a huge amount different anyway and actually i like the fact you shared it she had in her bio boy mom yeah married boy mom yeah not for us okie dokie anyway let's begin on this next message hi girls and lucas please keep me anonymous i was listening to your episode where my where the girl was talking so openly about having herpes oh i had loads of messages about the herpes thing and loads of people got it people really enjoyed it we got loads yeah people really really felt empowered by us talking about the herpes these things happen like it's it what were the messages saying lucas just a lot of people were the main gist of it was that they had it it was terrifying and nearly all of them said they told their partners and their partners took it fine with

took it great yeah weren't bothered yeah i just think it is one of those things and it happens like say for example like eczema you know cold sores we live we are human beings and our bodies aren't all perfect and we have things that happen whether it's in your fanny or conjunctivitis yeah it doesn't really matter that much um anyway so this lady says i was listening to your episode where the girl's talking so openly about having herpes and i wanted to write to tell you my story when i told my partner i got diagnosed two years ago and it was the worst thing i've ever gone through my life see this shouldn't be happening mentally and physically when i phoned up the clinic the nurse actually laughed at me when i said i think i've got it from from googling symptoms

um and she said it was unlikely the pain was uncontrollable i couldn't sit down i struggled to work and basic tasks like going to the toilet and showering was so hard even walking would kill me it also impacted on my health i felt sick yeah the first outbreak is apparently like horrific what like flu yes you're ill as well um i felt sick had a fever and when the first flare-up due to the medication i was so embarrassed and ashamed i was in the worst place mentally and still don't know who i caught it from which is really scary you might not know though like can't you get off towels no no but i think i don't think so but just think you might have had it for a year so how do you know which sexual partner what could it lie down yeah yeah um since then i've had a few

flare-ups but I now know how to control them and what to do I got with my partner over a year ago and I knew he was the one for me instantly I knew this was something I wanted to tell him but after trying to find the right time and of course you need to trust him 100% after being with him for eight months I felt it was the right time to tell him at first he was shocked didn't understand it fully and he saw it as something like chlamydia and at first he thought he was going to catch it I educated him and of course he was worried about having sex but we overcame that and now I feel like such a weight has been lifted nothing in the relationship has changed he doesn't see me any differently and has been so supportive he even reminds me to take my medication on time and

wait for another episode because we've got a lot to get through today um about another vagina thing um that i was made aware of in the past week or so that's we love the vagina chart but i think it's actually really important i will discuss it with you all um because i think it could help a lot of women uh anyway next now we've got kind of beauty product all this type of stuff love love love hey girls new listener i love a new listener welcome um i've not been looking after myself for a while you naughty girl and my weight has drastically shot up it can happen this has meant i've also gained stretch marks on my hips thighs and even the backs of my legs oh i've never heard of it on the back of your leg bum I've got them on my bum but not on the back of my leg um

anyway tips on reducing appearance of stretch marks I'll go first um you can't basically you can reduce them but you can't get rid of them uh anyone telling you they've got a laser or a treatment or anything that can get rid of stretch marks is bullshitting anyone that has got a cream that can get rid of them is bullshitting you need to be taking your vitamin c the ruchi supplement that we have is really good actually for um skin elasticity because it's got your vitamin c in it and your biotin and everything a collagen supplement i take the zeni collagen um those ultra and sachets so just to interject how you get stretch marks is it's basically where the skin hasn't got enough elasticity it's not supple enough and it's broken it's almost like getting a

piece of fabric and pulling it quickly and it causes a rip in the fabric you can't mend and you can't mend it so this is why ashley is saying if you take these things it will give you more more of juicy bouncy skin which reduces the rip just to interject exactly and that's why you have to moisturize your body so we love the ameliorate cream um it's really really good uh you've got your oils so i use the mamma mia tummy rub oil when i'm pregnant did you use that with thea i didn't use anything i just didn't get stretch marks and i'll tell you why i didn't i've got stretch marks but i didn't get them on my stomach and i put it down so over the years i've yo-yoed with my weight so my skin had kind of gone a little bit this is a while ago i don't really

yo-yo now but i've gone bigger and smaller and i think i've you can pull my skin out i've got stretching weird so i think when i grew a bum i had this it didn't split as such but i've got them everywhere else um i just put oil in my bath put oil on my tummy like i think now i'm like three times i think you can help but i do think also exfoliation is actually key as well yeah you should exfoliate before putting your creams on because your cream's going deeper but anyway she's left with these stretch marks what can she do fake tan fake tan makes your stretch marks look so much better whenever i'm going on holiday um and i'm conscious of my stretch marks i use like a body blur or a fake tan we love the doll beauty fake tan don't oh my god

it's a nice olivey color i've got it on today i love it um so doing things like that unfortunately you're just going to be wasting your money on anything else i know you do the need yeah and it helps it's the same so it's stretch mark helps relief not like you can't get rid of it and i don't believe you can actually completely stop yourself from getting them we um at work do medical needling which is basically if you've seen needling on the face it's a similar type of thing you cause an injury to the skin um by needling across the stretch marks and what that does is that it makes the body think shit i need to repair this area now so it sends collagen elastin everything to the area to plump it out we do get really good results with it i used to do it and

you do especially when you can't get rid of them when you put stem cells as well so we have a few different brands of stem cells that we love you can dry needle your skin at home and then topically apply the stem cells that's how i've managed to get rid of my stretch marks we can't get rid not get rid and alleviate yeah yeah and you know what the other thing is babe i don't think you would find a woman who hasn't got them so yes we can do things to improve what i think you do need to remember is i i think that stretch marks now are becoming a lot more normal and acceptable men as well would look at a woman i've never ever ever had a man say what's that stretch and they know what they are and men get them as well in their armpits and stuff a lot of the time

so i actually think it is what it's not a big deal anymore of all the things i'm self-conscious about in my body stretch marks is not and never has been a concern of mine because i feel like men look or women looking oh stretch mark find a woman that hasn't got a stretch mark my boobs are covered my bums covered my inner thighs are covered i wouldn't worry too much about it darling So there you go. kim kardashian brought skims it's brought gym wear as as fashionable we didn't used to wear are you wearing leggings today i'm not actually oh um you usually do that i wear my ugg slippers leggings and a top no makeup and a time of hair back and it's greasy 90 at the time the only thing i would say is and i think it's fair enough um i need to make more of an effort yeah and i okay so this is the way i i think of it i love my jamas and i love my cozy home wear and my dressing gown so all i would say is if you can afford to make that nice so make sure that your pajamas yeah i'm not saying all of a sudden we need to be what lapela fucking fluffy slippers like what i'm saying is we don't all need to be trying for these men to be amazing all the time

if we love our jams and so fine but make them decent so for example don't still be wearing your christmas jammers from last year do you know make your jammers really nice minor from primark at the minute plain button up like yeah yeah yeah just get that it doesn't have to be maybe yeah so that when you are slobbing or you are thinking i want to get home and get my comfies or make your comfies half decent not even set half decent don't be wearing your fluffy primark um christmas ones from last year or ones with disney characters on don't do that who was it a celebrity said um keep it i think it was jennifer aniston maybe and they said something like the relationship's dead as soon as you start wearing gray sweatpants yeah probably

bin yeah and i'm getting some new not expensive h&m get some new little bits yeah yeah black thong black nude and white then i will also get white knickers just like now and again i think they're quite sexy and i will also get the same in bras and then my underwear will always match because i only have black and yeah yeah yeah i don't have oh a gorgeous pair with you know a pattern on because i'll never match it so black black nude and white and you were sorted towel admin oh i hate buying towels i know but it needs to be done your towels just smell after a bit i do like a 90 wash every now and then on them maybe i need to get they just like a bit off um maybe it's your washing machine you might need a new washing machine i know but you things like

this like you don't realize do you ever clean them out yeah you can get stuff you flush through it yeah once i've done it once is that what it is well james will be able to do that for you won't eh he's a new builder builders don't clean washing machines no but he'll know how what google yeah you just put powder in it no no there's like a bottom bit that you have to unscrew and let out and then and then i put um you can buy like dr beckman's washing machine and then i put like a cap of zoflora oh no wonder my fucking 90 yeah okay um so towel admin underwear admin throw your dressing gown away once a year and get a new one again and honestly girls i do think then when you go home and you want to get in your comfies you you're still in your comfies but you have
