Nip Tuck - PE Kits In Primary School

Episode Date: September 2, 2026

Ashley’s had a rather dramatic fall and is lucky to still have her teeth, so naturally the girls start comparing their best (and most embarrassing) trips and falls before somehow ending up reminisci...ng about doing PE at school. Turns out Ashley's school had a very different uniform policy to Lauren's...There’s also a genuinely useful lesson in how to take a decent Instagram picture, including the iPhone settings you need to change, where the camera should actually be positioned and the posing tricks that make far more difference than they probably should. The girls then get into Meta glasses and the increasingly terrifying possibility that someone could be filming you without you having a clue. Something Ashley and Lauren have unfortunately experienced first-hand.And after a slight detour into the alleged bedroom habits of Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Moss’ infamous 30th birthday, the girls reminisce their own partying days. Lauren's will probably be of no surprise. There's also a bizarre story about one of the girls friend who refused to let a heart monitor ruin her night out, What We Bought This Week and a Zara Kids hack that could save you a small fortune.Head over to our socials @niptuckpod and click the link in our bio to find our YouTube, where full video episodes will be released every Wednesday at 5pm. Six parts beer and four parts of lemon. 3.2% alcohol but how nice are they? Yeah, they're really nice. And we just said we needed something to take the edge off. So that's going to take the edge off. Starting point is 00:01:46 Tuesday. So yeah. And if you want to get in touch, go over to our socials at NipTuckPod. And you can find all our links on there. You can email us at hello at niptukpod.com. Right. I think I did quite well there. Now, you've got a lot to say. You're brimming, you're bursting at the seams. So, I, Nana had a fall. Nana had a fall.
Starting point is 00:02:08 I'm Nana. I'm Nana. I'm Nana. You're all right. Nana's dead. Both Nana's dead. Both Nana's dead. Yeah. RIP. RIP. IP nannas. But yeah, it's that old thing where you get a call and it's like, your nans had a fall for the fuck sake. A girl, she's fucking doing. What is she doing at home? Is she skating round on roller skates? Just stay in your chair. Yeah. There's that meme where it's like, when Nan's not getting enough attention
Starting point is 00:02:35 she throws herself down and says I've had another phone busy the amount of times my Nana brought herself back from the dead like they can't literally it's like right you need to come me and you are not going to be good in there we get it
Starting point is 00:02:52 it's the last minute you need to get to hospital but is it because you said that last time and that was two years ago and she's still here so I had a fall yeah you did tell us about I don't know about the fall so my face looks bad and I had a shabre shoot on the Monday.
Starting point is 00:03:05 Right, tell us everything. How did, it was a nasty fall. It still looks bad. It doesn't look bad, but you can tell something's going on. So, and then, now I'm scared of going to the bathroom at night. No, I swear.
Starting point is 00:03:21 Literally know, and like every time I was getting up, I was like, oh my God, is it going to happen again? If you had a normal bathroom, like the rest of us, where you just walk into it and open the door, rather than a fucking spa in your house.
Starting point is 00:03:32 And it's all open plans. Yeah? So I took two melatonins, right? I had my night, Nanny. I'm not going to lie to you. And I thought, I need sleep tonight. So literally, soon as she comes, takes a baby nine o'clock, we pop the two melatonin. Right. I can't tell you what I'd give for that. No. They were 10 milligram each. I checked the next day. You're only meant to do 10 milligrams, aren't you? Link pending. Yeah. So by the way, we don't advise this. And then, do you know, when you start going, into that fluffy feeling of general anesthesia. Yes. Yeah. But then I thought, last chance for a wee. Last chance for a wee. Because this is, this is a big sleep.
Starting point is 00:04:16 Yeah. Right. Get up. There's a step there. Let me see the set. It's quite a big step. And that's dark. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:04:23 You have lived there a while. Why don't you get some of those like? Like, no, I know I'm going to get some. I'm going to get. Well, the sensor does come on, but not until you get to there. Until you've already fallen. Yeah. Anyway.
Starting point is 00:04:33 And I was in. bed on my own with Snowy no one even heard me on my fault because ideally you want attention and then I hit but do you know what guys thank fuck we didn't get the 24 grand teeth
Starting point is 00:04:49 or the most perfect news job anyone's seen in the life because that would have been really bad and that was missed by not far so what did you fall on to basically like the corner of a wall. Because there's those poof things
Starting point is 00:05:08 were held on to poof and then a... I didn't think it was that bad when I'd done it. So where did you smash your actual face? And here. So you smashed your mouth. So it was like this, like bang, face on, into a wall. And then did you immediately, like, feel pain
Starting point is 00:05:26 or were you still a bit woozy-woosy. So you just went back to bed. Yeah, so I had this, by the way... Because it is bad. Hyperchloris acid mouthwash from Clinicept because do you remember I had my wisdom to
Starting point is 00:05:39 yeah you got to clean myself up and then were you bleeding yeah could you taste the blood and you thought not really
Starting point is 00:05:46 it was on it's that that's the biggest bit and then all there and so I used some of that and then clean myself up and got in bed and then we assessed the damage
Starting point is 00:05:55 the next day and Ed was like you need to go to hospital really it was bad the inside of my mouth was black I've still got a bit of nerve damage here.
Starting point is 00:06:03 Yeah, I can see. On Monday, I had to read of a teleprompter for four hours all day. Head on. Head on. So anyway, guys. I mean, fuck me. I wish I looked like you after a fall. Well, luckily as well, I had Alicia.
Starting point is 00:06:18 No, but I've been using two things, right? That only happened not even a week ago. And I've monitored my progress every day. And I must say the two things I've been using. Really worked. Really worked. Are they coming out with C? see soon. One of them is. One of them is. What is it? She's not going to tell us.
Starting point is 00:06:38 One's a lip, a post-surgery, post-treatment lip balm. Right. That I've been testing out and I was like, right, okay, I'll give this a will. Do it actually think it's out yet. And the other one, it is a CC. So it's gone down. Like, you look fine. It's gone down. But it was bad. Like, we'll put some pictures. Will we put some pictures? Will we put some pictures? I'll put some on yesterday on Instagram. But yeah, you look a lot better. But I'm quite like, it was a bad fall. Like normally I'd be like, shut the fuck up. Like, you've been dramatic.
Starting point is 00:07:10 But I will say you're not and that was quite bad. Did you get any, are you okay? She's dribbling. Did you get any attention? Not really. No. Because a fall is worth it. It was quite embarrassing.
Starting point is 00:07:21 Oh, a bit like awkward. Like boss bitch fell over. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like I'm a bit. When people are like, how have you done that? Have you ever had a fall? Have I ever had a fall? Sometimes I fall or like trip and hurt myself and then I feel like I'm crying.
Starting point is 00:07:37 Do you remember those platform ugs are quite bad? I, when I was pregnant, I had a fall in them. I had a fall in them. Jesus, the platform hugs, they're too big for the actual set. Yeah, and I was with her dad. And I stepped wrong and I fell. And it was in the middle of the day, near Altie Markets. I was so embarrassed and it scraped.
Starting point is 00:07:57 I used to own, do you remember the big Balenciaga? Oh. Well, it's very me, isn't it? They were so expensive. I couldn't afford them. They were they? Someone bought them. They were like, 1200 pounds.
Starting point is 00:08:09 I got bought the pink ones. Pink, you. It was a different, don't forget that I've had so many personalities. Okay. And it was... Yeah, but they were the shoe. They were the shoe.
Starting point is 00:08:19 They were their, every bitch had those shoes. And I got sent them from Thailand. I think I had fake ones. This is the guy that I met while he was living in Thailand. Yeah. And obviously fell in love. Didn't, but over FaceTime and COVID, Wow, that was another time. Didn't everyone.
Starting point is 00:08:33 Didn't everyone. And then he came home and I decided that I would pick him up from the airport and we'd just be together. So we all know how that was. What the fucking nut job I am and was. I tried telling you for a few times. And I remember showing my mom and then we'll be like, okay then.
Starting point is 00:08:55 We're doing this. Anyway, he got them. And they were so big. a massive. Chunky, heavy. They probably made my legs look a bit thinner. Yeah, they did. They made your legs look skinny.
Starting point is 00:09:06 So I got them and they were bigger than the entire step and I did fall down the stairs in them once. Yeah, I'm not a matter. I'm not even saying it, touch wood, because I'm going to fall over if I say that. Guys. I've done quite a lot of night out fallovers. So anyway, I had this shoot at 5-4 studios. So basically we're launching B2B, business to business.
Starting point is 00:09:29 I got some products delivered, Jesse. I'll show you them later. So you do business to business. So that is like somebody that has a skin clinic or an aesthetic skin. And they're going to sell the product from their vicinity. They'll get a discount. They can use them during the treatment as add-ons, like the eyes. And they can say to people, take these home and keep up with your aftercare.
Starting point is 00:09:47 Okay. So I was doing like all of the how-to videos for that. But while we were there, have you ever been to five-four studios? If you've been? I haven't. So they have, weirdly, one of those, do you remember in PE those horses? Yes.
Starting point is 00:10:05 Yeah. Right? And it brought back. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. They had one of those horse things and it was like felt, right? And it brought back so many memories.
Starting point is 00:10:16 And I said there was about 10 of us on the shoot. And I went, how weird that when we're in primary school, we used to do PE in our vest and knickers. I didn't do pee in my vest and knickers. What? Did you not? No. And half the. people were like, yeah, we did.
Starting point is 00:10:33 And the other half had that reaction that you've just had like, oh no. Vest, knickers. Boys would be in their boxes and a vest. Have you checked like your teachers? Yeah, like, are they... What? In your knickers? In my knickers. You did pee in your knickers.
Starting point is 00:10:50 In my knickers. Let me voice note Francesca now. Because this just seems very, very odd. And then you wore these little pumps. Yeah, wore the pumps. And Leonie said, see, Leonie's from Newcastle and even she did and she said and you would always hate having to do pee after lunchtime because you'd get covered and shit. Like you know like the food on the whole floor.
Starting point is 00:11:14 Oh. Yeah. And it brought back those memories of like, do you remember when someone was sick and they used to throw sawdust on it? Yes. I was just about to say. So there was one time like my brother was at my primary school and my mum worked there and everyone was in the canteen. and one person threw up and it was like a tsunami, I went, brother went, everyone just started throwing up.
Starting point is 00:11:42 Yeah, because the smell was so bad. Do you remember in assembly when you used to have to walk him and then sit down on the floor? Yeah. And you bum would be so... That's probably why I've got the piles because they made me do it in my past knickers. Well, I used to get worms a lot.
Starting point is 00:11:56 I wonder if that's from that. Yeah, well, I asked the question about the worms. No one else had had worms apart from us. Oh, I was prolific with the... And then do you remember, so the shit food that they make you eat? I don't remember that. I used to have sandwiches and my mum used to get these little glass paste. So you can get them still.
Starting point is 00:12:18 I used to love it. Sandwich filler. And it was like a glass paste and it was like a fish of some sort of thing. Was it a tuna? I think it's like pink salmon or something. Something like that. And it was in a little, and I remember having paste. I remember having Heinz sandwich spread.
Starting point is 00:12:33 Maybe that's what it was. I can't remember what it takes like. remember it tasting good. Well, I ate, I ate it. We're just speaking on the pod about doing P.A. in our bra and knickers. Can you explain that we did and other people did as well, please? Now, I know it wasn't that long ago and what the world, but the world was different then. It was, but still, knickers and vest. I just, I tell you what, though, gave me a real throwback. So Thea's school has now changed some of the uniform policy because they were allowed to wear anything. They were allowed to wear a lot of different things.
Starting point is 00:13:04 and one of the things was cycling shorts. They were allowed to wear those on a PE day. But a lot of the girls were wearing booty shorts and going in like these tiny little booty shorts so they had to stop it. So on the list that I got, I was like reading it out. I was like, right, this has changed, that's changed. Okay, so the shorts for PE and then she looked at me
Starting point is 00:13:20 and I was like, she was like, what? And I was like, uh, and they have to wear. Do you remember those like football style striped? So they were blue and they were like long down to your knee and they were like that awful sweaty material. Yeah. And she was like, basketball shorts. And they were that weird blue, like, with different shades.
Starting point is 00:13:38 And I was like, you're going to have to wear them? She was like, no. I'm not wearing them. I was like, you're going to have to. And I was ripping hurtsy shit. I was like, you're going to have to wear these fucking shorts. I said, I'm going to buy you a pair of pumps. I'm not wearing pumps.
Starting point is 00:13:51 Oh my God. But you know what, though? I sent you that video of that lady that went into the kids clothes shop comparing the little girls and the little boy clothes. Yes. And it's fucking, we'll share the video on page. drum right so this lady went into all different shops and she was like here's a pair of boys shorts age two and here's a pair of girls shorts age two and like the gusset on the girls was like that big
Starting point is 00:14:17 whereas on the boys it was like that big then the girls t-shirts were fitted yeah the boys t-shirts were straight yeah the girls shorts were higher up the boys shorts were straight and it blew at all right at like that age were doing that sex sexualising them. Sexualising or making them, not even sexualising necessarily, but making the clothing look like an adult woman would wear, which is scary.
Starting point is 00:14:43 Fia hasn't started wearing crop tops yet. She hasn't even asked for it. Saskia loves croplots. A lot of her friends do, but she hasn't even... She's not allowed to wear them out there. No, no, she hasn't even asked me yet, thank God. Her style, very luckily for me, is this.
Starting point is 00:14:56 Like, it's very... No, that's not Saskia's. ...suit vibe, new balanced trainers, something around the waist. Her style... She must be... Saskia would still wear a princess dress. No, Theo would tell me to get me.
Starting point is 00:15:07 She's a little girl. She's like, honestly, like, she... She's not worn a dress for years. Loves wearing dresses, like, anything with glitter on. She would put 20 clips in her hair. That's so cute, Theo, would never... If I said to... Oh, does that not me really sad, though, but she's...
Starting point is 00:15:24 No, she's not actually, has she? And if I said to her, right, put this glittery clip in, she would literally, because we'd just like best mate, she'd look at me, she'd be like, no. No way, I'll look. idiot. Like she, she is very, very cool. I actually like a style, to be fair. Like, she's pretty cool, but no, not one bit girl. If I gave her something with glittering, she'd laugh in my face. Really? Yeah. She's very grown up, to be fair. She's very grown up. I was actually really
Starting point is 00:15:47 proud the other day. She went to a friend's house for some, for like a little playday. And the mum messaged me afterwards and was like, she's so polite. She is. She's so grown up. She put her, when she'd finished, she came in the kitchen with her plate and put it on the sink. They do that at other people's houses. Well, the reason, I think it's because we've got so many. They have to. They have to. Like, I can't have five. Like, I can't. So she, I was really, really proud of her. So we're going tomorrow, actually, to see Stranger Things in London.
Starting point is 00:16:13 London. So I'm taking her. James' other boy who's like, they are best, best mates. When they're on the phone, they go, love you, love you, they are fucking besties. And my mom, I'm staying in the Mayfair. Oh, cute. It's very central. And we're going to watch the shit. The Mayfair, honestly, because of the traffic, like, I'm going to London actually next week because I'm launching in Harris. That's sick.
Starting point is 00:16:37 I know. So I'm going to London next week and I'm meeting Georgia, height and hustle. Oh, we're going for Zoomer. I'm going to have a wine with her. Yeah, I would love to have a wine with her. I know. She's just signed with an agency.
Starting point is 00:16:51 I know, I know. We've got loads to catch up on. So I was like, we're not talking now. Like, I'll talk to you when I see you. So yeah, we're going to London for that much. Fuck me, the trains and hotels. it basically this podcast award thing as well me and Alex were looking and it's not just like the table that's fine you can get a table somewhere but if all of us went you're looking at what
Starting point is 00:17:16 200 quid each on the tree yeah and with your travel parking whatever then hotel another 200 pounds each at least because there's because we can't all stay in the same room I mean Lucas could but someone I know as well actually um got robbed where we nearly got robbed last week. I'm not when I go tomorrow. I'm going to... He got his briefcase. I'm going to make sure I've not got anything.
Starting point is 00:17:39 Don't. He still has a briefcase. Someone call us for? A business man? A cool businessman? What do you have your backpack? Yeah. Does Jane's not have a backpack?
Starting point is 00:17:51 He has a backpack, yeah, but I get the it. I get the ick. Have you got the Lulu lemon one? I'm sorry. I've got a new one from Raines. You don't like it? It's got the Lulu one. It's a lot.
Starting point is 00:18:01 With a backpack is fucking disgusting. No, bollocks. It's vile. How old are you five? Do you know what, actually? I think last time I went to London, I took the backpack because it was just so much easier. I don't care. You don't need a bag.
Starting point is 00:18:15 Why the fuck do you need a bag? It's weird. Ed has a laptop. What's he meant to do? I'm sorry, backpack. I'm sorry, backpack's disgusting. James is carrying a brick. I'm a producer.
Starting point is 00:18:26 I've got headphones. I don't care. That's not my problem. Not my problem. I'm just telling you that a man with a backpack. is disgusting. That would be fine. I think that's fit.
Starting point is 00:18:35 Golf bag's fit. I can deal with that. A briefcase, I can deal with a Louvreton. Fine. A backpack, even a designer backpack, it's fucking disgusting. It's embarrassing and cringe. Frankie has sent us a message back. Are you ready?
Starting point is 00:18:46 Right. This is about the PE stuff. Let me get mum over. Mom, do you remember we were talking the other day in primary school in P. You used to wear your vest and knickers? That's right, yeah. Didn't you? You didn't have an outfit until what age even?
Starting point is 00:19:01 Only if you went outside. No me. But that was at what age? Then that was when you went into junior. In the infants, you just did you. Honestly, we were 50-50. Wow. At school in PE, I wore my vest in knickers.
Starting point is 00:19:22 That is the weirdest thing. That is the weirdest thing, I've heard. Why would a child do PE in knickers? I did not do that. Judging by the name of the school, I'm not surprised. Well, I did not do that. My kids go there now.
Starting point is 00:19:36 Do they go in their knickers? I need to ask. You need to check. No, there's no way. I'm sorry, that's the weirdest thing I've ever heard, and I just can't deal with that. Right, anyway, moving on, I'm going to tell you girls,
Starting point is 00:19:47 excuse me, because I am, oh, that's my babe, I am on my phone, but it's because I've prepared. I've prepared, guys. I'm going to give you a little bit of an idea on how to take good pictures, okay? I am sad.
Starting point is 00:19:58 Some of it is camera settings and some of it is a little bit of advice, So we're going to go on the camera setting first, okay? And this is how to get your pictures as instant worthy as we can. On an iPhone. On an iPhone. So we're going to go on to camera settings. We're going to turn the grid and level on.
Starting point is 00:20:12 You need that grid. And the leveller is the yellow line that goes across, and it tells you whether your phone is straight or not. We're going to change the aspect ratio to 4, not comma, colon, three. Do this in the actual camera. So when you're taking the picture, make sure you're out. aspect ratio is 4.3. Do you have to do this every time, Lauren? So the first picture you just set, the aspect ratio, when you go to take a picture, you turn it to 4.3. You have to do that
Starting point is 00:20:40 because that's what's right for Instagram. Okay? You always position the camera a little bit further away. So say you've got a tripod or your friends are doing it for you. Stand further away and zoom times two. Always is better quality. Yeah? Why? I don't know. I didn't make the rules. your iPhone if you're using a tripod or if someone's taking this isn't for selfies guys this is for like outfit picks your iPhone should always be chest level titty level so if you're setting up a tripod then you don't stand like that you go like that it's your chest if you're going to take a do it yourself set a timer to 10 so you can get yourself in position position yourself in the middle third segment so you want your feet just above the little zoom numbers on your iPhone just above that and ideally you want your head in the upper third.
Starting point is 00:21:33 This is to take this is from I'm not that asked about getting a good picture. It's not it sounds really difficult. It actually isn't and this is from somebody who is an insta popper offer. Yeah. So you're going to have the grid on. Make sure your head's in that top third. You know, even it takes two seconds and then you get the good picture. This is an interesting one and this is a really, really good little hack.
Starting point is 00:21:56 Turn the burst setting on. I've heard this. So you can keep moving and then you can go through and find the best shot. Also, the quality of the picture is way better in burst mode. So if you want to know how to do burst mode, which I did not know until I researched this, when you're taking the picture, on the button that you press to take the picture, you really quickly swipe left and it will take hundreds of pictures straight away. So the person getting the pictures can just move, move, move, the quality is better
Starting point is 00:22:27 and you can flick through and find the best picture. I didn't know that. I get people to do this. Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. Same, yeah. No, you put it on burst mode and the quality of the picture is way better on burst mode. So there you go. Now, with regards to actually like how you're going to stand, how we're going to pose.
Starting point is 00:22:43 I really don't like that phone case. Oh, no, it's so cheap and horrible. I totally agree. I need to get a new one, but just haven't got time. I want to get one from that. Is it burger? They're doing collabs, you know, maybe I'll hit them up. Right.
Starting point is 00:22:55 This Instagram is an American League. that I came across and her whole page is about getting a good picture how to stand because I know for us it's like obvious we just do it because it's our job but for a lot of people a lot of my friends you go to take a picture of them and you don't know how to stand they're just like and it's really awkward
Starting point is 00:23:11 the name is the Christine Buzon Buzan Buzan go on her Instagram Buzen Buzum she's got like 500,000 followers and she talks to you about how to stand she's really good and she talks to you like okay if you've got a big
Starting point is 00:23:27 chest. If you've got this, this is how we're going to move it. So here's just a little tip bit for you. If you want to make your arms not look big and look slightly thinner, then what we're going to do is when you're standing there, you're going to bring your elbow. 900,000. You're going to bring your elbow backwards and you're going to push your chest and shoulder forward more. So basically, whatever is closer to the camera is going to look bigger. whenever you're having a picture, never have your arm down by the side. This is for women. Never have your arm down by the side like this. If you watch on YouTube, you'll see. Always put your hand on your hip or your hand like this.
Starting point is 00:24:08 Pull the elbow back and the shoulder slightly forward. It will make your arm look longer and thinner. So make your waist look smaller. And I do this a lot. Put your hands on your hip. So guys, if you're on YouTube, you're going to watch me right now. We're going to put our hands on our hip. What we're going to do is we're going to squeeze in a touch as well and it will give that illusion, it will make your arm slimmer and it will pull in your waist. Now, if you want to show off a curve, while this woman discusses that she shows pictures of celebrities on the red carpet and how they're doing it because they're all trained, if you want to look more curvy, you put your hand on the area that you want to make
Starting point is 00:24:45 look bigger. So if you want your hips to look bigger, you're going to get your hands and put them on the highest and thickest part of you to make it bigger. So you pop it on your hip, one side or the other, it's going to make that area look bigger. Nice. If you're the kind of person whose neck disappears in pictures, like, then you stand diagonal and you drop the front shoulder. It will elongate your neck. And when she's doing it, you're watching it and you're like, fucking yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:13 Yeah. So one picture's like this and one's like this. And it totally changes it. Trust me. One last thing. If it's about distribution, it's about like distribution. So you might be top heavy, you might be bottom. heavy. You might be a pair or a triangle.
Starting point is 00:25:26 Or a triangle. If you are bottom heavy, you want to be doing more with your arms. I thought he's going to say, oh I mean you could. So if you're bottom heavy, you don't want your arms like this. You want to make your top half a little bit bigger. So you might do this, you might do this, you might hold something
Starting point is 00:25:42 to distribute the weight evenly. If you are top heavy, you do more with your legs. Now this one is something that we always do, actually. If you want your legs to look slimmer, on, as you're doing it, you might feel like a dick doing it. But you need a gap between your legs. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:56 Almost to the point where you think I look ridiculous here. You need a big gap because it will give the gap between your legs. One leg always goes forward, bent slightly and pop your hip. Use your, get your bottom area and push it back. Everyone's, you're going to have to watch this on YouTube guys. Tits and teeth. Tits and teeth. And if you want posing tips when you stood there, just move that front leg in different positions.
Starting point is 00:26:22 And always on hip. A glass of wine beforehand usually works. Usually does the trick. So go on that lady's instant because I actually thought it was really, really good for posing tips. So there you go. Thank you, Lauren.
Starting point is 00:26:32 That was fun. Honestly, people, you know, you need to watch YouTube, I think, to kind of get this one. Oh, that hinge guy did a stitch of our video. It did? You did a stitch? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:42 Stop it. What is it? What's the stitch? Is it bad? Are we getting ripped? You are. Why? What have I done?
Starting point is 00:26:49 Did you don't remember what you said about it? No. What did I say? I can't roll the top of whatever. Do you say something bad? I don't think we were the most... I'm taking the fifth. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:26:58 I don't... I've said this before, guys. I don't... I don't... The first thing is... She absolutely! She was going to be like... I would still say it again.
Starting point is 00:27:07 The funniest thing is, right. Like I said, what comes out of my mouth comes out my mouth and then I forget what I've fucking said. Oh, it's awful, isn't it? What is the colour? Guys, let me just show you my phone case that she's... It's disgusting. It is.
Starting point is 00:27:20 It is viral. Now, he said he'll come on the podcast. I really want him on. I think he lives abroad, doesn't he? Oh, he says he does, but does he? Does he? Does he? Or does he pay for pictures? We might have to get him on the old Zoom, but...
Starting point is 00:27:31 No, we don't do Zoom. What I did notice, it must have popped up on my notifications, because I don't really look, because I just don't want to see the bullshit, horrible stuff. I read nice ones, but what I did notice is that on that video, a lot of people were like, well, your, your girls... Only fans, girls. Nobody were like, you are, you girls are lying about how you look,
Starting point is 00:27:52 And then they started talking about filler and shit. This isn't about that. They were like, well, you lot have got a load of filler, so why can't we get a hinge coach? It doesn't fucking make... That is May's argument to everything. Yeah. Yeah, well, you've got a lot of shit in your face.
Starting point is 00:28:05 You've had your lips done. You've had your lip stung. What the fuck has that got to do then? Right, guys, we're going to go on a break, and then we're going to be back soon. Right, guys, we're back from the break and something Lucas has just brought up, actually, is...
Starting point is 00:28:25 Another thing. We did the video about spyware. and it went, did it go, did it get a lot of views? It did work, it did quite well, yeah. It did well. And a lot of the comments, some of them were just bull shit. One I saw was a guy like, this is disgusting. It's funny when it's a woman.
Starting point is 00:28:42 Not one point did we say it was funny. We actually said that that's fucking really bad and disgusting. And then once again, well, you got a load of lip filler, so. Yeah. Right. Lock me up, baby. You too, you're, yeah, well, you're well, ugly girls. Being full of filler is a cry.
Starting point is 00:28:59 Like me up and throw away the key. Like, you girls look like you're 50. Oh, right. I don't really know what to say to that. But yeah, we did get a lot of shit on that, didn't we? Yeah. We'd actually been spying on men. Also, whatever.
Starting point is 00:29:13 Guys, the meta-glasses. Tell me a bit of that's going off at the minute. Okay, so basically they have been banned in a lot of places now. Okay. So there was certain people that were doing things which I can't. kind of did think was quite funny for social media. Like, for example, going into Hermes, trying to get a burkin, seeing what the staff say, trying to get a Rolex off the shelf, trying to get a Potech, like, on the list.
Starting point is 00:29:42 So that's quite funny. And the way the staff were interacting with them was, do you remember in Hong Kong when I went and the lady was like, if you buy this coat, the one in there is yours. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And they're not meant to do stuff like that. They've never done that in Manchester, by the way. Yeah, just so you know. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:59 And then, like, other times, like, in Rolex and stuff, they were kind of, like, just being a bit dodged. So that's, that's one aspect of it, which I would think, like, then there was girls saying, I do it when I go makeup shopping. And well, how interesting is that content? Like, no, it's not. But there's another side to it whereby, like, doctors have been found wearing them. A gynecologist recently had been wearing. Right.
Starting point is 00:30:25 So, just a quick thought on this. if you were using it, right? So say you were a surgeon and you were doing a lot of breast surgeries, would it not be really cool to film it and really good for afterwards to be like, this is what we did and then after if the woman had a problem,
Starting point is 00:30:42 do you know what I mean? Is it not quite? I guess. Yeah. You could look at it both ways. You could put it on each patient's file couldn't you saying, I did all the right things
Starting point is 00:30:51 because we know about all legal cases and drama. But then there is this prolific wave of men chatting girls up and the girls like it's causing a lot of drama for the girls because do you know like if you're on your own and a man goes give me your insta handle give me your insta handle and you might just be like there it is like you know and you might not want to say no because you might feel uncomfortable so you think shit you can't think of one quickly enough so anyway they're called glasses now basically and everywhere has signs saying like no glasses allowed
Starting point is 00:31:27 And obviously Kylie Jenner promoted them, which I think is a really stupid move. Yeah. I didn't like that. She won't give a fuck, will she? She won't give a fuck, no, but not good. No, not cool really. And this is the other thing, like, you could go to, does it even work? What about minors?
Starting point is 00:31:45 So say you were at a park and you had them on. Is there any rules around that because they're minors? I don't know. Because I know you can film in public. If you're in public, does it class if it's a minor? It's all about like consent, isn't it? Yeah, like kids running around on the playground. And then people.
Starting point is 00:31:57 were like, well, do people not know that they're getting filmed by CCTV all the time? Yeah, but they're slightly different with how that's handled and I would assume that CCTV has certain rules behind it and how it's used and who has access to it. I would have thought most of the time. Like companies
Starting point is 00:32:13 have it, they'll have their own legal things. Like that girl, oh my God, the girl that got the child taken from nursery. Oh, that's all going on. Kids, let's not say the number of nursery. No, no, I'm not going to say it. I was just going to say... Everyone on Instagram will have seen.
Starting point is 00:32:29 There's all that. And the reason I mention it is because when the CCTV was shown to it, everyone else's faces were blurred. So there is slightly more rules with CCTV, I think. For safeguard. Yeah, whereas with the glasses, you can do whatever the fuck you want. It is. But then at the same time, I can see how they would be really helpful in certain situations.
Starting point is 00:32:49 But you can't choose how they're going to be used. A bloke could wear them and go into like the men's changing room and just... I think that if they're going to wear them, them they need to make them blatantly obvious that they are meta glasses. It's the fact that they look like normal glasses. Yeah, that's the kind of sly thing about it. But that's the hard thing. It's like one of these things that could be really helpful for a lot of people's jobs and for a lot of like loads of different things I can think that it was helpful. But me and Lauren were like victims to it and it was not nice. No, that was awful when we were in London and that guy chatted us up.
Starting point is 00:33:18 And we honestly, we had no idea. We had not an idea that it happened. It went on Instagram or TikTok was it, and we started getting tagged, tagged, tagged, and then there we were having a fag outside the fucking made fair. And we honestly had no idea. And like we said at the time, some stuff comes out of my mouth that we're not right. At least we said we were married. We said we were married. Excuse me. Some stuff does come out of my mouth that is funny at the time to me. We had had a few drinks. And we'd had a couple of drinks as well. Like you never know. And it's just, it is scary because you feel like you can never be. yourself and me and um one of the boys mom actually were talking about this and we were just talking
Starting point is 00:34:02 about which we've spoken about before the fact that nowadays the young kids aren't drinking cider on the street and all that type of thing and one of the things that we said was you can't they can't have that freedom of anymore because everyone films everything so you remember back in the day when you would get a fucking pack of fags and a cider and you'd go on a park and get out of stealing and pass out and whatever would happen but now that'd all be on TikTok and Snapchat and everything and you've not got that and Facebook so you lose that kind of freedom when you're a kid. Anyway, another thing.
Starting point is 00:34:30 From glasses to headphones. From glasses to headphones. Ashley told us about three years ago. More. More. It was before I'd had Teddy. That Leonardo DiCaprio wears headphones during sex to block out. Well, we don't really know why.
Starting point is 00:34:47 One of my friends, one of my friends went back and that's what she said. And we said it on the podcast. about years ago. Years ago. And it's come out. It's come out in the paper that he does. So here's the thoughts. Is it because he likes to listen
Starting point is 00:35:08 to a certain type of music? Or are they just sat ear defenders? Because he doesn't give her fuck who he shagging. And he only does it from behind as well. He doesn't want to think or listen to them. Is it that? But then I know it's not the same. But like if you watch porn, you know,
Starting point is 00:35:24 hypothetically, do you have the same? Yeah. Do you have the sound on or off? Depends what mood I'm in. I'd want it on. I like the sound. I always have it off because I hate it's too dramatic, isn't it? I hate when it's fake.
Starting point is 00:35:36 And maybe, maybe, because it's Leonardo DiCaprio, girls are over the top. Maybe. Well, the kind of porn, I haven't watched porn since that law change, because I can't be asked. Oh my God. That was like ages ago. No, I haven't watched it.
Starting point is 00:35:50 Babes. I got a lemon. Oh, what? Tell us about it. Yeah. Is that why you're drinking that? My friend bought me them round and the lemon. And what, good?
Starting point is 00:36:03 Is it internal or external? We're talking about the lemon. Who's it by? Vibrator, by Nancy, a brand called Nancy. There we go, and it's a vibrator. Really, a clit sucker. A clit sucker. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:12 And it's good. Yeah. Okay. But yeah, the porn that I would watch would be amateur, so I would like to hear the sound because it's real. I would have watched the thing. I don't even type anything in. I'm in the mood for a wank.
Starting point is 00:36:23 Straight on there. I'll watch whatever comes up first. Really? Yeah. Two things. One, if I was Leonardo DiCaprio, if a girl was really laying it on the thing like fake, that would put me off.
Starting point is 00:36:34 But then did you see that video? And that girl went on Abby Clancy's podcast. Yeah, and basically she said, she was sounder, I don't know she was. She was funny. But she said that she was at a clubbing, I smell like Cannes, or something like that. The Met Gala.
Starting point is 00:36:50 Oh, was at the Met Gala? She was at something with someone who I can't remember who was very famous. beautiful, famous person. And she said that the security team came over to her and Leonardo's security team were like, who are you? And she was like, I'm with such and such
Starting point is 00:37:04 who was some beautiful famous person. And they were like, you're too ugly. You need to get away from him to be around Leonardo. I believe her. I'm mate, I know you're pulling that face, but the guy was potentially might wear headphones.
Starting point is 00:37:17 Well, no, I know a little bit more to this story. So all allegedly from the story that I heard. Allegedly. time in LA. Allegedly. Basically, he and I've been in a club
Starting point is 00:37:32 in Ibiza before when he's been Were you asked to leave? Near by, no. So good, that means you fit? Well, I was probably like 19, so I probably was. It was before the work. Anyway, back to what I was saying. Young, but different
Starting point is 00:37:48 face. Different face. So this girl got picked by her. him and like bodyguard, bouncer, whatever was like, right, this is what's going to happen. Like he goes back and then we bring you in. And there is a glass outhouse domed building
Starting point is 00:38:11 in the garden of his property. And there's security there so they can see everything that is happening. Oh. She had signed something. she went in he starts fucking her from behind
Starting point is 00:38:28 and she's just like and then she turned around and he had these massive Bose headphones on tell you somebody else and then as soon as it was done it was just a mattress on the floor
Starting point is 00:38:36 as soon as it was done gone I've heard the exact same thing from someone else that I met about six months ago yes it was about the outhouse thing as well not the outhouse but the headphones yet
Starting point is 00:38:45 it was somebody that we went to see a bit ago anyway from ready for this segue from Leonardo to Kate. So, why did this just come about? Where did you see this article about Kate Moss on her? Oh my God, it was just a meme, and it was like, it said, Kate Moss's 30th birthday lasted for, what was it, 34 hours.
Starting point is 00:39:08 So that's a day, that's nearly two days. Have you never done that before? No. What? No. Never in your life? I think I did three days months. No. No. Yeah. It was at uni, at uni. I don't think I have. I don't think I have. And we spent the whole time we all turned off oats off and we just went from different people's house to different people's house. And as I was walking back to my house, my shorts just fell off me because I...
Starting point is 00:39:39 He'd lost that much weight and you were that dehydrated, that they just fell down. Your parents surely were like... No, they just left me to it. There was a moment in the uni halls where someone had been, on like a two or three dayer and there had to be an intervention because he was hallucinating.
Starting point is 00:40:00 It was a guy that lived in the halls and he had this thing where he thought he was God and yeah and he had to get taken away. My, a guy I went to uni with, he would, before we went, he did an exam, he would chin, and I mean chin, just lines of shots and it helped him. Really?
Starting point is 00:40:20 That man has ADHD. as ADHD. He did have a few things actually. What a few things? That'd make me sloppy. He smashed his exams. It would make me not give a fuck about the exam. I don't think I've done that.
Starting point is 00:40:36 Do you know, I know I'm going to get crap for this. True story. When I was in high school, I was called Captain Reset because... Captain Reeson. Oh my God, what an absolute... I know, I know. No, but what like a soft-ass school you went to, Captain Reesit. Ooh-hoo.
Starting point is 00:40:52 right right here we go one are you ready for this I had to basically reset all my exams because I would work myself up so much got to a point where
Starting point is 00:41:02 I know I know I did my exams in they had like the caretakers like cottage thing on the edge and it was he didn't live anymore I did my exams
Starting point is 00:41:12 on my own in this and I did well I couldn't do that now I have to have a full I think it was after a turn 30 like I can't like I have to have sleep I don't know how I did that I don't get me wrong like fuck me I can I've had some wild nights but you didn't go to uni though mine always end even if it's six in the morning seven in the morning they end I cannot continue my body dies even on
Starting point is 00:41:44 holiday I went to Dubai um I was thinking about this and I was trying to think is there any time Some of my friends are probably like, yeah, what about that? But normally, honestly, I get home and I'm that hung over that, I just cry for 24 hours and then I can't drink for like a week. But me and one of my mates went to Dubai, and that was a pretty wild one. We ended up... Was that the yacht time?
Starting point is 00:42:07 Yeah, it was the yacht time. We were on a yacht. Then this video surfaced of us on this yacht, like a clip of it in a music video. That was not cool. And then I think we carried off. but maybe two days but no I just can't
Starting point is 00:42:23 it makes me so unwell and depressed great times great times now listen to it so party hard inside Kate Moss's cocaine and orgy fueled 30th bash
Starting point is 00:42:33 where champagne servers were semi-naked love that it says it was on the 19th of February 2004 and she
Starting point is 00:42:48 got she was going to get a private jet to transport 75 guests to Jamaica. That's a big jet. But what actually happened on that night was a greater legend. She went to the Mandarin Oriental and Claridge's. Naomi Campbell, Gwyneth Poutreau, Sadie Frost. Wow. And they smoked a lot of Marlborough Gold bags.
Starting point is 00:43:15 Love that. Oh look, there's that girl. What's the name? Thingy's daughter. Oh, a princess of something. Yeah. Oh, she, wow. She's not very princess to there.
Starting point is 00:43:25 She's on the set. Is that Princess Eugenie? Huh? Wow. She's on the sash. Um, and it says her, Amy Winehouse was there and her and Amy Winehouse had a fight. What? Do you think that's true?
Starting point is 00:43:39 We made that up. Um, I think, yeah, I think what probably happened is like the classic case of every time I used to go on a girl's holiday that I went too hard on the first night. Yeah. So they were going to get a private jet to Jamaica but went too hard. Yeah. And just sessioned and didn't get to Jamaica. But if you Kate Moss, you can do whatever.
Starting point is 00:43:56 What's the wildest party you ever went to? Did you ever go to and you're going to have to bleep the name out of this person? No, I didn't. Have you heard about those parties? I had private parties. No. I didn't need to go to the big ones. No, but did you used to hear about those?
Starting point is 00:44:15 He used to have that party every year. Yeah. Yeah, wild. I can absolutely imagine. What's the wildest party I've ever been to? Do you know what? My wild night is just always, just like kitchen-based. Do you know what I mean? And we all know that like that kitchen-based.
Starting point is 00:44:35 And like that's where it always ends up. I've never been to like some sick. Like it's just always flat kitchen-based in my younger years. Or park-based. There used to be a house. I used to... There was always that one, like, nitty house. I used to drink.
Starting point is 00:44:53 Where the mum didn't give a shit. Yes. They'd got their own place. Yeah. Or they were dead young and they'd get... And it was... Awful. Yes.
Starting point is 00:45:02 And my mum would have been really upset. No, honestly. There was this particular house and I was probably only... I still drive past that house and it gives me... I think I was about 15. So the thing with me is I did all my wild... Like, I can't even say how... I did from being like like it's fucking frightening if my mum had known she would have been in tears from like 14 to probably 17 is when I did yes hey I mean so mad shit I did took some mad shit I did some mad shit I don't think I can really say you're like one of those people that's like get me on the pod I'd be hilarious and then you all said no and then like not really much I don't think I can say can't say you can't
Starting point is 00:45:49 say we need to be... Not sex. I'm thinking more brand friendly, but... Yeah, but I was a teenager. Can you not talk about? I don't know, Lucas, I'm looking at you, can I can't about. Was this the lollipop up ass time? Oh God, no, I was like in my 20s that.
Starting point is 00:46:02 We, you... I don't know if I can say this. I don't... I'll say it and then cut it if you want to cut it. When I was in my young... And my mum would be so upset. She had no idea, guys. She doesn't...
Starting point is 00:46:13 She's so cute. She had no idea. Who are you out with them scared? I... Well, I don't... Pee and your best of knickers. I'm so excited. I used to take certain types of...
Starting point is 00:46:25 Narcotics. Like what? Pills. We used to take pills. What? You know, you were one of those people. Oh no, I never did that. No, as a teenager, we would take it.
Starting point is 00:46:36 You could have died, Lauren. I swear, I don't know how I'm so late. And then we would walk around the town centre. On pills. And we would walk faster and faster as things really heated up. And we would play from our phones. Can we try again to start a new a lovely story there. Well, ww, w, walt, and we still, no, that was me.
Starting point is 00:46:57 I did, I'm not that now, like, I'm, you know, a lovely one. How much were the pills? 10 pound for two. Yeah, I don't know if we can keep this in. I'm happy, I don't give a fuck, that is what it is, it happened. And that's the kind of shit I was doing as a teenager. When did you stop doing that? So, I, about 16, 17, well, I had a boyfriend,
Starting point is 00:47:16 and we just settled down then, then I got really fat, actually. And we just settled down and it all stops. So a lot of my mad... From pills to pies. A lot of my mad dick. That is exactly what it was. Well, when I was a lot younger, we'd go on the park,
Starting point is 00:47:28 we would drink until four in the morning, my mum thought I was at a friend. My friends, she fully believed me, she had no idea of blessed her, she was tucked up in bed, thought I was babysitting, we would get white lightning, we would get drunk to the point
Starting point is 00:47:41 we would piss our pants. Like, it was, the shit I did, the dangerous, anyway, my point was there was this house and it was on a council estate, quite near where my mum lived at the time and it was this one house and it was a council house and they'd been given the house because back then you could get houses free.
Starting point is 00:47:57 I can't remember. They had this. Think you can still do that. Anyway, there was this house and it was the house that everyone went into. Yeah. Right? And you would go in and in every room
Starting point is 00:48:09 there was some, not shagging, and it was never shagging, but there was some mad shit. Like, going on like, so one room you'd go in and somebody was having a joint and a bucket. Do you know, have you ever heard, I'm sorry, no, probably not, a bucket joint. And they will be listening to Tracy Chapman, fast car,
Starting point is 00:48:25 because that would be more of like us and they'd be like, do you have a fast car? Right, right. And then you'd go in another room and it would be happy, hardcore. Well, yeah, the children are then, right. Yeah. And something would be going on in there. There'd be someone on the toilet passed out.
Starting point is 00:48:40 It was honestly, and when I look back now, I don't know how, if I, Theo, ever, ever, then I look at the 14, 15, 16, year old kids of our days. They wear aloe yoga and drink matches. And thank fuck because I can't. He didn't do two for 10 pounds. No.
Starting point is 00:48:58 So a lot of my wildest moments were generally, honestly when I was a teenager. So it was a house like that year. Don't cut all this out. I don't give a fuck you can say. Have I ever told you the ECG machine story? No. Tell. So I went to heaven nightclub.
Starting point is 00:49:14 Yeah. In London. Yeah. Have you heard about their like twink? night that they do where they all get on stage and get naked. Nope, good to know. Yeah, I really want to go. So I met some people in the queue because I was on my own.
Starting point is 00:49:28 And there was these two guys. They were like training in medicine. And there was a married American couple. Yeah. And we all went back to one person's house and one of them was training to be a doctor and had an ECG machine. Right. And we basically strapped him up to the ECG machine and all took turns fucking him.
Starting point is 00:49:47 And it had like the printer, you know, with the paper, like the little... I would basically... That's something weird. Who's so ideal is this? Sorry Alex, what was that? I feel extremely uncomfortable now. Chill out, mate.
Starting point is 00:50:10 I haven't got one in my pocket. To see who could get it going... Of the radar. Wild. And you all had to go and to see where he's... He was... What? So he just got bummed and...
Starting point is 00:50:24 By four of us. Oh, he's bottom. And the married couple. Oh, yeah. They were joining in, yeah. They were open, relationship. And who won? I think it was one of the marriage ones, actually.
Starting point is 00:50:39 It wasn't me. That's a great game. I actually have got a... Wow, this episode has gone... Roque. I've got blood pressure monitors. I've got a friend. I won't say a name.
Starting point is 00:50:53 She's fucking nuts. She doesn't live here anymore. Yeah, straight away, you know who it is. And it's the friend who danced her shoes off. time we went out in Marbeah. I'll put a picture of the shoes on Patreon. You will all cry. These shoes were brand new, right? And they got danced off. I literally, I was lying on the sofa after the session and just looked at her shoes and they were like, all skewer. Anyway, she had a lot of health issues. I mean, no wonder. Yeah. And she loved a party, let's say.
Starting point is 00:51:27 Yeah. Anyway, she had some heart palpitation problems. And I was like, well, you know. It could be like a few things, but whatever you do you. Anyway, I was going out one night and she was like, oh, I really want to come out, but I've got this fucking heart machine on. So I was like, we can't come out with a heart machine on, can you? And she was like, I've got to have it on for like three days. And it had like wires, like, attached to her.
Starting point is 00:51:57 Yeah. But then it was on like a big grey cable. And it was like, you know, like a blood pressure monitor machine with the numbers on. Anyway, so I'm there like getting ready with my friend. She turns up at the house and she has got a blazer in a hand. She's wearing a boob tube and she's got all these wires. And she goes, if one of you put the blazer on in a specific way, I can hold the machine and out of her and she pulled.
Starting point is 00:52:39 Anyway, my mum was like, you, babe, like you shouldn't be going out with that and like, you know, you need to come home. early she was staying at mine and blah blah blah anyway next thing we're in the club she's got it round her head she pulls and the next day my mum comes downstairs i lived in the basement at that time you did i remember that basement um and she was like here's your big sandwich where is she and i was like she pulled and my mum was so disgusted she was like what man would do that to someone Come, Lucas. And then she's like, yeah, you know, I was sucking him off.
Starting point is 00:53:29 And they did they do that? And my mum was like, did he not care? And she was like, no. So funny. That is brilliant. I wonder what the heart monitor was saying, Joy. Was it, was it going like up and out? Was someone sorry to it?
Starting point is 00:53:44 Someone was like literally like keeping record. I think it was the other guy that was the other like trainee doctor. That's really funny. Did you have any good like prescription, No, no. No, no, that's too far. Me and Lauren, me and Lauren would have been like, right then. Empty your back.
Starting point is 00:54:02 Green whistle. Right. Guys, we've only got, we've not got a long time now. Should we do what we bought this week very quickly? Yeah, yeah. Sorry about that. If any brands want to spend on the fuck. If any health brands want to work with us.
Starting point is 00:54:16 No, no, but that, do you know what I was thinking the other day, to be fair? If I hadn't have done all that shit, imagine how good I'd actually look. If you've not done that, like, why did it? Yeah. And smoked all the fags, the wine, like all of that. That's why these supplements we're on have actually helped and the plastic surgery. A mixture. A mixture. But that's the thing. You can reverse it. What did we buy this week? I'm going to go first while you're messing. So I just thought I'll tell you that. I'm getting my list up actually. It's on your paper. Super Drug Mondays are worth a look. Don't know if anyone knows that. There's boots Tuesdays, but there's also Super Drug Monday. There's quite a few of their um dupe like their own brand their own brand and that goes on there quite a lot i got a restock of the loriel glaskin sheet face but i really like them i really like and i'm a bit like i don't think they do a lot they really do for me honestly and i normally get a sheet mask and i'm like yeah it's all right but i honestly the next i'm really going to go away i like them for like a glow
Starting point is 00:55:19 yeah not long term i don't think the long term going to change but i don't think they're that comfortable those things but i i i'm really like them And afterwards my skin looks so glassy and so glowing. Their hyrallonics really nice as well that's part of that line. It's a nice line to be fair. I bought a side thing for my bed. So obviously Tommy's in my bed and it's getting to the point now where he's in the middle of me and James because we're scared of him rolling out.
Starting point is 00:55:43 Oh, I've got those side things are good. And it's causing intimacy issues now. Like I can't cuddle him. I can't get near James. So I've bought, because we've got an extra, a king size, this fucking massive... The knitted thing. Long...
Starting point is 00:55:54 No, it's like a side that you clip onto your bed. Yeah, and it's slop some. Yeah, and it's mesh. And I've just ordered one. I was knitted. I was like, I think that's like a safety hazard. And yeah, I've just ordered one of those. I found the zone.
Starting point is 00:56:05 It was really, really good. So I'm hoping that I can sleep next year. Because in the night you're here. B. Oh, little hack. I bought myself two track suits from the Zara Kids range. What? Yeah, so age 13 to 14.
Starting point is 00:56:21 So I'd say that's about a six, potentially even an eight. Yeah, they fit. And the good thing about them is the leg length is, about Bob on if you're like a patiti girl because everything I get from Zara is so long and it's well cheap it's like 20 quid for a track suit. Shut on. Yeah, me and they got matching.
Starting point is 00:56:35 So have a hat. If you're a petite girl, if you're small, the age 13 to 14 is probably about six to eight. So I just thought I'd tell you that it's a lot cheaper. Um, I've reordered the cooler SPF spray. I absolutely love it. And it does cool you down. And it's a mist. Shesh.
Starting point is 00:56:51 Smells really good. Yeah, the bluey purpley one. And also it gives you, I don't know, what it is, but it gives you like a glow, but not sticky. You know all these ones that's sticky? I can't some baby for sticky, sticky, it's still matte, but it definitely gives you a shine and a glow. I really, really rave about it. It's 50, SPF 50.
Starting point is 00:57:09 The Aribrebe hair stick, Callum told me to get that. Well, I saw it on his Insta, and I can second, it's really nice. If you got that in now? Yeah, I mean, my hair today is not great, but it's expensive, but it smells really nice and it just does the job. Erebe is the best. I really like it, actually. I like their stuff. If your girls are into clothes, like theories, like the tracksuits, your sweaters, you know, like this that I'm wearing today, like a grey sweater prison outfit. Primark girls have got some fantastic tracksuits and they wash really, really well for the kids.
Starting point is 00:57:39 And applied nutrition, they've got a GLP range as well now. So if you, we get a lot asked a lot about GLP stuff. If you're taking that, what should I take? They've got an actual range out. So that came through my daughter. Stunning. Right. The Capari Sun glaze SPF.
Starting point is 00:57:56 I've ordered it but not tried it yet. Right. Do not spray it in your hotel bedroom. Oh, really? If that goes on the floor, you are flying. And with the kids around, it was not. Right. But wow.
Starting point is 00:58:08 I saw that on Danny Doll and styled by self. You could use that in winter just like on your legs. I love the Patrick Tar body glow though as well. It's really nice. Sam Kenny put me on to that. The Kylie Cosmetics lip stain, you will love it. And butterscotch. It's a new.
Starting point is 00:58:26 product. Ashley, SLF, as always, I'm not fantastic, is my code. I have missed, I could have ordered that. Anyway, go on. Um, you'll really, really like it. I've got it on now. Melissa's wardrobe wine, a sire or a sack, I don't know how to pronounce it. It's like a it's like a rose. If you tried it, Lucas. Stunning. Stunning, stunning, but now I've had that. You don't want chicken wine doesn't taste the same. Oh, really? And chicken vines nine pounds and that's 20 pounds. So I'm going to I have to half my wine intake. I got a kukai jacket that you...
Starting point is 00:59:02 I've seen the brown one. I've seen them. They are absolutely lovely. Expair. How much? I saw the email. I got the email but I didn't click it. 175 pounds.
Starting point is 00:59:10 That is a lot for a jacket and especially a statement jacket because I feel that you can't wear it that much. It's like a wire cell style jacket. The new memory candle on my way is called... I'm so annoyed. I can't have anything like that. Really, really nice. love the memory stuff. The sun is up perfume is my favourite one. The vanilla the ones,
Starting point is 00:59:30 gorgeous as well. And she's a nice girl. Nice girl. And then also the lifestyle home collection, I think it's called, I posted it. I'll put it in my interior's highlight. They do some really nice candles as well. Yes, I've seen them. The big ones. The big ones and they do like diffusers. Do you know what? I, listen, now and again, it's nice, maybe in your living room, but I'm moving away a little bit from these 500 pound candles. Do you know that are like, um, like Joe Malone one. Isn't Joe Malone like really struggling at the minute? It's so expensive. And then you've got the Bawab. Bav. Bav. Bha. Bha. They're so expensive. The Beobab ones do look nice. They don't get me wrong. They look great. But we are talking fucking 500 quid for a handle. At least.
Starting point is 01:00:11 At least. I think a lot of people are moving more towards the ones that aren't a brand like that. Like the memory one I think is 130 quid. better yeah also have you seen the new wonder doll winter collection is it that what's the silk number the la is it lana i think it's the larn it's like a satiny vest top with matching satin trowses i'm going to get that from a holiday is it brown there's brown i've got it have you got it it's cold ainley um sent it me oh my god it's stunning do you want to borrow it for your holiday it's probably too big they've got a short set as well and i just think it's so chic so i've been But they've done a winter collection and it's got like jumpers like that but with shoulder pads
Starting point is 01:00:52 and it's stunning and also Nauts and Kisses Winter Rangers coming out soon. Oh I like their stuff. Oh my God they've done a leather jacket that looks exactly like the Frankie Shop one. Really? Exactly like it and we all wore those jackets last year. While I'm on female founder ones, Mars the label, Arianna, we absolutely fucking love her. She's just, she's restarted her YouTube. She is a big pod fan, big supporter, but also just honestly a lovely girl. Anyway, she, their corset, she has this corset that's like a black top
Starting point is 01:01:26 and it really pulls your waist in. And with a pair of jeans, it's so nice. Honestly, go and have a look. And they now do a full of, yes, I've ordered it. They now do a full of bust range as well, which I think, which we need.
Starting point is 01:01:38 But yeah, it's like a black corset with straps and you could wear it with like jeans and it's like very Sam Kenny vibe. You know what? Like, really nice. So yeah, go and have a look at that as well. Cute. There we go then.
Starting point is 01:01:48 Right, today's episode, I am sorry. I don't know how much of that's even going to go to her because Lucas will be like, Nen, yeah, I'm going to cut it. Guys, just a quick one, Patreon really is doing God's work at the minute. Like, I can't even explain how many messages I am getting every day, like, thank God for Patreon.
Starting point is 01:02:07 Oh my God, I know. It's all going on on there. And I had a bit of a meltdown last week with my WhatsApp and my DMs of everyone trying to get home. hold of the eye patches. Yeah. I get it.
Starting point is 01:02:20 That's fine. Yeah, and we want that, but... But I can't, I can't do everything. Like, now, we'll get home from recording and my phone will be full. Yeah. And then I don't get back to anyone and then I get upset that I've not got back to everyone. But on Patreon, we do reply as quick as possible. Yeah, I'm always on there.
Starting point is 01:02:37 That's like, I like kind of do Instagram. Feels like my offline space in a word way. Yeah, Instagram, WhatsApp, Patreon. And I asked the girls in there the other day, like about some sizing about something. What was it? mesh gear. I was like, what the size is in like straight away. Bam, blah, bum, blah, bum, bit, big. And I was like, right, sound, thank you. Yeah. And like, where else do you find that information?
Starting point is 01:02:53 Mm-mm. Really impressed. Right. Guys, it's over for now. But we're going to carry on over onto the bonus. So you can get that if you're a Patreon member or an Apple subs member. And I'll tell you something else I'm doing. Ah. I am about to record a cosmetic surgery guide. So we're going to have an episode that is a synopsis of cosmetic surgery guys. how to find a good surgeon. Most ask. Most ask questions.
Starting point is 01:03:21 What to pack. Scarring, after care. I'm going to do a solo episode because it's literally just me going through it. And we're going to have that available. So we'll let you know when it's out. Yeah. Exciting, guys.
Starting point is 01:03:31 You ask, we give. Love you. Love you. Bye.
