Welcome to the NFL Stock Exchange podcast.
In this episode, we're taking a look at the updated 2025 NFL draft order.
Six weeks into the NFL season, we're going to take a look at a lot of the teams
who are really picking in the top 15, spend a lot of time on them,
and then look at those teams that are, you know, 15 through 32,
which teams we think, ah, maybe Dustin would be picking a little bit higher,
but we're talking about some team needs,
and even get you a mini mock draft in there as well.
I'm Trevor Sycamore. With me, as always, is Connor Rogers.
Let's ring the bell. Welcome to the opening bell of the NFL Stock Exchange Podcast.
I'm Trevor Sycamore. That is Connor Rogers joining you guys for the midweek episode. We're sorry
we're a little late. It's a midweek episode, but it's also the first week episode.
You know, when the Jets play on Monday Night Football,
Connor's got to do the TV thing.
Everybody's just hanging on every word.
Connor, what do you think about the Jets?
No, in all seriousness, he does SNY stuff,
so he couldn't record the podcast on Monday.
But here we are.
We promise we're still going to give you two episodes this week.
This is the first one of the week.
We're talking about the NFL draft order. But before we get into it, Connor, how you doing, my friend?
I'm good, man. We're here. We made it. I know. I feel bad. We're delayed. And it is my fault. The freaking Jets, man. And it's not like the Jets could just play on primetime and lose and quietly go into the night. They're never done after that they're never done the jets are it actually works out very well
the do not go quietly into that good night quote because one they're on prime time quite literally
playing in the night again back to back weeks it was like all right bad game boom fire the head
coach all right lost bad game boom davante adams it's just like hassan reddick looming one way or
the other right one way or the
other so yeah and we're not going to cheat the people we're still doing two podcasts this week
we just need a little bit more time to make it work there's a lot of tape that has to be watched
for our next one that is very draft uh prospect heavy today is very nfl draft centric as a as a
league wide kind of look so i'm pumped man, man. It's, this is always fun when
we start to mix these in through the next couple of months because the draft order changes so much.
This is the kind of time of year where we look at it and go, okay, who's for real as a contender to
pick in the top five and who is going to kind of flip upside down and turn their season around and
won't be hanging around the top 10 to 15. Yeah. So we'll talk about a lot of different things here on this podcast.
We're six weeks into the NFL season.
We've had a couple of bye weeks, so it's not exactly an even amount of games played yet.
But we felt like it was a good time to look at the draft order really in totality
for the first time outside of a mock draft format
and really talk about where teams are.
When we're doing mock drafts, we're talking a lot about prospects as well.
I think that dominates the conversation.
But okay, now we're six weeks in.
What teams that are currently picking in the top five
do we think are still going to be in the top five
at the end of the season?
You know, same thing with the top 10.
And even the teams right now
that might have pretty good winning records
that maybe we think are a little flawed
and could actually be closer to that top
half of the order top 10 in the draft order we're gonna get to all that good stuff and and give as
many notes as we can throughout a lot of the nfl teams that uh could be turning their heads to a
draft focus so um we can get into that here i know we'll be talking about strength of schedule as
well how they've played all that good stuff so uh buddy if you're ready to go i'll fire it up
let's rock and roll hello Hello, old friend tankathon.
Oh,
good to see you.
She's beautiful.
She's beautiful.
As she always is.
Uh,
the,
for those who are audio only,
we're going to be trying,
we're going to try to be as friendly as possible,
uh,
to you guys who are listening,
wherever you are listening.
So we're going to read out a lot of sort of what we're seeing on the screen
from tankathon.com,
which is showing us the current NFL draft order.
And if you'll notice, there are four teams that are both,
they're all five and one, right?
So then you go, okay.
One and five.
One and five.
Sorry, sorry.
Yeah, it'd be a hell of a league if they were somehow.
There's only one five and one team, and that is the Texans.
That's true.
So these teams are one and five.
And people might be going, okay, well, how do we get to this order?
Well, if you go to the right side of the screen, you will see SOS. So these teams are one and five. And people might be going, okay, well, how do we get to this order?
Well, if you go to the right side of the screen, you will see SOS.
That is not an ode to Rihanna's hit single.
It is actually the strength of schedule.
And the way that it works is the lower the strength of schedule,
if you have the same record, that is the tiebreaker. Because the way that you can think about it is you've lost the same amount of games against worse opponents. So that is a simple way to think about
the first tiebreaker, I should say, when it comes to splitting up tied records in the NFL.
So the New England Patriots, they're one in five and they have the lowest strength to schedule.
They're picking number one overall if the draft were to be this weekend. Cleveland is number two,
Jacksonville is number three. Carolina is number four.
And then we get into two teams, the Los Angeles Rams at one and four
and the Tennessee Titans at one and four.
All six of those teams have one win,
but the Rams and the Titans have had their bye week,
so they have not played as many games as those other four yet.
I think, Connor, this is a good place to start this conversation
because with these six teams, I'm curious how you see them.
Which ones do you think, yeah, all right,
they're probably destined to be picking somewhere around here
when the final regular season game is over?
And are there any teams when you go, no, no, no, this isn't right,
this logo's not going to be here when we're looking at it
at the beginning of January,
and I think this team's going to be far outside of the top five.
How do you feel about them?
The teams that I think will be in the top three one way or the other,
not in this order,
but in some order of the top three will be the Patriots Browns and Panthers.
That's how,
how I look at it.
I think new England's moved to Drake may,
which at least gives them some more variance of the quarterback position.
And what I mean by that is we saw make and take a shot down the field. New England's moved to Drake May, which at least gives them some more variance of the quarterback position.
And what I mean by that is we saw May can take a shot down the field.
He can make some things happen with his legs.
He also variance goes all the way to both sides.
He could throw bad interceptions, get strip sacked.
So that to me tells me New England could sneak out a couple more wins, but there's just nothing around him.
The defense is injured.
The offensive line is not talented and in shambles.
He's not throwing to many talented players.
It's, you know, Mayo is really kind of swimming upstream right now,
trying to figure this thing out.
New England is a team that should be picking in the top three when all is said and done.
The Browns, Deshaun Watson, I think is the worst starter in the league. They still have a
ton of talent on this roster, especially on the defensive side of the ball, but we've already
seen them trade Amari Cooper. They're waving the white flag on this season. Yeah, they can't score
points. Their defense and special teams at times can keep them in games, but when you can't function
as an offense in this league
and the defense is on the field all the time
and starts to get worn down and injured,
that's how you lose a lot of games.
I'm fascinated to see what they can do when Nick Chubb comes back,
but if they don't move to Jameis Winston,
they're the team I feel they can find their way out of this group of three,
but they don't have any plans of sitting to Sean Watson.
So that's why I have them there.
Now the Panthers,
Andy Dalton has them running a functioning offense,
right?
It's good to see Xavier Leggett and Deontay Johnson get theirs.
Chuba Hubbard's going to go been a good player for them.
I think their offensive line has been fine.
Another team they've dealt with so many injuries on the defense that are
key.
They are limited in terms of their upside.
I think the Panthers are better than people realize,
but they just can't find a way, it feels like, each week,
even with Andy Dalton under center.
So those are my three teams right now that I think will end up picking in the top three.
Although the Raiders, we'll have the Raiders conversation in a little bit
because they're right there looking in.
Right, so the Raiders currently we'll have the Raiders conversation in a little bit because they're right there looking in. Right.
So the Raiders currently at 2-4.
They're picking 11th overall in the order right now,
but they certainly seem like a team.
Now trading Devontae Adams, he hasn't been with them for a couple of weeks,
so it's not like he's been in there and now you're just yanking the rug
from underneath them.
He hasn't been in this lineup, but as he has not been in the lineup,
it has not looked pretty.
This is Carolina's one win of the season,
if that sort of helps kind of put it in perspective of where the Raiders are.
So those are my – I agree with you completely.
I think that New England's going to be within this conversation.
Drake May makes it interesting, but certainly playing behind that offensive line,
I don't really know how much of a difference that's going to make.
And unfortunately, I think the same conversation could be had with Cleveland, right?
We looked at the Cleveland Browns, and this has not only been one of the best rosters,
but one of the best offensive lines in the NFL over the last two to three seasons.
And Connor, like, they're horrible now.
Wyatt Teller's been out.
Jack Conklin's been out.
Ethan Posick's been banged up.
Joel Batonio just has not been as dominant as he has been in years past.
He's getting old.
Right.
Jedrick Wills has not been great either. And when you look at it, I was shocked to see this a couple of days ago when I looked it up. Kind of the only offensive line in the NFL with a lower
team pass blocking or just overall blocking grade, I should say, than the Cleveland Browns
is the New England Patriots. That's it. The Browns
have the second worst offensive line in the NFL. So we can sit here and say, hey, Deshaun's playing
like shit. You got to get him out of there. You got to make the change to James Winston. And I
would agree. I think that they should make the change of quarterback, but I don't really know
how much of a difference that makes, especially with now you have traded Amari Cooper from your team.
I think this is a team that is a top five lock to have a top five pick next year.
I don't know if I want to say top three,
because yeah,
you throw Vegas into this equation and what's it going to look like.
It's not,
you know,
Vegas is certainly like we were saying,
sitting at 11,
but they only have one more win than,
than any of these one in five teams do.
So they're right there on the conversation as well but i agree carolina i i think they'll get maybe one maybe one or two
more wins throughout the season but man the defense is bad and especially if they end up
trading jc horn at the at the trade deadline that'd be interesting you know and and i it
sounds kind of crazy when I say it,
but his contract's expiring.
His rookie contract's expiring.
He's already been hurt a good amount of games for you.
Yeah.
And you're just very clearly not competitive
on that side of the ball.
That's fair.
So by the time you are competitive
on that side of the ball,
you're maybe halfway into a second contract with him.
Is that worth it for you?
Maybe it is, but I'm just saying. Things things are bad on this defense they could get worse if they
end up selling um a couple of players if they just don't if they feel like it is advantageous for
them to you know you didn't mention jacksonville and i think that we can open this up to the rams
and the titans as well i think the rams are too good of a football team they're they've got too
good of a head coach and they got too good of a quarterback.
Yes.
They're going to get more healthy as the year goes on.
And I think the Rams are going to be picking just outside of the top 10.
Me too.
So I think that that's where the Rams are.
Jacksonville, it's very tricky because I think they've got talent on this football team.
They're just unraveling.
They've missed Tyson Campbell.
It's as much as any injury in football.
It's not a quarterback, right?
Well, for sure.
But I mean, even even with Tyson Campbell, I'm not saying he's going to he's not going to fix everything.
It's it's a disaster.
This team, they're a disaster.
But I think they invested too much into this season to end up with a top three pick
at some point you're gonna win some games i think so too because you have talent but it is really
grim right now with jacksonville there's no denying it's it's really really grim i just
think they're a better team a better roster than the compared to the three teams that we keep
mentioning i wonder if they would go you know if you're picking in the top five in your jacksonville
are you like a will johnson team or you an offensive line no matter what team i think
you're i think you're looking o-line although you could take any defensive position and i wouldn't
argue against it but you you paid Trevor Lawrence, so
now you're in the business of
yes, we got to make this
baby fail-proof
right now. I think
that's, I could see them going.
I don't think that offensive line's very good.
I think that's where they would go.
Here's the thing, Trevor,
that's interesting with them, right?
They have the Patriots this week in London again.
They're in London again, which they've been horrible in London, I believe.
I know they were terrible against the Bears,
but I think Trevor Lawrence's numbers in London as a whole aren't good.
Patriots stink, though, so that'll be a real.
Imagine flying all the way across the Atlantic
and then having to play a football game.
Wow, you're bad? Crazy.
Oh, man.
The Patriots-Jags game does feel like the old joke we have
of the number one prospect is sitting at a table
with the hats in front of him,
and whoever loses the game, he has to put the hat on.
Like if Mason Graham was still our number one player,
the Patriots lose, and Mason Graham puts the Patriots hat on
when the game's over, and the crowd goes nuts, all the cameras are like taking pictures and flashing on them and it
does feel like that really though it does feel like that could be the case with like whoever
ot1 is right yeah like it's just whoever you view is ot1 they're basically this is a this is a this
is a recruiting table game I feel like we need to come up with a better name than that because
we'll reference it for years to come here on this show but uh jacksonville still they still play the raiders
in december they play the titans two times i i think they're gonna be picking six to twelve
i was gonna say eight so quite literally right yeah i think that's where they're gonna be when
all said and done you're i'm with you all the way on the rams by the way cooper cup and puka nukua are coming back this season and mcveigh just
steals games he just finds a way to steal steal dude and that defensive line's playing well they
are they need help on the back end especially over the last three weeks braden fisk and jared
verse have been really nice kobe turner's been nice for them. Byron Young as well.
Byron Young, yes.
Byron Young over the last three weeks has like a 20% pressure percentage.
He's been good for them.
Their front can rush a pass.
Jared Verse is like a 33.3 pass rush win percentage.
Yeah.
So that front four is really nice for the Rams.
I think they're too good of a team.
They'll make things even interesting down the stretch, I think,
for maybe even playoff implications.
So yeah,
Tennessee sitting at number six.
I think that we,
I don't know if it's a top five draft pick team.
They have a good defense in my opinion.
Yeah,
it's competitive 10.
Yeah,
it's competitive.
The problem with Tennessee is,
you know,
as we talk about all the time,
Will Levis can give away any game on notice.
But they almost beat the Colts last week.
They beat up on the Dolphins, who just didn't have much at the moment.
They gave the Jets hell for the first half,
and then they just shit the bed the second half.
Yeah.
Be honest with the Titans.
You look at them.
They lost by...
Your voice kind of went...
Your voice went into that.
And we lose to the Titans.
They lost by a touchdown to the Bears.
They lost by a touchdown to the Jets.
They lost to the Packers pretty decisively.
They beat up on the Dolphins.
They barely lost to the Colts.
Yeah, now they play the Bills, the Lions in a row.
But then they play the Patriots lions in a row but then they play
the patriots they're gonna scrap together some wins they are so of these teams that have one win
i'm looking at pff's strength of schedule remaining the browns have the most difficult
schedule per our power rankings left they play the Bengals they play the Ravens they play the
Chargers the Saints Steelers are okay then Denver but then Steelers again Kansas City Cincinnati
Miami at the end of the season which maybe they'll be a lot more healthy in the offense
gonna be firing on more cylinders yeah they will be um and then Baltimore you end the year at
Baltimore that's right yeah that should go well should go well. If Baltimore had the number one seed locked up,
they'd lose the Ravens backups.
Or even worse, they'd win.
That is just a torturous thing as a fan.
And it was funny, even how you said that they played the Broncos,
the Broncos defense would kick their ass.
Yeah, it's true. Broncos defense would kick their ass. Yeah, it's true.
Broncos defense is tremendous right now.
I don't know if Sir Tan's in concussion protocol,
which makes it go down like twofold notches
because he's that good,
but no way they can do anything against the Broncos defense.
So scrolling down a little bit more.
So I said that Cleveland's got the number one toughest schedule remaining.
Next on the list of the teams that we mentioned,
the Raiders have the sixth toughest schedule in the league remaining.
Then you got to scroll all the way down to the Titans have the 11th.
The Carolina Panthers have the 12th most difficult schedule remaining.
And then the Jags, 22nd.
So a much easier and more favorable schedule.
And then the Patriots 29th.
The Patriots schedule is decently easy.
Who do they have left?
Okay.
They have,
they play the jets one more time.
That is,
uh,
so it's soon.
So it's Jacksonville.
Then it's the jets,
Titans,
bears,
Titans,
bears,
Rams, dolphins, Colts, Cardinals bills, chargers bills. So it's Jacksonville. Then it's the Jets. Titans. Bears. Titans. Bears. Rams.
Dolphins.
Colts.
Cardinals.
Bills.
Chargers.
Bills.
That's not that bad.
It's not great, though, because the Dolphins should have two back for November 24th.
They're not better than a lot of...
They could be competitive.
They could give the Cardinals a fight.
Yeah.
Caleb's playing so well right now.
The Bears went from like, oh, everybody could probably beat up on the Bears.
Then nobody wants to play the Bears all of a sudden.
I don't know.
New England.
They got to beat Jacksonville on Sunday.
If they want to.
I mean, maybe the fans don't want them to win anymore.
I was going to say, do they?
Do they need to beat Jacksonville?
It's a weird draft, though, where I don't sit here and go,
man, you better not win that game so you miss out on this guy.
I don't have feelings like that in this draft.
Yeah, but you know holding number one is so powerful, right?
In a quarterback draft?
I don't think this is a quarterback draft.
It's not, but anytime you have your quarterback already,
which the Patriots do if you suck enough to get
the number one pick the next year you still hold a lot of power like okay maybe you're not garnering
three first round picks and two second round picks or whatever but like for you to move back
from one to let's say six you're probably still picking up two first rounders right and that
matters and yeah they have
so many needs that they could do that so i think you could look at them and go okay best tackle
right millen at wide receiver would be sick for them travis hunter whatever he wants to do right
although he's i know he's banked up now no he's gonna play this weekend i know but the whole point
is like this is the problem you This happened to him last year.
It's insane.
And I give Travis Hunter a lot of credit, but it's not possible.
And I sound like the biggest hater in the world,
but it is impossible to play the full course of a season
and play almost all the snaps on both sides of the ball.
It is a lot of football on the body.
It's brutal.
And he's not the biggest guy in the world
to begin with i just travis hunter is going to be fine he's going to be a top five pick and
i'm just saying like i am ready to if travis hunter just wants to play wide receiver then
he's just going to play wide receiver if he wants to play corner and you have you know five package
plays for him on offense that's okay i just think the two-way conversation is going to go out the
door by the time we get a month out from the draft fully no he's doing in the nfl 18 game schedule into the
playoffs to the super bowl super easy both ways extremely easy all right so that's the top all
right that's the top six those are the one win teams and then we got a uh smorgasbord we really
do of teams here which i think the conversation gets now very interesting.
We'll talk about the two-win team, so seven through 13.
The Jets are currently picking seventh because they're two and four, and, well, they have the easiest strength to schedule, so that's not great.
The easiest in the league?
No.
Who's the easiest in the league?
Miami does.
Interesting.
The problem with Miami that they're in desperate
waters right now because they're up against time right you can only lose so many games until two
it gets back that sounded like a leonardo dicaprio movie quote right there you know i am a stunt
double people forget that that was it that was just deep it was really deep you know the problem
is the problem is that you're up against time,
and then Hans Zimmer comes in, and the volume comes up,
and you can't even hear yourself think.
The interstellar music starts playing.
No time for caution.
Yeah.
Dolphins have the easiest schedules.
They have the Colts, Cardinals, then the Bills, Rams, Raiders.
Yeah.
The Dolphins can scratch out.
If the Dolphins can scratch out a couple wins by two is out,
and then he comes back, they could find themselves back in the playoff picture yeah they know they
don't have the easiest schedule remaining they have the 21st easiest schedule remaining I thought
you were talking about strength schedule the the schedule that they have played so far has been
the easiest the easiest yeah they're at uh 0.400 which is crazy that there's a team
that is almost in the 300s when it comes to...
The problem with Miami is they do have a tough middle patch
where they go at Green Bay, home to the Jets,
which we'll see what the hell the Jets look like by then,
but then at Houston and then home against the Niners.
That's a four that could be tough.
We'll see.
The Jets will somehow have Max Crosby by then.
The Jets just keep going all in while not winning.
The Jets are probably the biggest wild card here.
They've been the Bengals at seven and eight.
Both of those teams are not picking in the top ten.
No.
The Jets have already said they're all in.
They traded for Devontae.
Even if you, like the most pessimistic Aaron Rodgers haters, well, all that the Jets could be
a disaster this year and still win seven or eight games. Right. Right. A disaster. Yeah. Total
disaster. So that's I know some people are sitting there like, how could you say that they're not
going to be picking top 10 because the schedule sucks. And even if they really spiral completely
out of control, their schedule is easy enough that they could still
win seven or eight games like last year they won seven games with Zach Wilson Tim Boyle Trevor
Simeon and they picked 10th and traded for 11th so the Bengals right now Burrow's playing so well
that it's hard to imagine them here. They're such slow starters.
Their defense is problematic.
Let me say that.
Yeah, but even the last two weeks, the defense has been good.
They got it together against the Giants for sure.
Yeah, and they have a great matchup this week, don't they?
They play Cleveland as well.
So the defensive line going up against one of the best or one of the worst offensive lines in the league.
Of all your favorite hors d'oeuvres. It'sveland philadelphia vegas could easily go three you know that could be
three and oh now you're talking five and four now the bangles are right back in it then they play
at baltimore it's a coin flip because it was a coin flip last time so that's one of the best
teams in the season flipping against yeah um chargers steelers Dallas Tennessee Cleveland Denver Pittsburgh this team's making
the playoffs they got a good shot I don't know what to tell you I don't know what to tell you
well they you just need to keep Burrow healthy but you could say that about every team contending
so I think so I think those teams I agree with you they're they're picking outside of the top 10
what about the Saints at nine yeah uh Saints are I think the Saints are picking of the top 10. What about the saints at nine? Yeah. Uh, saints are,
I think the saints are picking the top eight.
I think they're in trouble.
I think they're,
like I said,
at the beginning of the season,
they're pretenders,
sneaky top five pick team.
Now,
I don't know if they end up top five because we got some bad football teams
right now.
Yeah. And I think, I don't think they're top five bad. got some bad football teams right now yeah and i think i don't think
they're top five bad no like once new orleans gets a little bit healthier especially like
gary carl come back chris olavio come back um now shaheed might be down he's getting uh some kind
of meniscus they don't know if it's a trim or repair which is either he's coming back this
season at some point or he's out for the year we don't know that yet so they're they go denver chargers
carolina and then it's falcons browns rams giants commanders packers that's not the worst schedule
right they got a decently easy schedule the saints scream seven and like seven ten don't they
yeah probably depending on how soon car can get back but i don't even think rattler is a mess
no i don't think so i don't so they just have a lot of injury problems everywhere on you know
what i think they pick nine okay they're sitting here they're sitting here at nine i think they
end the year come to the Take them to the board?
Clip them to the board.
By the way, I'm sitting here laughing.
I just scrolled.
I went back and forth between Twitter and my tank-a-thon tab,
and I just see Mike Williams missed practice today.
And in parentheses, because of injury report,
and in parentheses it says personal reasons.
It's like not going to work and being like, why didn't you come?
Because go fuck yourself.
That's why.
I respect it oh there's not a chance i'd show up to work if i was mike williams no way no i wouldn't even be in the tri-state area rogers throws a bad pass to me and now all
of a sudden my ass is grass okay sure he just filleted me in the postgame presser.
Dude, that was...
And then the next day you go,
yeah, you screwed up.
You have a chance to redeem it.
Oh, man.
That's something else.
If not for nothing, they're entertaining.
So, okay, New Orleans, I think is...
Yeah, so I'm making it a bit here on this podcast.
The New Orleans Saints are picking nine overall.
I don't care what the rest of the order is.
The next time that we show Tankathon,
I want to see a little X next to the New Orleans Saints
as a solidified draft status, okay?
They clinched the ninth pick.
They have clinched the ninth pick here
at the seven game mark of the season.
So I'm saying that they're going to pick nine.
Vegas, we've already talked about.
I think that they're a sneaky top five team,
potentially even top three.
Giants.
Look.
I want to cook it.
We got it.
I got to address it.
Okay.
I'm listening.
You know, we did the DEFCON episode.
Yes.
Talk about the Giants. Yep. You and I talked about, you know, Brian D the DEFCON episode. Yes. Talked about the Giants.
Yep.
You and I talked about, you know, Brian Dable not being on the team next year,
going over to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Got a little pushback.
Got a little pushback for the Giants. Oh.
Because after that episode, Giants come out,
give the Seattle Seahawks the business in Seattle.
Doesn't happen very often.
It did give them the biz.
But even before
them giants fans were i'm i'm kidding giants fans were in the comments and and they were sort of
tweeting at me they're like why are you saying that brian dable was gone and i want to be very
clear because i i hope that this is clear on the show we think brian dable is a great coach
i think brian dable is a great coach i just just, if things, you know, like Andrew Thomas,
now he's out for the year, right?
If things don't go well with the Giants
and they're picking in the top seven again,
do they not make a change?
Because there is plenty of reason to believe why they wouldn't
because you would still think that these guys are good.
You've just kind of been hamstrung with Daniel Jones jones and the daniel jones contract but it just
does not often happen guys don't often get these chances so i don't i i don't really know what the
giants fans again you hit us up in the comments i i don't know you seem to think that brian dable
is going to be on the team next year so all giants fans listening to this let me know let us know
what you think brian dable is he on the team next year or not becauseants fans listening to this let me know let us know what you think Brian Dable is he on the team next year or not because I don't think this team is making the
playoffs I don't think they're going to finish above 500 so you're sitting here again with a
below 500 record I don't know man I just doesn't often happen that head coaches get to stick around
that long with with not a lot of success outside of that one playoff run that they had that was my thoughts on table so just had to bring that part up i think
it's well laid out on both sides not to not say you know give out participation trophies here but
the reality is we think brian dable's a good coach i would ride it out with him no matter
what happens this season i don't know if the giants are going to do that because
like john mara's got to be losing patience they've been
they've been uninteresting for a decade let's call it what it is with the giants uninteresting
yeah i mean let's let's look at their record by year okay right yeah you had 2016
ben mcadoo year salute oh the baggy suit that was that was that's when I knew they were absolutely
screwed as much as I respect the young king I was like oh boy this man although you could argue
counter I don't have time for a tailor because I'm a football guy so it could have gone both
ways it could have gone both ways it went yeah it went so not so actually all right I'm gonna
take it back so they win the Super Bowl in 2011 all right, I'm going to take it back.
So they win the Super Bowl in 2011, all right?
Right.
Coughlin's in the coach for four more years.
Nine and seven, seven and nine, six and ten, six and ten.
They can't Coughlin after four seasons after that Super Bowl run.
Then McAdoo takes over.
They make it into the playoffs.
They lose in the wild card.
They go 11 and five that year, though.
That was the 2016 season.
Yeah.
I think they had a ton of high-prof They go 11 and five that year, though. That was the 2016 season. Yeah, I think they had a ton of high profile free agents going into that year, and it worked for one year.
So then the next year they finished three and 13.
They fired McAdoo in the middle of the season.
And then that was after he put Gino in for Eli, which was, by the way, goat move.
Couldn't have been more right.
Goat move. Gino have been more right. Goat move?
Geno Smith's awesome.
Oh. He was right.
He was right.
Vindication. Vindication for the baggy suit man. God,
they weren't winning shit anyways, though.
Yeah, I know, and it disrespected
a legend. It was a whole problem here. It did.
You should have heard New York Sports Radio back then.
Oh my god. I would go back and listen to it i would i would listen to a greatest hits yes of the monday
after they they they did not give eli the ability to continue the streak i i would i would give
money to listen to a greatest hits of new york radio after that so all right so we went 11 and 5 with the McAdoo year in 2016 and then 3 and 13 5 and 11
12 and 4 sorry 4 and 12 then two years of Joe Judge that's Pat Shermer yeah 11 and 4 and 12
was Pat Shermer Pat Shermer and then 6 and 10 4 and 13 with Joe Judge oh terrible then you get to
Brian Dable you go 9 7 and one yeah and you get you make it
to the divisional round as the wild card team first year brian dable and then it was six and
11 last year and then whatever they finished this year yeah i mean this is uh they have pretty much
not been relevant at all since 2011 outside of the playoff run that we really saw in 2022 which
was great not trying to take away from it but well yeah they won a
playoff game with daniel jones which i think gave brian dable a lot of breathing room in this town
everybody looked at and go that's the guy and then it didn't go well in 2023 for a variety of reasons
and maybe they stink this year and they ride it out with dable because they give him him and shane
like okay go get your quarterback and let's see what happens right right because the Mara's you know obviously an old school NFL owner where they might be a little
bit more patient in that scenario but maybe not maybe I just wonder dangerous I think it is
dangerous but I also wonder is the the Bill Belichick situation just looming I know I know
Giants fans hate they're already tired of it and i get it but
that's i just wonder is that situation looming i would never do that if i was the giants
by the way i think that's idiotic just to be clear yeah when i got very clear and then you
have miami at two and three could smooth transition that was nice they stink miami miami is a sneaky team for a top
so we did their pick they have the widest range of outcomes of anyone on this list
if tua comes back in two weeks they can make the playoffs if he if he doesn't they might pick in
the top five yeah i don't think they're making the playoffs.
I don't think so either.
I think Miami's problem is easy.
I think Tua comes back at some point, and it might be a little late,
but Mike McDaniel is coaching for his job,
and they just sit right in the middle.
They pick like 14th, the Dolphins.
Colts, Cardinals, Bills, Rams, Raiders, Patriots, Packers, Jets, Texans, Niners, Browns, Jets.
Man, if you get a top eight pick with that schedule remaining,
yeah, I don't know if McDaniel's safe.
It's weird to say.
It's weird to say. It's weird to say.
I mean, Chris Greer has been there for like 25 years.
It could be a situation where if they bottomed out,
they'd completely nuke it.
But they also might just be patient and ride it back next year.
They're interesting, Miami.
They are very interesting.
All right, we're going to talk about some of these teams that are outside of those
you know top 13 in the draft right now they've got more than two wins and which teams that we
think could be uh you know still candidates to pick in the top 10 i think that's a conversation
worth having because it is early parts of the season but look we kind of joked about we talked
about with the new york jets they're they're all over the place when it comes to the news but it's
not just the new york jets everywhere in the NFL.
They call it the,
the world's best reality TV show for reasons.
Cause you cannot turn away every single week.
And to keep up with everything that we got in the NFL this week,
or the,
this season,
I should say,
we'll be listening to a new podcast called the offensive line with Annie
Agar.
Annie is an NFL insider.
You probably know her from her uncomfortable team meetings on social
series.
The offensive line with Annie kicks it back with NFL
stars, celebrity super fans, all
that good stuff to unpack the week's lines,
odds, spreads, with the usual brand
of sharp wit and banter
that you love. There's so much going on around the
NFL season, so much to keep track
of, and she does a great job doing it. The pod is
packed with humor, and it's a must-listen to keep up with all
of the news and NFL culture that's uh evolving throughout the season you can follow
the offensive line on the wondery app or wherever you guys get your podcast you could also access
bonus episodes and listen ad free uh wherever by joining wondery plus all right some teams
you can see on the screen here i don't know if I want to read them all,
but it's all these teams that have more than two wins.
Do we spot the imposter amongst the group?
Man, Dallas.
Dallas is in trouble.
Dallas, Dallas, Dallas.
Oh, man.
Dallas is the bizarro Jets, right?
And what I mean by that is the Jets keep losing,
and then they just do something that you're like,
ah, this could, let's see what happens here.
Like they fire Robert Sala and you're like,
oh, they're playing for first place though.
Let's see what happens here.
They lose the battle for first place
because the kicker can't make his fucking kicks.
And then it's like, now we trade for davante
adams let's see what happens here the cowboys lose by 40 points and then the next day the owner is
like oh you you want to ask me the hard questions on the radio how about i fire your ass it's getting
more scary as it goes on but i i this real david tepper behavior by the way that's that's some
fantastic stuff yeah i'll buy your house and bulldoze it right right that's yeah tepper's
tepper's got to do something tepper's got to take uh somebody who's criticizing the panthers defense
literally buy their house from them and bulldoze it before they come back from the grocery store
after a hard day's work that's what you need to do bread and you're like where's my house go
he's losing the he's losing his edge to j. You carry your milk and bread and you're like, where'd my house go? He's losing his edge to Jerry Jones
after Jerry going on the radio,
which is wild, by the way, right?
It's wild.
That's Jerry's,
he does a weekly segment with them.
And I think that was probably why
he felt that he had the power that he did
to be like, okay, well, I'm giving you my time.
I'm going to get somebody else
to answer the questions.
Asinine.
It's insane.
The Cowboys are bad. And here's the thing. Jerry doesn't like answering the questions. And look,
maybe it was a little bit more hamstrung than we think it was during the off season. Like,
I understand where Jerry's coming from a little bit. You can't go out and sign everybody. You
can't draft everybody. You can't fix all your problems all at one time. But at the same time,
it felt like this roster overachieved a little bit last year
with an unbelievable performance from Dak and certainly CeeDee Lamb
having an incredible year as well.
They're still doing some of those things.
The rest of the roster is just not good around him.
No.
I mean, the way they ignored the run game,
the way that the trenches have fallen off over the last couple of years,
the rest of the supporting cast outside of CeeDee Lamb,
they're still hitting some of those big shots.
I believe before this week, I'm not sure what it is now,
but before this week, Dallas was number two in the NFL,
a total explosive passing plays behind only the Houston Texans.
So that part of their offense is still working,
but it's what happens when they're not completing those passes
that is totally void this year when it wasn't last year.
The defensive line is a mess.
They cannot stop the run.
The linebacker level is not impactful.
And the secondary is way too up and down,
especially with Bland not starting the season
and just everything else there.
So like the Cowboys to me, dude,
they're sitting at three and three.
They're not a good football team.
I think that the Cowboys are picking in the top eight
when we get to April.
I really do.
Oh, top eight.
Yes, because, all right, let's look at their schedule.
Let's look at Dallas' schedule here.
It's got to be pretty difficult.
They're three and three at San Francisco.
Tough.
At Atlanta.
No gimmicks.
Versus Philadelphia.
Versus Houston.
At Washington.
Versus the Giants. Versus the Cincinnati Bengals. No gimmicks. Versus Philadelphia. Versus Houston. At Washington. Versus the Giants.
Versus the Cincinnati Bengals.
Carolina.
Okay.
Carolina.
Then it's Tampa Bay.
It's Philadelphia.
And it's Washington to end the season.
How many more wins you got for the Dallas Cowboys?
You know what?
Their season comes down to the two games against Washington.
Three?
Four?
Carolina's won.
I say they split with Washington they beat Carolina I said they might split with the Eagles and they beat they always beat the Giants no
matter what Giants game was actually close it was to be fair to the Giants it was but they just they
just never so that's four that's seven wins i guess that's probably picking close to like 10 to 12
i think that's i think they'll be 10 to 12 i'm saying top eight i'm not backing down i can't
back down it's my own podcast i know jerry jones already ruled it out but they were a team
that should have been in on the wide receiver trades can't just be cd lamb out there
can't so but they're not they're not interested in making trades.
So,
um,
who else is imposters?
There was a clear one on there that I just,
uh,
I just glossed over.
Oh,
what do you think of the Broncos?
Yeah.
I mean,
look,
I think the Broncos are probably going to be picking like top 15 when it's
all said and done,
but I.
Competitive defense. Right. I'm also like, i think they've got a really good defensive line they've got a really good defensive overall especially if patrick chattan isn't in concussion protocol
too long bo nicks is coming along the offensive line's playing better they're doing this with
also having a terrible run game as well so if the run game bounces back at all whatsoever
the team is fine let me see where they are strength of schedule wise.
Eight toughest schedule remaining.
Yeah, probably picking right around 10 to 12 as well.
I'm not a huge like Denver sucks type of a guy.
Right.
So I think they're probably right around the top 10.
But if you told me they're picking outside of the top 10, I'd believe you.
I don't think they're going to be terrible.
I don't think they're going to be terrible either.
And they kind of did this last year where everybody thought they would get run over after how their season started.
And then they got hot for a while.
Seattle, I think, is going to be competitive.
Philadelphia, I don't think they're real contenders Sirian is a disaster but I don't know how much
they fall off either you know they're not a bad football team again I could I could see them
picking anywhere from 15 to 20 I feel like that's where where Philly's gonna end up Chicago kind of
the same way I I don't mean to you know put a damper on Chicago y'all could absolutely still
make the playoffs but when you look at Chicago's remaining schedule,
they're 4-2 right now, which is great.
But holy cow, their schedule sucks moving forward.
At Washington, at Arizona.
Versus New England, okay, there we go.
You got an easy one.
They could win two of those three pretty easily.
And I agree with you.
I agree with you.
And they could be sitting here.
That would make them 6-3. i think i think that's what happens they could be six and
three and i i totally agree with you there but then listen to this i know green bay minnesota
detroit san francisco minnesota detroit seattle green bay that sucks that's a wagon i don't know
if you i don't know if you get more than two wins out of those
eight games i think they win eight games so if you win eight games again that you're probably
right on the outside of the playoffs looking at yes that's what i that's that's kind of the way
that and and anything look anything above, what a great season for Chicago.
Truly.
What a great season for the Chicago Bears. Caleb Williams is playing like this.
Who cares?
And that's the thing, too.
If Caleb keeps playing like this, then they're going to win more than we're even saying that they could be expected to win.
So that's my thoughts with Chicago.
I'm wondering how confident Chicago Bears fans are right now.
Are you thinking about the draft at all whatsoever?
Are you still pending on the medal?
Do you think you're destined for the playoffs?
What do you think about that last eight-game stretch for Chicago?
Because I think it is realistic that they might only win two games out of that.
Now it's also realistic that I think they could win five.
I don't think they're winning more than five, but that's the variance,
and obviously that can depend on where you're picking in the draft order.
Indianapolis at 3-3, Yeah, probably not make the playoffs.
Probably put them down a little bit more,
but I don't think they're total imposters.
The one that I think,
I think this is the last one we'll bring up individually.
Well, maybe not.
Pittsburgh is four and two.
To me, they are a team that has the potential to free fall.
Yeah, they're moving to Russ, it sounds like.
Because not only are they moving to Russ,
which I think is a bad idea.
Yeah, I think it's a real bad idea.
Their offensive lines really beat up.
Zach Frazier going to miss time officially?
I think that's a massive blow for them.
Yes, I believe he is going to miss time
because their bye week is,
shoot, it doesn't show it on here.
When is their bye week?
Hot later right now.
It's in three weeks?
He's week to week with his ankles in a boot.
But somebody said that it's likely he doesn't come back before the bye.
Yeah, that's what it's looking like.
Because they played the Jets and the Giants and then the bye.
Okay. So you're hosting both the New York teams and then it's a bye. Yeah, that's what it's looking like. Cause they're, they played the jets and the giants and then the bye. Okay.
So you're hosting both the New York teams and then it's a bye.
Um,
the defensive lines, unbelievable in Pittsburgh,
but that to me is basically just the lifeblood of the team.
You've got two defensive linemen and cam Hayward and TJ watt who are playing
like defensive player of the year candidates.
Nick Herbig has been unbelievable as a designated pass rusher
in specialized situations.
You're getting Alex Highsmith back from injury.
Keanu Benton's a really good rotational defensive lineman as well.
They are carried by that defensive line.
The linebackers, I think, are kind of still figuring it out.
Wilson's been playing better, but he's still a rookie.
He's still going to have his up and downs.
The secondary has been up and down as well.
And then you go to the other side of the ball.
You're putting Russ in a non-mobile quarterback behind a bad offensive line.
Now in an offense that they can't get any pass catchers really going outside of
George Pickens. And now you got issues with George Pickens.
So to me, I don't want to put like any, you know, bad juju on, on, uh,
on, on Pittsburgh over here.
But when I look at teams that could be picking a lot lower on this list,
Pittsburgh sitting at four and two and making some of the changes
that they're making and the injuries that they're going through,
I don't know if they sustain this picking in the 20s type of a thing
like they are now.
That's the argument you're making.
You're not saying you think the Steelers suck.
You're saying that they're four and two right now do we expect them to maintain that pace right at what
13 ish win pace yeah i in that division that's really a tough ask chargers maybe a little bit
lower but dude this is the number one defense in the nfl in terms of points allowed per game
like they're it's a hard ball way let's who who they played all right to be fair it's vegas it's
the panthers it's the steelers it's the chiefs and then it's the broncos so understandable that you
would be pretty high in the rankings of their their poverty merchants they are they're poverty merchants and they are, they are poverty merchants, but I do think I didn't realize it was that egregious.
Neither.
They're literally just taking the net and going to the minnows of the lake
and be like,
whoop.
Oh,
um,
but I do think that I do still,
I,
I'm not going to retract my full.
No,
I like that.
I like the chargers a lot right now.
I really do.
So I don't think they need to be thinking about the NFL draft at all whatsoever. The Niners,
the Buccaneers, the Ravens, the Packers, the Bills,
Washington, Detroit, Atlanta, Houston, Kansas City, Minnesota.
I mean, you're not thinking about the draft at all whatsoever on that one.
No. Yeah. Yeah, I think that that's
probably how I would play it out with those teams.
Yeah, I'm really fascinated by Washington because Jaden has played so well.
And their defense is not really talented, but it's Dan Quinn.
He kind of finds a way to get through games.
Can Washington keep this up?
I mean, in worst case, say they don't,
then you're going to be picking high enough
to get Jaden Moore help for the future.
If they do keep this up and they win that division,
which is very possible right now,
then that's going to be one of the stories of the NFL season.
All right, I'm throwing this on Connor.
We're going to do this after this ad read,
but I'll give him a minute to think about it.
I want to end this show with just a prospect to think about
for all of the teams that are currently picking in the top 10.
It doesn't necessarily have to be a mock draft.
It could be the same name for each of them, whatever, whatever.
But let's think about some teams.
The teams that are currently picking in the top 10 just a prospect
to think about have on your radar as you're watching college football all that good stuff but
before we get to that this this show is sponsored sponsored by our friends over at better help
think of a time when you recently felt like you couldn't be yourself hiding behind a mask if you
october it's the season for wearing masks and costumes it's halloween but some of us feel like we're wearing a mask and hiding more than we want to with ourselves at work,
social settings, around the family. Therapy can be a great way to accept all parts of yourself
so you feel like you can take off the mask. You're not putting up a front to people. Masks are for
Halloween, not for the emotions. I've been doing therapy for over a year and a half and it's been
great. It's been exactly that. It has allowed me to feel so confident about who I am and allow me to make changes
about the things that I don't like about myself and be able to put my best foot forward with what
I do. And I think that that's really helped me see the world in a great way. And honestly,
just always be able to put my best foot forward. Therapy can be a really great,
really great tool to get a better
understanding of how your mind actually works. You know, when you're reacting to certain situations
and things like that, it can help you become more aware of your own patterns and behaviors
and improve them. It's useful for everybody, not just people struggling with something specific.

All right.
Hopefully that gave you enough time to at least think about it.
Number one, New England Patriots, pick a number one overall.
Who's a prospect to think about?
Will Campbell, LSU?
I was going to say it feels very Will Campbell-ish right there.
But, I mean, Tedaroa McMillan has got to be in the conversation, right?
The wide receiver from Arizona, for anybody that doesn't know,
I love Tet, man.
He's awesome.
Tet's a top five pick.
This is actually the guy I would staple to New England for me. You go get Drake May, an alpha wide receiver.
Dude.
Because you already have Jalen Polk,
so if you're playing McMillan on the outside and Polk on the inside
and you like Pop Douglas,
McMillan's the kind of wide receiver they're missing, in my opinion.
If they had the ability to fix some of their offensive line in free agency,
I'd be all for it, man.
I'd be all for it.
So, New England Patriots fans, check out Will Campbell from LSU.
Check out Tetrone McMillan, the wide receiver from Arizona.
Cleveland.
Yeah. It's got to be qb right
jaylen miller from alabama jador sanders from colorado uh cam ward from miami all three of
those quarterbacks in my opinion i think that's fair jacksonville jacksonville jacksonville go
back to the kelvin banks bucket here all the tackles basically but banks uh will campbell and we'll
see you know what guys end up climbing up our boards as well yep so carolina i mean this is
such a tough one for carolina because it what are they doing at quarterback who knows but some players to keep an eye on if you
are the carolina panthers i think that tetra o mcmillan is one the wide receiver from arizona
i will bring mason graham the defensive tackle from michigan into this conversation because
their defensive line is so bad right now it is devoid of a lot of talent that they need
potentially a will johnson the corner from michigan i know we said one prospect for every their defensive line is so bad right now. It is devoid of a lot of talent that they need.
Potentially a Will Johnson, the corner from Michigan.
I know we said one prospect for every team,
but now I'm just kind of giving you a little bit of the shark prospect buffet here with Carolina.
Yeah, and I would double down on Will Johnson for the Rams.
And I would say Travis Hunter for the Rams.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
Travis Hunter for the Jags too, yeah. Yeah. Travis Hunter for the Jags, too.
Definitely.
They need corner help.
He could play a little wide receiver.
Mm-hmm.
We just don't know what he wants to do.
That's the golden question.
So then the Titans at six.
They're a little trickier, in my opinion.
Ted, we're going to say his name a bunch,
but he's on the board for this team
depending on what you think about wide receivers luther burden maybe wide receiver isaiah bond i
think ridley's been a nightmare there hasn't been good it's been terrible i imagine they're
gonna move on from hop hops in the last year of his deal um they should trade him if they
child boyd's on a one-year deal. He was also a trade candidate that I thought.
Yeah.
They should trade him if they can.
I think they should too.
You're behind the eight ball too much.
You got to get it figured out with Kevin Ridley.
You're already giving him the money.
Exactly.
You can move on from DeAndre Hopkins.
But yeah, maybe wide receiver there.
Try to think of somebody else.
Oh, you want to keep going?
Yeah. Is there any other one other player for the Titans?
Yeah.
I guess you just said one.
They could get another edge pass rusher.
Abdul Carter in play here.
Nick Stanton from Texas A&M.
They want a heavier-handed kind of guy.
The defense is good, but they could use another edge guy.
Jets real quick.
One prospect for the Jets to know.
Let's say they're not picking at seven.
They're picking outside of the top 12.
I'll say Kenneth grant.
Oh,
I was going to say Kenneth grant for the Bengals picking at eight.
Oh,
okay.
Yeah.
So we think,
we think the jets and Bengals won't be picking in the top 10.
We think Kenneth grant's a great prospect for them.
Yeah.
I don't think they're going to be picking high enough for Mason
grant,
but his teammate,
Kenneth grant,
I think it'd be a good one.
Uh,
New Orleans saints,
man.
Uh,
what'd you say?
I think offensive line again or defensive line,
you know,
like Kenneth Grant's in this conversation still.
And then I have to,
I have to really catch up on what Dion Walker has done lately.
Cause he hasn't,
he hasn't popped.
Right.
Right.
Yeah.
That's really disappointing.
Yeah.
Cause he from Kentucky,
he could also be a name here,
but yeah,
he,
he looked like a guy with first round ability,
but fourth round consistency over summer,
Arizona feels a little bit of the same way,
right?
You want like a Kenneth grant,
a Mason Graham.
I mean, Dion Walker would be good for this team as well.
They could use more.
Their run defense is really bad.
Right, right.
Yeah.
They could also use another corner,
but maybe you could wait on corner in that situation.
Yeah, I would say they're another
defensive line team in this situation there we go i like williams oh if he's getting picked that high
yeah not at 10 they'd have to be outside the top 10 yeah okay i feel sorry for the jump scare
no look look you know a lot of people like Tyleek Williams.
They really do.
It turns out there are a lot of Ohio State fans.
Who knew?
Who knew?
Not us.
Who knew?
Appreciate everybody watching and listening to the show.
Let us know what you thought.
Obviously, the conversation that we had, the teams and where they're picking.
Do you think that your team's already turned the page to draft mode?
Are you turning the page already to draft mode?
Do you think your team's going to be in the top five, top eight, top ten,
or not even close?

which we really appreciate.
If you're audio only,
you could hit us up on Twitter and Instagram as well.
At Tampa Bay Trey at Connor J.
Rogers.
We told you this midweek episode,
but this is only the first episode of the week.
We were going to have another episode for you.
I believe we're going to, we're recording it on Friday.
So it'll be a little bit of an usher into the weekend.
Feel free to listen to it on Friday, Saturday, Sunday,
whenever you got time over the weekend.
But we are going to do an all midseason prospect team,
and it's going to be a draft.
Connor and I are going to draft against one another
forming all nfl draft prospect teams for the 2025 nfl draft so we can't pick the same people right
right correct yes that's a big caveat yes no that's why i specified it's a draft against one
another so that way we can bring a lot of names to the table, a lot of recognitions for some really good prospects,
guys that are playing really, really well.
And I think that that's probably the best way to do that.
Let me ask you something before we get out of here.
Oh, no.
When you, because you're a Charlotte man,
and I feel like traffic in Charlotte has really.
Horrendous.
It's getting really bad.
Leave.
Stop moving here.
Places like Charlotte, Austin, all these places that are growing.
And obviously I am in New York.
So traffic is my is a habit at this point.
Not what I'm happy about.
When you're merging or not merging, just getting off an exit.
But the exit's really backed up.
How far in do you get over to the right lane to get off the exit is it like a mile is it
half a mile or are you the asshole that drives all the way up and cuts off the front three people
you know i'm nor by preference i feel like i'm a three-fourths of a mile to half a mile out guy so am i so am i okay
some people some people live on the edge some people are shameless i can't barbarians i can't
do it no it's if you let me put it like this if you so most of the time there are the white lines
at some point which means do not drive over these by the way for
people that are listening and don't always wonder what those are that means do not cross here the
dotted line means you can go over the white horizontal lines mean don't cross here
assholes so he's going off.
Most of the time, it's trucks, work vans, because those people just don't care.
They're driving all the time.
And you know what?
While they piss me off, I kind of am like, they don't care if that car gets hit, and they're sick of being on the road in this traffic all the time.
They're just going to do it.
You lose.
You lose.
You're not in a tractor trailer or a work van.
You are going to lose that battle but the people that are in sedans that do it are they're the
bottom three on earth like you're going to hell if you believe in hell you are going straight to
there is no way you could do that to a mile of traffic some people would tell you to compete
and feel okay but i do compete that's the thing when i am in the lane i will not let someone in
i will roll down the window i will scream i will never be the one to lose the guy behind me could
lose he could lose i will never lose contain i will never give up the edge. Ever. Never.
I'll yell at the person in front of me if they miss their block.
I will literally yell at them and be like, move up.
If people like to text during this, which is terrible, don't do that.
If I notice that, I'll slam the horn and be like, you got to stay on the bumper in front of you.
We got to rally this line.
We cannot let the heathens cross the horizontal lines.
So yes, this has been, you know,
obviously something that you come across
since you drive as a teenager,
but 95, and those listening that know the tri-state area,
has been a special level of hell this year,
and I go through it every day.
So I was curious.
It's good to know that you are, you know,
half mile to three quarters of a mile. That very acceptable this is your battle of thermopoly you
and the 100 you and that you and the line tonight we dine in hell yeah that's right and that's how
i say that every day when i drive home from work at around one o'clock i know except for you it's
the uh tonight we die with the insurance claims because I'm not letting you in.
And if you hit me, we're getting out of the car, brother.
That's how this is going.
That's exactly right.
That's right.
Yeah.
Buckle up.
Literally wear your seatbelt because this shit is about to go down.
I'm glad we discussed that.
We usually discuss what levels of awful things people do, like reclining on airplanes, stuff like that.
I just had to I couldn't wait for a no notes to bring up this topic.
It's.
I was going to say, I'm glad that we presented you
the opportunity to get this off your chest.
I feel so much better.
I feel so much better.
It's just, it's like, it's relief.
Well, hopefully you guys do as well for sticking
with us till the end of the episode
and getting probably the best rant 59 minutes
into the episode, but we appreciate you.
If you're a diehard and you made it to this point, now now you can get in on it as well are you a heathen or do you want do you
want connor to compete do you need do you need him to muscle up are you gonna take advantage it's the
oklahoma drill of cars on the highway it is which we don't encourage which we don't no no don't do
that drive safe just just just a mile out start to make your way over to the right and slowly wait.
You're all going to get there.
I promise.
You don't have to cut.
You don't have to cut.
Speaking of we're all going to get there, the people that stand on planes the second
the seatbelt light comes on.
That's for another episode.
It's for another episode.
We can't get into it right now.
I'm Trevor Sikama.
That's Connor Rogers.
Thank you guys so much for watching and listening to the NFL Stock Exchange Podcast.
We'll see you later. Bye.
