bucket and let you know about some amazing products we're gonna do a dilemma of the week it's been a while since we badly gave advice about your problems so yeah let's begin right so basically lauren was meant to be going to turkey for some surgery which she's spoken about to you guys before and I haven't gone and I was like yeah yeah and then over Christmas we both were like actually no something so I was booked in for a reverse tummy tuck um which I've spoken about it was all done with a surgeon that I've had work done with before and I trust and I was happy with I booked it with my friend who was also going so she was getting she doesn't mind me saying revision breast surgery she had a lot of scarring from a previous uplift so she was having full

revision breast uplift all the scarring cut away big up a big up some breast tissue removed and implants instead a full tummy tuck and lipo so big up we both booked it together thought january great time i was in we were in together locked in and then something i don't think about things until me being ill no it wasn't even ill by this point i don't think about things until they get closer because i'm that i have that many things that need dealing with right that particular day that you shouldn't really do that because of your head yeah i just don't i think about them when it's time to think about them um which can be great but can also be so it started to get a bit closer christmas was out of the way and everything and then my next thing was this and i was something

because the thing is right with surgery and i've seen it when we used to be a patient coordinator we've seen thousands and women used to come in with tits down here and they used to go like this i just want an implant i don't want uplift and they'd get the hands and they'd go i just want an implant and i'd be like an implant isn't going to but in your head it is because you're just like yeah i'll just do this stretch it out easy and never and i used to be like you're pulling up your boobs and implant it so that's an example but it's one of those where way down your boobs when you're not a surgeon you kind of think just it's an easy job and then actually sometimes it doesn't work like that so when i was pulling up my skin i i just i just something wasn't sitting

whether i was going to get the result i wanted also tommy when i booked it was two months old very floppy um actually mike's flopping around tommy was two months old that was a really stupid idea that was a postpartum potentially um and i booked it thinking yeah sweet i'll deal with it he's now we weighed him at the hospital the other day 11 kilograms which is a stone a stone and a half yeah and he's very clingy and he's a velcro baby as they say and i realized right okay great i've got child care while i'm away what happens when i come back nothing i get landed with him james goes to work and i'm stuck and then i started thinking look and also that's your fault my fault yeah i'm gonna pull my incision i haven't got enough child care to help me out he's not in

nursery yet you can't walk down the stairs and hold your hand i can't do anything he can't the big fat blob just sits on me so there was a few things that just started getting me a bit concerned about it however the problem that i had was i booked it with my friend so i had a duty to her we'd gone in this together a duty of care we'd gone in this together she booked it on the basis that we're going together we're going to get home together we're going to support each other and i thought how the fuck could two people after surgery it would have been pretty funny yeah but it wouldn't have been safe like funny yeah but lauren you i just think the whole turkey thing i'll get on to yeah we'll talk about it a stupid fucking thing to do so yeah then i'm

thinking what the fuck am i gonna do unless you've got a spare pair of hands that are able that are able which normally you do but i didn't would not have had no imagine pulling your bag off the fucking convey about one of you just had your tits and your tummy done the others just had your tits and you told me she wanted a reverse tummy tuck you would have you would have undone the whole fucking thing like anyway so i thought what am i gonna do she was really good she was like listen don't worry about it but i just and like the few people were saying to me just tell you not going but i just couldn't like you don't do that and if that had been me and so what i've done is i spoke to the assistant and i told him my concerns do you know what she was fucking

brilliant right so i'm going to be totally honest when we worked at that other that big company i'm going to say it now i worked at numerous ones it's all gelled together yeah when i when we worked at one of them if somebody was going to cancel our main priority and this is really honest now was to not let not not let them but not used to get bollocks we got bollocks if they cancelled and it would come off our target so you'd have to it's absolutely unethical by the way and wrong unethical sorry and that's but this is the truth so it was fucking horrendous horrendous now we were only 22 at the time it was a long time i don't think things like i like that now there's a lot more legislation a lot more rules i don't know but i thought it was going to be like that

i thought she was going to be like well but she was fucking lovely that text that our friend got the other day off a turkey surgeon oh yeah what what did it say something like booking now book your surgery now or regret the next year i come on but she was amazing like i said i have been there before and she just said to me look if this doesn't feel right it's fine you can still come on thursday right you can meet the surgeon talk through the concerns if you together decide to still do it you can if you want to cancel on the morning you still can you'll lose no more money and i thought actually i appreciated that so that's what i was gonna do yeah like you weren't backed into not one bit but then tommy got paulie and i thought i can't so i sent her a picture in

hospital she knew i wasn't lying i was like he's not well i'm just not gonna be able to come send her a picture who because i thought she might think i was lying no i've got a story about that when you finish your story tell the wig story right about a patient that cancelled once so yeah she just said to me listen i hope he gets better do not worry we will book it for another time so i've lost 500 pound deposit what i've done florin's at hospital band i've moved facebook i've moved my flight to sunday and i am going out to turkey in the morning i'm staying this sunday yes i'm staying can i send you a list of what i want from the pharmacy yes i will go to pharmacy and i'm staying two nights i'm gonna get my friend home safely

made so it made sense if you pull the neck up like what's the rest doing i can i tell you the story about the girl that cancelled her surgery yeah so i had this girl who bless her i think she had a lot going on ah me very me more than you did she have a polo neck under a rugby shirt lovely does it look really bad she was a lovely girl um and she she had something yeah big that she started off with and to get her in for the surgery it took a lot because she had a medical reports yeah a lot of hoops yeah so anyway she really wanted a breast aug and she wanted big tits of course so we had to order them from belgium yes remember when you went over a thousand cc was it 900 cc you had to 750 yeah you had to go and get them from belgium

made so we ordered them from belgium she had to pay all this extra money for all these medical reports me and her spoke literally every single day and i was like don't worry it is a lot of effort though for you as the coordinator if you have to do these extra things and you don't get and don't forget you've got you've got maybe a hundred patients a month that you're jiggling so jiggling jiggling but you're jiggling i was looking after and then it got to like the day before her surgery and i had to like speak with the anesthetic team i had to like get at certain people and certain people couldn't do it patients used to drive me fucking nuts oh it's always these ones as well you think why did i even begin problematic yeah lovely girl always are i wake

up in the morning the day before i surgery and to a picture of a bed turned upside down and a mattress and a wig what my house has been forbidden to i cannot do my surgery they've taken everything and there was just a wig on the floor and i've got i'll have the picture somewhere do you think she turned her bed upside down and just thought i'll throw something what can i find oh my wig yeah and i was just like you know what i've had enough of you this is why i sent her the picture in hospital because when i spoke to her on the phone i said to her listen i've worked in this industry for years i hated messes i've wasted was she turkish yeah spoke fantastic english i said i've wasted your time i've and i know that and i'm so sorry so i sent her a picture of me

with the baby like i'm not lying and she was lovely i'm the psycho patient i've turned into that patient oh shit now i kind of understand all the 30 something people that fucked me about at that company because they were all nuts too who was the one that fucked you about the most there was those ones that used to come in and and because i was the new girl for quite a while and they'd be like right and i'd come in and and we used to have a meeting every friday like what's your pipeline for the week and you'd come in with your laptop and say in my pipeline i'm this and they're gonna book and they'd go oh you got there they're never gonna fucking bought a minute 12 times this year and all this and yeah we used to do basically you had a

conversion rate that we had that me and you yeah you tell so we had a conversion rate okay i don't know if they do it now so i just want to make that really clear this i don't know what they do now we've not worked there for a very long time and a lot of other companies were the same it's not just this one but these sales targets we had targets and we had a conversion rate so every person that came in because when you to get your bonus say you see 10 people say you see 10 people if three of those didn't book your conversion rate would go down so every time you got a shit patient through the door and you knew within minutes you're thinking my fucking conversions have gone down now you've wasted my so i'd be like hi so when are you thinking about doing it

and i'll be a patient who are native and then they'd say let's say so when are you thinking of doing it and they'd go i've just found out i'm pregnant yeah i've just one of them i've just found out i'm pregnant so like when i've had the baby um i need to breastfeed for like two years so i'm thinking like in maybe like four years and i'd be like and then i would fuck them right off and i'd be like come back in three or they'd come in and they'd be like about how are you paying for it and they'd go don't know i don't really know and i'd be like well what did you before you came today what did you think of i'm thinking again on finance absolutely sweet what do you do for a living oh it don't work how much can you afford

a month fiver and i just go literally honestly anyway so the repeat people that would come back every year messes messes so when a new person started we didn't want the messes so it'd be joe blogs is in again and then that made it even harder for you to stay so i'd be like around the corner and i'd be like fucking sarah smith's in again and i'll be like ding ding ding ding put her in actually give it a swap swap give that one and then i should be like they did actually come to the reception go sarah smith and we'd be like but listen it's doggy dog in sales industry that's how it is so then i left and i went to a competitor company and think of it as like one person works at BMW and the other works at Mercedes right there we go and imagine

if this happened imagine imagine if a guy came in and he had um a serious medical condition like serious medical condition a blood-borne condition really serious yeah and I was really honest with him he had the money he was ready to go he was a lovely guy and I said to him right he said i've got to have the operation before it was like a trip or something that he was going on and i was like that's not gonna happen because you need to have a lung scan an mri you need to go and see a specialist you need to be on the beginning of the list there was a lot yeah there was so much and i was just like but once you've got these million thing yeah so then lauren then he comes to me and tells me this blah blah blah i said have you been

for any other consultations yes i've been to but i knew ashley weren't there and he was like i want it done asap i was like fucking judging um didn't tell me about this medical condition now this medical condition is not contagious isn't the right word at all no it's a blood-borne illness not it's you know it is it is a blood-borne thing like it's incredibly yes it's really serious so didn't tell me about it right so i text ashley just had supposedly imagine if i texted ashley and said just had such in what did you think wants to book fucking cha-ching she goes did they tell you about the condition didn't tell me nope this person and there's nothing you can do i couldn't say i knew this person was willing to have everyone else at risk put everyone in that

because laura knew she put him on first luckily well i didn't he didn't go i made an excuse because i couldn't do it but yeah people were wild weren't they like some of the stuff that happened nuts and i didn't want her to think i was crazy so i sent her a picture in the hospital and i am crazy so let's get on to turkey surgery now yeah right okay yeah let's go we've got a lot to say and do you know what like i feel like there used to be a stigma even just five years ago about turkey surgery where it was like turkey teeth you pay cheap you pay twice you're a cheapo if you go into turkey you're getting your bbl like it you've got big silly white teeth yeah it's just something it's a lower class thing which actually is now not the case because for example one of our friends

is going for a brow lift and it's like 20 grand one of the best um rhinoplasty surgeons in the world works in turkey some of the best surgeons work in turkey the hospitals some of them are incredible however the whole travel thing that's the issue you can't unless you have got a carer that is going to get you home safely right think you don't have to have one so no it's so irresponsible my friend has gone out there now we were we would have been together she's gone on her own and i'm bringing her back but they don't know i'm bringing her back so you can go on your own like when you book it you don't have to have a chaperone when i went my mum came in the uk you can't leave a hospital unless someone is literally physically picking because you remember people

be like i've got no one to pick me up can i get a taxi no you're gonna have to be picked up we can't let you go in a taxi after surgery because it's our responsibility signed over to someone else then the legal yeah the legal side repercussions yeah so there's different there's different things like we say people used to think of it as shit surgeons cheap botched jobs and i don't think that's the case but it can be and i think the problem you've got is people hear the word turkey and all different things i'm not gonna lie i get dm'd a lot by um people that have been fucked up the concierge places and the surgeons saying do you want free work oh same same um i think as well one thing that i have to say that's really fucking irresponsible is people

filming their surgery journey and saying where they've got it done yeah before they've seen the results it pisses me off yeah i had an influencer to be fair you know what i've done it before and it was when i didn't know i didn't think i've grown up now and they've not they've not been in our industry they don't know these but this is the thing you get influencers coming on and they're there with like a cast on like i went to this clinic in turkey and it was so clean and it was so nice and i'm so happy with my result how do you know you've got you cast on still yeah i agree so there's an influencer that messaged me the other day um she's a mum influencer i'll tell you who it is after and she sent me a voice and she's like can i pick your brains on something

i've been offered to go i think it was a tummy tuck i can't remember i've been offered to go so unethical it was lithuania and she's like it looks good like i've heard there's a really good surgeon there so i just sent her a voice not back and i was just really honest i said i'm going to take this away completely from the surgery but your job is an influencer that is your money that is all you do i want you to think of it like this they will want you start to finish to document your journey when you are about to get on the plane they will want you filming they'll want you there doing your pre-op i said okay tell me what happens if you go and you hate the results but in that time that you found out a thousand girls have seen it seen your go in there trusted

you and they've all booked in some of them may get it done quick then you hate your results and all these women have trusted you from the beginning and she was like I you don't think like that she's like Lauren I never thought I said the only way I would do it and they hold you accountable I said the only way I would do it is if in your contract with them you say that you will document it but you will keep it all and you will post it if you are happy and if you are not happy because they put a clause in there that if you're not happy you can't say anything so I was like honestly you can afford it pay for it i think evil eye as well like i so believe in the evil eye with putting stuff online i think you just need to be really careful like we've had all this power stuff going

on we didn't tell no anyone don't think our management knew and some people that were around me hearing phone calls yeah they were the people that knew they you don't need to know until something's over the line yeah then me and you've got something really big in our personal lives going on at the minute which we've just kept for now for quite a while I think I can talk about that I wouldn't wait when not yeah when done I've got ah when situated situated when situated right so so yeah that kind of thing so yeah sorry so back to turkey so so with surgery what i was saying is yes if you're going like guys here i am at my consultation guys here i am i'm about to have a general aesthetic what if there's some witchy poo watching you and is like wishing bad

i had had three boobs three uplifting implants in the u two or three i can't remember two or three in the uk that were shit right dog's dinner dog's dinner knife and fork job and these were meant to be the good surgeries it looked like edward scissorhands had a go and these how much did it cost you like 50 grand yeah it was a lot of money so i go to turkey right with a surgeon that was highly recommended and he not only fixed the bullshit that had been done to them before but they i've had a baby since it has been five six years they don't they're still fucking great they're not perfect none of them are but and that's a turkey surgeon but the reason i went to him wasn't because he was cheap wasn't because of anything like it was because he was recommended

so all i would say is if you are going to go to we know a few people that have gone to him some However, don't assume that... In Turkey, how many surgeons are there? Thousands. Fucking thousands. So it's not the country that you need to be looking at. It's the surgeon themselves and their rates. However, the other problem is I got an infection.

I came home. I had that nasty boyfriend. He didn't look after me. I ended up with a big infection. And... How long? Oh my God, months. I had...

So the T-junction opened up. Was it really scary? It was awful. And I couldn't fly back to Turkey. because i had the baby and too much going on they couldn't help me i went back to the nhs which people get pissed off at i had to wound heal wound care for a long time so you have to weigh it all up and i think one of the main things you need to do is have some care here a nurse that is planned so does anyone know any like post-op centers like you'd make a killing you if you were a nurse

make make a sentence you or or no a a i will come with you to your surgery i will bring you home so one thing that has changed so this time around with the turkey thing as opposed to five years ago now i got this big sheet they come the nurse comes to your room every day twice a day changes your dressings does your drains they didn't do that last time so that must be like something that's changed they come they undress you they sort all your stuff out they didn't do that last time um so yeah listen i'll let you know how she gets on and i will be going there and i will film while i'm there a little bit but i just think the main thing is if you do have a problem afterwards you are stuck guys that's the it's the long and short of it but some of the some of the nose jobs
