what you said over and over until it clicked with me wow my voice over and over like you must really you want to change i definitely needed some self-love in my life time for myself and stop worrying over every little thing to do with my boyfriend and our relationship i remember this message yeah i do i've always gone to the gym but i've started going in an evening now yeah so i'm not always there and available to him i make more plans with friends i've started taking myself off upstairs for self-care nights so my life doesn't just revolve around him and guess what go on he now chases me of course of a lot more also our relationship is the best it's been in a very long time we argue less we laugh more it's so much nicer thank you for being the harsh big sisters

fuck anyway sorry she fell down a rabbit hole um it's probably not the worst not the worst i've had anyway i've decided to try and rid myself of anything unnatural from my body and i look for alternatives to use for that time of the month having only used tampons for many years she's 32 i decided to try washable someone else messaged us about this washable sanitary pads from amazon and i have to say they are amazing and i've never looked back and the knickers yeah i initially was quite disgusted by this idea don't ask why but actually they're really amazing no leakages no smell comfortable no unwanted chemicals very affordable good for the environment the list goes on anyway i wanted to share this it really has changed my life next on my to-do list is

i've just finished my course and i'm considering composite bonding afterwards question how do you keep the bonding white and looking good i've read reviews online saying red wine coffee etc staying composites and no teeth whitener works on them any tips on getting them white as um i feel like you're sort of fresh right okay so composite bonding you are right my tips for composite bonding are i go to the hygienist twice a year and the hygienist literally like scales and then my dentist andy um he sees me once a year to do touch-ups as well it is a it is a commitment it is a massive commitment and then i spoke to him so i got from the og the advice on yeah and he said they can whiten yeah but only back to their original point you can't whiten

them but you can get them back to what yeah yeah and the best tip because i was like to him i feel like mine aren't going any whiter did it he said white in the back of them because that's your natural tooth and then it'll push through the whiteness oh of course because your natural teeth are behind yeah so with composite i'm actually right in the middle of a composite change i'm going to change them um i'm not as good as you i drink black coffee um i'm having a coffee through a straw yeah i don't drink it through a straw i don't drink red wine again i don't drink red wine um so i actually don't look after mine i'll be completely honest and you can tell up close that i don't and actually does um i've got a chip on one of mine as well and i just think you have to

everyone's so thick don't they no so yeah i completely completely love composite bonding so do it but be prepared to be involved with it if has anyone had emax veneers because i've been thinking about that as well i spoke to andy about this because i was thinking of getting veneers but like not you know like the real minimal prep veneers and he said don't get them just yet carry on just doing what you're doing with the composites and he said something's coming to the uk in about two or three years and it's gonna be game changing so everyone getting the teeth shaving off are gonna really regret it i agree so just keep with your composites and then let's wait till something comes out where you don't need to be stumping your teeth down right we are going to be back

the dialogue okay so lauren we've got this message in here from a lady who ordered a dress for a party yep just a bit of context this was ordered from a big brand big one of the biggest online retailers not a little individual lady that sells dresses the dress was 150 pounds the dress disappeared the tracking was just saying like not coming up she rang them they were very helpful and they refunded her straight away about a week after she got the refund the dress turned up and the tracking is still off so it's been put somewhere or so what she's said to us is she really loves the dress she did have to go out last minute to the traffic center and panic buy a new dress

and she's saying basically what would you do in this situation would you keep the dress and don't say anything yeah but she is having second thoughts thinking can i wear it on social media and she really loves the dress will i get caught i've got a really bad gut feeling about this or they're a massive brand they fucked me a little bit yeah i had to rush around getting new stuff it was the courier's fault that it wasn't left where it should be and tracked properly it was their fault i got a refund later um she was honest when she got the refund it hadn't turned up so really she's asking what what does she do it's a tough one it's a tough like you say part of you thinks well it was their fault she was honest with it it's now turned up she might think

was so inappropriate i sent it the bride first and said can i wear it she was like absolutely i would have let you but it was black i did you not feel like a dickhead i'll tell you why no because i'll tell you what made me think i did double think this and then when i looked on the store loads of women had worn it to weddings but then i saw someone wearing it on a beach and it was see-through and i was like laura i had a lace bit put in at the bottom oh so it's in the bum yeah so i still felt like you could see it but you couldn't if you look you can see i was gonna say did you wear a slip um anyway let me show you so this brand i'm gonna fucking shout you out oh vita grace vita grace right and i love buying things off smaller businesses but not not in this

circumstance right come on so this is the vibe of like what i ordered that's the company there so i ordered this um cardigan it came it didn't suit me and i literally on that day sent them an email hi it didn't fit can you like sort me a refund and they were like send it back to this address in dubai it's really annoying that happens no honestly and they make out it's the most british brand you should have checked where it was coming from no we wouldn't to know you weren't to know exactly um so anyway whatever fine i'll send it back to dubai i've had to send something back it's a fucking ball yes so um i said to them oh i've just been to the post office to send this back and they need your telephone number and email address or something for the customs sheet

because it's like quite strict sending stuff back to dubai and then the lady replied like this is the detail send it yeah 30 quid cardigan was 100 quid wow but whatever your fault you ordered it from dubai exactly yep then i go on the tracking we've left a calling card and um for the person and it's been delivered to like a local sorting office like what happens when royal mail leave your thing so i email them hi it's at the royal mail you need to go and pick it up oh you sent it royal mail you should have sent it dhl or fedex i was like no one told me that and at the time i said to you i've just been to the post office yeah so yeah they're not refunding me and what it's cost me 30 quid to send it back for no point and they said if you read the really small print

it says don't send it back real well so i was like so technically they're covered i mean yeah i guess but i'm just warning you guys honestly lauren the reviews on trust pilot for this company really the fucking worst i have ever ever ever seen in my life like similar things so all the same there's a company called chic something chic and it's dubai and i ordered um a load of dresses from there and i knew it was from dubai it's quite clear it was from dubai yeah and i had to send them all back and it was a fucking ball like but they were really helpful they sent me the full thing here's a printing out label here's our details and i sent it back yes it was annoying but it was fine 193 one star reviews and is it all similar shit all just one
