Guys, hi, welcome. Now, I'm under strict instructions, I'm not allowed to laugh too hard because of my... Well, I'm not very funny today. Okay, good. You should be fine, I don't feel funny. I sound a little bit groggy because I've had my procedures. Because I'm off my nut. I wish I was off my nut, no I'm not. They send you away with paracetamol now for most things, we were discussing that, weren't we?

An hour's not long, is it? So, you had it on Monday, it's now Wednesday, so you've two days to go. Under eye fat transfer, round three. Little tweakment to my ears. What did you do? It was just a bit, like, not right. Okay. Then, little tweak to my lip.

And arm lipo. Okay. The arms are arming. Are they? I might get some under here. The arms are arming. What about, did he just do arms or, like, I want here, like, armpits? I've already had that done. right i think i'm gonna get that like i've already had that done and that's quite painful you know i

can imagine yeah do you know what is painful um the most about arm lipo is wearing the garment when it bunches here did you experience that i can't like all of that bunches up and then my hands were really swollen um but i'm going to see liz for an mld after this yes you absolutely need and that's gonna be a stinger i know nikki and leone drove me to work today and we had a meeting in the car how productive that is productive um so i'm gonna go for that and then i'm gonna go and curl up and get back what did you do yesterday bed rotted just they did that all day and do you know what you do feel good for it have you had a day like that with tommy yet i've not had one day like that since he was born what when i something when i to be fair though that was when i was on

mat leave it wasn't when we owned our own businesses exactly i didn't have one with any of the other babies but with saskia i bet you did it with thea as well oh i probably did no i just used to lie in bed all day some days i would not even get out of my pajamas yeah i probably did it with thea but with tommy no it's weird actually because i was thinking about the other day because i had a lie-in with him i don't remember what day it was but in a lie-in until like 11 where he went back to sleep so i kind of just sat on my phone did some work just stayed in bed and i think i got up at 11 and i felt really naughty and i said to james how weird is this that i've had a baby and i've not done that once like there's all but when you've got another child you have the school

run and also like you don't want to think you're in some wild depression where i don't leave mommy doesn't get out of bed see her again that's like all of the kids they don't call it um daddy's bed they call it mommy's bed because you know i'm such a bed person aren't i like my bed is the hub of the house like when lauren comes around everyone sits in the bed we don't sit on the sofa often we go up we run upstairs and we sit on my bed it's a comfy bed though it's a lovely bed do you know oh my god thea for the first time since tommy's been born got in my bed with me the other night annoying wow i'll let her in because she never really asks and i felt sorry for it because do remember being a kid and being the fear yeah yeah and i can remember it so still goosebumps i can

remember it so well the sweating the genuine fear thinking that you are going someone's gonna get you you're gonna die that night this is your last night in a lie like you go to bed you think this is it tonight i'm gonna die and i can remember that frightening feeling so she came up and she was like it was really windy it's like i keep thinking someone's gonna come through the window don't take me oh i know the storm that was the night of my operation yeah yeah it was and i thought you know what um i really felt for us i was like just get in so i had her in bed with me tommy in bed with me then james on the other side and i actually really enjoyed having both my kids in bed uh it's just it'd be nice if james wasn't there if james wasn't there yeah then i would

like so what i'm thinking of doing because i was thinking how can i get james to stay out for the night so i can have me and thea and tommy in bed i can't think of a way to get rid of him i think maybe yeah cause an argument an argument a protest yeah so i think i'm gonna stay in my house for like another year yeah so what i want to do for ed's christmas present is get you know that incredible guy that makes all of my beds yeah to make an emperor size bed in my bedroom how big's that what's that then so that's i've got a super king at the minute so i think it's like another foot wow that is so it's going to take up that whole wall and then get some fitted um so the whole wall is a bed yeah yeah and i just need to find out of him this is for ed's

for his christmas because he loves sleeping with the kids i'm the one that's like get them out right okay um so i think i'm gonna get the bed made into an emperor bed because honestly as you get older as well don't you just realize how nice it is just just just to get comfy yeah on and not get the telly on and you've got the babies all in the bed i love that i get such you know in the winter oh i can't wait for it and you shut the lock the door and everybody's safe in my house and the doors close and the curtains yeah i've got my family yeah i get such relief when the doors closed but i need to hear from you guys so has anyone got any experience of having an emperor bed because it sounds very majestic i want to know how hard work it is like is the mattress

really expensive is the bedding really hard to i've never seen emperor bedding all i know is that ronaldo had one of course on that do you remember that program and she was saying that they had to get the bedding especially made you have to have it made yeah i am when i was going through my playboy face i can't honestly i can't believe my mum let me do this shit i had a round bed um from ikea do you not remember i did a round bed and it was such a flex but not with the playboy bunny did you ever shag in it oh let me think yes um my boyfriend at the time and i remember i couldn't get round bedding so well you could but so i had to get normal bedding like fold it under and I had that for quite some time effort yeah so I feel like it

would be a bit of an effort but if you bought them what bought two sets then you that's all you need right and then you just swap them even if you get it get them made yeah I would like an emperor bed I think I'm gonna look into the emperor that invites everyone to get in the bed I don't mind that and it gives me extra space between my husband yeah I would say the only issue that i had was was james being in the bed so you chilled yesterday chilled yesterday um did some work did some work bossed a few people yeah you're popping up on chats i thought oh she's in bed um ashley ashley yeah because i'm so unactive usually because i'm in and out of meetings and appointments oh she's in bed i did come i just not going to go away yeah no she was

she was productive but i thought oh ashley's in bed and there was there like criticizing why is everybody doing this from the bed how dirty so basically i also set up something right oh yes we have spoken about this before and said how sad how awful it is i mean i still followed back and commented because i just thought you know but you've made a dog page yeah right there's a few things to this number one i mean we say this all the time don't we we change our minds we have really slagged that off yeah really quite highly slagged off dog accounts or any animal accounts so that's my first thing the second thing is you say you have no time because you don't and you've now opened a dog account it's set up now so i can just snap a picture of him and thirdly

what's it for because you've got an email there for collabs what dog collabs are there well we'll see we'll have a look like dog food what is it i need to i just we will was this always planned or was this because you were bored? I was bored. And also, Roya wants to see updates of him. Well, tell us fucking sender them then.

Talk me through. He's just such a cute dog though. But won't you be posting him on your own? But does it not make more sense business wise to be on your page so people follow you for the dog? They're not going to buy your face creams

and stuff though are they? They're not going to click the links. Maybe there's like a dog skincare thing. So what are you going to, how long, realistically, do you have a vision for the dog account or is it going to be one that you go on

it's very funny to watch and then teddy's like does it entertain them does it give you extra time because they're entertained or do you have to watch do you have to watch what if it like nips yeah um and then it also ate the front of my isabel morant cowboy boot that's really annoying and sarah was like yeah sarah was like i couldn't get him off do you put them on the naughty step um you i don't know this is why the dog trainer needs to start so what does the dog trainer do come to your house yeah and stay there like what what happens i'm gonna see so they come to your house and like teach you how to train the dog or does they train it for you because i don't know i think

that's gonna be my first point of call but if they can't train it then i'm gonna have to send it away to be trained can you do that yeah oh so it goes away for like say a week and comes back as a new dog yeah and what about wheeze and poos does it know when to where are you finding little you're finding i know does it go upstairs what for a wee or poo no like is it allowed upstairs because some dogs aren't allowed upstairs it is allowed upstairs because it's like my little baby dog does it get in the bed yeah you said that was disgusting you've said that before i know it is disgusting i know but it loves me and like this morning but it loves me it's the only thing this morning i was like right i don't have to get up and do my makeup and whatever because

sorry guys i've got a bruised face and blood it looks quite um your face no green is it going to go black do you think because if it does you're going to have some whoppers because it's like greeny now isn't it got my dermalux on standby um so this morning i was like to everyone like please just leave me in bed till um eight o'clock because the girls were getting me at like half eight nine and um i could hear it outside the door like mommy mommy mommy and it like doesn't stop until it gets to me it's just like over the door and then it was like oh my mommy's here so cute so does right does the nanny look after the dog at all like is that another kid have you had to up her wage because she's now got like another kid to look after i'll uh you really

should make it work yeah you need to make it right man come on no i'm not finished i've not finished with you no before we move on to rap man i want to know um a lot of people are asking for a few post-op tips right we get asked this all the time i must have said it 100 million times but can you just so for the benefit of the girls do you know what i found really good those huel drinks yes so they're really good for post facial surgery um thingy my bob that has them oh god yeah stephen bartlett famous one yeah they're his right or does he just promote it ah right okay i've just i've got some um they're really good for post facial surgery because you know how hard it is like to be on top of making sure you've eaten before you take your tablets

then getting all of the right nutrition i think they're like high protein aren't they they're high protein they've got everything you need from a meal but it's liquid right okay and it's no prep so i literally just drink one of them open so it's good if you don't have time to eat not good if you you don't want to drink your calories so it's kind of good for if you need to get the good well you have to if you've had a lip lift or a facelift you're not meant to eat hard food for like three days no yeah because that's oh yeah do you remember before i had my lip lift and they were like you need to get used to not using your top lip for the first two weeks because that extends the scar didn't even think of that yeah it makes sense very handy for um and

again high protein amazing yes so that's really great and post-op and as well like when you wake up do you really want to you don't want full english no so they they've been really good um my dermalux flex incredible have you got one haven't got a dermalux if anyone wants to send me one that's absolutely fine mate you need one they're expensive but good i obviously have the mask but no i don't actually but i ran the corner from skin address so and she's got and she's got the actual big daddy so i just go in yeah um and then do you know what the nad plus as well is meant to be good for pre-op i need to reorder that really really good then i've stopped most of my supplements which is a bit annoying stop some don't you you do anything is vitamin e

yeah not good because of the bleeding yeah and well basically they say just to stop all your supplements right apart from your electrolytes electrolytes are really good forever but when You wake up from surgery, and I swear by having a cold Lucozade sport for when I wake up from surgery, it just brings me back to life. But I had a really good anaesthetist. That makes a big difference. Did you enjoy the anaesthetic? I didn't even have time to fight it.

I'd fallen asleep before they put the mask on. Oh! You know, because it was an evening operation. Oh, no! I would have said, do it slow. Let me fight it. I know, but then they would have thought... I'm not going to...

Oh, it's just so... I know, it's... It's the best feeling ever. best feeling ever people um other recovery tips hyperbaric oxygen chamber but i haven't been able to do that with my last few operations because it's such a big tight mask that i can't put that on my face oh my god i didn't think of that either it's annoying so it's good for body surgery but you did we put we did the mask yeah and it's tight that mask and i've had all the fat transfer here so i can't put that on so i've ordered one it's called an oxy can or something and it's just the

one that you breathe in the pure oxygen off amazon it's like 20 quid shut up let me show you divinia taylor put it on and it's like a h-bot but one hit 20 quid it is this is it here so the company is called like a vape clear o2 and it's 15 liters of pure oxygen for 21 pounds that's cool that is cool right so i've ordered that and it means you don't have to go to an appointment you can just sit in your house how cool love i'll send you the link for that so yeah clear clear o2 right brilliant so we'll see and what about creams and stuff are we still yes so i am using the stem cells on my um which ones are you using calisim or antiage they're both amazing and then i've been using a hydrochloric spray yeah because that that is so good for like wounds

you don't have to touch anything i just spritz it on i've got that in my bag actually and it just keeps everything disinfected that's also really good hydrochloric spray sorry for when the kids hurt themselves because it doesn't hurt but it's like antibacterial yeah it's amazing with the lip did he just release the scar the titan scar a little bit you knew what those bits that were where they were deep pores yeah it's just like um it's like a titan scar so did he just kind of release the tension a touch maybe i need to find someone to take my stitches out so they're removable yes they are the blue oh so they need a snip and a pull probably better me not do that No.

And then what about like creams? Are we still on the Scar Repair Forte? Have we found anything better? The Regime Scar Repair Forte is fantastic. I need to message them. Oh, their peptide mask. Yes, I love that. Their overnight peptide mask is gorgeous.

Have we found anything better, do you think? Have you used anything? I just really like that. Yeah. And then staying out of the sun. Yes. So even like first few days, I've kept the blinds closed in the house and everything.

So that there's literally nothing. Yeah. That makes sense. Just not worth it for those first few days. Are your arms bruised? I've had a look at them, no. No. And did he use, did he renew the, what's it called?

Yeah. So, almost like J Plasma. It's the burn. Yeah. So, my arms feel like they're on fire a bit. I've got my Mac on guard. I'm really considering when I go and see that place, I'm considering just saying, like, do my armpit fat,

like, do you want to hear the side tip? Yeah, they did my armpit fat before. It's really good. I might get that, but it's the skin, isn't it? afterwards i feel like my skin really has just renuviant i'm gonna see make sure you're taking your collagen as well guys before yeah pre-procedure yeah so do you think you'll be we're looking at like probably a week and then the bruising will go and pick on by a weekend yeah if i go on my dermal looks every day yeah you look well you don't look bad at all you look a little bit swollen a

little bit yellow i could go out like this yeah you can go like do your shopping and stuff like that well no i just i wouldn't do it all yeah no but you could like you look all right you know While I was in York as well, getting my procedure, I went in Primark. They've got a really good Primark. They have. In York. When my mum got her eyes done. I got these joggers.

I went to the Primark a couple of times. It's a nice one. It's a nice, calm. It doesn't feel rough, does it? It feels like this. It felt calm. The Manchester one is hectic. No, no, no.

Too much, too scary. Too many people. Whereas the York one, you almost feel like there's not many people there. It's a posh Primark. Yeah. Well, York's quite posh, isn't it? Yeah. Oh, York's beautiful.

Yeah. And they've got lovely places for lunch. but you i said to you didn't i you couldn't have eaten i was like oh no you can't eat before yeah they've got a really nice cafe there and i can't remember the name of it anyway but i wait it was stunning i can't know it wasn't i can't remember the name of it but they've got a lot of like tap assy places i'm going anyway for my consultation in september so have you booked it all in i booked my consultation i'm gonna see what he says if he says no don't do that then i won't if he says yes we can do that and then surgery wise knowing me if he's like yeah yeah i'll be like tomorrow we're

going away in november october then maybe yeah you'd be fine yeah yeah um i need still that's on my to-do list i need to sort out november yeah are we gonna say where we're gonna go no okay and we're gonna do a little bit of a trip i think but it's quite a big one isn't it yeah big trip so i need to pick a whole trip it's a big old trip have we all right well it's big old trip so i actually need to sort that out that's on my to-do list right right man right man so i put the update on tiktok man i put the update so i rang him three times no answer on the fourth time he rang me back has he seen your tiktok he's seen it i know he has i can tell i could tell by the way so i said who i was he was like all right but he didn't say well what's

happened he already like i said remember you went to see my money he's like oh yes yes and straight away he was like yes and i said to her don't have it done she was like he didn't say that um and it was like he didn't ask enough he would have been like right okay so tell me again so you rang it He knew the full story already. because it was so long when I cropped bits of it out, but he was like saying, you know, we've had great reviews across the Northwest, so I can't possibly, because he knew he was being recorded. And he was like, please send me an email. i'm gonna look into it then he rang me back to say he's speaking with oh actually it's wednesday now he said he was speaking with the man on monday and he would ring me back and he hasn't not good um but the reason i haven't said the name of the company is i am not i mean it's not gonna do him that much damage is it how many people need rat people but i just thought it might have been a mistake the man might have he might have been him like the the worker that had made a mistake so i didn't want to just be a dick i just want it rectifying and when i speak to him i'm going to say you need to give my mum the money back for the wasps um but aside from that yeah he already knew

and i knew he knew and the comments on tiktok were like yeah he already knew so i am gonna offer i want to know what when he speaks to the man in question what he says because if he denies it then i would like them to come back and go into the loft and show me the rat show me all the evidence but i don't think they're gonna do that i think we're gonna have to let rat man go on to the next one oh yeah i want my i want the money back for the wasps i want my mum to get the money back and then that's it i'm fine to leave it i agree i think that's tight that i think it's tight what they did how much money is that then it's only 150 quid but she would have spent three grand that's not fair on an old lady do you know it's so funny everyone's talking about

kids you kind of miss out a little bit on that mum dad new baby yeah because you're just juggling all of them so it'd be nice to go away just so nice to go away and enjoy just mum dad baby who's having theatre oh well is she not jealous i haven't told her yet when why is she not going i don't understand why is she not going number one she'd have to take time out of school oh right so you're not going in the six week cool okay except i think we're gonna go away potentially in january with all the kids so she would much rather go where would you go in january egypt sharm el sheikh no you need to have the shit right listen do you remember when everyone did this about What's it called, belly?

You're going to Turkey. I wouldn't go to Turkey. Now, everyone goes to Turkey. I used to go to... How far is Egypt? Four hours. That's not bad. It's hot in January time.

The hotels are just like Turkey ones. You get on the plane, you get off the plane in a hotel. I'm going to have to stop for a painkiller. Okay. You could be literally anywhere. You just stay in the hotel. People used to say this about Turkey.

They used to be like, oh, I wouldn't go to Turkey. And now everybody goes to Turkey. So we might go in January. So she'll take time off then. so I feel like she won't really she'll be bored as well but I haven't told her yet but I know when I do tell her she'll be sweet because I'll just be like listen I've taken you away twice already this year you can stay with grandma and how are you I'll do it on the weekend she's with her dad

so she won't know anyway I'll just pretend I'm still in the country but it's how it works when you've got a million kids with different dads everyone has to take the turn for the holidays um I'm going to so I'm going away with you potentially in November then it's a work trip I'm done for my holidays. You've been on a lot this year. It's not good for me. So I'm going with you in November. But I do, even though it's a work trip,

I do want to do fun things. No, I do. And I want to get a list of, like, to-do places. Because it's like, while you're there, four days, whatever, let's do what we can. Where we're staying is near this district where you can go on this, like, bar crawl thing. Oh, yes.

So do you remember when he was in China for, like, ten days? Ages, yeah. he went to this place and he said it's sick really yeah yeah um and then they've got like all of those fake bag factory years and come back literally we'll have like 10 burkins on our skin like shops all of that so then meals really nice meals i want to go and i want to literally not sleep the whole time like you need to plan it so we get everything yeah then for my birthday in january i'm looking for a trip well i want to go on a wellness but now you can only do a minimum of seven nights at most of the places and i'm like that's too long that's far too long me and

ed can't do longer than three nights without the kids we can't like absolutely can't like you know your honeymoon when you're like i'm i need to go home now yeah it's a long time um but yeah so that's annoying so i've been looking at switzerland i was gonna say switzerland and there are some guard some beautiful i don't know i don't know it's a beautiful it's a ski place one of the places they've sent me to look at because i've got i use limelight travel they're really good um tony p's really good as well but basically i just want three nights somewhere where it's all cozy and it's got a really gorgeous spa so i'm on the lookout if anyone's got any recommendations i have seen and i can't think of the names i've probably got them

saved on instagram some in switzerland yeah yeah like where the pool is like that and it's all snow and everything yeah that's what i want so if anyone's got any recommendations for me for in January, I want them. I'll be 36. That's not too bad. That's not too bad. It's over 35, though, isn't it? As in, like, you're like the...

I'm enjoying it. Yeah, I know. I think James might be 38 this year. His birthday's in September, and I think he might be 38. I can't really remember. But I feel like James said to me yesterday that I'm middle-aged,

but I Googled it, and middle-aged isn't until you're 40. apparently whereas i would say it's probably now but no it's not middle age so i just basically oh you had a night out won't be doing that again will you not it was really good to see the girls like obviously loved seeing my friends was it a local night no do you know what i think if if you're going on a night it needs to be like day but then i knew it was going to be if the thing is so basically it's one of my friends birthdays so we were like let's just do something local because you've got less chance of people dropping out then you book something that involves a taxi

you know people drop out where it's local yeah it's like really easy we just met up but i think sometimes when you go out locally it depends i think at christmas it's great because everyone's back if we see everyone like that you're like catching up with people but it was just shit like it was great seeing the girls that was great we had a good laugh but it was shit like and i kept thinking i'm gonna be hungover tomorrow this isn't worth it i'm gonna be hungover tomorrow and were you hungover no i went to bed i was home for 12 i wasn't steaming drunk i think there was just a bit at the back of me that couldn't let loose completely because i knew that when i got home obviously i had tommy i wasn't looking after him of course i slept in the spare room but

i knew that in the morning i'd have tommy i knew that i only had one day and then it's back to the grind again and i just had that it's that thing in the back of your head yeah it was that thing in the back of my head like you're gonna regret this in the morning and and you're gonna have to look after a baby like that and i just couldn't i drank quite a lot but the other thing i did that made such a huge difference i didn't i didn't drink wine or prosecco i only drank it's not as funny drunk though it's not as funny drunk it's not vodka drunk it's not this as fun as wine drunk wine drunk wine drunk's like silly yeah wine drunk is like girly giggles and literally that's why like my thing now is with me and my friends meet up in the week and we'll go for three wines three

that is it that is the peak and then you can still sleep and you still try and shite to each other and it's fun and it's good and there's something about drinking it from a glass of wine it takes it takes the edge off yeah after a long work day yeah it makes you feel that warm feeling yeah and like as she says three three wines you feel fine is my sweet spot yeah i agree still function yeah but the thing is though the thing is though if you're going on a night out and you go and you drink wine so yes going for a few is fine but if you're going out and you have it doesn't it isn't a few then you've then drank a bottle you are then you are then sloppy drunk and you can't go home it's not good and you get blackout and you get blackout so i didn't want to do that and then

you get anxiety and then you get anxiety so instead i drank vodka soda water and lime because skinny bitch that's what it's called the calories the i didn't want the calories i also thought i'll hydrate still i was just very aware of not being hung over and it kind of ruins your night then so i was i would say drunk to the point where i probably would you know i wouldn't be able to go and drive a car yeah or or teach somebody ballet like i was like yeah like i was drunk to the point where i probably couldn't walk in a straight line on a tightrope but i wasn't drunk to the point of not knowing what was going on i remember everything i wasn't saying things that in the morning you're saving that for a night with us then yeah i just i don't know so anyway i got home at 12 james was
