Starting point is 00:00:00 What if I told you your three person team could outperform a Hollywood studio? VEO3 is flipping the script for video production for small businesses. Today we explore how AI is making full-scale video production accessible to everyone and why you need to jump on this wave before it's too late. VEO3! Oh my goodness, Google has changed the game! Yikes! Can you believe that just like two years ago people were finding out about ChadGBT? It's so wild to think how, this is the hockey stick, you know? Like it is starting to really curl up.
Starting point is 00:00:41 If you guys haven't paid attention or know what's going on with VEO3, this is Google's newest video AI platform that is about to change the game for the trades, for the home service, for all business, for all creators in general. You're getting this hot and ready because this just came out just within the last two weeks. Yeah, that's wild. I think a week ago, dude. Yes.
Starting point is 00:01:03 It is so wild to think how much we're seeing this and if you guys are This if this isn't on your radar you're missing out. You're already behind. Yeah. Yeah in the amount of stuff That's being produced. So for those that aren't familiar you can produce an eight second video, right? You can go and create the prompt over in chat GBT plug it into Google's Gemini and be able to produce this video. Now, I think you're only allowed what, like 40s? Five, five videos per day total, including refreshes. And do you have to be a pro member in order to do that?
Starting point is 00:01:33 Yeah, it's kind of a gimmick, it's funny, because they want you to get really into the Google AI ecosystem. So in order to use this tool, you have to sign up, I believe it's called Google AI Ultra, where you get their Gemini package, you get their Flow package, you get their images and everything in between. Yeah. So with that, it allows for 40 seconds a day. Doesn't sound like a whole lot, but let me tell you what, you can produce a Hollywood style commercial in a matter of what, 30 minutes?
Starting point is 00:02:04 Minutes. it's wild. Yeah, so literally you go, you plug in this little guy and it produces you eight seconds. So essentially what you're doing is you're creating eight second cuts, stitching them together for a 40 second commercial. In fact, we're already seeing a lot of that in our community.
Starting point is 00:02:20 Yeah, if you guys are part of our Facebook group, you guys would have already seen this. So if you're not part of our free group, you guys would have already seen this, so if you're not part of our free Facebook group, click the link in the description, you guys can join and get this information hot and fresh in real time, but one of our community members, he showed us, he stitched together a one-minute long welcome video for his customers, fully custom, fully with AI, and if you're skeptical, I'm going to ask you guys to go watch it yourself because up to this point, I would agree video AI has been pretty lackluster. It's really struggled but this is by far the best tool I've seen to date.
Starting point is 00:02:57 The human person that it's able to create and the characters it's able to create unreal. The voice is unreal. Hey guys, it's Chris. Hey, a lot of you leave comments asking for help. Do me a real quick favor. Shoot me a text at 509-374-7554. That's 509-374-7554. Shoot me a text. I'll answer and help you with whatever you need. Don't worry, I got you back. Let's go back to the show, baby. Well, the crazy thing is, like, the words actually match the lips, right? Like that's where we've
Starting point is 00:03:28 been able to haven't been able to get really good up until this point, right? You guys have all seen like the baby talking heads, the words don't really match their lips. You guys have seen maybe the hagen stuff where basically I can self replicate myself, but it's like, ah, I can tell that's AI. I know it's not Chris. Like you go and see this crap right now. It's like, wait, what? That I'm you're gonna tell me that's AI. I know it's not Chris like you go and see this crap right now It's like we what that I you're gonna tell me that's not a real person I've seen people do insane things and you can make all kinds of styles like some of the hyper Realistic videos like our community member Bjorn did it. It's hard to distinguish between what is real and what is AI? It's insane, but you can also spin it into making, we did a, we talk about God mode
Starting point is 00:04:07 and being able to play your business like a video game. So we spun a couple video ads that look like Fortnite. Like it's crazy, in a matter of minutes. So you can style it how you want. And it's crazy. Yeah, one of ours, we literally have like a realistic human that has a digital board in front of him that shows like scoreboards. And he's like, look at this. This is how you play your business like a realistic human that has a digital board in front of him that shows like scoreboards.
Starting point is 00:04:26 And he's like, look at this. This is how you play your business like a game. And you got like lights and all kinds of craziness. That skillset, we were able to make an eight second clip in a matter of five minutes. That was at least 80% of the way of what we wanted. That type of clip, if you were to outsource that to a video editor that uses 3D rendering software like Blender and After Effects, I mean you're paying thousands of dollars per hour just to produce an 8 second clip. With this, you're able to produce it for $300 a month. I was down in Portland a couple weeks ago with, talked to my brother-in-law, he works for Google, and he's worked a lot with Disney and their relationship. And right now what they do, because ESPN,
Starting point is 00:05:07 is they do, so they're actually doing this with figureheads. And so they're able to use their face and image, and then they're creating all this content without them being a part of it. Right, and I gotta imagine that's where we're gonna get real quick, up until this point, you've had stuff like Hey Jen. Hey Jen was good, but it's like you can see blurs and you can do your own video.
Starting point is 00:05:29 At this point, the version that we pay for, we can't put our own faces in, but I got to imagine six, 12 months from now, you're just, you're giving them proof of identification and say, yes, you can use my image in these videos made by next level pros. And all of a sudden now, yeah, figureheads are completely real. Same voice, same mannerisms. It's like, dude, we're not going to know the difference between what's real and what's not. Okay. We're talking theoretical future here. Let's talk it. Sure. So a sporting event. You could watch sporting events.
Starting point is 00:06:05 Like what's interesting is when you when you go in person it's a very different experience, right? Sure. So it'd be interesting to see what comes of like TV and what we start to watch competitively because think about how many games you watch that are just boring by halftime. Imagine if there's like some type of league that has like AI that just the whole game is AI and you're like rooting for players and whatever. It's just interesting that like. Can I just black out that for a second? Yeah. Like I can say, yeah, that would be cool. But it's like, to me, that's like the slot machines in Vegas, right? Like I never want to play a slot machine
Starting point is 00:06:43 because I'm like, dude, this is rigged. It's not even real, right? I even put my money in. And so, if I'm watching a sporting event that's not real, then why would I care about who wins? I don't know. It's kind of like this blur between what's real, what's not, human, what's not. It's similar to a movie, right? A movie is a storyline. Sure. And so so it's a storyline that you're following. It would be interesting to see if like something like that invokes the same emotion, right? Because I don't know, I think it's because it's real that it invokes that emotion around sports, but maybe not.
Starting point is 00:07:16 Maybe I just like cheering for an underdog, even if it's freaking fake. Because I guess I do in the movies. You do in the movies. I do in the movies, dude. I watch movies. I do in the movies, dude. I watch, like I know that the guy's gonna end up being the hero and make the NFL and I'm cheering for him when he's getting his butt kicked in junior high.
Starting point is 00:07:32 But what's interesting, like last night we watched a movie and it was about a real person. And it definitely gives you a different emotional connection. Yeah. And that's where I would say like the sporting movies that are based on a true story every single time. So yeah, I don't know. It's going to be weird, but like non theoretical,
Starting point is 00:07:52 but like theoretical, how it applies to business. Like, dude, where do we see this thing? Like really impacting business. Hey guys, it's Chris. If you're finding value in what you're hearing, go ahead and like and subscribe. That way people just like you can find this content for free here on YouTube. Now let's dive back in the show. Well, it's especially small businesses. This is your greatest opportunity is right now.
Starting point is 00:08:14 Like, although Google Vio 3 still has a couple minor things that it's got to work out. Like I think back, we were just talking today two years ago where chat GBT was and the capabilities of it versus where it is now, if you're not starting to get familiar with the tool, if you try to jump in two years later, you're gonna be lost in the sauce because I think the beautiful thing is a big bottleneck and resistance for a lot of business owners to start marketing is like, I don't want to be on camera. I don't want to, I don't know how to edit a video, I don't know how to color, all this stuff. You now have a tool that allows you to produce
Starting point is 00:08:48 a very high quality video in seconds, and it is good. Dude, it's wild. So this is what I would do for somebody who doesn't wanna be on camera. One, go and record a voice memo. Tell this voice memo everything about your business, all your beliefs, all the way that you do business, everything like that.
Starting point is 00:09:08 Two, take and upload that and train JadGBT on, hey, these are my theories, these are my philosophies, this is how I want to write scripts and I want it to be in my voice. Three, take that script that JadGBT now creates,ad it to something like VEO 3 or some figurehead type of creation software and boom You don't got to be on you don't got to be on camera You don't have to deliver the perfect pitch All you have to do is share with it your thoughts beliefs and what motivates you and all of a sudden you dude You're a freaking influencer. Well, I think if you look at like let me ask you Chris How big of a
Starting point is 00:09:45 business could you scale by just word of mouth? Did well, it depends how good a product it is. I mean, Elon Musk has proven that if you got a freaking dope product and know how to just have that really good launch word of mouth is fantastic. He also has personal brand. Right, right, right. But like, but if you look at- But if you're your standard entrepreneur launching something word of mouth, it's a slow burner. It's going to be 20 to 30 years before you got a filled pipeline.
Starting point is 00:10:14 Okay. Now how about doing online marketing? I mean, dude, that is the firepower, right? Anybody with dollars can make it happen. So I think what we're going to see here is that's going to be the same thing with business is when you inject AI in your business, it's going to be like scaling word of mouth versus marketing. Absolutely. Absolutely. Dude, I couldn't agree more. In fact, Levi, we were up in my office earlier talking today. It's like, dude, we had a 32 man team marketing
Starting point is 00:10:39 team at Solgen. What would that look like in today's light, right? Like what can we do with today's AI tools and whatnot? And there's a good chance that we have 10 or less humans doing exactly what 32 humans were doing only three years, two years ago, right? And so like, that's the crazy thing. That's where business owners really got to get their minds wrapped around these things. It's like, okay,
Starting point is 00:11:05 instead of thinking who, it used to be who, not how, now it's AI, not who. So, how do I figure out how to implement AI and replicate what I would typically hand over to a human being? And who are the people that I want to track to my business that really know how to get their hands dirty with AI? I think that's a big piece too. When you say it's not the who, it's the AI. It's like it's the who with the AI. Yeah, I think it's super important to note take exactly what you're saying. I know a lot of for sure employees out there who aren't familiar with AI are scared. Like hey, I mean we talked about the Fiverr email that was sent out just a few episodes ago, but he's like, hey, dude, if you're not using AI, see you later. Like, you're out. But also, business owners of, like, how is
Starting point is 00:11:55 this gonna impact me and who I hired, what I hire for, and all of these things, what AI doesn't do is replace strategy. And if you don't have the strategy behind AI, AI is not gonna make you any more money if you don't know how to utilize it as a tool. So being able to leverage that with your team currently is how you're gonna really scale and grow. Dude, I'll tell you what, schools got to make the shift right now, right?
Starting point is 00:12:21 Elementary school, high school, college, if those things will even exist in 10 years from now, right? Elementary school, high school, college, if those things will even exist 10 years from now, they've gotta have full, freaking degrees dedicated to AI. Like imagine how powerful somebody would be getting four years of real education behind AI. Not traditional education, but real, like taking that stuff, learning all the tools, understanding top to bottom how it goes.
Starting point is 00:12:45 Because like, I mean dude, we look at like what VEO3 can do right now. You could have a one man crew that can go perform the same as 10, right? If they just know how to prompt it correctly, make a few edits, choose the right tools to be able to bring that produced product to the table like dude it's gonna be game changer I think about too like even from a personal use case
Starting point is 00:13:10 like I know something that you guys have been doing in your personal time is talking to chat GPT documenting your life teaching it about you now being able to pull that out and you know it used to be you could write a book now about yourself pretty quick now you could write a book now about yourself pretty quick. Now you could produce a full on movie documentary and movie about your life. It's so wild. I think to like even when we were building Soljian, like you always think in hindsight, man, I would I wish I would have documented more. Now you can go produce some of the B-roll that maybe you didn't have and it would be pretty close.
Starting point is 00:13:45 Dude, how cool would that be? Because there's been several podcasts where I've gone really deep on my story or my experience. And just taking that, feeding that into a prompt for video, and then say, here's all my childhood images and all photos from that time, and maybe here's a few audio files and some other documents or whatever else
Starting point is 00:14:06 and you'd be like, make a freaking movie. Yeah, dude. It's trippy and then you're gonna be able to see yourself in the third person and then at that what point does AI just start changing the way you view the world? Oh, dude. I think what's interesting is this is also
Starting point is 00:14:21 gonna impact marketing, right? Because if you can on the fly or with a matter of seconds make a video that's dynamic and personal, then all of a sudden every video you see, like we will never see the same thing. Because I'll see something that like resonates with me and my profile, my personality and like my interests, and you'll see something completely different, even though we're watching the same show or whatnot. So here is my voice of warning or my voice of encouragement to everybody that is watching the show.
Starting point is 00:14:50 One, the fact that you're listening or watching the show right now means you're part of the.01% of the population. So the cool thing is, us knowing this, there are so many people that are completely oblivious to what's going on with AI. And so, your opportunity, if you want to go and be an agency, a marketing agency, right, and go and produce these videos and sell them to the doctor that literally has never taken two breaths of fresh air to understand how to run his business better, you can go and sell them these videos for 500 bucks a pop that took you two minutes to create, right? And then you can go and sell them these videos for 500 bucks a pop that took you two minutes
Starting point is 00:15:25 to create. And then you can sign a monthly contract where you're charging them $2,500 a month and you're going to produce their content and their videos and their images and everything else. Like, dude, now is your time. And it's really only going to exist. This is what I would call maybe the solar rush or the gold rush or the cell phone rush of the early 2000s. This is only gonna exist for the next two to three years
Starting point is 00:15:50 before everybody finally catches on and knows exactly what's going on in AI. But until then, now's your time to shine, baby. Yeah, we're in a new dot com era right now. It's crazy. Yeah, it's wild. And in fact, just like me sitting here, I'm like, dude, why am I not developing like an AI software? You know, like, oh my gosh, it's
Starting point is 00:16:09 getting me hyped. I agree. That's why it's, if you are listening to this, you're step one there. Like you're doing the right things about trying to figure out more ways to improve your skill sets and really get in the right room with the right people. Mm-hmm. And, you know, we can't preach enough about that, right? Like, obviously, Next Level Pros is a community where people have the opportunity to get in the right room, and it's really buying leverage, right? The goal in any type of business is buying leverage, whether you're buying somebody else's time, somebody else's resources, and being in a community like this where you know the cutting edge things that are taking place and what to go and really are given a roadmap
Starting point is 00:16:52 by people that have run the roadmap before you. I was talking to the guy earlier today on a phone call and I said, dude, have you ever done this before? He's like, no, this is my first business. I'm like, so have you ever grown a business past what you're doing right now? He's like, no. And I said, dude, that's where I found myself in 2012. I was just banging my head against the freaking bricks,
Starting point is 00:17:14 like trying to figure everything out on my own, trial and error, trial and error, doing all these things. It wasn't until I swallowed my pride, decided to pay someone that had run a bigger roadmap to show me the way. And dude, like that's ultimately why we've created this community. It's like, dude, we give out roadmaps, maybe, and we give them out for free here on the podcast. And we have paid events and we have paid memberships and all those different things. It's like, dude,
Starting point is 00:17:37 if you guys aren't a part of the community in one shape or form or another, like get it like one, congratulations, you're on the podcast to the other free aspect is like our Facebook group that we're talking about We just really started concentrating that we're like a five six hundred members already on that. It's been crazy We've really gone all in on this free Facebook group for the last like two three weeks And we've 5x the amount of followers that we've had in dude and you've been dropping some bombs in there Yeah, we've been doing all kinds of value adds for the people that are in that community for free, which is crazy to think about, because these are things that we've sold in the past
Starting point is 00:18:09 for thousands and thousands of dollars. Right. And the last like two, three weeks, I've been going live every single day, teaching you guys something new about marketing, and we're gonna keep doing different things and value adds like that, with different aspects and facets of business.
Starting point is 00:18:22 So if you're trying to find a way to get involved, and you't know how to get involved or maybe you're not quite ready to be a part of our community, this is the best way that you're going to be able to learn how to grow your business currently so you can afford to be in our community. That way you can go and apply these incredible tools like VEO3, you know, the cutting edge, everything that's coming down the way. Because ultimately we're all just horses in the race running down with blinders. We want to open up, get the view of exactly what's going on. That's what we are committed to continue to bring to you. Let's go.
