just gives you like a bit of a an airbrush doesn't it i feel like everyone needs a bit of fake tan especially coming up to winter i do tan in the winter yeah yeah i do i'm going away in like three weeks so after that's my last holiday i'm gonna now put one evening aside a week feel like maybe like i agree you need like what no i think a friday so you're gonna go out of time for the weekend but then we record on a monday yeah do you know what i found difficult this morning just getting ready and putting makeup on saying i've not made any effort no it's hard you know sometimes yeah because i don't i only wear makeup once a week and it's on a morning how funny that i got trolled oh my god right so um we did a post about filtering and i to be honest when it

became a video clip i did think it was out of context if you don't know us it can be taken wrong it can sound like it sounded quite bitchy yeah like girls are filtering them and it wasn't we were saying we were saying we filter ourselves we were kind of talking about why we do it and why it's not a great idea but saying we get it we do it but it kind of looked as if we were just saying some girl's filter and we'd it could have been taken wrong if you listen to us you would have known yeah yeah yeah um and we got two trolls actually so we got one i mean it was a fake account it was clearly someone that's absolutely obsessed with you yeah and they are someone who knows you i expect and they put something like um ashley's had numerous nose surgeries i've not i've only

ever had one nose job and it just basically was just oh fuck off and then my favorite is when men trollers because they are always the most and he was clearly so pissed it couldn't even spell right trolls always troll you on an evening or a weekend because they've had a few drinks down them and they and that's when they get on they it's a massive oh my god you should have seen him though he looked like a crack addict he was a crack he was a crack addict he said cheap jobs cheap jobs awful awful awful awful i am we normally don't but i was really defensive of ashley with the one that just because he went in on you and i thought no fuck off so i deleted it and i didn't say it was like girl we know what you look like we know me yeah you've made yourself look like a

filter right i know what i look like and we were just laughing about it but i was like lying there and i was like and because i was defensive of her i was she deleted i deleted it and then in the morning she was like who's deleted it and i was like i quite enjoyed it i know no i didn't like it i don't like it we normally keep stuff people are fucking losers have you seen the charlotte um yes the trolls that are getting unmasked oh do you not follow the person it's called it gives me ptsd i get it i get it but wow so we actually need to clear this up um we had a really special guest um come on the pod yes very special she was wonderful yeah yeah we'll try and tell you more one day yeah not sure how much we can say at the minute and we were filming a

documentary about trolls on the internet and finding them and yeah and um it was due to go out when was it in like december no no may don't know can't remember march something so anyway we we filmed it in like december yes we did and then it was due to go out a few months later and it just like was dragging on and then obviously i found out i was pregnant and it gives me really bad anxiety and i find the whole thing absolutely terrifying so we stopped filming it yeah we decided that it was potentially going to come out around the time the baby was due and do you know what it was really stressful it was we just didn't i don't want to talk so me and james were talking about this the other day okay and he said one of the things i've learned from you um since we've

been together is you won't really partake in any particular convo about boring witchy trolley stuff you just don't you said i've watched you and you just if people slag people off you're just like meh and you just kind of obviously we all have a bit of a bitch but and what i said to him the only way i can describe the way i feel about online trolls for one but just people like that in general is so low frequency radiation so if you imagine like people are giving off radiation and you put your energy yeah like an energy but i describe it to him because he was like how what is your thoughts so i said like radioactive so if there was a radioactive thing you'd stay away from it because the closer you get you're gonna get the radioactive in you and then i was like i

almost feel like you need to put your suit on to get too close to it that kind of thing i was like you have to get away or the radio frequency and the radio whatever gets into you what were you saying about charlotte dawson yeah so they um i obviously follow her she's a girl we know and she's absolutely lovely and she gets horrifically trolled not like we do i mean like horrifically life-changing like kate hayes yeah horrifically like next level like evil anyway there's this oh yeah because they reported her to social vile shit so this woman um i don't know i say woman i don't know has got this account it's a private one and they she has found her trial no mate you will die you will die right so i followed it um because i was so interested in it she's found them

she's found the location the pictures of them not all of them some of the like prolific ones the really horrible ones so there's this particular one listen to this honestly when she put the picture of this woman on because she's out in them she's like you want to do this to the like how do you like it when you're outed yeah picture of her mate she was someone's grandma she had that short grandma cut she lived in cyprus she's got family pictures with her kids you just wouldn't and then what this troll hunter did put the picture of her loads of pictures of her and her family and stuff and then next to it the comments she'd made about charlotte oh just to show this is a little old woman mate she was like in a late 60s she lived in cyprus pictures with her grandkids and then

the pictures that she and then the venom that was coming out it was things like um that fucking fat bitch shot the big saggy it was that bad saggy it fucking needs a kid's taken off the dirty no i bet she fucking stinks it was that kind of stuff and then next to it this like are you okay but she's done it to loads of them and now they're all panicking they're all getting people out and then these women people are messaging this troll hunter saying she lives on my street and this troll hunter's like how embarrassing and um they're basically telling everyone and these people that have and i mean venom that's come out of their mouth people know they are now it's going around the local area everyone's looking at them when they walk past and i thought good good and then

they're saying that it's wrong okay you read him i've spoken enough love you girls so much thank you so much for giving me the best advice and doing all the work so we don't have to it's what we're here for i'm spending all the money story time i had the sister-in-law from hell not with her brother anymore but we were together for seven years and still friends oh so she was with this guy for seven years she's still friends but they're not together and they're not together anymore that's nice okay anyway back to the sister family parties she didn't even look at me and it was like i wasn't even there next time i saw her she would be wearing the exact outfit that she saw me in from last time i wouldn't care but i'd at least say like you know at the time

when she saw me she should have said i love your outfit home but she would never even acknowledge me she would also wrap what she would wrap up the joint present that me and her brother got for a birthday and re-gift it back to me at christmas to say she bought them a joe malone candle she would wrap it up and give it back to her on christmas and laugh when i opened it what all i can say is never trust a girl who has no friends i really agree with that you tend to find that girls that are bitches either change the friendship group a lot or don't have many real long-term friends it all makes sense made my life hell and i can honestly say not having to deal with that was the best thing out of the breakup anyways love you lauren ashley and lucas so we get quite

a bit of that and i guess the only thing to say is you're not the only one if you've got a sister and mother-in-law just ride it out fucking mate just don't let it get into your personal brain yeah okay next one hi i absolutely love the pod a family member recently had a healthy baby however she's not letting anyone come to see her or the baby without a covid test what are your views on this it's her baby it's her baby yeah so i think one of the things is when we talked about that list do you remember the list and that was made into a video again it was taken out of context but which happens sometimes with videos and and we were saying like this girl's a dick for making a list it wasn't the content of the list no it was the way that

she did it on a facebook stage yeah and the way that she was so entitled with it and it was like it was just a bit over the top but actually what she said it is her baby it's it's up to that lady i think it's a bit excessive personally yeah a bit of mental health in there like yeah but i just think that if she might have a bit of an obsession with covid and in that case what leave her to it get the test or don't and use it as an excuse not to have to go and take a present be very bored at that stage yeah yeah it's a boring thing boring girls i was just watching porn as you do on a thursday night oh sounds stunning anyway it got me wondering who the hell are these men who comment on porn videos imagine finding out that your man comments on

what do you call it protection protection then you could try that love you girls oh my god guys listen up i have a hangover hack that we all need in our lives i've heard this one i have take a milk thistle tablet before you start drinking and after you get in from the night out it's a natural remedy which helps cleanse your liver i've been doing this for the past few months and my hangovers aren't half as bad as they usually are if at all that's brilliant so that one and the travel sickness one is the yeah one and then i what i sent one in the other day and it was like this hang it's called that hang something and it was equivalent to taking 12 baroccas oh sorry i've just got a bit of hair yeah um do you know what ed had a hangover last weekend

and it made me the i caught the hangover of him and i was like i didn't even have a drink drink why it's it's a mood killer like you said the energy yeah honestly it's the energy i honestly really truly binge drinking oh when i'm gonna drink i am nervous before because i know the pain because we're old i think i've just i think the pangovers are worse and i think the other thing is i've got more to do now responsibilities i've got too many responsibilities i have to be firing on all cylinders you get guilty on the kids i have to be firing on all cylinders and i can't be at 50 for a few days because then the rest of my week is full and it does last a few days it does um when i went out on saturday for james had um like a family party

so it wasn't a wild ride and i did drink but i stuck to one drink wine i didn't drink wine no that gives me horrific hangovers and it makes me like that so i drank yeah but it's great pissed oh it's great wine and when it got to midnight james wanted to stay oh i'm fucking killing right so do you know when they want to stay out and you're like no no we're going home and i could see him putting it off so i looked at him about half 11 i thought it's going to take half an hour for him to do this so i'm going to start the signals now so i just looked at my order the uber now yeah and he went yeah yeah gets his phone out and then puts it back again hasn't ordered the fucking uber give it another 10 minutes babes we're gonna go soon because you have to when he

was pissed you have to slowly i was like we're gonna go soon like a kid you've got five more minutes at the play center okay yeah yeah two more minutes and i'm breaking it down starting order the uber and i said and then i started getting a bit shirty then and i said order the uber it's home time i would have just gone home by myself but we live quite far away it was a good 40 minutes so it's like yeah um so anyway in the end he did and he was like i don't want to go oh everyone else is still going out i would have left everyone else is still going out no but i know i just knew that it was the right thing to do so got home in the morning he wakes up he said thank you thank you thank god you didn't let us say that was um when ed was hung over it

we were at um an 18th and i left him there yeah i was like literally like bye well if we'd have been closer i would have said look i'm gonna go you stay out but what what i've kind of learned is nothing really good happens after probably midnight it's all good fun you're kind of tipsy we're all having a laugh and then it kind of goes weird after that yeah so if i can try and get myself home at midnight yeah you don't miss anything you don't really want to be like out and about after midnight i feel like it's fun when you have like a girl's night in takeaway wine chatting like love that and i can stay up late for that but not like when you're out and about it's a bit like it all goes downhill we all get too pissed that's when we start saying things we

shouldn't say we start making a show of ourselves so i'm trying i mean listen we all know that i'll be out at four in the morning soon but i just have you ever had um alcohol poisoning yes i remember very well i had it once and it was yeah it's not just a hangover it is like being sick just bile deaths like just just liquid when i went to um my orca for a wedding i was on my was on holiday oh metronidazole antibiotics for a wisdom tooth and i drank with my friend john friends john and zoe um i drank moe ice all day don't remember getting home very dry i was now when i say it wasn't just a little i feel sick it was it was it was projectile in my hotel room it was and when you're in a hotel room it's not like cozy like i was holding the toy crying shaking

Welcome back. Dilemma. Dilemma of the... Oh, I've not done that for a while. Weak dilemma of the week. Right, who's doing it? You or me? hi girls i've literally joined to ask you a question because i'm desperate the pod is my life

love it my child is 18 months old hard age hard age and i co-parent with his dad i'm not sure if maybe it's because he's a bit older now but i've started to get really upset and miss him when he goes to his dad's he goes to his dad's three nights a week 50 50 jeez which at first i was happy with it's too much for me that as i got a break and i got to do what i want i saw my friends signed up to the gym but recently it's getting to me to the point where i've tried to rekindle with his dad just to see the child that is desperation his dad is absolutely awful he's a narcissist he speaks to me like shit the thought of missing out on my child makes me feel physically sick i cry every single time he takes him off me i have a holiday book to stay with my friend in

dubai in october for five days and i'm debating not going because i'll miss my child too much i've tried dating websites as a distraction but i'm so picky i have no idea why because i'm not good looking enough to be oh that's no don't ever say that because if you think that then other people will think that yeah but why is everyone into hiking on hinge they are they are i know it sounds soppy but i know both of you co-parents so please help right so i mean does he want to have the baby three nights a week so my first question here is is there any court order is this something that you've agreed together when you split up right okay you can have it sounds like it's just an agreement if you are not happy with it and it is not working for you then you don't have to do

it okay now you can go down the court route i don't know if you have or not um you can apply for that it's not ideal it's not ideal but he's if the dad's a prick and also you've got 18 years of this so it might be worth the investment so it's not cheap but i don't think it's ridiculously expensive and you are the mother rightly or wrongly i do believe they favor the mums a little bit he's your baby's very young yeah i personally not saying right or wrong think that children should be with their mother more when they're younger it's just how i feel i agree i agree they want to be with their mum um but also uh going off like my experience with my friends and stuff like that i had a friend that did 50 50 like that three days um but like a random

weeknight and then like the weekend something like and basically i feel like the kids didn't know if they were coming or going it's nice to have a home yeah and their bedroom with all their clothes in and their toys and then go and see their dad i mean we so james's boys we have almost 50 we do this but they're a little bit older as well like i just think honestly maybe boys want to be with their dad maybe and they're a bit older so it is a bit different we i between me and james with all our children we've done every type of co-parent um and i just think at 18 months old in my opinion i would not be letting my child 50 50 because i wouldn't want to if you feel comfortable with it and you're not ill with it fine there's nothing wrong with that yeah but how

i am there was no fucking chance that that would have been happening with me yeah so you are not happy with the situation no right so you don't have to do it whoever's agreed this 50 50 is a big agreement i think you've i think you need to lower that if you're not happy you lower it now every other weekend i don't know if that's not enough i don't know i don't know what you're to move it to you but i think 50 50 at 18 months you've given away too much there and you're clearly not happy with doing it so you speak to the dad yeah i hope you've split up with him now um you don't get back together no absolutely not a very good idea bad idea not right on the chat for the child and then the holiday lauren the holiday yeah i think go on the holiday i think it sounds

like you deserve a break so what i do and honestly you need your friends completely understand this because i get this guilt we all get this guilt and i do go on holiday quite a lot without fear but I've stopped doing it as much because I felt like shit I didn't enjoy it so what I would do is you've got your five-day holiday I would make sure that you've spent quite a bit of time with your child leading up to that that's what I do I move days around do whatever I need to do so I've got I know but and then I've got off for a solid chunk yeah then I go away yeah rather than it's her dad's and then I go away do you know what I mean I'd rather just pay and take a nanny and take the kids with me I can't that's expensive I don't know um no like you grandma pay for the

grandma grandma's not going on a girl's holiday yeah honestly like i would rather literally like have the kids there she's going to stay with her friends so maybe maybe but i just think this situation isn't right so you go to him first you say this isn't working for me but you do need a break as a mom though and then i think if he then becomes difficult you go for a court order so what that means is you contact the courts and you fill in a form and you say that this isn't working for you explain why it's not working for you and you go to court and that's where it goes if it's making you mentally unwell and you miss your child the child is 18 months old that is very very young and i think you'll probably win the case it's not as expensive as you think it's like 250 quid to

apply for a court order that's it yeah but you need to get a good solicitor you don't always you don't always um as a mother if he's a narcissist yeah but as a mum wanting more time with your child i think you're all right but what's annoying is you've agreed to it already you should never agree to it from the beginning give as little as you want and then give extra don't ever agree to a huge amount but don't think you're soppy i don't think there's anything wrong with it but don't live like this you have to sort it out no no you sound very unhappy you have to sort that out i think 50 at 18 months i don't blame you for feeling like that okay remember guys on nip tuck we want you to get your voice heard you can email us at hello at niptuckpod.com
