cellulite injections in america where they put i think minimal do you know what the best thing you can do here is stop giving a fuck about cellulite i actually don't care about mine there's a lot of things i care about there's no creams but stretch marks and cellulite i don't because i feel like look i can't do shit about it do you know what i personally think really helps with my cellulite before i go on holiday don't say drinking water is don't can't be asked the cavitation stuff like that like i can do it myself at home or when i go for lymphatic drainage that really helps yeah and then cryotherapy oh really cryotherapy helps so much with my cellulite there's one inhale that i go to and you go your full face and body i've never don't cry do you want to come with me one

time it's next door to the plant booth so we can go in there and then go oh great not my donald's then no so yes um now booty lifting if you want to lift your bum i actually have had a treatment um this was before i tried everything okay guys before we went for the implants so um it's you know the like m sculpty thing the time yeah but they put two pads on your bum and that actually does work but again though i've had m sculpts okay which is where they put the pads on your your stomach and basically what it is it's contracting your muscles it does work but you've got to keep going in you've got to keep going and also i think you have to be able to see your ab muscles or you could if you are slightly bigger you hold a lot of fat on your

stomach you ain't gonna see them so don't bother i feel like i'm saying because i've had all my fat sucked out of my tummy it works really quick ones i think it does work but that's still not gonna work more than the gym oh it does lauren try it it does it does it i really am an advocate of those machines are you okay well i and i but i told you didn't i that you know the people that make theragun um they've got these yes they actually sell them on current body they've got these nodes i think i got mine off john lewis though when they were on offer and they're like little two little devices like that and you can stick them anywhere yeah i remember you telling me about them for my arms before i had my before you went extreme again arms done they were like

you need to build your muscle up yeah and i bought them um just like where around the house and really and you can put them on the top of your bum as well okay all i would say is don't spend of fortune no um because you're going to get minimal difference so yes it might help you a bit but is there other ways that you can make yourself feel better than getting rid of a couple of bits of cellulite that's all i'd say don't expect the world but if you're bored and you've got enough money then yeah right next one just a quick one following this week's pod i found sparkling water really helped with morning sickness okay me and megan always say that hangovers it could help sparkling water when you're pregnant is but then you can't drink it
