in a bedroom i shouted then felt awful for shouting um then i had to get us both out of the house really quickly she wouldn't brush her hair or brush her teeth so she stunk got her in the car i'm sweating by this point there was an accident on the motorway had to go a different way she kept wanting to change the songs i've had barbie girl on i've had blue dabba dee dabba die then i had to hold a hand anyway long story short loads of tears then i dropped her off with a father who probably got up this morning had a coffee coffee had a bit of breakfast maybe went to the gym got dressed did his hair watched a bit telly got in the car and just came to me now this isn't against him in particular but when you find yourself as the one as the main carer i just

today i'm irritated by it know that i have to run around like a blue ass fly just to get to the destination for my day off i always feel like that when she's ill and you've been up all night with her yeah and you have to deal with the shite so today i'm just annoyed about that and i'm stopping smoking and i'm on day three so wish me luck okay so let's outline what we both constitute as cheating because i do think that it's quite a gray area so i think before we start we should know what our opinions are on the rules let's set our own rules because everybody's got their own okay kissing yeah that's fucking cheating yeah texting or messaging on instagram i'm gonna say it's not cheating it depends on the amount of messages the amount of messages and the

content yeah yeah because i mean you could just message your friend but obviously we're talking here clearly about something slightly inappropriate i wouldn't call it cheating personally i would call it shady motherfucking behavior yeah liking other girls photos both famous and non-famous girls don't think it matters whether they're famous or not i think the content of the picture the liking if it's one of the kid and the baby daddy you like away sweetheart if it's of them with the crotch out again it comes under respect yes it's i think not cheating no it's not cheating it's just really disrespectful i think okay um what about watching porn buying nudes having an only fans account oh okay oh that's a really hard one you've not paid for is okay you can pay for

There's an emotional connection with another woman that is more than just friendship. Yeah. That is such a grey area.

And if I found out that my husband had been having phone calls and talking to another woman and hiding it from me that I didn't know about, I would constitute that as not okay behaviour. not okay and leading to definitely not okay behavior this is the thing it all starts somewhere yeah and then it leads further so men if you're listening if you are women if you find yourself

been on a night out or they've been on a last holiday you know you hang fire a few days and then you boom you catch them why are you following mary from scotland hun like when was the last time no no so that's a good but you need with this one i mean we'll talk about this maybe a bit further on but i think you need to keep your cards close to your chest keep adding this information up keep it very close because you're gonna need it if you tell them early that you know this the game is up so you have to find another way to get around it without telling them the trick it's so hard sitting on that i can sit on stuff for a very long time oh and then i below oh okay well next one this one i think is a step too far if i found out that someone had

done this to me then i'd break up with them immediately what do you think put your ipad in his boot and track it on so basically you're putting a tracker i've considered this so when i was with somebody and i had this feeling the gut feeling there's nothing worse i was googling because i was gonna buy a tape recorder and i was gonna put it underneath the car and turn it on and then i could listen to his entire conversations in the car and then when he got home i would go and get it if i want and then i would listen back to who he's on the phone to i would have caught him out yeah but i decided it was a step too far um and if i got caught i think it's illegal as well so i mean i wouldn't have cared about that at that point like arrest me a bit like controlling

abusive oh weird yeah i'm still single you know like don't tell everyone that but yeah i think that's weird but i'm not saying i wouldn't do it so there you go there's another option okay recently used emojis and secret apps so when it says secret apps what does that mean oh you can put your apps in a secret place so did you know as well wait this is a good one they they can have what's called a photo locker with a secret passcode on and they hide all of their ex-girlfriend's nudes on there yeah so it's called something like secret photo album or locker or something really inconspicuous and they have a passcode to get in and what are you gonna do what are you gonna do with your ex's news like you're not together anymore so why would you

want to walk over no i understand it because men are so weird it's like a collector's like a collector's album as if like they can walk around with this massive briefcase of nudes and then open it and they all come out like yeah these are all the women i've been with yeah so i i do get why men do that they probably don't sit and look at them i mean they just like to have them like like keeping knickers yeah like as in like their trophies so um recently used emojis why would a boy have in their recently used emojis a water squirt a love heart an aubergine then you know they've been up to something because he's just messaged his girlfriend saying i'm gonna wash the aubergines babes and then come back for tea and then we'll make love after i've washed

after i've done the um aubergine curry oh this is one i noticed two mugs in the kitchen sink and the house was overly tidy now they've been having fun having a brew oh he's had a naughty cup of tea i wouldn't think that was i mean the house being overly tidy thing when i come to my cheating story this is how i knew he was cheating because he had cleaned the whole house and changed the beds so when i get to that so he was quite um considerate cheap yeah it's like when your mom and dad go away and they leave you and your brother or sister in the house and when they come back they either expect it to be like a shithole yeah which is what they'd expect oh you've had some mad gaff by and you that's why it's absolutely perfect to bottom

the cheat now let's go into a bit more detail on how you have caught this has been so much fun we asked you all to send us in the ways that you caught your partner cheating and we've had such a laugh haven't we there were some really good ones but i think our favorite i think the spoon one do you think the spoon do you want to tell the spoon yeah so i got a message obviously everything's always anonymous so please tell us everything and we will never say your names or have a nosy at you or anything so this particular girl had a feeling that her partner was cheating on her so she did the usual instagram he was out so she looked where he might be where the girl she had the feeling about might be and she found a picture of the girl she had this feeling about and the picture was

just her sat posing you wouldn't really think much of it so she was looking around the picture again nothing really and then she saw the spoon and she thought ah you reflective little bastard she said she saw his fat face in the spoon so she zoomed in and there he was and there he was his fat cheating face in the spoon that has got to be my fave okay so the next one i was sat using my own ipad and a nude came through on imessage turned out he had been on the ipad while i was working but forgot to log now this icloud situation dangerous yeah danger that message that we had telling us how you can hack into people's icloud we're not going into that because it's too scary yeah but there is a way that some people are doing that shit yeah um so

be careful what you keep on your phone but erase erase erase delete delete especially i've heard like about when people's kids have had the ipad and then given them to someone else and they've everything is on there another funny one that we had was that he'd been on a night out and he'd done something like 30 000 steps and that's how she knew that he'd been thrusting 30 000 times hard and it was said like his heart rate for like 10 minutes it's like like three well you would not know if i had one on because my heart rate remains the same so don't ever wear your apple watch while you're going to be cheating okay i wouldn't say that this is a way of finding out that they've cheated i found a thin strand of

blonde hair in the car and i'm brunette just because like how do you not know whose hair that is people can shed like you could shed it onto you from someone in a shop and then bring it yeah so i don't feel like that's fair no i don't think if the hair which one of the messages said was ready for this purple i saw there was a purple extension now that is different yeah i think a blonde strand let him live yeah okay so we've talked about how you guys found things out and now we're going to talk about our experience with cheating so ashley one of my favorite finding out about cheating stories um is well you know it i'll let you tell it tell us tell us it was when i first met you i think yeah as i've mentioned previously i found out via a clean house so i'll condense this story

as much as possible but still keep the goods in i'll keep the good bits in so i was going out with a guy that played football and he was away at the world cup for quite a long time say his name no i'm not saying his name i'll say it when he first went away to the world cup our house got broken into quite badly when me and my sister were in so we had some cctv installed and some of the cctv was inside the house and on the outside of the house anyway I was still at uni and I was also working on Big Brother at the time doing auditions all over the country so me and him were like passing ships in the night because he'd come back for a few days and I would be away with work and the hours that I was working were like absolutely crazy but we'd always check in on each other and

say how are you love you we've been together for a few years and it was just quite comfortable anyway he joined a different team in scotland so when i got back from working on big brother he wasn't cheating with mary from scotland no no so when i got back from working on big brother my sister also lived with us in the house as well and my sister was like ashley i need to tell you something so i was like go on she said i find it very odd he said i'm having my friends around so i want you to leave for the night so she went and stayed at my mum and dad's house and she was like you know he has friends around all the time and has never asked me to leave as soon as i walked in the house with her i knew something had happened because the house

was absolutely immaculate all of the pictures that were of us on the fridge were all gone so i don't know well you're gonna find out my sister went ashley let's check the bins oh we rummaged through those bins before yep the photos of us that were on the fridge were ripped up so we must have had a few drinks in front of these girls that he had back and ripped them up there was plastic cups yeah great idea hon use the plastic lipstick the lip gloss dirty crusty lip gloss was round the rim anyway my sister found out where he'd been on the night out and that was back in the facebook days do you know like scintillate and everything they take pictures of you so we found him then we found the girls that had gone back and at the time

in my walk-in wardrobe i had you know that glitter wallpaper yes and it was like full blown a piece of glitter yeah i remember black glitter wallpaper and one of the girls that we found had changed her new profile picture to being stood with the glitter my black glitter wallpaper anyway we're at this point like putting the stuff away in the locker we're probably like only four hours in this is why i'm saying don't let on early you need to get your back unfortunately i lost my head did you lose your shirt i rang our security guard i was like this is going to be the bit that blows us into the we have caught you red-handed because i'd never caught him red-handed before there'd been a few other occasions but i just wanted to know even if he just said to me

Yeah, I did. But he would never admit that he did. And that's the worst thing. He will just say it. Let me have that closure. So I rang the security guard and I said to him, hello, could you come round and pull the CCTV from two nights ago? Something's gone missing in the house.

Anyway, the bastard must have rang him to check it was okay. Men looking after men. Because I got, and I'd employed the man as well. So I got a phone call off him and he said, Ashley, I'm really sorry. There's a fault with the CCTV and we can't pull it. So I had all that information. I spoke to the girls.

They would deny it. This is another thing. Sorry to interject. Girls, let's not deny any longer. Can we make that a thing? Because this has happened to me where somebody asked me if I was talking to a guy and actually at the time it wasn't anything serious.

So I said, no, nothing serious. But I wish I'd have been a bit more forthcoming with information about the things he'd said. and i just think in my past cheating stories whenever i've asked the girl they have told me so can we all agree to tell and then you're not the bad one you're not the one in the relationship because then they'd stop doing it i don't know now i've got like older and stuff so from that story we split up and as i've got older now i honestly think as women you have got a sixth sense oh my god as soon as you start to think that something's going on that's your point to leave

and all of these girls messaging girls and doing this and that i completely disagree with it i would never check my partner's phone and i'd be really offended if you checked mine yeah i'm so much more mature now than i was before where i used to run in route get on the phone i would never ever ever do that now i just think if you honestly are gonna go and look through someone's personal belongings someone's phone there's a go out to try and find them or start messaging girls like it's not okay just end it there i completely agree and i've fallen into that trap before so what's your cheating story well i've never actually officially caught anyone with my situations we've always been in a bad patch towards the end so it's like you're on a break and this is what's

happened to me every time because i don't leave when i should as you know i let things get so bad but i don't leave until i'm pushed and i don't know why that is i need to see my therapist for that but there's a reason that i won't let go and it gets to the point that they then move on while we're still together then it ends because that's what men do they find they make sure they've got a backup first and then they jump ship i should have left these before that happened but i don't so what can you do about that but with yeah i've never actually physically found someone that's cheated and then said to me yes i did cheat that has never happened to me however once i found on a guy i'd been with i was with him for a while after about three months i had his work phone and

again like you say ashley probably shouldn't have checked but i had his work phone he left it do you remember this and i went on it of course because i thought if you're gonna do something dodgy you ain't doing it on your own phone you're doing it on your work phone business and pleasure exactly so this was yeah business and pleasure so i went on it and had a little look through recently deleted pictures always a good one to look at oh yeah they never clear the fucking contact when they get back from holiday block contact from that so i looked through and i found that the person was on like a bit of a

dirty website I didn't trust him after that so I kept nitpicking probably shouldn't have done I should have just gone so I'm looking through and then I thought

I'd go onto the website where he'd got these contacts from I didn't have a profile no listen so I thought I need to find his profile at the same time

my grandma poor Vera she keeps getting brought into this was really critically ill in hospital she wasn't conscious it sounds awful so I was sat with her

basically but at the same time I'd found that he was on this website was your heart going my heart was going I was sweating so I got the website

right up and i thought i need to find him i've got to find he must have a profile so oh my god so i went through but the pictures were all of dicks so it was gay no no no no the profile pictures of the men on there were their penises i had to find his penis so i sat next to my poor grandma for sweating looking at dicks looking at dicks going like this scroll scroll scroll not here not too big too small and i'm just going through these dicks right and then behind me was a window to the ward where the reception desk was. We were on a ward

do that and i think it's men though i would never normally have done that and since then i've had so many relationships that have been like that that i feel like they've made me mental you're just messing around them with i agree i agree i agree but i feel like that i've been made mental and i didn't you need to focus all of your energies on different things rather than what a fuck boy is doing no i completely agree okay lauren so the big question that everyone has asked well not everyone but a few people once a cheat always a cheat well you know what my answer is going to be because i forgive maybe an average of 10 times so i'm gonna say no i don't think that i think when you're younger you do silly things when you're with the wrong people however i don't think it's

about the cheating i think it's about the personality if you're with a man that craves attention that has feels like they have to sometimes they're quite um they've got a low self-confidence so they feel like they need attention from women i feel it's more on social media very active yeah i think it's more the personality of the man than if they've cheated before if there are certain personality then there's a very good chance that they will they will do it again if it was a one-off mistake and we all make mistakes which is why i'm so forgiving because we all do we do make mistakes then i think it can be rectified yeah i agree and i i've done it before have you cheated yeah have you i've never cheated really yeah genuine i've had emotional

slightly things oh no i've never had like emotional things i've never done a physical no yeah i have wow not for a very very very long yeah but we all do it so you understand so i do think and you wouldn't do it now so you can change it's behavioral patterns that i feel cannot change and if they do it over 30 you're fucked and i posted a picture last week about red flags as in men that are really active on social media and i think that this is a massive massive red flag for a narcissist a narcissist because think about it you know during the day you should be focusing between nine and five really on work that's not i'm really sorry this is probably really sexist what we're saying but i just don't think that a man

really needs to be as showy offy on social media i think we are being really sexist here but we're being honest maybe someone can change our opinion so let's answer some of the questions that you guys sent in to us this is a good question lauren how is the best way to react to cheating do you burn his clothes and trash the house or walk away and keep it sassy i have always been a walk away and keep it sassy always but you messaged the girls oh my god yeah

that was finding out but once I knew I've always been or maybe not necessarily walk away but I've always been I've never been right I'm gonna go out

and cheat on you now I'm gonna scream it off the rooftops I'm gonna burn your clothes I'm gonna make you pay that has never actually been me I haven't really done that

I've always just kept quiet afterwards but what about you so oh once I put some milk in his belongings when I gave them back because my friend did it

so I tried it and I was so happy and I was literally going like this as I threw milk in the bag of his clothes i gave back that's the only thing i've ever done one of my friends had a really bad breakup and we did do something with milk and it was very very satisfying did you enjoy it afterwards yeah we did but then we went a bit under afterwards because we were kind of like

book i've had for about six seven years and it has the answer to every single question in it so go and buy the book and then come back you're getting commission on the book no let's contact the person the book is so good honestly i read a page once and then stopped reading it well so the next question we have is this i know that my friend is cheating on his girlfriend so this has come from a man then oh no it could be a woman friend but i have only it was from a woman okay but i've only met her a couple of times he won't tell her so should i so this woman's now thinking woman to woman i want to tell her she's been bloody cheated on but it's my friend absolutely not no it's not any of your business leave it as it is have a word with him person that gets the

shits from it have a word with him by all means and just say like i really disagree with what you're doing don't lead her on anymore or stop the cheating and carry on but her telling the other the girlfriend is completely the wrong thing to do and it makes you look really petty and girly and weird however however and this goes back to me saying girls should be honest and reply if you've been doing the dirty i think sometimes the fact that nobody ever wants to get involved means that these poor girls right that are getting cheated on probably me constantly everyone knows but no one wants to be the one to put them out of the misery i know girls like that and like in my area you would say oh such and such people would know and it was probably me at one point and everybody

knows but nobody says it however i still feel if it's your friend yes they're doing wrong but your friend your loyalties to your friend you don't fuck them up like that but definitely speak to them and say i completely disagree here yeah do not tell the girl one-on-one okay am i a bad person forgetting with a guy who's in a relationship i don't know the girl and i rarely see a future with him wow this is hard my first question is why would you want a relationship or a future with a man who's got a girlfriend and he's cheating lauren they might have got into something or have this wild sparking again which like we said stuff happens i agree there is circumstance around everything so they may have literally been walking down the road and like love and he's not happy and

and he's not let her know but then he's become clean to her but that's one circumstance or the other one could be that she was on a night out she fancied him he said hey i've got a girlfriend and she's still carried it on it's a dog eat dog world out there and do you think it's okay uh i would say i would say to him and it this will give you the answer so back to the book this is what the book would say if she sees a future with him she needs if you let them go and they come back to you they were yours all along okay remember that so if she says to him listen i really see a future with you we need to stop this until you leave your girlfriend or you stay with her because otherwise he's going to want the best of both worlds why would you not exactly if you give them

that option they're gonna and if he goes back to the girl then he was not meant to be and there will be another man i don't think she's a bad person for doing it i think stuff happens we all get ourselves into situations i've done it so many times i thought how did i get here it doesn't make you a bad person but i just now she knows the facts then she needs something she needs to do something about it now she does yeah it's what do you call it an ultimatum ultimatum your ultimatum yeah are you thinking of antenatal no let's do a segment called ashley's appointments every week and i will talk you through the thousands of appointments that i've had oh i've just had botox in my armpits well that's good okay carry on so i had a consultation for an eyebrow lift

this week the second surgeon to say no he said no uh so i guess we're not doing that guys but do we go for a third opinion can i just tell you something really funny about this about this is me and ashley's to a t so we're talking about this brow lifting that she was going to do and i was you know trying to be serious about it and i said okay so you know why why do you think you need it i really don't think you need it why do you think you need it and i was trying to be the voice of reason and ashley said because i want to look like bella hadid and my answer is ah okay so I got declined for the eyebrow lift I've been for two facials I've had my hair blown and what other appointments have I got coming up going to look at some earrings this weekend

wow your life is so much more fun than I know life's been fine apart from my oven broke last night fully smashed didn't it yeah but that's a good excuse to not cook anyway so we'll this segment is really just making me feel shit no no no this morning was a nightmare with Saskia she was crying because she didn't have her sunglasses to take to nursery and she's obsessed with sunglasses so I had to stop at Sainsbury's to get some so yeah that's about it annoying and that's that and Ashley can't have a brow lift nope quickly before we say goodbye we just wanted to talk about the recent press interest we've had Ashley you may have seen us on the front of quite a few little papers very good ones like the scottish sun the lancashire telegraph no that

one was nice so we've ended up and we've been sent it a few times as well on the front of um a few magazines mem being one of them we did a really nice interview with a lovely lady um and we talked mainly about the podcast and it was really good interview however when it actually came out we realized that the title wasn't about the podcast which was probably our fault to be what did we expect yeah we've learned there it actually became about how many thousands of pounds we'd spent on surgery and that we were mums we were mums that had had surgery and then loads of sexy pictures of us which i was buzzing about yeah but yeah that that kind of came to our attention people are the the shit we got on i've not told you i replied to someone on facebook no you did i

did no i've not told you both so there's a facebook thing they're all commenting giving us shit and i've never done this before and i got really angry because one of the women wrote um what awful role models to my daughter and I thought nah no so I 11 o'clock I was lying in bed I was sweating and I replied saying actually I think you'll find I'm a great role model for your daughter and so is Ashley please listen to the podcast and think again I thought what have you just done what have you just done Lauren so we've said we kind of um expected it didn't we we shouldn't have really spoken to the press about without guidance without guidance we've lived and we've we've learned but it is proving a point to us here that anything that you do as a woman certain
