I'm filling this form in and it gets to date of birth and you had to scroll all the way and we're getting on when we were 18

dreaded pouch i'm putting all this hard work in and clearly my genetic predisposition for storing fat there is always working against me so my question is what would you recommend non-surgically laser fat aqualics for a stubborn pocket of tummy fat please help a girl out first thing i think is really good is that she knows a shit so i think it's really good that she's not just like i want to get rid of my belly she knows already that it's a predisposition it's a genetic makeup you hold more fat cells in that area and for her to get rid of that she would have to be an unhealthy your weight everywhere else and that is why people have liposuction um and we have lipo to get rid of like a certain area where you're holding the fat ashley what do you think about this so that area

that you're talking about which i would say 90 of us the cortisol isn't it it's from cortisol which is um caused by stress you don't realize how much impact stress has on your body that's why you really need to start working with your mind on things like just letting shit go um you know make lists so you're sleeping better and stuff like that so cortisol means that you will have fat on your tummy that's why women have it more than men because we're more stressed reduce the fat and then the second one is hormonal from like time of the month might be a bit of a bloat so i'd maybe add like a prebiotic into your um routine i do love the ag1 which we talk about and that has got the prebiotics everything you want that really helps if you use that you know

you've ticked everything exactly um and lymphatic drainage massages are really good like if you want to look good in a bikini etc the reason why i've gone through all of those things is because i'm going to brutally and honestly tell you now there is no non-surgical way of removing might be able to improve look bit better say 10 20 percent better so listen to this for weird um i have spoken we we've said before about cool sculpts no no no aqualics i've mentioned before i had it about oh my god 10 years ago i don't get people that have it on their tummy and back and stuff so this is what i'm just so i had it done on my chin and it worked it worked there's no doubt on my chin when i had lemon bottle which is similar recently it has worked i've seen the before and

will you actually take before and afters because you're so bad i've got my chin ones i just haven't finished yet so yeah let me look into it i would say lasers no i don't even know any of like that kind of new laser the green one emerald laser i would um i would say i've seen some good before and afters with aqualix i have on the bigger area but if you've got this pocket of fat it's gonna last the rest of your life and it's unfortunately only gonna get worse as you get older i'm really sorry i was the same let's be honest about this always had it and it sat over my jeans when i did my button and i had a dent in it and it's so annoying even though you are tiny yeah i always had it and i did all the non-surgically and i did the stupid laser lipo

which still was lipo nothing worked like vasolipo and i honestly accredit my tummy bouncing back after kids to having that because you didn't have those stubborn fat cells yeah and that area where they went back to so i know that's not the best we've not really answered the question but we're being honest with you um if you've got the money to spend to try aqualux i'm gonna say i've seen before and afters that have been good so it might be worth a try if you haven't got the money i wouldn't be risking it in all honesty i wish i could help you there but i like the fact that you're realistic and you know that there's no point going down to two stone you're still gonna have it it's your body makeup unfortunately and i think we all just need to embrace that because
