You can't drink again most times either. it's not anything ever to be taken lightly um i would say like with you ash it's one of the biggest types of surgery you can have massive like you have to go on a liquid diet beforehand and afterwards depending on what type you get now there's one type i used to work with them a weight so a bariatric surgery specialist and the one that appealed most to a lot of people who aren't like clinically obese was the um tablet one that blows up so you take a tablet under an x-ray and they watch it go down they watch it go down into your stomach then they inflate it and it turns to about the size of a golf ball and sits in your stomach it's kind of like having a

next year so you've got a long time to go you've got over a year i've got pigmentation age spots dull spot prone spot prone skin i'm 29 i feel like i look 102 i've had no cosmetic work done to my face but i think i'm in need of it my skin prep is minimal i use a nine pound moisturizer and face wipes oh my god stop swearing at me i have a few questions in terms of the prep so here goes pigmentation what can i do to sort that out i used to love my freckles but they're not cute anymore do you know what the weird thing um everyone who listens and someone still will know pigmentation is the bane of my life and it actually it took me ages to work out why i was looking at people and thinking their makeup looks amazing and mine doesn't but i'm using the same

stuff and it was what's underneath it was my skin and it's quite bad at the minute because i've been away and it makes you look dull and there's a difference between freckles and pigmentation pigmentation comes in patches in your faces like a mustache like i've got one that yeah and when you put your makeup on it looks dull it's hormone related i don't know mine's sun damage i think it depends mine's purely from absolutely raging the sunbeds when i was younger and ruining my skin you can get it postpartum as well there's loads of different things and honestly i would say to you if you can tackle that your life will be so much better i've got pictures of me when i've managed to get rid of my pigmentation and then when it's been at its worst

and my face is different my makeup's different so you need to work on this there is so many different things that you can do there are unbelievable face peels that you can have and peels are actually ipl and peels are one of the main things they're the mix and wearing a good spf i'm um having a peel soon by i call mixology um and that's amazing as well what you need to do is find somebody that is an expert in this go to them and trust them and say right what can we do with my skin and they might do a mixture lumeca is really good um bbl and moxie i really want to try the bbl and moxie when i can peels are honestly the best i take it from me but i will promise you that if you go back in the sun and don't cover your face and don't worry like me it will come

back it's something that you're going to have to live with but you try and fix it for your wedding because it'll make a huge difference secondly next question from tina turner i want something going on with my lips do i go for filler or lip blush i read that as she mentioned she's trying to steer away from filler and i don't really necessarily want lots of volume i just want more shape than anything lip lining does make a big difference when i can be asked i've got chap lips though will that make a difference it also tickles when i get my makeup done will i have the same experience with the tattoo sorry for the essay any information well you've answered that question yourself really haven't you because you've just said you don't want lots of volume just more

shape so there you go um i always recommend now lip blush first try it yeah and then if you need filler after you can do lip blush will help the shape of them will give a line the chapped thing not great when you're having lip blush i'll be honest because at the end of the day you're tattooing onto the skin if the skin is flaky and falling off you'll tattoo that and it's going to fall off in a couple of days so you need to get them virgin olive oil before bed on your lips there you go you need to get them to a decent standard before you have it done i'll be honest with you have tattooed on chapped lips it's not the best must hurt too um it hurts me um yeah i would definitely try and get your lips to good condition get the lip blush and then if you feel

like you need filler do that later down the line i would say don't go for any crazy technique if you do go for lip filler just get the vermilion border done just get very basic no i don't think vermilion i think body the body the vermilion border is when these people keep getting this this migration i touch would have never had my i have migration i haven't but it's horrific um also if you look we're not saying you spend a fortune but if you're using a nine pound moisturizer face wipes is disgusting the nine pound moisturizer i haven't got an issue with it's the face wipes that is harboring bacteria which is giving you the spots face wipes are banned in my house i'll be honest i use them when you're pissed when i'm pissed off for my eye
