Anyway it was absolutely fine it wasn't that busy we did loads of work I always feel sick on the train though and then I went straight to a podcast so I was on mum's the word podcast which was I don't know where it was um but I got an uber there and I managed to find in London somewhere in London and I managed to find I was so proud of myself like I was just getting around in London being like I felt like a model you know when you used to watch America's Next Top Model they used to go to castings and they were like here then there and then they jump in a cab and they turn I felt like such a city girl

so then i went to this podcast and it was kelsey parker who interviewed me um it wasn't really an interview it was more a chat like we went we spoke for ages and it got a bit like we were talking deep we were talking about like spirituality not that i'm particularly spiritual but she was really nice and i was saying to ashley when i first met her i'll be totally honest that jacket's really um overstimulating me the noise sorry i'll try not to move um would you like me to take it off i will take it it's all right it like just stop moving it's very noisy okay i'll stop moving and i'm really affected by noise okay i'm just gonna not move sorry so um when i first met her what i will say is she's a very straight character you know like here we go i don't know here we fucking

go what i don't know oh yeah not like you like there's no like um frills yeah and at first she she was not i wouldn't say intimidating was the word and we spoke about this in the day i would say if you were an intimidating person that could be intimidated potentially because she was just quite like right right and anyway she was really really sound and we sorry i'm moving and we really really got on and we had a really good chat and then i went literally straight from there to the asos showroom and i got there fine so what what happens at the well so went to the asos showroom so you go in and it was quite exciting because i'd like big asos

things everywhere and then i got given like a lanyard and i tapped it to go in and obviously i filmed myself i haven't done anything with it but tapping it and the doors opening and then basically it's a room and there are rails there with the new in pieces so like all different rails and then there's a section with a mirror of the beauty bits because asos does all the beauty there's loads of beauty on there loads um and there was just influencers milling around um looking at items and i did feel i'm sorry you're gonna have to take the coat off okay i'm taking it off and basically went to london and got railed yes lads right where is that from asos no cause cause from asos cause on asos is cause on asos yes that's much better lauren sorry that

was really not nice um right right so what do you do in there so you go in and to be honest i felt a bit of a fraud because i'm not a fashion influencer i'm just a whatever happens i think you are you do outfits i do bits i do bits of everything i'm not really a niche but these girls were like serious they had anyone famous no well they might have been i didn't but they might have been but there's that many influencers with like hundreds of thousands of followers that you think oh i've never seen you before but they had the things with the muffs where you were talking in them and i was just yeah and i was just like oh and some of them were really doing like good content and they were filming each other for ages and they're like no that's the better angle they

were like okay guys i'm here here's what and i just felt like i should really be doing all this but i don't want to so i just filmed bits looked at things put them back i could have done the whole thing in five minutes but i felt rude so i did i went around and around looked at bits and bobs and they were like sitting down being interviewed as well and they're like what are your spring, summer trends, and I thought I need to stay away from that. I do not, too scary, don't want to be doing that. So I avoided that area.

I would have gone in. No, no, no, I didn't want to. I avoided that area because I thought, what if they asked me something and I don't know, I just didn't want to. And I was on my own as well. So I looked at some bits. Some people were going, trying things on

some breakfast and walked in yeah yeah or if i've been with you maybe you were like i was like that and then also i didn't want to i i felt a bit bad that i wasn't creating the same content as the other girls that were there did you feel intimidated i just thought i just felt a bit like what why am i here do you know what i mean so it's just a bit and they were all doing the proper content then i started feeling guilty i thought my content shit i should try harder anyway it just got all too much for me and everyone was nice and said hello to everyone and then i think i'm going to go now but it was nice and i think what happened girls were trying outfits on then coming on and like i said don't want to sound it when i was like looking through it there wasn't there

was he with a mate no he was on his own and he was his phone kept ringing yeah really loud and I was getting and it was ringing like

conversation and it was about money of course it was um deals uh like he was bitching about girls face sapping their pictures and i looked at him and i thought well you you need to face up yours and i know this is how like maybe it's my syndrome or whatever i've got is getting worse in pregnancy we walked into pickley news and sat down and i went can you hear that alarm and ed was like yeah i can hear an alarm yeah and i was like what's that alarm and they were like oh it's the aircon i was like are people okay with that and they were like yeah and i was like yeah i'm not so then they moved us outside probably notice you would like yeah depends if you're thinking about noise yeah but it really upsets me irritating and then i got moved next to foghorn and i was going

it's really annoying it's really i know i also it annoys me this phone call so this actually you've just reminded me. Oh yeah, his phone was being loud as well. That's annoying, put it on silent, like no one has the phone on loud. And then he's answering the phone in front of the women, talking with his mouth open, fucking ew. Thinking that he's fucking great, it knocks me sick.

Well, on the way there, you've just reminded me, there was a woman taking work calls really loudly, and I just thought you don't- Oh, and they made themselves feel important. i ring don't know something about the baby and i just kept it in fact i almost whispered i was quite quiet because i thought no one wants to hear my conversation so anyway got back okay um i think that's it i think it was good i i would go again i enjoyed the fact that i went to asa showroom i would go again but i did i've never done a lot in a day it was a lot in a day but i did it and i was home at like four o'clock got there and back home for four picked Thea up from school done and she thought it was really cool as well oh what's it what you doing what are you ferreting in your bag for oh my god this is so good the new Saint Laurent lip blur right again shade 44 let me see really nice it's just like a natural colour isn't it I had a photo shoot for my new product you did

tell us all about it it was amazing i had gorgeous models i had the man tell us how it works when you are planning a photo shoot so do you get like hire a studio you then hire your models nicky and leone and lola do the majority of it of the planning yeah uh and then we all sit around and we have like we print off everyone's pictures and we're like this person would work with this person and and then for weeks ahead we start like pinterest boards and we we take like inspiration from different things so you know what the vibe is gonna be yeah and then on the day we have a shot list of shots we want to fully like get like there was an upside down one that i really wanted to get oh headache then also i'll tell if anyone's got a brand which not many people do i'm guessing

but a lot of people want to start furniture really fucking cool vintage furniture and you rented it yeah so you you rent the studio which is blankation yeah and then you bring in what you need for the day and i rented a car once yeah we rented a car and i rented furniture it was really cool furniture so that product is dropping next month i think i'm having a little thing at my house when we launch it if you want to come around yes um and yeah it's all really exciting how long does it take is it a long day yeah it was like so i had that on monday and is it like you know what it's like shooting is it like okay it's tiring and are you in the images as well perfect and then you got the models i've seen some of them the beautiful that man the gentleman you always get a lovely

good at the minute because of ai right so a lot of brands are using ai contributors not only the models but for example the photographers they can retouch a whole thing of images at the press of a button and so they could look at your vibe even your furniture yeah god it's scary you know you could like so and there are ai influencers that's scary ai influencers everything but i was talking to models and i was like do you know what i don't think i for the odd picture i'll do an ai like if it's something i don't know like of a picture on a bus or like something like that but i wouldn't do a whole shoot like i like using real skin yeah well that's the point and supporting other you know my hair girls my makeup girls like also i think and maybe there already is i don't actually know

i think if you're selling a skin product yes and it should you should in big fucking letters it should say that this is ai or retouched because a lot of brands selling a skin product but how that's it's like um what did we talk about the other day there was a hair a shampoo um ad but she had extensions in after and we were like people were really pissed off about that because you're showing the shampoo being voluminous but you've got extensions in after so it's like that kind of thing and i honestly think that if you've got a skin product or makeup you shouldn't be ai for retouching images yeah i think there's a there's a line i agree i totally especially a skin a product that is meant to do something if you're faking it people are going to think they're

going and it also isn't great for the business because they look at these pictures and think i'm gonna get that real reality real skin doesn't look like i feel like real skin yeah i think there's actually a girl on instagram that does like real close-up skin makeup and i love watching her videos you can see a pause like everything so that product's launching i've not actually got too many i was gonna say you haven't given me any they've i had 30 because i switched to getting the maid in korea at the last not the last minute but i was like this is where it needs to be in korea because they had the technology that i wanted for the cryo cooling effect the the what i've put into this like i've taken all my favorite products thrown the best bits of each one together

on one side uh passed away and he they said was your is your granddad missing don't ask me why i know you're gonna ask me why and i don't know the answer before you ask me is is he was your granddad missing a bit of his thumb and he's like yes and they said your grandma's here he wants to give he wants she wants to give him a bit of his thumb back and he the granddad didn't want the thumb and then she they said your grandma's talking to you because when she was alive she couldn't talk could she she had dementia and they were like she's talking to you now like you're very like her you can be quite timid um they said a couple of things that i won't repeat just because it's like not my business but a couple of family things about like personalities of different people
