I get jealous if I leave him with someone else and I'm worried that he's having a better time with them how is it even possible he's eight weeks old i've left him for the longest of three hours so far and i can't do any longer i'm not attending parties or events with my partner

as i'd rather be home with my boy my partner doesn't get it and he thinks i'm being obsessive he even sleeps in the other room at the moment and leaves me and my baby boy in our room and i I don't care. I'm not bothered by the long sleeps he's having without having to get up once, which I know I should be. Anyway, what I am asking is how can I stop becoming that boy mum?

I need your advice and I need to nip this in the butt before he's a teenager and I'm still trying to breastfeed him. This is the thing about boy mums, apart from you, you're not very boy mummy. No, I feel like... But this is the thing,

you don't have control over it. the baby's only eight weeks old enjoy and it's her first baby yeah i feel like with your first baby you are like that i was whether it's a boy i was like that with saskia whether it's a boy or a girl you are like yeah i think this thing relies on me and you're obsessed with it and it's fine enjoy every minute enjoy i completely agree enjoy every minute well done you for exclusively breastfeeding like wow hard um enjoy very much all of that but what i will say is that i'll be honest there is a little point that's making it sound like you're becoming a little bit this isn't to do with boy mom but it says here my um is she's not attending parties or events with my partner

now the only thing i will say to you is just to remember that you need to remember yourself a little bit i think eight weeks though i wasn't doing anything really but i think give yourself three months i think keep an eye on it um and i just think don't get to the point where you stop leaving the house you're still healing after eight yeah i don't think there's anything wrong with that and unfortunately darling you can't stop being a boy mom it's in it comes to you and it's in you and it's in yeah you're a boy mom yeah i can't believe it do you not find it weird that i'm a boy mom yeah you don't give boy mom vibe no at all um i think it's not my boy mom era and i'm not giving you're not giving boy mom um honestly i don't think you can do anything

to last you three months on skincare yeah what you doing with it right i would have a laser treatment and then i'd spend the rest on skincare yeah i agree and an at-home device yeah so i'd an led light at home ideally either an led light or a radio frequency it depends if you want to do pigmentation and texture or tightening if you want to do pigmentation and wrinkles go with the lamp face lamp or face mask if you want to do the uh radio frequency tightening then i would have an ipl um so the girl that i have been to recently for my facial she's the one that does olivia you're at with the francesca the facialist and she does the um what's it called fab photo fabulous where i go they're just about to get the machine meant to be incredible she's getting it in i feel

like october so i'm going to try it and i'll tell you all it's meant to be amazing you can't yet so that's ipl then the other type would be a laser resurfacing yeah so like a cool laser i've been for that it's say you before that it was really good something that is lasery if you want to take it up a notch you know what i'm really enjoying and i've had to obviously look into different things because i'm pregnant but the ice rollers in the morning really really i always think is that just a bit of a gimmick no actually look really nice you know feels feels good titany there you go there's your extras right go on hi girls love the podcast i'm hoping you can help for background i'm 25 and i don't take any hormonal contraception i'm really struggling with

two-year anniversary I'm currently going back through old episodes to grab bits of info on this subject what advice on supplements care etc would you give to someone that has been booked for elective cosmetic surgery for the lead up towards the date and then the best aftercare advice afterwards just to be as prepared as possible we did an episode that is called cosmetic surgery have a listen and that has got we literally if you go through it says on it something like cosmetic surgery on the run-up the surgery in the sketchy or something something like that yeah go on there and have a little look but main ash if i if you were to say three things beforehand what did you cut out of your diet before surgery they told you was it acidic foods

so the lady that i have my um c-sections with she makes you go on this special diet before you have the c-section which is no sugar like totally no sugar not even like in bread in fruits and stuff like that but it all made sense because it's like an anti-inflammation diet yeah and basically it'll take you ages to heal okay um but also you need to start protecting your gut because you're going to be taking all kinds of medication which really disturb your gut and then you can be open to infection and get thrush exactly so that kind of thing um i would just make sure you're prepared make sure you've got your garments yes pineapple what's the one for bruising arnica doesn't work No, I was going to say, people always say Arnica, don't they?

But I've never really used it. And just make sure you've got your garments ready. Make sure, I think personally, make sure that you've got the time after the operation sorted. No vaping, no smoking. No drinking. Last time I went for cosmetic surgery, the last two times, in fact, they have done a urine test on the morning of my surgery because so many people vape now. so when they do all of the forms they say do you smoke and they're like no i vape and that's the

same they think it's fine and obviously because when you're recovering you can just lie in bed but they were telling me about how recently so many people are not here healing properly from the surgery because they're vaping um and it shows up if you've like vaped in three months so i had to do two urine tests yeah they need to do that because you can understand if they're doing everything they can to ensure you get the best surgery possible and you don't really need it it's not like a cancer operation or something they're not gonna they don't they want you to be as healthy as possible so i think afterwards make sure you've got the care that you need make sure you've got some food like little prepared meals who's looking after you afterwards who's

taking you home have you got everything set out ready for you just so that when you're home you've got a nice bit of time off work and you're not overdoing it every time i've had surgery every time i haven't given myself adequate time off work i've rushed back too quick and i have caused an injury to myself so give yourself plenty of time every single time and she'll probably do it again and i'll do it again so yeah um but our episode i think it's called yeah the surgery and the sketchy something like that that tells you loads of stuff about surgery before and afters okay we will be back after the break with your dilemmas we're going to answer your questions and make you feel better guys

ask your friends advice no things happen things can go wrong and if they do go wrong if your partner's got quite a lot of money i can understand why he would want to protect his hard-earned money because you could turn into a psycho bitch and try and take everything imagine if you shagged his dad exactly

and then he'd have to give you I personally you don't know what's going to happen tomorrow and I've learned in life

that you you do anything can happen so just protect yourself for every eventuality and while we're on this subject girls like I know

a lot of girls that wish they protected themselves I agree with things like when you have a house and a waste man

moves in exactly yeah and if the house or you get a mortgage and he goes I'll put it in my name you pay rent for 10 years and then you've got full call

I know someone that happened to she was transferring it into his bank account no evidence you need to protect yourself as well and I think it's sensible for all eventualities if shit goes wrong we're all covered it makes a bad situation that little bit less painful

I think you'd rather have those difficult conversations while you're both friends totally agree I mean obviously I get if imagine like you'd never agree to something that was like and you get fuck all yeah like you my friend get five pounds no no no but my advice would be to get your own independent solicitor don't just go with that person and i think like you've just said listen if we're doing a prenup doing it while he's in love with you yeah rather than waiting till he's fuming because you shagged
