Hi guys, welcome to Nib Tug, Nad giving a fuck! Right, we can talk about it now. So, Ashley, you have just been to Hong Kong. Yeah, so I went to an expo in Hong Kong, it's called Cosmoprof. That sounds like a comic thing. Yeah, comic cons. Comic cons. Like one of those anime.

Yeah, yeah. Yeah, like you went and dressed up. Well, there was one, I sent you a picture of that girl. oh yes yes yes she's really famous you know is she yeah so go on you went to hong kong so i went to hong kong whoa start from the very beginning please because people will be interested in this so you ever done a flight that long no never the longest i've done that long what the fuck 10 hours is probably 11 10 maybe 14 so went to hong kong because there's a thing called cosmoprof i was only there for three nights and what cosmoprof is is it's an expo for skincare

devices like nails hair so be like the hair and beauty like think of the gmx but with five floors on every floor stuff it was mental so i went around checked the suppliers looked at different packaging all the things and obviously because it was a lot of korean and um chinese manufacturers there it was like going into like 2030 like it was crazy so just getting ideas for stuff really and chatting to other people in the industry was really good i did have a fight with someone not fight a bit of an argument go on so i was at the expo by myself because you're a bit the same do you know when you go shopping can you not go shopping with no because i need to i don't go for a chat i need to focus i need to be on my own on my own in my zone no one no one my phone like

like just on it because otherwise you kind of meander and also i don't give a fuck what you're doing and what you're trying to buy i'm not interested yeah so i was like guys let's split up and because ed went with you yeah and well who how many people went was it four of you dave ed lola tom so it's five of you yeah so i was like walking around by myself and so um one night some of them stayed out um a bit like later so ed and lola stayed like um not in bed together but yeah um they were hungover so i was like right i'm gonna get there for when it opens because it got like busy overstimulating after like half 11 like you couldn't move in there so i got there really early and can anyone go yes there was a sign like cosmo prof you will have seen the picture

in front of it and i was waiting in a queue and a lot of people were on their own so there was a queue of people and they were going like here can you take the picture of me and then you go back yeah can you take the picture of me like everyone was really nice anyway so i was like next up and these two russian girls walk in from this way and go in and just start taking pictures i don't like stereotype but have you ever been to a buffet on holiday are they like that at the buffet they are like that an all-inclusive buffet yeah if you've ever been on holiday i was like there is a queue and you know and this girl just burst out laughing in my face and you could tell she was a proper mean girl like she had like white blonde hair like like looked a bit like me but like like meaner

And I was like, I just turned around to her and I was like, okay, honey, I hope you have a really nice day being a lovely, kind person. And what did she, did she speak English? She was like, ha, ha. Really? Shut up. Made me so mad. So what did you, did that end?

I just rolled this off, but it pissed me off for the rest of it. I hate it when people rude. I hate it when people rude. So how long were you in there for? Three days. No, no, no, no. In the? expo probably two hours a day and what what's gonna happen what's coming out what's like

um what did you learn loads of stuff tell us what you learn like what stuff because everyone's gonna be like what are they doing in hong kong what's going on what are the products i can't tell you what they are okay what about um like active you said you've been using loads of actives and it ruined your skin tell us about that is that from going there yeah well so when you go around and obviously they see like if you're serious or not and like they'll give you like their business card and some samples and there was a lot of um active ingredients that must have been prescription strength because obviously i don't know if the rules are like what they are slightly different yeah i personally do you use retinol and tretinoin anymore yeah i

actually do i sandwich hydroquinone and tretinoin tretinoin every day no no twice a week but i use a sandwich so like are you at the point where you don't peel now not really now no but i need to do it for my pigmentation i have to do it i don't i don't touch wood i have bad pigmentation so i have to do it um but yeah no i do gorgeous today thanks it hasn't been but that's probably from the actives um but yeah i do it two days two days of a week i do it there's nothing worse though than when you overcook the actives fucking hell no it's awful it's awful you get the peeling the redness there's nothing you can do you have to just ride it out the car is thrown off no then you get spots because your skin barrier skin barrier is there's no the sebum can't get out because it's absolutely

fucked my skin it looks absolutely fine no but i've had to put makeup on okay and i don't usually wear makeup like this so basically i put all these too many things my routine is really really simple it's literally a double cleanse i like to use a glycolic and an oil cleanser or a balm a balm or an oil to get my makeup off first with a hot cloth or a hot like towelette then i will go in with an actives cleanser when i say actives i don't mean like active yeah i like an active cleanse yeah like um a tingle i love a tingle so then i don't have to go around my eye area with that one because the oil or the balm has done all that work by the way guys like we always say i make up remover i yes remover protect your under eyes then i do um my serums essences like all the kind nice things

you know i love skintuticals ptox i love um vitamin c serums i love the astora it's great for um if you've gone too far with the retinol what uh that layer of oil that charlotte from skin address gives us lovely um if i am going to use a retinol i will use the alpha rat that emeline gets me because alpha rat is that is tretinoin strength retinol with no nothing flaking is that from uh skin better science better science yeah fantastic anyway that's my preference and then i will use cc pads twice a week depending on what i'm doing and that is my little routine like in my skin everyday use shelf now it's like that it's just my basic yeah i've got just the basic routine now you're better having that obviously we get sent loads of stuff to try and i do try it

but once i've tried it and if i'm not sure on it i'll give it you don't use it again i don't use it again it's no point you think you would just put in too many bits of samples and this is where you've got to be careful girls because you know there's all these 25 step routines and la la la and yeah like we've just had black friday haven't we and everyone's like throwing this into the basket because this person's been using it and this into the basket because it and it's on offer and then by the time we're gonna hit christmas you will have thrown all this shite on your face your face is gonna be like what the fuck yeah it's too much going on i am said in on instagram the other day i was like look i'll always post my recommendations but don't just blindly assume

everyone's skin is different if i talk about things and i go i've got this this and this and this helped and you have that then try it but don't just blindly follow me when you know what is really really nice the cordially micellar water do you know what i need in your micellar water because sometimes i just want to get you like in your hairline i just want to get that i will get you one and i really like that it's got a pump lid i like a pump so hong kong tell us like what where was it you sent a picture to me and you were in like a it looked like a football stadium what was that i went to watch the horse racing i couldn't work it out so i went to watch the horse racing so it's this thing called happy valley every wednesday is the horse racing in

the sky and in the sky yeah it's in the sky oh my god i thought the horses were in the fucking sky so you know like you can see i thought they were flying buildings it's fucking sick wow sick um so went there and then um what do you do then do you get like a little area because it looked like you had an area yeah we had our own little booth at the finish line and is that the kind of so if people are thinking of going to hong kong is that one of the things that like did you research beforehand like what to do when in hong kong yes and that was one of them shout out joe limelight then i went today's video on youtube is my uh pharmacy skincare shopping haul tell us about what was that i've got loads of stuff for you at home so what did you do you went around i've

bought a whole suitcase pack of stuff so when you come around next week just raid it so did you go to the pharmacies in hong kong and are they a little bit more i went in and i was like what is your best sellers yeah i've got it all i can't use it let me get my skin back and you i'll let you go through it i have bought like you some sheet masks and uh these eye drops that are meant to be a lychee eye drops meant to be amazing pop them in your eye pop them in your drink there's really good like lash serums um brow serums um face wipes so did you kind of just say what's your most popular here yeah and i want to go home and like use them and stuff like that but honestly if you were thinking of a city trip is it amazing i could live there it's just so long isn't it i

know but it's once in a lifetime i know i totally agree food was absolutely sensational this might sound really stupid was it all food from hong kong or could you go to restaurants where it was like italian american like all the big i know it sounds really stupid but i just wondered so like in every hotel as well was like a big chain hotel like saint regis like we were in the shangri-la the w the comrade like all big hotels and inside each hotel there was a shopping centre a full Trafford centre and it was like Cartier Hermes everything did you get any designer bags right so we went in Hermes because I saw that you'd gone in Hermes and I was like hello have you got any leather glitz appointments and she was like sit down what would you like and I was going like

this to add under the table i was like come out with an orange box um and she was like she came back out and she was like what do you want so i was like a kelly or a birkin and she was like and what color i was like well you know it could be red and yellow so then she went on she went are you gonna buy anything today like they are here they supposedly it doesn't matter what you buy it's all picked at random and it's not it's not so i was speaking to jade doll about that the other day actually yeah love her follow her on instagram guys she's absolutely lovely absolutely lovely her outfit holes are sick yeah i like her um anyway and there was one in the cabinet white like stone color one right and not like gray but

like not white right like light nice nice and she was like but what are you going to buy and i was like a pair of gloves oh so she wanted you to buy money spend something else if you buy a coat then we will let you buy the bag you can buy that bag what the coat that's so weird no it's not

it's normal that's what they do no one wants a bag do you want to see a picture of the coat she offered me so you have to buy something else to be allowed to buy something expensive you have to buy something else as well that's like when you get credits for like

well not credits but you know what I mean yeah like you get you build up your presence in a store that's just wild though to be like it's so funny that for you to spend money a lot of money i can't find the picture but the coat was like something not not the one yeah so you didn't buy the coat no and you didn't get the bag oh did you no no uh got a really nice pair of gloves okay but i didn't need to i could

have put them on my manchester account but anyway so didn't get a bag um that however like in chanel and stuff like that oh i lost my chanel sunglasses i saw that yeah that's right 900 pounds i've had to buy two pairs now did you know where and yeah i left them in an uber oh because everyone was staying out late and because i was going like to the expo the next day i was going home early so i left everyone in this restaurant yeah and um they were in like a black like pouch thing so i put them in that and i must have got out of the uber and left just left it and then the next day dave bless him went to chanel and was like we need to rebuy these for ashy and they were like there's none left in the whole country and then my personal shopper came through and found the last pair here

so i've replaced you got them so it's okay but sunglasses and me not great like can someone invent something maybe you could put them around your neck yeah maybe or you could put one of the arms up your ass and have them like hanging out your ass and then also do you know what i'm just a fucking loser i lose everything i lose everything i'm not very good with i'm not very i'm not very good at stuff i know then um i am really weird about pillows like i have to have a goose down feather silk pillow or i can't sleep and i have to have my wraparound head um eye mask and i had my silk pillow my special one it has to be a certain thickness because did you know guys if you sleep on two pillows or a thick pillow you'll get a double chin

what you're meant to sleep on a flat pillow i was just thinking about myself then and right now i'll sleep on fucking anything like i just i sleep half across the bed half on tommy half on james one leg out half pillow um so last night james actually put him so he falls asleep downstairs with us we've just got into a little routine now when me him and thea cuddle up on the sofa and he's just at the age now where he'll just watch a bit of tellywoods and suck his dummy and fall asleep which is really nice and then we all go upstairs and james took him up while i did the bottles and he put him in his next to me so i went upstairs and i was like what's he doing in there and he's like i'm gonna try him in there tonight i was like he doesn't go in there and

he's asleep and james was like well tonight he's gonna go in there and i was just like he won't like it i'm fine he doesn't like it in there anyway he actually slept in it until about half one in the morning amazing i know and then do you do a dream feed or not no his last feeds at like half seven and then he's done um and then he was wriggling around about half one probably because he was hungry so no he doesn't feed through the night he hasn't fed through the night since he's three months old nothing he stops at half seven and he doesn't feed till half seven the next day really but he drinks a nine ounce bottle nine ounces every four hours then he's napping not really no he's fine he's absolutely fine he stopped fear did fear slept through from three

months old um i mean i say sleep through i must wake up six times to put the dummy in to settle to put my hand on him to pick him up whatever but he doesn't feed through the night so and then he's like wriggling around i was like settling him and then i heard this like poo and then this explosion and he doesn't poo in the night or anything and i gave him because he's on solids a little bit i gave him like a little pouch and all organic not prune yes why would you do that why would you sell it for kids then if it's not all right constipated doesn't say that didn't say that prune it's a prune and oat yogurt i was like oh cute prune well when would you eat a prune unless you needed of shit when would i eat carrot and pea mash together in general like i would i just i just

don't know lauren the prunes were when they need a shit but it didn't say on it for baby shit it was they shouldn't sell it then because i got loads of different flavors to see what you liked where'd you get it from aldi no tesco and i looked at the back of it no seed oils no nothing all organic literally it was like organic this that you can make it yourself i just can't be honest it was organic three things no other cleaning up of the stuff no other ingredients i have made him like his own stuff as well so i gave him the prune yeah it didn't go well so two in the morning i didn't have my glasses on so i couldn't see anything i was trying to change this nappy i was like james james and then james was going and by the time i'd done the nappy he was like

do you know what you need to get like a plug-in nightlight that's yeah i had to put my phone on torch but what you can get the red ones i need to do that because to be fair i don't normally need it and then half six in the morning he did it again now he's eating you will get pooey nappies in the night oh my god and then this james said sometimes hear the noise and you think i heard this i won't yeah it'll be okay i thought it'd be okay and then i thought it's not gonna be okay and then james actually said to me well i did think when you gave him the prune one yesterday and i thought why didn't you tell me by the way you know when you said the other week you didn't actually give my kikuna baby away did you please tell me you've not i've had that with all of them

you didn't tell me that i didn't know i did i do lauren they've stopped making i don't know i don't know i don't know i actually genuinely don't know because i said to james the other day i was like where's that thing and he was like i'm sure you put that within the other thing to give them everything i was like i don't think i did and he was like i think you did so i need to check if not I will source one. I will source one, but I need to check. Just tell me that it's that one though, please. I will tell you that it's that one.

I will tell you that it's that one. Sorry, back to Hong Kong again. Back to Hong Kong. I left my pillow on the plane. Like, what a dick. Where were we? Oh, the pillows, the fact that I just sleep on anything I can and you need to be stoned.

Shopping was good. Food was good. What restaurants did you go to? Can't remember the names of them. I just followed the boys around everywhere. So there wasn't like a specific that you would reco? no ed had a blast he met up with some work people there and then it was just a really quick journey because there was like two days traveling so i went and came back and then um what did i get up

to this weekend just the jet lag wasn't yeah i was gonna ask how was did you sleep because you were business you could lie down yeah they call it business it's not like what it used to be is it i don't know because i've only ever done business dubai emirates so i don't know what i've never a flown business with any other same it's just she got a blankie and a chair that goes no you can fall and lie down you i saw your vlog with the food you didn't look like you enjoyed that food very much did you would you have enjoyed that food what food was it it was disgusting on the on the plane no like all of the food was like out of stock and i was like what the fuck on the plane yeah and i was just like what like and you've paid off it's expensive to go to

this is a shout out it's not an ad or anything i've been getting meals off that fuel hub and seriously because i know you're really busy christina at the minute with stuff really nice you should have took them on the plane that's what i was thinking do you think they can heat it up i bet they wouldn't because of health and safety so what how was the first like you've done first class like was it who did you fly with was it cafe yeah it wasn't first class it was just business sorry business and was it um comparable to emirates was it similar better not better isn't it but you know people are just assholes at airports aren't they do you know what was really good though the not having to get anything out of your bag

the hundred no nothing is it gone now completely nothing you don't have to get liquids or devices out you just oh that's easier oh girl you don't have to do the same at new york life changing life changing you feel like yeah easier it's like going back in time do you know me and james i've booked poland in the end yeah so i had a look i looked at grantly hall i looked at loads of different stuff um and it was a thousand pounds a night for grantly hall what yeah 950 pounds for a normal room on the website i think tony could have got me an upgraded at that but still and then there's obviously all your food when you're there um so it would have cost me like two grand to go to harrogate i'm just no just no i will i love grantly hall and i will go for like one night

maybe when it's like at the 700 did you see everyone's comments on that other yeah yeah so we spoke but i heard mixed reviews right we won't name it we won't name it so i mentioned somewhere last time and a few people said it wasn't quite there yet so i decided not to go there then i looked at the gill pin which you can only stay for three nights the brimstone was full then i started thinking brimstone's always full and i was like so nice if this is gonna cost me that much money to stay in the uk i'll just have a quick look at how much it is to go away now i don't it's hard work you've got kids going away isn't it because you've got to plan so much but james has always wanted to go to krakow in poland he's always wanted to go so i thought do you know

what sod it my dad's been loads of times apparently it's really really good yeah it's meant to be they have like markets um we're gonna go to auschwitz i can't say it auschwitz we're gonna go there one day it's really emotional yeah james wants to go we're only gonna go for two days it's really it's not even two full days it's like a fly-in fly-out job but we're gonna go do the markets food and everything first day when are you going day trip we're going between christmas and new year because we've got the kids pretty much all christmas so you'll need that chill yeah so we're going so what's the plan on christmas day so how it works with us i have the uh throughout because she's yours she's mine and i want her to say i don't know i'm not having

my child sorry no they didn't did they so we have a joke and it's that we're not going to go that okay if you know you know if you know you know yeah did they what did they say no no they liked it oh they were putting like you were making me cry right it's oh it's a joke anyway tommy the thoroughbred king anyway so obviously we share all the kids we share all kids um with with james's kids uh it kind of varies as to who has them and it's like till lunch time and then we get them we've got them like literally christmas day from about 12 boxing day day after day after yeah probably day after i don't really know exactly what we've gotten for a chunk of time uh majority well yeah yeah so theon only goes to her dad's on boxing day just

for one night but she didn't she wants she wanted to stay with the kids then so we've had to move quite a lot around it's hard having a blended family because i sometimes like what i decide to do not just do swaps no we've got them all the way yeah so it it it just depends but on this year i suppose yours can say where they want to be you know because they're all older yeah i guess and what other and if they want to all be together and with you and if people have got plans then it's it's hard you know what blended family can be quite hard at christmas and i find it quite hard because I have to plan what Thea's doing with her father but sometimes I can't plan it until I know what other people want to do with their Christmas and then it's like right we're doing

that and then I'm like right you're best off having those conversations as early as possible yeah I agree because then you're like right well okay if you're doing that then I'm gonna have to do that so it can be a bit messy but we're sorted now we've got the kids through and then Thea's going for a couple of nights when we go to Krakow James is Tommy's going to James's mum's it's like a military operation have you ever been no um i didn't really really wants to go and it's on it we're thinking of going next year oh well i'll let you know we spoke about it last night weirdly did you yeah but i it's do you know as well it's not meant to be very expensive when you're there i heard that it's going to be freezing and we've got a gorgeous room gorgeous suite yeah we've

got a gorgeous suite because it because i could pay a bit more because it was cheaper i could get a better room so we're staying in this beautiful suite i'm excited i can give you some food your recommendations yes because obviously i'm ukrainian oh well yeah similar well james has seen this thing where you eat isn't that the nice chicken stuff pierogies are the one you eat soup out of a bread out of bread like um chowder i don't know you eat soup out of a bread i don't know so yeah we're gonna go hopefully we'll do loads of like shagging and um sightseeing butt plugs yeah i could say but we're drinking mulled wine look at the markets we are an in and out job so i'm excited for it um have you seen that wayne rooney wayne rooney wayne

account something like that basically spend it all on birkins well basically basically wealthy people that are leaving the uk they are going to tax money apparently or it's one of the things they're going to look at the budgets next next week so we'll find all the album i said that on purpose to sound intelligent and i only know that because we're moving house that's the only reason i know about that and they're talking about how exciting can you tell us more about the mood not yet because who fucking knows what's going to happen nothing's official until you have your ass on that toilet in that new house like until you're doing away there's nothing um yeah bigger nothing like grand bigger than we've got which means that we'll have a bit more space because

all kinds kanye's kids there's all kinds and to be fair they have been mentioned but you know i think the first thing is the fact it's a woman again is unfair but one thing i will say is how you choose to pair him is completely up to you and i am really really open with thea we have really open discussions listen don't get wrong i don't talk about shagging or like any and hopefully never will but we we have a really open relationship and i in the way the world is at the minute i feel like we have to be honest with our children and almost prepare them because it's not how it used to be it's not easy these men do these things do you know what i mean and if she's got a teenage daughter and she's open with her and has these chats about things that have happened in

look at her girl just what I think it's like this thing when you become a mum it's the mum shit it's the mum shaming yeah the lily allen thing it's not just because she's a woman it's because she's become a mum yeah so is it like that when you're a mum you have to be different like sex you can't talk about this it's like you know lauren it's like when you said um when we kept

getting all of that mental press and it was like mums yeah mum everything there was one about cosmetics it was years ago father and it was about cosmetic surgery and instead of just saying girls women it said mums have x amount and and there's this shame around it and i don't really know how we improve it how we change it i guess you just do what you think there isn't a right or wrong with it you can just pretend you don't have kids and maybe that's the way forward maybe that's what you should do but i do kind of get it because there are i'll be honest with you there are times when i think is thea going to cringe her fucking head off at me because of some of the clips that are out of things i've said of the podcast of but i like i said it's how you bring your kids
