got quite a few things to tell us so the first thing i want to know is the ghost walk yeah and then there's something else i want to know about okay more naughty yes okay so tell us about the ghost so um i went on the historic ghost walk of knutsford i just i think they do like two a month and wow i think people go twice a month i mean we're old now what else is there to do have you finished have you watched all the real housewives it's starting again next week so you won't need to go on a walk so but i had a fantastic time and i would 10 out of 10 right tell me what you did because so we met at this pub i've seen by the way guys we've got a photo and we're going to put it in patreon yeah we've got a photo the some people that were on the ghost walk didn't

want a picture i wouldn't want a picture either i wouldn't want to put my name to that um so yeah i we met in this like pub thing and then the man took us around knoxford and like showed us like where weird stuff had happened and like talked us through everything like was it like did you talk then we had to get this app on our phones that showed you where there was where there's dead people nowhere there was a emf like and there was it like we went around the graveyard with it and then we went you were trampling on people's graves we went in this pub that was haunted at the end and we had a ghost reader and they let us go in the cellar and it was like right right so the app yeah tells you when there's a ghost nearby amy downloaded it yeah and how does

it tell you that like a spooky skeleton there's a spooky skeleton but on everyone had the app and on everyone's app the same place showed uh something yeah because wouldn't the app just be programmed i don't fucking know but i she just i've never actually seen a ghost and what about the bing bing bing what was that i saw the thing that was that was the ghost reader so that's yeah and then and then at the end when we went to that pub the man showed us videos of cctv in the pub where weird stuff had happened like things moving yeah and it was weird like the man that owned the pub was like he'd walk in like he was like stood having a drink in the morning put his drink down and the drink was like oh god that's scary and then like and he's still there there's a pub in

knutsford called the cross keys and the table in the window is a known haunted table and they people like literally experience it all the time they ask to sit in that table because your drinks just go do you think somebody died whilst having a pint at that table and now they're stuck

at the table well there was all kinds of stories about um like people if I was gonna die I'd sit up I would sit up

in the pub as well for the rest of eternity like where else you're gonna go yeah I mean you could just be an alcoholic ghost yeah

that'd be fantastic if they sat on a certain table do you think that when you're sat there like the ghost sat there having a pint too don't know

but sending ghost videos guys because I love it not to me to me um i've done a tiktok on it you know the guy who owned the pub did he still he lived there as well yeah yeah and was he not scared was he just like it's one of those things it's one of those things and like he kind of feels like they live with it like it's just yeah yeah right have you ever seen a ghost no have you christina yes oh i try and put this off so many times because

i don't want to hear it oh i i really believe i think this sounds right up my street i think you'll be way too harsh on this did you feel like creeped out when you were there yeah honestly why would you want to do that and then when you're at home on your own and it's dark then i'm like i love it do you not like watching scary films on your own no i don't watch scary films why would i want to wake up in the night when if james is away and be frightened to death of a ghost in the house yeah what's good about that i can't watch spooky things i can't what no but i have i feel like i've got trauma from being a kid because you know like everyone's scared when the children but when i tell you i was petrified when i went to bed of any ghosts demons robbers

robbers demons like thieves thieves anything have you put the thief not like not like actual people but more scared like ghosts and i would get in bed and when i say i would shake in my bed i know what that's and i've got like a really soft goosebumps yes i used to read the book so scared and then the fear i can feel it now i'd get in my mom's bed and be like there's aliens flying out of the sky so when fear ever comes to me and says she's had a nightmare i always let her in because i can remember that feeling when you go to your mom you would go back to bed and you'd be like no and you'd be honestly i would sweat i'd have the covers over my head i'd sweat and i think i think i'm scarred no i just worry about things like

where my birth certificate is and shit yeah like i went the house i to be fair i used to live in another house a lot lot bigger house and we moved and in that other house i've never been more i've never been frightened in the house i'm in now but that other one it was i was scared and i heard creaking like when i knew my mum wasn't upstairs you would hear creaking it was an older house so maybe that's normal um but that house was fucking scary like i still have nightmares about that house now what the hell where i'm in it and there's ghosts so i wonder if maybe that was haunted so i've decided what i want to do for my 40th as well because it's not a trip to mobs then no i want to go to area 51 right but you know when you're there yeah you can't actually you

don't get in you can't no but they do these special tours where if you pay like a premium one yeah the like a security guy takes you to right near where you can go yeah that's where i got the idea is aliens right yeah not ghosts uh do you believe in aliens yeah yeah 100 yeah i do yeah yeah i've seen i've seen aliens when i'm driving at night what what where what like on on the road no like in the sky and stuff like is that a plane could have been a plane could have been on shrooms no i do believe in aliens because i just think the world is so big we know nothing about we could be a microscopic germ living in germs oh my god we could like we could be like this grain of sand i sometimes think about the truman show and that gives me the

fucking creeps that we could be in a tv show and everyone's laughing at us we could be the sims we are sims and someone's like yeah you don't know there could be somebody right guys this conversation anyway next remember when you used to lock them in the house and burn them down yeah yeah anyway right so you did the ghost i was horrible to my sims but i felt so they had the worst lives ever i would take the door away so they had to keep walking into the wall because i got fully addicted to that no but i had something called um babies where you looked after a baby i don't it was babies with a zed don't know if anyone ever had that and pets with a zed where you looked

after dogs yeah and you give them like and they got yeah when you gave them like food you remember that anyway right that's great and the ghost walks really interesting but i want to know more about this night right okay so i went out because a lot of your favorite your famous last words can i just say is i'm literally just gonna meet the girls we're just gonna have a curry i probably won't eat too much and a couple of wines yeah that's the last i heard i was upset as well so i was like not in the right headspace i ended up in a strip club um i love a fucking strip club obviously because it's the last place open and it's fun and there's always loads of men in there so um basically we went out into hail and then we ended up in altringham in goose green which is absolutely

rancid what is it a pub or a club no it's like a courtyard of of bars oh okay but everyone's 18 okay and like guys were coming over to talk to me like wow and then i was like i could be your mom and then they'd go back and get their mates and be like she's got three kids i said this i said this on the pod a long time ago at the very beginning and i got absolutely fucking rinsed for it in my local area because you might not remember but i fucking do i said i love going out in areas where it's quite low bar yeah and that sounds horrible but because you're the fittest there and everyone thinks you're amazing and i got really slagged off now you saw loads of listeners did you yeah young girls now and i sound like such an old lady saying

this but they go out in their gym clothes yeah no like full-on like flare leggings matching zip they just go out and it just carries on which is the best night anyway i think like they don't get dressed for their night out they go to the pub after and it continues well i was in leggings and a top i suppose yeah um but yeah so i went there and then i ended up in totties i think you've been in totties before i've never been to a strip club okay well it's not a strip club anymore it's just not a strip club if totties are listening but it yeah um yeah anyway me and amy there we're like whoo so what is that it's a strip club but it's not i don't know i can't figure out it's called totties though right so you're going for the top um and you go like up

current skincare routine what would you what would you recommend is your top three also let's not forget like it's so expensive having access to someone that can handle you and as well what i must say like we've worked in aesthetics and you know i have got um the skincare what you call it i can do qualified yeah so basically if you're going to one person though and they only sell one range just don't forget that yeah because they're just going to sell you their shit aren't they yeah so what we wanted to do is rather than saying well it's really hard to give you a skincare routine unless we know about your skin type we've broken it down for you into different skin types and different products right so basically i spoke to my facialist emeline sweet who is absolutely

unbelievable she knows more about skin than like we go to some amazing people you go to charlotte skin address yeah she's incredible um i go to frankie at skin doctor as well um we go to all kinds of when you find somewhere you like don't hop either because sometimes you've got to let them have their time with your skin you may have a purge yeah if you're changing stuff around remember that actually when we're talking about this i or we get contacted by brands all the time to work with them on the skincare side of things supplements and skin you have to use them for a number of weeks before you decide on them because you don't want to fuck your routine up trying something new do you sometimes yeah yeah okay so a basic skincare routine a cleanser a toner

a serum a moisturizer and sunscreen in the morning only so that's like what we would call a routine right so acne prone skin you should use a gentle exfoliating cleanser which contains ahas or enzymes because then it removes oil yeah so we like the cera v salicylic is brilliant cera v is brilliant it's a good they've got different ranges good start point yeah it's like a tenor yeah really it's always on offer in boots so a salicylic as well toner you should use an alcohol free toner and she's recommended one called nimue this is a range that she's got there which is amazing but aha is refines pores so my treatment has got aha so that's an active exactly and your toner what you want to do obviously ashes is a treatment more but like if you use like a daily

toner cotton pad and it gets rid of any last bits of dirt grime and it unclogs your pores toners are underrated i love we always say it a bargy poor it's my favorite in the whole world poor therapy however if you've got sensitive very strong very strong i really like pixie do a glycolic glycolic and they do a rose one which is just if you've got sensitive skin yeah it's called something right and it just takes away i love the pixie under eye patches i think it's really important the toning step really important um moisturizer needs to not be too heavy um this is for an acne skin right yeah so at night she has recommended the skin better science clearing serum skin better science is fantastic but it's not cheap is it at all no

it's very expensive what other clearing serum would you recommend do you know i'm posted this on my story the day the inky list apparently they're um they have a serum and i can't remember the bloody name of it the pericone blemish range is really good oh my god yeah guys for mid-range would you call it yeah mid-range honestly the pericone um i think it might be my highlights it might not now i can't remember the pericone blemish range is really really good for a mid-range all of the whole range is fantastic i know we work with them and stuff but i'm not joking unbelievable um she's also spoken here about um supplements it's vital to treat acne prone skin from the inside out for optimal results for acne prone skin consider skin aid clear or advanced

nutrition acumax acumax is really really good it's that's got dim in it so dim is a derived from like broccoli oh which is so good for yeah like cellulite bad skin all of that get your greens um also bends anything with benzoyl peroxide yeah but oh my god my bedding was ruined if you've got acne acne i think it's called duac one of the names of it i found very strong strong it's strong um my treatment is absolutely unbelievable for acne prone skin have you seen some of those before amazing honestly unreal right dry skin cleanser use a beauty uh she's recommended her cleansing beauty balm she says twice a day you should use so we i've got kind of something to go back on i really like still not good for my skin and i don't like anything smelly or spa life but i feel

the dior beauty one is absolutely stunning in our bag yeah i because yeah lauren you've said oh i can't get enough of it yeah and then i'll get a hot cloth and take my makeup off and i'm like it depends on your skin type it really does um but with that um then your toner i mentioned before the rose tonic that kind of thing that's like a really gentle well she's said to use the four lead refining lotion i think you've been sent the four lead stuff as well it's literally like water in a bottle but it's pure hyaluronic acid with tiny tiny tiny molecules hyaluronic acid in general supposedly the kardashians use um four lead emeline does a facial with their stuff it's fucking unbelievable um or a vitamin c serum is always really good for dry skin i think vitamin

c should be in most routines agree what's your favorite oh my god derma quest i've been using i love their eye cream and i've got their eye cream as well the charlotte gave it me she gave me yeah um yeah it's the retinol yes the derma quest c serum i also really like the abagi serum is it a serum or a moisturizer it's a serum but it's strong so you can't really put makeup on you need to yeah it's quite strong but i do think a c serum needs to be and then what c serum does as well is it helps protect against free radicals yeah and the only things like you know the sun is it's not that it's pollution that can give you discoloration and dullness so vitamin c will brighten your skin tell you what's a good one um skin to use to cause the ferulic c ferulic

stunning oh my god i have just got their ptox oh is it good you need really it's meant to be like botox in a bottle i like some of that it's so expensive though isn't it uh the jamarini siesta is absolutely lovely too the um i don't know how you see it say it's course c course x that course x the snail mucus no um their moisture i know their moisturizer is lovely for all skin types it's really thin it's on tiktok shop yeah it's really really good and their spot pads are good um okay so also she says look after your neck as well that's so important a nighttime oil for dry skin a hyaluronic oil for extra nourishment and then you have to lock it in with a thicker moisturizer always thin to thick incorporate sheet masks in weekly i try and do two three a week

yeah i probably do about two a week she depends on my skin the pericone sheet masks are stunning the cold plasma ones the current body hydrate what the garnier ones the garnier so nice they're good for the price and on amazon i did a post about a few months ago they were like two quid they're good on offer for two quid um on black friday they usually do like a pack of them can i just say that it's such a nice secret santa present and what i do with my sheet masks as well guys is i keep them in the back of the fridge yeah so when i get it out and put it on um it's nice and cold and another mask that i absolutely love is the jam marini pineapple enzyme mask oh it's like exfoliates and they skin uh skin suitable phyto mask the green one yes i've seen

that very good for redness um the resume oh my god how did i forget advanced the peptide the night thing the night one it's basically resume before bed resume is so underrated it's hard to get hold of everyone's always like where do you get it from to get hold of um i think if you search their website we love their scar repair 40 will get rid of any any any scar stunning don't know what the hell it's got in it when i was pregnant i went through bottles of this stuff and i don't have one stretch mark don't know if it's genetics i couldn't tell you but i swore by that and the mamma mia oil um but yeah they do an marine peptide plenish mask or something something like and it's clear and i my skin drinks it does your straight away in stunning gorgeous overnight um

okay so for oily skin who's got oily skin here not me i slightly oily season now and again very lucky if you've got oily skin because you age much slower yeah you will not wrinkle as quick unfortunately it happens but you might get spots so you can't fucking win however naomi campbell hasn't got one wrinkle yeah oh jealous right okay so nimu cleansing gel she said so a gel is what you need for oily skin and i would always do a double cleanse with oily skin a toner with salicylic acid ahas keeps the skin cells turning over so i think that's what causes the oil isn't it your cell cell regeneration um serum keep it lightweight um avoid over exfoliation to protect your skin barrier so this is something that i always talk about um on my stories and when

i was speaking about the pericone range i spoke about this a lot people with oily skin panic quite a lot and you strip the skin because they're like yeah yeah get it off get it off and you want that clean feeling fresh my friend yeah got addicted so she had quite bad skin at one point and i fixed it with loads of bits from my cupboard um but she had and it was oily and she was stripping her skin she was using clean and clear bloody trying because she wanted we do not and also do you know a product which i absolutely adore the za range but that skin polisher i don't like that is so bad for you guys throw it in the bin it's very hard not be using manual exfoliation in any way you should not be using anything with a slight bit of grit like you've got babies it's so so bad

for you so you can't strip your skin don't do that because then what happens guys is your body your body is compromised your body thinks shit my barrier's compromised i must produce more oil to counteract it and then you don't win so use your ahas and your bha she says as well here for oily skin we're still on it apply a mattifying sunscreen to control your shine throughout the day she's recommended nim you environmental shield or skin better science spf 50 i've never used the better science spf so spfs really quick run through um me so aesthetics i love them i do not good for oily skin though oh i don't know it's quite oily there's different types of it one's got a tint in it which is nice the miso aesthetic 130 is it fantastic that's what i use

used it it's beautiful it's very bloody expensive very expensive um and then sunscreen obviously for mature skin advanced products techno neck from skin better science i've heard that product is amazing yeah i know it is so expensive calisime eye cream right calisim calisime calisim calisim calisim so basically calisim is dear placenta stem cells and that's what all of their skincare hair is based around and when i do my videos of me needling my face with my doctor pen i apply the calisim or the antiage stem cells onto my face or mix them together they have a hair growth system which is on real music yeah spectrum do that treatment but you can buy the kit to do it at which is really handy it's very expensive and it stinks it doesn't smell good it stinks but

their eye cream is good i am yet to find a good eye cream when people ask for a recommendation i liked the aq but it's a serum and i prefer a cream the aq you get results with them i like it so aq solutions they do uh stem cell serums as well and their eye cream is beautiful so anyway she then goes on to say more mature skin a collagen supplement is very important i'm swapping and changing with them at the moment skin aid so supposedly that is victoria beckham swears by it the skin aid but it comes in bottles and i found it messy hard to store but now emeline said she can get little sachets oh that's easier skin aid is i used to take it um years ago but i for me i love the zenny every morning one tiny shot done um and it doesn't taste of poo because we tried a

i get about pregnancy skin care every time i do a q a like people that are desperate because take a step back pause okay you're pregnant number one so your hormones are all over the place you i get my little spot when my period is due and that's just a period imagine like your body is progesterone everything flying ground so you you are gonna have a breakout or experience some kind of skin change which is totally normal and don't panic you're not gonna have a full body change and not have a skin change it's your biggest organ you've got to ride through it there's nothing really that you can do to fix it because a lot of treatments and products you're not allowed and as well it changes that much that you can get it right and then your hormones

again and you're off again i had about 10 different skin types yeah um so basically pregnancy skincare you can't like use your led they've said one of the things the problem with pregnant pregnancy is a lot of things probably wouldn't do any harm but unless it's been tested on a pregnant and no one's gonna and no one's gonna do that so people do read between the lines and they do what the fuck they want to do but so it's going to be rare that people are going to say something is pregnancy safe that's hard to get emeline's written here when you're pregnant your skin can change at the drop of a hat so it's important to have a plethora of products that suit your skin depending on what it needs that day i agree in general ideally try and keep the same

products in your routine but tailor them a tiny bit to suit avoid anything containing retinols and be aware that your skincare products that you used for years can all of a sudden start causing reactions as your skin is so sensitive yeah um emeline's given us a code it's nip tuck 15 when you spend over 50 pounds on her website i'll do um a little thing on instagram directing you there but she sells all the skin better science it is fantastic stuff the whole lead all of that stuff and her own products are beautiful the cleansing balm's lovely so did we we didn't come do we actually know a range that is pregnancy safe did we yeah i used to use or the pericone hyaluronic yeah as a standard cera v face wash is safe for everyone you know
