K
got it so she goes to like school
for real yeah like I don't have to pay for it right
no pre-k is four is the 4
when you're 4 well it's 3 and 4 year olds in her
class oh 3K and I don't know they mix and match
shout to mondami I don't know but
she goes to like school for real
next Tuesday so
I ended her
$3,000 a month daycare
at the end of August. So now I
just have her for this week, like, rogue.
Yeah. Like, there's no,
she's just running around.
So we're in the house yesterday.
Finally, I get her, like, she has this
easel where she likes to paint and
she's great at art. So I was like, all right, cool.
It's 4 o'clock. I haven't eaten.
Now I could just, like, go cook
myself some food. She's
preoccupied. She's the new
piece she's working on.
I know all the paints I got her. I know
the color pencils I got her.
I know the crayons I got her.
I know how I organized it.
I put them all there.
Somehow, she ignored all those and found a blue Sharpie, the big one.
Nice.
Colored her whole face, her mouth, all of the walls in her room, the trampoline in her room,
her legs, her arm.
She looked like the blue man group.
In a Sharpie, Mall.
Yeah.
Not a magic erase, a Sharpie.
Yeah.
She still looks like she just came out of a furrow.
I was in Lake.
She's a smurf.
You're a smurf fan.
I get it.
Because I know when you were scrubbing the Sharpie off,
it just made her more and blue.
Made her more blue.
I took her immediately to the shower and I thought it was a magic marker.
I had to go back in the room.
And that's when I saw the walls were completely covered.
That it was a big-ass Sharpie marker on the ground.
Listen, man.
I can't wait for school to start.
Yeah, but don't, you know, just push her into her whatever is a passion.
She seems passionate about.
No, I let her color with markers and crayons,
even in some places in my living room,
I don't care if she colors on the wall.
Just not with a fucking autograph style blue sharky.
The way Michael Jordan signs things.
No, I don't need that on my entire house.
Or on her lips for that.

Well, speaking of blue, she may be
an Iceman album. No, God.
Right? She may be fan of the Iceman album. Who knows?
Iceman becomes Drake's... That was a LaMalle transition.
Longest running number one album.
13 weeks at number one.
Correct.
Y'all don't got to clap. Fuck you.
Mind you, everybody in a little clap.
That's the longest running number one album ever?
No, his...
Drake's. Oh, okay.
Correct.
13 weeks at number one. I'm going to say this now. We will never see a rapper
do this again.
do you never know there will never be another rapper that will do this not the way rap is streaming
no it won't happen so just this is history no rapper is going to drop an album that is going to be
13 weeks at number one in this stream and error it will not happen again well it's while we're
recording this it's 203 eastern time on september 3rd i think j z is three minutes into his album
that's about to do it so i don't even know 13 weeks no it's his 14th album yeah but it still won't be 13
weeks. It'll be 14. No. Impossible. No, I don't think Jay-Z would do that. But. Oh, so it's on top
rap albums chart on the top rap album and then Iceman was top R&B hip-hop. Okay.
GNX was number one for 22 weeks. That was a top rap album chart. This is top. Oh,
and Philbord got you. This is top R&B and hip-hop. I don't even know why. See, this is why I don't like
Ryan even pulling up. Why are we even doing comparisons right now? Well, he didn't pull up the
comparisons, I think he just put up longest rap out of that number one and they told you.
All right.
Well, yeah.
Congrats to everyone that streams well.
Yo, but you listen, that's not easy to do.
This stream it ever?
I think every rap is going to have to go back to releasing like, first of all, independent.
And then just releasing their albums the way Rock Marcy does.
Like just literally your website, if you want my album.
Go to my website because...
That's tougher to stream number one that way.
It's more lucrative.
Forget streaming number one.
I'm just talking about being able to see some type of, like you said,
residuals off of your work because rappers can't,
they just can't stream well no more.
And it's just rap.
I'm not talking to my R&B.
I'm pretty sure R&B artists are still doing okay for the most part.
It depends.
But rappers, this streaming error, like this,
I don't, I think the streaming error killed,
killed rap
because rappers just don't stream well anymore
we just saw a game drop
where he did 15K
something like that
yeah but I mean game is
legacy and
as a legacy act you should
even even bigger legacy acts than game
don't don't stream very well
I mean I think the content world
killed music more than anything
I don't mean that in a bad way I just think
consumers have other things that they focus on
before they focus on music
because streaming
got rap to be the number one genre.
So I don't think streaming killed rap.
Rap was not the number one genre until streaming happened.
I don't know about that.
I don't know.
In the streets it was, not by numbers, but yes.
By influence, rap has been the number one genre since the 90s.
Well, that's what I'm saying.
But when you come to a numbers game, rap was not the number one genre until streaming
happened.
So I don't think streaming killed rap.
I think content killed rap because myself included.
that's not the sometimes music isn't the first thing I go to when I get my car it's content it's people
talking it's it's a bunch of other shit well it's like that it's like that in my crib sometimes
I have so much access to so many movies so much other shit when I'm cleaning my crib sometimes
I throw on a movie in the back but I feel like that that that's kind of a that's a small world view
because you're not the only person with access to content country music is still going number one
and they have access to content too they spend just as much time on their phones as we do we're talking
about I'm talking specifically but you're saying why rap isn't number one anymore
That would mean that if you're not going to rap,
that would mean that other people who also have access to content
are not going to their genres either.
I don't think that it's...
Well, I mean, a genre has to be number one.
Like, there has to be a number one genre no matter what,
but I think music in general has taken a hit.
I don't think that the good music is being pushed to the forefront.
And I think a lot of hip-hop, it has to do with culture,
and that's a different conversation.
And music stinks.
Yeah, music stinks.
But the good music is not being pushed to the forefront
because we're not highlighting...
the good music because it doesn't give anybody anything to talk about.
And I want to...
Gimmicks are working now.
That could get clipped, so I want to make it clear too.
Yes, there's amazing music.
We said last year was one of the best years in rap when it came to more of the niche.
I don't want to say underground, but more of the niche non-mainstream type of rap.
There's amazing music out there.
We talk about Don Tolliver's album constantly.
Ice Man is incredible.
It's one of my favorite Drake albums in the last 10 years.
but there's if we're going in the masses by percentage yeah music kind of sticks
it's no kind of it does yeah it's a lot of bullshit music out there like great music and
I don't want to be the one that highlights bad music but yeah if we're talking billboard
compared to country right now yeah it's not the greatest and we have a higher standard
for this is probably going to get clipped I don't care we have a higher standard for R&B and hip hop
to be considered great than pop and country artists do.
They listen to a lot of watered down versions of,
a lot of water down simple versions of their genre will hit number one.
They, we don't, we require a little bit more to say that something is great.
Their shit is really simple.
Country music is number one.
No.
What I'm saying is the country music that goes number one a lot.
The pop music that goes number one a lot is very simple.
They're very loyal to their genre.
sometimes things are very simple.
We don't, the simplest shit with us doesn't always go number one.
I would argue that country music now is more pop fans than it is country fans.
Kind of back to our argument of like, hey, you know those people have, those people got internet.
Like, that's not what I was getting at.
But I think a lot of the country fans are fickle pop fans.
And country music by definition is catchy.
it's an easy listen
and I think the country music
that's being made right now
leans more pop than it does country
just because you say my truck in it
doesn't mean it's not a pop record
it's very popy
and I think yeah the pop fans
which are every day going to work
music fans
yeah they're leaning in country
because it's easy to easily digestible
and they like that music
and at one point
in the last 10 years
I mean this not in a bad way
rap was very digestible with our hit records
I don't think it is anymore
like I don't even know what the fuck it is
no it's not good or digestible
no it's not
that's why when you say that
when we have the conversation that Drake is a pop star
it's because he also makes not all of his music
but he also makes the type of rap songs
that my mother could sing and my white aunt can sing
which is the Nelly formula
and that's why hip hop was number one
at that time. And I know what you mean and I don't care if they clip it up. Drake makes easily
digestible music. That's not a dis. That's a compliment. Exactly. And that's why you're able to
get that big because you have a wider. Like Ma said before, you cast a wider net. So it becomes
pop music, which is easier to make go number one because more people can get into it. But I think
that's what I was trying to get to with you. I know that people have different, different genres have
different ethnic groups and all of that stuff or the different average customer. But
everybody has access to content.
I think it's just a little more nuanced than that.
But we can move on.
But yeah, that's not exactly what I meant.
It is cool.
Yeah.
Nah, you said what you said.
You're such an instigator.
Look at you.
Yeah.
Don't try to clean it up.
You said what you said.
Stand on it.
No, I stand on what I said, not how she interpreted it.
Mm.
See that?
See the difference between that?
No, I was not saying, I was not saying that country fans don't have the internet more.
Maybe.
It sounded like it.
That's how I interpreted it.
I thought you were saying all country fans.
No, you followed up and cleaned up.
He was like, he was like, he was like hip hop fans.
They listen to podcast streaming.
And I'm over there like them niggas got podcasts and streaming.
I think he also said hip hop fans have ADHD because of, yeah, that's what, like, the lack of like resources in the black
Doritos, the audits.
Sounds like, sounds like, I'm saying.
From the root 40 from the red.
Yeah, because the lack of resources in the black community.
I think he's the reason why he said the streaming numbers are in rap are what they are today.
Yeah.
That's high intervie.
Well, mall, actually, nice try.
I do agree that there needs to be more resources in certain communities with ADHD.
I think they are neglected.
Specifically in the hip-hop communities.
I didn't say hip-but.
I just said in certain, you know, urban.
Ooh.
Oh, there's a word.
Why do you say urban and feel like,
urban and go.
Yeah, that's in French.
That's all that is.
Yeah, man.
Somebody that's worked at major labels,
and in advertising.
Oh, man.
That's exactly what Urban is.
Oh, my God.
They love that.
Without fucking question.
Urban.
Push a Tee teases a new solo music,
new solo music with Farrell and the clips.
That's interesting to hear new Ferrell and new clips music.
Yeah, Tours over.
They said that they're right back working again.
Push has a solo project on their own breakfast club.
They're still working.
You excited?
Are you?
For new clips, Ferrell?
Yeah, I want to hear that.
I want to hear that.
sure. I like, you know why I like
albums like this because obviously
this is a, you know, these
are guys that work together since the beginning of
their careers. And
from like birth. Right.
So to hear where they're at
now and like what they're able to create
now, I want to hear it.
I wonder if they was able to still get in the studio and
create that, you know,
that energy and that music
that we know and that we love.
Yeah, I'm going to sound a little
a little. But the whole album, Frode didn't do the whole
album, did he? No.
The Clips album? Yes, he did. He produced the whole album?
Who else produced the... Tell me what beat is not a Ferell beat.
Oh, I didn't know that. Oh, I didn't know that. I mean, it's in a good way. That was the most
obvious Ferell production.
I didn't know he did the whole album, though.
Um, I think was Pusat-T saying that he's doing an album with Forel? He said the
clips, they're working again. But he said he is a solo project. Okay, that makes sense.
That makes sense.
Now,
executive producer.
See, that's different.
Everything.
Of course, there was probably other musicians and other producers.
That's a Farrell album.
He's one of my favorite producers.
I don't mean that in a bad way.
I don't know if I want a push-a-tee
Farrell solo after.
Hear me out.
Daytona with just Kanye.
Classic to me.
It's almost dry.
a mix 50-50 between Farrell and Kanye,
amazing concept for Pusha Tee.
We got the Eclipse album after that, which was all Farrell.
I'm kind of interested in hearing Pusha T work with some producers
that maybe he's been listening to outside of his internal camp.
His internal camp is the greatest camp that's ever existed.
But with Push, I know Push is also a music nerd and listens to every.
everything. I'm sure there's plenty of young producers. And let me not even say young. I don't want to put
it on like, why's the old guy not working with the young guys? Just in general, whether it be
A-list producers he hasn't worked with before, mid-tier, young kids, anything that Farrell, I'm sorry,
Pusha has been listening to. Why doesn't he just do that album? I have the last two and a half
projects have been
Ferell. Obviously the clips comes from
Farrell. The last
three solo
joints from Push have been Kanye.
I've kind of heard you with
the same guys for the last decade
and Push is one of my favorite
rappers, top tier rapper.
I'd like to hear you on some different
sounds. I mean, I can understand.
I hear you. I agree. If I was him,
I can understand if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
I'm never going to complain about Pusha T
and Farrell.
From everything that I have heard from the early 2000s to now,
who would complain about that?
I'm just saying I've heard so much of that.
Yeah, I'd like to hear.
And not to say push on some of his solo joints,
wasn't working with other people outside of Yeh and Forrell,
but they've oversaw everything for the most part.
I'd like to hear what push would do with knots.
Like there's with Tim, like even Virginia producers.
I would just like to hear that.
I'd like to know what pushing just sound like.
I would like to know what Metro and push sound like,
even though I'm sure he's probably wrapped on a Metro beat before,
but I don't know.
I just think that allure pushes too dope to have to stay in that.
Yeah.
As a fan, just as a fan.
Which is fair.
I get it.
I understand.
But I'm with you on that.
I would like to hear him challenge itself to different sounds.
Yeah.
Different music.
It doesn't always have to be that.
he worked with arguably my two favorite producers period
Kanye and Farrell.
I would also like to see Farrell work with some new younger artists.
I mean, he does.
Rap.
Well, what's young now?
20.
Oh, yeah. Okay.
Same.
You said artists, 20 year old artists?
Yeah, rappers.
You know any 20-year-old rappers?
Yeah.
Who?
Trim.
I would not, I don't, well, listen, yes.
If Farrell wants to work with trim.
him. I'm not going to try to impede that, you know, young kids.
You don't want to hear him when Nikki first?
Yes. I would love to hear it.
No, let's bypass Nick.
No, no, I get it.
Let's bypass the go.
And go right to, yeah, I know.
Crazy, crazy times.
You know, Ryan over here looking up his high school classmates, talking about some rappers
who are 20.
Yeah, but, you know, that's why the genre was hurting, though.
Pharrell and Cash Cobain would be great.
Forell and Lucky would be fire.
I fuck with Lucky Heavy.
Yeah.
Yaddy is, like, Yaddy's not young to me anymore.
No, he's been in the game too long.
Yeah.
He's not a young artist.
Because him, like, Ferell even doing the Cuevo album now, it's like,
dude, not young.
You're young for the earth, but for rap.
It's like football.
Yeah.
Like, Cuevo's an OG at this point.
Yeah, I mean, but that's, to me, that's part of the problem with the genre.
It's not, it's not enough of the younger rappers that are making that type of music.
So, you know what I mean?
It's like, I think that's why the genre's hurting.
Like, we need young, new artists working with some of the legendary producers that we have in rap.
I mean, I do know for a fact, even if it doesn't come out per se,
Farrell has never been that type of elder statesman.
Like he works with young artists.
Whether it comes out or not.
Rap?
Yes.
Who?
I mean, it didn't come out.
But he actively tries to work with young people.
Farrell has worked with a young rapper and it didn't come out.
I don't see that happening.
Okay.
I think that's a priority.
That song is coming out.
Okay.
Now, if you have information, I don't.
I do.
And I'm just not going to, because that's fucked up to, like, say, but.
Okay.
but why do you think the music didn't come out?
I have zero clue.
Okay.
Zero, zero clue.
But, yeah, Fro's actively works with young artists.
Yeah, I just don't know.
If he blocks it, if there's, I don't know what happens, but yeah, it definitely happens.
Okay.
So I finally saw Odyssey.
Okay.
Finally got a chance to check it out while I was in L.A.
Call some early tickets.
I've been waiting for this.
Great move.
Edge your seat.
Mm-hmm.
Great movie, but the movie snob that I am,
there's certain things I noticed that I was just like...
Like what?
It was almost like the...
Remember when they said that somebody in the Tupac movie had an iPhone?
Okay.
Yeah.
TLC movie that's Sirac.
Yeah.
Why was he calling Odysseus his dad?
They weren't saying dad in those times.
It was father.
Your knit, that's so nitpicky.
Not even a snob cares about that.
That's nitpicky.
But I hear you.
you. That wasn't crazy?
He was like, you're my dad. I was like,
they didn't catch this. Nobody said
dad. That's like American
like Western civilization word.
They also didn't speak English, so
to throw the whole movie away.
No, but they still,
it was whatever they spoke, but dad
there was no English. In the movie
Troy, we never heard dad. There was no
English at that time either. I'm just saying
dad, though. I hear you, ma'am.
But like, where do you draw
the line if English didn't exist at that time
to begin with. That's completely different because you could just say
the bit it's dubbed whatever. Like that's
completely different. But dad is kind of why. It was father.
Because there almost nothing we
reinterpretation. It's a reinterpretation.
Like almost nothing will be in English.
It's for an English audience. So it's saying in English.
And then Odysseus. No, no. I'm sure it's in Spanish
the other country. He said fuck.
I was like
Fuck didn't exist.
How do you know fuck didn't exist?
Back then? No, fuck did not exist.
Wouldn't it fuck come out.
somebody found out when fuck came out
fuck didn't wasn't out in
I'm sure it's a translation from another
language that's old
oh maybe the word
13 10 recorded in writing in 13 10
in the English court roll
yeah court roll
who was the first person to say
fuck
they said things differently
like if I was saying
what was his name
fuck bithanabelle
what
Roger fuck that itabell
Roger
you
So did he say it or was that his name?
If that's his name, that don't count.
They named it after Roger.
The word fuck was named after Roger, fuck, bifeng the vote.
Yeah.
He was being a fuckhead that day.
And everyone was like, here comes fucking Roger.
Here comes fucking Roger.
That is crazy.
You know what's so funny is I went, I know we shouldn't be using chat GBT.
But I asked chat GBT.
I said, Marl is mad, though.
This is his movie.
Use the word dad and fuck, saying those words didn't exist.
those times. And he said, Moll is technically right
in the least useful way possible because the actual
English words, Dad and Fuck didn't exist until
1533 and 1500s. And then it said right after, but they also
didn't speak English. That's my whole thing though.
Like, they didn't speak English. All right. So we both
right. Fuck me. But I'm just saying. Even Father as an English word
wouldn't be historically accurate. The Greek word
the Greek word is related to Potier. So that's also true.
Like it wouldn't have even been father. Father would have been
inaccurate too because they don't speak English. So
I think you're, you're, you.
used to say, see, they would say father in older movies in those times.
Right.
You're used to hearing that, but they're like in Greek, it doesn't matter because either way
it's a translation.
And that was definitely the first time I heard fuck in any movie like that, I think.
In 300, I don't think I heard fuck one time.
And they had every reason to say fuck by then.
Yeah.
In Gladiator, he could have said fuck a lot.
A lot.
When the tiger first came out, I would have like, fuck.
Like, yeah, like, fuck?
I was a king at one point.
Yeah, like.
Okay.
Other than that.
Fucking general over here.
Right.
Other than that, though, great movie.
The Cyclops scene in the cave, that was crazy.
Yeah.
Being able to see that like that.
Yeah.
Great.
It was a great movie.
I enjoyed it.
I really did.
So, you know, I've been waiting.
Three looks crazy, though.
Another Christopher Nolan movie.
Dune 3 looks fucking insane.
I've been waiting to bring this up.
Huh?
I've been waiting.
That is Nolan.
Dune 3?
It's definitely Nolan.
Where's Christopher Nolan now in?
Oh, wow.
Okay.
That's not a Nolan?
Oh, shit.
My bad.
That was Christopher Nolan.
Either way, like, where is Christopher Nolan now ranked?
Oh, no.
He hired a Scorsese.
It's so drastically different, but I mean, they are both goats.
If they're in the same room, they both give the head nod to each other.
Now, I think Christopher Nolan probably looks at Scorsese a little.
I think Scorsese would look at him a little different.
like, okay, special effects, heard.
I don't use that shit.
Nah.
He didn't use special effects for it.
Scorsese used special effects
and the Irishman.
Please.
I kind of wish he wouldn't.
Yeah, that was crazy.
Seeing Robert De Niro, like, that was, yeah, like, I was just like.
Yo, that fake kick, oh my God.
Oh, man.
Well, yeah, no, and he used the face changing shit.
Yeah, he did.
He did.
You are correct.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So, to me, like, just don't.
have Robert De Niro kick the guy.
Just have somebody
an able body do it and then use special effects.
Yeah.
But go ahead to Mercer. I'm sorry.
It's fine. I just wanted to ask
more what he thought about Odysseus being
a cheater.
It was the times.
She had him as her sex slave
for years off Lotus bombs.
But what did she say with that?
What did she say? She said, it doesn't
completely change who you are. You weren't ready
to go home. Those were her exact words.
You weren't ready to go home.
You didn't want to go home yet.
You was laid up having a ball.
Oh, you drug me.
You drug me.
She's like, yeah, it don't complete.
It alter your mind a little bit.
It don't completely change who you are.
You wasn't ready to go home then.
You're ready to go home now.
And when he went home to his wife, it was telling the story from third person.
He ain't tell his wife that part of the journey.
Left that out.
None of this sounds consensual.
Yeah, but it's, I mean, you're right.
But she thought he was dead.
At that point, she's just happy that he's alive.
Like, I don't need to tell you that I was on.
an island for seven years.
With another bitch.
But it was just, you know, I mean, she saved my life.
She gave me the will and the power to get on my little raft and float back to, you know.
She knows how to treat them.
It took seven years for you to get your will and your power back.
Well, she had him drugged.
So what happened?
What stopped?
She never stopped drugging him, by the way.
She did.
No.
So you think that's okay?
She said he started to wake up from it.
Like he started to finally fight and be ready to go home.
No, I don't think it's okay.
Yeah, because he was blackout.
But I think he was having a ball.
I think he was having a ball.
He was high off shrooms.
Oh, that was just shrooms.
That's all that was.
I don't know if y'all caught that.
Well, did they have shrooms at the time?
You have to ask.
Loaded flour.
Just, you know.
Lois flower.
That's definitely going to be the song that's used.
But he was a high off shroom for seven years.
They was tripping.
They was tripping off shrooms for seven years on the beach, beachfront property.
No.
Oh, yeah.
Shrooms on the beach property.
What?
I'm not going home either.
What's the point of having a.
beach front if you don't have shrooms. Yeah, I got to go back to that shit, like, and fight,
kill all these dudes. Like, come on, man, let me just lay up here.
Shalise Theron? Think I'm not going to lay on the beach or Shalik? Come on.
Yeah, he probably had daddy issues. But you got Aunt Hathaway had to create it.
Y'all not doing that. You show me a bad bitch.
Ann Hathaway is, she's beautiful. I'll show you somebody tired of fucking her.
But Charlis Theron was just like, and she has shrooms.
Come on, man. On the beach? On the beach? On the beach? Shrooms on the beach. Shrooms on the beach.
You wouldn't have been rushing to get home either.
Yeah.
Come on.
It's true.
Moonlight.
My phone dead.
Come on, man.
My whole crew.
They just killed my whole crew.
Oh, wait.
He can't even mourn?
Yeah.
That's what he was morning.
That's crazy.
He was mourning, you know, high.
Come on, man.
He went back home and got his queen owner and took on a cruise to the west.
Took on a cruise.
A little carnival cruise.
Yeah.
We are out.
Alaskin.
I told you I'm going to take you on that trip.
Like, all right, come on vacation.
to the west.
Fuck the fact I ain't raised my son.
Like, you know what I'm saying?
I mean, you know, he did what he had to do.
He instilled those things in him from early.
So he grew up with that.
And he handed the crown down to him like, yo,
you know what I'm saying?
You're the king now.
So.
Hey, dog.
Like, I.
Me too.
Travis Scott is in Odyssey.
Yeah.
Yeah.
He's the first person you see in Odyssey.
Well, he's a,
He's a storyteller.
It pissed me all.
But he does the voiceovers for the whole movie?
No.
He was the storyteller at the beginning of the movie.
But my thing is, I don't feel like they have veneers in them days.
They didn't.
He had a shape up.
Like Travis had a shape up back.
They had razors, no?
No.
They had no fucking razors.
Look at Travis.
Shape up.
Like he just picked his du rag off
We see the line on his forehead
Like
Like come on though
What we doing?
Yeah that was
And shout out to
Shout out to black people
Getting roles in huge movies
No that was dope
That's a great look for Travis
I didn't know that
That's insane
First face you see
In one of the biggest movies ever
That's what we do
Shout out
Congratulations
Incredible
Like he opens the movie
Yeah
That's the first face you see
That's fucking
That's bigger than getting
Shorty pregnant
Like congrats to Travis
That's amazing
Yeah
Green's bright seat, you think John Leguizamo threw me off.
They got a Puerto Rican in those times.
Mo, there wasn't really white people at that time.
Puerto Ricans wasn't out yet.
Come on, man.
Puerto Ricans?
I was like, oh, come on, man.
They got John Liguizamo in here.
He's the blind guy in the castle.
Like, come on, man.
You're right, Maul.
Not enough people had been enslaved and raped to create the Puerto Rican race.
Yes, you are correct.
It wasn't a thing yet.
You wasn't a thing yet.
Are there white people in the movie?
Well, if you want to call them white, yeah.
Then it's inaccurate.
The whole thing is inaccurate.
Travis Scott might be the most accurate thing of the movie if you want to get down to it.
Which is why they open with him.
Let you know, yeah, we understand what was going on.
The whites were not around.
Oh, my God.
Overall, that was a great movie, though.
Really enjoyed it.
Yeah, do you think we got to have a conversation about Robert Pattinson?
about what, his acting?
He's great.
He's becoming like, or he's become becoming one of those like one.
Like he's the one.
He's like the guy.
Yeah, he has good.
When you have a, come on, when you have a jawline like that, you're made for Hollywood.
Definitely great.
But I, okay, so this is, I'm kind of just now discovering this because, you know, Robert Pattinson to me will always be Edward from Twilight.
Because I was a teenage girl.
And no matter what, he'll always be Edward.
it was becoming hard for me to see him outside of that.
But his performance in being Batman,
his performance in The Odyssey, like,
I'm like, okay, you...
He's a little fired.
You might be the...
You're the one of our generation.
No, he's an incredible acting.
He's, yeah, he's the...
Of my generation, he's like the guy.
He's the Tom Cruise or whatever,
I guess that you would call of our generation.
There's no one else.
Yeah, I guess I could see that comparison.
He has to, uh,
the guy what
the guy that
the next fan
Holly Jim
Oh Shalame
He's on that
He needs
He needs to be
He needs to be
He needs to be a
Has he been an action hero yet?
Dune
Okay yeah
Yeah
Timothy Chalamese on that list too
I think
Marty Supreme was dope
Did you see that movie yet?
I didn't see Marty Supreme
I watched it on a plane
Yeah Marty Supreme was dope
To me that was
to me, that might have been his best acting.
I agree.
I agree.
That was definitely his best.
Really?
But he got a lot of shit.
Like, I felt like it was his best performance acting wise as well.
Yeah.
And he got shit for it.
I was like, I thought this was his best performance.
Yeah.
I love that movie.
That movie was dope.
Yeah, no.
Like, it's nice to see the new generation of, like, actors.
Like, okay, who's the, who's the young legends now?
And it's definitely, obviously, Robert Zendaya, Michael B.
Speaking of Zendaya, I saw Spider-Man too.
You did?
Somebody told me I was going to cry.
He was going crazy in LA.
Somebody told me I was going to cry.
You screened at Belly's house?
Somebody told me I was going to cry watching Spider-Man.
I was like, what part was supposed to do?
I was like, you didn't cry when he kissed her and found out it wasn't really her?
I was like.
No, I jumped back though.
I was-
I was going to cry.
My jaw dropped.
I thought the part that people would cry is when he was bleeding out on the floor.
I thought he was going to die.
I'm like, wait, Spider-Man dies in this movie.
But I feel like somebody would have spoiled that on online.
I would have heard that already.
But yeah, great movie, though.
that probably was the best Spider-Man.
I cry when he linked back up with his friends.
I think that was the best spider man.
I'm a Toby Spider guy, man.
Have you watched other ones?
I haven't seen the newest one, no.
That was the best.
I've watched the other.
Yeah, you know, I've watched the other.
Yeah, but I haven't watched the best.
Tom Holland.
Yeah, and I fuck with him as Spider-Man.
So let me.
I love Toby as Spider-A spider.
Okay, I get that.
It's a synostalgia thing.
But let me, let me say this.
You have to kind of watch the other movies in the MCU that Spider-Man is in
to fall in love with Tom Holland Spider-Man.
I think his Spider-Man's are great.
I do.
But again, nostalgia with Toby.
Yes.
But again, like I watch the other MCU movies that he's in.
So like the Avengers, if you watch the Avengers and he's in there.
This is the best Spider-Man.
This is not the best Spider-Man movie.
What?
It's not even Tom Holland's best Spider-Man movie.
No.
Really?
I think the one where Aunt May dies is probably the best one.
I can't remember which one that is.
Which is the one with all three?
When they bring the three.
I think that's the same one.
That one's really, really, really good.
Man.
No way home.
Yeah.
And I think that's...
No way home is fire.
Where they got all through.
They got Andrew Garfield.
Yeah.
Fucking, what you're gonna call it?
Yeah.
They got all through.
They went nuts with No way home.
I think this was the best one.
I still have to see this one.
Go watch.
The story.
Everything to me.
So the story was really good, but the action wasn't there for some people.
They introduced Gene Gray.
Like this was the best Spider-Man to me.
The rapper?
I wish.
But they introduced Gene Gray in this one.
Shout to Gene.
But yeah, no, the Spider-Man was dope, though.
I really enjoyed that.
I was in the theater.
I went to go see it one night.
I was home.
I was like, let me see if it's playing right now.
It was like 9 o'clock.
So I was one plane at 915.
I went over to the theater.
35 minutes into the movie, all the power when the theater goes out.
Are you for real?
I sat there.
I was like, I just had the last, this is why.
This is why I should have just stayed home.
Like, the pie.
But I wasn't far from the crib, so I wasn't mad.
But I'm just like.
So then there was another one starting at 10, 15.
So when I
They was like, yo, we can just
They refunded you, I hope.
Yeah, but I was able to walk into
Because if you would have called me, I would have called them
And then like, no, no, I got, I got real
Yeah, all right, I want to make sure
I'm on, I didn't care and I got Kyle on.
Kyle, okay, cool.
This is such an inconvenience.
Yeah, okay, thank you.
I can't even tell you how much of a kid.
I hope you ruined that teenager's day.
Yeah, oh God, he was like 19 at the ticket counter.
I was like, you don't even know how much of an inconvenience this is right now.
And he gave me, he was like,
they gave me a refund to me,
I will never come here again.
I will never come here again.
This kid makes fucking $10.
But I'm going into the 10-15 show and then I watched it.
So it was good though.
I think that was, to me, that was the best Spider-Man.
I need people to start giving Tom Holland more credit for his acting because even in the
Odyssey, people were like, oh, like he acts like Spider-Man in the Odyssey.
And I'm like, well, it's kind of-
like Spider-Man.
I'm like, it's kind of the same fucking character low-key.
Like, it's like a teenage, a boy that's unsure of himself and trying to prove himself to
himself and to the people who he looks up to.
So, yeah, it is kind of the same character.
in different ways.
And he did a good job.
I know one thing, man.
Hopefully they get happily married and have a beautiful family.
But the day that Tom Holland and Zendaya break up.
Oh, my God.
Why would you say?
They're already married.
That's number one.
Oh, they are?
Did they get married?
Yeah.
I feel like I was really.
Yeah.
It was very quiet, very low-key.
Yeah.
Some people don't do anything special where we have to watch.
I'm saying two A-list Hollywood actors like that getting married.
I felt like that would be like.
They were the Brad Pitt.
It was hidden.
Yeah.
It was hidden, very hidden.
So, congratulations them, man.
Hopefully they don't ever.
She's pregnant now, right?
No.
That was a joke?
Okay.
Who jokes about that?
I saw something online of them holding up, I don't know.
Everything AI, I fall for it.
I'm 36.
Sometimes I fall for AI thing, yeah.
But two great movies, you know, finally got to see them.
Odyssey was what everybody said it was, definitely.
Great movie.
It must be nice to go to work and just like your lover is there.
Just like, oh, yeah, me and Tom going to do this.
Me and how I'm going to do that.
Sometimes, I don't know.
That could backfire depending on.
Sometimes people like to go to work and be separate.
Even if they're in the best of love you could be in, like to keep things separate.
Not when your movie is like, that when your work is across the world for months.
True.
That's fair.
That's fair too.
But a lot of people can afford to bring their significant other or wife with them on that.
But I could afford to bring you.
or they could pay you to be here with me.
You paying me to hang out with my wife and shoot with my wife.
I think it's funny.
I think that's amazing.
What was Odyssey film that?
Was that Cabo?
Cabo is funny.
Cabo is hilarious.
Where?
Greece.
Yeah, Cabo is hilarious.
Greece, Morocco, Italy, Iceland, Scotland, and Malta.
And some studio work in Los Angeles.
I said Greece when I looked at some of those shots.
I was like, that looks like Greece.
I said Iceland because they shoot a lot of shit in Iceland.
and where are you from?
Ireland.
Ireland, too.
He's from Queens.
Northern Queens is very Irish.
Someone would say Little Ireland.
You go up Francis Lewis.
Bell Boulevard is like Little Ireland.
I knew what she was talking about.
Shea Stadium.
We identify a city field, though.
I know what she was talking about because, yes, a lot of amazing things.
are shot in Ireland.
True.
Because it's so beautiful there on the fall.
The greenery.
Yes.
But you saying Cabo is hot take.
Unless you're at a resort,
Cabo's not that visually appealing.
Going from the airport to like the nice place is not attractive.
It's just like dead land.
But that beach, when they were, you know, when they had the horse.
Oh, no.
Once you get to the beach.
It looked like, I was like, that could be Cabo.
That could be where Instagram girl rides a four-wheel for the first time.
Definitely.
Yeah.
I've seen the influence on that same sand.

If you don't win, you have no power.
It's real.

Hey, it's Emily Tish Sussman.

I sit down with culture-shifting women who share their pivots like Paraly Olympian Alley

I was like, I'm a month out from a shark attack.
There's no way in 11 months I'm making the Paralympics.
Advocate Elizabeth Smart.
I still feel that drive that I can still make a difference.
so I'm going to keep going.
Celebrity chef Carla Hall.
Was that scary to walk away
from such a stable career
after just two years?
No.
I was more afraid of being unhappy
than I was broke
and in a dead end job
that I didn't enjoy.

Don't see, don't trigger me.
Queens, influencers, don't trigger me right now.
Wow.
I was waiting to argue with Demaris about this.
Oh, the U.S. Open.
Yes.
It's back.
I like the U.S. O'N.
I should go to a game.
I should catch a game.
A match.
Well, excuse me, a match.
Let me say it.
Yeah.
Because I think you would go there and respect the rules that have been there for 100 years.
Oh, for sure.
that when professionals are at work
you will be quiet
and watch the match, right?
You won't take a ring light, you won't start
screaming. Oh, no, I'm not doing that.
I would be going to watch
the match for sure. Yeah, an institution
that has been there forever.
So, oh well, okay, so there's umpire tells
all for U.S. Open influencers
for staging photo shoot with lights during
Naomi Osaka's first round match.
They had to stop. So the game, the match was
ongoing? Yes, they had to stop
it more. Ryan, pull up the clip
you pull it up for me.
Okay, guys, we're bad.
Did you miss us?
Because we missed you.
But this wasn't during a match, though.
Yes.
No, nobody.
That can be.
That's not possible.
An entire stadium is quiet when the matches was going.
That had to be in between matches.
Mall, they had to stop for ringlets.
No, for maybe that's true, but that clip right there, a match was not happening.
Okay.
There's no one.
Here, I'm not here to shit on influencers, but I do think
influencers when they go into certain places should have as an adult have social cues like you are
walking into someone else's world even though you're trying to influence it and bring new eyes i'm
not against that you should have some kuth and some understanding agree some social cue to go
oh i should research the place i'm walking into to know that maybe i shouldn't have a fucking
ring light while someone's trying to play tennis yeah
I agree.
There's certain ways you're supposed to carry yourself.
You can influence and get the job done.
For sure.
While the match is actually happening, no.
What the fuck are you doing?
That's not part of like tennis.
That's not part of the tennis culture at all.
I do think that they should have done better at when tennis is very quiet when it's time to be quiet.
Be quiet.
However, these people were hired to do a job.
They're not just there.
They didn't buy those tickets.
They aren't there just for fun.
They are paid to be in those sweets to create content to draw more eyes to the U.S.
Open and to tennis.
Now, is there a better way that that could have been handled, of course, when someone's serving when shit is silent is supposed to be?
So any TikTok that requires you to be loud, anything like that, you should not be doing when someone is serving or when a match.
In between a set, cool.
Exactly.
Not even in between a set.
In between a set.
In between a set.
Not even in between sets, though.
In between games, yes.
In between games.
As far as bringing more eyes to tennis, I don't think tennis needs more eyes.
I think Naomi has that covered.
I think that Coco has that covered.
Everything needs advertising.
That's why they do that.
I just don't think the U.S. Open needs it.
Okay.
Okay, but I just think I hear you.
No matter what things need more eyes, more people are going to watch tennis that didn't before.
But let's respond the thing that brought you here, which is tennis.
And also.
The U.S. Open needs more eyes.
It's like saying the Super Bowl needs more eyes.
And, okay, so not just the U.S. Open.
The suites specifically are usually owned by brands.
the brands hire the influencers there to advertise things in the brands, whether it be...
The brands want more eyes.
Yes, the brands want more eyes.
The U.S. Open doesn't need more eyes.
Okay, that's fine.
Either way, the influencers are there being paid to advertise for the brand.
So whoever is there running content for the brand, it should be held responsible for that.
They should be held responsible.
Okay.
Okay.
But nobody is above the program.
The thing, the reason why we are all here,
to be paid is because of the two or four people playing on the court. Let's respect them first
because they're the reason we're here. They're not the reason they're. Greg Goose is the reason
that they're the influencers are there. Whatever brand is there for advertising. Why would Greg Goose
care about it? They're a walking commercial. Why would Greg Goose care about it? Why would Greg Goose
care about anything? The point is they work for the brand. They don't work for the tennis players.
Respect the tennis players. I agree with you. I'm not disagreeing with you on that. That was
completely unacceptable. I didn't know that it was going on right in the middle of a match. That's
completely unacceptable. Yeah, that's, that's unacceptable. But what we're not going to do is not
also act like people don't just hate influencers and look for any reason. Oh my God, you're doing
that. That's so annoying. Like that doesn't isn't pay. No, I'm not here to hate influencers.
But I'm just dismissing my point of the reason why Greg Goose is there is insane to me.
There would be nothing if it wasn't for the people that are playing. So that's the number one
priority of anything that goes on here. The same way we've argued when Ebro was,
shitting on everyone I was like the only reason we have a reason to talk is because of artists.
I always respect artists. We're here because of artists. Respect the athletes. So you shouldn't be doing
it during matches. We agree. I'm not disagree with you on that. But you're saying gray goose like
it doesn't matter about the they're there. No, I didn't. I didn't say that. Well, I'm saying who
they work for. That's all I was telling you. That's who they work for. So that's who they have to
answer for because that is who is paying them. But then respect. Respect the house you're walking
in. So that's why what I'm saying is it's on the content team, whoever is in charge of the
influencers and all of that, the managers that work for Greg Goose, it's on them to make sure that
the culture of tennis is respected because these people are here representing you and working for you.
So whoever is in charge of that suite for that brand is in trouble, should be in trouble,
because that's completely unacceptable.
And you should have ran it better.
But the number three players-
The influencers are doing their job.
I understand that.
But the number three player in the world, Jessica Baguola says influence have become,
influencers have become a little too much.
I can appreciate one side of it
But I think we have the other side
Literally interrupting matches
It gets a little tough
So to what y'all are both saying
Influents have a job
They're hired
But at the same time
You need to respect tennis
You need to respect the game
And conduct yourself
A certain way
Influences are there to influence
And bring people who don't know
about tennis at US Open
Bring those eyes in great
I'm sure brands
And even the US Open
appreciate that
But at the same time
to Rory's point, you can understand why certain people are a little annoyed with
influencers because then they do things like you go from influencing to interrupting.
You smoke that.
I'm just saying, it's a real thing.
You go from influencing to interrupting.
It's like, so that's why people, you say people hate influencers, but can you see why?
For sure.
Because it's now, it's not influencing.
It's into, you're interrupting the culture of tennis.
You're interrupting the watching experience.
You're interrupting the number three player in the world.
for sure get what I'm saying like there definitely needs to be about and I'm sure she appreciates the influences and you know women that are here to influence and bring brands and things like that to the U.S. Open but at the same time she while she's serving she doesn't want to hear y'all up there doing the fucking TikTok either of sure I agree so that's all it is and again if Jessica doesn't play there's nothing to influence right that's all I'm saying yeah that should be the priority if she can't play what do we influence and don't interrupt Naomi we
We need Naomi to be focused.
We need Naomi to want to.
For sure.
Also, Coco.
But also, let me say this.
I don't not want to, that was not the Grey Goose suite.
I just used Grey Goose as an example.
It was the first brand that came to my mind that I know has advertised tennis matches and things before.
So I don't want to put that on Greg Goose.
To your point, I was having this conversation this morning with somebody who was sort of defending the influencers.
And they brought up the guest suite thing too.
And I said it's not the guest suite.
It's actually U.S. Open.
they they need to put because they did the deal with whatever guest suite that was obviously if it's a toyota suite whatever that u.s. open is doing that that's their advertisers they need to do this for their athletes i don't even blame the gray goose example we're using i blame the u.s open you need to put stricter rules to make sure your athletes can perform at the ability that they need to yeah for sure so i don't even put it on on the gray goose quote unquote i put it on us open
Why would you, why would you allow that sweet to happen?
Well, it's also, it's also new.
So we're learning things in real time.
Like, we never had this conversation before.
No, this has happened plenty of times.
It's just at, it's on the world stage because the U.S. Open is so big.
This happens in smaller places.
Like, this is a problem.
Yes, before the U.S. open, it wasn't a huge problem enough for whoever creates the rules of the U.S.
Open for it to hit their desk and become a thing now.
Now it's a thing.
So I'm sure next year they will change the rules.
I'm sure it will change.
But you have to see how something is interruptive before you can fix it and make sure,
okay, let's make sure this never happens again.
Do you feel that, and this is a general statement,
do you feel like influencers now feel like they're above a regular patron?
Some, it depends on who's the influencer.
Of course, general statement.
Some influencers make a lot of money and they can probably walk in there and feel like, yeah.
They don't have to follow certain people.
I was hired to be here.
I was hired to do my job.
I was hired to verse.
versus a regular patient who just bought a ticket
because they're fans of Naomi.
And it feels like, yeah, well, does that mean interrupt?
I think there's some entitlement
that comes with follower counts
in social situations.
I think there's plenty of people
that go to golf matches for the first time
and are just there.
They bought a ticket and pick up social cues.
Oh, everyone's really quiet right now.
I'm not above the program here.
I'm quiet.
I do think there is
some type of mental illness within social media
that makes some of these people feel like they're above the program
and don't need to listen to anyone there that goes,
shh, look what's going on?
No, I'm here.
I'm sure that that's,
I'm sure that people did not sit there and tell them people,
and they were like, no, I'm here.
I've seen influencers do it at restaurants at a way lower level.
Like, bro, people are trying to enjoy their meal.
Like, can you stop?
Stop what?
Screaming about your food because that's,
your thing on YouTube.
But when y'all got crying babies screaming in the spot, like, that's annoying too.
That's not the same.
How are I ain't it?
That's a baby.
It's annoying.
It's annoying.
It's annoying.
It's annoying either way.
It's an experience that I did not sign up for either way.
I'm trying to enjoy my meal.
That's annoying me and that's annoying me and that's annoying.
Being an annoying adult and a crying baby are not the same.
Both annoying at loud.
I'm not saying it's not.
And I love babies and I think that babies deserve to be in all-spy.
You can't say that's the same thing.
Like, it's not.
To a person who does not have the child?
It is. It's annoying. One is annoying and the other is annoying.
If I'm on a flight and a baby is crying, I can sleep through that.
If I'm on a flight and an adult is drunk and belligerent and yelling and I'm like, yo,
why shut him to fuck up?
That's completely different because that's more of a safety issue.
Demaris, I've been in restaurants and they have the rigs on their table and I'm next to the
table with the big fucking light. You have two cameras. You're screaming like, I'm trying to enjoy a
fucking meal and you are screaming at the oysters because you want to do your YouTube reaction.
So you've never been to a restaurant.
people were screaming with no camera in front of them.
We live in New York City.
That happens almost every time we go out.
People be loud as fuck in restaurants.
Not to say, not with a fucking full fucking light.
Okay, they don't have a light, but they're still loud and drunk and crazy.
I'm not talking about at a restaurant that plays music and has hookah.
I'm talking about like a calm restaurant.
The spot that we love over here that I told you that the IG crowd picked up.
I don't even like going there anymore because it's a bunch of food reviews and not like people just...
I watch food reviews.
You go in the restaurant.
and every time you go in a restaurant
it's mad people doing food reviews.
I go to restaurants.
Last two times I've been there, yes.
I might have.
There is very rarely am I the only part.
Very rarely am I not the only person
in their recording content.
Almost all the time I'm the only motherfucker in there.
I've never seen nobody else in a restaurant
recording content.
That does not happen all the time.
I'm telling you that it happens.
I'm telling you that it interrupts your experience.
Yes, it's fucking annoying when someone keeps doing that.
Like, I don't, am I crazy?
I think you're over dramatizing.
I don't think it happens as much.
Okay.
It's been to me.
But it is annoying.
I can't, but, and get your money.
I'm not, Matt, I watch food reviews.
Like, I love them.
Mm-hmm.
But I think people can, the same way everyone else does their job and has to adapt to the
environment that they're in.
For sure.
I don't think influencers now are levitating above the rest of us and don't have to follow
social cues and social rules.
Like, shut up when people are quiet.
But you know who isn't complaining about those influencers in the restaurant, screaming
about how good the oysters are?
The owner.
That's not who's complaining.
The people in the restaurant who get paid.
because they have a whole bunch of business.
They're not complaining.
Oh, no, it goes both ways.
I agree with both.
The majority of the time,
those influencers were invited there.
Bring Jessica's quote back up.
We agree with what Jessica said.
I see the other side.
It brings eyes that they never had.
I get it.
I get both sides of the argument.
I like influencers.
They are the reason why I know about-
You hate influencers.
You hate influencers.
And that's okay.
You do.
That's not true.
Food reviews are most of my YouTube shorts.
It's restaurants.
In the city I live in that I don't know about and they put me on to shit.
I like that.
But I also can tell that they're probably bothering people.
Sure.
It's two sides to it.
I'm just,
just the influencers need to just know how to, you know,
just influence but still respect what's going on.
Respect the decor of the U.S. Open up tennis.
For sure.
You know what I mean?
That for sure.
The U.S. Open will continue to bring influences in
because they saw a massive spike in attendance,
viewership since they started letting
Influence in 2024.
I thought they didn't need them. Whoa, I didn't say that.
The U.S. Open accounts 90% of all the earnings
for U.S. Tennis Association. I said the U.S. Open doesn't need more eyes.
I think they do. Nobody's mad at getting more eyes. I think the C-Mwell does.
I think everyone needs new eyes.
New eyes? Because for, especially for something like tennis,
where if you don't introduce that to kids early, like,
tennis is very elitist.
Can be very elitist.
Especially being able to go to a game and things like that.
Go-watch kid. Richard.
So for you to get to.
your favorite influencers there's not these young kids are like oh like what's like what's this what's that let me
watch the u.s open let me yeah for sure it helps golf golf could probably benefit from that too
to anybody who is trying to become an influencer or creating content and you're in public spaces
please do be aware of how you could be affecting other people's experience if you do affect or
interrupt somebody else's experience apologize yourselves accordingly yes apologize but you know
I know that this is your job.
So when people are listening to this,
they're like, I hear you.
But I'm making a million dollars a year
because these brands are paying me to do this.
So fuck you, Brokey.
Like, I'm with you.
I get it.
You know what I'm saying?
But there can be a balance.
Just don't be an asshole.
Don't be an asshole.
I mean, there comes a time
where you become too annoying
and you don't get invited back.
Yeah.
So there's that.
And then you all call whatever organization
to boycott the U.S. Open
because they don't like information.
influencers, specifically influencers of color.
I can't wait to do that one.
The average person hates influencers, though, period.
The average person will see a tripod, somebody minding their business, see a tripod and get
annoyed at that.
They will.
It really is like that.
Despite what you think I'm not that person.
Well, you're not because you're a content creator.
You don't, you're also a content creator.
I don't mind that whatsoever.
It's just when you are ruining everyone around you experience when you can find another way to do
it is what bothers me.
I don't hate content creators or influencers.
But if I'm leaving Yankee Stadium and you set up a tripod
in the middle of the stairs while we're trying to go downstairs.
I hate that influencer.
Get the fuck out of here.
I don't hate influencers.
I hate him.
Is he an influencer?
Okay,
I hate that influencer.
But I mean,
if you're going to influence and do it well and do it tastefully and, you know,
I salute that.
I actually respect that more than certain people that try to take photos when people
are trying to exit.
Like, this ain't the time.
Yeah.
Like, pick a time that works.
Yeah.
But then you don't get the crowd coming down.
Me personally, I don't mind.
You don't need that.
Me being irritated for two seconds while somebody does their job so they can feed their family.
That's me personally.
That's what I said.
The person's taking a photo.
You wouldn't say that if I had to bust a crack sale and was holding up the elevator while I did a hand-to-hand with a custody.
Yeah, you wouldn't say, yo, I hope he's doing his job just to feed his family.
It's okay to be irritated in a second, but I don't think these people should not be able to do their job just because I had a moment of irritation.
Plenty of people irritate me on a regular basis.
That ain't influencing.
And life is full of people irritating you.
If people have to irritate me, defeat their families, for two seconds, I'm inconvenienced for two seconds.
That's fine.
Now.
Okay.
Sorry.
Go ahead.
No.
Talk your shit.
I was just going to say a note.
Put T.I.
I'm just doing my job under this.
But yeah, Rory came in here trying to rage bait me like, Damarice, defend this.
Like, what the fuck?
I told you're going to be on the wrong side of history.
That's all.
You didn't give me all the facts either.
But that's fine.
I'm used to you arguing in bad faith.
That's what people weren't good at.
Peach.
Did I not give you all the facts?
You did not say.
in the middle of the match. I did not know that it was in the middle of the match.
I said that. Oh, my God. It's okay.
Did the Jay-Z album come out?
We're recording this at

Okay.
All right.

I'm an emoji guy.
Maybe set up like a lighting rig.
People are asking for new music, but, you know, probably not getting that.
But we're in the virtual listening party.
We're on our way to Patreon,
though, more importantly.
Absolutely.

He's just ginger.
Peace.
