thought oh god it felt a bit weird to me so i just wanted to explain it a little bit first of all when i say i've gained weight when i laugh and we laugh at my arm or whatever just remember do you think we kind of should ban the word fat i don't think i think it's a really bad word yeah i think that our kids shouldn't learn that word what i when i was talking about i just don't like that when i was talking about it i was talking from my experience of this i am used to being a certain size and everyone's used to their base size and what they're used to and what their body is i gained i think three stone with the pregnancy anybody regardless of what your starting weight is that gains three stone is going to feel a certain way about it regardless of where you

started i then lost some weight and i was still about a stone and a half to two stone bigger than what i am used to and my body how i like it everyone's different clothes fitting in my clothes just being what i want to be what i work hard to be anyway so i think sometimes you get a bit of shit when you're slim and you're annoyed that you've put some weight on but still i'd put weight on i'd put weight on and i felt bigger now when we recorded those episodes when we laughed about the angle of my arm when we discussed all that i was still six weeks postpartum since then i have lost a huge amount of weight from trying hard a lot of people have messaged me saying no so people are putting sort of saying you look amazing what's the secret wink wink i know you
