yeah listen if you're paying the money when you book it straight up i agree yeah yeah if you're paying the upgrade fee like we spoke about before i think it's worth yeah but if you're paying i don't know how much they are but it can be a lot then you kind of think yeah that was a lovely experience however i could have spent three grand i can't remember what it is two three grand on a bag yeah that's forever this was an eight hour flight and i slept so i do get that side however it's all relative isn't it if you can do it yeah it is nice to get your head down on the way home when you've been a bit if you've had a bit of a drink yeah so you met some um listeners as well didn't you in the i did i did at the airport and on the flight as well but that was

fun yeah did we trying to sleep and you couldn't no no it was when i was walking to the bathroom i went past the bar the bar but the bar goes off i never go to the bar because i don't like people but yeah so yeah and then loads of girls in dubai and stuff as well well if you think about it in dubai it's a lot of english yeah people that are um so where did you go right first of all salons because i could not you were i've not looked at your tiktoks because i don't look at it but people on patty were saying that you your tiktoks were amazing yeah still didn't give me enough to go on tiktok come on lauren come on we're gonna get you on tiktok yeah okay yeah um so the salon what i did notice on instagram was the salons looked amazing another like there was fresh fruit

croissants and juices gorgeous gorgeous tell us about so i went to soda salon yes i've heard of that these are both great recommendations guys if you are in dubai because the thing is like you said there's a lot of like english girls and it was like just really fun nice atmosphere it's like you're at home almost um exactly and also when you're on holiday you don't want to have to really think about doing your hair or your makeup do you know what i've never looked at it like that and then when i saw how you'd planned to buy i thought i said to james i was like genius perfect fucking genius you get up in the morning yeah i hate doing my hair and makeup anyway you go you chill you have a drink you get it done then you go out and enjoy your day yeah and then you go and do it the

next day like genius exactly um so i went to suta and then i went to sma as well and i had hair and makeup done at both of those places and yeah just amazing um then i went to one of them i saw had a crash and not a crash a nanny yeah they do a nanny service so while you're there you've got a nanny like that's just a buy all over now isn't it it is did you like your hair and makeup yes did they do it different to normal like was there anything that you learned from it because it looked more bronze and glowy than you normally have i would say yes i had a more holiday yeah i liked it um and it lasted very well yeah that's the thing with doing your own makeup and it's that hot there yeah like it it's either i think you go one way or the other non yeah

or just minimal start coming off yeah or you have it full on like done yeah um so we went to serene on the saturday right it's new i don't know any of these new places um that was when i was with naomi and yeah yeah yeah that looked good it looks fun and then we went to verde was my favorite yes i've been there yes nice really nice and the food was really really nice and i like it there and my hotel i stayed at the one and only oh gorge which one uh arabian court very nice yes the mirage there's one arabian court's the best one i think i don't know it's huge really everywhere is always goes to one of them i think it's that yeah i feel like it'd be very good with kids as well um because there was a lot of kids everywhere and it's yeah it was just

gorgeous um obviously i went to see my sister and she lives there so she like knew what to do and did she stay with you in the hotel yes because that's nice it's nice even if you live there it's nice to go and stay in a hotel exactly so she booked a few days off work as well it was only there for like 72 hours really it's a long way for that but what can you do you've got to get it in exactly and i miss the kids too much like towards the end like you know when you're at the airport and you're like i just want to get back to the baby they're your comfort aren't they and i just feel like they make you feel grounded and safe when they're there like it's weird with kids you make that you make them feel safe actually they're your safe space as well whenever

I'm anxious I'm like where's I need to be around her because she she just settles me yeah and when I got in Callum picked me up from the airport and when I got in Saskia the way she ran at me she was like screaming like my mommy she's so happy to see you so tell us about because loads of people go to Dubai loads of people go on holiday there is like is there anywhere that you thought was better than others that you'd recommend for people to go or that verde was really nice that was really nice yeah um yeah it's um we were we were we were having a little chat about of course it's the caliber of men there is unusual isn't it questionable questionable and what we were talking about not all of them no let's just say that in every country or city you get your good

it was great people watching but i find a lot of the men there this is my theory not all of them before you all start coming at me with your boyfriends that live there um they have gone there right a lot of them to start a new life to get rid of their old identity which is probably an absolute loser yeah and they've gone there to start their new i dubai identity yeah wearing they like just have a full-on like rebrand doing their it's almost to me how um hill and cliff walking is to drug dealer that's how i'm seeing it that's the rebrand you're like the drug dealers that then end up doing ice baths.

No, it's the sesheds. The sesheds and the drug dealers. Yeah, then hike. Reform and go hiking. Yeah, an ice bath. So it's that, it's similar to that today. Yes, yeah.

It's the people that perhaps, not everyone in this country was a bit of a loser. Yeah. And then they've gone over there, they've either saved... So there's a lot of Zara, Linen Co-ops

and Rolexes. Yes, so they've saved up, they've saved up for these watches or they're not real, not ours, but they've got this air about them. And it's a lot of the time, if you knew them

back in the day in England, they'd be a bit of a muppet yeah but they think something they start this new life and they do real estate and wear suits and sell things and a lot of it is that and the men a lot of them give me that did you see the the ones dancing on a table if my husband future husband didn't dance like if you if i'm with him but they were just a group of boys dancing on a table together and i was like and on the you're not allowed to do that i'm allowed to do that but you're not you have to sit there and join in you can't be too boring and it was like the whole like attention

it's the equivalent of the Ibiza boat coming over with the girls carrying them it's the equivalent of that and yeah it's not the kind of man that I James can dance on a table with me or if he was in Benidorm he can dance on a table but there's

something I can't explain it about the look at me and the looking around and the hair sweet back Alex I love that look it's not that we've got him today he's got that hair which i like it's not that i don't like that hair i actually really like that and when i met james he had that hair it's not that it's not that but do you get the character i'm making yeah like do you dance on tables mate maybe it's just the new thing and we're like maybe we're being maybe it's an us issue i'm projecting my issues

yeah just because we have sore backs yeah and just because i have had bad experiences with men but you get what i'm saying it's the watch and the and i'm just alex is single by the way i was just gonna say really eligible bachelor for you yeah we'll post a picture of them yeah i think a really good cat do you mind us doing that i love it when we have a man we we used to do man of the week basically didn't we did ages ago and man of the week man of the week and we stopped it i think some people did go on dates from man of the week no they did the reason we stopped it was a few reasons i wasn't key i wasn't keen on the selection we were putting out because we got a story so we thought they were good and then people like yeah they just ghost and i thought i don't want to give

these men to you yeah i don't feel like i don't feel fair putting these men on people unless i know more about them yeah so we kind of stopped doing it but it was quite fun at the time so maybe alex could be on yeah we'll put um we'll put a picture of him and his socials um the other thing with dubai when i went and again this is a me thing right the women were just so incredibly incredible that i quite i enjoyed just open mouthed staring at these bodies that i don't know if they were carved by a surgeon or by god i don't know but they were wow did you notice the the women whoa wow we whoa wow gorgeous gorgeous absolutely gorgeous i saw like some of the prettiest people i've ever seen and they were like perfect like the outfit like the way they sat like

everything i think i would prefer a weekend in benidorm yeah you know just to not give a fuck I think yeah there's just that like listen it all depends I love Dubai I love going but there are certain sides of it a bit pretentious that can be yeah and and and even you said that and you're pretentious yeah which you said yourself yeah which is fine nothing wrong with that but even it was a bit for you yeah yeah like I could see how you could find some of that a bit intimidating yeah yeah but at the same time what we were just saying then listen is it an us problem probably yeah yeah you went for the weekend during that weekend you've got three days you're gonna go to the most like going new places yeah whereas if you went more you'd probably maybe go

to the more local a bit more car that suited your personality yeah whereas you're going for a weekend you're gonna go to the big spots aren't you so i think it's like a beether you think of it a certain way there's so much more to it yeah and i do think that was but i do love to buy and i love it for kids i just think it's incredibly expensive to take children when you've got 10 oh my gosh it's like it's all right on your own but if you're taking a family of four or whatever it's it's very expensive but very good for kids yes so yeah that actually debats are you gonna go on you you're going on a few holidays though aren't you like yeah i'm going to turkey as well twice and i love turkey and what else probably anything else another girl's trip maybe like ibiza or something

ibiza frightens me i've done some awful things in ibiza laundry i don't think i can have the all again it was a long time ago how many years ago do you think you'd get like anxiety going to Ibiza just from being there because of the things you've done there yes I'm talking like five years ago but yeah um I was really wild when I went to Ibiza and it haunts me have you seen those tiktoks um that people are doing and it's like I told him that I was at my granddad's party but really no no no like you don't get the trend because i don't go on tiktok after the baby i am going to do it and i hate an insecure man i told him this was my granddad's party and then it's like a video of them with wade wendiger and i'm in ocean beach and then there was another one where

this girl's behind the dj booth and these red lights are on it's like i hate an insecure man i told him i was going for red light therapy and they're like all these other funny ones it's all i need to get on tiktok i will after the baby i'll do that i could spend hours maybe that's why i'm well when i've had the baby there will be hours in the night and when it's asleep so maybe yeah i will try i don't even know you are more of a tiktok personality as well yeah i think you'll be you i'm telling you now you're wasted on instagram lauren honestly i don't understand how what do you do literally like i've told you i've started now i've got the car phone holder and every time i get in the car i think right

i'm just gonna ramble have we established yet whether that's legal or not can you turn it on set off driving and talk and then pull over to turn it off yeah that's what i do yeah yeah that's what is that okay because i'm scared anything involving cars molly may does it right well it's fine then we're looking at alex now is it legal is it good because i wouldn't want to do something then everyone be like once i put the car seat in wrong and i'll never forget or when you put the baby in a jacket yeah in a car seat like so i'm a bit scarred by anything to do with a car yeah but yes i i will i just need to learn i don't even know how to make a video and i think as well it's all about like break the back of it go in and keep consistent and you just chat

just chat okay so is it like insta stories almost literally right you can do ads on there yeah everything well now and again if i've done a real for instance i'll throw it in tiktok and five people watch it but i don't ever do like for nip tucks got like hasn't it got like 200 000 followers or something i don't go on it i don't go on it the reason i don't go on it is because it's too mean that's why i don't go on it but um okay right well last time i posted something on tiktok though people are mean somebody put um it was my wedding video and somebody wrote it didn't he cheat on his baby mom with you and he didn't so i was a bit like this is mean and i thought what's for me it was my wedding video yeah i'm a bit i'm actually a bit scared

of tiktok because people are really mean well let's maybe switch the comments off somewhere to start okay right tell us about your c-section appointment we're getting close now guys mate how many weeks are you now 36 36 so the baby could come now any day like yeah at 36 weeks your full term yeah and i'm not a midwife so i think you are anyway it's it's what ready when it's ready now i think it weighs about six pounds it it um yeah wow that's come around slow but quick um so i went my appointment with the consultant yeah and that appointment do you know what i was so excited for

that appointment i was giddy on the way there because i was like oh my god i'm gonna find out the day that the baby's coming i'm gonna talk about like how i want it to go do you know this is what pisses me off right with birth plans like vaginal birth plans they make a birth plan do you want music do you want the lights off do you want water birth no water birth do you want intervention do you want skin to skin do you know all these things that when it's a section from my experience so far they don't it's like it's um it's not a personal experience yeah there's no like how do you want it to be it's not a birth yeah do you want it up or down do you want the music there was no talk about that whereas i remember with fear they were like and do you want music on

and do you want it low lit and what kind of birth do you want none of that um it was very clinical and i thought they might talk to me a bit more about what was going to happen they didn't um and she when i so she was an hour late which whatever the consultant yeah and when i walked in i knew i knew she was going to be slightly standoffish i just knew she had dungarees on now is that appropriate though as well they were tailored dungarees um but i'm nothing against i actually like a denim dungarees olivia atwood smashes it with yeah yeah but i can't explain now you're probably like bitch but just do you know when you just know and oh like you got a vibe straight away and she looked me up and i thought i just knew and she was about the same age as me

and i just thought you're gonna be a dick so is she the one doing it i fucking hope not because i've called her oh my god maybe cut this uh no i don't think so i think she was just a consultant right she was a doctor um and i think she might have been pregnant but i didn't like to suggest okay i think she may have been as well um and she was just like right so we do sections from 39 weeks and i was like is there ever ever any movement on that nope and i was like right okay but they only operate two days a week as far as i know yeah and i was like right okay i said because the thing is my 39th week it falls a certain way and i'll be like 39 and five like i'm a bit nervous about that 39 weeks and that's it i was like okay and then i said okay so i'm

just gonna explain to you i've been really really anxious before coming in because i've got we've got four children james works away a lot oh did i elaborate a bit on that did i a little bit i made it worse than it was yeah but i was like so i'm not gonna have as much care and i remember so i would really love for it to be like 38 and five like a couple of days before which falls to the week before um nope i was like i'm gonna try again i was like i would really like that and she was like look if the baby comes earlier than 39 weeks it has there is a what was the word that she used scientifically proven to have a lower iq and i was like bitch have you seen my fucking sats my sats and my gcs is i am clever this baby's gonna be fine have you seen my child oh no right

snowy was born at 37 weeks well iq maybe there may be an issue yeah so she was like um and i was like well IQ I can deal with like I can sort that out yeah at least she'll be pretty at least she'll be pretty and that's all that matters right and I think she thought that's what she thought of me I knew what she fucking thought of me anyway so I just said to her I was like right okay two days make a big difference here and she was like well yeah she went look your body your decision but I do have to tell you that if the baby is born and it has to go to intensive care for any reason nick you nick you there will be an investigation done by the hospital and one of the things that they will look at is the fact that you made the decision to bring the baby earlier than we've

recommended but you've made that decision based on your situation and mental health mental health yeah so i was like right so they it was the way she i get they have to cover the book it was the delivery it was the delivery of it and she didn't say don't worry that doesn't mean we're gonna blame you she basically said if there's something wrong with your baby you're going to prison he was like that kind of and i was and i just went yeah that's fine 38 and 5 please have you booked it in then well not the day i booked the week it's fucking bullshit so i've booked the week and then i was like so i'm having it that week and she was like yep one day that week i was like getting this i need to book my nails in yeah um and all you do because you need to book it for

like literally the day before because you you can't move you can't move and i want my cleaner to come and clean my house and i thought i don't think this is the right place to say this yeah i'm not gonna mention my nails um anyway i've got the week that's another week and it's the week we wanted and i thought i was gonna get and everything and then they're gonna ring me two weeks before which i think is gonna be next week next week and they're gonna tell me the day but from what i've gathered because i did some stories on instagram and everyone was so supportive and lovely and sent me millions of messages um they said that you can barter with the booking in lady on the phone on the phone so you can be like oh that doesn't work how about this day so we'll see

so that's in um i'm nearly ready now everyone keeps asking me to do a hospital bag yeah you need to i will but fucking hell i haven't done it yeah but please just go and do an amazon order or go in boots no i've got stuff do you know what it is right it's the fact that i'm gonna have to film it all so i keep putting it off just get a little tripod set up but i bet on tiktok i could do it much easier but instagram there's the pressure for it to look nice i'm like i just want to oh yeah like if you did it like i do like unboxing i just like put the thing i'm like i've got this yeah so maybe i am more ticked off you are so i do need to pack my bag and i need to pack the baby's bag but other than that we're done i have done some really weird shit in the

house like oh you're nesting no but really weird like like um i've emptied every drawer in the kitchen reorganized it cleaned it all out um i've ordered garden furniture like my whole garden looks like someone else's garden i've ordered loads of fake plants i've just done really james came home and he's like it's like a different garden every day i'm like does it look nice it does but every day there's boxes of stuff arriving for the house because i think before the baby comes there must be a vase on that table i can't have a baby without a vase on that table go ham on that yeah enjoy it because i'm thinking once it's born i'm imagining it to be hell on earth hell sheer hell it's all right for the first few weeks it's after the first few weeks

yes christina you may speak yeah this is really funny because i was going to mention this but we've just had a someone put on the gang chat on patty what no no no it's really good someone's just put can i just say more so to the pregnant girlies who are stressing i've seen so much scaremongering on tiktok tiktok and instagram about the newborn trenches when i was pregnant and it literally put the fear of god into me thinking i'd never be able to shower again and i'm sure all babies are different but it's 9 15 a.m and i've managed to shower put a full face on get him ready do washing and wash a million bottles just a message to say everything will be okay and your life isn't about to end in case anyone needs to hear it today oh well thank you

for that it's so true because as well do you not think that sometimes yeah you're gonna make out like oh doing a video and i've got one kid hanging off my tit then i've got this that the other that it's all for that but that person still managed to set a camera off like do you know what i mean that difficult honestly it's not it's the first few weeks basically you don't even know if they've got like reflux or anything for the first few weeks you're gonna be fine yeah do you know that's why they call it the fourth trimester because it is a part obviously i've done it and but it was so long ago and i've just made it in to this thing where in three weeks my life is over and it's got to the point where don't get me wrong i'm excited but the nerves and the fact

that this is it life's over is overtaking any excitement my mum said to me that are you excited obviously it's my mum i can be honest and on patreon to thousands of people i was like not really i'm more i'm scared as fuck it's the unknown it's the unknown again is it gonna like we've got a lot of kids yeah i am i'm really nervous so i've been trying to do anything i can possibly think of that could possibly be on my to-do list like buy a plant for the fucking corner table before the baby's gone born because in my head when it's born life's over no you'll be ordering all kinds of shite because you'll be sat there watching it have a nap or like and actually thinking about it i remember they sleep a lot in the day don't they so you are just kind

of sat and there's no routine at beginning you have to just go along with the baby and i weighed myself the other day no why the fuck no I'm all right I'll tell you why because isn't it true that it just depends how you feel on that day I was having a skinny day and I looked in the mirror I thought oh that bad I want to go weigh myself because I thought I can deal today if it's bad news on the scales okay I'm good with it it's like one of those where your weight might be the same but one day you feel awful and the next day you feel skinny because you put your tan on it's like one of them I thought I'm just gonna come on let's do it it's not as bad as you thought and actually I've gained about between two and two and a half stone that's average isn't it yeah which I don't

think that's I think I did three with fear and I'm nearly due so I worked out all right do you reckon you lose about a stone when they come out don't know I just didn't weigh myself loads of blood guts water pro what's it called the big thing that hangs in there placenta yeah um oh what are you doing with your placenta now it's going in the bin have you done your stem cell banking they have been they have been messaging me and i have been busy buying plants in the garden priorities um yes i am going i'm yes so i've just reminded you yes yes i've been too busy buying plants buying plastic plants from tk max to think about stem cell banking for my new child but i will i will um placenta i'm not doing anything with it i'm not gonna lie i could

sell you guys i could get a deal with them and sell it and say it's great i'm not saying it's not but i'll just be honest i haven't got round to it i'm not too fussed about it it can go in the bin yeah you're not that into all that i'm not that i know and i'm not going to pretend are you excited to get back on your supplements and stuff yes that i am so i'm excited to get back on like i've already started now leading up to it i'm making sure i'm taking my electrolytes i'm making sure my iron to try and prepare for surgery yeah and i'm excited for straight after when i can take everything again and i can be like i want to heal really well i'm gonna get dermalocks um i'm gonna go to charlotte she's down the road and she's got a not even she's got a big one so i can go on

every day she's gonna do my scar management and when i know the actual date i'm gonna book in this for h-bot and all that i'm excited for that i'm excited for the h-bot near you found one yeah nowhere near as good as claire's um but how much is it i can't remember it's not cheap i think i messaged them and i think they might do me a little bit of a deal not free um i can't remember it's about a grand for 10 usually i think it might have been 800 yeah yeah yeah but it wasn't as like high tech is it an individual one yes and is it like glass yeah it was a proper glass round one yeah it's so you get in it it's a bed yes it's the one they're good but it's not just the bag it's not the bag no yeah yeah i'm gonna do that and what we'll do i promise next week because

we'll be recording loads as well i will do a list for you all on what i'm doing before and what i'm doing after because that'll be a nice segment for us i promise you i say i'll do these things i will um but yeah i'm excited to recover i'm excited to get on my collagen my protein i want to try have you got your binder no but i'm going i was going to get a mac on one because we've used them before but am i like i'm then thinking it's the best because you can't take your verve when you're not when you're pregnant no so i can't are you gonna literally like wait three days and then get up on everything it's improved my only thing is i'm not sure do you know because so basically i'll have just had surgery so obviously bleeding is an issue um i'm not sure whether i should be

taking like vitamin e and stuff like that i'd wait five to seven days but um i was gonna say something really interesting then oh totally sorry about that guys hopefully she'll remember but yeah i will promise i will do like my before my after i'll do my hospital backpacking i've just made a thing you know you make a thing about something unnecessarily and then you just put it off for no you just make you like when you've got a bill or something that you just don't want to deal with a very adhd thing that's what i was gonna say so as well be aware of headaches oh if i get an epidural headache you won't know for about two or three weeks that was so bad and you so ill with that i was so ill and you think like i was like is this just

because i'm fucked because i've got a newborn or am i actually fucked in both ways um and yeah that was so that you've actually got if anyone doesn't know she got like um something that is a side effect isn't it of it's the epidural though isn't it or the spinal spinal yeah you could get it if you were just giving birth couldn't you naturally because of the spinal and something like some of your brain fluid leaks out of your back out of your back and then your brain swells up yeah alex you don't need to worry about that headache i was literally like downing codeine nothing was working sick and oh god it was just awful so is there anything can you do anything do you think to prevent that no it's the man or lady that puts it in it's there so when she's

putting it in or he's putting it in i had to go back for an operation twice though so they had to take blood out of my arm and then re-inject it into my back to try and clot the i have seen you know what funnily enough everyone you know you say section it's not risk-free no nothing is and i have had a few people that have kindly told me about their not great experiences with elective planned sections as well and i know a few there's a risk with everything that i follow on insta that i've had to go back in and are you going to take the blood thinners the that you inject yeah i did last time i didn't bother i think i did three and then got bored yeah which is very me it's like my invisalign yeah um yeah i think i did a few but yeah i'll do what i'll i do what

i want to do we're um we're not doctors though guys no so ignore most of the stuff we've said and the stuff about dubai because it's probably bullshit yeah anyway right in fact probably discount everything we've ever said because we'll probably change our minds next week right one of the topics that we were talking about and that's been on tiktok not that i know but it has been on insta a lot and it's been in the daily mail a lot is jojo siwa who is she what does she do so she was on a program that was an american dance mum program about dance moms that's what it's called and it was about like pageant kid that kind of thing so basically she's gone into the big brother house she's now like early 20s i think so she's got a girlfriend um

i'd read that she had a partner a partner yeah that she'd had for quite a while yeah and then she's gone in so whoever it is doesn't really matter the only reason it matters is because people were saying that the the reason that they can be friends is because she isn't straight and she isn't into men so that's why i'm talking about it she's gone in there and that weird guy can i say weird guy yeah you can say weird guy a bit weird i'm looking at christine like can i say this i don't know him he might not be weird this again we've been watching him a bit odd like so chris hughes i don't know him so i may be really unfairly judging he went out with olivia and that didn't i can't believe that yeah and the the doc he didn't come off right there

funnily enough because i did an spf one thing on insta the other day and a lady messaged me and she said i'm so glad that you're still promoting and talking about spf because in the um media at the minute like everything that everyone jumps on we're all going mental saying spf is a cancer carcinogenic cancer whatever it is causes cancer and we should avoid it even james right i could sometimes isn't it scary like sometimes like we just believe like i could smack him sometimes in the face so hard and i tell him when he does it because he will hear a headline something like joe rogan or something yes and he'll hear this headline and he'll just do you do that and blurb it out right so the other day he goes i said i need to get some sun cream he's like shouldn't

wear sun cream i was like you shouldn't wear sun cream shouldn't wear sun cream now causes cancer and the reason that we get burnt is because what we're eating i was like so we don't wear sun cream now no i was like and what about the risks of skin cancer well i said you're ridiculous where you're getting these facts from what i think the point is we need to be more careful with which sun cream we are using because a lot of them are full of shit just like everything else that and like we were saying they stain your hair they stain your clothes yeah but let's be honest So anyway, I got this message off a lady saying, I'm so glad you're still talking about SPF.

There's been a load in the media recently. And she said, it's personally really hurt me because I developed a... Melanoma. I can't remember the name of what it was. I can't remember, sorry. And it was on her nose and she's had to have it cut out, this, that, the other.

And they said it is from sun damage. She said, so it's really triggering for me at the minute when people are saying boycott sun cream. Okay then, and get skin cancer on your nose. Yeah. So I do still think, yes, be careful which you're using. I was talking about the kids and he was like, i'm constantly spraying them yeah come on yeah there's a middle ground and i'm sure there's some

truth in everything yeah but my child is not going out and getting burnt because no and that's what that supplement i spoke about called astaxan and that's like an internal an internal spf and that's in verve isn't it yes and i'm gonna down that so much when i'm out when so have a look at astaxan so it took us on to then spfs in general i get asked about it absolutely loads and i do think you nowadays you need to wear it every day like ashley said in the past in your house out your house doesn't matter so let's find ones that are good enough that are good for your skin as well because i think back in the day you used to think of spf causing you spots and clogging your pores which some do so here are some of the ones that we recommend and that we love now this is the one

that i tag all the time and it's la roche posay anthelios so it's in like the little white bottle and it's liquidy it's invisible fluid and it's spf 50 so it's really lightweight it is not greasy if you've got a slightly greasier skin what i think is i sometimes don't use my moisturizer and i use an spf that's quite moisturizing yeah you don't always need to do the moisturizer make sure your spf is your last step but you don't always need the moisturizer if you've got a greasy skin yeah if you've got a greasy skin skip the moisturizer that day but get a good spf from a skincare place not a nivia yeah whatever nothing against nivia but you know what i mean so it's about 20 quid it's good for sensitive skin you can put makeup on top of it and i really like

goes on nice and thin you moisturize in and it is lovely so that is one of my tiny bottle but lasts a long time lasts a long time um the other one that i talk about quite a lot on my stories is heliocare i really rate heliocare i think the price points decent smells nice they do a tinted one which is gorgeous they do basically and this is what i think we just need to be thinking about choose your spf like you would choose your moisturizer or your skincare base it on your skin type so heliocare have loads of different ones within the range for oily skin and that one they have all different ones so go on there and pick what suits your skin and heliocare have loads i also love things that you spray over well yes um actually garnier do a really nice spray one

and it's for on top of makeup perfect and it's in a tiny um bottle so i have it in my car and you can put it on the backs of your hands and you spray it on your face and it's like a very fine light mist perfect uh let me search it now while you talk about the next one with helio care guys if you're looking for one where and you've got an acne prone or an oily skin go for the gel or it's gel so it's not cream it's oil free go for that one if you have got an oilier skin and use it instead of your moisturizer i found it here it's called super uv over makeup mist perfect it's honestly guys this one is it's very high protection 50 plus with vitamin e and hyaluronic acid there's another one oh my god i've got this one as well now this is new i'm gonna buy this and try it

garnier vitamin c brightening over makeup mist see it's up in the they're up in the game there's one anti-dark ultra sun i think it's called oh yes yeah i use that over the spell i like that one um and la roche-posay do one as la roche-posay do one as well helio car i've got a mist too i like the mist but don't do it instead of so do your normal spf and then throughout the day redo it over your makeup super goop yes so nice they do the original one that they first ever brought out i didn't love but they've brought out and changed a lot since and they've got all different ones the tinted one is really nice and there is loads of different shades of it like 15 or something so you need to go in really to get that um but they do one called an unseen sunscreen only thing is

it's only spf 30 for me i want a 50 like if i'm doing it i really do want a 50 and i also love meso aesthetics m-e-s-o aesthetics and they do a pigment control one a lot of them do this to be fair people that suffer with pigmentation and melasma like me and they do a one that's got a tint to it which is actually absolutely lovely as well okay and i like their range because a lot of their stuff is about pigment control so if you're a pigment person that's really really good as well fenty do one oh i've seen people again it's a 30 up to you guys i just think go for the highest on your face if i'm going to the level of putting it on yeah yeah let's go for the 50 that's personally what i think bioma do a really nice light one as well um so there are is there any

others that you can think of highlight the aldi sun cream i think it's really good and it's great value um i like aldi sun cream but it turns my clothes yellow really yeah do you know what to be fair the other day when i was getting my dubai clothes out i had a for love and lemons i think it was about 500 white dress and it's gone orange and sarah was like actually it's from sun cream is the aldi kids one is great great price point all the rest of it and could you like that and it does it stains um so that is a tough one wait we have a tip do we malibu say for this time of year guys if you are a blondie or a caramelly color girly on your hair brownie hair extensions if you get any kind of sun cream on it turns them really really like red

orange orangey coppery toned not good no so malibu sea basically it's like these little sachets of powder just take some of them have them with you on holiday because you don't want a nightmare and you put it in your hair and it gets rid of the orange um i always get a few sachets from the hairdressers you can buy the bottles of it yeah easier for a sachet isn't it and you basically get your water in your hand you get the powder you mix it up it's a bit messy it is a bit messy but you're in the shower it's a messy place and it gets rid of that hard water um that's just reminded me of something i'll talk about that another time we've not got the time for that anyway guys tune in and i might remember next time um anyway guys i think we'll call it a day
