and arthritis and arthritis so yeah anyway anyway sorry anyway where were we basically we don't give a fuck right right listeners messages go on ash guys guys in your next episode please can you make people aware about doing better research before going to turkey for cosmetic surgery i mean we already have but okay we'll do it again someone i know went there for a boob job came back and felt very poorly ended up in hospital the doctors did all the routine scans but said you seem fine we can't see anything anyway she goes home a few days later feels really poorly again so the hospital looked further into her and one doctor said it states you have two kidneys but you've only got one now the surgeon in turkey stole her kidney while she was under and told her the reason

that there was an incision on that part of her body was for drains makes sense so of course she tried to make contact and they blocked her on everything if that's you we've heard this three times about organ snatching in turkey a friend of mine's hairdresser told her of one i do would really like to get the girl i'd actually like to get someone that's if this has happened to you or somebody you know please come to us directly and let us like tell your story um yeah and she they said something to her like well to say you've got one kidney she was like what the lady that i know that this happened to this was like literally probably like seven eight years ago when i first heard about this and um she went there for bariatric surgery um and a tummy tuck so she'd

had a lot done and she didn't find out that she'd had um an organ stolen until about two years later when um she was really really poorly and so if you think about it the ones that you've got to watch for is the tummy tuck because they can take anything yeah it's like anything whereas your boobs they'd have to cut your back somewhere else yeah well then they've told it was a drain she must had some lipo or something oh it's so scary isn't it that's absolutely terrifying if if your friend can please can we talk to you in a bit more detail but do you know how much you would need counseling after that situation because what the fuck else have they done to you while you've been asleep yeah that is true that is true do you know what though knowing that every fucker in that room

knew exactly when you were going down when you and they're all looking after you and they know every person in that hospital must have been in on it like when when they're going you're going under anesthetic and they're going okay it won't be long they knew what they were going to do how much you get for a kidney do you think because i've got two and i don't need them on the black market a lot and what do you think 50k no i don't i don't know but they will have done tests on her to make sure she's really healthy beforehand as well my kidneys wouldn't be worth stealing about um do you know on this subject as well something else a bit scary i keep hearing about people getting the drink spiked recently as well i've never yeah like just on nights out on nights out

on holiday is a big holiday um and like they want to men getting the drink spiked they want to rob you and stuff like that or like they're just jealous there was that football player recently they got his drink spiked and now he's fully like in a wheelchair like yeah i didn't see that so girlies if you're going away keep an eye we all want to have fun we know but and also if your friend does start to take a funny turn take a home yeah get like no one's gonna have fun no when there's one of you that's fucked it no one's gonna just go home absolutely um but yeah just to say as well though i you know i'm not gonna say i did have my i always say this when we talk about turkey because i feel like if i don't and someone hasn't listened before and then

testing with them yes they do loads of private testings and my friend went for um she has polycystic ovaries and they did loads of scans and everything and hormone check and they were really good pow mal i'm going for how mount medical i'm going for a full body scan with them the lady that i use is called the cheshire acupuncturist now she does this thing because she says that blood tests are expensive and are a tiny screenshot of actually what's going on because it depends on where you are in your cycle what day it is blah blah blah so she actually takes your hair and tests it and the report that comes back is absolutely massive and then she puts you on a certain program to balance your hormones out so she has cured people of like infertility

like men and women and also acupuncture is really good for hormones and she like tells you certain teas to drink so there you go there you go hi girls question for ashley i've recently started to use hyaluronic acid everyone should use that yeah um and these vitamins that we've been having i've got them in it haven't they the root the root yeah it's amazing russi sorry jesus ash um anyway yeah so yeah you can ingest it as well she's been heard mixed things about applying it with a on a damp face or a dry face who which would you do so hyaluronic acid always must be put on damp skin um because the water acts as a delivery system so the water will then um the molecules go through the water and into your skin they permeate a lot quicker when the skin is damp

so with skincare what i always say is work through your thinnest products like your serums and stuff into your thicker products and when you're doing your skincare routine my biggest one is my nighttime routine um what i do is i do my cleanse first and then i put my first layer on which is usually a serum or my hyaluronic can you use b5 serum really good b5 is hyaluronic isn't it no there's a different one just b5 is it the medicaid one that you use or the laroche pose request oh okay i've not tried i've used b5 before i like yeah i've used it it's for your barrier as well isn't it yeah so that's like a delivery season kind of thing it's like water underneath my hyaluronic so um what i do if i'm putting like four or five creams on at night

what you have to remember is you have to let each one soak in before you put the next one on so what i'll do is i'll wash my face won't dry it put my hyaluronic acid on brush my teeth for two minutes then i put my next layer on then i walk out of my room yeah do a bit of something yeah so just always remember that speaking of skincare yeah what's what have you got here i bought you in some of my favorites to try um this one is the resume rejuvederm night maintenance let me look at this it's amazing so what is that so basically you do you cleanse um apply eye products and serums and then you put this one on it's like a night cream almost this you're gonna fucking love so that one is um the face and neck day preparation oh that's really really nice and

it's got an spf in it perfect so use that at night and that in the morning okay they've sent you them to give me there you go thanks resume we always talk about that stuff the oh what's when you're pregnant what's the mask the marine peptide mask can you send me that resume please i really want that it's my friend used it um when she did my skin it's addictive just yeah you want to keep putting it on it's really like layer that on um and then i've got you this so this is what i'm wearing today okay and i know you'd not that into a color but it's the pericone no makeup lipstick and it's got spf in it oh i'll put it and it's really milky so you used to take the ultrion sachets they're just so expensive they're too expensive no it's too expensive listener if
