just those drip things those drips are really good i heard you meant to have them though before your night out not after are they just meant to like energy boost but don't they do they not prevent you from like getting colds and stuff like that as well yeah they can do but i think you have to do them like really consistently and then i've heard other doctors say that taking a electrolyte in a pint glass is the same as doing it i don't know it's really conflicting but honestly these injections because i've been like taking tiny bits of it every day as an injection i think it's really worked and then like said i'm on the glutathione ones for skin now so we'll see but yeah i am not a doctor so do not trust what i say but we are talking in this week's

patreon about pre and post-op recovery i am a massive geek on all of this and honestly christina explain how quickly i recovered after my face yeah you did to be fair it was actually it was really quick so it was freakish i was away and you sent pictures you were worried well because you sent pictures without me being warned of your basically it you in surgery and then i came back out like a week later and you did i i think we did the part tell we did we had one week off the pod yeah and even the surgeon to me was like what on earth have you done but yeah we're giving away all of the pre and post-op tips i'd say that's one of our most asked questions but it's not even for cosmetic surgery it's if you're having a section

a c-section absolutely i think a lot of people are asking about that and if i have another child i go back and forth with this but i think 80 i will have a section and i would you not i don't know i've got this thing about i about seeing it through well yeah well because i've never had a kid so i have no idea but i would say i'd do nachi it's really weird because but because it freaks me out well because it freaks me out of being like awake and having someone going around honey but a thing that will freak you out if someone's awake and having two hands up your fanny what are they called child come out your vagina and then stitch from your ass to your fucking nose also i hear all this stuff about afterwards you can't like you can't

sit down you can't split your kipper yeah exactly so what's worse you know no what's worse is like what happened to someone i know recently who had forceps stitches and then an emergency section yeah mine was emergency um but at the same time scar's not bad though i can't even see it um i think it depends because i've got friends that give birth like shelling peas and they vaginas are not stretched the vaginas are not ripped they are absolutely fine and they just push them out but you just don't know if that's going to be the case so anyway what i was saying is i think i probably would do have a section if i was to get another pregnant again now i would do it very differently last time was an emergency so i wasn't expecting it to be fair but i think if i was

or not are you looking i couldn't tell you but i did realize there's loads i hadn't deleted so i have got rid of them because that doesn't need to be on there but i'm still comfortable with that the the birth one being on everyone um knows like there's always a couple that archive and unarchive yeah and the pictures come and go and come i never thought about archiving to be fair yeah but no delete them and i think if i fast split up with james or whatever they'd be deleted i wouldn't keep them on that i don't think there's any need in that no way but i do get would you keep friends on instagram i wouldn't no you don't need to see my shit goodbye um no i wouldn't delete people no i'm not really bothered and i've got an open profile it's fucking point look if you

fucking insta and have a look here is a packing hack for you so when you have multiple children and if you're ocd like me and you kind of want them to semi-match not every night but like i just want the colors to coordinate you know i don't want one in bright blue and one in bright green like i just i like to coordinate it love the commitment so yeah no i am committed to that so some days no but this is how i do it so what you do is this you buy a on amazon a big like ziploc bag so they're like they're like sandwich bags but thicker yeah and they're kind of a4 paper size maybe a bit bigger let me search them out um and you order them and you get about 40 okay how much are they nothing nothing then you get some sticky labels you order them again

from amazon then what you do is if you by the way guys can i just interject sorry yeah this also applies for when you're going on a holiday with the girls right same i because i've done this on a bender with the girls because there is no time no no for that brain rack at the brain you need to wake up and have your vodka lime and soda ready to go while you shove some makeup on this goes for every single type and i put even down to my sunglasses same and jewelry same so um you get them you get your labels let's say we're going for a week okay you don't have to be as fanatic is that the right word for 7.99 for there we go for 50 perfect so you don't have to be that like finicky but you could label monday tuesday wednesday thursday friday with kids they

need a day a day outfit and a night outfit in my opinion um so your day outfit would be their costume their shorts any little accessories and then what you do is you label them monday to friday and each day you put the full outfit in down to the knickers knickers whatever they're wearing and then with the girls i also buy them bobbles that match their outfits i've got a thing about the bobbles not matching it makes me feel sick um i just makes me ill when people have horrible bobbles um a little handbag if they want one little sunglasses little bracelets and i literally do outfit by outfit the girls i tend to have them matching i will stop eventually when they get too old for it but right now so cute right now i like them to match the pictures

or at least color coordinate okay so i put both of the girls in one bag um and then i do the boys the same day similar colors is how i do it everything down to the everything okay then i have a bag that's got it says extras extra knickers extra random t-shirts extra shorts because they always shift on stuff yes or stuff like that if you've got babies you may have a vest one whatever and then when i get to the hotel i open my case and all of these um wallets let's say are in a pile i remove them and i put them on the shelf that's that i don't spend ages unpacking putting them right shorts go on this shelf t-shirts go on that shelf that goes in that drawer i take them all out and that's it done for every single day love then if you are trying to get ready so

for us i look forward to holidays but i do find them extremely stressful when there are four fucking children in a room can you even imagine yeah but you know what it happens so what i do and then i don't even book the interconnecting rooms anymore we all just have two double beds every now and again james will help on holiday everyone ends up in the bed anyway so what i'll do is on monday i will give him the wallet throw it at him get her dressed yeah he's not running around what what sunglasses are in there everything and then it also works for your girls holidays so you've planned your outfit down to a bloody tee you try it all on including the earrings the bracelet the handbag that goes with the outfit the sunglasses if possible yeah and you put it all

in your wallet you label it ocean beach whatever's next yeah yeah so when i um go on holiday with the girls i write down what i'm doing then i pack the outfit so it's like bloom all in this yeah the whole thing in there yeah and you put everything everything down to the necklace the jewelry that everything then you're fucking steaming you've got a hangover you crawl out of bed yeah it's there you don't have to unpack when you get there which saves you loads of time because you just get your wallets out pop them on a shelf yeah done another thing as well that i would say is laundry bags yeah so i said to my mom yeah i said to my mom i'm gonna do some form of laundry bag so she's gone online and bought me a pop-up laundry basket so it's round like this christina there's six of

us there are six of us and it's like and james will and the boys will leave the clothes everywhere if we have in the corner you literally pull it like this it's from amazon pops up into a full-on laundry basket have that in the corner the laundry goes in pop it down either get if you can push to it i would get your clothes washed at the hotel if you can and then take them all washed if not you go home you open your laundry basket chuck it all in the wash i don't is anyone else like the second i get home from holiday it's a race to how quickly i can make it look like i never went on holiday in the first place i'm in no matter what time is bang the case is open boom boom boom wash put away put away oh no my case doesn't get open for about two to three no i try and see how quickly
